This is the Truth Network.
Well, good afternoon. I'm Duane Carson with Date the Word, and today I am your host for Truth Talk Live, and we're thrilled that you have joined us. We're going to be talking about an incredible, powerful subject. The subject is revival, and a couple months ago I was invited to speak at a revival, and this pastor said, hey, I'd really love for you to come and be one of our speakers. So I asked the pastor, I said, okay, before I say yes to you, agree to this, I want to know, what are you looking to have happen? And he said he felt his people needed to be revived.
He said there's apathy, there's complacency, there's apathy, there's complacency. The fire was not burning as bright or as hot as it once had, and he felt like there needed to be a stirring, a God stirring of his people. And then he said these words, and I believe I need a stirring of God in my own soul. I need a revival to start in me.
And you know, I've got to tell you, I love that answer. When you say you want to see revival, and I hope you say that daily, Lord, I want to see revival in my community, in my nation, in my world, what do you mean by that? What do you mean when you say or you pray, Lord, we need revival? Habakkuk in chapter 3, verse 2, said, oh, Lord, revive your work. What does that mean?
I want you to call us at 1-866-348-7884, 1-866-344-TRUTH, and help answer this question today. When you say, Lord, we need revival, what do we really mean? I've got a couple of guys who are going to be helping me today.
The first one is Tony Nolan. And, Tony, good afternoon to you, sir. How are you doing? Well, Duane, I've been battling some crazy sinus stuff, but I didn't want to miss being on the air with you, because I believe the truth matters, and God does want to breathe a fresh revival on this world. So glad to be with you.
Well, thanks for joining us, and I do know you're dealing with little health issues, but we're praying, God, to see you through. And, Tony, you're going to be a part of an incredible event that starts this Sunday, and for those who are in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area, tell us about what's getting ready to happen at Mount Airy. Well, Rick Gage leads up a ministry called Go Tell, which is all just backed by this invitation from God that we would go tell the world about Jesus, that we would not be people that just stay within the walls of a church, but we would take the message to the world. And Rick Gage does these through Go Tell Crusades. I've been a part of those for years. He comes into the local community, pastors, church leaders, folks that just love their church. They get involved in it, and it's a big outreach, Duane. They invite their family. They invite their friends, their co-workers, their family members that may be far from God. And they invite them to come.
There's amazing music. And then Rick himself preaches, and he invites other people that are gifted and called by God to speak the Gospel, to be a part of those. And I'm looking forward to being a part of that. Every night there'll be an opportunity where somebody will share their God stories, somebody will share the Gospel, they'll be sharing the infallible, inerrant, inspired, authoritative Word of God, and invited into this amazing salvation that the Lord Jesus Christ offers.
And we have seen, in these events, thousands upon thousands of people get born again, get redeemed, get their lives changed, move from darkness to light, from death to life, from being lost to being saved. So it's going to be an exciting event, Duane. This is Sunday, September the 8th, and then Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday through the 11th, Blue Ridge Go Tell America Crusade.
For you that are in that Mount Airy area, the Veterans Memorial Park. This is an outside event. It's not in a church.
And if you are close by, you need to be going to this, inviting people to go to this. A little disclosure here. Tony, you and I go way back. You came to Liberty University at the invitation of Dr. Jerry Falwell to speak in our Spiritual Emphasis Week, and God used you mightily. And when I saw your face on this brochure, your name, I said, this is going to be a powerful movement of God, because as you said, and you wouldn't brag it on yourself, but I'm bragging on you, Rick picks out some great speakers who are anointed by the Lord.
And Tony, we're going to get more from you about this event, and what you're looking to see happen. But I've also got Brady Rose. Good afternoon, Brady Rose. How are you?
Wayne Carson, the man, the myth, the legend. I'm doing good, brother. Good to talk to you. Brady, you live in Amherst County, Virginia.
That's right. And Tony, some disclosure on that one, that's where I grew up, in Amherst County. And Brady I'm thrilled that you've joined us today as we're talking about revival and doing things that would bring about revival. And if you could just tell us, as we get this introduction going today, tell us what church you're at, tell us about the event that you have put together, and start giving us some of those details. Yeah, thank you so much, Duane. Yeah, Oasis Church in Monroe, Virginia.
We're about six and a half miles or so north of downtown Lynchburg. And I was a police officer for some time after I graduated Liberty, and what I saw was an eye-opening experience that you can live in a place for 15 years, and there's a whole other part of society that is unseen to most people, and certainly to most Christians. And so I've been full-time at Oasis now for a year.
I was bivocational or tribocational for about four or five years before that. Brady, hold that thought, and as soon as we come back from break, you're going to tell us more. This is Truth Talk Live! Welcome back to Truth Talk Live! Psalms 85, verse 6, Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice with you? I have prayed that verse many times, and today we're talking about revival and God stirring people. I like to say that revival is a moment where a person renews their obedience to what God has said for them to do, a renewed obedience.
Today we've got on the line Tony Nolan and Brady Rose. And Brady, you were telling us about being out in Amherst County with the Oasis Church, and you've got an event coming up. Tell us more about how God was working in your life when you were a policeman, seeing the world in a bad way. Yeah, Dwayne, it was a real eye-opening experience, having been in the Lynchburg area for all my college, and then even in seminary, and then becoming a police officer and seeing a totally different side of it.
And then I moved to Africa for a while, came back. Anyway, when I started working at the church, I just had a huge heart for, man, how do we do this? How do we do this?
How do we do this? And I just had a huge heart for, man, how do we reach that part of society that in our day-to-day we just really don't see? And so that's kind of what this heart of this revival, which we're calling Saturate September 16th through the 19th, open air tent, the heart behind it is there's about 30-some thousand people in Amherst County, and on any given Sunday there's between two and three thousand in church. So that's a massive amount of people. And I think the North American Mission Board statistics were it's around 82 percent unchurched in the county. And so that's what we're trying to go after. We're fasting and praying as a church for 21 days, leading up to that, just recognizing that if God doesn't move and do things in the hearts of the lost, that it's all a waste without what the Spirit does and drawing people to Himself. And so we're trying to reach over a thousand homes.
I think we're at 900 right now. And that's kind of the heart behind it, man. We just want to saturate the county with the gospel. We're doing it outside because we feel like that's less threatening for a lot of people to be able to come in.
They can come as they want, leave as they want, come early, leave late, or whatever. So that's kind of the heart behind it. We just want to soak the county in the gospel, and we want to invite the un— we know church people are going to come, and that's awesome, and that's great. We pray they're encouraged. But man, our heart is for that 26, 27 thousand people that are untouched in the day-to-day by most Christians, and that's kind of our heart. That's who we want.
That's who we want to see come to know Christ at this event. So you're calling it Saturate, and it's September the 16th. That's a Sunday.
Is that correct? And then it goes— So the 15th is Sunday, and we got Brody Holloway with Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters. He's coming that Sunday. That's still going to be real special, but no, it's that Monday. So it starts on a Monday.
It starts on a Monday, 6-30. Okay, and where exactly is this going to take place? It's going to be at 165 Melody Lane, which anybody in Amherst kind of knows where the old rear tank lab on the hill there is, right across from the Lynchburg Steel factory right there. Yeah, it's just going to be right in front of the church. There's a huge field, and we're going to have mobile toilets and concessions. We're going to have water for people. Everything's going to be free.
You're taking care of all the little details so the big detail can take place. So if you're listening on 93.7 up in the Lynchburg area, Brady Rose, pastor of the Oasis Church, they are holding the old-time, the old-fashioned tent revival. And you've got Jonathan Falwell speaking, Dr. David Wheeler speaking, Brody Holloway, David Benham, one of the Benham brothers, and P.J.
Preston. What a lineup. Bo U Praise is coming, Gospel Choir and Vessel, the flagship music team of Liberty University, and E31 is coming one night. They're bluegrass. I've heard really good bluegrass from those guys.
Oh, those Amherst County people like bluegrass. Oh, yeah. Brady, I'm going to come back to you in just a moment. Tony, this is a huge event getting ready to take off on Sunday night.
They're in Mount Airy, Veterans Memorial Park, Blue Ridge, Go Tell America. Don D. Costin, the president of Liberty University, is going to be speaking on Monday night. Ken Freeman, another evangelist like you, is going to be speaking. And Tony, talk to us for a moment.
You've been in this world for quite a while now, stirring people up. What are you looking for when we get to Thursday morning? What are you hoping has taken place in the lives of people in that Mount Airy region? Well, like Brady has a passion for, the heart behind it all is that those who don't know Jesus Christ, that's the key, that's the point, that we would be able to take the gospel, share the gospel, and be transformed from death to life.
So that's the whole point and purpose behind it all. And God's going to do great things, and I know that on that Thursday morning, there were going to be people that week that didn't even have any idea that they were going to get saved, that they were going to be transformed. I can remember if I rewind in my life, February 24th, 1989, I didn't care about living, I didn't care about life, and somebody had invited me to church over and over again, and when they would, I'd let them have it.
I'd cuss them out, I'd get away from me, this ain't going to happen. But then, I would just encourage everybody, same thing with Brady's events, don't stop praying for people, pray for them, pray, pray, pray. I loved hearing that Brady was fasting, because there were four ladies that were praying for me, Sybil, Virginia, Pat, and Elaine. And they didn't even know me, but somebody gave them my name on a piece of paper, and Wednesday night, Sunday morning, Sunday night, they'd go to the altar at this church, West Side Baptist Church, they prayed for my soul. And then all of a sudden, because of their prayers, I knew it was because of their prayers, that night, when Scott Christmas invited me to go to a function that's much like these functions, instead of saying no, I said no, I promise you, I said no, but yes came out of my mouth.
It was too late. He got in his little Chevy S-10 truck, pulled up into my driveway, and I went, really just to get him off my back. But I had no idea that an act for me to get him off my back would mean that it would equal Jesus getting up in my heart. And that night, they shared the gospel with me, and I got born again, I got regenerated, I got converted, whatever you want to call it, I got it, and it's been with me ever since. And so that's what we want to see happen, that those people that are in bondage, those people that the devil is stealing, killing, and destroying, that they would connect with Jesus, the king of glory who came to earth, died, buried, grows again, offers them life that they would repent and believe, that they would repent and believe, and they would be absolutely born again.
And I'm believing it's going to happen, for the glory of God. Tony, this morning in Wednesday in the Word, one of the things we talked about was being rejected. Jesus was rejected, and we reject him. And your story fits that most people are going to reject the gospel about 20 times.
So if you're listening right now and you've got somebody who's been rejecting, don't let that discourage you. You're just one more person in the cog that all of a sudden, you're going to be the person that's going to pick up a Tony Nolan and an S-10 and take him to a revival service where he's going to hear the gospel. And that's what this Blue Ridge Go Tell Crusades is about. People who have been rejecting Jesus have the opportunity to come to a place and hear the gospel.
Hey, we're going to be right back after a break. This is Truth Talk Live. We're talking about having revival, experiencing revival, and having our lives changed, our communities changed. You're listening to the Truth Network and truthnetwork.com. Welcome back to Truth Talk Live. Dwayne Carson here today with you, and we're talking about revival and the desire in our heart to see God at work once again in our communities, in our nation, in our world. I think when we look at the conditions around us right now, we are desperate to see God bring about tremendous change. And I've got two gentlemen on the phone right now sharing with us that they are participants in giving people an opportunity to be in a place where they can be revived. I've got Brady Rose. He's the pastor of Oasis Church up in Amherst, Virginia. That's just north of Lynchburg, and it's dear to my heart because that's where I grew up, Amherst County. And I needed someone, Brady, to share the gospel with me multiple times, like what Tony said.
I didn't want to have anything to do with it. And I've got Tony Nolan. He's a pastor down in Georgia, but he's also an evangelist. He's working with Rick Gage, and that's a name you need to know. Rick Gage has been used of God multiple times as an evangelist, really more to the urban area, to the rural area rather than the urban area. He has a burden to see God stir people up in these small towns. And Mount Airy, we learned this today, Tony, at their Wednesday in the Word, that like 80 percent of the people in that area, they don't go to church. So Brady, like you're dealing with, there's a lot of people now that are unchurched.
Brady, you made a statement a moment ago, and I want to come back and drill down on this for a moment. Not only are you getting a tent and getting speakers, and not only are you even getting these portable bathrooms and water bottles, you have led your people in 21 days of prayer and fasting. Now, why in the world are you having them do that? Because apart from God seeking us, you know, the Scriptures are clear. There's nothing in us. I tell people this at our church often, that, man, there's nobody in here that's just this awesome Christian apart from God. They just had this goodness in them where they just decided to start seeking after the Lord. I mean, the Scriptures are abundantly clear. You know, and I think our hearts tell us this too.
I mean, apart from God drawing us to himself, like there's nothing in us that naturally seeks God. And I mean, that's one of the things I remember from Rick Gage. I mean, Tony's super stoked to hear that you're having him out there. I've heard Rick Gage speak since I was like three years old. He would come down to my dad's church down in North Carolina and preach, and so I grew up with him.
And then when I got to high school, went to go-tail camps, and God did phenomenal stuff in my heart. So praise God for how you're partnering with Rick. He's incredible. He's one of my heroes.
I love him dearly. But man, Rick will tell you the same thing too, and Tony will too. There's like, I mean, if God doesn't, and what was it Jerry always said, apart from prayer, nothing of eternal significance happens apart from prayer.
And that's just totally true. I mean, I want our church to not just hear me say that from the pulpit. I want them to experience that. I want them to pray and to plead for God to move based on the truth of that, that they're going to be praying for their family, their friends, their lost co-workers, their neighbors.
And so that was really the impetus. It was like, just as a pastor, I want us as a church to call on God to see him do amazing things. I mean, we want people to come to know Christ. And no matter how amazing the speakers are and how cool the music and all that stuff, man, apart from the Spirit of God, it's moving on people's hearts.
You know, it's like Tony said, I mean, he just soon punched somebody in the face or cussed them out. I mean, you know, there's nothing in us that's naturally holy and seeking after God. Like, that's God work. And so that's kind of where it all starts is like, man, God, if you don't move, this whole thing is totally a waste of time and resources and energy apart from you. So if I've got my numbers right, you're in these 21 days of prayer and fasting now. How's that going so far?
Man, it has been awesome. I have never in my life personally, in my 43 years of life on planet Earth, I have never had so many people who have never really dug down in prayer and definitely not in fasting, try it for the first time. And I just, I know the heart of my Father, and I know that makes him punk. Like, he loves the sincere, genuine, messy prayer of somebody that doesn't even know how to be polished. Like, I think there's a beauty in that. It's like in the evenings when I'm praying with my three-year-old little boy, you know, his little prayers where he's stumbling over his words. And I just know based on the Scriptures and how Jesus related the kids, like, I know there's a huge smile on his face. And I feel like that's what gets me so excited, like, because I know God likes to flex even more when there's this genuine, like, it's just brand new, and there's that childlikeness.
And really, I'm telling you, I've never had so many people come to me and say, this is the first time I've ever done this before. And so I'm just pumped to see how the Lord honors that. It seems like as you're preparing for revival, you're already having some revival.
Yeah, that's definitely true, based on what we've been seeing, what we've been hearing, man. God's really already starting to move in a lot of people's lives. There's spiritual breakthroughs happening in people's lives in our church just leading up to this thing. Well, I've always said prayer is one of the things that creates anticipation. Ephesians 3.20, God says, I will do exceedingly abundantly above anything that you think or ask.
Okay? So if I'm praying, all of a sudden, now, expectation begins to rise, because I'm now wondering, how is God going to work? Tony, let's dig in for a moment on some personal stuff. You're the evangelist, you're the speaker.
What are you doing to prepare yourself to speak? Well, you know, I think the answer to that begins with the reality that we can't do anything apart from God. And that's not... That's John 15 right there.
Yeah, that's just a reality. So I guess having your own personal want with God, you're very attuned to your absolute impotence. And the only way anything's going to happen is through the power of God. Well, the beautiful thing is, God, just like you said, and Brady and them are doing, God invites us into this.
I mean, he's the one who's doing it. He's like, hey, I'm looking to and fro to find people whose hearts are bent toward me, and I'm going to show myself mighty on their behalf. And so I guess practically in that bitness is because of the awareness in my own spiritual formation with God, realizing I got nothing.
But with him, I got everything, so I go to him. And it's just like back in 2005, Mark Hall and them from the band Casting Crowns, I had known them previously, and they invited me to pastor them on a tour called the Life Zone Tour. We went to 86 different cities or 87 cities across America in all these major arenas. When I would get out of the bus every morning, going into those arenas to preach the gospel, because that's what he wanted me to do. Hey, right in the middle of the concert, preach the gospel. They're such a great band.
They just, they're the real deal. And so I would get out of the bus, and the first thing I would do is I'd go to the top of the arenas, and I would do a prayer circle around them. I'd do laps and just pray. And at the north, south, east, and west, I would stop in those arenas, because the night before, slipknots in there, the night before, cheap tricks in there, the night before, you know, some crazy country bands in there.
You can smell beer all over the floor. Who knows what kind of demonic activities all up in that place. So at the north, south, east, and west, I would stop and read God's word out loud and declare to the places that we can't see with mere mortal eyes, this is not your land. This is not your place. These are not your people.
This is not your planet. This belongs to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. And albeit you will come against us, you will not win in the name of Jesus. The Bible says that Jesus disarmed principalities and powers and he made a public spectacle of them on the cross. And I just declared that in the name of Jesus and begged God to do what only God could do. And every night, we would see people come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. So the preparation is really posturing myself in such a way that we are availing ourselves of that which God says he will do, and letting them be that conduit. And he does it every time. He's just a great, faithful God. And so may he do it again. Amen.
Yeah. At some point, I wrote down, Lord, I just want to be a vessel in your hand. And you can't do it. I'm telling you, friends, as you're listening, John 15, 4 and 5, it's so crucial for the Christian life. You abide in him.
Apart from him, you can do nothing. And, Tony, I so appreciate that, because in our times together at Liberty, that's what I knew about you. You were preparing yourself to be God's vessel so he could flow through you.
Lives would be changed. And it's not for Tony's glory, not for Duane's glory, not even for Liberty's glory, but for God's glory. And that's so important. That's why we pray.
That's why we fast. We're going to be back here in just a few moments for the last segment of this Truth Talk Live today. If you've got a question, you can want to make a comment, 1-866-348-7884.
Give us a call. Tell us what you're thinking when it comes to revival. And this is Truth Talk Live.
Well, welcome back to Truth Talk Live. I'm Duane Carson. What a joy to have you on with us today as we talk about revival. And I've got Tony Nolan, who works with Rick Gage, Go Tell America, and Brady Rose. He's a local pastor up in Amherst, Virginia, Oasis.
His church is located in Monroe, Virginia. And both of these men are part of events that will be a catalyst – that's their hope – for revival. And I just want to put to both of them, and I'm going to come to you first, Tony. I'm going to ask a hard-hitting question now. Why exactly are you a part of this event?
Why? Well, when I surrendered to Jesus, I didn't know what it meant fully at the time, but it meant that he was Lord. And so when it comes to following him, I mean, he's the one who said, I came to seek and save that which was lost.
So here we go. I'm hopefully following his lead, and then following his lead, this is one of those Ephesians 2-10 moments. He's got good words that he foreordained that we should walk in them. And it's been a privilege to be a part of the Go Tell America Crusades.
Just a small correction, this is not my event, this is Rick Gage's event. I've been invited to be a part of his team. He's the leader out front, used by God, running point on this thing. So just following the obedience of the Lord, I love partnering with people like Rick Gage, because I've known him for years, and his heart is pure. Let's win the lost.
It sounds like the things happening with Brady. He's got some great people that are coming alongside him. They all have the common goal. We're doing this for the advancement of the kingdom of God.
Yeah. Brady, why are you investing time and money and energy? What's the why behind this? Man, in two words, it's love and identity. It's love because, I mean, my life changed when I encountered Christ. And I had a lot of reasons to dismiss, I had tasted enough Southern legalism and religiosity to just make my stomach turn.
I had a lot of reasons to not take a second look. But God's real, man. We're going to stand before him one day, and there's one Savior who came for us.
There's nobody else coming. And so it's love, man. We want people to experience that joy and that grace. And God takes the lonely, puts them in families.
He redeems and forgives. And so it is 100% not building another denomination or trying to build a church. Man, just as a guy who grew up around church, that's disgusting.
I don't care about that at all. It's 100% to love our community, man. It's because I love to see, you know, one of the hardest days when I was a police officer was having to take down the body of a 17-year-old boy who had hung himself. And that messed with me. And I just kept thinking, who didn't want to talk to this kid because they were afraid they'd bother him?
Who didn't invite him to youth group because they might annoy him? And that just stuck with me, and that's what I've challenged our church. Don't, out of a spirit of trying to be nice, not share the cure to the human disease and condition of sin. So that's the biggest thing. The second thing is just exactly what Tony said. It's identity, man. It's like, Jesus said, you will be my witnesses. Like, that's who I am. Like, when somebody says, who are you, Brady?
It's like, well, I fish and I hunt and, you know, I do this, I ran track, I pole vault, you know, I did this or that. No, my identity, my number one identity, the reason I'm still here on earth is to be a witness. And that's who I am. And just like Tony said, this is the current vehicle that we feel like God's laid on our hearts to use. But man, if I was with the Humbukushu tribe in boat swan, it'd probably look a little different, but it'd have something to do with sharing Christ with people who don't know him.
So that's it, man. It's love, and it's who we are as Christians now that we know Christ, man. Like, it's what we're to be about until we go see him. This morning, as we had our Bible study each Wednesday, and this is the Wednesday in the Word edition of Truth Talk Live, we talked about there is a reality that many times we don't want to really believe, but John 3.16 says, For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in him will have everlasting life. And I said that to this group of men this morning, and immediately there was, wait a minute, whoa, whoa, whoa, you left something out. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. And the reason I see us having these revival events and why I wanted to be a part of a revival event that I got invited to is so that we could tell people they don't have to go to hell. And I had a man today raise his hand and say, Pastor, you've said more about hell in this Bible study today than I've heard in the last ten years in my church. And the reality of why we're doing this is because men are sinners in need of a Savior, and if they don't repent and they don't turn to Jesus for their salvation, they're going to spend eternity separated in a place called hell. This is serious stuff, and I commend both of you for, Tony, you're a part of a great ministry there with Rick Gage.
I'm with you. For years I've known of his heart to see lost saved, and Brady, for you to have that burden that says, I want my neighborhood, I want my community, my county, I want them to know the Savior. He didn't come to condemn. He came to save. Guys, as we begin to wrap this up, both of you take another moment here and tell us again what your event is and what people can do to be a part of it.
Brady, you go first. Man, you can go to OasisChurchLive.com slash saturate, OasisChurchLive.com slash saturate. We have details on there. But come to 165 Melody Lane, September 16th through the 19th, and even on that Sunday, the 15th, we've got one of my heroes, a beast coming, Brody Holloway, it's going to be awesome, 9 and 11 a.m. But yeah, each night of the revival there, I mean, Saturate, it's going to be 6.30 p.m., and we'd love to see you. If you're not comfortable with church, come and enjoy the music, enjoy some powerful speakers, and see if God doesn't change something in your life. If you were able to talk to some of your church members right now, what would you be telling them to be doing even this very evening? Oh, man, I'd be getting up in their grill just like we do for each other on Sundays, and I'd just be, you know, don't leave this earth, this brief little life that you have.
You know, we're here just for a stinking cup of tea, my granddad used to say, we're here for a cup of tea. You know, don't leave this having played it safe and just been a nice guy that let your friends die and go to hell. Like, step out of your comfort zone, God's going to meet you there, and this is such a great and easy opportunity, even for young Christians who maybe have never shared the Gospel, like, you can invite somebody to this where they will get saturated with the Gospel, and you can be a key part of that. That's probably what I'd tell them.
Be an inviter, be an inviter. Tony, tell us one more time what's happening now, it starts Sunday, tell us what's happening. Yeah, September the 8th through the 11th, and this is the Blue Ridge Go Tell America Crusade, it's going to be there at Mount Airy, at the Veterans Memorial Park, and so Mike, I would just simply tell people that are listening to this, I would imagine a lot of people that already have leaned into the Lord, know the Lord, and that person that you think would never come to know Jesus, do not, don't buy into that. God wants to save them, God wants to reach them, and most times than not, it's not some lightning bolt that comes out of heaven. It's usually through the heart and the hands of a fellow believer, somebody who's come to know Jesus, one beggar giving bread to another beggar. That's it. Soul winning. One beggar telling another beggar where to find bread.
Yeah, so just do that, just do that. Invite them, and we're going to believe that God's going to do what God has always done now through these thousands of years, and that is the common story and proof of Christianity. Just like the tomb in Jerusalem is empty, and the throne in heaven is occupied, the throne of people's hearts who come to faith in Christ, their hearts are occupied by the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, and just like Brady said, their lives are changed.
They find this love, they find this pearl of great price, and they want to go tell other people about it. And so invite them to come, and God will radically change their lives. I guarantee I've seen it way too many times, and the story will be told again, and we'll echo the story again and again until we take our last breath, and then we'll dance the streets of glory knowing that we've done our best for the King. Dr. Darrell Bock Well, Brady and Tony, thank you for joining us today on Truth Talk Live, sharing this excitement that you have to see God at work. And when I was working there at Liberty University, and we would have Spiritual Emphasis Week, and in chapel, I would always say, I wanted to give God the opportunity to work.
And that's why we would have these types of events. It would put God's people in a place – sometimes, again, they're lost – but in a place where God could work in their lives. And then, Tony, what was that big statement you would always say? Something about, Go God? What was that statement? Go God! Go God! This has been Truth Talk Live. We'll see you next time.
