Good evening, and welcome to another edition of What's Right, What's Left on this eighth day of March 2026. And tonight uh In the booth. The producer's booth is Josh's booth. Hey, Josh. I see what you did there.
I'm good. Yeah.
Alrighty, we got a lot to do here tonight. Um title of this message was God really does mean what He said God really does. I mean what now You know, men have twisted, spun, perverted God's word by replacing it with traditions. I remember One time we had a woman who was visiting our church And I believe it was taken to the Lord's Table uh But anyhow And she got upset because She, uh She thought we were doing it we weren't doing it the right way. And I asked her why she would say that.
Well, Because that's not the way we've always done it in our church. I said, really. Uh and so I you know went to the Bible and I said, Let me see here Well, after taking a look at what God's word the Bible had to say, Uh She realized that it was tradition Tradition and not the word of God And to day we have a whole lot of that uh a lot more taking place. People are Not really listening closely to what the word of God says. And that's exactly what our Lord Jesus is talking about here.
As we start off tonight in Matthew chapter fifteen. Uh a discourse concerning tradition. Then came Jesus Then came to Jesus the scribes and the Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying, Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread. But he answered and said unto them, Why do you?
Also, transgress the commandments of God by your tradition. Here The Lord severely rebuked the The Pharisees for ignoring the very, very, very clear teachings and commands of Scripture. And they ignored him in favor of their own self-serving interpretations. and traditions.
Now this unfortunate practice is so so prevalent today uh among many modern Christians as among as it was among the ancient Jews in Would surely draw the very same rebuke today. If the Lord Jesus were here in the flesh, In fact, he would be more Actually they'd be a lot more culpable. Uh and the reason being that uh Because we We have far more evidence. of the inerrant authority of his word Then the Pharisees had we have the completed canon of Scripture and they didn't. He goes on to say.
For God commanded, saying, Honor thy father and mother. He that curses father and mother, let him die the death. Uh here They didn't. Vincent. that that word curse is just simply means swearing at 'em.
He's talking about those that are accursed, that dishonor The father and mother And they do that with what they call Corbin, but we'll get with that here in a minute. But you say Whosoever shall say to his father and mother, It is a gift, By whatsoever thou mayest be, profited for me. And honor not his father or his mother, he shall be. Free thus You have made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition. You hypocrites Did Isaiah the prophet?
Prophecy did you well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying, This people draweth nigh unto me with her mouth, And honoureth me with their lips But their heart is far from me. And that application today really applies today to the the church in America.
Okay. But in vain they do worship me. Teaching for doctrines. And the commandments of men. And so here Again we would see.
Well, you know, I want to actually turn over to Mark chapter 7. In Mark chapter 7, this kind of explains it a little bit better and gets into it more.
Now Jesus said all that I just read there. But Mark but he actually said more than that. That was all that Matthew Recorded But Mark records the same conversation, but he He adds more to it, of what he recorded all of what Jesus said, or at least more of what Jesus said. And We start here. In Mark chapter seven, starting with verse six.
And he answered and said unto them, Well hath Isaiah prophesies of you, hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. Howbeit in vain they do worship me teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. For laying aside the commandment of God, you hold the tradition of men. as the washing of pots and cups, And many other such things you You do. And he said unto them, Full well, ye, Reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your own tradition.
For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother. And whosoever curses father or mother, let him die the death. But you say If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corbyn, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me, he shall be free. and you suffer him no more to do enough and for his father or mother. Making the word of God of none effect.
through your tradition which you have delivered And many such things you do.
Well, the tradition well, first of all, going back to verse seven. Again How be it in vain do thy worship Me teaching the doctrines of the commandments of men. Here those professing believers. Who reject or distort the scriptures in order to Accommodate some humanistic doctrine. We sp there's a guy right now He's the one uh who's supposed to be a Presbyterian preacher.
A Josh in Texas they just had a Uh the primary The four uh the cong for Congress, the congressional candidates And on the Democratic side, The one that beat Jazzy Crockett out. uh was a male who professes to be A Presbyterian preacher. This guy is as apostate as apostate could possibly get. Um Why I am telling you, he is taking God's word the Bible. And turning it upside down, inside out, and backwards.
Do you know who I'm talking about? I know who you're talking about, but I don't know the name. Yeah, I can't remember his name either, but I I heard some of what he said. This guy is right from the pit of hell. And so here And this is exactly what the Lord Jesus is talking about right here.
Uh there's a a lot more of that going on than you know.
Okay. In this case, the Lord Jesus was talking about the extra-biblical humanistic legalism of the Pharisees. Here, but the principal is the very same as it applies today. Any displacement for Scripture by some human precept, and that's what he did. He He turned he he turned.
the word of God into D E I. And so Corbin.
Now, the tradition of Corbin. That is something the word corporate means something dedicated to God. It permitted a son to be released from any obligation Now, say this was not Scripture? This is not what God gave him. In fact, it's exactly the opposite of God, what God gave him.
You know, Josh, it's hard to believe. But in those days they didn't have Social Security. They didn't have Medicaid, they didn't have Medicare. And so Uh the old folks When they were unable to take care of themselves Guess who was supposed to take care of the old folks? The children.
That's right, that's why they had so many children, huh? They were supposed to. And so here now They came up the Pharisees, the religious leaders. With this idea of this Corbin. God never gave that to them.
That here That The property that they have full access to all of the property to the to the money, the funds, and they have full access to it. But it officially belonged to the temple. It was a gift.
So, in other words, their idea was they they said, Well, you know, Mom and Dad. I really can't help you here. Uh because the money really doesn't belong to me, it belongs to the temple. And, uh, I so I'm I'm supposed to just spend it on myself. But, you see, God never gave them that.
Now Do you remember what the Fifth Commandment says Honour thy mother and thy father. Here That is to dishonor Mother and father. And When Jesus said here, Let him die the death, verse 10. But Moses. Said honour thy father and mother, and whoso curses Father or mother, let him die the death, and now by holding back and and not supporting and not taking care of.
Your mother and father. That's cursing them.
Okay. And so here Oh, and and you know Under the law that was the death penalty, but they because of their greed they didn't want to do that. Normally, you know, those f folks added several siblings. And they would say, Well, you know, let let my siblings take care of it. It leaves me free.
of this and the Lord Jesus he's he's addressing the Pharisees, and he's making things awful hot for him, too. Right about now. And then he goes and he says unto him, And you suffer him. No more to do aught for his father or his mother. In other words, to take care of them, to support them.
Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition. which you have delivered, and many such Like things do you.
So here when he says that he made it of none effect, this is a tendency to distort or negate. or argument scripture. with one's own interpretations. And that's what that guy Who who won the primary for the Democrats? That's exactly what he was doing.
He was twisting scripture like unbelievable. And you know so this is a new you know it wasn't unique uh to the ancient scribes and Pharisees. I mean they did that And God repeatedly warns Against tampering with his inspired word. And um Today We're even more culpable because we do have the completed canon of scripture. And so here Got horns about Uh Twist in it.
You've got a number number I love Chapters in Scripture We got Matthew 5:18, John 10:35, 2 Peter 3:16. And mostly Revelation twenty-two, verses eighteen through nineteen. Anyone who's adding to Or taken away from the words of God. It doesn't end well for them, even though they may think they're getting away with it for now. it's gonna catch up with him, and when it does catch up with him, Well, it's going to catch up with him in a very big way.
And so Here We're going to take a look at three Uh forms of modern day Christianity or church. If you will. And I call it the good, the bad, and the ugly. James One Twenty two It says, Be you a doer of the word, and not a hearer only, deceiving your own selves.
Okay. Now, Josh, What is the one thing? The most important thing, the one thing that's absolutely required To be a doer of the word. To uh due action along with your words.
Well, you have to know what the word says, huh? I mean, that's the the number one thing. is you have to know what the the word says. And and so what does that mean?
Well, Uh here You have to go to that source, and that's one, the King James Bible. The King James Bible is by far, by far, Uh superior. Tope. Any of the two hundred perversions of the Bible out there. And so You've got to go to the King James Bible.
And you've got to read it and study it. What's the first thing you do? Uh before you Uh you read the Bible or you go to study it, or especially if you if you're going to write up a a sermon or a message. What's the first thing you need to do? Absolutely.
Now you got it. That's the the number one thing you do. And Not just in the beginning, but even during during the time you're putting your Um compelling something and putting it together, okay? And so here. Like it's a strange thing.
Uh Okay, there you go. Jerry I I got a all of a sudden I got like a floater in my eye. And it was making uh everything fuzzy. And so That's what you have to do.
Now, let's take a look at Um The Contrast. Between a good believer, a good godly person in a One is not so godly. And we we do that we start out with Psalm one. The very first Psalm of the Bible gives a A contrast of two roads. that a person may travel.
You know, the broad road uh leading to destruction, or the narrow road leading to Everlasting life, and we'll we're actually going to visit that here a little later on. But We read this. Here. Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly. nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
Okay. Did you see what he did here? He gave us three Uh Different examples. of both the godly and the ungodly. And here now he says, and by the way, you see how he starts out.
Oh. Blessed is the man that walketh not In the Council of the Ungodly.
So The godly doesn't walk in the council, so he starts out by walking. But the unguarded does. Nor standeth in the way of sinners, so he goes from walking to standing. The godly man doesn't walk and he doesn't stand. Uh in the way of sinners.
And then he goes from there, nor sinneth in a seat of the scornful So he hits all three walking. Standing and sitting Yeah You have the contrast there. of the godly and the ungodly person. Then he says, But his delight is in the law of the Lord. and in his law to thee meditate day and night.
Uh Here the godly men To a godly man Uh God's laws They're not a a burden. God's laws aren't a burden to the godly man. they're they're what he uses the word a delight here. For the law of the Lord is perfect. And uh again What do we find if we If we read through...
God's laws And Did you ever read a hundred and nineteen soul? I believe I have at some point. Yeah.
Well, you've got to find out all about God's laws, God's statutes, God's ordinances, God's commands, God's covenants, all of those. Uh in there. But it In those things, you find some amazing things, some things that are referred to as the wondrous. things of of the law and then Um here King David said, I delight in the law of God. After the inward man an inner Here Uh Now the law cannot save us.
But what? What does the law do? It can't save us. Why can't the law Save us. Only God can.
Well, it's because The law is perfect. God's law is we're not. We're not so that The only thing that the law could do is find us guilty. Um If we're judged by the law, We don't stand a chance.
Somebody has to fulfil the law. As God God demands, and that person ha that God demands has to fulfill the law. has to be sinless, spotless. There was only one fellow that could fill that ticket, huh? It was the Lord Jesus himself.
And so here he says And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water. and bringeth forth his fruit in season. His leaf shall not wither, and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. Uh Here We see. The fruit That is produced by a believer.
Is the type of fruit that's well grounded and stable? And it Here Oh It will stand forever. He goes on to say. Now he contrasts this. uh with the un with uh the ungodly.
Starting in verse four. We read this. The ungodly Are not so But are like the the chaff which the wind driveth away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the Lord knoweth the way of the world.
of the righteous, but the way of the ungodly shall perish. What do you think he meant By They will not stand. They will not stand. Uh, they won't have a leg to stand on when it comes to Judgment Day if they haven't accepted Christ. Right.
If it comes to be They will be they will bow down, they'll be on their knees before the Lord. And if they refuse to bend their knee, remember, every knee shall bow? If they've refused, the needs will be broken. And so here You have this major contrast between the righteous. and the the unrighteous.
and this is what I call the good. Uh these are people today Yeah. Um That Hold to the word of God. They they hold to all the fundamentals of the faith. They don't compromise.
There's a boldness. There's a boldness with these people. That says look We're not going to compromise. I realize that my time on this earth is is But a vapor. that appeareth but for an instant, So the time that I'm on this earth I'm going to place up crowns in heaven.
I'm going to Run to this battle Here And I'm Without any compromise. I understand as a Christian That mission one, what do you think mission one is? The Bible gives us a very clear definition of mission one. We called The Great Commission. That's mission one.
And so Here And this is where I refer the good, the bad, and the ugly. The three different types of churches out there: the good, the bad, and the ugly.
So, the good are those that hold it to without compromise. They run to the battle. They're doers. of the word not just hearers only, deceiving themselves, okay? And again in order to be a a doer of the word, you must first know what What the Bible teaches.
You gotta know that. And so Now We're going to switch here from the good over to The bad. And With the bat, we go all the way over to a very familiar passage of scripture. And that we find Over there in Revelation. Chapter 3.
Now the bad Josh They're more symbolism over substance. Uh they profess to be born again Christians. Um Yeah. but they're neo evangelical, more inclined to To lean towards the practice of comfort zone Christianity. having to identify more with uh a materialistic type of The perceived Uh Christianity such as You know, body count evangelism.
Do you know what I'm talking about here? like the mega church or the prosperity church Philosophy? Are you thinking on that one? Are you still there, Josh? Yeah, I'm on the phone with somebody.
Oh, okay. Anyhow.
So here he's having to identify more yet with the m materialistic types. Uh of evangelism.
Now, in other words, the idea out there the bigger the building, uh The greater The numbers The higher the social status it is, Um you know, that's that's you identi they identify With The assembly that they attend But it's an interesting thing because often When I've talked to people that that attend these m these mega churches, They want to tell me you know, uh, about how many people That their building can hold. How many people they could fit in a sanctuary? They want to tell me about uh The coffee shops. The book stores? Uh And these things.
What should they be wanting to tell me about?
Well You're supposed to be wanting to tell me about How many doers of the word do they have in there? How many people are they reaching for the gospel? How many people have have gotten saved with real absol you know, salvation. real conversion over. They're supposed to be telling me about how Their church Fed so many hungry people?
Hungry children. They're supposed to be telling me about How they're their their church. how they h happened to be able to find homes and shelters for the homeless, okay? They're supposed to be telling me about how many their jail and prison ministry, how many. Inmates that they've visited and ministered to in the jails and the prisons.
They're supposed to be telling me about How many people they visited in the hospitals and nursing homes. But no. No. I hear more about this identity thing with uh how they they wanted to identify with the the wealthier Uh the members the Those that are on the higher Social status They like to tell me about though how so many people in their church took this took a cruise. and they went on this big cruise and how It was the what a luxury cruise.
I mean, everything. You gotta try this, Pastor. I mean, it was beautiful. I mean. everything, the amount of food you can eat, it's all of this was about me, we, me and we and I.
And, uh, But see that's not what they're supposed to be telling me. This is what I've I've emphasised for the last fifty years. You know, Matthew chapter twenty-five means what Matthew chapter twenty-five says. Yeah.
This is The heart of Christianity. Again. knowing that mission one has got to be the great commission. See, this is what we're going back to The title of this message were God actually means God actually means what he says. He actually means what he says.
Uh Here now, today.
Now even though that uh And and we're going to start here in Revelation Chapter 3, starting with verse 14.
Now, even though they They agree with Christian doctrines in general.
Now, here the church of Laodicea. is not an apostate. church. It's not an apostate church yet. Uh Because The Lord has not taken their candlestick.
But here And this is what a lot of your mega churches will do. They'll actually you know, they'll agree or they'll say they agree with doctrine and they'll actually preach some of the doctrine. They'll they'll preach against sin. And But At the same time. Uh Top priority is staying in that comfort zone.
to stay in that comfort zone. And so here Uh Like I said, they'll speak Okay, we're talking about the church of Laodicea now. And so here, and we're talking about today's modern mega church or prosperity church, if you will.
So now the prosperity churches are split, many of them Art have apostasized completely. But now here. When we take a talking about Again. The church of Laodicea, Josh, I again they have not apostasized at this point because the Lord has not removed their candlestick. But and again they they're agreeing with general doctrines, But they refused to take a hard stand on controversial issues.
such as abortion. or sodomy. They tend to take a a neutral position by their actions which align more with the worldly eminence Uh They they tend to use watered down perversions of the Bible instead of The real Bibles. And those watered-down versions will pervert passages of scripture, especially like Romans thirteen. afford an excuse For their failure to stand against corruption.
Or government. They w they want to stay comfortable And even if it means compromise. Um and they they'll tell you They fear God with those lips, like Jesus just said, Ah, you profess me with your lips, you want me to put boy with your actions? you deny me, your heart is far from me.
So when it comes to Actually standing s you know, s uh Hard On the Scriptures well, they're far from that, okay. And when you have passages like on Romans thirteen. Where talks about actual government or Matthew seventeen. Oh. Or Matthew 22, where it talks about taxing the people, taxes that are unlawful taxes.
They don't have the courage to stand, okay? Uh They just don't have courage. And I know a number of these. Mega churches where the pastors will tell the people, don't get involved with politics. Don't get involved in anything that's controversial that might come back on this church.
We we just want to stay nice and big and beautiful and wealthy. And here's what Jesus had to say. And unto the angel of the church of Laodicea, write these things, saith the Amen, the faithful. The true witness, the beginning of the creation of God.
Well, w I guess we know who that is, right, Josh? Yeah, who's that? That's the Lord Jesus. Right. I know thy works that they are are neither cold nor hot.
I would that they were cold or hot.
Now In this passage of Scripture, hot means that you are all in with him, that you're all in with the Lord. That you're a doer of the word, not a hero only. Cold means that you're You're the opposite. You're against him. Like the Apostate Church.
So then, because thou art lukewarm and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of my mouth. If they make him sick and he spews them out, that means they're. They're not part of the body, eh? Then he says, Because thou sayest I am rich, And now listen, because this is exactly What they say. This is exactly what I've heard from so many in the mega churches.
Because they say I am rich and increase with goods and have need of nothing. Thou knowest not that thou art Wretched, miserable, poor, with Blind and naked. I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire. That thou mayest be rich. And white raiment that thou mayest be clothed.
And the shame of thy nakedness do not appear Anoint thine eyes with eyesaf that thou mayest see.
So now When he's talking about being tried like gold in the fire, what does he think he's referring to?
Well when you add fire to gold, it takes out all the impurities, so. That's right. When you go into the fire, that means you're being tried. That's what you're being tried. In other words, So when it comes to taking a stand Um Whether whatever that cost you If you're told we're not going to practice Christianity, you're told, all right.
Uh and you know You're you're gonna stop. If Joe Biden had been able to stay in office, A whole lot of people like me would be in jail to day. Uh And you saw what happened to the J Sixers. He would go after the home schoolers, the pro-lifers. But especially aggrav he aggrav he was aggravated by people and media, okay?
Especially Bible preachers. And so those that would not back down.
Now, I'm not going to back down. I've had the Uh Because of my pro-life stand over the years, many, many times I've ended up in courts in front of the judges. And these were not good people. Many times they were corrupt, and I preach those judges right to their face. I told him flat out, you ought to obey God and not man, okay?
That's what I'm doing and that's what you should do and you and I both know that. And Here some of em feared God Enough that they But this Lower their heads and And that try to put me in jail. But I was willing to go to jail. If I had to. I was going to take the stand and I was not going to stand down.
And I can tell you this, Josh, that fifty two years or well, fifty one years going on fifty two. Not once, not once, not never once. Did I ever stand down? Did any of our people ever stand down? We stood our ground.
He goes on to say Now the white raiment, Josh. Met righteousness. That was righteousness. The dummy is bath clothed with his and the shame of thy nakedness do not appear. What he's referring to there, the shame of the nakedness, is standing before Almighty God.
unrepentant unrepentant without an excuse. And that their eyes Anoint thy eyes with iosaf that thou mayest see. What he is supposed to see is the error of your ways, and repent. As many as I love I rebuke and chastened. Be zealous, therefore, and repent.
So he's telling em to repent. to repent. The only remedy for sin is what? Is repentance. And so, the problem you have with so many today, especially the Prosperity Church.
is they don't think they have anything to repent of. They've changed the scripture, the entire meaning of scriptures. to where it's all about making money. Staying comfortable. Uh Climbing the social ladder.
They become totally beh Materialistic? Here. And so Now he says, Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come in. to him and will sup with him and he with me.
So if he's standing at the door knocking, that means he's outside the church. The Christ is not in that church, huh? To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne. even as I also overcome and set down with my father, in the throne.
Well Christ had a victory What do you think Christ it was that Christ o overcome? He overcame sin and death. That's right. He was made t to be sin, wasn't he, on that cross? When he took on the sins of the world, past, present, and future Right now, do you know what the estimate is of how many people have been on this earth?
Since the beginning lived and died. Probably over a billion. No. One hundred billion. One hundred billion.
Right now there's around eight billion on the earth right now. A hundred billion since the earth began. That's a lot of folks, right?
Now, it's it it's beyond even the begin to try to comprehend what it would be like to have the sins of a hundred billion people placed upon you. Uh I mean You can't even begin to even imagine that, and that's what he did. He was the only one that could have done that or the only one. He goes on. He that hath an ear, let him hear What the Spirit Say into the Churches And then, Josh, we go to the ugly.
The ugly is the Apostate Church. The Apostate Church, those that embrace. Liberation Theology Do you know what liberation theology is? It's I'm sure it would have some kind of Freedom? I remember back in the sixties, in the early 60s, where a fellow named Jurgen Multimann, he was from the University of Tübingen.
That he got together. He was supposed to be a theologian. He was a liberal theologian, if you will. Anyhow, he got together Well with a fellow named Ernst Block.
Now Ernst Bloch was a Marxist philosopher. And so They came up with what they call Um liberation theology. And what they tried to do, what they did is They try to to take combine the teachings of Christ with Karl Marx. And so with that. They taught uh That It what Christ had done in the past was it was really insignificant Yeah.
Uh Eschatological Hope. an eschatological hope. In other words, That When Christ is is what Christ is going to do in the future when he comes back. That is going to matter to men. What he did in the past.
Is not of significance. What do you think of that? Mm, it seems like it's not quite right, but Well Yeah. It's it's I guess it's not quite right. In other words, here Uh salvation wasn't through repentance and having the Redeemer's blood of Christ applied.
That wasn't what their salvation was. They taught, and this is what you have. In a lot of the congregations out there today, they're teaching us the UCC. uh the United Methodist, United Church of Christ, um Episcopal, A lot of these are holding to these false doctrines today. And so here So what their salvation was, the hope of their salvation, I preached in a church.
I went into a church. And they they got me in there because there was a big battle division in the church. And this is an apostate church. And the only reason I was in there was every year they would bring in a pro-deather. about the time we would be doing the march for life.
and uh someone who was pro death would come in And Get up and promote killing children. And they would li even lie and say that the Bible, like Al Sharpton says, justifies abortion. The Bible does not justify abortion.
So there were some people in the church that were angry that there was only one side, and they. uh invited me to come and they said if you don't come they're only going to hear the other side.
So I came. And it was an interesting thing because When I went in there and they had a track rack. And in there uh you have these tracks and here you have Jesus With a bandana and gun belts as like a a a communist rebel. Right? And so here their salvation was that Christ is going to come back.
And he is going to redistribute The wealth he's going to take the wealth away from the wealthy, the rich. and he's going to redistribute the wealth amongst The collective. This is their salvation. This is liberation theology. And that's why and you saw this sneaking in Oh, my, this has gotten into Oh.
Oh. a lot of uh The United Church of Christ the Episcopal, the ap apostate Catholic, the Lutheran, the apostate Baptist, the apostate uh Presbyterian, the Pilgrim, All of these have have brought in this and I remember how prevalent that was down in South America. when I was down there within the Catholic Church there. And so here Uh You know, we we saw In our time somebody tried to do something similar to that. And it has some effect.
And that fellow's name was Rick Warren. Do you know who Rick Warren is? Yeah.
And what do you think it was that he did that was similar to this? Mm, talked about the purpose-driven life.
Well, that that purpose driven life was that was Yeah. Uh Apostasy, heresy. What he did is he came up him win Barack Obama. They come and they And they came up with what they call Krizlam. Krizlam.
Have you ever heard of Krizlam? That's a new one to me. Yeah.
Well this is what Rick Warren came up with Krizlam, and that was the combining of the teachings of Allah And Christ. And Some of those Apostate Church has picked up on it. There's one of those big mega church apostate church not far from where we're at right now. Uh that's supposed to be a United Methodist church, but they have Um The Muslims come and preach in their pulpits on a regular basis.
Now, let me ask you a question. Do you think there's any way, shape, or form? Islam Um Yeah. Can cooperate with Christianity? I don't think they drive.
No, no. And so here that was the idea of Warren and Obama. Liberation Theology teaches. Today That the end justifies the means, you can embrace everything. that God calls a sin as long as there is equity among the masses, Um Even if that means Everyone is equal And even if that means that everyone's equally impoverished, And so again That is what we call the ugly.
Now The Apostate Church literally are satanic churches, On everything that God's word the Bible calls sin. They embrace. if we want to go over to Isaiah And chapter five We read this. Verse eighteen.
Now he gives you six woes here, Josh, six woes. And and none of them are good. Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity and sin as it were with a cart rope. Uh Here's what he's saying, Josh. He's saying Woe unto those that parade and flaunt their sin in front of God like they have it in a cart and they're pulling it with a rope, okay.
And we see that today with the LGBTQ. We see that with those these women, you see them on the view and that they brag about how many abortions they brag about how many babies they've killed, okay? Uh You see that today, the ACLU trying to promote and and push a legislation to legalize p pedophilia. Everything that the entire Democratic Communist Party. platform today If it's a sin, they embrace it.
No matter what that sin is, they embrace that sin. They say let him make speed and Hasten his work that he may see it. that we may see it, and let the counsel of the holy one of Israel draw nigh, and come that we may know it. Josh, they're saying let's Flaunt our sin in front of God and see what God will do. Is that smart, Josh?
No, it's not. I remember one day watching this young fool, a young fool. And he was on one of the college campuses, I don't know if it was Harvard or Yale, I'm trying to remember, but Anyhow, he got up on a pedestal. He found himself a big pedestal, got up. And he he started yelling and shaking his fist at the sky.
And he's saying, God, if you're up there, God, wake up, God. if you're out there and If you're out there, strike me dead. I don't believe you're up there. He was mocking God. Uh do you think God uh is Is marked?
New So So here now Uh this this young fool What he didn't know is, first of all. God's not going to be mocked, but But God can't be tempted either. And so what God will do He will pick the exact time and the place the most Where it'll be the most Uh well The worst possible time for a guy like him. He did that. With n namen.
Remember Haman? And Bordecai? Yeah.
Well, Abid got what a birthday surprise he had. It wasn't It wasn't what he wanted, was it? There wasn't to be. Oh, no, it wasn't.
Okay. And then You had Herod the Magnificent.
Now Herod the Magnificent had He was having his birthday. The king And he had a birthday suit made of silver, and he stood and the sunlight radiating off his his silver suit and he preached Uh He was waxing eloquent, and the people that wanted to garner his favorite The merchant said, You're not a man. You're not a man, you're a god. And now, right then, he should have done something. What do you think he should have done right then?
He should have renounced that. You should have rent his garment, ripped it wide open, that's how you say no, no, no and renounced it. But he didn't. He accepted it.
Now God chose the time and the place and Listen. When you're standing up there on a platform in front of a bunch of people and you're being eaten alive by worms. You're not having a good birthday, I can tell you. That was his last birthday. What about that fellow named Nebuchadnezzar?
You remember Nebuchadnezzar? Yep. He stood out there on his balcony. He opens his arms, he looks over, he says, All of this have I built, all of this kingdom have I built. Guess who was listening?
Josh. I was listening. Yeah.
God was saying, Who built who built all this? Who gave you those? What do you know about grass, Nebuchadnezzar? You're about to learn a lot about grass. What about bird feathers?
Okay. Uh so We have to remember all the time that God's listening, huh? Yeah.
I want to run over very quickly. Uh to and I gotta finish 'cause I'm out running out of time. To Matthew chapter seven Verse 21 through 23. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven But he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
So Here he's talking about those that we we were saying who have a profession. of faith, but not a possession, symbolism over substance. And these people that are willing to lie to God. And that's what they were they were willing to lie to God. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesies in thy name?
and in thy name have cast out devils and in thy name done me wonderful works. Do you think if they were doing it they were doing it for the Lord's sake or were they doing it for their own? Sake Well The Lord says this. And then I will profess unto them I never knew you, Depart from me, you that work iniquity. And so what happened?
Well They were false prophets. They rejected God's law. Um In fact, the word iniquity here actually is the same word for lawlessness. That's what it means, lawlessness. And that's exactly what we have out there today.
in the Apostate Church. It's ugly.
So Today, Josh, if the church really did believe, if the church really did believe that God really meant what he said. Would we have a hundred and fifty million dead babies by abortion? No. Would we have A half a million missing children today. No.
With the L G bt Q be legal and allowed to be promoted You know, Spectre One News. They promote LGBTQ like it's a preferable lifestyle like it's a superior lifestyle. Uh No. If the church really believed with all their heart today. Here None of this would be allowed to be promoted in the public school system.
Chucky Schumer. wants to he he has a bill he wants to pass That allows to fly the rainbow that the sodomite flag on the same level. During Saddamite month D I think what is it, the month of July or June, where they have Sodomite month. He wants to fly during that month the side of my flag on the same level as the stars and stripes. That's Chucky Schumer.
He's a A good Democrat. I mean he's he he's bad, but he's to a Democrat.
So real true Christians would never never I would I will never accept any of this I would never accept any of this. And You know, today you have so many of them say, Well, come on, Pastor. I know I don't like it, but that's just the way it is. You have to. You have to accept it.
What do you think, Joe? Do we have to accept it, Josh? Never Never, not ever. No, that that is compromise.
Well, folks, we're up that time that we come to every night at this time. Where Thanks for being here, I want all of you. Thanks for your support. over the years and uh Sorry about Friday night. There was a fire an electrical fire in the building.
and so many of em chush So many called me wanting to know if they if they did it on purpose. to get me off the air. I I didn't think so. Oh, this was a radio. I didn't think so either.
It was it was kind of nuts around here, from what I understand. Yeah, yeah, it was. Oh, oh, it certainly was. But It you know, what the enemy meant for bad Turns out good because they had to replace so much of the old stuff From what I hear things are working better than ever now.
