Thank you. This is What's Right, What's Left with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Good evening and welcome to another edition of What's Right, What's Left on this night day of March, 2025. And tonight my co-host with a great repertoire is none other than completely Kenny.

Completely. Good evening, Pastor. Good evening. Are you ready to roll tonight? Let's roll.

Well, we have a lot. Do you know what it is? The title of the message tonight is The Truth, The Justification and Crowns and Rewards.

Nice. I would call this a topical message, wouldn't you? Well, the truth is always topical.

Right. So we're going to go and get some exegetical exercise here. And we start tonight in John chapter 14 and verses 5 through 7 as we look at the truth. So here in John 14, 4, or starting with verse 5, Thomas said unto him, Lord, we know not whether thou goest, and how can we know the way? And Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life.

No man cometh to the Father but by Me. Now, that is a verse, a statement that for some of us really is a very, very comforting verse. But for others, it makes them kind of angry. The Muslims don't like to hear that. And the Orthodox Jews don't like to hear that.

A lot don't like to hear that Jesus is the way, the truth, the life. No man cometh to the Father, no man, but by Me. And so do you know what he's saying there?

He's saying that here he is the way to God, he is the truth of God, and he is the life in God. That's what he's telling you. There's no other way to go.

Yeah. Now, there's something that would disagree. Now, he says if... Well, there's other ways to go, but it's not going to lead you to the destination you want. Well, you know, Joe Osteen says, I guess if your God is a good God, you can get there. When, what's his name asked, asked Joe Osteen, he said, you mean to tell me that only Christians can go to heaven, that Jews and Muslims can't get there? And Joe said, well, I guess if your God is a good God. But then he had to backtrack that because it hit the offering plate even in the prosperity church.

So he had to walk that one back. But anyhow, he says in verse 7, if you had known me, you should have known my Father also, and from henceforth you know him and you have seen him. So what do you think he means by that? Well, you've known him, you've seen the Father. Remember, they asked to show us the Father. And Jesus said, well, if you've seen me, you've seen the Father.

We are one. Well, Colossians 2, verse 9, it says, I am Christ, that in Christ dwells the fullness of the Godhead bodily. In Christ dwells...

In other words, so he's telling you that the Trinity, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit appears in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. It's kind of like, look, you and I have a body, soul, and spirit, right? Yes. Do you ever go anyplace where you leave one of those behind? Well, maybe the afterlife.

Maybe we'll leave the body behind. But in this life, no. Yep.

So you can't do it. And that's where they're together, that when you've seen me, you've seen the Father. And so henceforth you know him and have seen him. So he makes that pretty clear. And so now here, now remember what Obama said.

Obama said he believes that Jesus is the Savior, but he's only one of many Saviors. Let me see if I look at that again. Is that in the Bible somewhere? I don't remember ever seeing that. No.

Have we done a show on that one yet? It says, No man cometh to the Father but by me. That's singular, isn't it? And so here, remember what Obama said, too. Obama said, I am the one that you have been waiting for. I am the one that I've been waiting for.

And boy, I'm going to tell you, he is the one hell's been waiting for, too. And then, of course, remember what Oprah says. Oprah says she is the source of her own salvation. Boy, I'm going to tell you, I wouldn't give you a plug nickel for her salvation.

Not at all. And then George Soros. George Soros says he himself is a God.

The idiocy. Well, how much of his gold? He is supposed to have, the rumor is that Soros has put together 40 tons of gold. That's a lot of gold. I mean, that's a whole lot of gold.

I don't think I believe it, but how much of that do you think he could take with him? Absolutely none. Gold won't do you too much in hell, would it? Nope. And so, Soros and Obama and Oprah and Joe Osteen, they all need to repent, don't they? Absolutely. There can be no forgiveness without repentance, can there?

No. Let's go over to 2 Corinthians, chapter 4. And in 2 Corinthians, chapter 4, verses 1 through 4. Therefore, seeing we have this ministry, and we have received mercy, we faint not, but have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but in manifestation of the truth, commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.

And if our Gospel be hid, it is hid to those that are lost, in whom the God of this world has blinded the minds of them which before, which believe not, lest the light of the glorious Gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine into them. Now, I had a lady who had told me once that she said, I believe in the Bible, and I believe in Jesus, and I believe in God. She says, but I do not believe that there's a Satan, a devil, and I don't believe there's a hell.

And I said, well, you know, it's interesting because Jesus preached more in hell than he did in heaven, and he's not a liar. And she had that look on her face, though, here. How could she believe in something she never read, right?

Yeah. And she believes in the Bible, but she doesn't believe there's a hell, so what? So I told her, I says, you need to get a King James Bible, it's superior. It is the Bible, and God has given us.

And she said, well, she said, I don't understand this, and I don't understand why. So I took her to these verses right here. But if the Gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost. Listen.

If the Gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost in whom the God of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious Gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. Do you know what she said? I don't understand what that means. I said, well, we got some work to do. Yeah. And she's come a long ways. Her eyesight is not good. You know, it's too bad, too. I was going to say, this sounds like it's bordering on willful ignorance. But if she's actually, you know, if you're working with her, working through that, then, okay, maybe it's not willful. You know, I was, I tried to explain things to her before, and especially where it came to the COVID shot. I told her, do not, do not take that shot. Do not take that shot. And she said, I trust my doctor. I said, you shouldn't.

If your doctor told you to take that shot, don't trust your doctor. Listen to me. And so, I got her on the newsletter list. So she started getting our newsletters and, you know, talking about the COVID.

Well, guess what? She didn't listen. She had gone out and got the first shot, and it almost killed her.

It almost killed her. And then she said, now I believe you. She said, I believe you.

Man. You were right. She said, I don't trust my doctor now. Okay. And so, now she, she's not going to, she said, I'm never going to get another one of those shots, for sure. And so here.

It was almost too late for her. Yeah, absolutely. I mean, that's right. You know, and today, too, what's happening here here. Remember what he read, what we read in the first two verses. But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully. Now, you've got all these apostate preachers out there, okay. And here, you know, sometimes you would hear the priestly preachers say, well, Pastor Sanders, they're really not bad people. They're just not really biblically literate. No, these are bad people. These apostate preachers are bad people. They know exactly what they're doing.

Yeah. And here, they're purposely leading people. Remember when Obama was running against McCain and he came out with that, the Matthew 25 coalition of the left, the religious left, they called themselves the Matthew 25 coalition of the religious left. And they were laughing and they were mocking privately about how people, because of biblical literacy, the people didn't, they would think that would be a good thing when they said that because they're biblically illiterate.

So when I heard that first commercial, I said, well, I'm going to help them out some. I'm going to explain to the people what they're really saying. And so I said, let's take a look at the religious left. Here's what the Bible says about those on the left.

It says they will be bound and cast into the lake of fire. And here, those on the right will, you know, inherit the kingdom of God, but those on the left. And then I took them over there, Ecclesiastes chapter 10, verse 2, that a wise man will turn to the right, but a fool will turn to his left, okay? And then those, the two thieves on the cross, the one on the right, Jesus said today, this day you will be with me in paradise. The one on the left, well, he didn't fare too well, did he?

No, he was a fool. Yeah. And so, but all through that, and I try to explain, do you see what they're doing? They're telling you who they are, okay? And they're counting on biblical literacy, your biblical literacy. But what happened was, I started on that, and I was talking about other pastors picked up on it, many of them listening to the program, and pretty soon they were preaching from the pulpit all across the country, exactly what I was telling them. Nice. And so that, so within a few days they pulled all those ads, because now people understood what they were actually saying. Mm-hmm.

Here, let's go over to Acts chapter 4, and Acts chapter 4. I'm going to have to whip my whistle here. You know what I'm drinking? Water? It's called Ocean Spray Immunity, C plus E, Cranberry Achaia.

There you go. That's what I'm drinking. I can't get into the cranberry.

It's nice and cold, in my throat, after all the preaching I've done today. The third time. Yeah, I'm still not finished yet. Yeah, so. Anyhow, here in Acts chapter 4, starting with verse 5 through 12, And it came to pass on the morrow that the rulers and the elders and the scribes, and Ananias the high priest, and Cephas, Caiaphas, Ananias was, Caiaphas was Ananias' father-in-law, okay, where the kindred of the high priest were gathered together in Jerusalem. And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power or by what name have you done this?

You know what he was talking about. You know, they were healing the sick, okay? And so he goes on to say, Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, You rulers of the people and elders of Israel, if we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent men, by what means is he made whole? Be it known unto you all and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by death this man stand here before you whole. So they were complaining the fact that the man was healed. Yeah. Okay. This is the Sanhedrin. I mean, it's like Democrats of today, huh?

You know, complaining that you're finding fraud and waste. This is the stone which was set at naught of the builders, which became the head of the corner. Now, here you go. This is the word that the Hindus, the Muslims, the Orthodox Jews, oh, this is the verse that makes them pretty angry. Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is none the other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. None other.

That's the only name. Okay. And so here, that is one of the clearest statements that can be found anywhere, setting forth the only way of salvation. This is also, again, what's one of the most offensive statements to non-Christians out there, huh?

Yeah, I would imagine, because that pretty much tells them that, look, you're doing it completely wrong. There is only one way. It's pretty clear. When I was in Israel, here, we went up to the Mount of the Dome, and Muslims have their table first, and then behind them, you have to go through their area, you have the Israelis, they have their table set up. Well, as I go through there, the Muslims say, you know, no Christian messages on your hats or on your t-shirts or anything, so I wore a hat that simply says, America needs Jesus.

Okay. So I go through there, and these guys sitting there, these Muslims, younger punky boys, they had an attitude, they looked at my hat, and they were about to try to get me a problem, you know? And so I was getting ready for this, because if I had a problem, they were going to get served, and God's words doesn't return void, do they? No. And so, just as I'm getting ready, there were three women that were with us, okay, and they were all very pretty, and they were all the wives of pastors, they were younger women. And so, just as these guys were ready to give me a hard time, they spotted these pretty women there, and of course, then I wasn't very important.

No. And so, I went on through, but it was probably a good thing for them, because they were about to get heaven sweet and hell hot. Yep. They wouldn't have been too happy. Yep.

And in a way, I couldn't blame them, I'd rather talk to those pretty women than me too. And so, alrighty, so, neither is there salvation in any other name. Amen to that. And so, here, I want to go over now to Acts chapter 13. We're going to take a look at, now we're going to look at justification.

Justification. Acts chapter 13. And starting with verse, actually verse 37. But he whom God raised again saw no corruption.

What do you think that means? But he whom God raised again saw no corruption. No sin.

No, that's not exactly it. Okay. So, first of all, who was it that God raised from the dead? Jesus.

That's right. Now, everybody you know that's died, everybody you know that's died, everybody that I know that's died, and I've done a lot of funerals, I mean, I have done a lot of funerals in my time. They've all, their bodies have all gone back to the earth and have seen corruption, they've rotted away. Decayed, yeah.

Yeah, that's called corruption there. Okay. But what about the Lord Jesus? Did his body rot? No. No, it was transformed, wasn't it? Yes.

Yeah. So now here he says, Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preaching to you forgiveness of sins, and by him all that believe are justified from all things from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses. And so here, let me ask you this then. We couldn't be justified by the law of Moses. Why are the Sadducees and the Pharisees, and why haven't they figured that out?

Because they don't believe? Well, they believe that, apparently they believe that they can, if they can keep the law, they can receive salvation by keeping the law. The problem of it is, out of all the men that ever walked the earth, there's only one that ever kept the law. He fulfilled the law. Yeah, it's impossible for us.

So now here, what is it now? The law in itself is perfect. The law in itself is perfect.

But we're not. That's right. So the only thing the law could do for us is condemn us, huh?

Mm-hmm. And so this is why we're under the spirit of the law, not the letter of the law, huh? Yes. But what about those people that are not saved? They're not under the spirit of the law, so where do they fall? They would be under the letter of the law. Yeah, and that means they're in big trouble, huh?

Yes, they are. Yeah. And so, let's go, here he simply tells you, we are justified by our belief in the Lord Jesus, and let's go over to Romans chapter 5, see how we get justified over there. In Romans chapter 5, I've got to do it again.

Preaching takes a lot of words, you know. So, here in Romans chapter 5, verses 1 and 2, therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein you stand to rejoice in the hope and glory of God. All right, so here now, we're justified by faith, we're justified by grace, in fact, if you, and that's in 3-12, or 3-24, but if you look over in verse 9, chapter 3 verse 9, much more than being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. So, we're justified by the blood of the Lord, but what is that wrath he's referring to? He's speaking about a specific thing, too, here.

Actually, it's got more than one application, but... Would that be the end times? Judgment? The wrath of God is judgment, but also the tribulation period is the wrath of God, huh?

Yeah. In several places, it makes it clear that the church, those that are saved, they're not going to go through the wrath of God. They're not going to go through the tribulation period. And so, again, it goes here. Then it says here, also, if you take a look at that, if you, I believe it's over in, well, yeah, it is, it's over in James, in James 122, but here in James 221, justified by works, we're justified by works.

And what does that mean? That means we're justified by works. Remember, faith without works is what? Dead.

Dead being alone, right? So, here, we're justified by works, and again, James 122 is B-U-E, viewer of the word, not a hearer only, deceiving your own self, huh? So in that, so he's making the point very clear that we're justified by faith, here, we're justified by grace, here, we're justified by the blood, verse 9, we're justified, well, it's all three, we're justified by the works, and that means, you know, especially in relation to man. And so now, we looked at justification, now we look at rewards. Rewards, there's a lot about rewards in Heaven. And so, we start over in 1 Corinthians, chapter 9, 1 Corinthians chapter 9, and as we look at 1 Corinthians chapter 9, verses 25-27, And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things.

Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown, but we an incorruptible. I therefore so run, and that is uncertainty, so fight I, not as one that beateth the air, but I keep under my body, and bring into subjection, lest by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway. And so now here, he's making a point, when you strive for mastery, okay, so, we're having a chili cook-off coming up, and they've talked me into competing. I haven't done it, it's been a long, long time since I did that, but I have won 14 first place chili cook-offs in Northeast Ohio in the past years. And so, I'm going to be one of about 10 contestants in that who are cooking chili. Now, I can say, you know what, I got a real good chance of winning this one. In fact, I was kind of, the bragging rights, I was kind of pulling the strings to a couple of the other guys, including my son. My son's won three times over the years. You might as well not even enter.

I'm going to do it, so you might as well not even bother. Yeah. So now, if I win that trophy or that crown, the crown is like a trophy. It's a very temperate, very temporal thing, right?

He says here, And everything that strives for mastery is temperate in all things. Now, they do it to obtain a corruptible crown, a wee, and incorruptible. So now, you know, you hear in the Super Bowl, these guys, they get Super Bowl rings. Everyone that goes to the Super Bowl gets a ring, huh?

Everyone that plays in the Bowl. Well, that's supposed to be like a great big honor, but some of those guys have sold their rings. They're sold their rings for big money, and they just sold it out. So, what has that done to the value of the ring? Then it's corruptible, huh?

Yeah. I mean, the whole purpose is that you earned the ring. If someone buys it with money that didn't earn it, they have something that they didn't earn, so it's corruptible. But now, here, when we get to Heaven, but we an incorruptible crown, we get an incorruptible crown.

That means what do you think that crown is? Because it's we have to go to the beam and seat judgment. We'll be talking about that here, I think, in just a minute. So, here now, when we the rewards that we receive at the beam and seat judgment are forever incorruptible. Forever incorruptible. Would that be our heavenly bodies?

No, no. The crowns are rewards that we get. That's what the beam and seat is all about. You're there, and as we get as we go through here, we'll see here you're there to either receive rewards or lose rewards. Now, the beam and seat is a believer's judgment, okay? But here, what is the greatest reward?

What happens to us when we are there at the beam and seat judgment? We receive something called immorality. Immortality, not immorality. Wait a minute, this doesn't sound right. Immortality, yeah.

I'm tired, man, I'm telling you. I don't want to get myself in trouble with the Lord. I think you're at the wrong judgment there.

Yeah. And so, here, this immortality, okay, this is a crown that can never be corrupted. It can never be corrupted. Verse 54 of 1 Corinthians, chapter 15, So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then it shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up by victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin, and the strength of the sin is in the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be you steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. Okay? And so here, as we go through that, we see that, but he says, Therefore so run I now, not as uncertainly, so fight I not as the one that beateth there. Now, when I go into that chili cook-off, I can hope that I might have a good chance of winning, okay? And, you see, what's important at the chili cook-off is not the beef that's in the kitchen, it's the bull that's in the kitchen. And that's where you get the bragging rights, you see.

And, see, that's why we don't have any women competing for two reasons. One, in that cook-off, the bragging rights, when it's taken place there in the kitchen, there's a lot of ugly jokes taking place. There's a lot of ball-headed and bow-legged jokes taking place. A lot of old jokes. Yeah, and old jokes. These are things that women don't normally take, you know, take to right away. Yeah. But, you know, we all, us guys all laugh and we, you know, we just, we have a lot of fun just It's lighthearted. Yeah, and it's this bragging rights thing.

The other reason, and probably the most important reason we don't let women compete is because they might win. And we can't have that. You've got a level of plague killed somehow. Yeah. And so I had one of the ladies in the church today tell me, Well, we're going to go, these two women, and we're going to cook our ladies chili. I said, No, no, no.

You know, when it comes to chili, there's only men's chili and transgender chili. So they put a, they put a stop to that already. And so, so there, so I know about here, when I'm at that Bema Seat Judgment, I got no doubts that I'm a winner. Just being there, just making it to the Bema Seat, I'm a winner there. Absolutely.

Absolutely. Because the other place is the Lake of Fire. Right? And you definitely don't want to go there. Actually, the other place would be the White Throne Judgment. So for believers it's the Bema Seat Judgment for the lost.

It's the White Throne Judgment, which is definitely a place to avoid, huh? Mm-hmm. And so, but I keep under my body and bring into subjection list that by any means when I have preached to others, I myself should be cast away. In other words, he's got to make sure that he continued being a doer of the Word, not just a hearer only, right?

Mm-hmm. So now I want to go over to 1 Thessalonians, chapter 2. In 1 Thessalonians, chapter 2, verses 17 through 20, we read, oh, I've got to do one more page. But we have, But we, brethren, being taken from you for a short time in presence, not in heart, endeavored the more abundantly to see your face with great desire. Wherefore, we would have come unto you, even I, Paul, once and again, but Satan hindered us. For what is our hope or a joy or a crown of rejoicing are not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming, for you are our glory and joy. Now, so here, so what is the crown of the rejoicing, do you think? I'm not sure. Okay.

Would it be in knowing your faith? Right. Remember when you graduated from high school or, you know, if you were in the military where your class graduated and everybody got their diplomas at one time and it was something they all did together and they were, especially after high school, they were so happy to be out, be finished with school, huh?

Yeah. And so they were rejoicing and being finished with school. But this is a little different here because here the crown of rejoicing is the rewards that you are at the bema seat.

You are there. That's the rejoicing. You're rejoicing because you are there at the bema seat. You also have the incorruptible crown that we just read about, okay? And you have a crown of righteousness, the crown of life, and the crown of glory.

Well, these are different crowns that you receive as rewards. And, in fact, let's go take, well, here we're looking at the crown of rejoicing to be in the, again, to be in the very presence of the Lord Jesus at the bema seat judgment. That is something to rejoice in. I want to go over to 2 Timothy, chapter 4.

In 2 Timothy, chapter 4, we read verses 6 through 8. Boy, I have to whip my whistle a lot tonight before I lose my voice, huh? For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight.

I have finished my course. I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day, and not to me only, but to all of them that also that love his appearing. And so, again, this is another one of the crowns symbolizing the rewards for faithful service, which Christ will award to the believers at his judgment seat there. And, again, this includes, we look at the incorruptible crown. We looked at that over in 1 Corinthians 15, huh? And now here's the crown of rejoicing. We look at the crown of rejoicing.

And so, here he's talking about the crown of righteousness. And so, for I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. So Paul knew it was time to go. He wasn't afraid, was he?

No. He was ready. He says, and this is what we all want to be able to say this. We all want to be able to say this. I have fought a good fight.

I have finished my course. And I have kept the faith, okay? And so, I can say that over all these years in this ministry, I have always given it my very best. I'm not saying that my best was always enough, but I can say this, that we never, in all this time, gave it less than our best. There was no lack of trying.

Right. Even at times when you're so worn out until you barely keep your eyes open. I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept the faith. Henceforth, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day. And not to me only, but unto all of them also that love his appearing. So we're all going to receive these crowns of righteousness there that have made it to the Bema Seat judgment. We'll all be there together.

And that is something to look forward. Now let me ask you this. How sure are we of what I just read? 100% positive.

100% sure, right? We cannot find any prophecies in the Bible, any truths in the Bible that have not either been fulfilled or being fulfilled or will be fulfilled. And the vast majority of them have been fulfilled exactly when, exactly where, exactly how the Word of God said, some 4,000 years in advance. And so here now, I want to go over, as we look at these crowns, to Revelation chapter 2. In Revelation chapter 2, verses 8 through 11, we read this. And unto the angel, the church, and Smyrna write these things, saith the first and the last, which was dead and is alive. So, who do you think that is, the first and the last? Would that be God?

Alpha and Omega, Jesus said, I am the Alpha and the Omega, beginning and the end, right? So now, what about the angel at the church in Smyrna? Who's that?

Would that be, I'm not sure. That's the pastor of the church. That's the pastor of the church.

See, seven churches, he's referring to the seven pastors there. There's the seven angels of the church. Now, here there are places in scripture where the term angel has been applied to men, and the term men has been applied to angelic beings. And so, remember what Daniel referred to Gabriel, when Gabriel had spoken to Daniel and told Daniel, look, I was dispatched a while back, but what happened was Satan hindered me, held me back, held me back until Michael came and set me free and released me. And so, here now, Daniel referred to Gabriel as the man Gabriel, the man Gabriel.

And why? Because, well, he appeared as the shaper of the form of a man. Angels do that a lot. And this is why he tells you in Hebrews chapter 13 to always be aware that you might be entertaining angels unawares. And I truly believe that I've done that.

I can give you some instances of things like that where it was kind of supernatural things happen. And so, here, when we take a look at that, and the angel of the church of Smyrna, now, that's interesting, too, because today Smyrna has a different name. Do you know what the church in Smyrna, what Smyrna is called today? No. Izmer. Izmer. It's called Izmer. Izmer. Yeah. It's in Turkey. Oh, okay.

I was going to say, I've never heard of Izmer. It's a town in Turkey, yeah. And so, here, back in, well, it's about, well, it's about 35 miles north of Ephesus there. And so, here, Polycarp, he was a convert of John, who was the, who wrote the book of Revelation here. God was the author, but John wrote it. He was a convert of him, and he served as the pastor of the church there in Smyrna until he was martyred back in A.D. 155. And so, here, he goes on to say, these things, write these things, say the first and the last, which was dead and is alive, and that only the Lord Jesus.

I know thy works and thy tribulation and poverty, but thou art rich. And I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. So who do you think he's talking about there? Non-believers? No, he's talking about the seeds of Abraham that are not the sons of Abraham. And, if you go over to Romans chapter 9 and John, the Gospel of John chapter 8 here, these are Jews that have rejected the Lord Jesus as Messiah. In fact, if you look in Zechariah chapter, the last two verses in chapter 13, you see that two-thirds of Israel perish. And then, in Romans chapter 9, Paul refers to those of Israel that are not the sons of Abraham.

Okay? And Paul says that if he could, rather than to see all his brothers and Jews perish, that he would take their place if he could do that. But here Jesus refers to them as he says, I know the blasphemy of them that say they are Jews but are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. So these are the seed, but not the sons of Abraham.

Okay? And so here, in fact, you probably know, we know people like that that are Jewish people, but you know they are not saved. How about Chuck E. Schumer? I didn't know he was Jewish. Oh yeah. I had no idea. Well, that's why he wears that little yarmulke at certain days.

I really never noticed that. Yeah. What about Hillary Rodham Clinton? She's not Jewish, is she? She sure is.

Really? Why else would they have a kosher kitchen? I have no idea.

I don't know. We had the cook, her kosher cook. Oh, that's a long story. But anyhow, yeah, she's Jewish. Her real name is not Rodham, it's Rosen.

Her real name was Hillary Rosen. But anyhow, what about Jamie Raskin? Yeah.

You've seen him wear it. Yes. Yep.

And, Cole, here's the best of all, what about... Wait, you don't think Jamie Raskin's saved? No. Yeah. Wow.

Yeah. But here, George Soros. And, you know, the very worst anti-Semitic people are Jews.

The people that hate the Jews the most, that I know, are Jews. Look at Chuck Schumer. He's taken the side of those protesters, the Hamas protesters. He's taken their side. He's taken the side of AOC and the squat, which are all anti-Israel.

And so you look at, of course, George Soros. I heard him bragging. He was bragging about going in during the Nazi Germany and taking the property away from the Jews. And he himself was a Jew.

Unbelievable. Yeah. And so, and he bragged about it. He bragged about it.

Oh, he's proud of himself. Yeah. Fear none of these things which thou shalt suffer. Behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that you may be tried and you shall have tribulation ten days.

Do you know who else had tribulation ten days, was tried for ten days, tested? No. Daniel. Oh.

And so here, it's like a period of time. Okay. He says, be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee the crown of life. So who is it that will be faithful unto death? The saved, the born again. The born again believers. Yeah. They can't lose their salvation.

They will be, well, does the Bible say that God in that time of need will be there? He will give you the ability to, well, to overcome? Mm-hmm. Okay. And so he will.

Does he say that he will never leave you or forsake you? Absolutely. Is there anybody else in this whole world that we can trust that will never let us down? No.

Not even ourselves. No. Yeah. Believe it or not, I've made mistakes in the past. Really? Yeah. I let myself down, I'm telling you.

I think I have a couple times, too. Yeah. And so it's all coming out now already. And so here he goes on, he said, he that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit say unto the churches. He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. And, of course, that's the way of throwing judgment, huh? Mm-hmm. But here, yeah, we're going to do it again one more time.

Let's go over to 1 Corinthians chapter 3. Not only am I thirsty, I'm sleepy. Well, at least it's an early night tonight for you.

Yeah, it is. This is a very early night for me. And so here in 1 Corinthians chapter 3, let's start with verse 9. For we are laborers together with God, you are God's husbandry, we are God's building. According to the grace of God which is given unto me as a wise master-builder, I have laid the foundation and another buildeth thereupon, but let every man take heed how we buildeth thereupon. And so what do you think he meant when he said he's a wise, it comes from the work, there's a great work, word, archeton, archeton, okay. And that simply means a structural engineer. Like an architect.

Yeah, that's where we get that word, huh? And so he goes on to say that he's a wise architect, structural builder. I have laid the foundation and another buildeth thereupon, but let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. For other foundation can no man lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation, gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, and stubble.

What do you think he means by that? Gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, and stubble? Earthly stuff? Earthly possessions, maybe?

No. He's talking about your works are going to be tried by fire. Your works will be tried by fire. So what happens if you take gold, silver, and diamonds and you put them under the fire? Well, eventually they'll melt.

I don't know about diamonds, but the gold and silver would. They become purer. That's how they purify gold and silver.

They do it with fire. Yeah, it melts away any… Seven times, yeah. And so, yeah, it melts away any of the dross, huh? Yeah, and it'll separate.

And diamonds under pressure and heat become diamonds. And so now here, but what happens when you take wood, hay, and stubble? It just burns up.

It burns up. So he's saying your works, if your works, if you go out and you do things that cost you somewhat too, in other words, you know, you do what needs to be done, even if there's consequences to pay. Now, I've never paid nearly, nothing with a lot of Christians have paid really, really serious prices for doing the Lord's work. I've been arrested a number of times out there. They tried to sue me. They tried to kill me, been shot at. They tried to run me over. A guy tried to stab me.

He tried to poison me once. But that's nothing compared to what a lot of Christians have gone through. I mean, what a lot of Christians have suffered. And so it's what you're willing to do for the Lord's sake.

There are those out there that really, you know, if it doesn't cost them too much, they'll do it. But those are wood, hay, and stubble. He goes on to say, Every man's work shall be made manifest, for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire, and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide when he hath built through upon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss, but he himself shall be saved, yet as so by fire. So what do you think that means? He's going to lose his rewards.

That'll happen to a lot of tabimas, the judgment. But he says that, will he lose his salvation? No.

No, uh-uh. No, you're not, that you are the temple of God, and the Spirit of God dwelleth in you. If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy, for the temple of God is holy, which you are holy. Have you ever seen these people that are tattooed from head to toe?

Mm-hmm. Boy, and some of the things they have tattooed on them, that's defiling. Did you ever see them where they've got so much metal in their face they can't give by an industrial magnet? Their whole face will be ripped off. That is defiling. And then, of course, sexual sins and things that you do. For Christians, that is a no-no, okay? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy. In other words, for the temple of God is holy.

In other words, if you are a Christian and you've done these things, after you get saved, then you're probably going to have a very short life on this planet, because God won't tolerate it. Hebrews chapter 12. And so we're, we've come to that time. Well, like always, you have been an excellent co-host. I appreciate it. You've been an excellent teacher. And we keep doing it, and we have a lot of fun going through the Word of God, don't we?

Yes, we do. Well, guess who's going to be with me tomorrow night, Lord's willing? I don't know. Pastor Joe.

Nice. Pastor Joe. I haven't talked to him in a while. Yeah, he's going to come back. He misses us.

And so, we miss Pastor Joe. I told him how all of the folks are waiting to keep asking about him. So he said he's coming back and being with me tomorrow.

Nice. Until then, I want to say thanks for being here, all you folks. And have a good night.

And always, always, always. Keep fighting the fight. Fight. Fight. Fight.

Before Trump did it, we did it. Fight. Fight. I did it. Fight. Right?
