Thank you. This is What's Right, What's Left with Pastor Ernie Sanders. Good evening and welcome to another edition of What's Right, What's Left, the voice of the Christian Resistance. And tonight, the title of this message, well, on this 28th day of July 2024.
And tonight, the title of my message is Give Glory to God and Worship Him Only. And we're going to start in Galatians chapter one. Paul, an apostle, not of men.
This is a very important part here. Neither by man, but by Jesus Christ and God, the father who raised him from the dead. To understand that, we have to really jump ahead to verses 17. And neither went I up to Jerusalem, to them which were apostles before me.
But I went into Arabia and returned again into Damascus. And after three years, I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter and abode with him fifteen days from. What he means by this, when he says, I'm an apostle, not of men, neither by man, but by the Jesus Christ and God, the father who raised him from the dead. That he got his mentor, his teacher, who was the Lord Jesus himself. For three years, Jesus mentored him in the Arabian desert.
And so, here he had the Lord Jesus Christ himself as his mentor there in the desert for three years. And all the brethren which were with me into the churches of Galatia. Now, Galatia was not a city, but a Roman province located in what is now today's north central and northeastern Turkey.
It had earlier been overrun by the Gauls from whom the area was named, but later incorporated into the Roman Empire. Several of the cities reached on Paul's first missionary journey, Antioch of Poseida, Iconium, Lystra, and Turbe, were in the area just south of Galatia proper. Could be considered as Galatian churches, but there's no internal evidence to that effect.
Possibly, the churches to whom Paul was writing were certain unknown churches in Galatia proper, churches that Paul had reached on his second missionary journey. And he says, grace be to you, and peace from God the Father. And for which our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins, he might deliver us from this present evil world. According to the will of God and our Father. Well, now here, when he's talking about this present evil world, the word there for world is Aeon. And here, what that means is, it means an age, a dispensation period, this present dispensation or age. And if he thought the things were really wicked in those days, he should be living here today, how things have become so wicked and so many people don't even realize it today.
It's amazing. He says, who gave himself for our sins, and he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father. To whom be glory forever and ever, Amen. Now, give God the glory.
The glory belongs to God here, and we're going to, as we go through this message, see the reason for that. Now, he says, I marvel that you are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ and to another gospel. Well, here, the word another in this verse, heteros, means another of a different kind. That is, any gospel that is not really Christ-centered and centered, if you will, on the grace of Christ, is not an alternative. It's not an alternative gospel. In fact, it's a false gospel. We're not a gospel at all.
He says in verse 7, which is not another, alos is the word there for another, and of course, what that means there is which means another of the same kind. But here, this so-called gospel was misleading the Galatians, was not really one with minor variations from the true gospel, but was altogether and totally opposite. It was, like so many that are preaching today, a false gospel.
Like the progressive gospel out there today, the socialist gospel today, the name it claim it prosperity gospel, these are false gospels out there today. And so he says here, but though we or an angel from heaven preach any other gospel unto you that which you have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Again, let me say, but although we or an angel from heaven preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. And as we said before, so I say now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that you have received, let him be accursed.
Now, I want to jump over very quickly because here's a reasoning in that. If you run to Revelation chapter 14, verse 6, 7, and 8, And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel, the everlasting gospel, preaching to them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation and kindred and tongue and people, saying with a loud voice, Fear God and give him glory to him, for the hour of his judgment has come, and worship him that made heaven and the earth and the sea and the fountains of water. And there then followed another angel, saying, Babylon has fallen, has fallen, the great city, because she made all the nations drink of the wine of her wrath of her fornications. So here, when he's referring to the everlasting gospel, that is what Paul is referring to as the gospel that he was preaching as the everlasting gospel.
Now, here, the point of this is to let God get the glory here. And as we look at this, you know, I've been a little troubled by what has become almost a cult worship of President Trump. Now, you notice that I said President Trump and not former President Trump. I still believe that he is still the legitimate American president. I believe that that election was stolen. In fact, I'm sure of it. And so, even though he is, and I want to say this, that even though he is among America's greatest presidents, he is still only a man with many faults like all the rest of us. And again, there has become, there's a group of people called the front row people or front line people that have idolized him.
This is not a good thing or a healthy thing. Now, if I were asked to be his advisor or counselor, this is the advice that I would give him. And I would find that advice over in the book of James chapter 4. And in James chapter 4, here's, well, I'm going to actually start James chapter 4 with verse 10.
Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord and he shall lift you up. Now, I want to go to verse 13. Go to now, you that say today or tomorrow we will go into such a city and continue there a year and buy and sell and get gain. Whereas you know not what shall be on the morrow. For when is your life?
It is even but a vapor that appears for a little time and vanishes away. Now, that's an interesting thing because Job, who lived 200 years, said that my life is wind. And Moses, who lived 120 years, said that we spend our years as a tale that is told.
And so here, when he said, whereas you know not what shall be on the morrow, for what is your life, it is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. All we have is the here and now. That's all we have. We have the here and now. We cannot reclaim five minutes ago. I can't reclaim when this radio program started. Well, we haven't.
Actually, we have it on audio. We have a recording, but that time is gone. We'll never have that time again.
And we can't be certain that we'll have 15 minutes from now either. But here now, he says for you that you ought to say, if the Lord will, we shall live and do this or that. Now ye, but now ye rejoice in your boastings, and all such rejoicing is evil. Now, here, this is my problem, and this would be my advice to President Trump. That I would not say, on the very first day, I will reverse all of Joe Biden's orders. On the very first day, I will close the border. Now, these are good things. Those are good things. On the very first day, I will pardon all of the January Sixers.
This is a good day. What he should say is, Lord's willing, Lord's willing. Now, here, you get a very direct warning right here, that you ought to say, if the Lord will, we shall live and do this or that.
But now, ye rejoice in your boastings, and all such rejoicing is evil. So, again, what President Trump needs to do is to say that, Lord's willing. He really needs to do that. Therefore, to him that knoweth to do good, and do it not, to him it is sin. Now, listen, he has taken positions that, when it comes to sin issues like abortion and pedophilia and homosexuality, he needs to go to the Bible. And, well, now, Pastor, you know, we're talking politics, and, you know, the Bible's, that was written a long time ago, and, yeah, he's a believer, he's a Christian.
But, listen, he needs to hold right to the Word of God, no compromise, no compromise at all. When it comes to abortion, killing babies, killing innocent children, now I know he says he's pro-life and he wants to stop it, and I know what you say. Well, listen, you have to have a strategy, you know, let's take a look at right now, you can't do that, because the whole country loves killing babies. Everybody loves killing babies, right? No, they don't.
They don't. And with President Trump, he's got the bully pulpit. If he was to stand up there and say, listen, you people out there, you're standing in the shadow of a holy and a just and an angry God who must punish sins.
A holy God must punish sin. You people out there, they're clueless. You're simple-minded. Do you understand that the rivers and the sewers in this country have run red with the blood of 160 million, 160 million innocent babies? And I know that the number they give out is only about 70 million, folks, it's double, the number that they're giving out is double.
The number that they give out is only one-half, the actual kills are double. We've got that right from the abortionists themselves that admitted, yeah, the common practice in the child-killing industry, you only report, you only claim one out of every two babies you kill, you murder. And so President Trump needs to come right out and flat out and say, look, the sewers in this country run red with the blood, their blood cries out to Almighty God. Listen, if he was to do that, he would have the respect of the people, even those out there on the other side, some of those would say, well, I don't personally agree with abortion, but I'm not going to judge other people.
You better, you better. That's where the Bible is very clear. And that's what President Trump should do. When it comes to the log-cabin Republicans, he should have nothing to do at all with the log-cabin Republicans, nothing to do at all with the log-cabin Republicans. When it comes to LGBTQ, you can't say, well, you know, I'm not going to interfere.
That's up to them. No, you can't do that, President Trump. You need to say that's wrong. For 6,000 years, up until back when I was a child, you still went to jail for sodomite acts. You still went to jail for the sin of sodomy, folks.
And you definitely went to jail for murdering babies. And today they want to legalize pedophilia. And President Trump should take a no-compromise stand and condemn these horrible sins. And so here now, I want to go, I want to turn over to 1 Corinthians chapter 6. 1 Corinthians chapter 6 has a way of saying it. And verses 14 through 18.
Be you not unequally yoked together with unbelievers, for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness, and what communion hath light with darkness? Well, here, folks, what he's talking about, you know, that comes from a passage there in Deuteronomy 22, I believe it is, in verse 10. Where it's referring to yoking an ass with an ox. They don't pull the same, that ox will pull that poor old jackass all over the place.
They're not going to pull together. But we use it, the reference here, are things like especially marriage. You don't, I will not marry a saved person to an unsaved person. I won't do that. And I've had people in the past come to me. I had a couple that came to me and he professed that he was saved. She said she wasn't. She wasn't. And I said, well, then I can't marry you. I said, I don't understand why you don't want to be saved, why you don't want to be. I said, you know, if you die, you're going to go to hell. And she said, well, how do I get saved? I definitely don't want to go to hell. I don't know how to get saved.
I definitely don't want to burn in hell. And I said, do you believe that Jesus died in your place? He took your place upon it?
Of course he did. Everybody knows that, right? Well, no, not everybody, believe me.
A lot of simple-minded people out there. So anyhow, she decided that she didn't really want to burn in hell. And she said the sinner's prayer. She asked the Lord in her heart. And that way I could marry the two of them.
Other than that, I could not. But they still had to come to at least three counseling classes, too. Because marriage, God takes marriage very, very seriously. Whatever God takes seriously, folks, we take seriously. And God hates divorce.
And so anyhow, she did that, that she got saved, and they got married. But other things, too, like you don't want to go in or into a partnership with an unsaved person, a saved person and an unsaved person. There's a number of things that you don't want to do with an unsaved person here. Business partnership, you don't want to go to, well, you definitely don't want to go to churches that have a sign out front that says, everybody welcome without exceptions.
Do you understand what they're saying? Everybody welcome without exceptions. If you believe in witchcraft, you're welcome. These are the apostate churches out there.
Believe me, there are more and more of them out there. If you believe in Satanism, you're welcome. If you're homosexual, you're welcome. He says, what concord hath Christ with Belial, or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God.
As God has said, I will dwell in them and walk in them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Now, today, just like in those days, we have idols. You've heard of teen idols and movie star idols and that, folks.
Christians have nothing to do, no fellowship at all, nothing to do with idols. And these are people, there are people out there that start believing, you know, these people that are hiring them and telling them how great they are. And, you know, you have people that make a living convincing these movie stars just how great they are. That's their job.
And, folks, and that's why you have people that have never held another job but acting become all of a sudden experts on the environment and experts in areas where they are not experts at all. He says, Wherefore, come out from among them, be you separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing, and I will receive you. Well, the unclean things, pedophiles are unclean, the homosexuals are unclean, whorish women are unclean. All of these things the Bible refers to, you know, in fact, it really defines over, I believe it's in Deuteronomy where cross dressers, cross dressers are referred to an abomination. And to, if I try to remember what verse that was, but in other words, wherever men that wear women's clothing, the Bible refers to them as an abomination, okay, which is an unclean thing, a very unclean thing. And so, and I was looking here, maybe I can find that verse.
Well, I'll touch on it another time. Aha, it's in Deuteronomy 22, verse 5. And here it is in Deuteronomy 22, verse 5, we read this. The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth to a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment, for all that do are so are abomination unto the Lord thy God.
So here, cross dressers, drag queens, these are unclean, and so when he says, Wherefore, come out from amongst them, be you separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing, and I will receive you. So these churches that have these signs out front where they say, All are welcome without exceptions, it tells you right here, come out from amongst them, come out from amongst them, be you separate. Now, separatists, we're separatists. If you're a born again believing Christian, you're a separatist, but what the world tries to do, the world tries to confuse separatists with supremacists. Supremists. Separatists and supremacists are not the same at all. And so we're not isolationists either.
That's what they did with Randy Weaver. The media kept calling him a white supremacist. He wasn't. He was a separatist.
I knew Randy. He was no more a supremacist than I am. And he says, And we'll be a father unto you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. And so, here again, come out from amongst them, be you separate from them. And I want to go now over to 1 Thessalonians 2. In 1 Thessalonians 2, verses 1-6, we read this.
For yourselves, brethren, know our interest unto you, that it was not in vain. Now, here, he says, But even after that we had suffered before and were safely entreated, as you know in Philippi, we were bold in our God to speak unto you the gospel of God with much contention. Well, Paul had been beaten and jailed just before he hooked up with Silas.
And as soon as he got out of jail, him and Silas came straight to Thessalonica. And here, as soon as they started preaching in the temple, they were harassed by the Jews, and then they hid themselves, and they went to Berea. But these were not men-pleasers. He goes on to say, For our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor of guile, but we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel. Even so, we speak not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts. For neither at any time used we flattering words, as you know, nor cloak of covenants, God is our witness, nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor yet of others, when we might have been burdensome as the apostles of Christ. Well, we see that glory amongst the men is very, very short-lived. And I'm going to have to take a minute here and wet my whistle.
This is the third time today for this message. Wow, that feels good. Now I want to go over to Matthew chapter 4 and start with verse 8. And in Matthew chapter 4, here we start, And again the devil taketh him up into exceedingly high mountain, and showeth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them, and said unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
Boy, isn't that big of him here now. Satan is very generous. He's like our government was willing to give us back a little bit of what they took from us.
Here, the Bible says that God, that the earth and the fullness therein, the earth and the fullness therein, everything on the earth belongs to God. And so here now, Satan has decided that all he has to do is get God's glory. He can get God's glory if he can get Jesus to worship him, right? So he's willing to give Jesus back what belongs to him anyhow, right? Then said Jesus said to him, You know, it's like the Democrats, how generous they are with other people's money, with our tax dollars.
So they don't mind taking away from the American citizen and giving it to illegal aliens at all, as long as they don't have to give any of theirs. You know, remember what AOC said, that people that don't want to work shouldn't have to work. Those that want to work should support those that don't want to work. Well, God's got another opinion. God said if you don't work, though, you don't eat.
If you won't work, then you should not eat. Then the devil leaveth him. Now Jesus said, Then said Jesus, Get thee hence, Satan, for it is written.
Now there you go. That's the key part of this verse. It is written, for it is written. Jesus was quoting from Deuteronomy 8-3.
The first testing here targeted his urgent physical need. The second appealed to his human desire for recognition and approval, which he turned back by quoting Deuteronomy 6-16. Finally, the third testing offered the immediate atonement of his spiritual goal of making the entire world his own kingdom of peace and love. But he refused this by referring to Deuteronomy 10-20. It is noteworthy that in Matthew's Gospel alone, Jesus quotes from the Old Testament at least 39 times here. Then Jesus said to him, Get thee hence, Satan, for it is written.
That seals it right there. That's the word of God. That's the command of God.
Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Then the devil leaveth him, and behold, angels came and ministered unto him. Now here, Satan, you know, sometimes men get such accolades that they, when they start believing the flatteries that people cast upon them. Like I said, you have a group called the Kingmakers.
Their job is to convince certain people that they're the greatest, to really build their egos up and flatter them and so on and so forth. I want to go over now to 1 Peter, chapter 1. And in 1 Peter, chapter 1.
And I'll be there in a minute. Okay, 1 Peter, chapter 1, starting with verse 22. Seeing you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brother, see that you love one another with a pure heart. Here, when he says again, see that you have purified your souls in obeying the truth.
Here, that is God's word. He's talking about, if obeyed, will generate purified soul and genuine love. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God which liveth and abideth forever. Now, all seed, plant, animal, human, is corruptible, but so is our own human flesh, and indeed, the whole creation. However, we have been redeemed by the incorruptible, incorruptible blood of the Lord Jesus Christ to an incorruptible inheritance, an incorruptible body, an incorruptible crown, to serve an incorruptible king, all revealed and activated through the incorruptible, eternal word of God. In fact, you have that right here in verse 23, the next verse. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God which liveth and abideth forever. For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of men as the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower, therefore, falleth away. But the word of the Lord endureth forever, and this is the word which by the grace is preached unto you now. Man's glory is very short-lived.
Again, like you see, you have this out there today. But, you know, in my lifetime, I remember the time when I was a young man, there was this fellow named Howard Hughes, who was a multi-multi-millionaire, and some say that he was almost worth a billion dollars, whatever, but anyhow, back in those days, it was a lot different. Today you have a number of billionaires. But one of the things that made him famous, he built this giant wooden airplane out of wood.
It was called something to goose something, I try to remember. But he was in the papers all the time, Howard Hughes this, Howard Hughes that, Howard Hughes said this, said that. But today, folks, you asked some of the younger people out there today, and they never heard of Howard Hughes. Now, JFK was, in my opinion, a good president. He was a very short-lived. He didn't have a long presidency, but he was a good president. Today, JFK, the Democrat, would be considered very conservative. He was pro-life, he was pro-God, pro-family, and pro-American, pro-freedom. He understood about the deep state of that day. And he wanted to eliminate the CIA, and he wanted to put the dollar, take it away from the, close down the Federal Reserve and put the dollar back in U.S. Treasury. Those were all good things. But today, hardly anybody, the young people, you ask them about who JFK, and most of them have no idea who JFK is, especially these college girls, a lot of them don't even know, you know, what oceans, you know, border the East Coast.
You know, I mean, I've listened to some of the questions that these kids are asked nowadays, and, well, it's pitiful. Even Elvis, even Elvis, you know, boy, I remember how people were smitten. Now, that's an interesting thing about Elvis, because Elvis was raised in a Christian family, and I was watching the concert, I was watching the concert that he was giving when all of these young women stood up.
They put this big, long banner, St. Elvis is King. On his face, I didn't see anger, I saw fear. I saw fear, and his face was fear. His eyes bulged out, if you remember seeing this, and he says, take it down, take it down now, or I'll stop the concert. Because he knew about Herod, the magnificent that ended up being eaten alive by worms, because he accepted worship, and Elvis, you know, these young women were smitten by him. Oh, I remember watching these women throwing their underwear at him, okay?
But he knew that, and he said, take it down and take it down now. But today, you ask these young people about Elvis. I've heard of Elvis, I know he's got a good song. A lot of them still, even today, don't know who Elvis was. Well, I know a little bit about him. I've heard some of his songs on the radio. He was a singer, but that probably won't last much longer. Well, before Elvis, Frank Sinatra, he was the one that all the women were smitten on.
I remember that. Oh, Frankie! But today, the young people got no idea who Frank Sinatra is. And then came Muhammad Ali. Muhammad Ali was one of the best boxers there ever was. I mean, everybody knew Ali was in there. I am the greatest, I am the greatest, okay?
Today, very few people know the young people who Ali is. Then, there came the Beatles. The Beatles out there.
Oh, and these young girls were fainting, they were crying, they were just totally, it was pathetic, folks. But again, today, remember, who was it? John Lennon or Paul McCartney? One of the two said that we are more popular than Jesus.
I bet you don't think that today, right? And then even there, amongst the Christians, when I was young, you often heard the name D.L. Moody being maddened about. Or Spurgeon, you know, the teachings of Spurgeon. Even, well, in my time, I listened to old J. Verner McGee.
But we knew a lot about Charles Finney and some of the people we had on this radio program, Dr. Greg Dixon. These were all famous men of God who were very well known men of God. But they did not get off into that very, very, very dangerous area. A very, very dangerous area of idol worship. And that's what that is.
That is an extremely dangerous area to get off into. And so, I want to go over now to Romans chapter 8. And in Romans chapter 8, starting with verse 18, for I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
Listen. The glory that is revealed in us is God's glory. God reveals His glory in us. For the earnest expectations of the creature waited for the manifestation of the sons of God. Here, as he goes on, for the creature was made subject to the vanity, not willing by any reason of him who has subjected him the same.
Let me go back again. For the earnest expectations of the creature, that's us, waited for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who has subjected the same in hope.
Now here, vanity, that's the same word we use today for futility. Because of sin, the creation was made to operate under a law which specifies a kind of a universal process of decay and death. The law known as morpholossum. Morpholosses.
Morpholosses. It recognizes, it was recognized or is recognized by science as a basic principle. Well, you might say, pervading the whole universe. It's also called the law of increasing entropy, meaning turning inwards, or the second law of thermodynamics. Every system in the physical and biological world has a tendency to turn inward and feed on itself to maintain the structure and activity.
But simply causes it to run down, disintegrate and die. That's exactly what he's saying here. Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption until a glorious liberty of the children of God. So that creature, we are the creature, we're going to be delivered, God is going to deliver this with our glorified bodies, but remember, it's God's glory, not our own, okay, that deliver us. For we know what the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
It's talking about birth pains, he said. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the first fruits of the spirit, even we ourselves growing, grown within ourselves, waiting for the adoption to wit, the adoption of the body. So we're looking, what he's saying here is that we're looking for the day that we receive our glorified bodies.
That's what we're looking for. The day that we, I know I sure am looking for that day to receive our glorified bodies. And as we get older, and I think one of the things, Lord, as we age, as we get older, and we realize just how quickly this life goes by, and just how really as human beings how fragile we are in a sense.
And as we get older, and you know, like it says over there, Solomon said there in chapter 12, when he made the, when he talks about the old house, and that's us, he compares the human body as we get old. He says, for we are saved by hope, but hope that is seen is not hope. For what a man seeth, why does he have hope for? Now, that word hope is used in two different ways. In some it's used in hope, as we use it mostly today when we say, well, I hope so. You know, we're saying we don't know for certain, we don't know for certain, but we're hoping that a certain thing comes out a certain way.
But other places it's used the same way we use the word assurance. The blessed hope and the blessed assurance is one of the same. For if we are saved by hope, that's assurance, but hope that is seen is not hope. For what a man seeth, why does he yet hope for? In other words, that hope, what we're talking about, the blessed hope is our eternal life, our salvation is what he's referring to there. But if we hope for that which we see not, then do we with patience wait for it?
And that's, again, being when the day that we become redeemed. Likewise, the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities, for we know not what we should pray for as we ought to, but the Spirit itself maketh an ascension for us with groanings that cannot be uttered. In other words, have you ever, you know, when you're praying, you go to pray and you know what you're trying to say, you know what you're trying to say, but you can't find the words to do that.
Now, folks, believe me, in 50 years on the radio, that's happened to me more times than I'd like to mention, when you know what you're trying to say, but finding the words can be difficult. Well, what he is saying here is that the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit, it seems, again, likewise, the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities, for we know not what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit itself maketh an ascension for us groanings which cannot be uttered. And he searches the hearts, knowing what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh an intercession for the saints according to the will of God. So, the Holy Spirit understands what we're trying to say, even though we don't, and he intercedes for us before Almighty God, and I'm glad for that. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, and to them who are called according to his purpose. Here, you often hear people say that Jesus died for everybody.
Well, folks, if Jesus had died for everybody, everybody would be saved. See, God always accomplishes his goal. He never is unable.
Everything with him is possible. He never fails. God never fails. Well, there are people like the Pope said, humanly speaking, he failed at Calvary. If Christ had failed at Calvary, then there would be no hope for us. I wouldn't be here, there would be no reason for me to be here now, if he had failed at Calvary. But, here again, God doesn't fail. If, in fact, God had died for everybody, everybody would be saved. You have those people out there that are teaching a false doctrine, a very, very false doctrine, that everybody will be saved. But here, very specifically, he tells you who he died for.
You see, here, let me read it. He said, and we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose. So, he died for those that are called according to his purpose, for whom he did for now. He died for those whom he did for now.
Excuse me. He also did predestinate. He died for those that he did predestinate, to be conformed to the image of his son. So, he died for those that, to be conformed to the image of his son, that he might be the first among many brethren. Moreover, whom he did predestinate, he died for those that he did predestinate. Them also he called, he died for them who he called, and whom he called them he justified.
He died for those that he justified, and whom he justified he also glorified. Now, here again, remember that to God be the glory. The glory belongs to God. The glory belongs to God. And when we are glorified, when we are given our glorified bodies, folks, it's God's glory that comes forth in us. And the reason I'm saying that is because, again, today, many men out there today are trying to seek the glory of God.
And that's what Satan did when he tried to tempt Jesus in the wilderness. And what happens is, and this is what I've been concerned about with President Trump. Now, I do believe President Trump is a great president, but, you know, to have people that, you know, put him up on a pedestal and, you know, just like, you know, you had those that did that, going all the way back with Frank Sinatra and those that did that with Elvis and those that did that with the Beatles and others, folks. That, when you become an idol, whether it's a teen idol or a movie idol or a political idol out there, you don't want to become an idol.
You just don't want that. And here I know that I watched President Trump and he came out on the stage in Minnesota and he said, I am a Christian, I am a Christian. By the way, there's all kinds of coming back out now.
The left is spitting all kinds of false information about Trump denying he's a Christian and things now. So be prepared for that. It's coming.
And with AI, things can get even worse. So be prepared, too. If you ever hear me on this radio program saying things that you know that I would never say, you folks out there, you know that it's not me. You know what it is.
You know that. And they're doing that now. They can identify and duplicate your voice very quickly now and make you say things that you don't mean because it's really not you at all speaking.
And I've heard that they've already done that in some cases. So now we're living in an age where you must be very, very discerning and not believe everything you hear by any means. Be very discerning. We're out of time tonight. But the most important thing, folks, is that when you die, and you will die, that you don't die in your sin, that you don't die in your sin, that you die saved, born again, believer, child of God, on your way to glory, looking for your glorified body. Because God has promised you a mansion and high in heaven for all of you that are saved. And He promised you that glorified body that you'll have that can never die again, that can never get sick, that won't feel pain, that will never age, folks. And you've got God's word on all that.
So if I were you, what I would do, how much time do I have? Okay, if I were you folks out there listening tonight, if you have never done that, don't run out of tomorrows tonight. Now is the time. Whenever you hear the preacher giving an invitation, he's just the messenger. Every time that you hear that, he's just the messenger and God is calling you one more time.
Sometimes they give you another chance, you might not get another, so don't ever say no. Call upon the name of the Lord, pray to the Father, ask for forgiveness of your sins, and when you do that, God will always honor your commitment. Then ask the Lord Jesus to be the Lord of your life, all of your life, that's what He said, without any reservations.
He's got to be first. If you do that, you will become a new creature, a born again believer, an heir of the kingdom, and that will be the most important thing you'll ever do. You will never do anything that will mean as much to you as that. How much time, Ken?
I know I'm looking. Okay. You will never, ever, no not ever, ever do anything that will mean as much to you as that. So, don't wait, don't take a chance, because if you right now are unsaved, you're literally walking a tightrope over a burning lake of fire. And folks, I'm going to tell you, you don't want to fall into the hands of an angry God, you just don't want to do that. So, repent, call upon the name of the Lord, ask the Lord to be the Lord of your life, receive eternal life, and well, it don't get any better than that.
We're out of time. So, at this time, every night, I say to you, thanks for being here, good night. And then I say, God bless. And then I say, always, always, always keep fighting the fight. The preceding program is sponsored by What's Right, What's Left Ministries and is responsible for its content.
