Alrighty, we're back and uh folks, you know every now and then we have a hero, there's still a few heroes and sometimes some of them are very young and one of them is an 11 year old girl who fought and battled to get to start a prayer group in her in her school, a prayer club and so take it away style. Here on Fox News at night we brought you the story of a fifth grade student in Washington state whose effort to start an interfaith prayer club at her elementary school was denied by the principal. Well tonight we have an update on this case. Let's bring in Laura and her first Liberty Institute attorney Kayla Toney. Thank you both for coming on.

So Laura, great to have you on the show. The school said no to the prayer club. You fought back and you won. Congratulations to you.

You are student of the month. What happened? How did this, what happened after they said no?

Well after they said no um first Liberty sent a email to them and finally they responded and they said that we can have our club if we found a sponsor and we found a sponsor. Good for you and Kayla to you now because you sent an email and part of it said the following quoting here by singling out a religious club and providing an inferior access to school resources than what it provides to other non-curricular groups. The district shows a hostility to religion that violates the free exercise clause. Are you surprised Kayla that the school gave in? We are not surprised because the law is very clear on this issue. The first amendment absolutely protects Laura's ability to pray with her friends. There's a long history and tradition in this country of voluntary student-led prayer and the Supreme Court made that really clear in another first Liberty case just 40 miles away. Coach Kennedy's case that prayer has an important place in public schools and so we're very glad that the school district decided to do the right thing here. We think it's better for everyone because Laura is able to have her club starting next week.

She doesn't have to have a long drawn out legal battle and it's better for the school district because religious liberty brings a beautiful diversity to the school environment. Well she let the cat out of the bag Laura because now we know next week is the first meeting. I want to know what's going to happen and how many kids do you think might show up to this meeting? What's the plan? Some people have already reached out to me that they would love to join the club and so I think that it'll be great and that we'll have a good turnout.

Yeah and when you have this club is it going to be a certain length Laura? Do you have certain things that you want to accomplish during this thing or are you still kind of in the planning phase here? Well I know that we'll be doing service projects that will make the community a better place and pray together. Yeah good for you. This is really Kayla, I mean it's a confidence builder for Christian kids across the country.

Is that a fair assessment? I definitely think so. We're so encouraged by Laura's example and we hope that this shows the law is changing in a good direction. Religious liberty is alive and well in our country and I hope this inspires many other people to think about starting a prayer meeting you know in your workplace at your school and if you run into any opposition please reach out to us at firstliberty.org. Now here uh after six long months of negotiations it seems that at last Dutch conservative leader Garret Wilders has sealed the deal for the most right-wing government in the Netherlands in decades.

Now Wilders who has influenced Dutch immigration policy from the opposition benches since 2006 and is known for his outspoken view as an islam was expected to announce a four-party coalition later in the day. Muslims had taken over in that because of the weak leaders that they had there. Muslims were raping women and they were just virtually telling them well that's you know in our in our faith we could do that. And they the the police were told to step down they weren't prosecuting there in the Netherlands you know unless you happen to be uh a part of the influential left-wing elite in there. Now that all the Muslims are coming in and now all of a sudden people are listening to this fellow right? Rape is on the rise in many European countries and that's all linked to jihad one uh islam. All right while there's major election victory in November 22 means the immigration finances and fake climate alarmism are among the key policy points. Now the coalition talks about have dragged down for months and months to the delight of the liberal left-wing communist party media there.

And so all right what do you have Joe? I've got some sad news um Stormy Daniels and her husband um films adult film star Barrett Blade say that if Trump isn't found guilty they're they're gonna have to leave the United States. Oh no! Oh no yeah well they're in good company remember all the people that were uh gonna go uh let's say uh Chelsea Handler was gonna go Snoop Dogg, Miley Cyrus, Samuel Jackson, Barbara Streisand, Bryan Cranston and oh yeah Whoopi Goldberg. They were all gonna leave but sadly none of them did right? That's a shame they they can't even uh you know they make these bold statements and make everybody oh they're gonna leave I wish they would. We'd be better off if all those people left right? Yeah how how uh severe do you think that the Trump derangement syndrome is going to be I mean you saw you saw when he won the last time you saw these lunatics literally sitting there and screaming and just They're going to be in tears if Trump wins they're going to be having fits and tears uh the world's going to end I mean it's going to be something to watch it'll be a spectacle. Well when you start getting drawing crowds of a hundred thousand on a Saturday in New Jersey folks this tells you that the country is waking up and they're and they're not going to take they're not going to take lightly to another stolen election okay? No not at all and that's why we keep telling all the stories that come out about the election fraud about states trying to turn it around trying to plug holes in the areas that were taken advantage of for fraud uh folks a lot of it's up to you what you allow in your community uh it all starts in the state local levels you know what's allowed at the uh you know if you have to have voter id when I go to vote here in Missouri they want to see your id even though the people sitting at the table we're a small community they all know me my wife by first name most of the people we've had in our house for dinner have been to their homes and they still show us your id before you vote and that's the way it should be because if you really want a fair election it should be done in person and you should prove who you are and you should have an election day not election month right and you can know by the paper ballots hand counted here in Ohio now they're using ink marks on on the ballots they're going to be doing that so they can help identify the phony fake ballots hmm that might work hey did you see that um it's been a couple of days ago but President Biden was uh out on CNN's Erin Burnett uh this week is the name of the show and the New York Post wrote a really savage editorial they claimed that in the 17 minute uh interview with Erin Burnett Biden told 15 lies that's nearly a lie a minute you know I think we need to start calling him lie a minute Biden Joe did you hear names but lie a minute just fits him because it's like every time this man opens his mouth he lies he can't help himself I don't think he could tell the truth test journey if his life depended on it Joe did you hear Biden admit or is gonna agree to debate President Trump yeah once you see the list of demands that they're going to ask for before uh he'll debate and I want to hear those yeah yeah what are they okay the first one is there will be no audience it must be Biden and Trump no audience just the uh moderator at a tell at a studio empty you know the moderator and the candidates present uh second uh there will be no third party candidate new RFK Jr no matter what why because he's gaining too much ground he's too big of a threat to Biden then the next the demands limits on who can host the debate it had to be one that uh it's CNN isn't it in June it's good it's going to come down to it'll have to be either CNN ABC CBS or Telemundo uh so it's not going to be anything even near favorable to Trump the article I read said June would be in would be with CNN yeah well they're saying they still have choices on the communist news network yeah yeah now the candidates mics must mute after the time expires so they have oh they can't remember it's two minutes two minutes 30 seconds whatever they're going to cut the mics the mics must be muted or they will cut the mic so uh and there's no debate yeah so you know they can't challenge it was just it's basically one person speaks the other person speaks one person speaks the other person speaks and it's going to be very dull and boring but it had to be because Biden cannot think on his feet can't react and uh you just watch how the questions flow this is a setup but Trump knew the only way he was going to get to debate was in a setup situation he feels that confident uh in himself and in Biden's problems that I don't think he's worried even with all this against him well you know you've got time between now and that first debate to uh change some of these rules because I don't think the you know that the Trump team is going to accept all of all these Trump said he would debate anywhere anytime under any situation see he opened his he opened the door there and uh kind of made it clear he would you know debate him under any circumstance so that's the that's the problem they're taking advantage of what Trump wants to debate him so badly he did kind of open a can of worms there I think well even under convalescent hospitals and under different names anything that any of us have done their work in the ministry that blesses God and you donate and you support this ministry God says you get to share in the blessings so a lot of you out there God is blessed with the ability to have a business a practice a professional practice your gift was being able to make money well this is a way your money can help lay up some crowns and treasures for you usually people at a professional practice or a business are working 60 70 hours a week like farmers and ranchers will do that real easily and you don't have time to go out and do a lot of community work well this way your money can support all these different entities by supporting what's right what's left ready ministry folks all right very good and hypocritically deny military service members medical and religious exemption for vaccines an article by the gateway pundit for service members whose careers survived the now rescinded covid 19 military vaccine mandate many are becoming increasingly concerned about all vaccines which include the flu vaccine objections including those based on religious grounds about the safety efficacy testing and research of the injections they once agreed to receive are on the rise the gateway pundit spoke to daniel shmid liberty council's associate vice president of legal affairs many military members have sincere religious objections to certain immunizations either because of their connections to aborted fetal cells or because they just have other religious convictions mr schmidt said there's a federal statute called the religious freedom restoration act as well as the first amendment which entitles them to protection for those religious beliefs he explained upon the 2021 implementation and enforcement of covid immunizations thousands of service members were reluctant to take the vaccine and many sought religious accommodation according to mr schmidt these requests should have been reviewed by a chaplain and then set up the chain of command for serious individual consideration however he said most requests for religious accommodation were denied in mass the appeals of service members were also overwhelmingly denied members of the military who refused to comply with the now rescinded covid 19 vaccine mandate faced a variety of punitive actions including letters of reprimand dishonorable discharges and more at the same time covid 19 injections were being billed at 100 safe and effective and they clearly are not as service members began to learn more about the covid 19 vaccine he said the conversations often steered toward the use of aborted fetal cells and vaccine testing and research as well as the toxicity of the gene altering injection and its associated adverse health effects according to the 2020 moderna incorporated its report by the securities and exchange commission mrna is considered a gene therapy product by the fda the gateway punnet has widely reported the vaccine's adverse health effects as the knowledge base increased among service members as to what is in certain immunizations what they're connected to and how they've developed tested and manufactured mr schmidt said it became or it began to crystallize a more informed knowledge base that was previously lacking and for him the more education the better for it is for individuals especially when you're talking about putting someone putting something into their body as knowledge continued to grow mr schmidt said many service members also began to learn that requests for religious accommodation were an option they could pursue in the military when objecting to a given vaccine on the grounds of religion most signed up as pin cushions getting jabbed with everything not knowing it was an option to assert their religious beliefs he explained shouldn't we protect the ones who swore an oath to defend the constitution of all people he said pointing out that it seems patently obvious that they're entitled to the same protections for religious freedom found within the document that we all are moving forward mr schmidt expects the number of requests for religious accommodation to increase because of more informed military population so yet another problem to address that our own military should not be subjected to these very dangerous unsafe and china every 10 hours of every day a new investigation into china every 10 hours and the biden administration is just not paying any attention to set up defensive measures to protect any of our bases there in the indo-pacific area and what they're coming up china is uh has enough weapons now to overwhelm our air for air and missile defenses that we have in place and uh the biden administration just ignoring calls for help saying we need to upgrade we need to you know add some protections there and uh they're just totally being ignored well it's because the biden administration is on the chinese communist party payroll joe they are on the you know look biden is his own stock you know lock stock and barrel by the chinese joe the the the troops he's got he's there are 50 000 national chinese troops on american soil right now jennison we watched him come across the border 50 000 in other words he's allowed this it wasn't that he didn't do anything about he was a part of it that fellow that's in the white house has committed high treason against america well listen to this they did some war game simulation with china over taiwan 90 of us aircraft losses occurred on the ground before they even got into the air why our bases in the reason region have no hardened aircraft shelters china all their military bases their fighter jets are what in hardened bomb-proof shelters none of ours in that whole area out there are hardened and they said something happened 90 of our entire air force would be destroyed without ever getting off the ground which means we would lose i know that nobody has talking about this biden is putting money into what green energy he's putting money into uh putting money into his pockets joe everything but our defense he's putting money into his pockets him and hunter and his brother the whole biden family that's again buying votes what do you think all that donations to all these green businesses are to buy votes from the left and for the environmental movement from the communist socialists on most of those ventures we look back in the past obama a government supported a bunch of businesses what happened almost every one of them failed went bankrupt but the founders made millions and then they let the business go bankrupt gave up some of the assets but they made millions this is the same thing happening over and over and over again aimed at reducing the influence of foreign and domestic money in u.s politics to the full chamber on may 15th the house ways and means committee recommended bills concerning where non-profit organizations get their money how they spend money on politics and how they report to the irs the bills will now be considered by the house of representatives carrying the committee's favorable recommendation in his opening statement rep jason smith the committee's chairman said the bills will help protect the integrity of our political and policy debates richard neil the committee's ranking member dismissed much of the republican rhetoric as serving only former president donald trump's interests the most sacred tenet of our democracy is fair free elections where we accept the outcome mr neil said of the day's agenda putting doubt to the american people's minds about distortions and disinformation even fraud is not helpful to the political conversation well sir you might want to pay attention to the last several elections considering there was rampant irregularities and fraud but that's your typical democrat it goes back for years many yeah longer than we can remember but this the brazenness of what's happened in the at least the last two major 2022 and 2020 election cycles is appalling so this is an ask for all you listeners out there to call and have your federal congressman or congresswoman support this legislation and get it passed send it to the senate and call them too to pass it as well it's ultimately it's our fault for letting so many corrupt politicians we're we've been diligent of our duty to at least vote right or encourage people to run for office that have biblical morality and a legitimate pressure they respond to pressure if they get enough phone calls that bothers them worries them they will do something if the people are silent they will not move to change they will not take risks they won't take stands you have to almost uh you know call and call often like a cattle project gets them going in the right direction that's right all righty very good uh again folks we don't have much how much time do we have style already uh so we got to hear from you we have actually uh until about 15 minutes 15 minutes uh that you can still call in we the phone lines will be open right till midnight and so uh we wanted to do this article very quickly uh here former president donald trump issued an executive order in september 2020 directing the since the cessation of all critical race theory and dei training okay and uh here again that's the diversity and inclusion training uh in the military and so but back in january of 2021 joe obama biden rescinded the order and put back all the junk all the garbage uh and you know again and then they wonder why all those people that left the military that were thrown out refused to come back and then they they tried to offer them you know large bonuses to come back they don't want to come back no struggle sessions some of them are being exposed to you heard of those pastor no no they're calling them struggle sessions when it's talking about all that dei garbage with your pick your gender and um they're encouraging them to have that's what they call them struggle sessions where they are struggling with themselves on what gender or it's a there was a marine i don't know what the term is um it was the whole base or it was just a group of soldiers but they had to literally walk in high heels to experience what it's like i remember that yeah they wanted to did that story i saw the pictures of that they're out marching in these red high heels unbelievable but this is the garbage our military is being exposed to join yeah not only join who's going to defend us when one of these communists or jihadis attacks our homeland or abroad so another reason to call your representatives and say get this woke garbage out of our every aspect of our society pass legislation to outlaw it well you know again we're at that point like we've said here uh we we can no longer we can't depend upon the republican party the communists are the enemies the republicans have been weak pretty much almost have a uni-party right now out there today and i mean with a handful i mean i and i do um thank the good lord for that small group of republicans that are you know the ted cruises out there okay the jim jordans out there those folks out there the uh senator holly out there from your neck of the woods i praise the good lord for those people but again let's let's face it the vast majority of the republican party are you know they're not they're bought and paid for too they're right those are they're you know taking the safe way out they like their job they like the prestige and the money and so they're going with the flow which is if you're not part of the solution the saying goes you're part of the problem all right aaron you have seven minutes to give them to give an invitation to tell folks how they can avoid going to hell i mean look the tribulation period is going to be bad but it's nothing about hell on earth nothing compared to hell okay so but hell is worse okay we want to say uh and mccardia and california pledges 300 thank you mccardia and vicki pledges 100 thank you folks and you want to give out the number real quick eight eight eight two eight one one one one zero eight eight eight six seven seven nine six seven three go for it okay so the question is why must we all be saved why does one person have to be saved and the answer to that is it goes back to adam and eve because they disobeyed god they transgressed and they lost the the blessing of being in a relationship with god and because of that we have all been born with a sin nature and this sin nature has separated us from god we have all fallen short glory of his of his glory therefore what must one do to be saved and that's the whole purpose the lord jesus christ came to this earth and um because of the separation of sin he willingly laid down his life and became the judgment of sin so that all who call upon his name will be saved so you must repent and believe on the lord jesus christ and you will be saved so what that means is as as repentance an act of repentance you acknowledge you're a sinner that you deserve judgment that and that judgment means going to hell but praise be to god if you sincerely believe that he died for your sins and that he rose from the grave and that he ascended into heaven and he's seated at the right hand of the father you will be saved you have god's word on that so i'm just going to read a couple scriptures from john chapter 3 jesus answered and said unto him verily verily i say unto thee except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of god for god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever should believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life for god sent not his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved he that believeth on him is not condemned but he that believeth not is condemned already because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten son of god and this is the condemnation that light is coming to the world and men love darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil for everyone that doeth evil hateth the light neither cometh to the light lest his deeds should be reproved but he that doeth truth cometh to the light that his deeds may be made manifest that they are wrought in god so the most important decision every single person makes is believe repenting acknowledging your sinner and believing on the lord jesus christ for you are saved by grace through faith it's a gift to god not of work so any man can boast and it's actually the the most wonderful decision anyone makes for the lord jesus christ came to give us life and life more abundantly and um so i just encourage all who have yet to make that decision please do so right now for today is the day of repentance and uh it must i mean i i can't imagine what eternity in hell would be like it's i want to add to that i know a lot of people the born-again believers are the happiest people i know they're full of love and laughter and joy they love working they love serving the lord uh the change they all will say what a change in life when they became born-again believers and how glad and grateful they are that they are part of the family of god and uh the more people i meet the more i hear the same story amen to that absolutely there's never been anyone who ever regretted getting to heaven right i mean but i bet there's a lot of people that have some regrets that went the other direction oh yeah and uh even before they left left this world when the lord gave them a little glimpse of where where they were heading uh you saw them crying and yelling out in fear uh folks yeah hell is wheat it's eternally being burnt and eaten by worms and it's forever and ever and ever and you never get to sleep it's just continuous torment but that's not the will of god for you to go there his will is for all to be saved for god is not slack concerning his promises some men count slackness but he is long suffering toward us word not willing that any should perish but that all should be saved so please pray to the lord and receive him god is the most merciful he's given everybody the opportunity everyone has an opportunity to avoid that hellfire folks everybody and uh so when people end up there it's because well that's what they chose all right we're at that time at that place where we get to every night at this time where we always say to all you good folks out there say good night
