So let's start there.

So in Texas, two things are happening simultaneously. Let me start with the early voting. What I'm going to dive deep into it, but then it dovetails into another national story that broke out Saturday here.

So why is everything focusing on Texas, particularly the county I live in, Tarrant County? Why is that? Why is everybody focusing so much on Terre?

Well, as I've told you before, Terre is the last large red urban county in the United States.

Now, some people go, "Well, Miami Dade is Dana." No, no, no, no. Here is why you are wrong. Miami Dade only just went red in twenty four after thirty six years of being Democrat. Terre has always been red. This isn't like a big thing.

It's always been red, but there has been a huge, huge push by the left to make Tarrant County blue because. Just like that, you saw with the Colorado Blueprint over a decade earlier. They're trying that same thing with Texas. Although in Colorado, they were able to flip the state legislature after sixty-three years of Republican governance. They were able to flip it after sixty-three years and two election cycles.

They were able to flip Nevada. They were able to target Arizona. Not able to do Texas and DeSantis and Republicans in Florida flipped did the reverse on Democrats.

So. Democrats have not been able to flip Texas, but they've been targeting the big, large red urban county here, which is Tarrant.

So, I went and I early voted last week. Early voting, by the way, in Texas goes all the way to Friday, so you all better get out there and vote. Goes all the way to Friday, October thirtieth. Go out and early vote.

So, early voting in Texas is a big deal, and we've had low early. I mean, we've had Texas also struggles with turnout. We struggle with turnout, not even when Trump isn't on the ballot.

So, keeping all of this in mind, while this was all happening, because I started getting the alarm sounds, I I'm not going to tell you the names of the people who called me because a couple of them are candidates, all Trumpetdoors candidates. You got Trumpetdoors candidates across the state. You got party leaders. We're going to talk to the party leader, in fact, who was involved in this in this whole dust up.

So, what happened over the weekend is this: Duvali Fest. Festival took place in South Lake Square.

Now, South Lake Square, we have we just had Octoberfest. We have Octoberfest. They have they had a big old Columbus Day thing for Italian Americans. They had Divali Fest. They have Hispanic everything you can think of.

They have it.

So that's the square. We also have Independence Day. It's a great old timey town square. That's kind of like one thousand, nine hundred and fifty s sort of back to the future kind of. It's a really well laid out area.

They have tons of events there. They they always have Dwale Fest now.

Some People in the Indian community are actually mad because apparently Dwale Fest isn't for like another week or two weeks, and they were mad that Texas's South Lake Town Square had it early. But apparently that's how they've always done it. It's always been held this time of October.

So you know that's I don't know I don't I don't follow that that religion, so I don't know the difference between having it early or not. I don't. Dwale Fest didn't have anything to do with this. I'll say that because it didn't. What happened is you have a bunch of you have a city manager and a city council, some of whom are not the best city council members.

They did not apparently look at the calendar and go, "Oh wow, early voting at the town square, city hall, which is the largest polling site in the county," and they were blocking off streets. Show some of the other photos I have too, where the voting sign was behind a barricade.

So the town square, which you can see on the right, that's the town square. We're going to get some better pictures. That better illustrate. Here is some of them. There is that.

We have others, especially the one that I tweeted, which we should have. The giant fence that's around the perimeter of town square.

Now there is going to be another one where we can see if we can throw that photo up where it says the voting sign. That's the photo we need.

So you had a barricade around the entirety of town hall. And the no and the voting signs that pointed which way to go were behind the barricade. If you drove around the front, which I did, then it would look like the voting, the polling site was entirely closed off. That's the front of it. It was like this all across the front.

The sides, and there was only one little entrance at the back that you could not see, if you were driving by the side of the building, and remember, they have the streets in front of the building shut down, the throughways.

So all of this was blocked off. Why was this blocked off? Because in the evening they light fireworks off of the roof of town hall. But still, I don't understand why you would twelve hours before that you would need to close it down.

So I personally spoke.

Now you could say this is anecdotal, but I considering I live here and I'm in town square multiple times a week because we have our post office there and everything else. Yeah, no. The there were multiple. Multiple people I spoke to that I actually had to correct because they thought that the polling site was closed yesterday.

Now, turnout for yesterday was lower than it usually was, and I have the raw numbers. That people run because you have precinct chairs. You have the people who are running the polling sites. They actually report those. How many people come in per day?

Now we do not have party registration in Texas. I'll get to that. But these individuals they can count how many people come in. Yesterday, Saturday was the lowest day of the week. Saturday, beautiful Saturday.

Tons of people.

Now you can say that Republicans don't usually go out and vote on. They don't early vote anyway, but early voting has been actually increasing amongst Republicans. I think amongst the older segments of the of the of the right, like boomers, etc. Maybe old Gen X. Maybe they.

I think those are the ones that are kind of sticklers to vote on voting day. I do know that when I was in that town hall to vote on Thursday, that. I didn't really, and I'm not saying this to be. I didn't see a lot of elderly people. I really didn't.

I did not see very many who I would say boomers. I would say Gen X were probably like the older, the oldest generation that was in there to vote. There were younger people, but I didn't really see any Zoomers.

So usually it's the younger generations that don't mind voting early, but most older. Republicans like voting day of now. I did speak to a number of folks at church on Sunday who said that oh, they were going to vote, but they saw everything was closed off, and that there was a hubbub about it on Facebook. Everybody in the town goes on Facebook and talks. It's the thing.

I don't know. And there were a lot of people that legitimately thought that it was closed, and they were going to Facebook and asking. That's why this blew up because people in the town didn't even know they actually thought it was closed. They thought, oh well, I guess I can't go vote today. No joke, they did think that.

There are tons of screenshots. I don't want to give people's names and avatars out, but in our all the different pages for South Lake, that was the big topic of conversation.

So it looked very confusing. If you went all the way around the back of the building, and the the main roads went on the side, there was one throughway that goes to the back, but they had trucks blocking the back for the festival, so you really couldn't see. There was one little entrance. But again, it's very hard to see when it's blocked by trucks and you have fencing everywhere. There's tons of video of it out there, etc.

So it looked very confusing. Long story long, it was dumb for the city planners to look at the calendar and go, "Hmm, maybe because it's a very contentious midterm election, we do Dwale Fest the weekend after Halloween." Because there were apparently some Indians in the community that were like, "Why is it at this weekend anyway?" And there was arguments over that, which I don't. That's a whole other thing. But I think it should have been I've been delayed. Nobody has a problem with the festival in Town Square.

People have a problem with poor planning, and also the barricades were insane overkill. Why do I say this? Because they're not even really like that for the Fourth of July.

So that was the other thing. Fourth of July, and I go down there for Independence Day because they have fireworks, they have a whole street thing, the square shut down. It just seemed. I was like, why are there like these giant high fences? Like when they put on the fireworks show for Independence Day, I didn't see some of these super high barricades.

I don't know if that's new. I don't know. We're going to talk to one of the city leaders and the chairman of the GOP because they had to get a court order to get the barricades taken down and restore voting. Did it? Did it affect turnout?

I think it did. The people who are dismissing it cannot argue with the raw numbers, which we're going to talk about more in depth. That showed lower turnout to that polling.

So that was the big bust-up that dovetailed in with the red the the sounding alarm from the Republican Party that voting in Texas there. There is, I believe, a psyop where they are trying to convince voters that don't worry, you have tons of people turning out to vote. It's not a big deal. Why is that wrong? Because we have open primaries in Texas and a lot of these mixed primaries.

You remember, you in fact, for our county judge, we literally had one of the Republican candidates in the primary cut an ad asking Democrats to cross the line and vote for her in the primary. Cornyn, John Cornyn, fought to maintain open primaries. Democrats are on record spending thousands to game the open primary system, and these dumb consultants on K Street are telling you that these new D's voting as ours, even though they have historically voted only in Democrat primaries, are new Republican voters, and it's a red wave. But none of the primary data supports that assertion, which is why Republican party leaders are sounding the alarm. We have today and stupidity on the way.

Our partners that bring you the program—it's the folks at Patriot Mobile. The only Christian conservative cell phone service in the country. Look, oh my gosh! I know we're so close to elections. If you haven't switched your cell phone service, you are funding.

You are funding her. You're giving money to Elizabeth Warren. You're giving money to James Talarico. You're giving money to Abdul El Sayed. All of these other cell phone services have political action committees, and they give money hands over fists to all of these people you vote against.

Why, dear God, would you not switch your cell phone service? Please switch it. They have a contract buyout program, device buyout. They have plans for businesses and families of all sizes. You're going to spend less than you do now, and you're going to get better service on premium priority nationwide service across all three major U.S.

We're at the bottom of this first hour on Monday, and if you've missed anything, we got the podcast that you can download.

Do not forget. Find us on YouTube and Facebook. And my Substack chapter and verse, I got a whopper of a post coming out for you later today, so keep your eyes open for that. We've been breaking down two of the big things. There's a lot of big because we got to get into the early voting stuff.

We were talking about the stuff with Texas. We got to get into Brazil. We also have to get into the latest with voting elsewhere, particularly Michigan. Islamism, Israel has their elections tomorrow, so what does that mean for the Western Alliance? We've got that everything happening in France, across Europe now.

Everything, but it all comes down to what the United States is going to do on November, first Tuesday of November. What are we going to do? Because early, it's important to vote. Early voting is different state by state. In Texas, we go to October thirtieth.

And one thing to understand, because I'm going to correct a lot of these dippy consultants who do not live here and that are trying to opine about what's happening in Texas. We do not have party registration in Texas. With a caveat, this is how it works: whatever you vote, whoever you vote for, if you're voting Republican in the primary or voting Democrat in the primary, your name for the remainder of that year is this that election year is associated with that party.

Now it doesn't mean you have to vote that way. Obviously, in the general. But if you're voting Republican in a primary or Democrat in the primary, then technically for that year you are counted as a Republican for that year, a Democrat for that year, and then it resets.

Now here's where everybody's getting things wrong. It's the way that system works. It is incredibly well known that in the Republic of Texas. You've had some really sour, sour grapes Republicans who have lost primaries, who have actually campaigned and have asked Democrats to cross the line and vote for them when they were losing in their primary. One case in point was one of the county judges here, Tim Mohair versus Betsy Price, a couple of years ago.

She literally cut an ad asking for Democrats to cross the line and vote for her in the Republican primary. John Cornyn virtually did the same thing, and he has fought zealously for open primary. Primaries. Democrats are famous for gaming the primary system.

Now, this has happened in a couple of election cycles. I've spoken to a number of party leaders and candidates, as well as number crunchers from everywhere, from UT to Denton.

So, it is. It has happened.

Now, here's again where I say they mess up. You have Democrats that have historically voted in Democrat primaries that cross over and vote in a Republican primary.

So for that election year, they're counted as Republicans. These consultants, without any knowledge of this or any kind of feed on the ground, are looking at it, going, "Oh wow, here's all these Republican voters. We're anticipating a red wave. Everything's fine, guys," and they're counting them. As part of their expected totals for early voting, they're doing it now.

That's why I'm taking exception to this because it's giving people a false sense of security, and that breeds apathy. And our voter turnout has always been tougher for Republicans in Tarrant County. When it comes to enthusiasm, getting out to vote, remember 2018. Ted Cruz lost Tarrant County to Beto O'Rourke by over 4,000 votes. First time that happened.

Now I don't call Tarrant County a blue county, and I don't even call it a purple county. Is it on its way to being a purple county? Yes. Even though going by historical primary data, there are more Republicans than Democrats in the county. The Republicans.

There were a lot of people and parties know.

Okay, this voter. I didn't get this block out to vote. I didn't. This person who's historically donated and voted in primaries did not come out to vote. They didn't turn up.

We had a super low turnout rate in 2018.

So you ended up losing that, even though Cruz won Texas. Ah, you're missing the point if you are downplaying the significance of the last large red urban county that's been consistently Republican for decades.

So that's the thing. That's the that's the problem here. And there are a lot of people doing it now. There are also a lot of people that I see people sharing this NBC graph. Oh, they were.

I've had people. I could tell they're paid and that they're mad because I'm basically questioning their work by disagreeing with them. But it's not my problem that you have such a shaky grift. That's your problem, not mine. They're they're counting these Democrats that crossed over as Republican voters, and it's giving them a false impression of totals and expectations.

That is the Problem, so that's what.

So it's not a registry like for a year, but then it resets.

So this the year ends, it recycles.

So it's like a sort of registry for a year, but only with party affiliation.

So this is why it's very. People have been sounding the alarm in the primary. They've been sounding it because the vote. I mean, it's tough. I I had one Republican Party official tell me that this is.

I mean, they're they're they think that if if Paxton loses, that it might come down to this county. Unfortunately. That's where a lot of this comes in.

Now we're going to come back to this because I got a million other things to get. Care, by the way, has been pumping Democrats in Texas. They've been sending out literature. Juan's going to throw one of these up, backing almost entirely Democrat candidates. Is anybody surprised at this?

No, they're not. Look at and my friend had circled one. This is one that she had, so I had her address blacked out. At the top, so they have been sending out all of these these emails, and they've been promoting this on social media, and it's yeah. Where all I'm curious though, where are all of the woke Rikers to condemn this?

Because they always talk about APAC and all this other stuff.

Now, this is what's weird: is that Governor Abbott has officially designated them as a foreign terrorist organization and a transnational criminal organization. He did he did this last year, November of last year. But here they are sending out all of this information. Fascinating stuff, right? The Red Green Alliance guys is a real thing, and that's what you're really seeing here.

That red green alliance is absolutely real.

Now, a few other things to hit. Can we talk about the Obama audio, the Cheesecake Factory? Go ahead. Let's play this because this happened over the weekend. He was out there campaigning for Abdul El-Said in Michigan.

They're bringing in Obama because El-Said is terrified. Watch. I don't know if you've noticed, but he is very focused on home renovation. He should be on HGTV. Guy is building a ballroom that is bigger than the White House, paved over the Rose Garden, paved it over, put a helicopter pad on the south lawn, and then there is just gold everywhere.

What's what's up with the gold? I mean, he's got the White House looking like Saddam Hussein opened a cheesecake factory. It's just gold everywhere. Gold everywhere, he says. Have you seen, by the way, his library?

His library looks like a damn bulb fabricator from Helldivers.

So what is he talking about? It looks like a galactic enema. What is he talking about? Look at this big thing! It literally looks like the bulk fabricator from Hell Divers.

If you've ever played that, that's what a toddler would design in Minecraft. It looks like an unfinished space turret. I have no idea who whoever did this should be go to jail right away. Go to jail. This is where you should go.

This is so bad. But you know what struck me is that.

Now I'm not a Cheesecake Factory person because there's too much happening with that menu. I don't want to sit down and feel like I'm reading the Lord of the Rings trilogy just to order like a salad or something. But don't be. But my actual biggest complaint with Cheesecake Factory is their anti-gun. They have anti-gun policies.

I haven't eaten at a Cheesecake Factory in a decade because I can't bring my gun in there and they don't have any arm security.

So, but otherwise, this sounds snotty. You know what I mean? Think about what what Trump did in twenty. What was it? Was it twenty four?

He went to McDonald's. This man was at McDonald's flipping fries in McDonald's. And Barack Obama's looking down his nose at Cheesecake Factory.

Sorry, slick. We all can't afford beachfront property, and to get past a lot of the easement restrictions on the beach there, since you're so worried about climate change in Hawaii, we can't buy beachfront property. Needed all the Tony restaurants up in Martha's Vineyard. Pinky's out. I mean, this guy's got a private chef.

I mean, we know because one of them drowned. I mean, he's got a private chef everywhere he goes. How does he know about Cheesecake Factory? This man has not walked into a Cheesecake Factory in ever. Are you serious?

I mean, people in Michigan who are working hard for their money—that the Cheesecake Factory is a nice restaurant for them to go when he, you know, they—that's for them to go have a nice meal. Who are you to look down your? You're making me defend Cheesecake Factory. Who are you looking down your nose at when you're sitting there spitting about Cheesecake Factory? Give me a break!

I always roll my eyes when I see elitists do this stuff. Oh my goodness! Not the cheesecake factory. You are not so good, you nepo baby. You are not so good.

You had a rich mom. You had rich bank vice president grandparents. You had an academic, well taken care of dad. I mean, this man has never wanted for anything in his life, and he's in Michigan looking down his nose at a cheesecake factory in front of a group of working class people. Who would view that as a nice night out?

I mean, imagine being so snotty and elitist that you think that's a flex.

Now, I have not liked the gold because I think it's so much. I look at it and I'm like, no, who does that? I know the White House does, but do they have to bring extra staff on? I feel like there should be a limitation on filigrees in an interior room. You know.

Like one filigree, maybe, but 110, it's a lot. But to sit there and look like—I mean, he would know about Saddam Hussein too. I mean, they share a middle name. Anyway, I'm just saying that's snotty. He didn't.

That's just snotty. And I just can't. You can't tell me that there wasn't nobody in that audience that was going, "I kind of like the Cheesecake Factory." You can't tell me nobody was in the audience that was not thinking that. It's just snotty, and I think it shows that he's incredibly disconnected. And Cheesecake Factory is not even like has he been?

Have you? The only thing that you could say about Cheesecake Factory is they have the Isaron on their booths. You know that thing where it's like they have like this like little wood thing, and then the two gold things on top, and that's like pretty much all the gold that's in there. And then they have the Isaron. That's the thing I've always talked about.

But it was just silly, and it just that was just a snotty little thing to say. It was a little snotty, so I don't know. I mean, I guess you know it got him applause from the rich people. I don't know, maybe he was speaking in front of a bunch of rich people in Michigan. You know how the left is sometimes.

Maybe, maybe they were.

Now, coming up, we got a couple things. Democrats decided to release the craziest ad I have ever seen. And we are going to talk about it because it's an ad that El Sayed, like they and they they support El Sayed. It's a chunk Uyghur, the nepo, the guy who's nepo baby nephew, is the one that electrocutes his dog and wears twelve hundred dollar outfits to go and and do a poverty tour in Cuba.

So it was an ad. With for the El Said people from El Said's friends, it is the craziest ad I have ever seen, and we've got to talk about it because, again, like I've said, the Red Green Alliance, my friends, is a real thing. As we move, the folks who help bring you that bring you the program, it is the people over at Burna. It's called Burna Gun, but it's not a gun, so I'm going to call it Burna. There's several models that they have, and I'm going to explain.

But the only one you need to care about is the Seal. Burner CL stands for compact launcher. Burner shoots chemical irritant projectiles that can deter threats from up to sixty feet away.

Now the CL is about the size of an iPhone. And super concealable, and if you have like a stun gun or a taser, that's great for you. But this has a 15 round shot capacity per cartridge compared to one or two rounds from a stun gun or a taser.

Now, here's the thing: because it's not a gun, it does not care about gun free zones. There's no waiting period. There's no background check. You order it online, and they send it right to your house. And if you're like a college student that lives off campus, maybe you're 20 years old, you can't carry a handgun yet, but you can carry full auto overseas in service of your country.

I don't know. I don't make the rules. You can carry a Berna CL because it's good to have an option when your options are limited.

So you can check it out byrna.berna.com/dana. Again, it's not a replacement because I carry and I have no problem using Lethal Force. This is an option that you're going to be glad to have when your options are limited. Berna.com/dana to learn more. They say everything happens for a reason, but I suspect everything happens for a Reese's.

This, if you missed anything, definitely go download the podcast because a lot of stuff last hour that you are going to want to need to you are going to want to know and need to know, especially because we hit some of the Texas stuff that happened over the weekend pretty hard, and we're still going to get into coming up at the bottom of this hour, early voting in Texas and what it means and why the alarm is sounding. We're going to explain that in the weeds coming up.

In the meantime. This latest Democrats now are trying to convince you that the stuff that you've been hearing about them is fake. This is cut fifteen. Barack Obama in Michigan for Abdul Al-Saied, saying that they're running scary ads to make you think that work that Democrats are all nuts. Watch this.

Is part of the chorus is running all kinds of scary ads to make you think Democrats are radicals or communists or jihadists or the woke police that will come arrest you and force feed you tofu instead of hamburgers. We are not going to fall for that oaky dope. We are not going to be bamboozled like that. We're clear about the choice in this election. I mean, if anybody would know about a scary ad, oh my word, it would be Barack Obama, ladies and gentlemen.

If anybody knows about running scary ads, who could forget the creme de la creme when they had Paul Ryan throwing old people off a cliff over Obamacare? Who remembers that? Who remembers the 2012 election against Mitt Romney and the ads that he? He had a huge coordinated media blitz because he was trying to claim Mitt Romney was a vampire in all of these ads about Bain Capital. Literally, it was called the Vampire ad, guys.

I mean, it literally was. A vampire. That's what the ad was. I can't believe people forget this. I mean, going back and I'm looking at this is the Guardian, and they talked about the ad where it was farmers at an old steel plant, and they were talking about and it was vampiric and la la la and all this.

Oh my gosh, he ran all of these insane ads, and he had this ominous music, and everything was desaturated, the color grading, all of that. Never forget. Also, the ad that they did—that Obama people did—it was basically his pack. It was the Priorities USA Action. They did what they called was the stage ad.

That was all part of the Bain Capital media blitz, where they literally featured this guy inside of this empty paper plant, and and they and they said that basically Bain Capital destroyed the whole area, etc., etc. They said, "Quote." If Mitt Romney wins, the middle class loses. Don't forget the forty-seven percent that whole fair share forty-seven percent campaign that they ran. Oh my gosh, insane! I mean, so he would know about some bad ads, would he not?

He would know because he was involved in some of the worst ones. Let's not forget the ads that he ran when he was state senator. And it was after. Do you remember? We talked about this.

This whole thing. This was after Jack Ryan was running for U.S. Senate in two thousand and four, and Barack Obama was charging was was challenging him. And that's when Democrats in Illinois decided Jerry Ryan played seven of nine on Star Trek Voyager. And Jerry Ryan is essentially the reason why Barack Obama became Senate senator and then became president because Democrats they worked with her according to all publicly reported information, and they.

They unsealed their divorce records, and it found out that and found out that Jack Ryan once persuaded Jerry Ryan to join him at a swingers club or something, and that became a big thing. And they ran ads on that.

So, if you want to talk about who's run some of the sleaziest, nastiest ads that have ever been introduced in our political system since the founders were fighting with Hamilton and Jefferson, look no further—or sorry, Adams and Jefferson—look no further than Barack Obama's entire ad history, campaign and all affiliated, friend-affiliated PACs.

So that kind of ends that whole argument there.

Now, here's the other thing: the stuff that is about Abdul El Sayed, though. Is legitimate. We were not the ones who, with our own hands, signed his name on that letter back in 2012 in support of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Now I can see, by the way, why Barack Obama would want to downplay that, because in 2012, if you remember, the Obama Biden administration, then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as we talked about last week, traveled over to Egypt, inserted herself into that Green Revolution, inserted herself into all of the politics. In Egypt, backed the Muslim Brotherhood, which had been banned since the fifty s, backed the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, and backed Mohammed Morsi in Egypt. As part of as representing the Obama Biden administration, now this is the exact same time that Abdel El Saeed was writing his letter in defense and support of the Muslim Brotherhood. It's when the sister leader was recounting as she was sharing all over social media that her family was in the Muslim Brotherhood, affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, and part of the Muslim Brotherhood. And subsequent posts all over social media that are publicly available on this thing we call the internet.

That that's what everybody's going off of. This was all the same twelve twenty twelve time span.

So I could see why Barack Obama would want to downplay the scariest of that because right after Mohammed Morsi ended up rising to power on the with the Muslim Brotherhood, then the people also rose up, overthrew that. He went in exile, where he kicked the bucket in exile, and then they restored government once again without the Muslim Brotherhood, which went back to being. And banned in Egypt, and so was not successful. Long story long, was not successful.

So I can see. Why he wants to say things like this? This is a staffer, Abdel El Sayed is a staffer.

Now Obama, Barack Obama. I don't know if he knew that this recorded footage was out there, but this just throws more fuel on the fire because he, this staffer, is defending the Muslim Brotherhood. This is cut nineteen, defending the Muslim Brotherhood and is insulting voters. Listen to this. Like the Muslim Brotherhood was the revolution in Egypt that we were, we as the United States were either neutral on or even supportive of at the time.

And now it's like, oh, in 1999, Abdul's mom, who did not raise him, because he grew up with his father and his stepmom. She worked for a company that transferred sixty thousand dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood in nineteen. It's like it's so ridiculous. But my my thing is, he's a Muslim and he fights and he's anti-colonialist. I'm assuming.

Why wouldn't he? Why wouldn't you support revolutionary movements for your people?

So I'm not offended by it because Americans are idiots. We've also done a lot of imperialist. I'm a. I shouldn't be saying that. Yes.

Yeah. I swear. And so the Muslim Brotherhood and these other organizations, all they want is to preserve their people.

So I'm not a. Like to me, I'm like, okay, Muslim brother, he's a he's a Muslim. He's from that part of the world. Why wouldn't he stand with his brothers? Does that make sense?

Absolutely. Yeah, I don't have any issue with the Muslim Brotherhood. I mean, if I knew more about it, I might support some of what they do. I mean, granted, there's going to be cultural differences, so there's going to be things about the way they go about. What they do that I don't agree with, and we must understand that self determination includes judgment calls that we don't agree with.

They may choose to treat women in ways that we don't we don't agree with, and I encourage us to contribute individual money toward NGOs working to combat that. Care a military organization. I don't really care, but it's not the the collective choice we make as a government should not be as a default to try and tell other people how to.

Well, it does when it actually conflicts with Western jurisprudence, as Islamic jurisprudence in the form of Sharia does. Which, as you know, as they've tried to establish a Sharia court in Irving, down the road from us here in Texas, they've also tried to tried to do that. Places not only in Michigan but also Minnesota.

So when you have something like that that actually conflicts with, you know, the United States' set of laws, then yeah, that's a very big issue. When you're talking about deprivation of rights and the promotion of that as a religious cornerstone, yeah, that's a pretty big issue. That's a big issue.

So he says that people are idiots for noticing this. I just think going out in public when you are not fit enough to be wearing a wife beater and you are sitting there stuffing your face like a pig at a trough—that's probably, maybe, even worse judgment. I think, in my estimation, Dana, that's mean. You say not as mean as calling Americans idiots for observing factual things and reacting to them honestly.

So that's not idiocy. That is called an immune system check for the country. That's what that is.

So there's no way to dress this up. There's no way to sugar the pill that Abdel El Sayed signed a letter in support of the Muslim Brotherhood. There's no way to dress up the fact that some of the other signatories on this letter are people who were affiliated with Hamas, and they as Muslim Brotherhood members. How do we know that? Because back several years ago, if you remember when the FBI raided this home in Virginia, they found what they called the Muslim Brotherhood phone book, and it was in the home of this Hamas operative that was in Virginia, and guess.

The people listed in the Muslim Brotherhood telephone book included some of the signatories on this letter, the exact same letter that Abdel El Sayed signed back in 2012 in support of not only the Muslim Brotherhood but the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt's leader, Mohammed Morsi.

So there's no way, like I said, that you can sugar this pill. What is is what happened. Happened. Fact is fact. And it's not racist to observe this.

It is racist to impugn the character of good people who are reacting honestly to God's honest fact. And the God's honest fact is that Abdel El Said signed this letter in his own hand, and also talked about signing the letter in his own hand with other people using his own mouth.

So there's no way you can dress this up. There is no way you can dress up the fact that his sister was all over social media bragging about the family's membership in the Muslim Brotherhood. There is no way you can dress that up. There is no way, just like I just like earlier, there is no way you can dress up the fact that Ilan Omar's dad was a murderous thug who was working with a communist dictatorship, and the people overthrew them and they fled. They weren't refugees; they were war criminals fleeing crimes against good people.

By the way, speaking of stuff in Africa, where are all the Christ is King people about the massacre, more than sixty Christians killed in Ethiopia, or another African nation where a bunch of Christians were killed, or in Jordan where some Islamists stormed a church and killed a bunch of Christians? Notice how all the people that are obsessed with Israel. More so than they talk about the republic, and they all say Christ is King. As Christian larpers, they've been silent on this. As we move, we have headlines on the way.

One of the things that we were going over in our first hour, and if you need to go back and get the podcast for that, we were looking at some of the historical stuff and explaining Texas's primary and the concerns that a lot of people are having as it pertains to claims that everything is going great in Tarrant County and all of this other stuff. And then, of course, this dovetailed with this massive story that we had because I live in Tarrant County. I live in Southlake, Texas. Democrats doxxed me, so everybody knows the town I live in, which is fine. It's you know, it's a Nice red town, beautiful little area, but we had a little problems with our voting over the weekend, and I don't think it was intentional on behalf of the Dwally Fest organizers.

They were having this big festival in town squares. I explained, if you're just joining us, giving you a 20 second catch up. I just think it was poor planning on behalf of city management, and when I say I think it was, it means it was because they had barricades around the entirety of the town hall, and I can't tell you how many people that I actually spoke to who said that. They had tried to kind of drive near town square, and they just saw the barricades all around the building, and you couldn't even see because of the way the trucks were parked and everything else that there was a tiny little sliver of an entrance in the back.

So what ended up happening is there was a court order. They had to get a court order, and the individual who went to war on this was the Charent County Republican Party, and the chairman of that, Tim Davis, who joins us now via video. He's going to explain to us what happened, and then. I'm also going to ask him why is this county on on the tips of everybody's tongue right now, and why it will be this week, Tim. It's so good to have you.

Thank you for joining us.

So great to be here! Thank you so much, and I just should say hello, neighbor. Yeah, hello, neighbor, with you, and it's good to see you. It's so weird because we're in the same town right now, and we're on video. I just would just struggle.

So Saturday was very eventful. Start me very eventful. Start me off because I want to just cover this part first because I went back and I looked historically at when they've had Diwali Fest, and I know that even there were some Indians in Texas that were like. Why is Southlake having it on this date? It should be held later in the month, and that's I'm not going to get into that.

But I know that there was, you know, a lot of discussion about that. And historically, the festival has kind of been on all different dates in October, but it just happened to fall on early voting, and there was a barricade around it. What did you hear from voters that caused you to act? Yeah, so as you know, in South Lake, we are in Texas. We have these this two week period of early voting, which means we have one Saturday where we early vote.

And so, early Saturday morning, I started getting phone calls, text messages about our voting locations where I vote. It's probably where for you guys vote about how it was. Really impeded, it was barricaded, and so that was really a concern right then, early in the morning, about whether we were going to be able to have pretty open access. Because as the numbers have been running last week, that was the second highest turnout location in Tarrant County by vote volume, by vote totals, and so that was a real concern on a Saturday. It was a beautiful Saturday, sure, as you probably already talked about.

You can even see in the picture what a nice day it was on Saturday, and so it was a real concern. Of ours, that as people were out, it's a popular shopping area. That that location should do big numbers on a Saturday, as people were off. And if it's barricaded, obviously that's a concern, and that's going to affect turnout. Yeah, and and and it did affect turnout, from what I saw.

I read, and this was according to one of our city council members, Chuck Taggart, who said that the voting count actually fell. I mean, normally I get it. A lot of a lot of Republicans always are kind of outperformed by Democrats. Early voting, but this was very important because this is going. These are races that are going to be decided in the margins, and it seemed that the Republicans and correct me if I'm wrong on this.

They seemed to be more motivated to early vote this midterm election than anything prior. And so, what Councilmember Taggart was saying is that well, actually, Saturday it dropped. Saturday ended up being lower than most of the other days when it was actually on trend to be a lot higher. What can you give us to clarify it? No, I mean Councilman Taggart's exactly right.

I mean, we we noticed a twenty percent decrease on Saturday compared to earlier days in the week, and the reason that that's significant for Saturday was we actually had more time to vote on Saturday. We were open from seven a.m. to seven p.m., whereas earlier in the week we've been running from eight to five at that location.

So twenty percent less at that location than we would have expected. But what what else is important about that is we're in Tarrant County. We're running numbers. Bigger than 2018 turnout, which was of course the federal cruise race, where there was a ton of enthusiasm from the other side.

So already we would have expected that number to be up anyway. But then just up the road in Keller, which is I don't know, Dana, you know better than me, probably a couple miles away, they did 20 percent better than they had been doing earlier in the week, and so we would have expected to see that in South Lake certainly.

So I think I'm like you. I don't know that it necessarily was in. I don't. I haven't seen anything like that, but it was a huge concern and something that affected turnout. As I've said, at one of our big, big turnout locations, I have to tell you, one of my friends.

And for those just joining us right now, we're talking about what happened in Tarrant County with Tim Davis, who is the Tarrant County Republican Party chairman. He's also the one that went to court to get this restraining order because I did tell you. I have to tell you, a friend of mine who is Indian, who lives in Southlake, Republican voter. Had was there at going went to the festival later with her family and said I actually did until I saw everything on Facebook I actually didn't know it was open and she said and and like you I don't think it was I don't think the festival organizers did it I think it was bad planning on the city's part which brings me to did you I've heard a lot of people blaming the city manager what can you tell me about your conversations with city management were they receptive because you did have to get a court order. Yeah, I mean, eventually, early in the morning, once we realized that this was a problem, the city started unbaricading or removing those barricades from three of the four sides of town square.

But they didn't remove, and the picture shows this really well. The barricades that were there in front of the building, in front of the here to vote side, yeah, exactly. That we all walk up. You know, that sidewalk was so constricted it was basically one way right there, and kind of confusing as to whether or not that entrance was even open. I mean, it.

Was but it was very confusing about whether it was, and that's what we wanted to move. We wanted that to be pushed back, and we wanted those the main roads that lead into town hall to be opened up. And they just were resistant to that. And so they were resistant. Can I ask who was resistant to that?

Yeah, I mean, certainly, we were talking with city staff on site about that. I was there for about an hour and a half, like saying, "Can we please, please do something about this?" And they were resistant.

So the city, so the city, not. I'm sorry, just to come.

So was it like the city manager? Was it other city council members? Yeah, I was talking. I believe to the assistant city manager who was there on site that day, and certain certain council members were there. They were helpful, trying to do what they could, but I think that was just everything was kind of yielding to the bureaucracy of the permit for this festival.

Again, kind of going back to just poor planning all the way around. This is the photo, right? Not to interrupt you, Tim, but this is exactly what Tim is talking about right here on screen. Juan, just throw it up for you. That says the vote here sign.

That's what they were not, and that's in the front.

So. Unless you come all the way in the back to South Lake Square, this is what everybody sees in the front, and so yeah, that's a deterrent. Yeah, and in the back, you know, and no offense to the stores back there, but the back is a little bit—I think you'll agree with me—a little less grand than the front of the building. Way less grand, typically. Yeah, and typically that's where you park is in the front of the building, and that's why that was such a concern to us was even beyond just having doors open and an ability to go inside.

All of that parking was taken up by the festival, and so you know, I saw some people online that were mocking. Oh, I'm gonna have to walk longer to. to To go vote, I'm glad that there are a lot of voters who are able-bodied and able to get in and out. But there are a lot of voters who aren't, and that's why town hall is such a great location because you can park pretty closely and have pretty easy access to the building. And all of that was cut off, and the handicap spots that were all right there were closed off.

And parking on a any regular normal day is a little nuts in town square, especially as it's fall. We're starting to head into holiday season, you know, Christmas season, and it's getting crazy. And added that with it.

So you ultimately, so I have this correctly. You had to go get a court order because the city was not cooperating. Was that accurate? That's right. That's right.

Yeah. It really reluctantly. We didn't want to have to do that. But your picture shows it well. I took that picture out of my concern.

That was a picture that we included in our petition that we had to go to court to file to get again those main roads opened up and the front of that building. Can I? Can I ask? Did you? Did you hear from the mayor?

At all, or is there was there anybody who was particularly helpful? Sure.

So I was talking to the mayor throughout the day, and I think he was helpful in getting the back part of the building opened up. But has it been on the front? And was it because of the fireworks? Is it? Is that correct?

That's right. We're going to be twelve hours later. Yeah, that's right. If you look at that picture, that's what they're setting up. That's why those trucks and everything are there.

They were setting up for this big fireworks show, literally right there, steps away from the main entrance. I don't mean to interrupt you, but but you know we have a big fireworks show right here at this exact same spot in the exact same way for Independence Day, and we don't have things barricaded off like that for that, which is curious. I just found that maybe that's new. I'm not alleging. I'm not saying anything, but I'm.

But it is weird. It just like why then? I mean, maybe it's a new thing. I, you know, I can find that out with city council separately. While I have you, Tim, I want to.

We're talking to Tim Davis, who was the chairman of Tarrant County Republican Party. He was the one that fought to open this up because we also want people who were there at the festival to know that you can go and vote. Which I just told you. I heard from people that they didn't know that were there, but. Tarrant County, the last largest large red urban county in the United States.

Why is this county so incredibly important? Not just for Texas, but for people even outside of Texas. Yeah, you said it right. I mean, this is the last red large urban county in in Texas. We think it feels like this election.

Everything is running through Tarrant County: the Senate race, the governor's race, all of these important races. It's so critical for us because in Tarrant County, we have a Republican county judge, which for those of your listeners around the country, that's the governor basically of the county. We have a Republican district attorney. All of our elected criminal. Judges are Republicans, and we have just a big concern that as the Democrats have set their sights on Tarrant County, trying to do here what they have done all over the rest of the country, that our crime will go up with the district attorney that doesn't enforce the law, with judges that don't enforce sensible bail procedures, and everything that comes along with that.

We're concerned that if we lose our county judge, we know taxes will go up. The the Person that the Democrats have nominated has voted sixteen times against lowering our tax burden here in Tarrant County. That's just not something that we can accept, and yet they're fighting so hard to take out our good Republican office holders. We're real concerned, and I have to interject too because our county, the previous county judge, was the one that kept our county shut down while he was going out partying and having events at his house, and then we replaced it with someone who was not going to allow any of that. Tim, I want to ask you as well.

Early voting. Explain to people. Because I really feel like there was a bad. I really do feel like I don't like to say everything's an op, but it's very questionable to see some K Street consultants who've never put feet on the ground in Texas or even outside of the Beltway insist that oh, there's a ton of Republicans voting in Texas because I was told by people in the Republican Party and people working on campaigns that they're incredibly nervous about Terrence and that they are nervous about the early voting because these consultants are looking at the Republicans who have gamed our open primary system. And then they have they cross over and vote Republican, and they're being counted as Republican voters in the general.

And so that's where we're getting all of these bad assumptions about a quote unquote red wave that is not happening. What can you tell us about this? Yeah, we're we're concerned. I share that concern. In fact, I apologize if there's any background noise.

I'm in Fort Worth at at our headquarters. You're doing what you got to do. I'm glad to hear it's busy back there. Yeah, we we've got a team of folks who are phone banking. They're sending out text messages.

We don't want to take anything for granted in this election because what you said is true. The way that we do our voting here sometimes throws off those numbers as we track it and as we go through. Because you and I can go and vote in any primary we want in March. We don't register. In Texas, that's how we affiliate: is by voting in the primary.

And so, as those numbers from somebody who's not familiar with Texas, as those numbers come in, you can't just assume them on face value. And then you have a lot of people who bounce back and forth between primaries who may ticket split. And so, while that may affect the Senate race one way, that may affect a governor's race a different way, and it may affect our local county races a totally different way. And so, we really have to be tight on our modeling. But the main thing that we're doing is really focusing on getting.

Out the vote. This is going to be a turnout election for sure. Certainly in Tarrant County, with the emphasis that we've seen that the Democrats have put on getting their base out, and they've done it. They've done they've done that job. They've done that work, and so we're continuing to do that in all the different ways that a grassroots campaign can.

By too many text messages, too many phone calls, knocking on doors. And I get it. If people want to quit getting the text messages, just go vote because all we'll scrub you off our list. We're not going to send you a text message after you vote. We're not going to knock your door.

And I want to tell people that Tim is not a doomer, and the people who are sounding the alarm on this are the furthest thing from doomers possible.

So I really feel like when you and some of the others that I've heard from have said, "Dana, we're really concerned," that really because I I know a lot of you know I know a lot y'all's record that was that really struck me. Last quick thing, because then we got to go. Is it it's it's close enough that people need to they need to kind of freak out a little bit and make sure that everybody they know is voting? Yes. Yeah, you got to go through your phone.

You got to text everybody you know. You got to text your mom, text your grandma, text your uncle. Make sure they're turning out to vote. Tarrant County, Texas, the whole country. It's too important to just sit this one out and sit it back.

We will lose it if we don't. Amen. Tim Davis, Tarrant County Republican Party Chairman, and also former General Counsel of the Tarrant County GOP.

So appreciate what you're doing, and thank you for making voters aware of this and for clarifying it. God bless you. Hope to talk again. Thank you. Keep in touch.

And our partners, we cannot do Without because we're capitalist, God bless America. I'm sure you've heard of AMAC, and if you haven't, just know the AARP has acted like the bouncer for everybody over 50 in the United States for who knows how long. They promoted Obamacare, they promoted Build Back Better, they promoted the ironically named Inflation Reduction Act, and what has everybody gotten for it? Horrible, horrible healthcare, horrible advocacy, higher taxes, everything's bad.

So this is why you need. To make a switch, and if you haven't already, let me tell you about AMAC. AMAC is the alternative to ARP. Right? AMAC stands for the Association of Mature American Citizens.

They are people who actually share and represent your values. They were founded as this to do that for that purpose. They have over two million members. Well, Six Flags has finally announced some safety changes to that you know that Goliath coaster after the deadly accident that they had, and some of the eight other rides that they have are will remain closed. They said they're adding seatbelts. And other and other coasters that have similar restraints.

So they said that they are closed, still pending the necessary safety review changes, etc. Remember, another individual fell, literally fell off of the coaster earlier this month. Four other riders were injured.

So they said that they are. They're they're taking some they're adding some extra restraints in there. Would you write it though, knowing that someone fell to their death from that exact coaster that you're writing? I don't know. Just I don't know.

College campuses, they said, have mostly largely gone silent. Can practicing small talk and phone free spaces change that? Maybe. I think that everybody look. It it there is humanity has changed with the advent of tech and everything digital.

But still, this this piece over at CNBC, the reporter decides to write the great American novel because she never went to J school to properly understand how to stack a piece, and she she buries the lead all the way down into the seventh graph, where she says, "Oh, by the way, nobody's talking to each other on college campuses, and everybody's buried in their phones." Really, that's your story?

Okay. Let's see. A man living in Baltimore in a sewer was arrested because the mom says he was harassing her children. I've seen this move. We all float down here.

Did he say that? This is from the Independent. The man was living in a sewer. She went to investigate because she heard someone singing in it, in the sewer, in Maryland.

Now, her name is Unique Wiggins. Of Baltimore County, she said that she initially did not believe her children when she when they told her that there was a man speaking to them from the underground. That's terrifying if you're a parent hearing that. And she said that she went to where they were hearing it, and she was by the sewer, and she heard a man singing. And she told him to leave her kids alone.

Alone, and he said, "No, you tell them to leave me alone." And she and she goes, "They can't possibly be messing with you. You are in the sewer." So she had to call Baltimore County Police, and the man was arrested for trespassing. He was released. They did not specify any other charges against him.

So I—that's creepy. Was it a clown that came out of the sewer? That's all I want to know. I cannot believe the article did not say.
