I'm here and this is One Nation. Welcome to Sunday. Coming up on the show tonight, Ambassador Mike Waltz on the push to get the Christians safe in Nigeria.

Can he get it done? Harry Cole on the BBC lawsuit, why so many in Britain are hoping that Trump wins. And Walter Isaacson, one of America's premier historians, talks about the sentence that matters most and matters most to Americans especially. But first. the fastest, most impactful monologue in America.

And we begin with this.

Now, if you told me there was a group of Democrats conspiring to turn our military against this administration, I would think you're watching the view or eavesdropping on a squad brainstorming session. I hear they do have them. Sadly, I do expect it from them. But if you told me that Democrats, accomplished members of the military, would cut a tape that seemingly urges the men and women of the US Armed Forces to ignore orders, I would be stunned.

So imagine my dismay when I actually saw and listened to this. This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens. Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders. You can refuse illegal orders.

You must refuse illegal orders. Where's this coming from? My emotions quickly went from stupefied to anger. Refuse illegal orders. What orders?

Are these Democrats not liking some elements of Trump's military mission, which, by the way, seems to be working for the American people? You see the polls? On foreign policy, he's above Obama and Biden and Bush at the same point in their second terms.

So what mission would you recommend they ignore? Venezuela? How about the bombing of Iran nuclear weapons sites that they said they didn't have, by the way? Or could it be the deployment of National Guard troops in some city streets? One would think that this charade would features Senator Alyssa Slotkin, Senator Mark Kelly, and Congressman Jason Crowe could be explainable.

What were you guys up to? What were you thinking? Yet none of them had answers. Watch. Reminding them of their obligation from the commander-in-chief that we are asking our military to carry out, are you objecting to?

This is very, very vague. And it was so vague in this video. Nobody, I don't think people could figure out what you guys were all talking about, honestly. Martha, Donald Trump has made a series of very disturbing comments and suggestions that would violate U.S. law and put our military in terrible position.

Again, we're getting nowhere. Can you tell that he was mentored by Adam Schift?

So let's look at what the military defines as unlawful orders, the official code book. According to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, a service member must refuse any order that violates U.S. law, okay? The Constitution, got it, the USMJ, the law of armed conflict, and international treaties, like, for example, the Geneva Conventions.

So, what are some examples of that? Ordering the killing of unarmed civilians, torturing prisoners, ordering a soldier to falsify records, engaging in war crimes, stealing property from locals, targeting protected places like hospitals or religious sites. No, no, no, and no. I'm missing the part where Trump's military and his aspirations are any of the above. And I'm not alone.

You have sitting members of the United States Congress. who conspired together to orchestrate a video message to members of the United States military, to active duty service members, to members of the national security apparatus, encouraging them to defy the President's lawful orders. The sanctity of our military rests on the chain of command. And if that chain of command is broken, it can lead to people getting killed. It can lead to chaos.

She's 100% right. I can't help feel let down from all this because if America is ever going to truly come back to an age of reason, to an age of common sense, I thought it would be with the people who wore the uniform, who would lead us there on both sides of the aisle. Instead, they're trying to corrupt the people who wear the uniform now. Perhaps they're jealous of the attention the socialists on their side in their party are getting. They wanted some of the spotlight.

Well, they got the spotlight.

Now deal with the fallout. Joining me now is Senate Armed Service Committee member, Arkansas Senator, and a veteran himself from the infantry, Senator Tom Cotton. Senator, I can't make sense. I've been watching this for a few days now. I can't make sense of their objective.

Do they just want the spotlight? Or what are they trying to do? Yeah, Brian, I can't really make sense of it either. I think you may have put your finger on it just to search for the spotlight. Democrats can be such drama queens and theater kids at times.

Maybe they wanted to distract away from the fact they just shut down the government for six weeks, and if it's up to the Democrats, our troops would have missed three paychecks. But of course, Donald Trump has not issued illegal orders. President Trump loves our military. He would not put them in that kind of position. Maybe the Democrats are opposed, as you cited, to his very successful military actions, whether it's finally knocking out Iran's nuclear program or finally taking seriously the threat of drugs flowing from Latin America into our country.

But here's my message for our troops across the world. Thank you for your service. You should be proud of our military, proud of your chain of command, and happy that we have a president and a secretary of defense who is going to make sure that you have to face tough, realistic training every day so you'll be prepared to fight and win our nation's wars and hopefully, for that reason, never have to fight them in the first place.

So, Senator, let me ask you a question. If there's a Democratic president and they know you're a respected veteran and they said, Tom, I need you to cut this tape, condemning that president, urging the men and women in uniform to object to any law, anything, any order that they don't like, what would you have said?

Well, no, of course not, Brian. And again, I had my Well uh Share of differences, to say the least, with Joe Biden and Barack Obama. And I'm not aware of any Republican that ever thought of making a video like this. And again, as you pointed out, some of the Democrats who are in this video or who defended it. They couldn't even cite a single so-called illegal order.

Again, that's because we have a chain of command, a Secretary of Defense, and a President. Loves our military, would not put them in that position. They're using our military to keep our country safe. I want you to hear what the president told me on Friday during the radio show when I played him a clip of this. And you know what he tweeted out?

Let's just watch. That type of if that's a form of A very strong form of being a traitor. That's a terrible thing to say. I must tell you, I heard it. And I thought it was some kind of a comedy situation.

I thought there were c you know, it was some kind of a skit. And Because I couldn't believe that they'd say it. I'm not threatening them, but I think they're in serious trouble. I would say they're in serious trouble. I'm not threatening death.

But I think they're in serious trouble.

So he's upset by it. He put out that if you commit treason, it's punishable by death, but people ran with that and said they're under threat. The other things you're talking about this week that I think is really important that people think about all the time that I talk to: are we ready to stop the next drone attack? I watch this war in Ukraine and we watch war change in real time from trench warfare to drone warfare. And you asked our military and you, as a member of the chairman of Senator Armed Services, are we ready to stop a drone attack?

What's the answer? No, Brian, unfortunately, we're not. As you say, the war in Ukraine has shown the threat from drones.

Some of what Israel did to Iran back in the summer, again, shows the threat from drones. It can be infiltrated into a country. It's a simple fact that too many of our military facilities and large civilian gatherings are simply unprotected from potential drone attacks. That's why I have legislation that hopefully will be included in the annual defense bill first that would allow our military to target drones that are approaching our military bases. Right now, it's only a small handful of them.

Frankly, we should treat it just like we'd treat, say, a box truck speeding towards the front gate. Our military guards would be expected to stop it. We should stop drones approaching our military bases. Likewise, for large civilian gatherings, only a handful of them actually have dedicated federal authorities to protect the airspace, even though they're all shut down in terms of airspace.

So, this past weekend of college football and NFL games, very few of them actually had federal authorities there to protect that airspace, even though it was closed.

So, my legislation would allow state and local authorities. Authorities, of which we have many more than federal law enforcement officers, to protect airspace.

So, tens of thousands of people, when they gather together for football games or baseball games, or NASCAR races, or political rallies, will be protected from the threat of potential drone attacks. I know they're doing some cutting-edge stuff to try to stop the Russian drones with the Ukraine. I hope we work with them, but the numbers are stunning. You know, in terms of what's happened with drone activity, U.S. military installation of 350 unauthorized flights, U.S.

southern border, 27,000, and you mentioned over stadiums. Lastly, I was intrigued by this because you have so much to do with the buildup of our military. And that is, there was an article in the Wall Street Journal, and I want you to take a look at the headline: How Pete Hagseth, Secretary of War, can seize the 1939 moment. The essence of the Pentagon reform lies in rewiring the machinery that it connects the budget authority to the operational need. Can we reestablish our military industrial base to the pace it had in 1939 prior to the attack on Pearl Harbor that made us able to win that war?

Are we at that moment and are we capable of responding to the challenge? Brian, I'm afraid we may be. Pete Heckseth gave an outstanding speech on how to reform defense acquisition and procurement. I'd recommend all your viewers to read it. We need to follow through on those reforms.

We need to make it easier for small businesses and cutting-edge, innovative entrepreneurs to do business with the Pentagon, not just the big, traditional defense contractors. But Secretary Heckseth and the Pentagon need more than just reform. They also need the money. And it's incumbent upon Congress to make sure that we're funding our military at a level appropriate to the threat. Our big, beautiful bill earlier this year had an historic investment in things like innovation for drone warfare, for missile defenses, for shipbuilding.

But we also need to increase our annual defense budgets as well to reflect the threat that we truly face from countries like Communist China. What do you see your role in this? How do you see your role?

Well, I work every day on behalf of the people of Arkansas and this entire country to make sure that we are getting our military budget right to fit the thread. Again, it's the one place in government where the budget really has to meet the strategy. You can't set a strategy to meet the budget because if you don't protect the country, you can't do any of the other vital things the American people depend on from their government. Got to get off the one-year contracts. We've got to be able to tell people five years out, this is your budget.

And I think the contractors want that, and the Pentagon needs that. I don't care who the President is. I don't know if that's possible, but I'd love to see it. Senator Tom Cotton, always great. Thank you, sir.

Thank you, Brian. I would like to thank President Trump. for prioritizing this issue and for his leadership on the global stage in calling for urgent action to defend Christians in Nigeria, to combat extremism and to bring a stop to violence against those who simply want to exercise their natural right to freedom of religion or belief. Rapper Nikki Minaj stepping onto a very different stage this week and making a big deal of it, and she should. She wanted to spotlight the growing persecution, mass killings of Christians in Nigeria that most people are ignoring.

Her call comes as President Trump threatens to send U.S. troops to cut off foreign aid if the attacks continue. A move Nigeria's president is pushing back against, saying the country is mischaracterizing how big the bad things are for Christians.

Now, Minaj says this isn't about politics, it's about uniting humanity and standing with the persecuted. Joining us now is a man who was right by her side and asked her to come aboard. The ambassador to the United Nations, Mike Waltz. Ambassador, what a week you've had. Let's start week one.

Why was it you think it was important to contact Nikki Minaj and say, come down and help tell the story?

Well, she actually responded to President Trump posting and saying this is atrocious, these are atrocities that are going on, and Nigeria needs to do more to protect its Christians. She responded to that online, and then we invited her to the United Nations. To see a panel of experts on religious freedom. And also, we had a Nigerian pastor call in and talk about the churches being burned, the children being kidnapped, the pastors being beheaded simply for wearing a cross, and the ongoing atrocities at the hands of Boko Haram and 22 other. Muslim extremist terrorist groups.

It was pretty amazing because we heard about the capture of all those children when President Obama was president. Michelle, the first lady, wanted to get them back. They never came back. And by the way, Brenton, I served in Nigeria back then as a Green Beret and trained their Navy SEALs on how to go after these girls. This has been going on, as you pointed out, for 10 years.

President Trump highlighted it his first term. He was the first president ever to host a panel on religious freedom at the United Nations. But enough is enough, and the atrocities are only getting worse.

So, just give you a stat. I mean, stats don't lie. For some reason, you have to prove it's a problem to people. There's 6,235 Muslims who were killed, and that is sad. But think about this: in a four-that's a four-year period, but 16,769 Christians, and some say it is not a problem.

Here's President Trump with me on Friday talking about why Nigeria matters. I think Nigeria is a disgrace. The whole thing is a disgrace. They're killing people by the thousands. It's a genocide.

And I'm really angry about it. And we pay we give a lot of subsidy to Nigeria. We're going to end up stopping. The government's done nothing. They're very ineffective.

Yeah, they're killing Christians at will and you know, until I got involved in it two weeks ago, nobody even talked about it. made an impact so when you do the what you do Everybody understands it. You're a UN ambassador. When the rapper comes out and praises Donald Trump and you, she got blowback. Take a look at, for example, one of the publications, Rolling Stone Writes.

They put this up. This was what they put out, and you've answered them since. If we can see the full screen, this is the headline: Faith is under attack. Nikki Minaj spreads misleading information at the United Nations. What are we talking about here?

Shame on Rolling Stone. The video is out there of churches being literally machine gunned, of people being burned, of people being run out of their homes. And the most egregious is just this week. We have had multiple instances of girls getting kidnapped and sold into sex slavery if they don't convert. We know what happened on Friday.

We know it's happening, and shame on them. Not only are mainstream media not reporting it, but then they put that kind of garbage out. This is why it's so critical, though, that Nikki Minaj stepped up, and I'm so proud of her for fighting for what she believes. Have you contacted her since? Oh, absolutely.

Okay, because she's gotten the blowback, and a lot of times people are going to be able to do that. Absolutely, but as she stated, she's going to do what she knows is right. Real quick, because I know we have a big agenda. There was also a kidnapping on Friday, 50 kids out of their school. And we see a statement from the president, they didn't have proper security.

What? 25 the week been before.

So let's talk about something else. This week you had a huge week to get 15 votes to back up Donald Trump's peace plan in Gaza was something virtually unprecedented. Sadly, Russia and China abstained. That's on them. But now we have a situation where we're trying to move to phase two of this peace process.

Where are we at in it? And congratulations on doing it.

Well, thank you. And a lot of people said it couldn't be done. We had the Arabs supporting, we even had the Palestinian Authority publicly supporting the Israelis. The hard part was the Europeans. And we told them you can't be more righteous on this issue than the people directly involved.

In terms of next steps, this Board of Peace, led by President Trump, now endorsed by the UN, will set up a technocratic authority of non-political Palestinians that will. Sewage, water, electricity, day-to-day government services get turned back on. We'll have a funding mechanism that a lot of countries, especially the Arab Gulf countries, will contribute to, and importantly, the International Stability Force. Countries like Azerbaijan, Indonesia, and others, we're having very good conversations as they go in. The Israeli forces come out, Hamas has got to give up their arms.

But they're not. They keep saying they're not.

Well, one way or the other, as the president said, they're going to give it up the easy way or the hard way. And we're going to continue to pressure them to do it the easier way. And we have so much more to talk about, but they also are working on the curriculum for the kids and the next generation and trying to get it. The radicalization that has happened. That's right.

So from K to 12, we've got to change the mindset. You can't be teaching kindergartners how to be suicide bombers and that you have to do River to the Sea, which is basically wiping Israel off the face of the map. That's what Hamas has been teaching with a lot of UN agencies helping, and that's unacceptable. All right, Ambassador, great to see you. Hopefully, this is one of many appearances now that you're in New York.

Thanks, Mr.

Well, coming up. Bias Exposed at the BBC. Harry Cole is here on that. And be sure to catch me on tour. I got one date up, more to come.

Fort Myers, Florida, February 14th. I promise a lot of romantic talk. Don't miss it. FrankKillMe.com. It'll be streamed on Fox Nation, by the way.

Uh yeah. Leave you breathless, mm, or with a nasty scar. Got a long list of ex-lars, then I'll tell you I'm insane. Or hey, it's We're gonna walk down to the capital. and I'll be there with you.

And we fight. We fight like hell, and if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore. And after this, We're going to walk down and I'll be there with you. We're going to walk down. We're going to walk down.

Anyone you want, but I think right here we're going to walk down to the Capitol. And we're going to cheer on. Our brave senators and Congressmen and women. And we're probably not going to be cheering so much for Some of them. President Trump threatening to sue the BBC over what you just saw, the doctored speech footage from January 6th.

Many in Britain, believe it or not, are backing President Trump and they hope he's successful because they look at the BBC As a problem. It's in 97% of everyone's home. What is the problem? One of those people complaining for a very good reason is the Sun's editor-at-large. His name is Harry Cole.

And is even pitching himself and says, I will be the next news director if you need me. He joins us now. Harry, why would the people of Britain be rooting for Trump to win? I don't think it's necessary they want to see licensed fee payers' money, essentially a tax on watching TV, be handed to Donald Trump. I think it's more a sort of general sense of disappointment and resentment at where the BBC has got.

Its nickname in Britain is Auntie, because it's almost like it's part of the family. It's just always there. And it's always been trusted. It's always been a sort of pillar of one of those things, a bit like the royal family, that makes Britain Britain. But over the years, it started with the comedy and it started with the drama and it started with the documentaries.

There was just a sort of creeping liberal bias and a hectoring tone that sort of overtaken the BBC. And that has now started to bleed into its news coverage. And it's not as if you can just turn it off. You can't just walk away. You have to, by law, at risk of criminalisation, at risk of jail, at risk of a massive, massive fine, being literally made a criminal if you don't pay for your BBC.

So I think there's more a sense of kind of finally someone standing up to it and saying, enough is enough. It's not that we don't want it to disappear completely. It's that actually we want it to restrict what it once was. Exactly. And that's why if Trump wins, it'll be forced some changes and maybe some heads will roll.

I want you to hear what the former Prime Minister Liz Truss said. Kind of backs you up. There are lots of people in Britain who are cheering President Trump on and who want him to see the BBC because they're a huge problem. They've lied, they've cheated, they've fiddled with footage. There is a lot of excitement amongst Conservatives in Britain at the moment that President Trump is actually taking the BBC on.

I want to see him progress with this legal suit because I don't think they've been held to account.

So if you're a conservative, it's it's kind of tough. Harry, could you give me two things you would do if you got the job?

Well first of all I would get rid of the internal pressure groups. These blight organizations like the BBC, government departments, big media organisations on both sides of the pond. These are staff organisations that represent say LGBTQ plus Batman sign rights and all of that and or very sort of pro-trans lobby groups that actually or anti-you know, anti-borders groups or pro-migration groups within the organization that actually promote over sort of editorial news judgments the ideals of their cause. Get rid of those. You know, it should be editors deciding what has happened.

And I would actually make the you know, we live in the age of streaming. I would make the the teletax, the TV license, you know, it's a subscription service. You should pay for what you get rather than be forced by the state to cough up. Right, people get resentful. Also, they are very anti-Israel almost in everything they do in their coverage.

I want to bring up something else. You guys are a little bit behind us when it comes to your asylum policy and your borders. Suddenly, you realize it's a problem. Here's your Homeland Secretary, Sabana Mahmood, on the changes. Watch.

What the new reforms will do is change that generations old assumption that sanctuary provided to refugees can very quickly lead to permanent settlement and all of the rights that go alongside that. We will be changing that to a more temporary process, and the situation will be assessed every two and a half years.

So, you guys are changing who's going to be in here and how long they can stay when they get here. How big a deal is this?

Well, for Labour, it's a big deal because for years, alongside the BBC, the Labour Party told us it was racist to be worried about immigration, and we were bigots, and we shouldn't, you know, we should be more caring and considerate. And then, suddenly, now they're in power, now they're the ones that actually have to sort this out. It's a good sign that they're finally waking up to it. But frankly, they are far, far, far behind where the voters are. You can go all the way back to the Brexit referendum, and again, where the BBC was saying it was outrageous that we're making it all about immigration.

It goes back to that time when actually the public are far ahead of where the media class, where the political class is. It's good to see Labour are doing something about it, but I fear. The the horse has bolted. If you look at Britain's net migration figures post-COVID are huge and the daily stream of boats, small boats crossing the English Channel day in, day out, thousands of fighting age men crossing into this country, they're not desperate women refugees, they're fighting aged men. It makes shows the whole incompetence and impotence of the state and the government.

I'm glad they're trying to do something about it, but I mean, it's taking their time to get here. They got to want to be a part of your country. They don't want to change your country. They should want to be a part of Britain and make it better, not change it in their image. And I think that's also a problem that we have, too.

And I think we finally got a hold of it. Hey, Harry, always great to talk to you. Harry Cole, thanks so much. And I hope you get that job. I will see.

All right, next, Walter Isaacson is here on why it's more important than ever to come together as a nation and what his book can do about it. Don't move. You're watching One Nation. More of that next. No way.

We'll find you. Break those trees that find you. One night will remind you. Welcome to Fox News Live. I'm Marianne Rafferty in Los Angeles.

The U.S. is expected to designate Venezuelan Cartel de la Soles, a foreign terrorist organization, starting tomorrow. Officials accuse the group of running a major drug operation and say the designation gives Washington new tools to target its members. The move comes as the U.S. ramps up pressure on President Nicolas Maduro, who they allege leads the cartel.

Tensions between the two nations have been escalating as the U.S. military strikes suspected drug trafficking boats off the country's coast. At least 21 vessels have been hit since September, killing more than 80 people. President Trump is also considering military action inside Venezuela. The U.S.

has boosted its regional military presence and authorized the CIA to operate there. Meantime, several airlines have canceled flights to Venezuela after the FAA warned of potentially hazardous situations. I'm Marianne Rafferty, now back to One Nation. Yeah. There is in the White House right now that thinks that he is going to become the dictator of the United States.

No one has ever been more dangerous to this country than Donald Trump, and he is a fascist to his core. Bert, that's not a bad word. It's a fact. Chairman, I think it's insane that the AAA doesn't have an argument, but she's going to refer to me and some of my colleagues. Mr.

Donnelly, we were from the Third Reich. This is the first time. You're been a gift. It's insane. It's insane.

It's insane. Do I look like a member of the Third Reich to you, Mr. Leebes? There's no doubt we are in a time of great political divide and polarization, you think? But as we get set to celebrate America's 250 birthday, it is more important than ever to come together, find some common ground as a country, wouldn't you say?

And no one better to talk about that, that understands it better than the author of his latest book. And it's awesome. It's called The Greatest Sentence Ever Written: Journalist, American History and Values Professor at Tulane University. And we figure roughly nine times New York Times bestseller, Walter Isaacson. Great to see you again.

Wait to be with you again. Brian. Polarization. How concerned should we be, being that you have a sense of history that we've always been kind of at loggerheads? Oh, we've been at loggerheads many times from the Civil War to the Vietnam and Watergate periods, and we tend to come together.

And we often do it when there's a big birthday. After I'm old enough, you're not to remember Vietnam, Watergate, but then coming together for the bicentennial when Gerald Ford brought us together.

So I wrote this book, The Greatest Sentence Ever Written, to talk about the Declaration of Independence and say, hey, how about for the birthday year, the 250th, we try to hang together a bit more. I really hope we should. And I think one of the great things is if you learn about our history, not Democrat or Republican history, you should take great pride in it. You know, you have a show is One Nation. That should be a mantra.

Thank you very much. Let's hope they adopt it. The problem is the biggest challenge is social media. They say, for example, that 20% of all U.S. adults and most kids now get most of their news from TikTok.

And then you have 25% that get it from Instagram, and they're getting it in bytes. Is that a greater challenge than we've ever dealt with? It's one of the biggest challenges we deal with now. It's the algorithms. I'm glad you said that part.

Because what happens is people say outrageous things. But then the algorithm amplifies it and says, okay, I've clicked on Brian, you know, Kilmead's X-Feed and said this. It says, okay, let me take you further down that rabbit hole. Or I click on AOC and it takes you. That is meant to divide us, and we have to overcome that social media division.

Right. I think we are so much better off than the era of the pandemic and the George Floyd riots. I think we are coming together more. Pride in America seems to be dipping just a little bit. Take a look at this.

In 2004, when we asked, the number of Democrats have declared themselves extremely or very proud to be American. In 2004, 88 percent, 13, 85 percent. It drops in 2022 to 65 percent, and now in 2025, 36 percent. Uh how do you tackle that?

Well first of all I'm not sure all these polls are I mean I always felt It's weird, these type of polls. Let's just know our neighbors. Do you think it's right? No, I think if I look around all the people I interact with, not just me as a focus group, but I'm from New Orleans, all the people. At a community level, we feel we're one nation.

And by the way, if you read the Declaration, I hope people keep reading it this coming year, you're proud to be an American.

So here's the sentence. Are you ready? We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal and they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. That among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Why is that the greatest sentence ever written as you do it forensically and talk about how it was built?

It was the aspiration. It's a mission statement. We were creating, I write about innovators all the time from Steve Jobs to Elon Musk. This is the greatest innovation of that time. A government based on individual rights, but we come together in a social contract, plowing common ground so that we can have life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

In just 80 pages, you bring me up close and personal with the people, with the quotes.

So Jefferson's told, okay, you write the Declaration of Independence, do the first draft. They come back, and the other guys are just tearing it up, reading it, crossing this out, putting it in, and he's sitting there depressed. And who comes over to him and makes him feel better? Benjamin Franklin, he says, yeah, when I was a printer in Philadelphia, somebody wanted a sign for hats and all these words, and soon everybody. Everybody was editing it, and the guy finally says, All right, just give me a picture of a hat.

But the point was: you know, this committee of Jefferson, Adams, and Franklin go through four drafts of the We Hold These Truths to be self-evident, and they make it into this beautiful sentence. And if we all Not just memorize it, but appreciate it. We'll do better for our 200 people. You know why, Walter, in my humble opinion? It's because not everybody has it, even to this day.

And at that point, almost no one in the world had it. A pursuit of happiness? No, you lived and died at the position you were in. Royalty had it all, and you had no shot. That's why this country means so much more to the world than just to us.

And that's the American dream. Not only do you have a shot, but you know your kids will have more of an opportunity. We have to protect that because some of that's being lost.

So you've written about some of the smartest people in the world ever. Leonardo da Vinci, Benjamin Franklin, Elon Musk, Steve Jobs. Who am I forgetting? Jennifer Dowdy. Elon Musk.

Elon Musk. And okay. Out of all them. If I had to rank them. Give me your top three.

Well, intellect, intelligence. You'd have to say, Einstein. There is nobody who could think out of the box better than he did. But it's not just intelligence. Smart people, there are a lot of them.

You need to be wise. See, what Benjamin Franklin did in bringing these people together to craft that greatest sentence ever written and the Declaration of Independence is say he loved science. He loved Newton. How do we balance competing values?

So that's wisdom, which is more important than just intelligence. Right, and he was always learning. You know, he's always learning. He's like a sponge. He always did.

And he played such a role in this, and that's where he had the right people at the right time to write the greatest sentence, which is what matters. And that's what you chronicle in about 80 pages. It's amazing what you pack in. Shorter than your book. Absolutely.

But I'll tell you, more impactful are yours. Walter Isidson, thanks so much. Brian, it's always good to be with you. Absolutely. Hope we do it again.

Next. The one and only Carly Shimkis has been booked for the immediate moments that really matter, and that's the picture she gave us, and I like it.

Somebody better. Call the doctor, she's a little hardstopper. I'm talking break and break a one-nother, she's a bracker. She started to choke. Moments that matter.

All right, it's time for the media moments that matter. Yes, my favorite segment of the week. It's the time when, in the beginning of the week, I give my only TV guide, my VCR, the only one I have, all my tape sock and my cords to one anchor. And this anchor this week, you're looking at her Carly Shimpkiss. Yes, you are.

I always love when you are in Carly. I gave you the assignment. I saw how busy you were. Yeah, well, my electricity bill is a little high with that VCR, but I will return it at the end of the week.

Okay, you can title this first one When SNL Meets Real Life, because this week on the House floor, Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett accused EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin of taking campaign donations from Jeffrey Epstein. But it turns out the Jeffrey Epstein that donated to Lee Zeldin is not the convicted sex offender. It was an entirely different person with the same name, despite that obvious mistake. She doubles down. Watch.

I never said that it was that Jeffrey Epstein. Just so that people understand when you make a donation, your picture is not there. And because they decided to spring this on us in real time, I wanted the Republicans to think about what could potentially happen because I knew that they didn't even try to go through the FEC.

So, my team, what they did is they Googled. And that is specifically why I said, hey, Jeffrey Epstein, unlike Republicans, I at least don't go out and just tell lies. Because it was not the same one, that's fine. But when Lee Zeldon had something to say, all he had to say was it was a different Jeffrey Epstein. He admitted that he did receive donations from a Jeffrey Epstein, so at least I wasn't trying to mislead people.

Oh, so she wasn't wrong. She just wanted everybody to know that a completely innocent doctor from Long Island named Jeffrey Epstein donated to Lee Zeldin. I get it. That's totally what she was doing. It is the worst excuse, and no one buys it.

Not Caitlin Collins on CNN. Nobody buys it. Just admit, I wasn't sure. I know. Just say sorry.

We Googled it, as she obviously said. She goes, I only had 20 minutes to get rid of. That's not my fault. I know, right? Yeah.

Can I also say she accused John McCain of taking Epstein donations as well, and Megan McCain posted on X: The Jeffrey Epstein you are referencing is an entirely different human being. Do you have mashed potatoes for brains? You absolute joke.

So that was her comment. Oh, goodness. That was a bit of a surprise.

So that's something else you got wrong.

Now, let's talk sports. Let's talk giants. Let's talk Cam Scataboo, who is, of course, the New York Giants running back who had. I mean, what a season he's had, but of course it ended short because of that devastating ankle injury. He's recovering, but he's having a lot of fun doing it.

Here he is chugging an. energy drink out of his cleat ew watch. Wait, this might be too much liquid for my shoe. Just do it to the top.

Okay.

Okay, so it wasn't only that. Also, this week he appeared on Monday Night Raw with some of his teammates. Yeah, he's recovering from this injury, so some people are calling his behavior reckless. Others are saying he's just having a good time. That's the debate.

But he weighed in. Oh, yeah, he posted this because he's getting a lot of criticism, obviously, from New York Sports Media. And he said, essentially, if you don't like me having fun while going through a tough time, just unfollow me.

So that is his response to this. Unbelievable, but he is a rock star. I do hope his angle gets better. It will. Stay healthy.

Yeah. It'll be great. He's clearly doing okay. He's just got to fully recover. He's got a very good build.

No doubt about it.

Meanwhile, you're not done. Even though we didn't show up at the climate conference in Brazil, other people did. Yeah, and I think it's time to put our dancing shoes on because that's what a group of Canadian doctors did when they attended. At this climate conference in Brazil, and they performed a hip-hop dance routine while calling for the end of fossil fuels. Naturally, watch this.

In through the nose, out through the mouth. Fossil fuels gotta get phased out. In through the nose, out through the mind. Fossil fuels gotta get phased out. In nose out Oh, Mal.

Get phased out Debbie Wasserman Schultz there at that. I don't think that was her. I hope the guy that, listen, I can't dance, but I'll hold the lungs in the back.

Now I know what I want my Halloween costume to be next year: inflatable lungs.

So, by the way, for anyone who says, we should have been there, proof we should not have been there. No, that's okay. Yeah. By the way, unless those doctors swam from Canada to Brazil and perform that, I don't think we should be listening to them. Evidently, it's in the far reaches of the Brazilian forest.

Wow.

So they had to fly, take cars, gas power. Come on. But in through the nose, out through the mouth, fossil fuels, whatever the next line was. I can't believe you memorized that. It's an earworm.

Three great choices. Thanks so much for the media moments that matter. It's fun. I know it would be. Hey, by the way, Carl, if you want to follow me, don't physically follow me.

I'd rather you do it on social media. Rumble, Instagram, X, Facebook. And also, I got the Culper Club. It's a private club. You have to enter it for private stuff.

Also, I want you to watch a brand new season of What Made America Great. It's number two on Fox Nation. Make it number one. Nice. Five new episodes.

Those five new reasons to love the country. Fox Nation, don't move. I cannot believe I am inside the Cheyenne Mountain Complex, the mysterious military installation. After 9-11, we were focused on power projection. But now if we've got those multiple threats, a place like Cheyenne Mountain, getting this infrastructure ready to go is a top priority.

A date which will live. In infamy. This is the original speech. This is the original. When he was president during World War II, he worked in this room.

Once you get there, you gotta fight. Can you give me a sense of what it'd be like to load my musket and take on the Hessis? I would love to.

Now the British who had been chasing the Americans out of New Jersey, they're going to be the ones who are now on their heels going back to New York City. I'm Brian Kilmier. This is indeed what made America great. Welcome back. Former Vice President Dick Cheney was remembered this week by two former presidents, five former Vice Presidents, dignitaries from around the globe, from both parties as well, attended his funeral.

Yet, President George W. Bush, who Cheney served under, called his friend, quote, the model of concentration and alertness and composure. I had a chance to meet him multiple times. I found him to be a fantastic American, extremely smart, extremely confident, and the right person at the right time. You put him on a Sunday show.

He would knock it out of the park every single time. At the end, he clashed with Trump, but don't let people think differently of him. He was a fantastic servant to this country as not only VP, but as Secretary of Defense during a very difficult time, and a VP also at a difficult time, at one point of the 9-11 attacks, he was actually in charge. He will be missed.

Meanwhile, before we go, just a quick reminder: I'm on radio 9 to noon Monday through Friday. We have great guests like the president joining us. Don't miss a minute. And also, in a few hours, I think I'm going to be on Fox and Friends. I'll wear a tie and a new suit.

Jump in the shower, I promise. And as always, my message is two things: stay within yourself as a person and keep your family right here on Fox News. Thanks for watching. These are dark. See lightning.
