Donate, listen to the podcast at WRWL.org. That goes back to the Magna Carta, if I remember my history right, 1215. That's when the Magna Carta came forward.

That was the beginning of really establishing the rights of people as it relates to government. What the habeas corpus basically means, I'm going to kind of butcher this a little bit, but just for the sake of simplicity, habeas corpus means show me the body. Show me the body is a way of saying, okay, you've arrested this guy or you've got him sequestered.

We want to see that that person is alive and we need to see the charges and know exactly what it is and why it is that you're doing what you're doing. Well, in our case, we were going to trial June 27th this past year on trumped up charges that we had burglarized our own home when indeed a 75 man SWAT team had actually had actually trespassed our property and kidnapped us. They would call it arrest. They didn't even have a warrant. Everything they did from that time on was illegal, unlawful and out of order. They didn't do the process correctly. That alone throws out the case, but the way we get to those points is by saying, habeas corpus, you have to show us what it is you're doing and we did that before the trial, which was really important.

We did it during the trial halfway through. We did it on the last day of trial and they would not pay attention. They abrogated their authority. They forfeited and voided their own authority by disobeying the constitution as it relates to habeas corpus.

They had to stop everything about the proceedings. They didn't do it. We appealed to the Utah Court of Appeals. They failed. They denied us. We appealed to the Supreme Court of the state of Utah. They denied us. They ignored us.

They just kicked it back down the court. We are now ready to take this to the Supreme Court. I don't want to say too much about exactly how we're going to do that, just like Tom. We need to just do it before we say what we've done, but there is a process and we've been organizing that process very carefully. That's included putting on notice and serving all five of the Utah State Supreme Court justices, including Chief Justice Matthew B. Durant, some very important legal documents that hold them accountable for what they've done.

We serve those same documents to the appeals court judges, as well as a couple of attorneys and a senior judge. We did it all three days before Christmas. Why did we do that? That's what they do to we the people when they deal with the IRS issues and most of the stuff.

They love to do it. Right before Christmas, we thought, hey, this wasn't to be mean, but we need you to wake up and understand you've got to do your job. If you won't do your job, you will be held accountable under the law. That's what we noticed them. Coincidentally, just this morning, registered mail was received at 6.20 a.m. to the clerks of the Utah State Supreme Court and the clerk of the appeals court and these attorneys that they are now appointed as trustees in the Cromar's case by law. They've accepted the contract and they are going to be held accountable.

That's a complicated story. Can't get into that on a radio show, but we will be posting about that here shortly at cedarhillcitizens.org. We have learned so much about law, Pastor. We've been thrown into the fire and the good Lord's helped us work our way through this. Really, the bottom line is that Barbine Kim and now Tom Fairbanks and of course the Brunssons, we're all on the front lines working our way through the Supreme Court to find out if we actually still have a constitution and a Supreme Court that's going to protect and defend it. We'll know pretty quick. All right, very good. We're going to open the phone lines at 888-677-9673.

That's 888-677-9673. Let's go out to Michigan. We have John in Michigan.

Yes, I'd like to talk about East Palestine. You know, poor Alan Shaw, he couldn't remember where his waste was going. Well, the waste is going to Texas and it's going to Michigan. In Michigan, it's Wayne Disposal.

You hear that, Detroit? It's all coming to you. Is it coming in by railroad or is it coming by truck?

I can't tell you that right now, but it's going to those two places. And all I have to question is, you know, they set that waste on fire by the railroad track. And the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act requires that hazardous waste be disposed at a performance standard of 99.9999 percent destruction efficiency.

Do you think that waste was disposed at, at efficiency? I think there's a whole lot more going on here than what you think about that. And again, it was very, very strange how there was a film in 21 and that film described perfectly exactly a small town in Ohio, exactly what happened there. And so all these things I don't think are just happening by accident. So we're, there's, there's a mindset amongst the opposition there. In fact, I have a little clip that we played on that explaining why they like to tell you what they're going to do.

And if there's no pushback against it when they tell you these things, they take that as you agreeing to it. But anyhow, thanks for calling, John. I've got to move on. Pastor Sanders, I've got a question that way. Sure. What is there about Ohio that they're trying to blow it up?

Good question. I can tell you a lot of it. We're, we're very, very, we're a state that has a whole lot of tea party where we're a red state and we're, now we do have our rhinos here that we've been battling, but we've got a very, very strong conservative tea party state here in Ohio.

Go ahead. You know, cause we're, we're here, you know, we're here in the state of the wacky wild west of Utah and it's like, okay, the train, the train derailment and all the toxic contamination that goes on, but they didn't stop at just the train derailment. They're blowing the whole place up. And it's like, wow, what's so special about Ohio?

Well, again, they're trying to force, force everybody into the cities so that they can control them and they want that land so that the government can come in and take it over and do whatever they want. Well, I can tell you this, almost 75% of the people that voted there in east Palestine voted for president Trump. Yeah. Does that tell you anything? You guys are smart. No nonsense. Yep. Yep. All righty. Thanks. Let's, let's go to Carolyn.

Carolyn in Minnesota. You're in the air. Hi. Hi.

Say, um, I heard you say earlier in the show that Biden, um, uh, traffics children. Is that correct? Absolutely. It's correct.

The doors are open. They're bringing children in. That crime, the Biden crime family, they're involved in every kind of crime. Okay.

No. Can you give me some evidence that they're sex trafficking children? Like where's the evidence?

The evidence is if you watch the evening news and you see thousands of them coming across the border, you see little children, you have little girls that have said they've been raped as many as nine to 10 times. And I'm talking about, I don't understand how you can say that a certain person is responsible for that. Well, see, there's a guy in the white house. His name is called Joe Obama Biden and we had a secure border, but he keeps the doors open on the border and he's dealing directly with the drug cartels who have made $14 trillion worth of profits.

So if you listen, I don't want to try to insult you, but if you can't see that, okay, you're in LA LA land. No, no. You said his name was something that isn't his name.

Oh, you mean Joe Obama? If you want to be, if you want to be taken seriously, you've got to, you know, stick to facts. Now, wait a minute.

Hold it, hold it. You're telling me, you're talking to me about being taken seriously and you want to know, and you're trying to, you're trying to tell me that you want to know if there's child trafficking because well, you, you know what, I also heard you say that Millie is, uh, um, you need to call in to the evidence for that. Where's the evidence? Where is your evidence? The evidence is all over this country.

Woman, don't you understand? They've been busing these kids in and the children are disappearing. Listen, listen. Okay. Yeah. The evidence is Millie was pushing at the U S O shows. Listen, goodbye. Now there, do you see there?

I hate to say it, but you folks in Minnesota, you have a genuine dingbat, right? Uh, she's talking about Millie, Millie and Austin promoting at U S O shows folks. Listen, they promote drag queens.

They, and the U S O shows. Now let me ask you this. What is the last verse in Romans chapter one say, you know, the Bible's pretty accurate. In fact, it's exactly perfectly accurate. And let me, let me tell you what the last verse and Romans 21 says, okay. Or Romans one who knowing the judgment of God, you hear that woman out there in Minnesota, the woman, the judgment of God, that they would commit such things are worthy of death. Not only do the same, do you hear that woman? Now this is God saying, now I know you would argue with God too, because apparently you're oblivious to your surroundings, but do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Let me read that again, who knowing the judgment of God, that they would commit such things and worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. And um, yeah, I can actually testify to that. Um, I was sitting watching the news one night and I was shocked and horrified to see little baby toddlers getting dropped over the border wall and I was telling my husband, oh my gosh, who would do that?

And I, that woman from Minnesota would right. And I hardly ever watched the news. And then maybe about two weeks later I told my husband, you're not going to believe this, but in the guise of night buses are being brought to the San Diego convention center and they are dropping off minors from across the border. And I was just shocked and I couldn't believe that God would actually call me to work at the convention center with these migrant youth.

It was incredible. Like all politics aside, you know, um, these were kids that came across for a better life, but I did hear their stories and you know what? A lot of them were violated and a lot of them were raped.

Oh yeah. It's true. It's very scary, but they're just a commodity commodity that can be sold over and over and over again. And these parents are so desperate that they are willing to send their kids over because a lot of them are starving to death in Honduras, you know, in Guatemala. And it's a desperate situation for them over there. And yeah, Biden pretty much is responsible because he is the commander in chief and there is no borders. You know, our city council member calls it an imaginary border. It's a border that's there to protect them and to protect us. And there were the laughing stock of all the countries.

Let me tell you this very quickly. Last Monday there was a congressional hearing. You had a number of Republicans out there, a whole bunch of them standing out there. And the announcement was that we have evidence that the Biden crime family, and that's exactly what the Congressman said, the Biden crime family are connected to human trafficking and and evidence that, that it's connected to child trafficking as well. And that was right there on Fox News.

And I believe it was on C-SPAN too. But we'll be back right came. There are rows across this nation, people thinking one and the same. And they will find their freedoms and all their liberties had gradually been taken away. And when they realized When they realized the danger to their posterity I heard those patriotic people say We want this country back We ain't just joking, Jack We want our liberty and our dignity And our freedoms and our rights restored We want this country back She's been driven way off track We're wide awake and we're madder than hell now And we ain't gonna take it anymore No, we're not gonna take it anymore Remember golden days When the stars and stripes forever Symbolized her glorious name America But now it's all been changed And when we gaze upon old glory It's hard to fight back feelings of shame We're fed up with lying politicians And greedy corporations Who have sold us out time and again And we're sick and tired of sending Our soldiers off to wars That we were never meant to win We want this country back We ain't just joking, Jack We want our liberty and our dignity And our freedoms and our rights restored We want this country back She's been driven way off track We're wide awake and we're madder than hell now And we ain't gonna take it anymore No, we're not gonna take it anymore Now we know our cause is right And our victory's on the way And we won't give up the fight till we hear Two hundred million say We want this country back We ain't just joking, Jack We want our liberty and our dignity And our freedoms and our rights restored We want this country back And we ain't taking anymore back We're wide awake and we're madder than hell now And we ain't gonna take it anymore No, we're not gonna take it anymore No, we're not gonna take it anymore We said we're not gonna take it anymore That's right, we're not gonna take it anymore We said we're not gonna take it anymore That's right, we're not gonna You hear that Carolyn in Minnesota?

We're not gonna take it anymore. Yes, sir? wanted evidence. What was Hunter Biden's laptop from hell all about? And more so, what about Jill Biden's daughter's own testimony against her father? What more evidence did they want than their own children? Did you see the laptop?

If you didn't, it didn't exist, okay? Now, remember, we're talking, we're a liberal. Now, what's a liberal doing listening to this program? Hmm. Yes, yes. Are they infiltrating you? They're entertaining me is what they're doing.

Well, you must have them concerned, Pastor. Yeah, I know, I know. Let's go out to Cliff in New York. Clifford, you're in the air.

Yeah, hi. I want to bring up just a little section of verse I didn't catch previously, which is Romans 11, chapter 11, verse 15. Paul has, in that verse, he says, from death to life, within that verse. I thought that was interesting, because it seems like the culture out there is from life to death.

So I just wanted to get an opinion on that little section of Romans, when you bring up Romans, where there seems to be... He's referring to the reconciliation of Israel back to God, is what he's talking about there. Yeah. And so it's associated with the resurrection of Israel as a nation, and also, and see, then that's a type of the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus, of all who have died in the faith, is what he's talking about in Isaiah 26, in fact. So that's what it's all about.

Right. It just seems like there's an inversion on that, like when you hear about, like even some Congress people are wearing inverted crosses. It seems like they're definitely sending a message of inversion. Now inversion is Satanism.

It's Satanism, is what you're... The Satanic Church is the unofficial official church of the Democratic Party now. They're a major, major part of the Democratic Party out in the open now.

They have been behind the scenes, but now they're out in the open. So there you go, my friend. We got the whole board lit up, so we got to move on to A.C. in Cleveland. A.C., you're in the air.

Yes. Hello, Pastor. Hello, A.C. This question is directed to Mr. Cromer.

I've heard him on several of your programs. Yes sir. Has the Supreme... Hello? Yes. I just said yes, sir. Okay. Has the Supreme Court agreed to hear the Brunson case?

No, not yet. That's the whole point of the process. They did actually reach out from the Supreme Court to the Brunssons, and what was seen as very unusual, they were trying to help the Brunssons get their case, because they're not attorneys, right? They're doing this, what they call pro se or sui juris, where they prepared the materials themselves. The Supreme Court clerk's office actually reached out to them and said, could you hurry to get this in? They said, well, we've got to make those revisions that there's some tweaks to the paperwork. It'd take us a couple of weeks.

They said, could you do it quicker? They seem to be helping the Brunssons from behind the scenes, don't know how or why or who, actually. Now, once the case was received, it was docketed to the number of 22-380, and then what happens is it goes to conference where the Supreme Court justices have all the cases laid out in front of them, and in a closed-door meeting, nobody's there allowed to attend or hear the discussion, they decide whether they're going to hear the case. If there are four votes, then they will hear the case, but if there's three votes or less, they won't hear the case, and they call it a denial. On January 6th of this year, they denied it and announced that decision on Monday the 9th. The Brunssons appealed and got a new conference hearing scheduled for the 17th of February.

That was a Friday. It happened, and then the following, they would have done it Monday, but it was present today, so Tuesday, the, gosh, what was it, the 21st, I think it is, they denied it again. Now, they've got four more tries, and until they've exhausted their appeal process, the case is still alive, and as I said before, just to be very clear, the case is set up in such a unique way as a Rule 11 emergency national security issue, and the defense has actually made no defense intentionally and in writing said, we are not going to make a defense. Now the Supreme Court justices can do whatever they want and decide this case behind the scenes of their own at whatever moment they want to. They don't have to take it to hearing. They're free to make the decision whenever they want to make the decision, and they may either be smokescreening, not smokescreening, denying it intentionally to preserve complete control of a case, which if it went to hearing, it could be messy, but right now, they have the complete control. So, yes, it's not been ... Who has the complete control?

The Supreme Court justices themselves. Okay, but what you need to understand is the Brunson case does not have standing in the Supreme Court because they haven't agreed to hear it. That is incorrect. What do you mean it's incorrect?

They don't have standing. That is incorrect. It has standing because they accepted the case to be considered. Now, you're right. It hasn't been heard yet, but if you heard my explanation, there are two avenues that... Well, three avenues.

They could never hear it. They could hear it, or they could decide it on their own in a very unique... It doesn't happen often, but they've got this opportunity. The Brunstons have handed the Supreme Court the most amazing power that they have ever been handed by any single case in the history of the courts, according to the Brunstons, and I've listened to many of the presentations and many analysts talk about it. That's correct analysis. This case is monumental.

It is foundational. This kind of case has never been brought before the court, and it is very unique, and it is the most power that the Supreme Court justices have ever been handed to where they could remove 388 people from office. They haven't said no yet, so it's still a potential yes, and I stand on that. We might add that the Supreme Court itself has never declared they do not have standing ... They agree not to hear the case. I've heard people speculate that that's the case, but no one has ever heard that from the Supreme Court, and they took the case into the docketing. After the 2020 election, the state of Texas and several other states brought a similar case before the Supreme Court, and they were told they did not have standing. Right, but the Brunstons were never told that. Did you want to talk about that, Tom?

I've got plenty to say about that. The point is that the Brunstons have never, ever been told that. The only thing that's been denied is they've denied not to argue it or to bring it in more comfortably. The easiest thing for the Supreme Court would be to announce that they don't have standing, but they haven't done that. In the case of the AGs, by the way, you're right that there were 22 AGs.

I assume that number's correct. I remember the case being brought forward. The reason they didn't have standing is it was more of a technicality about how they presented their case. It would be unwise of me to try to characterize it where I might not get the details right because I don't have them in front of me, but suffice it to say that when I heard about the case, I knew that they'd failed before they even started, and you would have thought that the 22 AGs from 22 different states would have known what they were doing.

Frankly, that's the problem. Our court system is completely corrupted, and they're practicing incorrect law and unconstitutional law, and they approach their case incorrectly. It wasn't the fall of the Supreme Court.

It was the 22 AGs that did not know what they were doing, and I knew that when I first heard the case. All right. Very good. Thanks. I've got to move on, AC.

Thanks for calling. Let's go to Pastor Hal. Yes.

You're in the air, my friend. Do you have any questions before you give the... How much time do we have there? Okay. You've got about three minutes for Tom, for you and Ken to go ahead and finish your case because Pastor Hal's up in three minutes. Very good. Tom, would you go ahead? It's good to have you here, and I've had a chance to say my piece a few times.

Fire away, my friend. The beauty of this, really, we leave you with a teaser. You haven't seen anything yet. There's much, much, much, much more to come, and the Brunson case is literally the tip of the iceberg, and there's more to happen. Wouldn't you agree? Well, yeah. If you don't mind, I'll add a couple of thoughts on this matter is that the question that the Brunson's have asked is really very simple, and it's never been asked that I've been able to ascertain from all the hours and hours I've listened to the Brunson's talk about it.

I talk with them regularly on the phone. No one has ever asked the question, does the oath of office really matter? That's what their case is. If the oath of office matters, those 388 failed in their duty to protect and defend the Constitution from identified national security risks where over 100 congressmen said, we have a problem. We're getting NIC information...

I think that's the term. John Ratcliffe has said, we believe there's foreign intervention in our elections, specifically China and others, and therefore they had to stop for 10 days by law. They had to stop and listen to credible testimony over 100 congressmen saying, we've got affidavits, we've got witnesses, we've got videotape. It needs to be reviewed. We can't put the stamp of certification on that election without reviewing those facts, and they failed in their duty.

They deserve to be fired, including my two senators and my congressman, John Curtis, Senator Mike Lee, and Rhino, traitor extraordinaire, Romney. All right. Very good.

I couldn't agree with you more. All right. Pastor Hal, you've got five minutes.

Okay. There's no saying that says that when small people start to cast large shadows, you know the sun is almost down, and that's true of America to the max. We've never had people that are more vile and abominable in our nation's history that are in charge of the presidency, the state government and everything on down than we have right now. They've not only encouraged abominations of every sort and imagination, but they've become one with the abominations that they've encouraged. It just makes me glad that the Lord's coming back soon to get us out of this festival that they're making this, turning this country and this world into. But in the meantime, your soul is the most important thing you have, and where you spend eternity, there's nothing more important than that. And if you can get ready for heaven, if you could know you're going to heaven instead of hell, you'd better make sure of it. And the Bible is your only guidebook.

The Bible, the King James Bible is God's roadmap to you to tell you how to get to heaven. And it comes down to this, God loves you, but He hates your sins. God wants you to come to heaven, but He says your sins cannot come with you. And the only thing that can wash away our sins is the blood of Jesus Christ. Ephesians 1 says, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.

That means you could be a member of every church in town and then go to hell with all your membership cards, because your church membership and your good works and some religious leader you got in charge of your religion can't wash away one sin that you have. Only the blood of Jesus, because in Christ was all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. It was literally the blood of God Himself that was shed on Calvary's cross. And when you by faith ask Jesus to come into your heart as your Savior, He comes in and He gives to you the payment He paid in your place on that cross. You see, God's got a perfect righteousness.

He cannot let sin go unpunished. So when Jesus died on that cross, God was allowing Him to pay the righteous payment for every sin you and I have ever done. In other words, He allowed Jesus to transfer every sin you've ever done onto His son. And so when Jesus said, it is finished, that means all the work necessary for your redemption has been accomplished. But now whether you go to heaven or hell is not automatic.

John 1 12 said, but as many as received Him, them gave me the power to become the sons of God. And in Luke 3 13, he says, except you repent, He shall all likewise perish. Repentance is admitting something to God that He knows already anyway, and I said this a thousand times before. It is submitting to God that without Jesus Christ in our hearts we're a bunch of dirty, rotten, lastly stinking sinners on our road to hell. And there's no saving us outside of receiving the payment Jesus paid for us on that cross. And salvation is a free gift. Ephesians 2 8 and 9 says, by grace are you saved and saved from hell through faith and not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. So whether you go to heaven or hell isn't what Jesus did for you, plus you living a good life and doing this and that.

It's what Jesus did for you, period, and what you do with that finished payment. And Romans 10 13 says, for whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. To call means to pray. That's you talking to God. Revelation 3 20 says, behold, I stand at the door and knock.

If any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come in. Hear his voice and hear his word, which you're all doing right now. So that means right now while I'm talking to you, God is looking at your heart.

He knows everything about you. He's knocking at the door of your heart. He could force his way in, but then salvation wouldn't be a gift. He wants you to open the door because you want to be reconciled to Him through what He did for you on that cross and have eternal life.

So my job as a preacher is to lead people to Christ. If you want to receive the payment Jesus paid for you on that cross, open the door right now of your heart and simple childlike faith and repentance and ask Jesus to come in. We can say a prayer together, but even though we're praying together and I'll leave you a few words at a time, it'd be directly between you and God.

So let's pray. Oh, dear God, please forgive me a sinner. Lord Jesus, I believe you died on that cross and shed your blood for my salvation and I hear and right now ask you Lord Jesus to come into my heart. Forgive me of my sins and save my soul from hell and give me eternal life because you love me and you died for me. You paid the payment for me and thank you for giving me eternal life God. I receive it by faith in Jesus name. Amen. Now listen, if you prayed that prayer just now, 1 John 5 13 says these things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God that you may know you have eternal life to believe on that you received them as a state your Savior.

It didn't say just believe about even the devil believes about Jesus down on the cross for your sin, but he didn't want you to receive them. Okay, I'm going to I'm going to jump in. Thank you.

Hell, Eric, you've got about 30 seconds. Go ahead and say your prayer. Please give us the health and strength to carry on our Lord divine work so that we may all serve him even under these overwhelming odds and oppressions. We are his servants. We are his army. Please Holy Spirit deliver us this message to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen. All right, sorry to interrupt hell, but Harry's been wanting to say that prayer is a good prayer already.

It was yours to folks. We're out of time for tonight. So as we do every night when we get to this point, we want to say good night. God bless and always always let's do it.
