Again, that number is 830-446-3624, 830-446-3624. Give us a call and keep on listening because you are God's chosen. Welcome to Chosen Generation with your host, Pastor Greg Young. And welcome to the program. Great to have you with me.

Thanks so much for being here. I know you have a choice on where you can listen each and every day. And I thank you for keeping it attuned here to Chosen Generation Radio. Ladies and gentlemen, I have, I have an incredible program for you today. And I hope that you will take the time to listen to all of our podcasting. We have a whole two hours or break it up if you need to and share it with your friends once we put it out on the podcast as well.

But you need to invite your friends right now to listen to this, especially those that are living in Utah, but all over the country. Bottom of hour number two, Dean Ruder is with us, author of The Hidden Nazi, The Untold Story of America's Deal with the Devil. This is going to really blow your minds when you find out what happened and one of the most ruthless members, probably the person who is most directly responsible for Auschwitz. And we're going to talk about that individual and the deal that he made with an American government after World War Two. Dean Ruder has that story for us. Evan Sayit is with us.

Woke Supremacy is the name of his book. And very important for us to have that conversation. Matt Long and I are going to talk about civil disobedience at the bottom of the hour. There is a planned and it is a nationwide movement to basically say enough is enough. You have pushed us too far and Americans won't go any further with this communist regime that sits in our White House.

And yes, that is exactly who they are and that is exactly who they need to be exposed as. This is not America's government. This is not by the people, for the people, one nation under God sitting in the White House right now. And my next guest is going to talk to us and we have a film that I am asking every person listening to me. You need to watch this. You need to share this with your neighbors.

You need to go door to door and knock on doors and you need to give copies of this out to everyone you know. Because ladies and gentlemen, China has had its Holocaust. And the CCP who are running China Joe in our White House right now, running our government right now. They are running it folks. Every aspect.

They are running it right now. And what you will witness in this film is going to happen in America if we don't stop it now. I want to welcome the director of Finding Courage. Finding Courage, Kay Rubichuk. Kay, welcome. Good to have you. Thank you so much for having me.

Kay, let me ask you this. Obviously you had to get very, very deep into this story in order to be able to direct it. And by the way, you did an incredible job. Thank you. Really appreciate that. Thank you. I had to find a lot of courage myself to complete this.

There's no question. I had to find the courage to finish the film, quite frankly. I had to find the courage to finish the film. There were points where I had to stop.

I had to stop. Leo is a hero. Oh, he absolutely is.

He absolutely is. Kafei is a hero. You know, Leo's sister, who is the voice that the narrator is taking on, if you will, Leah, takes on, is a hero. This family.

They're heroes. Here's what I want to ask to begin with, if I may. You heard my introduction. You have now the tenor of this show, which I'm going to tell you, this is God. I didn't plan this. I didn't put these pieces together.

God put all the people who are on the show to get pieces together separately apart from anything that I could have any control over. Okay. Did I overstate anything that I said in my opening monologue at all? Not at all.

I don't believe you did. But at the same time, you know, history will repeat itself if we forget it. Yes. And that is exactly why we persisted in making this movie and telling this story is because we know what's happened. We've learned from the Holocaust. The crimes of Nazi Germany have been tried, and it doesn't change the pain for the victims and the memories that's going to last forever for that horrific crime.

But there has never been a trial for the crimes of communism, which has killed at least 100 million people in the world. And that has spread. We've allowed it to spread.

And that is what we're facing. This movie shows one family's tragedy, but ability, strength to overcome that tragedy through their faith. And I found that extremely powerful and extremely necessary for us to understand now and to kind of look at ourselves. Because the reason we know how bad the Holocaust was is because the crimes, they were laid out, laid bare for the world to see. And everyone knew that. Now, because I have gone so deep into this, and I'm not the only one, there's so many people that have looked into this and used similar words to you, perhaps even more strong.

So I have no issue with the introduction. But the crimes are yet to be laid bare worldwide. They've been laid bare. There was a China tribunal held in London two years ago that came to the conclusion that these things are happening. And that was held by an independent people's tribunal led by a former prosecutor for the war crimes of Slobodan Milosevic, the former Yugoslavia. I mean, top brains and legal people of the world have looked at this and said, this is happening.

This is horrific. But through the media, through education, through the general public, those crimes haven't been laid bare because there's never been a trial. That's why it's hard for us to acknowledge that publicly how bad the crimes are, because they're still taking place. Now, that's also our opportunity is that, yes, many people have been murdered and killed and tortured during right now, you know, over the last many years in China and other communist regimes around the world. But it's still happening. We have a chance to stop it. We have a chance to prevent it from spreading here. So I hope that answered your question.

No, no, no, no. I think I think you said that, you know, you said that incredibly well. Talk to our audience and, you know, we need we need to help people to understand, you know, this particular situation, because while it is the story of this family, they were very, you know, open about making sure that people understood that they weren't the only family that was affected. There are scenes in there of other members of Falun Gong that that came under assault. There are there are our stories in there of different lives and others that were touched.

And they talk about that very openly in the film. When you were first presented with this, talk to me about about that process. And there's a lot of footage that is in there specifically that was brought over by Gordon, wherein he, you know, obviously secretly recorded a lot of these conversations and things that took place at great risk to he and the family. But talk to me about the development of this and and and how you chose some of the particular material that that that went into this. The story was just going to be a short eight minute film. I've been producing for 20 years nonfiction content, but in terms of directing a feature film sort of full length documentary, I hadn't directed one before.

So I was just going to make a short documentary film with the company I was working with. And they once we met Yifei, the main the main narrator of the film, the thing she was telling us, I already knew I really knew she had a very interesting story. She was a journalist in China. She worked for the Chinese Communist Party media.

You know, how do you do journalism in China? She was on the square Tiananmen Square in 1989. She was persecuted. She was tortured.

She's a beautiful, a beautiful, smiling, happy woman who just captivated me in just so many ways. But then when I actually sat down with her and she said, you just need to hear my whole story. And we spent a few days, we spent about three days for her to tell me the whole story, because it was so complicated. And you'll see that the movie has a lot of twists and turns in it because her life was like that. And when she was telling me that her sister was killed in a labor camp, her brother was still in prison.

I had no idea about those things when I had entered into the story. So this whole, we opened up a whole can of worms and she was absolutely, it's not easy for people from other cultures, particularly people from China, they're not encouraged to tell these stories. They're not encouraged to speak openly. They actually don't know how to do that very well. They've always been told to go by the script to follow the textbook. So they don't understand our culture in the West where we can speak off the cuff like this and just have a normal discussion.

They're not used to that. So it took a long time for her to be able to open up and tell her whole story. So what you see in the movie was documented over six years of filming periodically. And she was able to express herself a lot better at the end than she did at the beginning. She was extremely nervous to go on camera, not used to speaking. But what you see in the end is her transformation too, which is really astounding and so encouraging to see that someone can overcome such tragedy and still have a smile and be able to keep their family together.

I mean, I think that's the, that's the crux of everything is that if she can do it. You know, when I was editing this movie for a few years and, and sometimes it was very difficult with the content being so heavy. And I would just think of the family and what they endured. And I thought, hmm, my suffering right now doesn't really compare to that.

Just just get on with it and get it done. And that really got me through it. We're going to take a quick break. Folks, we come back there. One of the things that that struck me as well in this is that there are a number of former CCP officials who were very involved in this story. With this family as persecutors, in addition to the fact that obviously they would have been involved in persecuting a number of others as well, who came forward and said they had suddenly a moral consciousness awoke in them. And they said, wait, wait, wait, we can't be a part of this. I heard that from several of them. We can't be a part of this.

They had to. I want to talk to you a little bit about that and when, again, you know, the heroine in our story, when did she reveal to you that she came alive about all this? Box 3393 Bandera, Texas 78003. Kay Rubicek is my guest, the director of Finding Courage. FindingCourageMovie.com is where you can find this.

FindingCourageMovie.com. I truly, folks, I'm telling you I'm holding up a copy of it right now to the camera. You have got to pick up this film. You need to share it. Host a gathering at your home to share this film and watch it together. And then everybody in the room needs to buy a copy of this to support the work that's being done. And in addition to that to go out and have a movie night of their own to share this and have some conversation about it. It's so important.

I can't tell you how critical it is. You know, they said that there's a famous saying that says, you know, when they came for the machinist, I wasn't a machinist. You know, when they came for the union, I wasn't a union when they came for this one and that one. And then they came for me.

And there was no one left. I want to tell you, the woman who led me to Christ is a woman named Maria Ann Hirschman. She went by the name of Hansi. She's in Hawaii.

I believe she's still with us. And her ministry started by a book called The Girl Who Loved the Swastika. Because she was taken in as a Czech orphan into the Hitler schools as a youth.

Never served in school the whole time. And then, thank God, Nazi Germany fell. And that's when she discovered the truth about who they were.

Fled to an American outpost, quite an amazing story, and ultimately came to Jesus Christ. Folks, we are living in a day and an hour right now where the story of this is not some past history. It is happening now, just like when we talk about Islam and what is Islam doing. They are slaughtering Christians right now as we speak. Christians are dying right now as we speak. Falun Gong and Christians are being persecuted in China and tortured right now as we speak. And America has always been the one who stood for these people, but not under Pocom China Joe.

That's why he's got to go. K. Rubicek, so I was going to ask you this. You've got individuals in here who are very former, some of them very high ranking individuals, that were a part of the CCP, that were a part of this persecution, that had obviously some kind of an epiphany and said I can't be a part of this. They say that in the movie. When did that epiphany happen? And a question you and I were talking about, you know, how did they get here? How did this end up taking place and everybody just kind of went along, so to speak? Well, they did.

They did, and that's exactly why I had to find these guys. You know that... Go ahead. K, I lost you for a second. Hello?

Hello? Well, it looks like our call got knocked out. All right, hang on a second. I'm calling her right back. You've reached K. Rubicek, please. Okay, going to voicemail. She's probably trying to call me back. Folks, again, findingcouragemovie.com.

Findingcouragemovie.com is the name of the film. And K, are you with me? I am, sorry, yes. Okay, we dropped. Go right ahead, please. Thank you. So how is it possible that people could be persecuted for doing, you know, spiritual practice, meditation, things based on the universal principles of truth, compassion, tolerance?

I need to find out. And how did the CCP get to the place they did? Because Falun Gong wasn't the first persecution. We talked about Tiananmen Square in 1989, but, you know, the cleansing that took place in the 1970s that they did, you know, the quote-unquote People's Revolution, whatever they wanted to call it.

But how did people get bamboozled so severely that these things were going on? They have become, the Chinese people have become so desensitized to persecution. And this is how the Communist Party works, is they divide the society and make people hate each other. This is what we have to realize. That is their strategy.

And they're doing it here. And we can learn a lot, exactly, and we can learn a lot from China, because China's had 70 years under the Communist Party. And that Communist Party has made people walk to the degree that they will go along with persecution, because every 10 years or so, they kill, murder, slaughter, torture another group of people. It was the intellectuals, it was the landlords, and it was the cultural elites. And then no one is safe under communism, not even the communists.

What we found is that these high-ranking officials, they realized that they were not safe either. Thank you for tuning into Chosen Generation. Chosen Generation is about equipping, encouraging, and challenging this generation to engage culture and to fulfill God's plan and purpose for our city, county, state, and nation to be the Christian influence and light that we have been called to be. Pastor Greg is committed to seeing God's life-changing power work in you. If you need prayer today or have a question, you can reach us at 830-446-3624, 830-446-3624. If your church or group would like to have Pastor Greg come and share his passion to raise up a chosen generation, he is available to bring that same life-changing message and anointing to your event.

Again, that number is 830-446-3624, 830-446-3624. Give us a call and keep on listening because you are God's Chosen Generation. Welcome to Chosen Generation with your host, Pastor Greg Young. But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people that you should shoe forth the praises of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light, which in time past were not a people but are now the people of God, which had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

And now, Chosen Generation, where no topic is off limits and everything is filtered through biblical glasses. And now, here's your host, Pastor Greg. And welcome back to Chosen Generation Radio. I'm your host, Pastor Greg. Thanks so much for being here. I know you have a choice on where you can listen each and every day. And folks, a little bit of a change in the schedule, but very pleased to be able to bring her back onto the program.

We had her on in our first hour and I'm excited to have her back again. Again, want to remind my folks in Utah, in St. George, Utah, anyone near St. George, Utah, this afternoon at the Pine View Theater, there will be a screening at 2.40 pm and 7 pm of Finding Courage. Finding Courage, it is a true story of a family who was living in the CCP-controlled communist China, who said, no more are we going to bow to communist China. And their harrowing story of what happened to them when they were told that they could no longer practice their religious beliefs.

They are Falun Dafa, Falun Gong, and they are a peaceful people who practice a very peaceful, religious, meditative process of coming to center and peace. I'm Christian, but I respect a person's right to their belief system and these peaceful people were and still are being persecuted by the CCP. And I would remind us of the words of a German pastor, and yes, he was a pastor, Pastor Martin Niemoller. First they came for the socialists and I did not speak out because I was not a socialist. Then they came for the trade unionists and I did not speak out because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak for me. This is the process of communism.

And this is what we are facing with Pocom China Joe and the regime and the nowadays current democratic party here in this country, many of whom proudly acknowledge that they are communists, Marxism being taught in our schools and a large percentage of our youth thinking Marxism sounds like a good idea. I want to welcome to the program the director of Finding Courage, Kay Rubichik. Kay, welcome. Good to have you. Thanks for being here. Thanks for coming back on. It's at short notice, but I'm so glad that you're available. Oh, it's really a pleasure. Thanks for having me. I am again, and of course we're talking to almost a new audience. Some of you will have carried through with me for the last hour, but many of you are just coming on for the very first time to hear this.

I want to start a little bit at the beginning, if we might, Kay, in talking about finding courage. And this is the story of a Chinese family who simply said we should be free to practice our peaceful religion. We're of no threat to anyone, and it exposes the horrors of the CCP.

That's exactly right. And you know, like in China, these types of practices, qigong, meditation, exercise are very traditional. They've been around for thousands of years. So it's not like the CCP suddenly sprung up on the CCP. This is the thing, the CCP is a foreign entity to China. China has 5,000 years of traditional culture and heritage, but they destroyed that in the Cultural Revolution.

When communism came in, they just kept destroying all the old to bring in what they could. Kay, we've lost you again. All right, we had some issues with this. We had lost you for a minute, you faded out.

Okay, I hope that's better now. So Falun Gong is really rooted in the traditions of China, ancient traditions of Buddhism and Daoism. So it's very close to the hearts of Chinese people. But that's what they targeted. That's what communism does.

It wants to wipe out traditional belief, especially belief in God. But this family, they didn't all practice, but that didn't matter because the Communist Party wants to control people's thoughts. And so if one person in the family practices, the others will be implicated as well. And that's what our heroine in the movie saw, Yifei Wang. She saw her sister and brother being persecuted for their beliefs. And she said, this isn't right. And she decided to stand up. Well, first she decided to do her own research. And she really made her own decision.

And then she said, then I'm going to do something. And she started to stand with them and speak out. And for that she was also persecuted too. So it's really, this is, it's not uncommon that the CCP persecutes people.

Like you said, they come for one after another. But what's different with this story is that no other group has been able to sustain against the CCP like Falun Gong has. And probably because it is a spiritual, you know, the other groups have been often politically motivated. But when it comes to spirituality and standing up for your rights to freedom of belief and freedom of thought, that drives people. And that also gives hope too, I think, that that can ultimately overcome this type of persecution. Well, and one of the things that you bring up in the movie is, you know, one of the things that these former communist, you know, they're not just sympathizers. These are communist people, hierarchy, that were a part of the persecution that was taking place.

Yes, that perpetrated it. And these individuals talked a lot about money and incentives. And one of the things that China uses even now is what they call social credits. Can you speak to that a little bit? Yes, it's about replacing, again, it's the seal of replacing the old with the new.

So the old being connection to heaven, to God, to traditions, to nature, to your family, to community units and strength from spirituality. That gets replaced with money. That gets replaced with materialism. And then you can start to control people like that, because people start to live for money.

And that's what these guys have told us, and I've seen it in my research. This is a consistent theme of communism throughout the world, is that they replace that, they slowly start to replace that belief in the divine with worship of money and material things and always wanting more. And that's how they can control you, because they control how much money people have, when and what your credit score is, how many credit cards you can have, how many cards you can have, whether you have that apartment or not. Because they'll take it away from you if you don't follow the party line.

They know with spirituality they cannot control that because there's a much greater being out there. But yeah, this is how the communist system works. It's the same in every other country under communism, but China's just been allowed to accept it for 70 years.

So this is what we're seeing where it manifests in the social credit system and things like that. It's because they've taken out the spiritual element and they've taken out God through people's lives. They've just crushed that over decades. And they teach distortion within the schools, they're brainwashing the children in the same way that we're watching it happen here. There are Confucius schools on nearly every major university campus across America right now, okay? And that's how they're infiltrating our schools and our higher education, our academia has embraced these Confucius schools and is embracing CCP ideology.

Correct. And it goes a lot further than that because the CCP controls a lot of decision making in Hollywood, what we see on our TV screens. Advertising with major media, a lot of money comes from the CCP.

They are beholden to them. We are aware of a film festival, I'm sure there's many more, that was receiving, you know, the number we heard was $100,000 every year from the CCP. And one of the conditions of receiving that money was that they did not play any movies related to Taiwan or Falun Gong. And that's one film festival, quite a large one, I won't name them, but I'm sure there's many others. They fired the CCP and that film festival ended up firing the CCP and they played Finding Courage after years of, exactly, after years of telling the party line and taking that money.

So, besides the Confucius Institute, a lot of colleges are taking money from the CCP, the teacher exchange programs, student exchange programs, and that's where they control. And we need to wake up to that. And that's part of why we wanted to tell this story in Finding Courage is to show that, you know, the family in this movie is so inspiring and beautiful. And they've been through such tragedy, they've been through, my goodness me, it's just shocking what they went through, but they overcame that.

And that's the key. If they can overcome that hellish living and find that hope here in America, but even here, they had to overcome a lot, but they did it. And I think that's the hope, is that where we can learn from China, it's not all doom and gloom, because when there's people out there who can overcome such tragedy and adversity and get through the other side, then that's what gives me hope, and I think that can give a lot of people hope.

So even though there's some sad moments in the movie and some heavy content, it does end with hope, and I think that's what we've got to remember. Well, and the very end is about that and how the family was able to come together and survive. Y. Faye, her brother Leo, who is tortured horrifically, but has come through it now and shares courageously his story of the torture and what he went through. Gordon, Y. Faye's husband, who was a journalist there, who used his connections and relationships to get film of the conditions, the actual conditions that these prisoners are facing still today, and the state-run labor camps and confessions from individuals that are still sitting in authority who make it very clear what it is that they are about and who it is that they are serving and what it is that they are serving. And then, of course, there's the individuals that were a part of it, that were the persecutors of these families who have now come to the realization of how evil and how horrific the CCP are and are telling their stories and how they were manipulated and how the CCP manipulates people and deceives people and draws people in. I'm going to tell you very quickly, years back there was a young lady that came to our door in California that was selling world book type encyclopedias. She was from the communist country from over in Russia and had come to know Christ actually at a revival in Africa.

And I'm going to tell you very quickly her story because it makes a difference to this one. Hi, this is Michael, creator of Michael's MNP supplements. Let's talk energy. I'm your host, Pastor Greg. Thanks so much for being here. I know you have a choice of where you can listen. Folks, again, I just want to remind you, Psalm 94-16, who will rise up from me against the wicked?

Who will stand for me against those who practice iniquity? I was about to tell you a story. There was a young lady that came to our door when we lived back in Modesto, California, that was selling a Britannica, the new version of the World Book Encyclopedia, and got to visiting with her and found out that she was traveling around the country with this organization making these sales. And it turned out that she was from the former Soviet Union is where she had been. And so I was a Russian linguist in the Air Force during the Cold War. So any time that I had an opportunity to visit with someone who spoke some Russian and who also had some of that background, I always wanted to gather information and get a better understanding of what things were like. And so we started talking and I said, you know, I understand that the churches have reopened, you know, since the fall of the wall.

And I just was curious, you know, how is that going, people going to church? She explained to me that she actually came to know Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, but she had to actually go to Africa. She actually had to go to Africa, and she wasn't even there.

It wasn't missions, it wasn't anything. It was just a trip to Africa. And while she was there, met up with some Christian people and started going to their church and came to know Christ.

Here's what she told me, folks. It didn't matter that they opened the church. No one came. No one went to the church. They were free to go. They could go, but no one went.

And why? Because they had been indoctrinated. Forty years of being told there is no God, God doesn't exist, church is a fantasy, it's all made up, it's a bunch of fairy tales.

They were indoctrinated to believe it was a lie, and so when the church opened its doors, it was of no effect. Folks, we have problems right here in this country. Check out my latest blog post about where Americans stand right now relative to their full understanding of Christianity.

It's critical that we get this. Kay, this is what you faced when you saw what was happening in this film because of the indoctrination. And I watched it. You did a great job, by the way, phenomenal job of presenting that part of the story as well, the pictures of the classrooms and the indoctrination and propaganda that was being forced on that culture.

It was astounding to see it because I'd heard about it. I studied brainwashing under Soviet times and then in Chinese communist times, but when you actually go through and watch the propaganda, it was quite sickening at times because it was outright lies. They just play it again and again and again every day for months on end, and this is on every channel, and they also run propaganda sessions where everyone must watch workplaces of stuff across the nation because everyone has to watch a special program that the government made, and they must watch. And if they don't agree with it, they have to hold that in to themselves because they cannot speak it out. And so when we interviewed these former officials from the Chinese Communist Party, because in the movie we have the family that tells their story and it's heart-wrenching at times, but they couldn't explain to us how is it possible that anyone can be twisted to such an extent that they could kill, torture, and do these awful things to another human being. Well these guys explained it to me. One of them didn't just run one labor camp in China, he ran many, but he didn't call them labor camps, he called them re-education centers, even though that's where people were beaten, some were tortured to death.

They are awarded, the labor camps are awarded for their ability to transform someone because the requirement of the party is higher than the value of life. And that's the key element, and this is what they told us, and we couldn't put all of that into this movie. I did actually put that into a book that was published last year as well, who are China's walking dead, because they call themselves the walking dead, because they've been so disconnected from their soul, from their conscience. And they were able to step away from that, and it's very hard for them to adjust and get used to another world, because they don't know what freedom is. Like your story with the churches in the Soviet times, these guys after leaving China, they know they did the right thing because they found their conscience, but they don't know, they don't have, who's going to teach them what freedom is, who's going to teach them how to speak to people, that you don't have to lie all the time, that you don't have to cover your heart and say one thing in the front but have another, put a lie in the front but have the truth inside and never say the truth because you'll be hurt for it. This is what they've been taught all their lives, so it's very difficult for them, but that's something we can really learn a lot from, is their experience, because we never want, I don't want my kids to have to grow up in an environment like that. My family escaped communism in Russia and China and then also Czechoslovakia, so I want my kids to have a free place to go to, and I think that's why we really need to learn from China, because that's the best example of the worst that communism has become, and we must avoid that I really think. You know, it's really something else, there's a warning, and I'll read it to you folks when we get back in Titus chapter 1. Folks, get this movie, Finding Courage, and go see the film, Pineview Theatre this afternoon, 2.40pm and 7pm.
