What's going on all around the world? But Spain has been invaded. By neighbors, young Muslim males, fighting-age males. You won't see a lot of children, you won't see a lot of women. are pouring in Across the border, and the Spanish folks don't know how to handle it.

Some are calling it a Muslim invasion. Here you have a hospitable country. Here you have a country with open borders there in Spain, and these folks are pouring in. How do you make sense of that? What about the rise of Islam in America?

Areas like parts of New York City where they're playing the public prayer five times a day. How about Dearborn, Michigan? which you have to be real careful because parts of which are completely is Islamified. And it It's taking over that whole area. We're gonna talk about it today.

With a man of God who also Are you ready for this? If you're not already on the edge of your seat, or if your ears aren't already open and aware, We're going to talk about a guy who has written a book that he's giving every one of our listeners for free. This is so cool. This is just very magnanimous of this ministry. The ministry is reasons for hope, ministry.

The leader, he speaks, he writes. He's been on our show before, is Carl Kirby. and he along with Juan Valdez has written a book called Aliens, Sexuality, gender, And God. Ten trainee questions answered. Carl, it's good to have you back on Truth Talk Live with Stu Epperson.

Honestly, I don't know where to start, brother. That's a loaded potato right there with that hot potato, too, with that title, man.

Well, I got to tell you, I'm just blessed that you let me come back. And it is. And it's the issues that people are confronting us with. I mean, we're out a lot and we deal with a lot of people, especially young people. And these are the questions they bring to us.

So it's not us making this stuff up. Yeah.

Well, if the show is live, if you have a call in. Question about aliens. If you have a Solution for the Spanish government, which would love a solution right now. And I've got Carl, I've got a heavyweight in here with me today at toll free 86634 TRUTH. 866-348-7884 is the number. Carl. Let's talk about this first and foremost. What is it about Islam?

You know, that many advocates of Islam say, well, this is a religion of peace.

Well, they just kind of want to get along. But I'm reading, studying, and listening to former Muslims, Middle Eastern Muslims. who have come to know Jesus as their Saviour. who are trying to Evangelize and win other Muslims to Christ. who say the West has been Completely duped.

about Islam because yeah, they come in peaceful. But then there's a phase two that's not so peaceful, and then next thing you know, there's this little thing called Sharia Law. Can you talk to us about that and especially connected to this This Very current phenomena that's happening in Spain right now. You people have seen these images. It looks like the U.S.

border was. when the previous uh uh government You know, threw down all restraint and let millions of people come in. Without illegally, but it's happening in Spain. Talk to us about, Carl, what's going on here and what's the bigger agenda? With regard to Islam, so people w won't be shocked, surprised, or or taken aback.

Well, the reality is that we shouldn't be shocked. We know that Satan. is Very active, and I think that what we see going on over there is the same thing that we're seeing. Going here at a smaller pace right now because they made a mistake a long time ago. I remember when I was in Europe, we had to go.

And stop at a border, show our passport before we could go on, and then they. Took all of that away and erased their borders. And that's one of the biggest mistakes that I think we can do. Nations, we have rules, we have laws, and we have to protect those things. And when you don't, Satan is going to take advantage and Islam is I l I love interviewing like Abdu Murray.

And talking with guys like that because it's not one of my. It's not one of the areas that I grew up with. I didn't deal with it. I m I was Mormonism because I got saved in Salt Lake City. But Islam, I didn't have that strong of a knowledge.

And still, I'm not going to pretend to be an expert. But talking with these guys, they they inform me That, yes, you're going to hear the standard line that it's a religion of peace, and there are people that are not looking to do these things, but that is for. And that's the problem. At its core, it is absolutely a religion that. Is not going to be patient with anybody that does not agree with what they're doing.

And so, um, It's a battle. It's a spiritual battle. And I think we need to stand firm in it. Yeah.

And I heard one of these experts. Who's an abeliever and apologist say that you know phase one is it everyone comes in it's peaceful always peaceful You know, hey, I thank the Lord that some of the Islamic figures and leaders. In America I do believe in peaceful stuff because We'd hate to see it the other way. We'd hate to see a bunch of 9-11s happen all the time. But the fact is.

is they're being laughed at. And marked. By the true Islamic scholars, if we go to Mecca and to Medina in Saudi Arabia, tell everyone what true Islam teaches. Those guys don't mess around. They don't go to a Muslim-run country.

It's like, why don't the Muslims want to go to a country? This Muslim run. Why do they want to come to a predominantly Christian country, Carl?

Well, that's because their dictate is to Take over. And so If Christians could get the mindset that Look, we need to stand firm. We need to, I remember listening a long time ago. If Christians were willing to do what cults are willing to do, we would see a major difference. And so they're.

Belief system at its core is that they are going to overtake everything. And if you're not willing to stand firm in your position to fight against that, And you're just going to get taken over. I kind of think of it like the Borg in Star Trek, right? You will be assimilated or you will be killed. And that's just the reality of it because it's not it's not a peaceful approach to the way that we live in the world.

Right, but that's not the introductory material. That's not the leading line. M Muslims don't come in here and say, we're going to take over by a simulation, by we're going to take over and we're you're going to bow to us because the literally the the the name Islam means surrender. And they will not book Christianity. doesn't tell anybody, doesn't force anyone, doesn't cut anyone's head off.

Christianity says hey. Come to America, Muslim, Buddhist, Jewish, whatever your religion, Hebrew, whatever your religion is. And it's a free country. And practice your religion. You know, practice it.

We're not going to infringe upon that. It's called the freedom of religion. But Islamic countries don't hold that view at all. And the radical LGBT activists who are fighting for Palestine. Carl, if they were to go to Palestine.

How long would they live before their head would be shot off? This is real, guys. This is not hyperbole. No. I mean, we see it.

I mean, you can pick up the newspapers and see the reports of being thrown off buildings, being beheaded because of. Sexual sin. And that is reality. That's not somebody just trying to. Make other people look bad and tell big lies.

No, that is actually happening. And so I do, I agree with you there, Mr. Stu, that it always amazes me that the people who Seem to want to fight for it the most would be the ones that under the rule, once it comes into power. they would not enjoy life. Yeah, and it's interesting because you have these big signs.

LGBTQ for Palestine. And you have all these folks advocating for Iran that are far left, even the transgender. Let me tell you something. The transgender folks, the LGBTQ folks who need the Lord just as much as I do, and they need to hear the gospel just as much as I did. Let me tell you something.

You are dead if you go to Iran. They will kill you, and yet you're fighting for them. The safest place for those for someone Who has this LGBTQ agenda? Who is a transgender is America? We're not gonna kill you?

But we're gonna, we're not gonna say, okay, everyone has to bow down to what you say. We're going to get into this more, and we're going to see about the great missions opportunity this has created because these folks are coming to us. What are we doing to reach them? Why would we be angry and bitter when we have a chance to have a great missionary outreach to fulfill the great commission? And what about aliens?

What about gender? What about that chaos?

People in Spain, I mean, I watched a video pretty graphic. posted of a of a one of these uh Muslims coming in and punching a guy, knocking him out right on the street. uh turning trash can it was just tearing, looting, plundering.

And they're just letting it happen.

So now the the military is getting involved. But what is the end game with that? And here's the question.

Well, sure, it might incense you and upset you. of this happening, New York and openly openly Muslim mayor. But what are you doing to reach these people for Christ? Because it's one thing to win an argument, Carl, and Carl's the Carl is the Carl raised the IQ level in the in the Truth Truth Network studio on this Talk show by many digits when he got on the air with us. And I'm so glad he's here.

He's been an apologist, an author, a speaker, much in demand, sought after all over the world. He loves the Lord. He's pointing people to Christ. He deals with evolution. creation, all these issues.

But, Carl, it's really about reaching people with the good news of Christ. And there's nothing more encouraging when you hear about a Muslim. Coming to know the Lord Jesus as his Savior. In that. kind of what the end game should be with all this.

Amen. I mean, that's why we're here: to share the Lord Jesus Christ. And I got to differ with you. I did not raise the IQ level because, trust me, I grew up around guys with one name: Crusher, Bruiser, Mauler, Assassin. My dad was a professional wrestler, so IQ was not stressing my home, brother.

I'm just a normal guy that's trying to love the Lord and share the Lord with people that don't know him. Can I tell you a short story, though, about the transgender thing? Yes, sir. I'm in Hawaii and doing street evangelism. We're on a beach, really, not street, beach evangelism.

And I had a transgender gentleman come up to me, and he was a little hot. We're talking, talking. Finally, I just, how do I connect and how do we communicate so that people understand what we're trying to say? In Hawaii, they have homestead land. And if you're a certain percentage of Hawaiians, you get this land for life or like a buck a year, something like that.

It's some program. Right across from the street, right across the street from the beach is this homestead land.

So I'd look at this gentleman and I'd say, Is that homestead land over there? Yeah.

I said, Man, I identify as a native-born Hawaiian. Can I get on the list to get that homestead land? No, why? You're not native-born Hawaiian. No, I identify as a native-born Hawaiian.

Can I get on the list to get that land? No. Why? You're not native-born Hawaiian. Oh, I see what you're trying to do.

I said, what am I trying to do? I said, look, you know that I can't get on that list because I am not native-born Hawaiian. You know that. It doesn't matter how I identify, you can identify however you want. That's the God that we love and serve.

He will let you choose to do whatever you do. But the problem is, there are consequences to the actions that we do. And I have to love you enough to tell you that there are consequences to the actions you're choosing right now. And it's going to separate you from a holy God for all eternity. And so sometimes I think we find these ways to communicate, even to the Muslim, even to the atheist, even to the Mormon, even whoever it is, we find a way to love them enough to speak truth because that's what we're called to do.

Mm, wow, that's so good. And this is, and it's really sad because this has become. What is really a moral issue? has become a political issue. And pastors don't cop out and say, well, that's political.

I'm not going to talk about it. I'm not going to talk about protecting the most innocent. Unprotected, vulnerable person on the planet, the child in the womb, because that's a political issue. No, that's a cop-out.

Okay, you speak, God values life, you value life. You preach the word, especially when it speaks of that. And this thing of gender has become that. You know, we have a governor in North Carolina who's all about men in women's locker rooms. We have a candidate for senator, a sweet, grandfatherly-looking character who vetoed a bill that would prevent men from playing in women's sports.

He vetoed it. And he's, you know, and which brings men into women's locker rooms. And yet, many people are going to vote for these cats and put them in office. Uh but Carl believers in the Lord Jesus Christ should have a different view. We should have we should honor Protect women.

And not exploit them. How do you speak to that? And what do you say to pastors, leaders, and even listeners about how the Bible is clear about this? And kind of tell us about kind of how your book that you're offering today to our listeners addresses this.

Well, what we do, especially at our camps, on day one on our camps that we run called Equipped Retreats, we hand out index cards and tell the kids, write down the questions that are keeping you from selling out, turn them in, and that's what we're going to deal with. And the rest of the week, we have Q and A sessions where we just pull the questions and go for it. These questions that are in the Alien, Sexuality, Gender, and Guide booklet. They are straight from the younger generation. And if folks want to go to our Facebook page, Reasons Lural, Reasons4, FOR.

Hope at the very top, they'll see a link for that free download. They just hit that, it'll take you to the link where you can download the information. And all that is, is addressing every one of those issues from a biblical perspective. How do we deal with these things? Because these are the questions that this younger generation are asking.

So, how do we deal with gender? What does God say on the topic? God created male and female, and he made it very clear. You have in just in Genesis 1, he created male, he created female, he called him he, he called him she. They were the two together.

All the pronouns are all in there, they're all addressed. And so what we need to do is. God's word is true. We can trust it from the very first verse all the way to the end. And when we do that, we are going to understand the world differently.

So we shouldn't be shocked when we see people coming after us from a different worldview. It's not an evidential problem, it's a spiritual problem. Yeah.

And, you know, honestly, we do have a voice. We have another thing called a vote, which is a Christian stewardship. We are in a country. Unlike Ancient Rome, where Romans 13 was written, we're in a country where we are allowed to vote. We're allowed to tell other people to vote.

We're allowed to vote our faith. Just because I'm a believer doesn't exempt me from getting involved in the process. We have Godly Senators Congressmen at the state level, the local level, And interesting that The movement, the transgender movement, the LGBTQ movement is a strong one. And those folks, I got to give a hat off to their marketing because they're saying, well, you know, we, you know, treat us like this. This is us, you know, blah, blah, blah.

You know, I identify as this.

Well, Uh we're our believers. Engaging these people in a gracious way, in a loving way, sharing the gospel with them. And I know you talk about how to do that with your ministry at Reasons for Hope. And so, how can folks get this free book? It's such a blessing.

So, whichever way works best for him, we'll get it to him. But yeah, we do have to be engaged. And I so agree with you that the sitting on the sidelines, that's not what we're called to do. We are called to be in the fight. It's a spiritual battle.

We're not fighting flesh and blood, but we have to love Jesus Christ enough to open our mouths and share the truth with people.

Now, what's interesting is if Mandami, or this gentleman is mayor, I probably mispronounce his name, apologize. If the mayor of New York City has his way and Sharia law is instituted in New York City, Call Kirby, is that such a bad thing? Because like so people the pickpocket gets his arm cut off. Oh my goodness. Think of it.

You know what happens to the homosexual in New York City? They get executed. But beyond that Yeah. Sharia law would enforce very strict moral codes from dietary. to ethics, to everything.

So all the Christians are like, well, don't bring Shri Law.

Well, maybe New York City needs a little bit of Shri Law with all the crime on the subways, with all the open crime, and this and that. What do you think about that, Carl? Have you heard that perspective? I have heard people say that, and I have to say that we don't need that type of law. We need the law of God.

We need to. Get engaged if Christians were truly involved in the government the way that they should be. if Christians were voting the way that they should be. I mean, think of it, four hundred plus thousand churches across the nation of America. We are the most quote unquote Christian nation on the planet.

We have more Christian shirts, shoes, wristbands, you name it. We got it. It's Christian. Then, why in the world do we see what we do? Because we're not engaged.

We need to be engaged in passing the laws that are consistent with biblical perspectives and godly teachings. If we do that, we will see a change because God will work through obedience. I couldn't agree with Morris down with this because I want to talk to you some more about aliens and not just the kind that come in the border illegally. I'm talking about aliens from out of space. But I still think that Sharia law, if they saw a picture of that in New York City, they would realize: oh, wait a second, it would wake up everybody.

Like, wait a second, I have more freedoms than I thought. Wherever you're coming from, more reasons for hope and illegal aliens when we come back with Carl Kirby. Don't touch that dial. From illegal aliens to paranormal aliens is their life on other planets. We're covering the whole gamut today.

I'm Stu Everson in the The truth chair and Thank the Lord. I got a heavyweight on the line with me, an apologist, an author, a man who's a prolific speaker, speaks all over the place, Carl Kirby. I've known him for years, and I'm just grateful for him. And we're also working on ways to get his brand and his. His content out there more.

We've been talking to his team about that. But right now, you know, we're talking about this. We started this show off here, listening to the whole podcast about this. this absolute onslaught of folks just Pouring into Spain. And the Spaniards are trying to figure out how to deal with it.

You know, it's a very hospitable country. I've been there. I've got a lot of fr uh you know friends that have been there and some wonderful people, but now they're trying to figure out how these predominantly uh younger male Muslims are just pouring in. And they're not sure how to handle it.

So it's created a real tension there. And It also brings to bear the conversation, what has happened to Europe? What's happened to the UK? The the number of rapes per month, per year, are at record highs in the UK. And it's it's an Islamic takeover there.

It's the number one name of a child born in England right now is Muhammad. And so, as believers, we don't just say, well, hey, you're not like us and get out of here. No, we say, hey, how do we reach people for Christ? But a nation is governed by laws, and the people that make the laws, make the rules, Carl Kirby, are the ones in power, and you have an opportunity to vote. And The the The interesting thing about uh politicians is they'll say anything to get elected, including Hey, we're with a religion of peace.

And then you find out it's not so peaceful when they get elected, it's not so tolerant. When they get elected. And it's not so. It's not the Pro-abortion demonstrators who are getting beat up. It's the pro-life demonstrators, the ones that are praying and singing worship songs that are getting put in jail, that are getting beat up.

So, Carl Kirby, it's upside down, but we should we be surprised, you know, it says in uh I believe it's 2 Timothy. 3.

Somewhere in there it says, All those who live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. And so this is real. And we're seeing it manifest. I want to get on to aliens, but I want you to comment on that too: to challenge our listeners to be more vigilant and to be more missions-minded. To see all these things as opportunities for the gospel.

Amen. I mean, I'm going to echo what you said. We should not be surprised. I mean, Matthew 24 makes it so clear, as it was in the days of Noah, so it's going to be before Christ comes again.

Well, how was it in the days of Noah? I mean, every thought was continually wicked.

So we shouldn't be shocked that You know, it's going to get crazy. And I feel bad for the younger generation. I wish I could go out there and it's all rainbows and lollipops. It's not. It's going to get ugly.

So if you're not strong in your faith, if you're not solid in the Lord Jesus Christ, A couple things will happen. You'll get washed away, or you'll just become silent.

So, Christian, no more silence. We have to stand firm. I think of Paul going into Corinth. Corinth was not an easy place to go do ministry. And what did God tell him?

Do not be silent. Speak. And I think he's telling us the exact same thing today. If we would speak the truth and love, get engaged in our culture, then I believe we will see a bigger impact. Light shines in darkness, but we keep putting ourselves under a basket, quit hiding.

Yeah.

Amen. What a blessing. And you know, it's also. What I love about the faith. You know, being a believer, it's full orb.

You don't divorce yourself, you don't divorce Jesus from how you vote, from how you speak, from how you treat your neighbors. From how you react, you know, believers should turn road rage into road righteousness and look for ways to share the Lord even in the toughest situations. And this is true even in talking about These highly sp Speculative areas. like aliens from outer space. You know, Trump opened up some of the the data.

some classified documents With some pictures of what looked like UFOs, paranormal activity, paranormal creatures, and whatnot. Carl, speak to that, and how does this e-book you're offering our listeners for free, just as a blessing from your ministry, how does that? How do you mitigate that issue in your book, and what's your word on that?

Well, again, if we understand these things from a biblical perspective, and that's what I think we have to do is start from the Word of God and then work out from there. Unfortunately, many times we start with man's wisdom and go to God's Word and say, God, I know what you wrote, but let me tell you what you meant. I know you said you created in six days, but hey, those days aren't real. They're long periods of time. Science has proven.

Well, I just elevated science, man's opinion, which changes every time they find a new rock somewhere, and demoted God's word.

So, what we did is, well, let's take it on. Does the Bible say there are no aliens in outer space? No, but it gives us principles that we can glean from and learn to deal with it. And just a couple, because I know we got to keep it short. But the first one is: the earth is unique.

God designed it for life. I mean, when you read in Isaiah, This earth was formed to be inhabited. But when you read about the planets in space. That's not the way that they're out there. They're there for the glory of God.

Think of it this way: God came. As a man, Jesus, he died once for all.

So, he can't be going to other places and dying for other people.

So, if you tell me there's aliens on all these other planets, then you're telling me that God is creating racism. Beings that can't have salvation.

Well, no, God doesn't want anybody to not have salvation. That's why He came and died for all. And so there's principles in there that would really say that no, there are not alien life on other planets.

Now, do we see UFOs? Do we see, yes, I mean, Satan can appear as an angel in light.

So I believe it's demonic deception. I've been saying this for many years. Because the more we talk about aliens, the more we talk about UFOs, guess what we're not talking about? And that's the important stuff about Jesus Christ, what he's doing and what he has done and what he will do for people that need to know there's another way. Wow.

So it's something we speak to, and it's something that, you know, you have, of course, obviously a lot of speculation. And so let's go to B in Ohio real quick. Got a caller. Let's hop, put it on the line with Carl Kirby. B, real quick, your thoughts on this: Aliens and Other Planets, the Transgender Thing, the.

The growth and the rampant spread of Islam across Europe and some even in America. What are your thoughts, sir, real quick? I love this guest. Thank you, Carl, for coming to TruthTalk Live and getting it out on the airwaves. I absolutely agree, Stu, with everything that he's saying.

I have felt the same way about the alien content that's being Pushed into our culture, the LGBTQ. Once again, we were created male and female. I've talked to many LGBTQ, and especially the trans, and I talked to them in love. Stu, and they'll listen if you talk to them in love and don't come down and start bashing them. But listen, you'll find out, Stu, Carl, that most of these men and women, the actual men and women, have been hurt so badly somewhere normally in their childhood.

and that they're trying to fight off nonacceptance That they either received as a child from their parents or someone that they cared about, that they loved. But there's also this in nature. that the enemy wants to destroy us because he hates God's created. And these people fall into this ideology that if I change this, then I'll be accepted. And that's what I've seen in my local LGBTQI community.

Well, let me ask you this. You know, this is a great point. And Bea brings up a good point, Carl. One of your chapters that you actually wrote is: Why Can't a Boy Change Into a Girl? Speak to that real quick, will you?

Well, because God created male and female. And if we try to deny who we are in the way that God created us, then we're denying God. And so ultimately, if you don't believe in truth and you are living a lie, lies will hurt you. That's just reality. And the more somebody denies the truth, the more mental problems are going to have because we were created to be a very specific way.

And when we deny that, we deny God, we hurt ourselves. Yeah.

And there's a whole lot going on in that. Yep. And I you know, it's interesting, Carl, there there's There's a lot of confusion. Christians should be speaking clarity in these issues and not compounding. The confusion And w and this is where Getting into the word and getting others into the word, and really it starts in the really the nuclear family, teaching that to our kids.

Carl, Reasons for Hope Ministries. Tell us a little bit about why you started this ministry and how God calls you into all this stuff, man. January 2011 is when we started, and it was because I had this desire to go after younger generation and men. I believe that fathers are the key to the Yeah. the the issues that we see in our world today.

When you look at the number of young people that don't have a father in the house, Um It's horrendous. And so I believe that we have to get fathers just fired up about their faith and upholding their responsibilities as the one who loves your wife, as Christ loved the church, willing to die for them, raises their children in the fear and admonition of the Lord, not abdicating the responsibility to the government, to the church, or even to mom. They have to be engaged in the education process. When we removed ourselves, This is where we started seeing the problems. We started because I had a heart of man, we have to change this generation.

I got told that I was going to be a grandparent, and my heart started dropping because I'm like, Wow, I see the world that I'm growing up in, I'm seeing right now. I'm scared. I'm scared for my grandchildren, so I wanted to reach a younger generation because they will be the ones that reach my grandchildren. Yeah.

Wow.

Yeah.

We're going to hang out here in a little bit, buddy. God bless you. Uh We got a potpourri going because anytime we talk about aliens' sexuality. And this whole transgender movement and how that relates to God and the Word of God, you gotta sprinkle a little bit of money. You know, you gotta talk about money and markets and.

You know, we opened the show talking about this Islamic invasion of Spain that is there the country's in crisis mode because they got thousands of Um literally military fighting aged Muslim males pouring in. And it's getting rough, and now they've now it's turned into a criminal catastrophe.

Now the military is starting to get engaged.

So I I don't know. I'd like to so I want to do a couple of things, David Fisher, with our amazing partner, underwriting partner here. For for a long time here on Truth Talk Live and with our our network and you know, previously with obviously with Steve Noble's show and David. I want to talk about how these things affect Our country and the markets economically, because there seems to be. All of these things we're talking about seem to have financial implications.

Whether good or bad. Can you speak to that? And we've got a caller on the line, and we've got to get to our verse today.

So we're going to power pack it, man. We're going to go hard. We're just going to zone in.

Well, first of all, money is not our idol, but money does You know, you can't tithe without money. You can't grow your wealth without having money to grow your wealth, or at least have an idea. And so God calls us to be good stewards, and this is how we fund ministries. This is how the world evolves. We can be in the world, but not of the world.

And this is why we talk about being good stewardship of the finances that the Lord has entrusted us to. And there's more talk in Scripture about money than there is salvation. And I'm not downplaying certainly salvation at all. That is, in my opinion, at the top of the list. But God puts money right up there for some reason.

So, we, in my belief, so we can fund ministries. Man, I love it. And that's a blessing. And it's also. You know, some of my favorite missionaries.

You know, I've had missionaries on the show that are missionaries to Muslims. And they're in some they come on the show, and the first thing I say is, I don't even call them by their name. David? I say a brother in the Lord. Sister in the Lord.

Why don't I call him by name? Why don't I do Facebook Live with him? Why don't I put their pictures all over? Why? Because they have the a price in their head.

We've had guests in the show that the radical Muslims will murder them if they find out who they are. They will track them down, hunt them down.

So, you know, why is Muslims' life in threatened? In fact, the safest place for a Muslim to be is America. Because we're going to let you worship like you want. We're not going to let you kill people. We're going to let you worship like you want.

We're going to let you. Live it you know, go to go to your mosque and whatnot. And that's called religious liberty. And religious freedom swings both ways until You know, until you start to bring in a system. That forces, like I just saw a picture of a kid.

A Jewish kid in a school where they asked all the kids to bow.

Well, the Jewish kid said, I'm not bowing. And he got reprimanded. You know, because they had a prayer uh they had a Muslim Kind of not field trip, but Muslim guest came in, Iman, and led the class in a Muslim prayer. He said, Everyone bow to Allah. This Jewish kid didn't do it.

So that's not that is un-American. to force people Just like it'd be unamerican to force people to say the Lord's Prayer. If they don't want to say the Lord's Prayer, don't say the Lord's Prayer. You know, so anyway, it's fascinating. How we have got to this point, but there is financial implication.

And by the way, where Islam takes over a country. And even where socialism takes over country, David Fisher, we've seen severe economic collapse. You know, they they they have a little they have that one little thing in common, don't they, sir? There's a strong direct correlation. uh with communism and socialism to a financial collapse.

And There's a direct correlation. To God's biblical perspectives on the free enterprise, on a free society, a free America. And that's why our four founding fathers set up Our country and the Constitution on those biblical principles, and that's why we are a nation under God. Yeah, wow.

So, you want to confirm what I'm saying? Take a little field trip to a Muslim-controlled country, and you will not be able to sell whatever you want to sell. You won't be able to share the gospel. In 35 countries, the Bible is illegal. Do we need to go there?

Do we need to support missionaries there? Absolutely. But I'm just telling you, we have no idea how good we have it in America. But there are forces that want to come here. And take us down that road.

They want to take us down the road to communism, which is about the ridiculous, most insane concept because everywhere communism is touched. People are brutally murdered. Eventually, it never starts that way. But when it finally happens, you elect the candidates that are communist and socialist, it destroys an economy and it destroys the people, and ultimately it's about control. And they say, well, you capitalists, you have too much power in these politicians.

Well, you wait till socialism takes over. And you'll be paying so many taxes, and you'll be waiting in bread lines for four hours only to find out there's no bread at the end of the line. Yeah, um, the the oil market. Um, there's an oil market coming this way. Does he know anything about that?

Well, let's ask him. Hey, David, there's an oil market coming this way. Do you know anything about that? Are you referring to a physical oil market where refineries or oil drilling? Or are you talking about the a market moving upward in oil, Mike?

So I think the biggest move, and I'm not an economist, but I do study, and I was just listening to the CNBC, and the analysts are saying the biggest movement in oil has been done now. More than likely, not real soon, but the Strait of Hormuz, once it gets fully open, you're going to see oil prices coming down.

So you've got to be very particular if you're going to invest in oil. Don't expect the same gains we saw as the oil market ran up because of the shortage of oil not going through the Strait of Hormuz. But that is not fixed yet, but it's going to probably be six months before it's fixed. But oil prices, as they get closer to a real agreement, Should be coming down, and therefore, investment in oil products becomes a little bit more tenuous to find the right type of stock to invest in.

Some great questions. You have the number. David, hit us with the verse of the day, brother. I I love it when you share this on the show.

So we talked about David going into the battle, fighting Goliath, and leaving his baggage with the baggage keeper previously, a couple weeks ago.

Now we're going to talk about what happened before all that. This is 1 Samuel 16:12, how David got chosen. It says this: So he sent and brought him in, he is Saul there. He was Rudy, David, was beautiful in eyes and handsome in appearance, and the LORD said, Arise and anoint him, for this is he.

So the question comes, why was David chosen to fight Goliath? when there were seven other brothers, all of them older than him, and of those eight sons or seven brothers Three of them actually fought in the s as soldiers in King Saul's army. You would think they would choose the three oldest brothers, since they got experience, since David was just the opposite, he was the youngest of all eight sons. Just a shepherd boy. Never had any experience And an army fighting, let alone a a person like Goliath.

So this doesn't make any sense at all in the flesh. But again, outward appearance is one thing, Inward belief is another, and sometimes those worlds don't come together.

So why was David chosen?

Well, first of all, everyone in Israel, including David's trained brothers, were too scared to fight Goliath. But more importantly, God's choice was The Bible explains that people judge the outward looks, but God looks at the heart. And David. was chosen as a qualified person to fight Goliath, Not because of his outward abilities, but because of his faith in God.

So if you feel like you were left out, insignificant, Overlooked. Be of good cheer, my brothers and sisters. It's your heart, your faith that qualifies you first, and your gifting second. But God qualifies the person, and He anoints that person. Monitor your heart, monitor your faith, enlarge your faith, enlarge the tint of your influence.

And it doesn't matter what the subject is, you can touch the world. That's beautiful.
