This is the Truth Network. Learn more at TruthNetwork.com. Welcome to Truth Talk Live. All right, let's talk the truth is. I can't hide it, I can't hold it.

A daily program powered by the Truth Network. This is kind of a great thing, and I'll tell you what. Where pop culture, current events, and theology all come together. Speak your mind. And now, here's today's Truth Talk Live host.

is another great awakening Possible. Mm.

something you think could happen. That is the question today on Truth Talk Live. And we being live means we would love to have your view on that. We would love you to call us at 866-348-7884. It's the number to call in and share your viewpoint on that.

Is another great awakening possible? 866-348-7884 here in the studio with me, as I'm sure you're not shocked to know, would be Dr. Date the Word Carson himself. And we have a very, very special guest, right, Doc? Yes, yes.

And go ahead and introduce Jay. We have Dr. Jay Strack and his wonderful wife, Diane. Jay and Diane, welcome to Truth Talk Live. Thank you.

We're excited. And I got two of my uh who are my heroes. I know what the date is. And of course, Stu's ministry stirred a lot of us.

So What a great combo. We're pumped to be a part of this great emphasis. Yes, and we are asking this question today. is another Great Awakening. Can we have something that took place in the seventeen hundreds when this coun crunchy crunchery was started, that will bring us back to a refocusing on who God is and what he wants for us.

And but before we dive in with Jay and Diane, I just want to say to our listeners, today is a monumental day. As I am looking at my friend Robbie Dilmore, because he's back in the studio. We're not doing this from him, he's not sitting at home. His wife is able to drive, and for you that have been praying for him, he is doing better. And today we are able to do the show face to face.

And I got to tell you, that's a joy. Um, so back to you, Robbie. Oh, it is a joy. It is an amazing joy. And for us, Doc, it's a bit of a reunion because Jay uh hosted this trip to Israel that we went on in December.

And um life-changing. Yeah, absolutely life-changing. And it points back to that that you know. The necess How necessary the original Great Awakening was. And here we are with this opportunity and a huge event that is coming up right now, you know, just around the corner.

Is it May 17th in Washington? Maybe the 17th. Rededicate 250, a national jubilee of prayer, praise, and thanksgiving. And Our listeners, our guests today are I mean, they are in the trenches when it comes to this event. And so, Jay, Dan, we toss it to you.

Tell us about what in the world is going to happen in DC on May the 17th. Hey, Bull, thank you. This is Diane. I want to tell you, I'm so excited about May 17th because the whole mission and the foundation of this. is pure and genuine.

And that is that we as Americans Would walk together through the National Mall in Washington, D.C., as a testimony to the nations, as a fulfillment, one of the fulfillments of Matthew 24, that as a testimony to the nations, it talks about preaching the word that as we walk and pray, we are proclaiming not only praise to our Lord, but also a dedication of America to believe in prayer. and to believe in faith. And so To me, this is one of the most exciting times in history, a day that we can be a part of. Is having an opportunity, like you said, can it happen? Of course it can.

With God, all things are possible. But you know, I read that patriotism also means that participation, but Prayer means participation. And praying together, as we read all through Scripture. Praying together is not only important, not only strong, but it is. Gives glory to God and shows the world and the nation unity.

So I'm excited about that. I mean, I'm like overly excited.

So I hope to see everyone there on May 17th. Yeah, and it's right around the corner 'cause we're talking about a week from Sunday, which, by the way, this Sunday is Mother's Day, if you didn't know. Yes, yes. Time to start making some plans for that, too. Get get that one down.

But what, you know, what an opportunity uh uh you know two You know, take part in what God's doing. You know, there's no better place to be than where God's doing something, and He's doing something again a week from Sunday, you know, on the on the mall there at Washington, D.C. And I don't know about you, Doc, but I happen to be there. Um For the million man That was done, I don't know. It was a number of years ago, but it was one of the moments I'll never forget as long as I live to have that many people praying together all at the same time.

We completely filled That entire area that she's talking about, it was packed. Were you there? I sent people. It was one of those. I had to send people from Liberty to it because of other responsibilities.

Sometimes you have to stay in the trenches. I get it. I can't. But we had people there, and it was monumental, no question about it. And that's what we're looking for with this.

To be another monumental moment. We're celebrating 250 years. of independence. And uh I I was just uh uh with uh Moms for Liberty, and they were talking about David Barton, Tim Barton, about how important the Declaration of Independence is. We don't mark our Date of birth with the Constitution.

We mark our date. Of ind of a country. Her birthday is 1776. And so this is a rededication of 250 years to say what it was then we want now. Right.

And now I just think about what it feels like to be part of what God's doing. It's one thing. you know, to be out there, you know. Praying, but when you really feel like, man, God is in the middle of this, and you know, this is something that God dearly wants. Um And we can be part of what he's doing, regardless of what that may be.

So, again, listeners, I would love, what do you think? I mean, when you hear this idea and this idea of another great awakening, or what really happened back there, what are your thoughts? 866, the number to call in and share, and we really would love to hear. 866-348-7884. 866-348-7884.

Not to mention it'd be really fun for me, because I haven't had a chance to take a call on Truth Talk Live for over a month. To just press that button to get you on. But it's it's amazing stuff, Doc. Yeah, and Dr. Strach, I was at an event with you on Friday night.

We were celebrating 52 years of your ministry, but they showed a clip, several clips, of you preaching years ago. And I was struck by a statement, and I just wanted you to maybe drill down on it. You said, how could we go to bed dry-eyed? Knowing the condition of our country, Uh why would you think that about our country, that we should be weeping for our country. You know, well, thank you, Duane.

Thank you for being a part of that. That was a moving night for Diane and I. The Lord has given us a lot of opportunity. You know, sometimes you look up in your life or your ministry and you go, Lord, what's next? What would you have us do?

Is there another door you want us to go through? And this tremendous emphasis. on the National Mall, may seventeenth, It is so organic, and that's the thing I pray everybody will sense. You know, there's a lot, you know, Washington, D.C. is the nation's capital.

Well, can I be honest? It's my capital. It's your capital. It's our capital. And when we say, well, you know, America needs to be great again and America, yes, we need to make America great again.

And so let's personalize this. What's the date? Please. You want a date. Here's the date.

May 17th. It's a day. It's a place. Wow. Unfortunately, Jay, we got to go to a break.

We will be right back. We would love your calls. 866-348-7884. Welcome back to Truth Talk Live. Today how fun is another great awakening.

Possible? That's the question of the day that we would love you, the listeners, to call in and share your thoughts on the whole idea. of of what does it even mean, what actually might have happened. Maybe you've seen you went and saw A Great Awakening, you know, put out by Sound and Sounds that came out in theaters here about a month ago.

Well, the great news is it's available. tomorrow morning at twelve o'clock on Prime. If you've been wanting to see what that is, or maybe you have a view of that that you know was changed. Yours was changed, right, when you saw the movie, right?

Well, I had a idea about George Whitfield. I've done some research on him. But the idea of him and Ben Franklin and then how Whitfield influenced the nation, but he really influenced Franklin. And one of the reasons we open every Congress, every morning Congress opens with prayer is because of Ben Franklin. He does that because of George Whitfield.

And Just an incredible movie. Um You must be born again. That was the theme of George Whitfield. I spent more time in the saddle than he did walking because he had to ride. Didn't get to get an airplane or an Uber.

He had to ride a horse from town to town. And 80% of Americans back in the 1760s got to hear him preach. And uh it set the tone for liberty. And you know what happened. Right?

It changed the course of this nation. Yes. It changed the course of history. I mean, so many things happened as a result of what God did. And believe me, you know, all these people praying made a huge impact.

And now we in our generation, for such a time as this, you have a week from Sunday, the seventeenth. And this opportunity that That we're now being You know, disseminated this opportunity to take part in this. And so if somebody wanted to do this, Jay, what's the next step?

Well, I love the way you teet it up, my brother, because Whitfield, one of my favorite quotes of all time. As he says. The fundamentals of the faith are bone of my bone. Flesh of my flesh. And I love the way when you brought up about the movie, how he went by horseback and literally was in the saddle.

You and I have a chance on the seventeenth to join hands. with our brothers and sisters. And I want it to truly I'm praying. I want it to be a rainbow out there. I want it to be purple out there.

I don't want any red. I mean, you know, I want us to be there for once to honor what God has done in our country. And we need to be their brother and sister. And we all need to be there. And let's just walk them all.

and the fundamentals of our faith. It leads to our prayer, it'll lead to our singing, it'll lead to us encouraging each other on that walk. And as we just humble ourselves, I mean, we're all going to DC, and it's not about who do I get my picture with or am I going to get am I going to be one of those speaking? I don't believe the thing I love about this date Is it came about so organically when we obviously the date was there, but the desire to honor on that day to rededicate 250 years of God's calling on our nation and for us to humble ourselves.

So I believe. What Whitfield did was a game changer. But I can you imagine? If by somehow by the grace of God We all gave up a day. and went And I don't know how far we can walk, and I don't know how crowded it'll be.

But I want to hold my wife's hand and hold somebody's hand, and let's walk together united. The day is the seventeenth. The place is our national mall. And guess what? The people.

If my people who are called by my name So I don't know who all will be there. But I'm praying the people of God. And you know, we've got it's on a Sunday, and Stu, you know, and Dwayne, you know how committed pastors are and they have to be and shepherds. But do you know there could be a time when every single church says, We want to join in prayer. With our brothers and sisters that are able to be at the National Mall.

And that church. and report. That our 350 people we were praying. We took that time Sunday morning and asked God to visit us again.

So, my prayer is simple. Please don't settle. Please don't continue to be stale. Please don't get discouraged and get stalled out. But let's ask God to stir us.

And if every pastor would take time On the 17th. and join in spirit that congregation. with those that are praying in the national mall. And I believe together. we could change our nation.

God can do What we can't do. And I'm telling you, and we saw it on that trip to Israel. You know, we saw what happened when people wanted to fight anti-Semitism and stand with Israel. And I want to tell you, the greatest gift we can give Amer that we can give Israel is a strong America. A united Contrary.

So May 17th is our day. And it's freedom250.org. Please. Pen, pencil, lipstick, mascara, write that down, freedom250.org, and there'll be all kinds of instructions, details, and suggestions. And we look forward to seeing you there and joining in spirit.

And one very important thing is that when you go to that page, you are able to sign up your church and say this day, May 17th, our church is going to pray for America. And in doing so, you will register and be part of that day, and we will be marking you down as one who came together on May 17th for Rededicate 250. As we all proclaim, blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.

Well, I'm on the website right now. And I love that you have highlighted freedom250.org. You come down and the very thing you were saying, Dr. Strack, join with neighbors and friends from every state in the union. Uh yeah, and I you know, I was thinking as I was listening, you know, how fun As a church, let's have a road trip.

You know, there's nothing like those, you know, honestly, the trip on the bus as you all get together and you make it down there, you know, it strengthens community when you spend time like that together on an actual adventure, right? And then when your church is all, you know, two or three buses pull up and you guys all get out and it'd be something your church will never forget. And and just like You know, you You have this opportunity to take part in what God is doing. And so, you know, there's all sorts of opportunities depending on how. God gives you the vision.

And so one of the things we can do is clearly, Doc, just pray. That God will get a hold of our hearts about what He wants us to do on this day, right? Yeah. And it's going to be a beautiful day. I'm not going to do it.

You know, I think it all comes down to each one of us as an individual. Am I willing? To put the Lord first, am I willing to humble myself? Am I willing to try to rearrange my day?

So whether I can pray with my Search family. In the building, or I love the idea of a road trip. Or if, and by the way, you could all live stream a a clip, which would be awfully exciting to share. You know, here we are and give the name of your church and we're gathered and we're rededicating on two fifty. You know, we're making this year our year.

And I promise you, when God's people humble themselves, He promises. that He will lift us up. In our nation, we need healing. We need strength. We need unity.

And I promise you, and I'll say this real quick without acting like I was in one meeting or another, but can when you get gathered and you find out people came about this. For one reason, to honor the Lord Jesus. Yeah, we've got to go to another break. We would love your calls, your ideas, 866-348-7884. We might even find out if there's a verse for 517.

I'm just guessing. Welcome back to Truth Talk Live. Today's question. Which I am really excited that somebody's going to call in, is another great awakening. Possible.

866-348-7884-866-348 7884, and since I'm sitting across from Dr. Date the Word himself, I know you're thinking, Doc, there has to be a verse for 517 that would be appropriate under this circumstance. Is there?

Well, when we read that this is going to be a day of prayer. prayer, a national jubilee of prayer. I was like, well, of course it is. It's 1 Thessalonians 5:17. Pray without ceasing.

And you know, I even believe Dr. Strack already knew that. That the moment he saw 5:17, he's thinking, 1 Thessalonians 5, 17. And I got to believe too, Doctor Strack, you were thinking Second Corinthians 5, 17. That's probably a verse you have shared in many of Crusades and revivals.

Well, that is one of the great verses and promises of all time. That old things can pass away and all things can become new. And just imagine what would happen in our country. If we would humble ourselves and pray together, and ask the Lord to help us put these old ways Aside. And let's ask God to do something new and fresh in our country.

And I'm very grateful, national leaders. from both sides of the aisle. I'm very grateful for all the military men and women who have paid such a great price. for our country in service. I'm so grateful for all the pastors that are going to leave ego and logo, you know, we're going to leave it on the bus.

And we're coming to humble ourselves And so, Dwayne, you said it well. Man, old things can pass away, and behold, He makes all things. And Whitfield Had a rough background. And God turned him inside out. And this is just a time for us to humble ourselves.

And to pray. And the seventeenth. Is a day that could be a defining moment in our country. Please don't do what sometimes we've all done. I wish I would have been there.

You know, man, wouldn't it have been cool? I wish I could have been a part. And you know what? I know it's not three months. No, I wish we all need more time to plan, make arrangements.

But I'm just saying, Lord. Help me. Be a small part of what you long to do. And I know if I'm willing to do my part and be there and walk that mall and join hands with those and humble myself. There's no telling what God will do.

And I look forward to seeing all of you. I look forward to seeing Doing the waying. And especially Duane, maybe he'll have time to, you know, come up with some other verses. But it'll be an exciting day.

Well, you know, the thing that kind of blows me away is that it's going to be an awesome opportunity to hear.

Some amazing speakers what you're talking about lined up Marco Rubio and Um Yeah, Jay, tell us some of the speakers. That we'll be sharing God's word because there is going to be some. Proclamation of the word. You just don't get revival without the preaching of the word. Whitfield preached.

So, who are some people that will be speaking?

Well, you know, our Speaker of the House is a very humble, godly man. Yes, he is. And in this day and age, with sometimes a lot of tension between the parties, I know he's gone the second and third mile trying to be that one that could be a unifier. Mike Johnson's gonna share his testimony. Pete Hesse is going to share Secretary of War his testimony.

Dr. Ben Carson. Uh I could talk uh an hour about Dr. Carson. and his stand and his Spirit.

And one reason we have some that are on, you know, serving right now politically in high positions. is because When Ben but Carson was running. His spirit. was contagious. And he touched many of those.

Who are now serving in the cabinet and other significant places.

So, we not only have Medal of Honor recipients, but we also have Cardinal Dolan is gonna be there. What an incredible bishop he has been. Franklin Graham will be there. Uh Jack Graham will be there, Frank Jensen Franklin. And one of my favorites, Rabbi Meyer, will be there.

And I'm saying Rabbi Meyer because his last name gives a dyslexic all kinds of challenges. But he is such a man of God and such an incredible spirit. And Sammy Rodriguez will be there. Uh Jonathan Falwell got to see him the other day and Begin talking about how Dr. Jerry Falwell, old time gospel hour, helped me get started.

But Jonathan Falwell will be there. Eric Metaxas is going to be there. and Sissy Graham and Andy Frank and and then the military uh bands, choirs and ceremonial units will be there and will be played.

Now this is going to start at 8 a.m. on Sunday morning. But you don't have to be there at 8 a.m. But it started at 8 a.m. It concludes it goes to 7 p.m.

So all day long, there's gonna be so many different things happening. From the prayer walk. And yes, there's James 5:17, where Elijah, just like us, he prayed. And he prayed for the weather to change. And people say the weather, you can't change the weather.

Well, Elijah changed the weather. And so the reason we're praying is we believe God can change our hearts. And we just got to have that mindset and pray fervently. Um But that can be done as you walk the mall. And and these great speakers and then the military bands.

Uh tell us more about that.

Well, we've got a lot of significant college choirs and orchestras coming. But I'm really pumped about the United States Navy band is going to be there and the President's own Marine Band is going to be there. Liberty Worship Collective will be there. And then there's what's called the fanfare trumpets of the armed forces. And, you know, to be honest with you, Dwayne, this reminds me of you, the bagpipes, you know, all that air and all but the bagpipes from the United States Air Force.

Will be there. And Dwayne, you said something that really is right spot on. Uh some years ago a lot of unrest in the in our nation's capital. And the Lord moved on Diane. came up with this idea.

And uh called She Loves Out Loud getting women to pray. And honey, I know you're passionate about this date. You grabbed Wayne the other night and said, What are we doing for the seventeenth? But it I know you, that's your heart, your spirit.

Somebody said to me today, well, aren't you worried about people coming and putting up signs and all of this? And in my mind, I keep thinking these people that are full of hatred and full of division don't know what we know. They don't know that Christ forgives sin and restores lives. They don't know that. They don't know that there is healing in his name.

They don't know that. They don't know these things. And so for this testimony to go out as we pray as a nation, unified together from all different denominations, rabbis, Catholics. Baptist, non-denominational, as we come together in one name. the name above all names, and we say to people in love.

At the 2 Corinthians 5:17, there's always room in every life for another story. Always. And that's what we want them to understand is we don't hate them. We're not mad at them because they don't agree with us. We want them to know what we know.

He loves it. unconditionally and he can heal your life. And so for me, May 17th is about that. It's about Giving praise to God in a genuine heart, and people see it. They'll see it on TV, they'll see it on social media, they'll see it around the nations.

This is a genuine love for a God that has personally And intimately intersected these people's lives. And I want to know him. And that's my My goal. That's absolutely beautiful.

Now I was thinking about Genesis Um chapter 24, Doc. Verse 60 is a blessing that Rebecca's family gave him. And it really I think goes to this day, this particular blessing. I don't know if you've heard it or thought about it much, but it says, Thou art our sister, and be thy the mother of thousands of millions, and let thy seed possess the gates. of those who hate them.

Mm.

And that word ate them in Hebrew is a fascinating word. It could actually be those who are changing. It could be hey, hmm. But it's it's not just the regular like haters, it's it's people that are disturbed in their spirit and they're e y y you know, the idea of it is prayer changes that. And it's kind of neat that the seed of millions, right, of Rebekah, which if we're grafted into Israel, it's part of the picture.

Right? Yes. We're going to possess if you're down there on this You know, mall Okay. You know, this United States, you know, right there. There's the gate.

And you're going to possess that gate. And that gate, if God's there. You know, the the you know, you outnumber if it's just 10 of you. You know, that I just love that verse. I couldn't, it just came to my mind as I was thinking about.

What I just heard, and I'm just sitting there amazed at what God is clearly doing. I keep going back to The Charlie Kirk assassination So much hatred Well, there was a man One day watching Stephen A man in the Bible, Acts 7, for you listeners. He's watching with Enjoyment. Stephen being killed. His name was Saul.

But we don't know him at Sol. We know him as Paul. because he had a 2 Corinthians 5, 17. He got saved. Old things were passed away.

All things became new. And that's all of our stories. He kind of wrote the book. He kind of wrote the book. We are all Saul's.

So those people who show up hating, I'm looking at them going, well, At some point, you're going to become a Paul. You're going to get saved because we don't hate you. You may hate us like Saul hated Christians, but when God invades, Oh my.

So, is it even possible? You've got listeners got to be involved here. We've got a number to call. It's 866-348-7884. 866-34TRUTH.

If you're digitally gifted, and you can do that one, we would love to hear from you. We'll be right back with a whole lot more. Is another Great Awakening possible? Yeah. By all the needs, May 17th, a week from Sunday.

Be there. Welcome back to True Talk Live. Today's question. And I'm I'm really excited about your answer. And I can only get excited if you call us, by the way.

Is another great awakening possible? 8666. 3487884866. three four eight seven eight eight four No, it doesn't have to be the answer to that necessarily, but your thoughts about what we're talking about on May 17th or the original. A great awakening, or maybe you've seen the movie and you want to tell people: look, man, you need to go on Amazon and get this thing because it's going to be available at midnight tonight.

And I'm terribly excited about it because I was in the hospital when the movie came out. You didn't get to see it, Danita and I did. And oh my goodness. And Jay, you know, you talked about, I mentioned earlier about going to bed with your eyes wet, weeping. I don't know how many times I start crying during that movie.

Just thinking about this is the God we serve who changes lives. And that's what we're praying for. We're not looking for some, quote, political movement. We're looking for a spiritual movement. We want to see people re-engage with a God of their, that is their Creator, who wants to be their Father.

And that's what this is all about. On the website, and Jay mentioned it, freedom250.org. Please go to that because there's so much information there. Just as Diane said, you can register your church to join in all 50 states in prayer because you may not be able to get there, but you can join. Online, you can do this through the website, and then your church.

Can be praying this coming Sunday after next, May the 17th, and join with neighbors and friends from every state in the Union. That that's what a what an appeal. Jay, did you come up with this idea?

Well If there was any way I could take credit for it, I would do it. But when especially you were talking about the movie and Whitfield. Uh you know I've Okay. I've given my story for a long time, but I always used to say, you know, guys, I. I didn't even cry when old Yeller got shocked.

You know, I didn't cry when Lassie ran away. I'm going, man, somebody tie that dog up. I mean, I. I didn't know how to cry because of all the nonsense and pain I think that I'd gone through. But I'm telling you, when you watch that Whitfield movie, I don't care.

Uh, if you're chiseled out of stone, it's gonna bring some tears to your eyes, and by the way. What really helped Whitfield was John Wesley and the Holy Club, right? Say when Whitfield felt so unclean and felt like he didn't belong and And you know, there was no way God, I mean, it was their love and mercy and kindness. You remember that scene. that led Winfield to know Jesus as the Savior.

And I believe the reason We need to get back to what we were Is because God used Whitfield to help us. in the birth of this nation and the formation of our nation. And God used Whitfield, obviously, to touch Benjamin Franklin.

So please watch that. It's going to be available starting tonight. Please watch that movie. Get your children, your friends to watch it. But this may seventeenth date It could change our history.

This is a hinge moment. And Stu, you've been involved with ministry, you've been involved with. Making sure that everybody could have access to hearing the good news of the gospel. You've always made things available where folks could call in and ask any question. And I hope and pray you'll do that now, not that we think we have all the answers.

But uh we know what happens. When people open up their heart and say, you know, I'm really struggling with this, or, You know, I'm interested in what's going on May 17th. Can I really be a part of that? Will that really be a game changer? And I believe it will be, but I believe every one of us are going to have to do our part and say, Lord, here am I.

You me.

So make that phone call, ask that question. And we all had a good time on that trip to Israel, over a thousand pastors. And boy, we really tried to stand with Israel with all the anti-Semitism going on. But you know, there's a lot going on in our country, and one thing I'll say, and I know there's so many others that we need to hear from, but You know I pray that may seventeenth. Will be the healing of the crack in the Liberty Bell.

And the Liberty Bell's a great symbol And it's had that crack for a long time. And there it's pretty symbolic. America, we know, we believe it's the greatest nation in the world. We love our country. But we also know we've got some cracks.

And we need Second Chronicles seven fourteen. My people. You know, whales humble themselves and pray. God said, I will hear their. I will hear their prayers and I will heal.

their sin and there'll be cleansing. And my prayer is May seventeenth will be We're going to be able to heal the crack in the liberty bill in our nation, and God will begin to make us one. Yeah, that's beautiful. Absolutely. When you think about That it was God that raised up Whitfield with this phenomenal gift that he had of not only.

you know, expressing God's word, but he had a voice. He had a voice and he used his voice. And and and that's where a lot of us we have something we want to say, but we're not saying it. And we need to be um vehicles for the Lord to flow through. and be ambassadors that speak his truth.

Um Listeners, the other night I was at Dr. Strack's celebration and he gave a book. Uh Jay, I'm holding my hand. Americans Who pray? You gave us that book, Uniting a Nation in Faith and Freedom.

And I've opened it up, I've started reading through it, but I was captivated because usually right off the bet, the first things you get are some of the best. And it opens with Steve and Jackie Green, co-founders of the Museum of the Bible. A prayer for America. And their prayer comes from Psalms 124 verse 8. Our help is in the name of the Lord who made.

heaven and earth. And I just, I'm captivated with that thought. America has got to get back to our help. Is not found in a man, it's not found in a political system, it's found in the Lord. And that's what this day is all about, isn't it?

Well, you said it beautifully, and I'm going to put my bride on the spot. Because She fell in love. With this project. You know, that painting of George Washington on his knees in the snow has been used. The Lord used it in President Trump's life when he was still in the tower, Trump Tower.

And so I know God has used that painting. And Diane has been a part not only of the book that you referenced. But that painting is now hanging in the Bible Museum, I believe, honey, and that's still there. Yeah. You know, one thing is you talk about Whitfield that we actually just learned ourselves.

If you know Jay's story and all that he's been through and and uh the everything that's happened in his life, we just learned that his great, great, great grandfather was a a circuit riding preacher.

So what this May 17th about is generations. being shown the genuineness of a relationship with Christ. And so though Jay had not seen it and a generation almost missed it, God brought it back. because he was honoring the prayers and the works of those who had gone before. And that's what May 17th is about.

We are honoring those who came 250 years ago and declared, we are going to be a part of a Christian nation and we are going to claim freedom. And you know, uh I read in this book, Dwayne, did you read the the um Lo the note from Kevin Thorbo, the author. Where he talked about the actor, I'm sorry, where he talked about what Christ had done in his life and what he believed for our nation. Uh I just want to read you that scripture really quickly. But I know you're about to close, but He says, live as people who are free.

This is 1 Peter 2.16 he chose. Live as people who are free, not using your freedom as a cover-up for evil, but living as servants of God. May 17th is about declaring freedom, freedom in Christ, freedom from sin, freedom from hate. freedom from opinion and going Freedom to believe in truth. freedom to believe in prayer.

Freedom to live by faith. And so coming together. is a testimony, as I said, to the nations. This Is who we are. This is what America believes.

And not all that stuff you're watching. Um On social media.

So that's my call. Come join us. Come be a part. If you can't be there, have your church pray that day for America so that we can say to God, we all came together in your name to give you praise. And you know, while you're coming, You get a chance, you know, and you're going to be in DC for a day or half a day or a couple days.

But try to see that picture. It's on display on loan there at the Bible Museum. And it's just so exciting. That book that you referenced, Dwayne. It's got.

uh literally uh it seems like a hundred different Testimonies. And it's Americans who pray, uniting a nation in faith and freedom. And the gracious lady from Houston who owns that painting. Has allowed it to be on display at the Bible Museum of Washington Praying in the Snow.
