Maybe the volume's up too much, huh? Anyhow, tonight, well we have a whole lot to talk about tonight. And on the board tonight we've got Courageous Craig. Hello everybody. And we have that Rowdy Randy. Be blessed, no stress, everybody.

She loves doing that. And our special guest tonight is Tony Chafee and his sister Theresa. God bless everyone out there. Okay, so we're going to be talking a lot later on about our judicial system and the, you know, the corruption in the Department of Corrections.

Correct. But right now, first of all, we're going to start off tonight with some very, very good news here in Ohio. The Born Alive Protection Bill passes thanks to all you folks out there that made those phone calls. We thank you, we thank you, we thank you for making those phone calls to your state reps.

It passes, and this could be the end of abortion in southwest Ohio. Amen. And we're going to be talking about that a little later at the bottom of the hour. So, Lord's willing. But now we're going to get right into the message. The title of the message was, Half God Said and It Is Written. And we talked about Half God Said in Genesis 3, 1 through 7.

And it is written in Matthew 4, 1 through 10. And tonight, we're going to be talking about what is the current events, this whole message is about things that are relative to today. For example, the abortion law, that we're looking here, that that Supreme Court is going to hand down their decisions, they say in June, which could reverse Roe v. Wade.

If they've got the decency and the honor and the integrity to do that, we're hoping they do. And then we're going to be dealing with the apothecary or the pharmacy. We're going to take a look at these so-called vaccines that they have out there that aren't vaccines at all. They are bioweapons killing people, and they're killing a lot of people across this country. But you're not hearing about it because the fake news media is owned, they're owned by big pharma. And that's why you're not hearing anything about it. But you are on certain programs like this, but it's too late.

The genie's out of the bottle, and you can't put it back in. And then we're going to be talking about borders. A nation without borders, according to God's word, the Bible is not a nation. And if you don't have borders, you're not a country. If you don't have borders, you're not a state. If you don't have borders, you're not a county. If you don't have borders, you're not a township or a city. In fact, if you don't have borders, you don't own your own property. That's very true. That's very true.

I know all these things. And then we're going to take a look at global climate change. What God's word the Bible actually has to say about that, and it's got a lot.

And then we end up with the Second Amendment, the Second Amendment. So we're going to, because God's word the Bible speaks on that too. So we're going to start tonight, and we're going to start in Genesis chapter 9 verses 1 through 17. And Randy is going to be doing the reading tonight.

All right. And God blessed Noah and his sons and said unto them, be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth. And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth and every fowl of the air, upon their movement upon the earth, upon all the fishes of the sea, into your hand are they delivered. Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you, even as the green herb have I given you all things.

But flesh with the life thereof which is the blood thereof shall you not eat. And surely your blood of your lives will I require at the hand of every beast will I require it. And at the hand of man and at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man.

Who so shed of man's blood by man shall his blood be shed for in the image of God made he man. And you be fruitful and multiply, bring forth abundantly in the earth and multiply therein. And God spake unto Noah and to his sons with him saying, I behold I establish my covenant with you and with your seed after you and with every living creature that is with you of the fowl of the cattle and of every beast of the field with you from all that go out of the ark to every beast of the earth. And I will establish my covenant with you. Neither shall all flesh be cut off anymore by the waters of a flood. Neither shall any more be a flood to destroy the earth. And God said this is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you for perpetual generations. I do set my bow in the cloud and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth and it shall come to pass when I bring a cloud over the earth that the bow will be seen in the cloud and I will remember my covenant which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh and the water shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh and the bow shall be in the cloud and I will look upon it that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth. And God said unto Noah this is the token of the covenant which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth. And I'd like to sum it up by saying God gave Noah the rainbow sign no more water fire next time. All righty there you go. Actually the rainbow is spoken of four times in the bible did you know that?

Yes. It's the first time it's right here. Second time is in Ezekiel 1. Third time is in Revelation 4 and the fourth time is in Revelation 10. Now what in all cases the rainbow stood for what? Some form of mercy. Well mercy came second judgment came first. Like for example here the rainbow God the judgment was upon all the earth.

Okay. Okay the mercy was that he he destroyed eight billion but he kept eight so that was his mercy. So in every case the rainbow stands for judgment then mercy.

Did mercy judgment then mercy. Okay now there's an exception well it's not exception the judgment in Genesis 4 is bemacy judgment but it's a judgment not for punishment but for rewards. Okay and so here now this this covenant that you just read what's it what's it called? The Noahic covenant. The Noahic covenant that's because it was given to the Noah and his descendants. Now there's five very clear points made in the Noahic covenant. Okay and do you know what those five points are? Well well well let's see I don't think I know well let's see I don't think I can do five but we definitely know that one he's not going to destroy all flesh anymore with the flood there won't be a well we we start out with to whom it is written. Okay so so he starts out and you find actually the answers to that in verses 10 11 12 he he says to all mankind in 15 and 16 for perpetual generations for all living so it's the only covenant that spans every dispensation expands every dispensation so here that was the to whom it was given the second point was the intent now you find the intent there is is given in the first four verses man was to govern for god man was to govern for god who was man to govern for for god okay then the third point is the entire purpose of of divine human government the entire purpose of legitimate real government I mean we're talking about real divine human government here and the entire purpose was to preserve the image of god that being man and so as we take a look at our government today it's in total opposition to what god's word the bible teaches you know whatever you know they've gone exactly the opposite now then you had the fourth point the fourth point was the means by which man was to govern for god that was god's laws god's statutes god's covenants god's commands god's promises etc but the fifth point was do you remember the fifth point no the fifth point was that all peoples and all nations that would be in compliance with the first four points would be at peace and not at war with god now think about that how many nations do you know that that are at peace with god zero not too many are there okay and so when we see this and let's take a look so here uh and god bless the sons and said unto them be fruitful and multiply replenish the earth now that's the third time he said that what is the very first commandment that god gave mankind well isn't that it to be fruitful to be fruitful and that's the third time it's said here okay and so what is our government now god says to fill the earth okay what does our government say we say to depopulate depopulate the earth okay so now here when he says last night when we were speaking and a good friend of mine was speaking at the tea party and he gave a really good dissertation on the constitution and he said the constitution is first and i said well not exactly judge the constitution comes after the bible right he says well he says you're right but basically we got the constitution from the bible i said that's right that's that's right okay and so so here now when we take a look at that we see that god has said here you are to govern for me by using my laws my statutes okay my covenants and then uh then it goes on and just say that here uh if you'll do that if you'll do that when we take a look at right now for example i just want to jump back just for a minute when we're talking about this global climate change what are they saying remember aoc aocg said about three years ago we have 12 years left so that puts us down to nine years we're going to have global warning new york city's going to be underwater uh and all of this the problem is that's that's as phony as phony gets okay and you know it's an interesting thing here we have these two cups here on the table here now it's an interesting thing you see you see the ice sticking up over the top of this cup here okay now if you fill these two cups with water you fill them up to the brim and you fill this up with a brim and you leave them when that ice melts that will not raise the level of that cup whenever that cup one inch one bit not at all why because the amount of water that's contained in there is displaced if all if every one of those glaciers melted it would not raise the sea level one inch now that's reality but see you know these these guys these fear mongers these uh you know out there these climate change globalists uh they're as phony as phony gets okay and so this is why we go back to god's word here he says in in uh genesis of the very last verse 8 21 and 22 yep he said he says i will never again curse the ground anymore for man's sake for the image of man's heart is evil from his youth neither will i against might any more every uh living everything living as i have done while the earth remaineth see time and see time and harvest cold and heat summer and winter day and night shall not cease so he also goes on and say that he sustains the earth and in the the entire universe right yes so do you think that all of this stuff that's happening out there the rotation of the planets everything in exact precise way all the issues you think that's done by coincidence or accident well proverbs chapter 8 gives an excellent dissertation on how god formed the earth depicting wisdom as a person but then the person who's of wisdom explains that before the earth all the things that happened and how god set up all of those things even given the water's decree not to only come in so far i mean he made he controls the tides absolutely for the fact that solomon says all the rivers run into the sea yet the seas never filled huh right so god is is in complete control he sustains he knows exactly what he's doing doesn't he absolutely okay but these these environmental wackos don't know what they're doing okay but but anyhow so when we take a look at this and we see the entire purpose the entire purpose of divine human government is to preserve the image of god and our sewers in this country have run red with the blood of innocent from coast to coast innocent babies killed by abortion and that court in 1973 and i've said it again with supreme only in this rebellion against god only in its illegitimacy okay what they basically ruled is what god has made unlawful we will make legal if you retain license okay from caesar with mammon in other words if you buy the license from the license from us we will give you the right to destroy god's image god's not happy with that is absolutely not okay now if he said that abel's blood cried out and bore witness against cain what do you think the sound of over a hundred million dead babies the blood that runs and that's just here that's just it's way more than a hundred million it's it's billions yes and so now listen god is long suffering but he's not slack considering judgment he's not slack at all and so and by the way tony if you have a question or a comment just jump in and ask the question so so here now and this is what you know we've been saying for for 50 years the pastors in this country had their responsibility when that corrupted court and believe me that court was corrupt and that they've named roads and bridges and things after those corrupt judges i'm not going to call them justices and the pastors in this country had the responsibility to go to washington dc and the bible talks about the doctrine of the lesser magistrates okay can you can you give me some examples randy of some of those lesser magistrates well daniel's full of that where you've got a whole hierarchy of the government there and and uh if you want to go it's from the king on down if you will so you had kings you had what they had they had presidents i think with daniel and them uh they were sheriffs sheriffs yeah three sheriffs okay yeah and daniel was a sheriff and then he became the president huh right that's right and so here but i think the the very first one it really gives you would be shifra hampua okay uh those two women who actually they worked for the government they were government employees and when the king ordered ordered all the male babies to be killed they refused they obeyed god okay and they did the right thing that's that's the doctrine of the lesser magistrate so the pastors had the responsibility to march in washington dc to to bring charges of treason against god and country against that corrupt court they failed they failed and they failed first in 1962 when god was expelled from the public school and then they failed there and then now not all of them you know that we the hundred of us went to washington dc but and then we we did see more of them actually stand up when it come to the sodomite marriage where they wanted to call same-sex marriage okay but still um so few uh stood the ground the way they should have they um well they betrayed god they betrayed the country and they betrayed actually they betrayed the unborn all the innocent children okay and so no place has our lord been more dishonored than right from them they betrayed their congregations who depended on them to tell them the right way to go absolutely and so and many of them out there today they they took romans chapter 13 twisted it and spun it and perverted it to try to justify not having the courage to do the right thing huh that's right okay so here uh i want to go over now to can can we go into romans 13 for people who don't know i think that's important or do we have the time well we can give it a few minutes let's jump over there romans 13 and because because a lot of people especially like the black lives matter people don't realize that that the government is ordained by god they they really don't know that and they don't realize that that the government does lawfully put people to death their leadership they have the right satanic oh oh yeah yeah yeah but but lawfully they do you know okay now let's start with verse one we only get a few minutes before the break okay real quick let every soul be subject unto the higher powers for there is no power but of god now some of those have changed of that okay they've changed the higher powers to government and and then they've changed but there's no power some of them have public government okay now here's another word that they've changed the powers that be are ordained now they've changed that word absolutely on the new age perversions of god what does that mean to be ordained ordained uh appointed anointed and empowered by god absolutely okay whosoever therefore resists the power resists the ordinance of god that's god's laws okay and so here now what he's referring to when these neo-evangelicals say well see this says we have to obey the government no that says you have to obey god okay very very clear there ordinance of god does it say the ordinance of government no okay and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation for rulers are not a terror to good works but to the evil now give me a definition of the good good obeying god okay a good is god's laws god's statutes that's ordinance god's commands god's covenants okay that's what it's referring to you find that whole thing listed 119 psalm good to you you get them all right there now well then not be afraid of the power and do that which is good means obey god's laws god's statutes okay and thou shall have the praise of the same for he is the minister now they've changed that word to what servant servant that's right okay now let's say well aren't ministers servants of god yeah they are but uh what else could be a servant of god well even the demons even the god they they have to do what god commands right that's correct okay even a jackass would bail them huh that's right that's right it has to do you know so i mean yeah god commands you know even the elements everything right okay you know he commanded that will to swallow of jon didn't he okay now uh then he says uh but if thou do that which is evil that means in contrary to god's laws god's statutes so on so forth uh be afraid for he beareth not the sword in vain for he is the minister okay now a minister is not the same as a servant okay he is the minister of god a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil wherefore you must needs be subject not only for wrath but for conscience sake so that means that we obey god not just because we're afraid to be punished if we don't but we're to obey god because we love god right just like me that's right but we were children you know we we obeyed our parents not just because we were afraid of getting a whooping right that's exactly right okay did you get a lot of woman of course i kind of thought okay we're gonna go to a break we'll be back right after this i had this crazy dream about some folks who love this country who all began to dream the same dream and when the morning came there arose across this nation people thinking one and the same and they all defined their freedoms and all their liberties had gradually been taken away and when they realized the danger to their posterity i heard those patriotic people say we want this country back we ain't just joking jack we want our liberty and our dignity and our freedoms and our rights restored we want this country back she's been driven way off track we're wide awake and we're madder than hell now and we ain't gonna take it anymore no we're not gonna take it anymore oh remember golden days when the stars and stripes forever symbolized her glorious name america but now it's all been changed and when we gaze upon old glory it's hard to fight back feelings of shame we're fed up with lying politicians and greedy corporations who have sold us out time and again and we're sick and tired of sending our soldiers off to wars that we were never meant to win we want this country back we ain't just joking jack we want our liberty and our dignity and our freedoms and our rights restored we want this country back she's been driven way off track we're wide awake and we're madder than hell now and we ain't gonna take it anymore no we're not gonna take it anymore now we know our cause is right and our victory's on the way and we won't give up the fight till we hear 200 million say we want this country back we ain't just joking jack we want our liberty and our dignity and our freedoms and our rights restored we want this country back and we ain't taking any more back we're wide awake and we're madder than hell now and we ain't gonna take it anymore no we're not gonna take it anymore that's right we're not gonna take it anymore we said we're not gonna take it anymore that's right we're not gonna take it anymore we said we're not gonna take it anymore that's right we're not gonna take it anymore no we're not gonna take it anymore we haven't some of us haven't been taking it at all we've been pushing back you know from day one and that's what we're supposed to do that's what god's word the bible says we're to do we are to stand fast in fact god gives us remember those three missions mission one is the great commission and uh that's in matthew uh 28 verses 18 through 20 number two from genesis to revelation god's word the bible tells you resistance to tyranny is obedience to god failure to resist tyranny is always disobedience and then the third one tells you to stand fast hold tradition to the prophets don't stand down don't give up ground and that's what we are to do now tonight uh we have with us here in the studio tony jaffe tony uh for 45 years i made it to those prisons uh week in and week out we were going down to the prisons upon death row all those years and back about 25 years ago i believe uh i started visiting you there correct and i believe the first time i visited was erie correction was that correct that's correct now from that time on you were telling us that you were innocent now of your crimes and of course people say yeah they're all innocent but reality is over the years when i first got in this prison ministry you know i thought the bad guys were in jail the good guys put them there but boy did i learn a lesson after going to the prisons after going to the courtrooms being in the courtrooms listening i found out basically you've got two groups of criminals one in charge of the other that's correct i i would say that the judicial system is just as corrupt as and the department of corruptions i mean it is it is corrupt very much so and so but you they told you look okay after you did so many years all you got to do is go ahead and confess your guilt and we'll let you out and this has happened to a number of people we've had but you refused to confess your guilt why because something i didn't do i i'm not going to admit to something that i didn't do i they wanted me to admit i wouldn't do it and i refused to do it so you stood your ground you didn't back down never once now what happens is because of that the corrupt system would they tell you i actually had a probation officer telling me you mean to tell me you think that a judge and jury can make a mistake and i said yeah every single day it happens again uh but anyhow so you were charged some 25 years ago with crimes one and a year later back that's correct two different cases two different cases now after you know being in the prison ministry all these years if you know if you want to find out if an inmate really committed a crime ask the inmates that have been down with him for a long time exactly right because and you know um you know i i was there they actually pulled me in uh to depose me on the sam shepherd murder case because i was the pastor of his cellmate and some others that were involved and richard emberly and others okay and i was only like seven years old when that murder of maryland shepherd took place but they pulled me in anyhow just because we had richard and the others on the radio program telling their stories and you know and the word came out we knew what happened because uh he had been uh sam's cellmate for 10 years and he told me exactly what sam had told him so if you want to know really if they committed a crime asked the other inmates that have been with them all of these years for the most part you get the truth huh that's correct absolutely right and so there's an estimated about one out of five uh inmates are not guilty of what the crime that they have been uh convicted of would you say that's about right i say that's about right i have seen several inmates got their conviction overturned and and walked out free for not even committing crimes okay so you're here tonight because you want to you want to make things right you want to you want to let people know exactly how this corrupt system is working so let's start off uh with december of 1995 uh in your first charge tell us what happened i extra often called the police and say that i molested her daughter and i kidnapped her from leaving the house and she called the police and the police came and wrote a uh police report and next thing you know i was charged and and uh waiting to go to trial and i hired an attorney out of youngstown named by the name of tom zena he was my divorce attorney back in 1988 for my ex-wife and he was the first one i thought of so i hired him and i had faith in him you know i paid him i was hoping he would do the right thing for me let's go back to a minute why why do you think your girlfriend uh why do you think uh and and that was sheila that was sheila right why why did she do that why did i was uh fighting custody of my son jonathan and uh we both had the same attorney terror stall in niles ohio and she realized that i was i was doing everything i can to get my son out of away from his mother because his mother didn't take responsibility and didn't buy him a nice home so i did everything i can i paid for a good attorney i paid for an investigator to fight for my children or my son and the attorney told me that i'm very close to getting custody of them so one day i got custody of them a couple months later and and she made a comment to one of my sisters by the name of beth that she has to find a way to get my son away from her children and i didn't know this and they kept this away from me yeah because my son he was very hyper he had the ada but he was still a human being he was my son and i loved them very much and i still do love him and so she made this comment next thing you know nine days later after i got custody her and her daughter made these allegations that i molested her daughter and i kept napped the mother in the house because she couldn't leave to call the police so the police came made a report about two minutes after the police left they were there for about 45 minutes 42 minutes approximately uh she called them back the cops came back i got i got the log on police log on i got every record in my case about 95 i did my 25 years and i was assessed in my case i lived and breathed to clear my name and i'm still doing it and i'll do it for another 25 if i have to yeah i know you did that because i was your pastor all those years that's correct and uh you had you you filled my office with paperwork you did your research i mean you you had it now and and i had gone to see a judge on your behalf and uh that judge was almost like there was an absolute panic i just you would have thought i was carrying a machine gun or something i just went in to talk to him i wanted to ask him about your case and they were awful afraid awful afraid of me what do you think it was do you think it was this radio program and getting it they didn't want the truth out they they hid the truth from me for many years and they try to keep me silent you know and i know the good lord is going to give me a day one day to speak out and today's my day and i will never stop speaking out well we we have to do that because we we there are a lot of innocent people a lot i know for a fact i know being on death row of innocent men who were executed uh and they didn't commit those crimes okay that's right but see when i was a young man again like i said when i first got into it again the prison ministry years ago i thought the bad guys were in prison the good guys put them there but like i said now i see that basically there's not a whole lot of difference except for somewhere in charge of the others exactly absolutely right okay so so she called the police back and what did she tell the police came back the second time like two approximately two minutes after they left the first time and they took her to her father's house her and her children instead of taking the daughter the child to the hospital to be examined but when she did go to the hospital exam hours later i got a copy of the report and it says no evidence of trauma her blood pressure was normal she was in good spirit there was no bruises no marks i have the report to support it um her heart rate was normal she was in good spirit they there was no scratches no marks no the hymen was intact i mean there's absolutely no evidence in trauma well i know that for a fact because you you didn't miss anything you did your work with the paperwork i know i saw it the mountains of it and so so you had that i have everything i speak tonight i have in many many more things and so what happened when the police came back they came back they took her to her father's house and dropped her off at her father's house then i i imagine that her parents her father took the child to the hospital okay so uh what what happened from there uh then then uh she went to children's service board and made a statement which i got a copy of this statement and there's a lot of inconsistencies in her statement her mother said i had no clothes on when she came downstairs and she seen me with her daughter her daughter said i was at the landing of the stairway the prosecutor in the motion uh a line they call it uh he's saying that the mother was not present when the offense occurred the mother told the hospital that she was present when the offense occurred i mean you got so many different stories here which one's the truth and which one's the lie well you know you it was at that point for a while where anytime you were charged with a sex crime you were guilty until it was a witch hunt yeah back then it was a witch hunt yeah and i remember all of this and i remember that as going down to minister uh with you you had you just had an obsession you were known for an obsession i had where wardens tell me that take a breather get off of this yeah you know look you know here's your situation yours here uh and and they try to tell you there's nothing really you can do about it but you said no no no i'm not going to stop i'm not guilty and this time because now uh what you're doing wouldn't just for yourself there's a whole lot of others exactly right i've met a lot of guys that finally got their chance with the good lord helping them get out and prove their innocence you know um i took 25 years and here i am speaking about it you know now like i said i won't stop and i don't want my words to fall on death air i i have every record uh plan on putting up a master website i'm gonna find someone to help me and i'm gonna put everything online including about the parole board i know that's a story by itself yeah i understand that i said if i were the king if i were the king here in america today the first people i would have put in prison would be the abortionists but the second group would be the parole board oh yeah that's like you said that's that's a story by itself yeah it's uh and hardly most people don't realize that except for unless they've had unless they deal with the money unless they deal with the pro board they would understand they have power it's unlimited yeah they want to keep you they they'll find reasons to keep you there like me i've been in 25 years never had no write-ups institutional was spotless well except for you were a paper terrorist yes i was yes that's what they referred to you exactly the same thing with uh richard lewis and uh yes uh some others that i know that they referred to because uh with richard lewis he just kept petitioning the courts show me the law by which you're prosecuting me i want i want to see the law and they couldn't do that could they no they could not do it because there was no such thing they were making it up as they went i was in prison with him for many years yeah i know and uh and richard was a good godly man yes he was uh and he's he still is today i haven't talked to him in quite a while out there so now here uh this this all took place you were from girard ohio girard ohio happening yes and this we go back to december of 95 when this thing all started now what what kind of work were you doing at that time i did tree work so you you know you did tree work and uh were you making a fairly good living well i was doing real well all right so and were you taking good care of your girlfriend oh yeah there was nothing she wouldn't have i had a children's service board come down to shula's house because i was living there with her that's her house she went she was going through a divorce she had three kids there and i i requested home studies children's service board come out look at the house and i requested it they came out past everything and uh a few months later i got custody of my son everything was good i had nothing to hide i went to parenting classes they asked me to go to parent class i took they asked me to do a psychological test i i'd done that past that i had nothing to hide i had nothing to hide in that house i didn't open i wouldn't open the doors if i was doing something okay so now here uh what about this this young girl okay what did did what did she say was she coached by her her mother or what i think it was her father her father had a uh alcohol problem her father didn't want me in the house his father her father was john mccelvey would uh which he passed away because he had a drug and alcohol problem he passed away i think i believe age of 48 uh he was a really bad person you know he would tell his children you know uh all kind of things about me that wasn't true you know he didn't want me in the house um next thing you know she came back home you know her mother and her daughter made these allegations and i i wasn't expecting that i didn't even know that she told one of my family members she has to find a way to get my son jonathan away from her her children so you had gotten custody you brought you brought how many children did she have uh she had three children two girls and a boy and so you lived with her with your son with my son there in her house and girard and your son was hyper he was very hyper yes but i loved him he was my son and it was my responsibility as a man to take care of him and fight for what he what i believe he needs in life so exactly what i was doing what kind of that his hyperactivity what kind of problems did that present he would she the children was merely mellow and he would come in there and you know he was bouncing off the wall so to speak you know and he was on ada medication you know i tried to correct him and his mother that she didn't care about him her name was april ernial she didn't care you know and in house she was living in it was pretty bad and i said i have to be i'm a father i'm gonna jump in and do what i need to do and exactly what i did okay so here now uh you've got this going on this happened it's december 95 and so we're back in december of 95 and so how did they end up taking you uh taking your son away from you yes they took him about uh nine about about four or five days after the allegations came out they got emergency order through a judge and children's service board took him from me took him from me how old was he at the time uh he was about nine years old eight years old and they put him they put him in temporary custody they gave him back to the mother april you know and then i had a fight on my hand then you know i i knew i had to fight this so i'm like i said i got a hold of attorney tom xena i didn't realize that he was going to sell me out i didn't didn't believe that till at the end till i went to prison i come to realize and studying the law for 25 years i really what he i realized what he done to me uh do you think he was working for you and his wife and your your wife or yeah i think they was working for them yeah yeah no doubt no doubt and so so then uh they came and took him and then what happened okay so you were still out until 1996 right that's correct and uh 1996 my wife my ex-wife lisa found out that these charges came about so she came along and filed charges on me that i raped my three or my both of my sons three counts of rape and three counts of gross social magician come to find out after i went to prison i didn't know it then till i came to prison that she made these allegations from 1988 all the way to 96. i mean i wrote so many people getting records i had a uh ex-mbi agent my attorney got to get these records now why do you think she did that because she came to my house in 91 when i was involved with april and asked me to get back with her and i said i'm not going to do that because i'm involved with another woman i said we are we had our fling and that was the end of it and as she was walking away she says you're gonna regret this and that was it and that was uh well you say she did this from 88 1988 when we got our divorce i was with her from 1984 to 88 and she filed for divorce in youngstown and come our admissible court and uh why did she file for divorce because i didn't no longer want to be with her okay all right we have attorney lynch with us let's break up attorney bob lynch hey bob hey right here pastor good to hear your voice i'm good to hear your voice too tony say here pastor or attorney lynch yeah and uh your sister is there too yeah yes oh what's wonderful because i just wanted to say on the record that she's the most loyal sister in the world believe me she's been globally at for you all this time and trying to get things organized for your case so my hat's off to her thank you very much how much of of this program have you heard i just right realized you were on the uh yeah i heard most of it and you know it goes way back i'm just trying to fill in the details but there's two things and i definitely want to make this the uh the tony chafee program i don't want this to be the bob lynch program but i do have to say two things number one we had a deposition scheduled on one of your sons remember that tony yeah my oldest son anthony okay this is the first time i was able to get a record or attempt to get a record that would basically be backing up everything your side of the story and giving your son a chance to actually tell the truth exactly we know he was uh close uh by your ex and we know any other who knows what other influences were on him so so this is what we're going to do and so i was going to physically confront him in a civil way in a respectable way so i remember we scheduled this again we got a subpoena served on him legally this is like uh back in 2012 something like that right and so uh all the ducks were in a row so i felt really good we had it scheduled at a place that was not that far for him to come so i remember going down there and i waited over an hour it was just a no-show but at that point in time that's when it would have been the ideal point in time to come together with what's called quote-unquote newly discovered exactly you know the law you're like a law lawyer you know of the law that ignited and and i got to give you credit for not only learning the law getting the the facts all you know and all the doctrines all lined up so i was ready to go with the documents and the evidence it's going to them in a respectable civil way and understand everything you went through i mean he's an adult now so uh you would think you could put it behind him and basically culture itself that was the idea and that never took place and i think at this point in time at that point in time there was no judge that would be willing to enforce that subpoena i could have only contempt for not showing up and all this kind of thing same thing happened to you when you wanted to have a formal hearing where you could testify about uh xena's uh activity and then you were supposed to come in and be alive with it to basically confront xena but the judge wouldn't allow me there because he didn't want the testimony of me on the record because tom xena and judge stewart were very best friends i remember him telling me that one day right i wouldn't be surprised you know what was going on behind the scenes but even on the face of not even knowing that on the face of it it would have been easier to reschedule a hearing enforce the subpoena have you brought in and then have a fair hearing exactly exactly so what this case proves is that once the mistake is made and i know you in in retrospect you know it's a mistake to take a plea you know because you were full of i've seen this happen so i used to be a defender i can see the fear on the face of defendants i mean it's the strongest the strongest emotion and i'm sure that's what they went through and and then of course then you realize and you didn't have in the motors too you know it's not like you were uh you know you know you're facing fear plus motors of the other people involved excuse me i remember when you and my son went in front of a judge in troma county and my son admitted or agreed to the judge that he would do the deposition i i still have the paperwork on that my son told the judge that he would do this deposition but the day before the deposition he backed out saying he would bribe by somebody but he would never put that in the record he would never admit it right exactly he called he called your office he called that i don't think it was a deposit he did pardon i don't think he ever did it i remember he probably called the prosecutor right right involved yeah right yeah i'm sure the prosecutor knew what was going on behind the scene his prosecutors you know oh they're corrupt in troma county and i want to say that on the air they're very corrupt sneaky yeah one-sided court system down there and it's far from being over i have all intentions stand in front of that courthouse protesting this spring i will never give up this fight for the truth i only want the truth i have the records to back up everything i say everything not part everything and remember i had a private investigator look into this too yes you did i wanted to get other witnesses involved right and i think if we get a good investigator on the case and get this exactly what i need a good investigator that will turn over every stone go talk to every person involved every medical doctor every nurse every counselor i mean start from scratch if it takes five years so be it let the truth be known and you know what the miracle is have to pray for tony we have to make sure some judge with the guts to put it on his doctor exactly we'll let this go forth yeah exactly i don't know if there's any any out there right now they're very corrupt one-sided i'm not talking just trombone all over i know that right i know that right i met little guy i met a lot of inmates in prison talk about their judge and lawyers and stuff but i'm not saying we should try i'm oh yeah i'm trying yeah oh yeah definitely yeah i won't give up it's in my dna now yeah i know we we got a book at the movie in here and uh well i expect to lead your role and i'm sure pastor i just want a fair chance with the court system i want to get in there and speak the truth we're going to be coming how much time do i have here okay we're coming up to a break hang tight we'll be back
