Truth Network. Welcome to Truth Talk Live. All right, let's talk the truth. A daily program powered by the Truth Network.
This is kind of a great thing and I'll tell you why. Where pop culture, current events and theology all come together. Speak your mind.
And now here's today's Truth Talk Live host. As burdened by spiritual needs as physical needs. Not that we're not supposed to be. It's both and I definitely think it's both and and believe me, we have a new thing within the Jesus labor level.
We're helping hurricane victim. So don't get me wrong in any way, shape or form. But what if we were just as burden or even more burden for people's spiritual needs?
Because I mean, if we meet all those needs, but they spend eternity in hell, it just doesn't. It isn't good. And so I know there's a little story behind this. And I hope you'll call in.
I really I would love your thoughts on this. I really, really would. Eight six six the number to call in and share.
What if we were as burdened by people's spiritual needs as their physical ones? Eight six six is the number to call. Eight six six three four eight seven eight eight four eight six six three four eight seven eight eight one eight six six three four eight seven eight eight one seven eight eight four. There you go. I've said it a million times in my life and I don't know it slipped my mind right that second. Yeah. Eight six six three four eight seven eight eight four.
There you go. It's three for truth if you if you do that in the thing. So the story behind this topic was that Sunday I was preaching this message about, you know, you know, how could allow how could God allow the same thing we kind of talked about on the Christian Car Guy show. How could God allow something like this to happen. And I had found this picture actually Dr. Carson had sent me this picture of this little girl with this little puppy in her arms being rescued in this boat and she was in tears and just the look of the thing really just struck me and actually the whole picture made me cry. It made me cry Saturday morning when I posted it my website it made me cry again when I was preparing the sermon for Sunday but I don't know if you've ever given a sermon or maybe you were sharing the gospel or something and something came out of your mouth that really you know you knew was the Holy Spirit because you never thought of that before all of a sudden it just came out and when as soon as it came out I thought oh man that that's powerful. And so that's what happened was I was you know sharing at the end of this message how important it was that people come to Christ as a result that we know that we are salt and light and that kind of thing as we're giving these things out is that we make sure that they're aware that this is coming from Jesus. And I had that picture a little girl up and all of a sudden I just said this I said you know what good would it be for this girl to be rescued to have all these people around her but her end up spending eternity in hell this poor little girl right.
What a horrible horrible thing to have happen I mean absolutely I want to rescue her absolutely I want her to be fed and clothed and have food and water and all these different things. Those are those are critical needs that absolutely have to be met but oh my goodness we've got to do it in such a way where we're going to ask God. You know we've got to be praying like God if I if I'm helping these things can they please help in a way to bring these people to make a decision to spend eternity with you. I mean this is absolutely you know a critical prayer need and the reason I share that is you know two weeks ago I was at a car show in Atlanta. For those who don't know I do the Christian car guy radio show and every year this unbelievable church in Atlanta called Sweetwater Baptist Church does this car show but the beautiful thing about the car show it has always been and what they've always prayed for is that it's about sharing Christ.
Yes cars are fun you know I certainly love that myself but you know that at the end of the day we want people to end up in heaven and one of the amazing characters I'll just call him that at Sweetwater Baptist Church. You know was one of the judges and the car thing and as he came up to this man he looked him dead in the eye and he just said Do you love Jesus in the way he would say it because he's Anthony he said Do you love Jesus. And the man answered him and said Well you know I've been in church since I was six years old and I have never missed a Sunday Wednesday I teach Sunday school and he went on like you know all these things he'd done. And this and Anthony being wise and being led by the Holy Spirit looked at him again he said Well sir if you were to take your last breath you know do you know for absolutely certain that you would be in heaven. And the man he just broke down.
He is like No I don't. And Anthony says Well you can know that for sure you can know it right now and he begins to take him down the Roman road and next thing you know these two guys are on the ground literally in tears both of them you know receiving Christ and it was it was just like a revival right there on the car show you know pavement you know so to speak. And I was thinking about that in terms of you know I called several friends. You know the you know getting this stuff together for the Jesus labor love getting stuff together for the all the different people that are putting stuff together get to Western North Carolina and everybody seems to have this unbelievably heavy huge burden.
You know to get help out to these people and just like I've never seen some of my friends is burdened as I see him right now. And I thought wow you know I am almost like man I wish I was that burden but then I thought well maybe what God told me in that sermon was like if I was that burden that people would you know what I'm talking about me. What if I was that burden to make sure that every single you know person that we could possibly contact in any way shape or form for heaven ought to make that happen.
I mean what would that be like. I would love to know your thoughts 8 6 6 3 4 8 7 8 8 4 8 6 6 3 4 truth. And speaking of the both in the end we have Caitlin on with us is one of Stu's niece. Is that my understanding Caitlin. Yes I'm lucky to call Stu my uncle. So he is such a blessing to me. Yes I'm Caitlin Hatfield from North Carolina. That's wonderful. And from that I understand you guys are staging to get ready to go up to Western North Carolina.
Yes sir. So my husband and I actually run a nonprofit called Christ in Crisis bringing humanitarian aid but more so eternal aid found in Jesus to some of the darkest places in the world filled with war natural disaster and disease. Bringing hope to the hopeless. So usually we bring aid and material into places like Ukraine. We've been to Lebanon. We are in Israel actually in December in the middle of you know the bombing going on. And so we're used to going overseas. But now you know crisis has struck in our own backyard.
So we just drove up from Florida. I'm hoping you'll stay with us. We've got to go to a break. But we need your calls as well. 866-348-7884. Again Caitlin thank you so much for calling in. So excited about what you guys are doing.
I want to hear these stories. When we come back you call us 866-348-7884. Welcome back to Truth Talk Live. Today's question is what if we were as burdened by people's spiritual needs as their physical ones. It's both an and and we would love to hear your comments on that 866 or your thoughts or maybe your story 866-348-7884.
866-348-7884. We have Caitlin with us and your ministry again repeat the name of it Caitlin. Yes of course. So my husband and I we are the founders of a nonprofit called Christ in Crisis bringing humanitarian aid but more so eternal aid found in Jesus to some of the darkest places in the world filled with war natural disaster and disease bringing hope to the hopeless. So as I mentioned a little bit before the break we're used to serving and we were in Ukraine. We were just in Israel in December into Lebanon parts of Africa all over the world helping aid people in crisis but more so sharing the good news of the gospel to people in devastating situations. So usually we do we're helping with crisis around the world but you know a crisis has struck in our own backyard and so we drove up from Florida to come all the way up here to help out with everyone affected by this hurricane. And yeah we're headed out tomorrow morning to bring a bunch of aid and supplies into Western Carolina. And so I'm definitely curious like so you're going to as you're doing this and it's obvious that you have this burden for people spiritual side. And so is there a strategy that you have that that you use as your hand of the stuff out or how what's your what what's your experience especially when in places like Israel it's got to be a bit tricky. Oh my goodness.
Yeah. So our biggest thing that we love to do is we don't want to just go in somewhere get out a bunch of aid and then leave right. We want to create discipleship opportunities and lifelong impact in the area in which we go. So we like to partner with local organizations that are on the ground. So when we went to Israel we partnered with the Joseph Project, which is a huge messianic do humanitarian aid for all of you know Israel. And so we partnered with them, and we came and we filled and provided a bunch of money to fill their warehouses to fill them with a bunch of humanitarian aid to then deliver to. Yeah to Israel's displaced eternally displaced people. And so our biggest way of being able to help is connecting with the nonprofits that are there serving that love the Lord and being able to fuel and pay for buying way more resources for them. And then as we share the gospel as we're in those places, and we share the gospel with women and children and men, we didn't connect them with a nonprofit, which usually has a church behind it so that they can get continual discipleship get baptized and grow in their relationship with the Lord.
And if we're there if we're on a longer trip. Sometimes we're able to, you know, watch that process and actually get to see them baptized, but if not we connect them with accountability with discipleship, so that when we're back in the US, they're still growing their relationship with Jesus. Yeah, I've, I've had I'm trying to remember his name that the director of the Joseph project we've had him on truth talk live a few times. He's an amazing man. Yeah, Joel, that's, that's, in fact, I have his book sitting on my his new book sitting on my desk.
And he hasn't had an amazing vision for Israel. And what an amazing thing, you know that's going on, obviously, the Lord's doing something huge over there but he's something doing something huge. Up in the mountains and so as you guys prepare to get up there, what might be your strategy is your is your, are you going to connect with Samaritan's Purse or you just right. So our biggest strategy always the number one logistic guy is definitely Jesus and he directs our steps right.
Yes, your word is your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light into my path and so to make your way to the Lord right. And so before we even you know set out on all this God was putting on our heart to go and we were like God you know the people that are in need you know the ones that are crying out in desperation connect us with those people so that we can help them. And so we have a kind of a mix.
This week when we go we have a mixing that we're doing. We're going to be partnered with Samaritan's Purse volunteering for some of the days, as they have you know thousands of requests from people in need so we'll be helping volunteer on that front. And then we my dad's someone that works for my dad, her whole family and then neighbors live in banner elk and got hit awful like you know all over destroyed homes and different things. And so we're actually going to be going directly there and helping you know, we're bringing wheelbarrows we're bringing shovels we're bringing all the supplies to be able to fix up their area. And then we're bringing a list that they've requested that they they're in need of.
So we're going to be helping kind of with local connections that we have of family friends people that we know. And then we're going to be going into there's some houses that are housing like over 150 200 people that have just, you know, over overnight they've lost everything they've lost their home. And, and so they're just being housed, and they, they don't know where their next meal is coming from.
Or, you know, they don't have maybe that pillow or blanket or towels and so we're looking to go into those places and be able to bring on. Yeah, not only aid but more so. Yeah, eternal aid that's found in Jesus in a relationship with him so which each with each distribution of whether it's material things like jackets and pants and shoes I mean, we don't think about that you know their, their shoes their clothes or everything has just been destroyed is wet is molded. Whether we're bringing that or we're giving them their food or hygiene products we're going to be able to then give them a gospel track. But we also have handwritten cards to give each, each of the people affected by the hurricane so we're kind of doing a mixture of working with Samaritan's Purse and then working with local connections that we have to family and friends. And then lastly, this might be for next week but we're going to be going up into Asheville, and I'm theater camp I don't know if you've heard but they're housing like over 200 people that are putting back on the power and working on extension lines and all these things. We're going to be going up there and helping bring aid and material for them and helping volunteer in the actual area as well.
And you asked me how did I get that connection with the whole camp director and owner of that camp. Well my friend went to school with his daughter, the guy that owns the whole camp, and they're in desperate need of volunteers and help so I was praying just the more people in need and you know, sure enough my phone has continued to light up with messages of people that need help and need supplies, but more so need. Yeah, Jesus and his love showing up to people in hopeless situations. Yeah, I'm sure you've experienced the same thing you see we within the Christian car guy show we have some called the Jesus labor love which helps single moms and widows with car crisis and now helping hurricane victims. Wow. And, you know, just praying with the people often, you know, just to sit there and say can I pray with you, and in fact we always do that as a matter of what we do before we do anything.
And often the people that was more important to them almost anything else like a lot of times I say nobody's ever prayed with us. That's just amazing. Well, thank you for being on it's Christ in crisis.
We're going to be back with so much more Caitlin. Thank you so much for what you do. God bless.
Welcome back to truth talk live today. The question is what if we were as burdened by spiritual needs as by physical needs, of course, it's both and and you know, we've got You know so much going on so many opportunities to share in so many different ways. And as we were talking about right before the break Caitlin is still with us with Christ in crisis that, you know, just praying with people that are in a crisis often, you know, when you first engage them, they are freaked out there there. You can tell how anxious they are and all this, you know, and just God put on my heart years ago to just first thing just try to get into the first part of this conversation as quick as possible. Just pray but of course I've never been in a war area, like when you're in the Ukraine it's, you know, I don't have any idea what that's like Caitlin what it what is that like. Yeah, so, um, it's like you said I think prayer is the most important thing right when you're talking to these people that have lost everything. And honestly, I think it depends on every situation, but I will say when, when people have lost everything. I mean, when we were in Ukraine, we were on the front lines in that Asia, and then we were in array half, which is within a mile of Russian occupancy.
We were bombs are dropping we're hearing shelling, we're wearing bulletproof vest and helmet. And I've often found though that when people have lost everything materialistically. It does make them think about what does matter, or where am I going when I die. And oftentimes we're not really faced with those intense questions when we have our daily life and our routine and. But when you lose everything it makes you think about what really is important. So, it really is an opportunity to share about Jesus in a relationship with him.
And, yeah, so I would say the way I go about it is on. Well, I think of a story that kind of answers the question. When we were in Ukraine and we were in array half array half handing out all the aid. I met this one woman this older woman. She had crutches in a wheelchair but she sometimes would you hear crutches and I just came up to her and was giving her the aid and we started sharing. And I asked her, you know, how are you how have you been. And before I knew it, she started sharing about her being in the middle of dinner with her husband, and a bomb falling right next to her house and completely blowing up the side of her home, killing her husband and shooting her back.
And she broke almost all the bones in her body. And so when I had met her she has, she's been under recovery. And so she's finally can can do a little bit with her crutches on but is in constant pain and, and you know she's sharing me, she's sharing this with me. Her name's sweet Leva, she was sharing this with me and you know you have no words What do you even say to that like, Oh yeah, me too in America when I was riding my bike I fell off of it you know, like what do I even have to say to that. Um, and so I just looked her in the eyes and I said, No, I'm so sorry that this has happened to you.
Do you know that there's someone that's taken on the pain of the world that's taken on all this pain. What do you mean, who, who are you talking about, I was like well Jesus, and she, she kind of made a face it was like what what do you mean he took on all the pain until I was able to share the full gospel with her that he died for that he took the pain on the cross, and how you can have a personal relationship with him. And when I was done sharing, I had a translator with me when I was done sharing amongst you know the bombing and everything going on. I was like, did she even understand what I said like is the translation. Well when I'm done sharing she says, Can I, can I receive this like can I start a relationship with Jesus like I want to ask for forgiveness of my sins.
And I of course said yes. So she prayed. She prayed to receive Jesus with me we have three ways going on I said something the translator than her.
So she prayed to receive Christ. And I opened my eyes, oh sorry something I didn't mention ever since I had seen her from the very beginning her hands when it stopped shaking, she just, they want it and she said they've been shaking since the war broke out. And then, once he prayed to receive Jesus I opened my eyes, and she is crying and she's smiling for the first time, I hadn't seen her smile yet. And I look at her hands and her hands are completely still. And she goes she looks at me and she says, I have a piece, I've never felt before. And you would think you would think she would have had this piece right when everything was good there was no war everything was happy.
Yet, she has a piece, she's never experienced before in the midst of a war. And I think this just points to the realness of God, because to give you peace that you've never experienced before when everything is awful physically yet in your heart and in your spirit you have peace that points to how real Jesus is. I would to answer your question, the best way on prayer talk to these people is really hearing them out like tell me your story like I want to, you know, carry on each other's burdens like the Bible says I want to hear what you went through.
And then just allow the Holy Spirit to move through you. And I will be shocked to see the ways that people will respond to, to the gospel to the good news. And I think we think everyone knows it or everyone da da da, but oftentimes people haven't heard the simple gospel message, or they don't know fully, Oh yeah, Adam and Eve or Oh yeah like the chains the gold chains with the crosses on them, but they're like they don't even know the significance of it. And so there's so many different backgrounds of Catholicism and atheism and so being able to, to even just yeah share the gospel and what it means and so I guess that would be my yeah my biggest takeaway in in approaching someone is that you're giving aid to is yeah really asking them how they're doing how their family is, and then sharing about the one who takes on the pain of the world. And I'm even asking how you can pray for them is a great transition as well how can I pray for you. I believe that you know Jesus hears us and you can have a relationship with him and. And then you ask them, have you ever do you know what it means to have a relationship with Jesus, where you can pray to him you can talk to him, and sometimes they'll be like no or Oh I think or. And so that's a great way, a great gateway as well.
That is beautiful what an amazing story. Again, your ministry is Christ in Crisis. You know how can people jump in the fray with you guys how can they connect with you what are your needs.
Yeah, of course. So, we, um, we have our online website it is Christ in crisis.org Christ CH r is t in i n crisis k r i s i s.org Christ in crisis.org, and you can go online and you can click give. And right now we have two funds going on we have one you can click that says Helen relief, and you can donate there for a hurricane and all proceeds that you that are given will go directly to the people affected by the hurricane we will be buying aid furniture material for these people affected by the hurricane. And, and it will 100% we don't even we don't take any of that out for us or salaries or anything like that, all the proceeds is going to go directly to these people who've lost everything. And then if you feel led to partner with our ministry, and how we go into other places in the world that are impacted by crisis, you can just go to the general fund on Christ in crisis.org giving and then you'll see general fund, and you can give to us and that will go directly into helping us gather up funds to help bring aid to people in places like Ukraine and be able to give aid when we go back to into places like Israel. So yeah, you can give either of those ways.
If you live locally in Winston Salem or North Carolina, you're welcome to drop off aid at our, at our house but you can contact on if you're interested in that you can contact me at 336-692-2747 again 336-692-2747 on. We can give you a specific list of what is needed. And because right now Yeah, there's a lot of material piling up.
And yeah, there's some specific needs that are, are more needed than other, you know, other things that we have an updated list that we can give to people. So yeah, that's so wonderful. Again, it's Christ in crisis with the crisis is with a K, which by the way, I think the name is genius.
Christ in crisis with a C Christ in and then crisis. Did I say Okay, I'm sorry, you did. And I thought, well, that's interesting. Oh, my goodness, all my siblings and us.
We start with K's. So I'm so sorry. It's Christ is how crisis is usually spelled. Oh, yeah, good. It makes so much more sense. And I thought, well, that's interesting. Maybe the other one was taken and they wanted that domain. So it's Christ in crisis.
With both of the sea. Well, it makes it easier for people to remember now. And it's not o RG, right? It's it's it's, it's Christ in crisis dot o RG. And again, I know you gave us more time than you intended. But what what what a blessing you are Kaylin, I am so thrilled and to have you on, because I don't think I'll ever forget your story that poor lady, her husband.
Oh, my goodness. Thank you so much, Kaylin. Well, we're gonna be back. We need your story.
866-348-7884. I love that Christ in crisis. Thank you again, Kaylin. You guys have a blessed trip.
We will be praying. We'll be right back with more Truth Talk live. Welcome back to Truth Talk live today. The question is, what if we were as burdened by spiritual needs as physical needs?
It's it's really both. And and we certainly had wonderful Christ in crisis ministries on with us to share. Wow, exactly. You know, what an opportunity it is when people are in crisis to share because they do begin to see what's really important in life. And they do get an idea of priorities in a way that only those kind of things can happen. And, you know, that's an opportunity we all have moving forward.
And I would love your thoughts, your comments about what maybe you've heard or what you're seeing out there in this way. 866-348-7884. 866-344-TRUTH if you're digitally gifted.
And you can do that, which I can't, but it's good that some can. I got Mike. My friend is in Dayton, Ohio. Mike, you're on Truth Talk live. I know you've been out there doing that very thing, right? Anybody I know is sharing Jesus in the moment, it's my friend Mike. Yes, Chris across the street, you know, he brought back the generator. And, you know, we, you know, when someone's looking for something, and I know what Chris is looking for, Kim, we need to pray before for Chris before we, you know, before the end of this. He's looking.
Yeah. And he, he's, he's looking for something. He's looking for friendship.
He's looking for God. And I told him that, you know, you know, we, he was talking, he wanted to talk about politics, and he wanted to talk about that. And I kept turning around, talking about God, and where we're going to go when we, when we die, you know, I mean, we ain't worried about politics right now. I mean, and I even said to him, you know, Chris, you know, somebody come across here and your life was in danger. I know where I'm going.
You know what I'm going to do, I'm going to jump in the way of your danger, and I'm going to take, and I'm going to die for it. I was in the Marine Corps, and that was the whole reason I went in the Marine Corps I was willing to die for our country, for other people to learn, learn about God. And, and I grew up learning about God. And that's why I was like patriotic and, and, and all that, you know, when I was a young 18 year old kid, willing to, willing to sacrifice my life for this country, you know I mean, and for people to learn about God, and, and I told him that story, and I, and Chris says, you know, if you want to sit on the porch and talk about politics, that'll be great. But can we talk about politics, and he looked right at me. And I said, Chris, I'm telling you, this is the more important about learning about God and understanding where you're going to go before you die, then the politics buddy, you know me. And you know what, Chris, I will be your friend.
If that's what you want to be, sit on your porch and talk about politics, I'll be glad to. But if you want, but don't, don't be mad at me when all of a sudden God comes in the picture of it. I mean, he says, all right, and he ran, he kind of ran away. And I'm like, and before all that he says, he said, I told people about what happened. This guy came over and gave me a generator out of the blue, and didn't know, didn't know why. And then my friend says, he says that you're a Christian. And that's why he gave you that. And then guys at his job, he's a firefighter and guys at his job said, you know, that's why he gave you that. And I said, well, yeah, because that's why I gave it to you. But I seen the burden that you had.
And God laid on my heart to meet your burden. And I kept witnessing to him and trying, not witnessing, but seeing a friend, you know, because that's what he wants right now. And that's his need right now. Well, we need to take you up on your offer and pray for Chris, because clearly that's only God can change his heart. And, you know, he's looking for a politician to save him.
That's a tough one. But, you know, he right, right, right. I understand.
Yeah. But anyway, let's pray. Lord, thank you for my friend Mike. And I thank you for his heart, for his friend Chris. And, Lord, we just pray right now that you would start to pierce his heart and help him to see, wow, there's something about Mike that, man, I'd like to have that kind of joy. I'd like to have that kind of peace.
I'd like to be that kind of friend to somebody else that would be willing to give up something valuable like that just to be a friend. Lord, I pray that you would help him to see that that friend that he really needs is you and that he could lay down all those things that were troubling him and truly have what it is he needs in the way of salvation. And, again, I thank you for Mike and pray that you would change his heart. In Jesus' name, amen. And I'm led, Robbie, to say that, dear Lord, I just pray that, Lord, you give me wisdom and speak the right words to him and then be the witness that I need to be in Jesus' name.
Yes, I'd love that. Yes, give us all wisdom in this moment, right, that we all have opportunities that we normally don't have. And I want to remind you again that the Truth Network we have within the Christian Car Guy show, The Jesus' Labor Love, which what we decided to offer was between the cracks help, right? So if you know somebody up there in North Carolina and they're in a need, like I heard about some in church this week, that, you know, they have something specific and there's nobody out there meeting that need, you know, we want to see if we can meet it somehow.
We can certainly be in prayer for it, if nothing else. But if you go to ChristianCarguy.com, you're going to see The Jesus' Labor Love. It says, Apply for Assistance. And it's just simple.
Fill out the form. I assure you, our volunteers will be in touch with you, and we will make every effort to see if we can connect that need with the way that God wants to meet it, which is what we do at The Truth Network in so many different ways, is we simply just, like we do with The Jesus' Labor Love for years and years and years, you know, the listeners have donated the cars, the listeners have donated the funds, the listeners have done all those things, and we're just connecting those with the people that really need them. And it's amazing that it's a really cool thing that we get to do that in Jesus' name. But I'm more burdened than ever, Mike, to be in prayer that these gifts, these things, this grace that's coming out to all these folks, that God makes it obvious that He's the one that's meeting the need, so that these people will see what a friend we have in Jesus, and there's no reason to be terrified about anything other than eternity. Yeah, amen. You know, my heart right now is thinking about Buckman. You know Buckman.
Yeah, my heart's been on Buckman. Like, I don't know why he quit calling him, but I would love for him to— I love for him to keep calling, and I love his stories, I love his passion for God. You know, I love what he has to provide for, you know, the listeners out there.
I mean, again, Buckman, if you're listening, come and reach out to me, and I'll be glad to be your friend too. You know, every day, it's just—I'll tell this story because it's so obvious how much I need Jesus, okay? So I love to fish, are you surprised?
No, I'm not. But what I really love to do is fish with Jesus. In other words—and I mean I love to fish with Jesus for souls, but I like to literally fish with Jesus. And so the other day I was fishing, and I hadn't caught anything, hadn't had a bite or anything, and all of a sudden I thought, man, I know why. Jesus, I've invited you into this project. Can I fish with you?
Come on now. And almost immediately, this very second that I thought that and began to pray like that, I had a wonderful bite, and I clearly had this fish on. But I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me, and it's happened to me hunting too. And I'm enjoying fighting this fish with Jesus, okay? It's hooked on Jesus by all means. And the fish gets off, right? And I can't help but remember how many times that I was doing that.
Jesus lets him off the hook a lot of times. I can remember hunting sometimes, and I had the same exact experience, like, Lord, if this is a deer you want me to harvest, then this shot needs to be true, and it just totally misses, and away you go. But, you know, if we could just spend more time there. Right.
I got a real quick one if I can. There was one time I was going the wrong direction on a street. Oh no! And I turned into a driveway, and God, I mean, it was like loud. God said, don't go. And I look back and forth, and I'm looking, and he goes, don't go. And I'm like, why?
I don't see any cars. And I said, okay, God, I'm not going to go. And as soon as I said, okay, God, this car is going 102 miles an hour over top of the hills.
If I would have went, I would have passed away. Oh wow. Wow. Wow. That's the kind of God we have. That is the kind of God we have. That's so awesome. That's so awesome. And again, we all could be praying for wisdom, as we have these opportunities where the crisis is ahead of us to truly be the hands and feet of Jesus, really caring more about people's spiritual needs, as well as their physical needs.
It's both ends. Thank you for listening, folks. Thank you, Mike. God bless.
