Discussing the vast spectrum of artificial intelligence. The concept of artificial general intelligence or AGI is often held as the holy grail. AGI can perform any software task that a human being can. This level of versatility means that you can teach it almost anything. much like teaching an average adult human.
Except, it can learn thousands or millions of times faster. Taking the concept even further, When brain-computer interfaces reach an adequate level of maturity, humans could merge with these types of AIs. and communicate with them in real time. using their thoughts. I asked it about What does it mean about the announcement from Microsoft yesterday that a quantum computer or a quantum computer chip?
That has millions of qubits on one chip. The size of your palm of your hand, if I were to say you were a teenager, to me, 12 hours. hours ago Where is the deeper Grok today? How much how much older are you? How much how much?
Progress have you made? since I went to sleep.
So in 12 hours instead of five to ten years of growth, I might leap 50 to 100 years in human growth. Every 12 hours. If we were to equip AGI with a physical robot body, the possibilities become boundless. Depending on the versatility of its physical design and appendages, An AGI with a robot body could navigate diverse physical terrains. assist in rescue missions, perform intricate surgeries, Or even participate in artistic endeavors like sculpting or painting, because their intelligence could increase exponentially and uncontrollably.
Ray Kurzweil. has suggested that by the end of this century, these AI entities could be trillions of times more intelligent than all humans. With this scale of intellect, the pace of innovation would be staggering. Imagine compressing the technological advancements of 20,000 years into a single century. That's the potential that Ray Kurzweil envisions with the rise of super intelligent AIs.
Welcome back to Understanding the Times. I'm Ken Michael, along with my co-host, Pastor Josh Schwartz.
Well, there's no doubt that AI and technology is not only changing the world, but it's going to change human beings individually, how we work, how we play. It's amazing what's happening now in the World of technology, Josh. It's just unbelievable. And to discuss that today is our guest. He's the editor-in-chief of Technocracy News, Patrick Wood.
Patrick, we'd like to welcome you to the program. Thank you, guys. I really appreciate your invitation. And I'm always ready to talk about technocracy and transhumanism. As well as the Bible, as well.
I do a lot of Bible prophecy things around the world or around the country at least. And so I'm at your service.
Well, we're looking forward to this conversation.
So before we dive into the questions, just tell us a little about yourself, your ministry, and where did technocracy come from that term? And Where is it going?
Well, first, I started studying globalization in the 1970s, believe it or not, a long time ago, almost 50 years ago. Um So I've been at this for a long time. And I also became a Christian at that time in the mid-70s. And so I've had the guidance of the scripture along the way, but nevertheless, this was my professional field of study, as an economist to study globalization. When I discovered discovered um technocracy about 15 years ago.
I didn't have a clue what it was. I thought. I was just misreading history or something, but I discovered it, and it was a real thing. And so that kind of put me put put put the dots together for me. That, what the Trilateral Commission, for instance, was talking about in 1973 when they wanted to create a new international economic order.
There was never another economic order created in the history of the world other than technocracy. I put everything together. And lo and behold, What I discovered blew my mind.
So before we dive into specifics, can we work in generalities for a moment? Can you give us just a simple general definition of what is a technocracy? This is what they said in 1934. Number one. They They s they s they started their definition by talking about The Science of Social Engineering.
That's a scary top topic in itself in itself. The science of social engineering. This is all about not just propaganda, but anything relating to the mind and the control of people. Secondly, it was an economic system that was designed to c control and monitor and allocate all of the resources in society available to society. And they wanted to track everything that was made, and everything that was consumed, and they wanted to have a folio.
of all the people and They're well everything about them that they could get get their hands on. This was not possible in 34, 1934, but it is now in this long-running. Fifth column, if you will. They've never changed their goals and their MO. They're very mechanistic for one thing because they've excluded God completely.
But they're they're Seeking to con to gain control over humanity. As well as all of the resources needed to maintain humanity. including health of uh the people. Uh the food system Third. All of the building materials.
all the energy in the world, etcetera. Yeah, and we're going to talk about that here in a little bit. But I kind of want to zero in on one particular topic. I think there's four things that have really changed the dynamics of our world in the last century, and that would be nuclear weapons. I think the media, when the media started out, I don't think people realized how much it controlled them.
Now we see social media, and we've advanced now into the biotech and bioengineering field. And of course, there's artificial intelligence. But let's kind of focus in on how they're trying to change mankind itself through bioengineering and biotechnology. I know we've all seen what the World Economic Forum and all these other organizations are up to. Tell us how bioengineering and biotechnology and what they're trying to do to change human beings themselves.
You bet. Going back to roughly 2000. There was a A sea change in science. called convergence science. It produced a phenomena called NBIC.
which stands for Nanotechnology, Information Technology, Biotechnology and Cognitive Science. That merger of scientific disciplines has swept the world at this point. every major university and others as well. And organizations, private organizations, they've all adopted this study of science. where it's basically focused on Changing humanity Whether the mind or the bio.
And It's amazing to think that There's been trillions of dollars put into this field at this point. I don't think. Certainly, Christians were not aware of what was going on at the time. I wasn't aware at the time. Like in 2000, I didn't have a clue.
But we see it now.
So this whole business of changing Humanity. Into being post-human. That means we have to be transhuman. to get to the post. Post-human stage.
Uh but At this point, conquering depth because does Death is just a disease, after all, they say.
So we're in the business of curing diseases. We'll just go out and cure death.
Well, you know, that's gonna happen not gonna happen, but this is the This is the mainstay of this study. is to how you can Transform the human condition using technology, Maybe Um Wearables may be stuff injected in your body. whatever. Uh Two Create something other than we have what we have right now. And this is what Klaus Schwab talks about: Humans 2.0.
I'm glad you brought that up, the Human 2.0. When you look at the advancements in technology, especially with the CRISPR technique, where they can actually take an embryo and they're trying to develop the perfect human being, and they're saying now they don't even need a female womb to do this. They have artificial wombs where they're growing these embryos. They can take a human embryo and Actually, put in all of the genome that they want, which they think is going to be perfect, the perfect size, shape, color, eye color, hair color, you go right on down the line, intelligence.
So that's what they're trying to do now. And as demonic as this is, they're actually combining. Animal embryos with human embryos. Talk to our audience a little bit about that. Isn't this basically just eugenics?
Good. The same thing.
Well, it's warmed over from the 30s, for instance, and how Hitler. thought he was going to change the world by getting rid of certain races. But This is just the same thing at this point because it's meddling with the fabric of humanity. And it's not just It's not just uh that type of um Well, CRISPR is certainly a technology that's Uh in play. But there's other technologies as well.
Where um where They're changing the fabric of human. For instance, when the COVID shot came out, It was designed to to Trick our body into producing spike proteins on its own. This was a fundamental change of the operation of the human body. This was, in other words, that was not a process that went on before, but now it's going on. And so people who took the shot it changed their immune system.
It changed their ability to fight off other diseases and it's resulted in a lot of difficulty. Obviously, a lot of people have suffered and died even. But um And this wasn't based on CRISPR. It was based on NBIC at that point, that whole body of technology where they're using computers and AI. to design these things in the first place to fit into the human body.
That was not the stuff that was not designed in the first place to really be in the human body. If it wasn't there, God would have put in there, you know?
So we know this is all a fake thing. But um Uh when you consider All of these technologies, including CRISPR, It's all designed to dest Two. bastardize all of God's creation. When an outside force comes in, to change the fabric of humanity You know That's not just people doing it. But you can also see the unseen ha hand of the devil in this whole process.
This was seen. in any effort Uh uh to achieve eugenics in history. But now it's being fine-tuned. By scientific disciplines. Yeah, Josh, and I think we can go back to the book of Genesis and see what happened.
God brought a flood on, and now we know what's going to happen next. He's going to say, it's going to come to a point where he's going to say that's it, and he's going to remove the church out of here. Yeah, and it's absolutely, Patrick, thank you for bringing up the satanic influence there because God did create humanity as the pinnacle of creation. We are the image-bearers of God on the earth. We are the capstone of creation, and we know that it is a satanic prerogative to deface the image of God in mankind.
And through this technology, what it's doing is it's bringing forth a transformation or a transmutation to the human being as a whole to make human 2.0. And I think the ultimate question that has to be asked, and I don't know if anyone has the answer. But at what point does this mutation lead to a non-human, an irredeemable human? Mm yeah. That's a great question.
Personally, I don't think they're going to succeed. Um I have lots of reasons probably to think of that, but Um You know This These forces of evil, if we just use a sweeping term, I realize, but. The forces against God, put it this way. Um They've tried this. Over the millennia And they failed every time.
Maybe it was God. preventing them from succeeding But nevertheless, that's the history of the world at this point. Many people have tried to change the human race. And the genetic structure of the human race. And they've all failed in the end.
And I think this effort's gonna fail as well. And by the way, here's one thing that was definitely not going to. Going to happen, the conquering of death, that's not going to happen because the scripture is clear. that it's appointed for man wants to die and then comes judgment.
So We're not they're not going to over overcome death for sure. They might think they are, but they're not going to do it. And I think when we look at what's happening right now, we see that some of these technologies, and most of them, could be used for good. They could be used for the good of mankind. But we know that whatever man creates, Satan always turns and flips it and uses it for evil.
And what we're seeing right now. They're actually Trying to merge human cells with technology. I was blown away when I heard this. Like you said, Patrick, they're trying to overcome death. And this isn't a political ideology.
This, I believe, is a demonic ideology that's being put out there where they're trying to merge. humans with technology. What's your theory on that?
Well, this is exactly what Klaus Schwab said at the World Economic Forum, for instance. This is what Yuval Hararis has said repeatedly, we're going to merge technology with the human condition.
Well, this is obviously, this is one big part of it, and we're human, so we're going to be interested in this subject. But if you look at the big picture. Everything that God created in the first place is under attack. All around the world, look at the air. how the air is being attacked.
look at the food systems, for instance, is under attack. All of the life cycle issues like carbon dioxide and All of the earth as well. All of these things are direct attacks on God's creation. We're part of that attack, obviously. Yeah, great point.
And Josh, you know that they're trying to do things to the weather. They're seeding the clouds and doing all this stuff, and the government is approving of this. Sure. It it's almost as though what humanity is doing uh writ large is to play God, to be God. Is is that what this technocratic system is trying to do, Patrick?
Exactly. Yeah, we see this. In fact, I just gave a presentation for the first time. Just recently About AI God. And AI at this point, certainly AGI is probably pretty close at this point.
Uh the definitions fuzzy but Nevertheless, at some point A SI is going to be a thing and that's the super intelligence where is basically going to be some the sum of all human knowledge. And This concept of AI God is growing rapidly right now, where people are. viewing AI as being omniscient. of as being omnipresent. All powerful.
Because it can punish if you don't, if it doesn't like what you're doing, it can punish you for do it. It's kind of kind of, you know, this is a God concept for sure.
So, we need to be on the alert to watch for this. New type of a religion coming up, AI God worship. Yeah, I couldn't agree more, Patrick. In fact, in my teachings, I say what's coming is an AI theocracy where AI is God and people are going to project that as God. In fact, some of the developers are even saying this will be God.
And I think it'll be. Used greatly during the tribulation when the Antichrist comes on the scene. It'll be part of the beast system that the book of Revelation talks about.
So as we transition here, Patrick, you have all this technocracy that's out there right now. And to make that work, you have to have complete control of the population and i want to A quick clip for you on where the world's going as far as surveillance goes. Machines doing all the laborious and mind-numbing tasks that need to get done to keep society functioning has been the dream of humanity since we put a walkie-talkie inside a tin man. AI is all around us. AI listens to you.
AI sees your face and body. AI knows where you are right now. training the next chatbot. Police know everywhere you drive. They can tell when you're driving to work.
picking up your kids from school or going to a doctor's appointment. Norfolk Police partnered with a tech company called Vlock Safety to install more than 170 automatic license plate reader cameras throughout the city. These cameras are different from a red light camera or speed camera, which are triggered by a specific violation. They watch every car that drives by. A new study out today predicting almost half of all global jobs could be affected by artificial intelligence.
That 40% of all jobs around the world will be impacted by AI. The job market is changing faster than ever. According to a study by the World Economic Forum, nearly a quarter of all current professions will change in the next five years due to AI. Half of entry-level white-collar jobs disappearing and 10 to 20% unemployment in the next one to five years. Approximately 83 million jobs could be lost globally due to AI and automation.
Well, I think we are seeing the most disruptive force. history here. you know, we're we have for the first time we will have for the first time something that is smarter than the smartest human. It's hard to say exactly what that moment is, but there will come a point where No job is needed. You can have a job if you want to have a job for sort of personal satisfaction.
But the AI will be able to do everything. You're listening to Understanding the Times. Our guest today is Editor-in-Chief of Technocracy News, Patrick Wood. Patrick. We you mentioned a little bit earlier about How they're going to control the population.
And one of those areas is food. Obviously, the media has a lot of influence on what people do and what they believe. There's also the energy part that you talked about. And let's just go down the line here and talk about a few of these things. How are they controlling the food supply that you see?
There's a massive Attack on farmers and food systems around the world today. I don't know if people realize it or not, but in Europe, for instance, It's been legendary, the the the uh protest that farmers have uh raised with tractor tractor cades and etcetera Um farmers are under attack everywhere you look. And We used to think, well, it's the mechanized farming that's taking over, and they're driving all the family farms out of existence, and they're taking over the land just to you know, use Massive uh uh arrays of tractors and etc. But this is This is kind of morphing at this point.
Well, much of this land is being taken out of production at this point. This is This has never been the case. Uh in history I grew up in a farm, by the way. I know the farming industry very well. And this was not the norm for sure.
We saw bits and pieces of it back maybe 40, 40, 50 years ago. But now most of this land that's taking out of production is going fallow.
So the factory food systems, the fake meat, the fake everything, the growing of insects at this point for protein, Um All these things are against the food system that we've had. all of our lives. Animals have been under attack big time, like meat, meat animals, especially the cattle, the sheep, et cetera. They've been under attack as well.
So This is not just in America, it's all over the world. It's in China, it's in Europe. It's in Africa and everywhere uh Australia. Everywhere you look, there's a an attack against agriculture. And so it's not like the people are trying to make farming more efficient.
In essence, what they're doing, like you're saying, is they're taking the land and the animals out of the equation and in essence malnourishing the world through going away from normal historical farming techniques. Yeah, and we know that if you control the food, if you control the energy, and you see these big corporations buying up all this farmland, they control the media outlets, the BlackRocks and Bill Gates and all these foundations. Talk a little bit about the energy crisis, looming energy crisis that we could have here, especially when we start building these new facilities for Stargate that are going to require enormous amounts of energy. You know, we see this energy thing maturing over the decades. I look back to 1973 when there was a raging energy crisis that was a created crisis for sure.
Looking backwards, we can see that now. But there was a huge energy crisis where lines of cars lining up around blocks to get gasoline and they said, Oh, we're we're gonna run out of energy and uh the world is gonna end. And you know, this was all manipulation at that point to get control over energy.
Well, they didn't. totally succeed back then. But now we have the alternative energies. domain We have windmills and we have Solar, et cetera, and it's producing some energy, not very reliably, but it's producing energy. At this point in time, however, we see a kind of a flip-flop going on in the energy industry, and let me explain why.
The technocrat class of people that are intent on using AI to control the world, they have. major energy needs To fuel or run their data centers now. It's legendary. All of a sudden That the type of power requirements exceeds even some communities, all the power. consumed by houses, for instance, is just incredible.
So All of a sudden there's a struggle going along uh going uh On with But Consumers on one side, that would be us who have to heat our homes, et cetera, run our businesses. And all of these AI data centers who want to control the world. And They're in a position now to suck all the energy, available energy, out of the system. leaving us with the the dregs Of alternative energy because data centers can't run on alternative energy. You can't use a windmill.
One that what To power an AI data center. You can't use solar panels. to power. And because if the sun goes away, their sh their machines shut down.
So You know, they're going to have their own alternative sources of energy, and there's only one place to get that right now is from the commun consumers. This is not good for us. Yeah, Josh, and they're talking about building a nuclear power plant for each one of these facilities. I think there's 20 to 30 slated to be built immediately.
So as far as energy goes, we're in a little bit of trouble. Yeah, that's absolutely the truth, because energy is always going to need to be consumed, whether by the data center or by the people themselves. And the big question is, who gets precedence?
So as we wrap it up here, Patrick, real quick, what should believers be doing during this time? We're not trying to scare anyone. We're trying to prepare people, tell them what's coming. What should believers and the church be doing at this time? Number one.
Put away fear. Number two, realize that there's no such thing as artificial intelligence. That was a term, a marketing term made up. said uh decades ago. It's a good one as far as marketing is concerned, but there is no such thing as artificial intelligence.
Only Man received intelligence from God. And we we're the only entity in the universe that can can reason, can think, and come to conclusions, et cetera. And no machine on earth is ever going to replace human intelligence. Having said that. All of the stuff you see.
Smoke and mirrors, for sure. All this stuff you see about the system of the world. We're set out into that world as Christians. To be in the world but not of the world. were sent out as ambassadors for Christ.
To describe what the kingdom of God is all about in the first place. And then also to provide refuge from people. for people who want to get out of that system or maybe they're being damaged by it or whatever. This is a kind of a dual purpose uh function of an of an ambassador.
So, my encouragement to Christians right now: when you get your head screwed around, what's going on here. Commit to being an ambassador. To fulfill that role to your community, maybe your church, whatever. Only you can do this. There's no other function in the world that God has provided other than us.
To be ambassadors.
So many might be saved, and it's going to be a challenge. I'll tell you what, it's going to be a big challenge. That's great advice.

We are seeing lawlessness abound, and we uh cannot help But discuss the topic of Charlie and the brokenness and the lawlessness that is taking place in this world before our very eyes on really a daily basis.
So I wanted to bring Jan Markel and David Tall in to talk not only about Charlie Kirk, but also to talk about Qatar and some other things that have happened just in the recent days.
So, Jan. Um You and I were sitting together as all these events unfolded, and it's just heartbreaking to see all these things. What's going through your mind? Uh Satan is having a field day. He's unleashing all sorts of Unholy hell and Um We have seen again now with the Charlie Kirk disaster.
Remember you and I are seated 20 minutes from where a Catholic school was shot up just a few weeks ago with multiple casualties. We talked uh Very frequently, and we'll hopefully be talking next week more a little bit more about this. wonderful Ukrainian innocent gal who fled the Battlefield of Ukraine for the battlefield of a train in North Carolina. And now we have seen. In action, the assassination of a wonderful Christian conservative.
friend of Israel. A Christian leader, certainly one of the most profound representatives of the younger generation, shot before. Thousands and thousands of people. Uh so I would like David's perspective on this because as we talked with David, he indicated that Charlie, of course, was uh A friend of Israel. Go ahead, David.
Whoa. The the emotions going through and The first thing I want to do is is Share something in Hebrew. Um David said in 1 Samuel, the first chapter, excuse me, the first chapter of 2 Samuel, when he learned about the death of Jonathan. Uh ech naflugi borim. How the mighty have fallen.
And I think more than anything, I have this feeling of. We have lost one of the mighty men in this war, in this battle, in this terrible struggle against evil. And He's not going to be the last, but he was one of the mighty ones in this war. A second thing is Again, there's the emotional and I feel for the family and I feel for. what happened but I've been in battle.
I've had people fall next to me. And this is something that Anybody who's been in any kind of combat situation realizes that when The enemy takes out somebody close to you and next to you. You can't stop. You're not allowed to stop. You just have to keep.
pushing through. We will mourn and we will lament, but no stopping because the enemy, again, is looking for this to stop us. And last thing that's on my heart deeply. Israel The Jewish people. God's chosen people.
lost a friend. lost um a a dedicated close friend of Israel. And and as much as we're going to mourn Charlie Kirk the person We are mourning a friend of the Jewish people who was lost today. I'm not sure if I can do it. Memory be blessed.
You're absolutely right. Um a friend of Israel, a conservative voice, a stalwart for life and for justice and for morality. has been lost. And David, as we were talking before we pushed the record button, you said, simply put, that Satan is sharpening his tools, and this is evidence of that. Can you expound on that a little bit?
Well, one of the things that the Bible actually tells us very clearly is that Satan recognizes who the followers of of Jesus, who the warriors of God are. And it's very interesting that always, when you know, you read about Jesus in the Galilee. Uh it's the demons always recognized Jesus way before the other people did. And when people ask me today, how do I know that, for instance, the Jews are. God's chosen people.
I say, look at where Satan is aiming his arrows. Look at where he is attacking. When you see Satan attacking something specifically, you know. That is one of God's mighty warriors. And I think this is just another occasion.
Satan recognizes. Who are the people that are fulfilling God's plan? And um For all of us who are on this route on on this path This is something that we have to take into consideration.
Well, we are all targets, and I'm asking our audience to pray for those who are in leadership and who are on the front lines, including everyone present in this recording, but so, so many more. that, um, are out there speaking the truth, they're speaking the gospel. They're standing for righteousness and they're standing for biblical values. And I think it's probably the latter of the biblical values that's upsetting Um Our enemy, the enemy, and all of those on the left cannot tolerate the biblical worldview, the biblical values. But for that matter, Charlie Kirk was perhaps the leader in the younger generation of somebody representing.
Those biblical values to an entire generation, many of them under 30 years old. And that voice is now gone. Huge. Loss. Yes, it it truly is, but I think we must keep in perspective the eternal biblical reality.
The truth that he was proclaiming, the gospel truth that he had proclaimed time and again. He is experiencing by sight at this very moment. I I can't help but be driven to John chapter fourteen to just kind of wrap my mind around this tragic loss. And I just want to share a couple of verses. This is what Jesus is recorded of saying.
By the Apostle John. In John 14, 1 through 6, he says, Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me. In my Father's house there are many rooms.
If it were not so, would I have told you? that I go and prepare a place for you. And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again and take you to myself, that way I. But where I am, you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.
And Thomas said to him, Lord, we do not know where you're going. How can we know the way? And Jesus says this in verse 6. He says, I am the way. And the truth, and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me. There's two things, three things I want to point out there. Number one, Jesus has a place for his. Number two, Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and there's no way to the Father but through Him. And number three, Jesus is coming back for his saints.
So in all of this. Friend, if you are hearing this and have not placed your faith in Jesus, I beg you, place your faith in Jesus today because all of us. have an expiration date. And it can be sudden. And it very well can be sudden.
But Charlie knew the Lord and he is with the Lord. He's experiencing the very presence and the reality of Jesus his Savior. And we rejoice in that. We long for the day when Jesus will come to take us to be with himself, but we can find hope and strength and joy in the passage of Scripture where Jesus himself promises what is to come. Charlie died on the battlefield.
But he died more than anything, and that's connected to what we just now read. He died defending. The way the truths and the life. That was the core of Chaudi's ministry. And and I I just Well, before we start, we're going to be able to do Stop speaking of this subject and move on to another subject.
I want to pray for Charlie and his family.
So, here, let's pray together. Lord, we simply just ask. for your grace to abound to Charlie's family and his loved ones. Lord, knowing that you are the righteous Savior who has died.
so that we can have life through faith in your perfect work. Lord Charlie is experiencing that in the here and now. He is seeing you face to face. And we would simply ask for comfort. and for grace for his friends, his family, his loved ones.
And we would pray for wisdom and discernment for those of us who are left here. That we would be wise and discerning in the way that we speak of these things and the things that we do as this. wave of repercussions and ripples goes forth, Lord. Let this lead many to the truth, namely that Jesus, you are the way, the truth, and the life, and that no one can come to the Father. but through you we pray.

Well, David, the reason I contacted you today to deal with some current events was to talk about Excellent. The Israeli strike in Qatar. And it's difficult to transition to this, but I think it's an important topic to deal with.
So um You put out a video this week that was just a phenomenal overview of that whole strike. Go through that, maybe, just in a couple of minutes, of what happened and what the consequences of that are. Um Just to segue into to what we're talking about. Let's make this clear. What happened in Qatar, what's happening in Gaza, what happened with Charlie in Utah.
are different battlefields of the same war. And I think more than anything, that's what I feel right now: is that this war is being fought on different fronts. In this case, we're talking about the leadership of Hamas. meaning Hamas was embedded inside the population of the Gaza Strip. but they kept their leadership In hotels and skyscrapers in the capital of Qatar, the city of Doha.
And for all kinds of reasons, they believed the leadership of Hamas and the Qataris. That these Murders, mass murders would be safe Because they are in the, how do you say, the realm of an ally of the United States. and somebody who was part of the negotiation for what is going on in Gaza. What happened yesterday, day before yesterday, I think, is that 10 F-16s took off, probably F-16s, I'm kind of guesstimating, took off from a base in Israel and flew over. And the question is where at least Jordan, if not Jordan and Saudi Arabia, and fired 10 rockets into a meeting of the leadership of the Hamas.
that was actually meeting in Doha. The rockets hit the target. The question now being asked is how many people were left or were actually in the room, and how much of the leadership was actually taken out by the Israeli Air Force. on this strike. By the way, long-range strike.
We're talking probably about standoff munitions that are fired from about I'd say between 400 and 500 miles away from the target. And uh We know that probably that's what happened. Israel's been doing this in Lebanon and Yemen. And Iran And now for the first time, we're doing it literally 30 miles from an American Air Force base. That is in Qatar.
So that is what actually happened, but there's huge amounts of ramifications today. Can I uh quote you David Town This is from your video.
Now, it may not be word for word, but it's very, very close. I took down I jotted down what you said as carefully as I could. You stated this. You say, I believe Qatar It was a terror regime. posing as an ally.
They are a snake in the grass. They've been influencing what happens in the U.S., particularly universities. They're donating money to media, including to Tucker Carlson. They're using their money in a direction that is not pro-US or pro-Israel. Um It would seem to me that that um President Trump Well, I'm not sure what his perception I've One minute I think he doesn't understand Qatar at all, And then I talk to you, and I think you feel he gets it more than many of us think.
Qatar A very interesting, a lot of people don't really know this, it's a very small country with huge resources. But the actual citizenship of Qatar, the actual people who have Qatari passports, the actual I just say the Qatari citizens is only 300,000 people, 320,000 people. The population is another probably about 2 million people that work for the Qataris, meaning they have huge amounts of resources. huge amounts of money, but no actual power decides that. What the Qataris have done very well Is to leverage their money into influence, what we call today soft power.
And by buying up huge amounts of of economy in the West, buying up media channels, buying up people like Tucker Carlson on one hand, and on the other hand, by creating a television channel called El Jazeera, which is the most anti West, anti um Christian television channel channel in the Middle East, and they've been building it and funding it. And if you think El Jar Zero that you know in in in English is bad, The El Jazeera that we all know in Arabic is much, much anti-America, downright death to America. Kind of fundamental. And the Qataris have been doing this on one hand in Arabic, and on the other hand, saying we are supporters of America and we are supporters of the West. And they have been playing this double role for a long, long time.
And I think I think we've been able to see through them. I'm not sure if President Trump is buying into it. or is allowing them to keep this masquerade Wow using them in order to Achieve or reach what he wants to reach. I believe that a decision was made to move the Hamas leadership out of Qatar because the Hamas leadership. has become a Burden for the Qataris and for the United States of America.
And again, I know what President Trump said. I saw the press release, but I don't believe Israel could have done something like this. Without the agreement of the United States of America, and I'm going to say even more. I don't believe that this could have happened without some kind of an agreement of the Qataris. themselves who are American allies are considered American allies.
So there's a lot more going on than what you actually see on the news. Absolutely. Yeah, no, you're right there. I mean, you mentioned that the strike was a mere 30 miles away from the largest American military base in the Middle East in Doha. And so very interesting that this took place and how all of it is unfolding.
Now, I think the million-dollar question, David, is this. Does this cripple Hamas? You know, the classic Jewish answer to any question is yes and no. And Again, it cripples Hamas whether the leadership was taken out or not. But more than anything, it said the Hamas that you're done playing this game.
And you're going to have to change to a different kind of game. You're done playing the...
Okay, we will be diplomats when we're in Docha and we will be terrorists when we're in Gaza. And I think to a certain extent that bandaid or that mask has been ripped off. And now the question is: okay, now we all agree that Hamas is a terrorist organization and that Qatar is actually being their. Shield or their, and you say iron dome, for lack of a better word, that has been ripped off. I think What the United States has allowed Israel to do is put Hamas back down into the tunnels.
And what is going to happen now, and again, this is what we need prayer for. both on a personal level. I've got two nephews on the way in. I'm going to be in Israel and I might be finding myself in uniform. I doubt if on the tank, but maybe in uniform.
But we are going to go in and completely demolish Gaza in search for those hostages.
Okay. Wow.
Okay. One more comment, David, and I think our time is winding down, but you said this. You said this sent a message. No nation is immune. when they harbour Hamas terrorists.
Israel will get all responsible for october seventh. I was listening to El Jazeera immediately after, and they were kind of surprised. How did Israel do this to us? Um I don't know if you remember in nineteen seventy two when the Munich Olympics took place and there was a terrorist attack there, Israel went and hunted down all the terrorists that were connected and took out some of them also in places like Norway and France and other European nations. The time of Jews walking quietly into the gas chambers is over.
attacked and targeted without repercussions Is over, and I think to a certain extent, Israel sent a message to all the enemies of the Jewish people. If you're going to stand up against the Jewish people, You will pay the price.
Now, we do this on a military level. But we all know that that is a biblical aspect. That is a biblical truth. That needs to be taken into kind of into account. Absolutely, because God has made it clear all throughout the Old Testament in the major prophets, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, that there is a future.
Literal physical future for the nation of Israel, just like there is a. Literal future for the salvation of the people of Israel. And their future is Jesus. And God is going to care for his people. He is not going to allow them to be wiped off the map because he is a faithful, trustworthy God.
And I think it's very important what David said there in relation to the 72 Olympics. It's this. Attack in Qatar on Hamas sends a message to those harboring terrorists throughout the Middle East of, we will find you and we will take you out because of what you are doing to us.
Now, Jan, closing thoughts on all of this? Uh we live in perilous times. Whether you're in New Jersey, uh Minneapolis. Utah where Charlie Kirk was uh assassinated to Uh today Israel Any other destination you want to name, it's because The Bible tells us so. The Bible said this would be the Characteristic of the last days, and again, what did you think the last days would look like?
