Coca-Cola for the big, for the small, the short, and the tall. Peacemakers, risk-takers, for the optimists, pessimists, for long-distance love, for introverts and extroverts, the thinkers and the doers, for old friends and new. Coca-Cola. For everyone, pick up some Coca-Cola at a store near you. No, no, everyone!
It is time to stop the protest at night. We are going to have a curfew. Do you think that they're gonna? Do you think all the protesters, the rioters? Excuse me.
Do you think that they're going to comply with us? I mean, I. If you believe that, I love your optimism.
So great, but there's a huge network that's behind this. They're not going. This is all for purpose. There, I mean, it's literally an organized, well-funded op. You have everything from the what is it?
The try the. Tricontinental radical organization funded by a Marxist that has been paying some of these, like the Code Pink, etc. You have some other groups. There, goodness, there's a lot that are contributing to this, and that's the way it always is. It's all it because it's used.
It's used as a well. There, I'm sure that there are some people who look out and they're like, "Oh my gosh, we oh look at the riots, we're going to join," and they join organically. I'm, you know, I'm not denying that, but by and large, it's very organized. I mean, you heard police and members of the press saying that it was shocking that they had. The addresses and names of like Jewish-owned businesses and synagogues, and then, then of course, they went after the designer stores too.
This has never really been about education, or it's never been about education, and hasn't been about really the economy for them. This is just a way for them to. It's it's it's an Islamist kind of revolution. Already happening, and the fact that they let it get this far is insane. That they let it go on this far.
They said that they've arrested thousands, like like almost two thousand, for what? I'm sure they're already back out on the streets. What was the deterrence to this when you had businesses that were targeted? And that's the crazy thing. I mean, you had these historic these historic places that were set on fire.
Historic town halls, all of it—it's complete and total chaos on purpose. You had this, by the way, fanning the flames. Emmanuel Macron cut sixteen in his address for the nation, which he blamed the riots on Iran and Iran and the U.S. He says, "The youth of France—they are concerned about the future. That—that is what this is all about." Watch what he says here.
Cut sixteen. The youth of our nation are expressing great anguish and concern about the future, the conditions of where their careers will take them, what role they will be able to play in society. None. They say that the future that they have is not one that we could desire. He says that, and he says later on in this, it's like two minutes long.
He goes, "We have to pay heed to what they're saying. They're not saying anything. They're burning businesses down, and nobody." I'm sorry. No one talks to tantrum people. I'm not going to have a conversation with someone who's having a tantrum.
No, not how how it's done. And the idea that this is the youth. There have been 40 and 50 year old people being arrested, by the way. There's like a 50 something year old Islamist guy that was arrested in Paris the other day. No way.
Sorry, these are not all students. Shut up. That's just a cop out. They're negotiating the terms of surrender. Emmanuel Macron has probably been one of the worst leaders France has ever seen in its entire history, in the history of that republic, one of the worst.
This is—it's sort of like a quasi Thermidorian reaction in a way, where you have the Islamists that have been enabled and have been coddled are rising up and they're seeking retribution. That's what so much of this is. But what bothers me is that they're trying to act like they're trying to. Bequeath some sort of validity to the rioting and the violence and the destruction, as though any sentiment is actually valid, and therefore the ensuing violence is somehow substantiated as a result. I don't believe that, and the idea that well we need to we need to listen to what they are saying, they are so upset about the future.
That's not how you get. No, we're not going to. That means that you. We don't negotiate with terrorists, and we don't negotiate with people who demonstrate terroristic behavior. They would love to do this in the U.S.
They would love to do it. I think part of the reason why some of the woke right doesn't do it is because they spent so long criticizing the left for their riots and violence that they realized that that would be incredibly hypocritical and incriminating, and they would lose the little bit of influence that they have now.
So that's why they don't do it, really. But. They in France they tried to build a coalition with Islamists and Marxists and it's failed spectacularly and that's part of what some of this is.
Now, furthermore, you have this situation where I think some of this whole well, they're they're it's the youth and you have to listen. They're concerned about the future. They want more government. The I if the any of the objections to France's Education and entitlement. France ballooned their entitlement.
They were paying people who were coming over illegally from Northern Africa to settle them within throughout France, give them a stipend, and basically take care of them from cradle to grave. And they're shocked that their economy can't handle it. They're shocked that their banks are cracking under the strain. This is basic economics. Their their infrastructure could cannot support the complete, wide open, chaotic influx of migration that they had that they cannot handle, and they had no no assimilation process, nothing, and now you're starting to see this.
That's that's the reality of it. But they're trying to say, well, it's not. I mean, this is they're they're just upset about the quality of their schools and about the about the services they they get from the government. That sounds like entitlement, entitlement, entitlement, entitlement. They were breaking into private homes.
We had that. I, you tell me what that's about. And then this is interesting. Cut twenty three. Pallets of bottles began magically.
Appearing on the street, did someone order a giant pallet of bottles? Anybody? Because we found your bottles. Look, I just happened to see them. Very BLMish.
So BLMish. Here's a bunch of bottles in the street. Come get your bottles. Oh, and then they are. They're going to get them.
Yeah, they're there. Yeah, I mean they do drink a lot of wine over there. I don't know. Maybe it was somebody's recycling. I don't know.
I mean, so crazy.
So crazy. It is an issue. It's an issue. We have some of the ingredients for that in the U.S. It's true.
I saw this. I got a couple of things to hit. I saw. Let me pull this up. I tweeted about this.
It's not on the rundown. I I had tweeted about this earlier, where. It was okay. Here it is. It's Tallerico.
I did about three hours ago. It says, "Team Tallerico, Team Tallerico." He stopped by Caffi Barbecue in DFW, where they have a halal take on Texas barbecue. A halal take on Texas barbecue. And they got the title of best barbecue in Dallas from the Dallas Observer, which is a trash progressive publication.
Sorry, they're not the best in Dallas, and I'm not going to pretend that they are just because it's Muslim Democrats that own it. They're not the best in Dallas. People who are in Texas aren't like, you guys want some really good barbecue? Let's go to downtown Dallas. Said nobody in Texas, no one in Texas does that.
The best barbecue places are hole-in-the-wall establishments that actually do have the best barbecue.
Sorry, but that's not it. That's not it. Yeah.
So yeah, I would imagine like there's no way to do pork that's halal.
So I can't imagine that you would have like pulled pork or pork ribs or pork, but nothing like that. But I, I, I said yeah, it's not the best barbecue in Dallas. I'm just being honest and. The Dallas Observer is a trash publication. Nobody goes to downtown Dallas to go and like, ooh, would like the best barbecue ever, but it's, it's like this, and I, which is a weird thing for him to tweet because I thought, wasn't he vegan?
Didn't he make a whole video where he was bragging about not eating meat?
Okay, well, I don't understand what he's doing here. But he also made a whole video of him eating meat too, so. He'll go wherever for votes, but it's like this: this. Why would you need to do that? Why do you need to debase yourself?
Why do you have to lie about barbecue? If you have to lie about something to make somebody feel welcome, and that person needs you to lie about it to make them feel welcome, do they really want to feel welcome, or is this about conquering? Or I don't know. I'm just using this as a lighthearted example. Not the best barbecue.
Speaking of factions and. This idea, there's this narrative that's being peddled that you're seeing actually play out in France. That's being peddled here in the United States. This idea that. The government is bad, so you need more government to fix what more government that made it bad, the problem that it created in the first place.
It sounds convoluted, which is I agree with that because that doesn't make any sense what they're saying, what they're promoting. It's this idea that you really do need big government and that you need these certain allies. Vance did an interview. He had two interviews over the weekend where two times he defended Tucker Carlson, and this is a problem that people on the right and people within his orbit are going to have to deal with. This is going to be a problem for as long as he chooses to make it one.
This is cut eight. This was at a town hall when he was directly asked verbatim by a Jewish father about this whole situation. Watch this cut. I want to know what you will commit to doing about this problem with the right. Will you publicly confront influential people like Tucker Carlson in your own coalition?
Who continue to spread anti-Semitic rhetoric that has put a target on my children's back?
So, Eddie, first of all, to be clear, your five and three-year-old are okay.
Okay is a relative term. Are they here with us? Absolutely. Thank you. My daughter still a loud bang, dropped to the floor in coverage, protection, and cry allowed noises, and tries to understand.
What she has experienced, not okay from that perspective, and I'm very, very sorry about that. And I will say, I've met with the leadership of the temple there, and I've met with some of the security guards who, frankly, prevented what would have been one of the worst terrorist attacks in the history of the United States of America. But for bravery, he didn't say anything about Tucker in his answer, and it's, it's amazing if you went on and he didn't say anything about Tucker. And he was talking to him about this issue, but he said nothing about Tucker. This is cut nine, just a day later.
One day later, same question for the most part. Listen.
So Tucker, obviously, one of the reasons he's very, very angry is over the Iran war. He does not like the Iran war. He and I have had that conversation in in private and public. I know how he feels, and I I understand. What I've said to Tucker is, don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
I'm not going to convince you on the Iran war one way or the other. But aren't closed borders and ending correct the ridiculous anti-white racial discrimination in our University admissions aren't these things worth actually acknowledging that Donald Trump has done a lot of good. No one's not acknowledging them, nor is anyone saying that they're not worth acknowledging. But I thought it was weird because apparently he and Tucker still talk. Tucker's called him literally a devil.
He has said that he's like one of the worst things to happen to the United States. He's called him a devil. He has engaged in blood libel. He has said some of the craziest stuff that. Ten years ago, he would have been persona non grata within any thinking person's movement.
But all of this, by the way, and I'm going to say a friend of mine made a very good point. He said that arguments over 2028 are pointless because the people who are and Vance says he's not going to make a decision until after midterms. He's running. That's just it's after midterms. He's keep performant.
He's running, but. Those people in that orbit are kidding themselves, and my friend made this good point. If they think that this is not going to be a problem for him, he's a Tucker is a lunatic conspiracy theorist, completely nuts. And the fact that Vance still engages with him, what privately, while refusing to honestly confront what he is doing publicly, my friend noted, is a demonstration of bad judgment.
So, is it because they share the same views? Is it? I don't understand. This is going to be an anchor for him until he can actually confront it head on. It's going to be a problem, and the association will hurt him.
And it should if he cannot have a clear headed opposition to it. I mean, the stuff that Tucker. If I had a friend that said the stuff that Tucker said, I would absolutely be debating with my friend, not just privately either. There are a lot of people. I get that he thinks Tucker made his career, and Tucker did.
Tucker's bragged about how he's the one who got Vance to be vice president, but you do not trade your discernment. Because someone made you. As we move, the folks who don't make the program possible, it is the people over at Berne. They call it the Berne gun, but it's not a gun. It shoots chemical irritant projectiles that can deter threats from up to sixty feet away.
Now I carry. I've told you a million, trillion, billion times. I carry. I have no problem throwing lead. To protect myself or someone else, I train for it.
I carry all the time, but I get to that sometimes people have to make big kid moves and they got to go to places maybe for work or something where they can't carry. Or maybe you're a college kid. You're 20 years old. You live off campus. You got to walk to class.
You know we're getting ready to go through daylight savings time again. We're going to fall back, and it's going to be darker a lot earlier. What are you going to use to protect yourself? This is where the Burna CL, which stands for Compact Launcher, it's the only model you need to know about. What where the Burna CL comes in?
It's about the size of an iPhone. And it shoots those chemical irritant projectiles, right? But here's the thing: if you have a Taser or a stun gun, great, right? One or two rounds in that. The Burner CL has a 15-round shot capacity per cartridge.
Legal to own in all 50 states. It ships right to your door. It's not a gun, so it doesn't care about gun-free zones because it's literally not a gun, right? There's no permitting. There's no background check.
There's no waiting period. You buy it online, and they send it right to your door. And right now, you can save up to 25 percent. Site wide now, all the way up through our October 26th. Visit burna.com/slashdana.
B Y R N A. It's not a replacement; it's an option you'll be glad to have when your options are limited. That's burna.com/slashdana. This is Joel Larsgard from How to Money. As someone who travels a lot for work, I really appreciate a premium airport experience.

Welcome back to the program. Brazen French rioters are now selling their hauls of looted goods on Vinted. This, according to Daily Mail. Imagine this: they're selling their stuff. But I thought, guys, I thought it was just about education.
They just wanted some new textbooks, and they wanted bigger classrooms and better cafeteria food. That's what I was told. Why is it okay? Why are? I'm being rhetorical, but I've noticed that all of the photos that I've seen, shut up.
They're selling to afford books. Dana is what Kane just told me in Slack. Why is it all the photos I've seen? These people are like thirty year old students.
Now I know it's France, but. Let's play dumb for a minute. How long do they go to school over there? It's interestingly that they all. I'm just going to say it's a very similar demographic subset, huh?
The Paris police. They said they are finding that Vinted has been taking down the listings, but many are still making the rounds for much lower than the recommended retail price. You know what they're they're selling over there? They're selling all of the stuff that they did. You see Dior, so Dior in Paris they did not trust the French police, obviously, so they hired their own security team.
But I think. Was it in Marseille that they still had one of the Dior windows smashed? But at least I think the Dior in downtown—not that I care—but the Dior in downtown Paris was saved. Actually, I do care a little bit, even though Dior got caught making I think some of their stuff in China, but that was during COVID. Maybe they changed, but Dior.
The sister of Christian Dior, who started the label, actually was part of the French resistance against the Nazis, and they tortured her, and that's why there was a lot of stuff that he named after his sister.
Some of his perfumes, some of the other accessories that he did, because his sister never cracked. They tortured her. She worked with the French resistance against the Nazis, and they tortured her.
So you know, it's like the Balmain jelly. Dior is all right, you know. Can't afford any of it, but it's all right because it's like a million trillion dollars anyway.
So they hired their own private security that stood in a ring around their flagship store, but they were busting into the Louis Vuitton, all of this, and then you know what they were doing? They were going into these stores and they were waving the Gazan flag. Oh, sorry to quote the Red Green Alliance that wants to use this made-up term, the quote-unquote Palestinian flag. They were waving it everywhere, climbing on buildings, waving it. But sure, go ahead and keep telling yourself that it's about education.
This is just like Occupy Wall Street. It's just like BLM. It's like all of these leftist entities. And the reason why they all seem to start within schools, particularly universities, college campuses, things like that, is because you have organized leftists that take advantage of it. They take advantage of it, and they they.
I mean, that's you know. Universities are where everybody dabbles in leftism, and they encourage it, which is odd because they never tell any of the students there that part of the reason why they're in this era of succitude is because they have supported it, and their liberal parents that raised them supported it to this point. If you are a lefty, if you are a lefty student protesting, and you don't hold your own lefty parents responsible for voting you into succitude, you are a moron, and you deserve everything that happens. Just saying. European countries have been warning their citizens about travel to France right now.
Italy told their citizens they need to register their presence in France so they can be located. Others are saying, "Don't go, don't go." There was a family christening. In France, and there, the Duhamel Frederick Shaw, he had to he had to tell the police because people came in with hammers. They were threatening the people and any church at a christening with hammers. And then you have what we showed you, the French lady in France who is begging the rioters.
Please don't burn my stuff down. This was cut 19. They're robbing her whole family's store, and she was like, "Please don't." This is cut 19. She was like, "No, don't, don't," and crying. She's trying to be in front of the store.
I mean, look at the mess. If you're watching the simulcast, the woman in the long brown coat with the black headband—that's her. And she's saying, "No, why are you doing this?" And she was like, "That's not the cause. Why are you doing this? This is not right.
This is not the." And she, and then she was like, "Don't touch me, etc." I'm not going to let you get by. And they were saying, "Move all this," and then they just shoved past her. She was like, "I voted to bring you here. I vote. I am one of you.
No, you're not. You are not, nor will you ever be one of them. You will never be one of them, ever." But she was begging, please don't. She was begging them not to loot, begging them not to go and. I mean, that was her family's business.
French, the French Business Confederation, the president of this, Patrick Martin, said that they need to pull that France needs to pull itself together. The mayor of Central Paris, who is a big socialist, Ariel Veil, the big socialist of the Paris mayor of Paris Center, suggested calling in the army to deal with the rioters.
Now, big leftists, now you want to call in the army to deal with the rioters? Greece's prime minister said that they will never return to the era of great social unrest.
Now, remember, Greece went through this. What was this like ten years ago? When they passed the austerity cuts, because in order for admittance into the EU, Greece needed to get its its act together, so to speak, and people rioted because they didn't like the cuts to the entitlements, they didn't like the cuts to the social programs, and so everybody began rioting. And now their leadership says we're never going back to that. Even China was telling people, everybody be very, very careful traveling in France.
That's crazy, but by the way, the lady who was in the brown coat said she was 54 years old. She looks fantastic. Just totally an aside, you know, French women and all. She looked fantastic, 54 years old. It's crazy.
So they have a protest ban. That's not a protest though. These are all rights. They have a protest ban that they say is going to be enforced from 8 p.m. to 4 p.m.
in Paris, and in all of the streets around Paris. And all of the other outline neighborhoods of the French capital, they have curfews in place of a number of other cities in northern France, and they've been trying to shut down a lot of these resale sites where they're reselling the stuff that these you know that they stole. Just insanity, absolute insanity. But this is why. You know, they said that they're upset because of everything that's been happening.
They are upset because they don't like the rising prices, and they're upset because of the housing situation. But they're apparently not upset for the leftist government that they elected, that brought all of this pain onto them. That's a lot of what you're hearing. Similarly, in the United States, you hear people are upset; they're mad at the Boomer generation. People are mad at Boomers.
They rage at Boomers on social media all day long. You know, I look at you know, Boomers are our parents. We're Gen X and Baby Gen X, and I think Millennials and Gen X have a lot of well, they have Boomer parents. I feel like some of the younger Millennials were the second and third marriages of Baby Boomers, but. I think that's such a cop out.
It's the left that did this. You realize that there are a lot of conservative boomers, right? It's the left. You have leftist boomers, just like you have leftist Gen Xers, just like you have leftist millennials and leftist Zoomers. It's the left that did this.
That's ultimately what it is.
So. They, the riots, everything have been spreading. They would love for the left would love what has been happening in France to happen here. They would love it. They would love it.
They said that it's the, it's something they would love to see. There was a video of a French couple that was having drinks and cigarettes at an outdoor cafe near the Arc de Triomphe, and the rioters and looters were setting all these fires behind them. And they're sitting and they're not even paying attention, not even watching. I feel like that that's like such well, it's the meme of the little dog at the table with the fire behind him, but also that's what's been happening over there this entire time. If you look at the people that have been out in the streets rioting, they're out there with guns and flags.
I don't like to say again Palestinian because it's a made up word that is not supported by thousands of years of antiquity for a region that was actually named after the Philistines, and all of the people in Gaza are Jordanian transplants. That aside, they're out there waving the Gaza flag. It is an Islamist takeover, is what it is. It's interesting too that they they very in an organized fashion were targeting synagogues and Jewish owned businesses in Paris. I don't know if you guys were reading some of that.
They, it was too organized to be accidental. It was very organized. In fact, there was one. Let me pull this up. There was one French police chief who was saying yes, and you know they they went after in a very organized fashion, and they started targeting synagogues and many Jewish owned businesses.
Gosh, I wonder why that is, huh? Probably couldn't happen to. Probably wasn't because it's an Islamist takeover. This was repeated by French journalists who said they came prepared. They had the addresses of town halls.
They had the addresses of Jewish shop owners in a street in Marseille. That all businesses that were owned by Jews were set on fire. The businesses that were run by Muslims weren't.
Now someone else said this. Let me pull this up. It was a French. It was a French publication. I think it was an AFP.
They had noted. I read it through a translator. They had noted that many Muslim businesses in Paris were not targeted, or that Muslim businesses in Paris weren't targeted. That's kind of interesting, isn't it? This is cut twenty.
This is French journalist Paul Emard. He's saying that they had the addresses of the town halls, of the businesses, Jewish shop owners in Marseille. That's what he's saying.
So he's saying that it was all very targeted. Very organized, and it is. This is not an organic thing. It is not in any, not anyway, even remotely organic. This is part of the red-green alliance.
I think it's funny when I see people like when countries like China warn people about traveling to France. They love seeing this. They love it. It's about the destabilization of the West, Europe, France. I mean, France has fallen.
Now, this also brings me to Marine Le Pen. Because Marine Le Pen is has been leading, she has been leading in elections, or in well in the electioning. She's I don't know. Macron is apparently going to bear going to ban, according to the Telegraph, public gatherings.
Some are saying that all of this could actually be. A gift for Marine Le Pen.
Some there was a French poll that said that many Muslims would consider leaving the country if Marine Le Pen was elected. That was interesting. It was a French survey. They said that they found that half of the Muslims surveyed would consider leaving France if Marine Le Pen won the 2027 presidential election. And it was a survey.
It was about twenty three hundred people. Forty six percent of the respondents, of and they they were surveying Muslims. Forty six percent would contemplate emigrating, meaning leaving France, if Marine Le Pen won. They say France is estimated to have approximately seven million Muslims. And this is because they they even call them the left islamo riots.
It's the red green alliance. The left islamo riots is what they're saying. Marine Le Pen leads France's National Rally Party. They are right leaning. They have been advocating for substantial reductions in immigration, tighter enforcement of their immigration law.
Lots of. I mean, it's very. It sounds Western, Western right leaning, not European right leaning, but Western right leaning. If that makes sense, and I do. It's very interesting.
Now, she she's crafty. She's a very crafty politician. She's there's a saying that you beware old soldiers, particularly politicians, when they've been in the game for a long time. And she's leading the only Christian conservative cell phone service that is out there. Patriot Mobile really wants to make it to where you have just the best service, and you're saving money.
But also, the money that you're spending for your service isn't used towards funding the left. I mean, I get it. You've canceled subscriptions because you didn't agree with the company's policy. If you've done that, why in the world would you give your money to a cell phone provider that doesn't share your values and gives even more to the things that you vote against? I mean, every single day that you stay with one of those big carriers, you're actually financially supporting issues that do not align with you.
You're supporting CRT, DEI. In fact, I went through Open Secrets and I was looking at how all of the big cell phone companies, Patriot Mobile excluded, has been donating to Talarico, for instance, out of their political Local action committees; these are real things.
So you get premium priority nationwide service across all three major U.S. networks with Patriot Mobile. You get unlimited data plans, international roaming. And apparently, someone volunteered you to make 30 spider cupcakes. Who did that? Oh, you did. Add one more thing to the list: take a break, preferably one involving crisp wafers and chocolate. Kit Kat gives you permission to stop for a second and enjoy Halloween too.
They say you can break when you're dead. Break now. Have a Kit Kat. Welcome back to the program, Dana Lash. With you, we're at the bottom of this first hour, and we are what?
Let me look at my calendar. What? Two weeks out from voting. Two weeks out. Early voting for me has already started.
And I I like to vote kind of on the day of, but I think I'm gonna early vote because I have so much happening in the next couple of weeks here locally, with with races, congressional races, Senate race. We have a lot of local municipal stuff, so it's just I think going to be a little easier to early vote. Normally, I like to vote day of, and I told you guys this why because there's always these activists and everything that are always outside, and I'm a brat. I'm just really a brat. I like to go and make a whole performance of walking in and making sure that all the leftists know that I'm voting Republican.
Does anybody else do that? Am I the only person?
So yeah, we're still a good we're still a good two weeks out. Really, barely, but early voting has started. A lot of people are already going to try to read the tea leaves on this. I think everybody just needs to chill. Everybody just needs to chill because we're not going to have it all figured out.
I still think that the polling in Texas is very underrepresented. Because people aren't responding to the polling, I don't think that they're responding to the polling. I don't respond to the polling. I'm curious as whether you Texans out there have. Can you respond to the polling?
Did you have you been getting the polling? Have you been getting like the texts and everything? Oh yeah, I get. I got like eight of them this morning, just this morning.
So everybody that's out there watching, that's in Texas. Every single one of you has, like, most of you. I've gotten tons of email and comments from you all, where you say, "Well, I get these, but I'm not responding to them." And that's what I really think is showing what's skewed here is that's what I think is, and I feel like that that's it's it's making it skewed because people don't trust it and they're not responding to it.
Now, Trump's approval rating. This is a bit of a sticky wicket. His approval rating is a little tough. There was a newt.
Now take this. What it was, I did think that this was a little, eh, but it showed. This is a Washington Post, ABC News, Ipsos poll, and if you read the which yet I'd archive the article and do because I'm not paying for a subscription. Not doing it. It's not a.
It's a. It's a fairly decent poll. What stands out to me is that it tracks with some of the other surveys of his approval ratings, and I do think that there. I do think that he is in on the struggle bus for approval ratings. I do think that now.
How that's going to affect turnout and enthusiasm is something different because previously, up until this point, it has been that people don't turn out unless Trump is on the ballot. But is that he's kind of going through a 2020 thing? Because in 2020, his approval rating was fairly low. There were a lot of people that were the biggest. The biggest thing that I saw in exit polling was people were mad over immigration.
They were upset over immigration, and that was a big issue. That and they felt they got they got convinced by people like Lynn Wood and everybody else that their votes didn't matter and they weren't going to go vote.
So it was a kind of a one two punch, and so turnout Republican turnout suffered. The reason that 2020 ended up the way it did is because Republican turnout was. Horrible! Oh my gosh! In my solid red county, our turnout was down by nearly thirty percent, and that was according when I went and I compared all of the previous elections from the past fifteen.
Well, actually, it was past an election, as far back as I could. Taking in mind the change of the county makeup, with a lot of people moving here in the past decade, it was one of the lowest turnout rates. Ever to have been seen, and and in such a solid red area, that's going to be key.
So when you look at approval rating, what you need to do is sort of figure that as enthusiasm and as a a potential indicator of turnout, which is one of the reasons why you see a lot of Republicans focusing a lot of rhetorical fire on Democrats now. Part of and I saw a really good piece about this, and I can't remember where I put it on my. Oh, here it is, right here. It was over at Real Clear Politics. I thought this was actually a smart take.
It was an editorial that says simply this: how ultimately the Republicans must make the election about performance and not about personalities, because that's Starting to blow up. That's really starting to blow up. Is making it about the personalities and not about the job performances. And I think that that's it's. I think this is going to be key.
But also, I think this is something that should be easy to do with Republicans. Why is this so hard to message? How much better you are than Democrats? Why are we even having this problem? You have all of these people on K Street, and then you have the new infusion of the next generation who haven't figured out how to message anything any better.
The only thing that they can offer is to, you know, slide into socialism on the right. I mean, this this is something that should be easy, but it comes back to. Job performance and Republicans have got to convince voters that they have been doing the job and that the people to continue doing the job. I got to tell you, I am leaning towards being disappointed on election day. But I always, I'm a cynic, more of a stoic than a cynic, but still, I'm not really optimistic.
I'll put it like that. Because not so much because of the candidates. Because I don't believe that people. I don't know if they are going to be encouraged enough. Or motivated enough to turn out because people, if they think that you're doing a bad job, they're not going to show up for you.
That's the psychology of this. If they think that you are not giving them a good ROI on their vote, they're not going to show up and vote again for you. They're sure as hell not going to early vote. And as you know, Republicans with early voting—that's not really our strong suit. Republicans are not early voting people.
Republicans are day of people, so a lot of this stuff too. This is also going to help Democrats with their narrative, but Republicans need to sell them on job performance. This is key, and whether or not it helps for Trump to be seen as still being on the bag, he wants this to be a mandate of his job performance. And you have a lot of people that I think are going to try to use the Iran thing as a way to undermine that. It's true.
It's they're going to say that the U.S. is isolated. Look what's happening to Canada. I just saw a headline this morning where Mark Carney says the U.S. is trying to break Canada.
You have Emmanuel Macron who's speaking to. The French people, after all of a weekend of riots, and he's saying, "Oh, so much of this has to do with Iran and the United States, and they want you to have this idea that it's America alone, when it's not. It's Europe that's fallen, Canada, which is fallen." We're going to talk more about this. I also have to get into. We're talking about early voting.
This, interesting. Let's dive in. I'll come back to El Said.
So Macklemore's Free Palestine tour, the one that's not going to Palestine. Interestingly enough, he's not actually going to be playing in Palestine. I don't even think he's going to be playing in Judean Samaria or what people who are unfamiliar with geography might call West Bank. His Free Palestine tour. Is funding a group that literally was defending the October seventh terror attack.
His UK tour is going to benefit a group that said that October seventh was legitimate and effective. Per the New York Post, proceeds from the London show. At Wembley, managed by Live Nation, is going to support what they call the Palestine Youth Movement, which is, as you can imagine, is probably a bunch of forty-year-old, terror-adjacent, if not terrorists themselves. The spokesperson for this, as well as other members of the group, have been well documented online defending it. They said they described October seventh, and I'm reading the verbatim quote as a quote prison break.
Okay, and they're raising money for this group. Tells you everything that you need to know. The timing of all of this, the timing, always, always fall, always spring, always every single time, purposefully, purposefully.
So that shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.
Now. Under this is all under my heading of Islamism. There was, pull up a couple of other things here. This story from the New York Post. We, I've heard this from a number of people when I was traveling.
When I traveled over to Israel, and we were talking to we were talking to people who identified themselves as quote unquote Palestinians, even though you know how I feel about that retcon to make believe term. There was a teacher in Gaza. Just dovetailing in with us, that gave an interview to the press. I'm I'm assuming anonymously. Actually, I'm assuming this person is not a teacher there anymore.
It was someone who went in with the United Nations.
So it is. It was someone who. It's a 40 year old geography teacher, and they've spent 15 years working for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency. You know that corrupt. Part well, I say corrupt part of the United Nations.
The whole thing is corrupt. The corrupt subgroup of the UN that has been doing a lot of stuff in Gaza, and so this isn't a teacher that has been born and raised in Gaza. My understanding, it is a teacher that, through the United Nations and this partnership that they have with the Gaza government, which is Hamas, they go in and they teach kids.
So. It was a forty-year-old geography teacher. They said they spent fifteen years working for the United Nations Relief and and Works Agency. They said that they got into it with the school administration because they said that the school, the administrators, were telling them that they had to teach the students. To basically hate their Jewish neighbors, not basically to hate the Jewish neighbors, and they, the teacher, what she was told is that an administrator at school confronted her with scissors the day after she got into a heated argument with another teacher over what she described as the indoctrination of young girls.
And she claims that the school official told her, "quote, will make you wish for death, and if you don't stop arguing, we will cut your tongue." And she said, "Well, it's more intense," and she's a lefty. She's a giant lefty that buys into all the Hollywood nonsense. How do I know that? Because the sentence that she said after, where she says, and I quote, "Today is more intense than ever because the children are suffering," actually suffering from Israeli attacks.
Well, again, it's not Israeli attacks. These—that's stupid. Anyone who says that, this is so dumb. I don't agree with the way Israel is prosecuting the conflict because I would do it far differently. I would not engage in a conflict where I am putting my own soldiers at greater risk than I would the enemy, if that makes sense.
But the combatant to civilian ratio in terms of casualty rates is so high for them because they have to go through and personally, basically, clear houses after they do leaflet drops, after they do text. Notifications telling people to leave because they're destroying these Hamas strongholds in these different parts of Gaza.
So that's why they have such a high casualty rate, particularly at at that with with Gaza is because of that.
So this is a teacher who's a far left teacher, super far left, saying that well. You know, it's my duty to convey an accurate picture, but I will say that the teacher has been saying that they, the government, and all of the school administrators are telling her that she has to teach this, where they they teach all of the anti-Semitic stuff about their Jewish neighbor. They literally teach about how violent resistance is justified, etc., and she says. She's appalled by the ideas being taught to these children, and she fears that it's going to create a new generation of terrorists that's even worse than what they're dealing with now. I completely agree.
That's the problem that they have over there. They're caught in a rock and a hard place. If they go in heavy, they're going to get spit at by the world. If they don't go in heavy, they're going to get attacked by Hamas again.
So either way, something's coming. That's what they're dealing with over there. As we move, the folks who help make the program possible, it is the partners over at Alliance Defending Freedom. They're there at the tip of the spear, doing everything possible to preserve and protect the rights that we enjoy. At Freedom, you know, obviously government doesn't grant rights.
I mean, I'm not going to read all of this because I've talked to you about it for 15 years on air. What you need to understand is that there is a group that is going out and fighting to protect whether it's parental rights, the transience of kids, whether it's protecting your religious rights, like and free speech rights. The combination of which just they just scored a major, major victory at the Supreme Court on behalf of a Christian counselor. An alliance defending freedom is fighting back in courtrooms across the country, including at the U.S. Supreme Court.
They've been standing up for your rights. And not just in the courtrooms, also in the state legislatures. But ADF relies on people like you to continue fighting these battles in the courtroom, in state legislatures, wherever your freedoms are under attack. Right now, there is an opportunity to make your support go even further. Every dollar you give is matched by a special grant while funds last.
So that means your gift today can have twice the impact in defending the freedoms that we all hold dear.
Now is the time to act. Visit joinadf.com/slash dana. Or text Dana to eight three eight four eight and make twice the impact for freedom today. That's joinadf.com/slash Dana or text Dana to eight three eight four eight. This is Joel Larsgard from How to Money.

Break now. Have a Kit Kat. What a busy weekend it's been too. You've had riots, and not just in France, but also in Italy, in Milan specifically. You've we've got all of the latest with.
Midterms because that's gearing up. We're going to talk about Alyssa Slotkin's rhetoric here coming up as well. I saw this piece though real quickly. On let me pull this up. I saw this piece on.
It's from the Examiner, Washington Examiner, on Tellerico, and this is the headline. It said James Talarico's adoptive father linked to ex account mocking Christianity and women.
Okay, what are we doing? Why do I have? Why do we have to go all the way to Talarico's adoptive father and his social media posts? Are people not convinced enough that this guy would be a horrendous choice? For Senate from Texas, are people are people so unconvinced and so out of it that they would go?
Well, I don't know. But then I saw that his adoptive father had a social media post. We know what this guy's character is. We know his policies. His policies sound like a junior high kid running for class president.
Promising you all of these things, none of which are feasible or mathematically possible, along with a heaping dose of DEI, CRT, and race hustling and everything else, we really have to go all the way to that.
Well, his social media posts for for his adoptive father. I mean, I get the pylon, but at some point, it's like. Are could people just not? Do you not see that the guy sucks out loud without having all of this other stuff? If you, whoever is out there that cannot make their decision up, they cannot make their mind up without having.
Well, I don't know. I mean, I was really torn when he was talking about banning all the guns because we have that audio. That audio was out over the weekend. He's like, oh, you know, when he was talking about banning the guns, that was really interesting. But then, you know, was when I saw that piece about his adoptive father.
And I'm not going after the people who wrote the piece. Don't completely miss the point. But people should have their minds made up, right? Right. This is where I have a very uncomfortable thought.
Do I really want to share a planet with people who would have to have that something like that to make their minds up finally about a candidate? I mean, I'm not saying for me to leave. I'm saying for them. Really. It's it's bad enough.
It is bad enough. I I cannot imagine. It's everything that he has said enough. I don't need all. Clearly, he's had freaks around him that shaped his worldview.
Obviously, I think that's less important than everything that he has said himself already. There was another story. Oh yeah. By the way, Juan's got this clip. This is what I'm talking about.
This right here is enough for me, and it should be enough for anybody else. You shouldn't need.
Well, I don't know. Is his family member tweeted this? Listen to what he says about what you can and cannot own. Listen to what he says about Second Amendment. This in this cut.
In 2020, on video, you said there should be an assault weapons ban, large magazine ban, and that God requires us to do more than our thoughts and prayers. Yes. If there was an assault weapons ban or a large capacity magazine ban in the Senate, would you vote for it? Depending on the details of the legislation. Yes.
And I think so. The assault weapons ban is still on the table. Absolutely. And all right.
So there you go. He wants, and by and by the way, assault weapons. Just to remind everybody, it's a fake term. What they're talking about is all semi-automatic. He couldn't if you said James Talerico, your life depends on you being able to define what is an assault weapon.
Right now, he wouldn't be able to do it. Most of the people that use that, actually, all of them couldn't, because it's a fake term. You either have full auto with select select fire capability, or it's semi-automatic. And what they're talking about is semi-automatic. That's what they're saying.
So he already—I mean—and this is that's new audio. He already is all down with banning. Do you need to know what one of his family members tweeted about? I mean, I'm sure they're all freaks, but are we seriously entertaining for all of the people out there? They're like, I just don't know if I can bring myself to vote for Ken Paxton, you know, because of what he did in his private time.
If you don't, you vote for that. But I'm not actually voting for that. I'm just withholding my vote. That's also a vote. I mean, you can sit here and try to tell yourself a million different things to make it easier for you to sleep at night.
But the reality is, is that still a vote? No one is saying that you have to marry the guy. No one is saying that you're voting for a priest or a preacher for your church. Nay, nobody's saying that. But that's what you're voting.
You're voting for literal gun control. He's on record multiple times. That's just over the weekend. That's just over the weekend. Headline: USA Today.
Latino excitement for Talerico could power Texas Senate upset.
Now, this is a stretch of a poll. I will say, I did look at this one. I think it was a bad sample size, and I think it was super oversampled anyway. But they were saying that there, it's he's leading with Hispanic voters over Paxton. And again, I don't necessarily think that that's accurate.
It was also a landline survey, which is you're immediately sorry, but older generations, especially that live in blue areas, tend to be super hardcore left.
So, I don't. I now do. I think that there is an issue with. Do I think that there is maybe perhaps a not a hemorrhage seems a strong word a leak of Hispanic support? Yes, I do.
Across the board, because everything comes down to the economy. The left wants you to think that it's about immigration. Conservative Hispanics actually want harder immigration, tougher immigration enforcement. They're not happy about the H one B's. That's what I'm hearing from a lot of my audience.
They're unhappy over H one B stuff.
So. That's that's an issue that what what you're seeing is the coalition is cracking, the coalition is falling apart. The coalition that was built that jettisoned Trump into the White House in 2016. It's very difficult to hold coalitions together because at some point people want to return on the investment of their cooperation. They took a pause of seeking their own pet issue to focus on the twenty percent that they agree with with everybody else.
But then comes the time, after a couple elections, where they want the they want a return on the investment of their cooperation. They want something for them. They want to see what they can get, and you're starting to see the coalition crack. On top of it, the economy is is. Depending on who you ask, either the economy's great or the economy's bad.
I think certain sectors are having a difficult time; others are not. Kind of all depends. But gas prices, energy prices—there's more than just Trump that factors into that. But that's also going to contribute to this. But it is the coalition.
Not only that, but you have a lot of foreign meddling. I want you to realize the amount of foreign meddling right now, particularly on social media platforms, is unlike anything this country has ever seen before, and it's a fact. You have Qatar, you have China, you have Russia. These are all absolute facts. It's indisputable because we've run them down.
The receipts are. I mean, it's all over the internet. And we've talked about it ad nauseum, which is why I'm not diving into it again right now. But the bottom line is that there is a huge effort to convince voters that everything is bad, and the only thing that's going to save it is a reduction of the United States in the international sphere, just strict. Strict, I would say, isolationism, and the point where you don't even see the advantages of boosting allies from a national security perspective, and of course they're using Iran as the cudgel, and they're also trying to divide support for the one alliance that real alliance that we have in the Middle East.
All of that is factoring in. What you're seeing right now is. Laying the ground for twenty eight, twenty eight's already underway. That's why people are picking at Trump. That's why you see Republicans picking at Trump, because the clock has now started.
His influence is going to start to dissipate the closer that we get to November of twenty eight, or really twenty seven. It's going to start. You're going to see that. They have to have him completely destroyed, so that they can put something else in its place. The left and a faction of the right, which brings me to this soundbite.
So, I watched this interview over the weekend. You want to talk about the coalition? I watched this interview over the weekend, and it was the vice president who. He gave an interview, and then he was—he was actually he had two different sets of remarks. I think we do nine first.
He was asked specifically about Tucker Carlson, for instance, who I think has been given—it's weird—he is an outsized, outsized. How do I put this? A lot of people are attributing outsized influence to him. And it's outsized until it's not, right? I always say it lives on social media until it doesn't.
I don't think that Carlson informs the majority of the country, but he does inform the president, the vice president. Case in point: this is cut nine.
So Tucker, obviously, one of the reasons he's very, very angry is over the Iran War. He does not like the Iran War. He and I have had that conversation in in private and public. So they talk. I know how he feels, and I I understand.
What I've said to Tucker is, don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. I'm not going to convince you on the Iran War one way or the other. But aren't closed borders and ending correct the ridiculous anti-white racial discrimination in our university admissions? Aren't these things worth actually? Acknowledging that Donald Trump has done, I don't think that Vance could convince Tucker on the Iran war because remember Vance agreed with him.
He hard he wholeheartedly agreed with him. We've actually played previous sound bites before he was even vice president. He absolutely was in lockstep with Tucker Carlson on Iran. That's why he's done the job as the vice president of supporting the president. On Potus's position on Iran, but he hasn't been a hardcore fighter on it for a reason.
But what I got out of this is, so they still talk. Ah, okay. This is the guy that is. I mean, you thought Marjorie Taylor Greene sounded nuts; Tucker sounds in fifty times that, and he's defending him still. He didn't go out and say, "Well, I'm not going to." And again, because they had agreed on Iran, but it still kind of sidesteps the big issue.
There's another soundbite we're going to play here coming up, because this goes into the coalition and it goes into 2028. There's a faction of Republicans that want to take over the party, and they want to anoint and coronate a leader for 28. Which I thought, you know, we have elections in our country, and we have a primary process, and we vet all the candidates and see which one's the best because we are the consumer as the voter. But there are people that are trying to undercut your vote on that, ladies. How many times have you bought a makeup product and then you used it for a week?

Your Halloween to-do list: costumes, candy, decorations, pumpkins. School party, trick or treating, and apparently someone volunteered you to make 30 spider cupcakes. Who did that? Oh, you did. Add one more thing to the list: take a break, preferably one involving crisp wafers and chocolate.
Kit Kat gives you permission to stop for a second and enjoy Halloween too. They say you can break when you're dead. Break now. Have a Kit Kat. And now, all of the news you would probably miss—it's time for Dana's Quick Five.
So here's what's crazy: now they're saying Kim Jong Un might be rumored to be dead. That's what's being reported. Rumors that he's dead after falling into a coma, which would absolutely risk civil war in North Korea. Which is even more so, it would risk a power struggle between the daughter that Kim Jong Un was grooming and his described as insane, evil sister, who would probably feed the daughter to dogs. Let's be honest, you're going to see a chick fight of all chick fights if that's going to happen.
We're going to talk to Stephen Yates about all of this. In addition to that, I might be out of time to really have anything else. In addition to that, we also have small town cops baffled after an eleven foot wide metal space object crashed down and landed in a cornfield. Aliens or just plain debris? I don't know.
Don't quite understand.
So we'll dive into all that. We got a lot to ask Stephen Yates about. I was a little short here because I went long the previous segment. Apologies for that. All right, we got more on the way as we move.
Oh my goodness, we got to get into some of this other stuff. Senate race in Texas and more. Our partners over at Webroot. Look, I'm going to tell you something. Cyber criminals have gotten sophisticated.
Because a lot of people got suspicious, so now they have like three different levels of trickery, that and they're really effective, right? They do it like if you're a kid, maybe it's a very a suspicious link that would look suspicious to you, maybe, but not them, or maybe inappropriate websites. Parents, you might see very very convincing phishing messages. Your grandparents might see.
Sophisticated. Payment or impersonation scams. Webroot Total Protection provides multiple layers of security that are designed specifically to help defend against all of today's online threats. They have new scam protection capabilities, which helps consumers identify suspicious content before they click, or respond, or send any kind of money. And at Cybersecurity Awareness Month, you need to be aware of how the people in your house can face different digital threats.
They have an ID check where they can verify. Verify things before you're sending payment. They have twenty four seven support too, so you can call a hotline for assistance and talk to a real person if you're unsure as to whether or not what you're seeing is a scam. Hey, y'all! It's Lauren La Rosa, and y'all know I always have the latest.
So on my new audio series, Love Lately, I'm getting into the conversations we're really having about love, relationships, and our sexual health. Every week, it's me and Dr. Contessa Metcalf. My Big sister with a medical degree, breaking down what the culture says versus what the doctor says, and helping make sense of it all. Get into it.
Another thing me and my friends don't really talk about is like how you're having conversations with people about getting tested. I'll be honest, so many women don't feel comfortable talking about it, and they don't feel comfortable advocating for themselves. But let's go ahead and just put you in a position to where you can kind of empower yourself, and it it isn't something. It's not a judgment thing. Brings that peace of mind that y'all can just do what y'all do and have a good time.
Yeah, I say get tested together, and that's beautiful. Brings you closer together. Listen to Love Lately with Lauren La Rosa from iHeart's Ruby Studio on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcasts. Brought to you by Gilead Sciences. Your Halloween to-do list: costumes, candy, decorations, pumpkins, school party, trick-or-treating, and apparently someone volunteered you to make thirty spider cupcakes.
Who did that? Oh, you did. Add one more thing to the list: take a break, preferably one involving crisp wafers and chocolate. Kit Kat gives you permission to stop for a second and enjoy Halloween too. They say you can break when you're dead.
Break now. Have a Kit Kat. Welcome back to the program. I am scheduled to be on Fox pretty much off and on tonight, Fox Business, and then I think later with Waters.
So I'll just watch Social for that time because I don't have it confirmed, the time confirmed yet. Today in stupidity. All right, let's go to the BBC. A lot of the mainstream media, by the way, with the France and Italy protests, quote unquote, they were gaslighting everyone, making them seem less than what they actually were. The BBC.
Does this here and cut twenty one? Go ahead, Juan. In Paris and beyond, half a million people had filled cities across France to protest over the future of their country. They were mostly peaceful. Mostly peaceful.
As we saw in the capital, in the way they show fires and bombs and flash grenades and yeah. Hurt people. Uh huh. Oh my lord. Yeah, most it's like that's like the fiery but mostly peaceful thing that CNN did.
So stupid, folks. Find us YouTube, Facebook, like and subscribe. The Substack chapter and verse. Find us there. And the podcast.
Have a great night. Back with you tomorrow.
