The Todd Starn Show. With executive producer Grace Dylan and Lydia. My name is Harry Hurley filling in today for Todd. Todd will be back tomorrow. It's a big news day, and we welcome you to the Todd Starn Show.

My goodness, so much is happening, and there is only 89 days left. Until election day.

However, You really need to do a dot, dot, dot to that because we no longer have Election Day in America. We have election season.

So keep in mind, there are states that are going to be voting as early as 50, 55 days before November 5th.

So you're really looking at it's ridiculous in a way. But there will be people voting within the next month or so. and shortly thereafter, So, to me, that's always pretty wild. But what I do believe Republicans have learned, and there is beyond anecdotal evidence that this is the case. They have learned that You can lose the election.

This is really an important epiphany. You can lose the election before Election Day. There have been many races. A good friend of mine, who should be the governor of New Jersey already, I believe he will be the governor of New Jersey a little over a year from now. Jack Chitterelli.

What Jack Chitterelli learned was he won big. On election day. But he lost the election. And the vote by mail. And The one that I think needs to be doing tutorials on this.

is Governor Ron DeSantis. Everybody in the country that runs a state or any large swath of your um Your region, your state, your region. Should ask Ron DeSantis, Hey, uh can I take you to lunch? Because what did you do in Florida? That you could, number one, win the early voting, win the vote by mail, count millions of ballots, and know the winner.

By ten o'clock at night. On the same day. Do you know we've already heard out of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that it could be more than two weeks before we know who won the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania? How does that inspire? confidence.

See, one of the biggest things in elections is finality. We have to believe That winners won and losers lost. And if you don't believe that, you don't have to be a conspiracy kook or believe that I never got into all that silliness. about machines and stuff like that. That wasn't what was going on.

Two years more before the last general election for president. The Democrats were making sure that the United States was a very important That were ever possible. They had Secretary of State in place. Board of canvassers, and all over the country, they have different names for these things: board of elections, whatever it might be. And for example the With as close as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and now it used to be twenty, now it's nineteen electoral votes.

They lost one in the not too distant past, and that happens. And that's going to happen more and more with all the illegals that have been allowed into the country. Make no mistake about it. The Democrats know exactly what they're doing. People say, oh my god, they're so incompetent.

Well, they are in terms of actually running a country. But in terms of their politics, They are Ninjas. They're nimble, they're fast. Remember in the old days they came up with absentee balloting. In a disproportionate way.

Then, oops, that's not good enough anymore. We can't win with just that. Then it was messenger absentee ballots. Having other people vote for other people. And then, of course.

We got into the vote by mail, the early voting season, and the ballot harvesting. And one of the worst things that ever happened in American voting, the drop boxes. And you no doubt have seen the the videos of people that just stuff. big stacks into these drop boxes and understand we are a country where The Decisions that are made relative to a vote. Judges are very leery.

To ever overturn the results of a certified election or to ever overturn. A person's ballot. You have to have real evidence. Because they're always going to side. Hey, those ballots are in there, and we believe that's the intent of the voter, and away you go.

But I'll tell you one of the things to keep a very sharp eye out. We will know in advance of the election. how the early voting is going. I mean, some people do cross over, but when you if you hear that it's very even or the Republicans have done a much better job in terms of early voting, then you know it's looking really good. Because Republicans will win Election Day.

It is a matter of what is going to happen in the early voting and the vote by mail. And that is where Republicans have to be and I'm told they have fixed this. That's where the and they have the money.

So it's it's a matter of doing the work. Getting it done in fifty States That you don't wind up losing an election. that you have no business losing.

So now we know. Kamala Harris is the Democratic nominee, in case you haven't been paying attention. For whatever reason, they saw the necessity to do it. They actually voted virtually. It's very much in keeping with the Democrats, which I never say Democratic Party.

Because they're not. They're they're they're undemocratic.

So I call them the Democrat Party. Because when you pick a nominee for President of the United States in the fashion that they have. Come on. What's democratic about that? If you want a brief history lesson, And it's a painful one.

Kamala Harris got exactly No delegates. She was out of the race for president. in the year twenty nineteen. She didn't even make it to the year twenty twenty. She didn't even make it to New Hampshire.

She was running eighth in her home state of California. And remember, she had called President Joe Biden a racist in the debate. And then he picked her. to be his vice presidential running mate. And then, what, five minutes before they push Joe Biden out of the election?

They were all Kamala Harris, the whole Peanuts Gallery, all telling us Joe Biden is the sharpest person. He's smarter, he's smarter than Einstein. We can't keep up with him. Karine Jean-Pierre and Kamala Harris and the rest of them. lying to us.

That we couldn't keep up with Joe Biden. He's the smartest one. He's just in these meetings. You should see what we see. And it was always amazing.

That they would see it in private. And yet almost everyone puts their best face on in public. But we never got to see. Carl Lewis run the 100 meters, aka Joe Biden, all throughout the hallways of the White House. Maybe I should say Lyles in honor of the current.

Fastest man on the planet. Olympic champion, one hundred meters. But we were lied. to repeatedly for years. Todd knew it.

You knew it. And then all of a sudden, uh-oh. They see The numbers, And there is absolutely no possible way. that Joe Biden can win So Nancy Pelosi and all his pals. Tell them basically We can do this the nice way, or we can do it the hard way.

In the eleven o'clock hour on the day that Joe Biden left the race for President in that weird letter that did not even endorse Kamala Harris, He came out later and did that. And remember how late Barack Obama was. In terms of endorsing Kamala Harris, he wanted a mini-convention, which you can't deny it. It's proof that he wanted somebody else. See, Harris doesn't win votes.

This is This is if this happens, and I don't believe it will. But just say some Freakishly Scary thing happens. And Harris pulls this off. Think about the path that she would have taken, to the presidency. Not having earned any boats, Any delegates, everything handed.

There is something extremely. un-American about that. And the party that's always talking about democracy and they're going to save the democracy. Part of becoming president is You have to do the work. It's one of the big criticisms of Kamala Harris that she's lazy, doesn't do the work.

And you can see that. Whenever she has spoken, You absolutely know Whether or not she's reading a teleprompter, or in fact, If she's merely Riffing And when she does that, It's Very, very bad. To give you an idea. Why for eighteen days? That's how long it's been.

since she got handed the Democrat nomination. The reason there has been no press conference, no one on one interviews, everything straight from the teleprompter, Totally Handled totally controlled. The reason is And this is not a one-off. The reason that it has to be this way. and they're willing to take the grief, just like Biden was.

Biden is not able to work right now without a teleprompter. And it's apparent. And the June 27th debate when he got politically knocked out, cold. By President Trump. is all the proof you need to know.

But the reason they're willing to take this grief and maybe for the next eighty nine days if they can get away with it. is because this Is what Kamala Harris sounds like anytime she's not reading the teleprompter. Dylan, cut five. And talking about the significance of the passage of time. right, the significance of the passage of time.

So when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time in terms of what we need to do to lay these wires, what we need to do to create these jobs. And there is such great significance to the passage of time when we think about a day in the life of our children. Can you believe that? That was in twenty six seconds. She talked about the significance of the passage of time four times.

And it's it's we could play Yellow School Bus and all this. It's not a one time thing. We're talking about a word salad specialist. At a supreme level. Because the truth is, and it's kind of shocking.

Because she passed the bar exam. She's held certain positions. Local D A Attorney General of California. United States Senator, Vice President of the United States for more than three and a half years. And you would think by accident that you would pick up Some game.

where you could say something that even remotely measures up to something worth listening to. But that's not the case.

So therefore Instead of all the laughing and the silly comments and the things that just make our a very unserious individual, and make no mistake about it. for a number of years now, It's been an open, not even an open secret. It's been wide open. for all to see. Here, read.

They wanted to get rid of her. They didn't want her on the ticket. She's considered the weak link of the administration, and this is with Joe Biden. Who isn't the sharpest pencil in the pocket protector? And yet When Joe Biden has to go?

She is now Margaret Thatcher and Winston Churchill and Albert Einstein and keep going, all rolled up into one?

So, my belief is this. It is true the Democrat media is pushing her like crazy. It's all good all the time. Forget about everything you knew. This is what it is now.

It is suspension of disbelief. But it cannot last. Just as I long said, look, President Trump had a two-month role where, other than getting shot, And even that, from a political standpoint, was There was upside to that, of course. And he handled himself very, very well, courageously, and extremely well. But It never stays.

the same. That's the one thing in life What do they say if you're not changing, you're dying? Nothing stays the way that it is. It always changes. I believe the selection, and we'll talk about him after the break.

I believe the selection of the Minnesota governor, it's it's um Confounding to me. That Kamala Harris, obviously, there must be some. group that runs things. I I can't imagine that she would have picked someone like this. to be her running mate.

There are so many questions that have been raised. The terrible job that he has done running his state. The numbers are awful that he let his state burn for three days? And did nothing?

So, last hour or last half hour, we talked about. Kamala Harris. and the rewrite that's going on with her. Almost not to be outdone. This Minnesota governor, Tim Walls, No tea?

W A L Z Three-term governor of Minnesota? The media, the Democrat media, Just Gushing over him. Calling him folksy and a centrist Nancy Pelosi said he's some middle-of-the-road Democrat, not a liberal. The the Democrat media says he's cuddly. How about making this up?

That he's an ice fisherman. that he carves butter. I mean, this is amazing. It's truly Fantastical. All these wonderful platitudes.

No there there But just a whole lot of platitudes.

Now keep in mind. He has said some truly incredible things. Famously, he has talked about socialism. Rather than me say it, We'll let him tell you in just a little bit. I mentioned Nancy Pelosi saying he's right down the middle, a heartland Democrat.

Now here's the reality. When he became governor, He inherited an eighteen billion dollar surplus. Minnesota was not woke. broke and a joke. when he became the governor, It was financially Very healthy.

During his time as governor, He has taken that eighteen billion dollar surplus that he inherited And he's turned it into a $2 billion. Deficit. All these things I'm sharing with you. are facts, not opinions. The DUI The high-speed chase, the bizarre circumstances, accusations about his military record, a true radical Marxist socialist.

Who let his major city burn for the For three days. and did nothing. Tim Watts A guy that calls illegals Quote New Americans. How about that one? And again, let's hear from Tim Walls himself Dylan Cup won.

But we can get out there, reach out, make the case, and for one thing, don't ever shy away from our progressive values. One person's socialism is another person's neighborliness.

So there you have it. And They can try to say we're moderates and we're not who we are. But just remember, if they win, they will immediately They will campaign like Ronald Reagan. And then they will govern Like Bernie Sanders, or actually Tim Walls, and Kabal Harris, who is actually rated as more liberal. Hard to believe.

Bernie Sanders honeymooned in Russia. And Tim Walls loves China. But to give you an idea. How radical This is the most radical socialist ticket. In the History of America.

In Kamal Harris's own words. Dylan cut two. You know, we have to stay woke. Like everybody needs to be woke. And you can talk about if you're the wokest or woker, but just stay more woke than less woke.

And the laugh, of course. And she means it.

Now, she won't speak like that, I promise you. For the next 89 days. if they fool enough of the American people in six or seven battleground states in particular. They will speak like that. On the evening of november fifth, or the morning of november sixth.

Now I've mentioned, and I'm sure Todd has, That Kamala Harris is. radical. But that's one thing if we say it. It can be dismissed. We're on the other side.

We're just saying that it can't be true. I think we should nail down the issue Of whether or not Kamala Harris. in the best way possible. Proudly, in her own words, Dylan cut three. And yeah, I am radical.

I do believe that we need to get radical about what we are doing and take it seriously.

So there you have it. The Democrat nominee, the appointed, not elected, appointed Democrat nominee. That didn't win a single vote. is radical. And that's not the fill-in host.

For Todd Starn saying it. It's Kamala Harris saying it. Are they going to cop to the fact that they were in favor of defunding the police? Dylan, cut four. Here's the thing: defund the police.

The issue behind it is that we need to reimagine. how we are creating safety. And when you have many cities that have one-third of their entire city budget focused on policing. We know that is not the smart way and the best way or the right way to achieve safety. She proves how completely incompetent and radical she is.

The Defund the Police movement that was popular for five minutes Every single city, every single county, every single state that adopted cutting the police budgets, cutting the number of police officers, and all of that. Reversed As fast as they could. After the election was over, it was all politics. and it was dangerous, and it got people hurt, and it got people killed. It's disgraceful.

Now When you hear somebody like Tim Waltz say illegals are Quote unquote. New Americans. You know, every illegal that crosses over the border From wherever they've come from, into our country, they've broken three laws by the time they step on American soil. There's no nation on planet Earth. That lets people just walk into your country.

And then we provide the best health care. EBT debit cards, all kinds of housing and other benefits. I mean Gourmet ordering off the menu of hotel food and beverage. It's it's unbelievable.

Nowhere on planet Earth is that done, while at the same time, we mistreat our veterans and other Americans who are underserved. Makes no sense, but it does to them because they want these illegals to be Democrat voters. Make no mistake about it. Illegals are voting in California right now. for local school board.

And you know that's the a la carte entry into then local, county, state and federal, even though the Constitution says you have to be an American. to be able to vote. They don't care. It's like the Paying off the school loans for the people that they choose, only the people that they choose. If you fit into their winners and losers category.

So, when they call illegals new Americans. They want anybody and everybody To vote. as long as they're going to vote Democrat. Don't listen to them to tell you that every vote counts and all of that. Every Democrat vote.

counts. That's the proof there. These are the kinds of folks. that Kamala Harris thinks should be voting in American elections. Dylan cut six.

But people who are convicted in prison, like the Boston marathon bomber, on death row, people who are convicted of sexual assault, they should be able to vote. I think we should have that conversation. You believe that? You better you better believe it. This is what they believe.

How can that be a conversation? What was that guy's name, Sarnaev? I don't even know. I'm ashamed I even remember his name. That guy should be voting?

Because he's in in an American prison? He should be voting in an American election? For the leader of the free world? For the president of the United States? Sure, because they believe.

That These murderers and rapists and terrorists, like the Boston marathon bomber, that they are Democrat voters. Wow. Let's take a listen to Lee Zeldon, who came very close and hopelessly. If you ever want to know the definition of cognitive dissonance, New York There is your poster child for it. Lees Eldon, who came as close as you can come to winning with the liabilities that he had just being the Republican nominee.

What a campaign he ran. Kathy Hokul is terrible. Lee Zeldon ran a heck of a race. And he's talking to CNN about some of this madness. Dylan cut eight.

And I would say, you know, as far as the weird. argument and keep throwing this weird around. I mean, he was signing legislation that was requiring taxpayer funded distribution of tampons and voice bathrooms in elementary schools.

So if you want to go there and we're going to start having a debate about weird, I mean, it's not like he has clean hands here. That I would say Lee Zeldon qualifies as weird. But remember, what they're very good at What these Democrats are good at. Karl Marx, Saul Alinsky. The rules for radicals.

You take. Your Liability And you project it. on to your opponent. For example, did you find it a little bit interesting because Let me tell you something. There is no question about it that Tim Walls knew.

that he was going to be getting a lot of heat. For things about his military record that are not checking out. I'm always very careful when I talk about someone's military service because I always believe that someone's actual record. Is way good enough. I don't know why they embellish it.

And they steal the the honor. It's called stolen valor. I don't know why people do that. But that's what he's being accused of and The National Guard has come out. And they've clarified all this.

He's got to clean this up. He has an issue. involving his military service that he's going at some point to have to say something about, unless this is just suspension of everything that we know to be true, and they're just going to get away with everything. But It wasn't a surprise to me. The other day, might have been yesterday, but if not, it was the day before, when Tim Walls attacked.

J. D. Vance's military service.

Now how do you do that? J. D. Vance, a marine? Deploy to Iraq?

Tim Walls didn't go? J. D. Vance did. Think about it.

Why would Tim Walls attack J.D. Vance? I'm going to tell you why. Everything else I've said to you. completely fact based.

This is my opinion. But I think it's it's a it's a sound reasoned one. What did what Democrats do. Projected what he knew was going to be a problem for him. Oh, you know, this is all, you know, because they count on the fact that they think you're stupid.

which you're not, you're smarter than they are. Yeah. But they're counting on the fact that you're busy working two, three jobs, trying to put food on the table, trying to pay for the high energy, trying to pay for all these exorbitants. costs that have skyrocketed under Biden and Harris. And so if you hear, well, wait a minute now.

I heard that J.D. Vance has this problem, and Walls has this problem. They want to cancel it out. Everybody's got a military problem. Only J.D.

Vance doesn't.

So make no mistake about it. That was strategic. That was Tim Walls on purpose. Criticizing J.D. Vance's military service, which was a disgrace to do.

Because there are no questions. About J.D. Vance. Just this morning, the man who went to Iraq, a command major sergeant, in place of Tim Walls I mean Eviscerated. Tim Walls.

crushed him. Thanked him for his service. and clarified what his service wasn't. And I mean cruel. crushed him.

So he knew he was going to have a problem here.

So he wanted to try to put his stink Or J. D. Vance said it's like everybody stinks. Hang around the garbage can. Everybody smells like the garbage can.

And I knew how incredibly Just ridiculous, he was during the COVID-19 pandemic. I mean, how do you, as governor, with all the authority that you have, how do you let your major city.

Minneapolis. How do you let that burn? For three days, five hundred million dollars in damage. Riots. Fires.

Remember how the Democrat media would call it fiery but mostly peaceful protests? I mean, just outrageous. The first lady of Minnesota talking about opening up the window. and smelling the burning smell of burning tires. How how Transformational, this was.

I mean, my God, this is just. It's unbelievable. It's unbearable. And during COVID-19, Governor Tim Walls. He encouraged neighbors to rat each other out.

If you're walking your dog, you know, life did go on. During a pandemic, You have to walk your dogs. And if you were in your backyard, Whatever barbecuing or playing basketball or whatever in your own backyard, walls encouraging. the citizens of Minnesota to rat each other out. I mean, this is the kind of mentality, but don't forget, though, whether it was Nancy Pelosi getting her hair done when you couldn't.

Or Governor is President Trump would call him. Governor Gavin, new scum. He was dining at the French laundry. These were truly, they thought they were imperial. They loved, they loved the emergency power.

That the pandemic gave them, that they gave to themselves. We can never let anything like that ever happen again. That's it's not America. when they get away with that kind of thing. Joining us right after the break.

Well, always great to be with you. Thank you for having me. Great to be with you, sir. Thanks for all that you do.

Well, now we know. That it is President Trump. And vice presidential nominee, Senator J.D. Vance, against Vice President Kamala Harris. And Governor Tim Walls of Minnesota.

In my estimation, Congressman Norman, I don't say this to be critical, although I think they're wrong about just about everything. This appears to me to be the most hard left of center ticket in modern American history. I think you're right. I don't think there's ever been a time in the history of America where we face two more radical.

Socialistic agenda that the Harris Waltz team will implement. versus Donald Trump and J.D. Vance, who are pro-American, they're pro democracy is the best word I know to put it, and pro freedom. And there are tremendous stakes at risk if we lose this election. It's not going to be easy.

The only thing that I think the preview of coming attractions will be identity politics from from Harris and Walsh. I mean, what have they got to run on? And so you'll see the left, and you'll see the media, and all of the The ones that are getting behind this radical agenda, try to just make it an identity politics. And our job is to ask one question. Do you want the radical ideas implemented even more than the Biden administration is?

And are you better off now than you were? When Biden took office? That's the question. I totally agree, and I agree with all of that, Congressman Norman, and I especially agree with the last point that you made. If you ask the American people to and this is a very rare moment, only one other time in the history of the country could you show the American people in such a short period of time the four years of President Trump, immediately followed by the four years of Biden and Harris, which do you prefer?

Trump Advance, they have to win that every time. Yeah, they have to win it, and they've got to lay out what's at stake here: it's freedom. We lose our freedom. If this takeover by Harrison and Waltz is allowed to be implemented. And I think the American people are going to answer it.

The good news is, I think. They feel it in their pocketbooks now. I mean, tell me, as I ask one of my Democrat friends, name me ten things that are good that you like about what's happened. when he couldn't do it, I sort of named me five. And then when he came up with drug price relief, I said, that's just not true.

The American people are suffering. And they're feeling it, and I think they're going to take it out at the ballot box. But now we're going to have to control the agenda, we're going to have to stay on task with pointing out. Particularly with Waltz. I mean, now that we need to unwrap him for the liberal socialist that he is.

I mean, crime going up 50%. Abortion on demand, which he Which he agrees with. Illegal immigration, voter rights. I mean, you could name a list of them that violate not only our Constitution, but our American way of life. What's extraordinary, Congressman Norman, about Walls and illegal immigration, he doesn't even recognize that there is illegal immigration.

He calls them new Americans. He does, and that's part of the elitist that he is. He's an elitist to really has never had a job. I mean, he's hadn't dealt with real issues that Americans are facing.

Now Kamala Harris is in the same boat. She's really never she's been in politics all her life. And if we allow this to move forward, we got one chance To write the ship. And I think the good news, I think we're going to do it, but it's not going to be easy. And what's President Trump, and God help him, I hope he can get in office.

We've really only got twenty to thirty months to implement this. As you know, he can't run but one term, and the left is intent on bogging him down and doing it through. Weaponization of every agency that they can in the role that they'll be playing. A whole bit. No doubt about it.

On the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line on the Starn Show is Ralph Norman, the distinguished gentleman from South Carolina's 5th congressional district. These are recent headlines about our vice president, Kamala Harris, Axios. NBC News poll, Kamala Harris hits record low for VP net favorability. That was just June 23rd. Newsweek, Kamala Harris approval rating is a 2024 problem.

And then as recently as July 5th, Los Angeles Times, all liberal outlets I'm sharing with you, as you know, July 5th, as Biden flounders, why aren't more Democrats sold on Kamala Harris? Are you even a little bit, you've seen it all, so you're probably not, but are you even a little bit surprised at this rewrite that they are attempting to repackage Kamala Harris in a way that we know is completely fake? No, I'm not surprised at it. I mean, look at the media. They have been complicit.

I mean, give me a break. For the last three and a half years, we've had a leader of the free world in Biden who could not get his find his way off of stage. He could not read a thank-you note on a teleprompter. And Kamala Harris has been right along with that. She's been a part of it and was willing.

to turn a blind eye to it, and who is suffering? America. I mean, it's a scary time. What this country Is undergoing now, and it's all done willfully by this administration and with the intent to transform it into a socialist state. And that's why we've got to stop it.

And every American has got to be activated to. do what they can in the realm that they are in to make sure this doesn't happen. As we both know, the early voting starts in the very near future.

So this is no longer Election Day, it's election season.

So in 30 or so days, some of the states will actually start voting. We're 89 days, as you know, away from November 5th. In terms of the race, President Trump And I mean this politically, he knocked Joe Biden out on June 27th. It was over. It was a delayed sort of reaction to it all, but within whatever that was, two weeks' time or less, Joe Biden's out.

Kamala Harris is in. They were looking to get her off the ticket. They were calling her the worst part of the administration. And suddenly, obviously, because that's all they had, they default on to her, and she's the appointed candidate. What do you think that actually means to the race when you run against one guy, you spend a lot of money, you do so well that it's unprecedented, you knock out the incumbent president and he leaves the race, and here they appoint someone with no democratic process whatsoever.

They just, here you go, you get it now. What do you think of all this?

Well, what they did was trample the Democratic process. I mean, think of the people that support. Campaign dollars, think of the people that were just for whatever reason believed in his philosophy. And look at what they did to him. Yeah.

You know, the nineteenth is when their convention starts. They boot him out. Boy, if a Republican did that, the media would be howling. There you go. The only thing Kamala Harris has done during her administration is laugh.

I mean, to be honest with you, that's all she's done. That's all she can do. She has no firm grasp of explaining anything because she knows how she's perceived, and the polls show it. They're not going to be able to gloss over this. But our challenge is to stay on point, point out a record, and point out, American people, if you're happy with this.

If you're happy with what you've been through, then this is your ticket. And so, but I just don't think they're gonna going to go with that and it's They trampled democracy and what the press never uh brought up or what They continue to try to build her up, there's no foundation to build Kamala Harris or Tim Waltz up that I think the American people will agree with. Couldn't agree more. It is Congressman Ralph Norman from South Carolina on the Todd Starn show appearing on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line on a very busy news day. We'll be visiting with a colleague of Congressman Norman, Congressman Pat Fallon, coming up after the bottom of the hour.

In terms of the race, Going forward, and President Trump is doing a press conference, as you know, in about 45 minutes, live from Mar-a-Lago and Florida. And our vice president, though. It is teleprompter all the way. She cannot deliver any extemporaneous remarks. Or we know what we'll get.

We'll get the passage of time is the passage of time. Of time is passage of passage of time.

So you get the word salad version. They're going to try to just. Do the basement campaign 2.0. Can they get away with that? Congressman.

Well, that's my concern. I got off an airplane. I'm in Wyoming now at a conference, but I got off an airplane with a young lady who was on the Election Commission in South Carolina. And she was saying that during the last election in 2020. The balance came from overseas, supposedly military balance.

And she said, you know what was stark to me? She said, What do you think the percentage of the balance we got in this particular box had 400 in it? She said 90% Biden. 10% Trump. I said, are you kidding me?

So we've got our challenges from for the integrity of the system. And that concerns me. When you shot ninety percent, I mean, I would guess you most Americans would say if you're military, you're 90% for Trump. Which it would have been.

So that's what we're fighting. We've got to have a true election. We've got to have photo voter ID. We've got to enforce it. And we have to get loud.

if as we own all the states in this country, particularly the seven that had trouble, Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan and others. But hopefully, we'll do that and we'll win this election. Congressman Norman, in terms of the vacuum that's been created because our president was clearly not up for the job. He did not have the mental acuity. They denied it.

They lied to the American people. Kamala Harris lied to the American people. They kept telling us, oh, we're in the room with him. You wouldn't believe it. We can't keep up with him.

He's Jack Lelane. He's faster than Carl Lewis. I mean, you know, Hussein Bolt. I mean, nobody can keep up with him. We're exhausted.

He's smarter than Einstein. I mean, they lied to us for three and a half years until they got busted. in an unscripted moment when President Biden demonstrated on june twenty seventh in the debate that he was not up for this.

So what about that? What about liars who lied about lying to us?

Well, and that's part of the media, what they do. They misrepresent, they lie. And they focus on things that just are not true.

Now the American people had a had a front row seat to witness them during the debate. But I mean, with the media now and with with what we've seen just on things where he's had an announcement where he Couldn't name who's in his cabinet. He hadn't met with his cabinet. We let it found out for two years. Nine months.

He just is scary what the guy is. And No, it's changed and the severity of it, I guess, is what you're talking about that's highlighted, because that's what we're facing. And then people discount the media now because it just it's not truth. Final two minutes. Let's double down on this.

Absent president that we've had, and I put Harris in the fold because she was part of the big lie. With wars all over the place, Russia, Ukraine, Iran, if you want to say through their proxies, Hamas, Hezbollah, et al., Houdis at war with Israel. Houdis, as you know, are firing at our ships at levels we've never seen before. I mean, this country is, and the world rather, is a hot mess. It's a tinderbox.

And we had a president of the United States that it is documented did not meet with his cabinet for at least nine months. That is a dereliction of duty, Congressman. Yeah. That's dereliction of duty, just like the invasion at the border is dereliction of duty. And to defend and protect the America, he just isn't doing.

No, it's a dangerous time. And take Israel for Benjamin Netanyahu not to even be acknowledged. I was in the chamber. It's one of the greatest speeches I've heard from anybody were delivered by Benjamin Nett and Yahoo. The only democracy in the Middle East, and this country's turned its back.

It doesn't surprise me because they turn this back on the Americans that were stranded in Afghanistan and died. And the ships that the Hooties are firing on now, that's more to come. That was, that's, this is very. What you're talking about is real, and it's a dangerous situation for this country. I hope and pray.

that something doesn't happen between now and election day that will prevent the election. And it's weak you can't lead from weakness. America has never done this. To this level. And they've surrendered.

And when you surrender, you take the bad things that come with it. And what this what we're dealing with now. Is something that I don't think we can recover from if they're allowed to retain power. And I know we have to go within 30 seconds hard break, but the President of the Senate, as you know, The Vice President of the United States did not. Sit in her seat, did not honor the Prime Minister of Israel when he delivered that joint session of Congress speech.

I thought that was an absolute disgrace.

Well get this, at a Soraki meeting? Yes, yes. Exactly. That's the biggest insult that shouldn't happen. And it's she is an insult as her counterpart is now in Waltz, and hopefully they'll be soundly rejected.

Joining us right now on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line on the Todd Starnes show is United States Congressman Pat Fallon from Texas's 4th congressional district. Congressman Fallon, welcome to Todd's program. Harry, how are you doing? Great to be with you again, my friend. And you know, there's a lot going on.

I want to throw a sidebar, though, out before we go any further, because breaking this hour all over the planet is the fact that the United States Department of Justice, so it's no longer able to be just written off that your colleague, James Comer, you know, or Pat Fallon, or my congressman, and my great friend and yours, Jeff Van Drew, or me, or Todd, it's not us saying it. It is Biden-Harris' Department of Justice saying that a Romanian oligarch. Paid Hunter Biden $3 million basically for no work whatsoever, and the Russian business magnate is going to testify against Hunter Biden, paid $3 million for For what this Romanian oligarch says is United States influence. This matters, doesn't it, Congressman? It absolutely matters.

It's funny, interesting how when it breaks when Joe Biden is no longer the presidential nominee party and along and it won't harm them politically.

So that's one of those things, Harry, when you know the truth. And with the amount of evidence that we were encountered. during this investigation was so overwhelming that to sit there and not be able to connect to very easy dots. to say that this was a crooked influence peddling and access really selling scheme is just absurd. Because the simplest explanation is typically and usually the the best.

And that's what we had here. I mean, Hunter Biden had no ability or skill whatsoever. It's just that his daddy was well positioned politically in the United States. And he made tens of millions of dollars because of it.

Now, it is true Biden's not running, so it's almost like, ha ha ha, now we're going to be honest and say all these things that I'm with you. You didn't say it, but you did say it. That if Biden was still the nominee, I don't know that we would have this official language from the Department of Justice on the table in the very unambiguous way that we now do. But I still say this. Harris isn't completely absolved.

That's the Biden-Harris administration. That stink is on her, too, I say.

Well, not only that, absolutely. But listen, this is my prediction, Harry. I'm going to make a prediction for you and your listeners. Thank you. That once the presidential election And this year is over.

It will be Domini tell all books. From the Biden-Harris administration, about the largest and greatest cover-up in American history, which was. Joe Biden's dementia and his lack of cognitive ability to hold the office. And they all kept quiet because they were all being rewarded. A lot of autonomy in that administration.

So you had a bunch of fiefdoms and princes and princesses, if you will, as if it were the old Holy Roman Empire. No accountability, weak centralized authority. And who's going to be complicit in that? Who was one of the number one co-conspirators? Kamala Harris.

Oh, the way. won't come out to them now because, yeah, they don't want to harm her chances to win. But once she's either won or lost, then those books are going to come smashing out and they're going to make piles of money, and we're all going to be horrified. And Harris is going to have to answer that, and she's going to have to answer to it over the next 89 days because she lied to the American people. She said how with it he was.

There's no issue here. When she would be asked, you know, what's going on, she would say, you know, I'm with him. He is smart. He's on top of everything. You know, we have trouble keeping up with him.

I mean, they just lied about lying. And I'm buying what Congressman Fallon is selling. You're absolutely right about that. It's going to flood in the truth. It's going to be stunning.

Now, what I want to do, because I don't want to let this precious time that we have with you slip by, because you have a very important role with the House Task Force to investigate the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump. I want to start there. We'll get to the border before we run out of time as well. And on the attempted assassination of President Trump, The more we learn, I know this sounds like almost cliché. Oh, the more we learn and more questions, but it's real.

The more we learn, the more unacceptable and completely outrageous this is.

So I've done, Harry, five town halls in the last. Uh three days. And all of them well attended, by the way, like 200 plus people. And we have no holds bar town halls. People can ask whatever questions they want, and I'll do my best to answer them.

And unlike many people watching me, I realize I don't have all the answers, so I do my best. But riddle me this. I've asked anybody, this is what I think. There's only two scenarios here, there's two possible externalities. Either this is an epic historic characteristic.

Catastrophic failure. of the what was supposed to be the most you know, elite protective agency in the world. Or it was they were complicit and or inside job. I don't know of any other scenario. It was either they didn't care and were hoping something bad would happen, were you know, being complicit, or they were just that inept.

Yeah. You know, I've had these conversations as well, Congressman, that you could send your team out there. You know, they didn't seem to communicate very well on the day of the rally. You can have your X number of people. I thought a really good question at one of the hearings from one of your colleagues about they wanted to know how many.

Secret Service agents Joe Biden had versus how many that President Trump had. Just sort of like a baseline thing: if she had 12 and he had four, you know, that'd be good to know.

Now, we know there were the two teams of the counter snipers.

Somehow, this guy gets off eight shots, which is remarkable to me. Citizens are seeing him and saying, hey, there's a guy up there with a gun, but they're not able for some reason. Their radios aren't crystalled, so they can talk. And then, whoever is the dispatcher that should be passing on, hey, there's a guy that's suspicious here. He's got this rangefinder, you know, and now we see him, you know, he's not even trying to get in.

He's on the outside looking in. Hey, now he's up on the roof. I mean, this. I can't believe that the United States Secret Service Agency could be that inept, Congressman.

Well, Harry, Harry, let's unpack this real quickly because there's so much material here. Post. You're telling me that the Entire Secret Service got outmaneuvered and outsmarted by a twenty year old untrained loaner with a week's notice. There you go. Either kid had a weak snow.

And I asked this when I was in interrogating Cheadle. You knew of the Iranian threat to President Trump's life, and you didn't beef up the security to that of a sitting president, which you should have. There wasn't counter surveillance teams on site. There wasn't a counter assault team on site. The comms weren't linked, as you said, crystallized with the locals and state.

You didn't even record the federal comms. You didn't use anti drone technology. You didn't have drones of your own. You didn't mitigate the high ground. The highest structure in the area was the water tower.

You didn't have any up there because if you did, you would have been able to cover the roof. If you had a drone flying, you would have been able to cover the roof. If you had properly briefed And did a walkthrough with the locals. You would have been able to mitigate that and the AGR building would have been secure. There is so many things, and by the way, who approved the site survey?

And how is it documented? Why wasn't there a counter surveillance team on site? Why was AGR building outside the perimeter? Why did you do a local walkthrough? Nobody on the water tower.

Why didn't you do one five days prior, three days prior, and the day of? Who picked out the counter sniper sites? Why weren't the comms recorded? Who over who approved an oversaw on the site survey? Because these people need to be fired.

Oh, there's no doubt. Congressman, United States Congressman Pat Fallon. on the Tots Darn show. And when Cheadle said that it was hot on the roof, and then one other time she said that the angle of the incline, which was actually a friend of mine showed me the actual rules about this, it was not an incline of any remarkable amount. You could put a handicap ramp on that roof.

It was so unremarkable. Then she said that we guarded it from inside.

So if you were inside, you would hear somebody up on a metal roof. Everything I believe she said is a lie. She she when I questioned her, that's what I 'cause I remember seeing that in the EBC News interview. And that's why we have satellite there's a company that does this for roofers and insurance companies.

So we had them measure the AGR roof for us. We got a full 68-page report prior to me questioning her. And it was a 112 roof, which means it goes up. For every Foot it goes from horizontal, it goes up one inch vertical, one twelve. It's almost flat.

She put her countersn she said that was too dangerous to put snipers up there or or even uh secret service personnel. But she put her counter snipers on a three hundred twelve, which was which was steeper. Exactly. And a one hundred twelve, as you said, is A D A compliant.

So, what she said was a bunch of bonk. I call it cow dung. I didn't know that. A friend of mine called something you can say over the radio. Congressman, a friend of mine who builds homes told me that you couldn't even legally put a dimensional shingle roof on that building because there's not enough of an incline.

So, everything you've been lied to, but you already know that. One of my favorite questions from you or one of your colleagues when Cheadle was asked about the Oh gosh, I got to remember it now. There were so many things. I'm going to have a moment where I can't remember what I was just about to say.

Well, I'll come back to that. I'm sure I'll think of it before the interview ends. But. You know what was remarkable to me? She came.

She either was unprepared or purposely evasive, maybe a combination of both, and then. She quits the next day. She offered nothing that day. She didn't know anything. And how about this?

Could you ever be the director of the Secret Service? And a President of the United States is shot, another man is killed, two other people seriously wounded, and you have an assassination attempt, and people dead, person dead, people hurt, and she didn't even go to visit the site. How about that? What what what the your listeners need to know is Most of what we have learned about july thirteenth to date. is from personal contacts that we all happen to have with Secret Service and FBI agents.

Not official they haven't officially told us a lot yet. Which is obscene considering that I'm sitting on the oversight committee as a member of Congress and I oversee the FBI and the Secret Service.

So now we have the task force, which the speaker appointed me to. And this is not going to be like the Warren Commission. We are going to get answers. There you go. And if we don't, I will sing from the rooftops that it was a bunch of BS whitewash.

Because I wa I asked Cheeto, how why did or when did she go to the site?

Now I knew the answer, which was she hadn't gone because of a whistleblower. And so she didn't go to the site for nine days. And then I asked her, when did you talk to the team that was there, the chief service agents? Which you would have thought was fifty minutes fifteen minutes after it happened. Did you talk to him that day?

No. I talked to him the next day. That was a lie. She did talk to him for 72 hours. I know.

Reminded her she was on her oath, and then she went habita haba hoopa. I mean, that is obscene. But she did have enough time to go to Aspen. She did have enough time to go to Milwaukee to the RT. Imagine not checking in on your colleagues, your subordinates, just to make sure, how are you doing?

I mean, how shook up they must all be, how sad they must be that their agency failed like hadn't happened since 1960, 63, rather. And the question that I. Whiffed on a few minutes ago that was one of my favorite moments of the questioning of Cheadle. She was asked, You were offered a drone. And you didn't fly it.

But yet the the shooter flew his drone. Cheadle said that they didn't have enough bandwidth.

So one of your great colleagues said, Well, how did the shooter? Have the bandwidth to fly his drone, but you didn't have. I say they turned down the drone. And she was lying.

Well, we're going to find that out. And if she's lying, we should prosecute her for perjury. Yeah, and there's there's no doubt. Why would you not fly a drone? I mean, the the like you laid out beautifully how much information you get from having that aerial surveillance.

Who would turn that down?

Well, clearly, they did. And this is the problem. It's one thing, you can make one or two mistakes. And that may allow a bad guy to get on a roof. Yeah.

And that's, but they made like 18 mistakes. It was just one after another and after another. And that's why I'm going to tell you something, Harry. Of these town halls I've had, most of the audience is absolutely. Absolutely convinced.

They were complicit. I'm just telling you a perception's real, that's what I t was taught in the military. The people out there, there are tens of millions of people that so have lost so much trust. with these agencies, DOJ, FBI, now Secret Service, That they think that they're capable of literally, you know, being co-conspirators in a murder. It has got to be a good idea.

Congressman Fallon, we're in the final minute, and here's a tough one. Because I have such respect for law enforcement. I'm an identical twin brother of a career retired police officer. I have just nothing but respect for military, paramilitary. I don't want to believe this, but.

The new acting Secret Service Director said that the counter snipers never saw. Crooks. Until he shot, and that they then took him down with one shot within 15.2 seconds of him shooting. Is that believable? Hard for me to believe it, to be honest.

But what we're going to do, what's the goal here? What is the goal here, Harry? is for us to get so granular on our task force. that we talk to every local, state and federal law enforcement officer individually. And ask all about what happened really between January, or I'm sorry, July 3rd and July 13th.

Let's Specificity on the 13th. But then make sure that they're aware that if they want to talk to us privately, they have whistleblower protection. We need to get to the bottom of this. And we need more answers. I want to be left with answers and not more questions.

We can stretch one minute, Congressman Fallon. Give us a quick minute on the border, because Kamala Harris went from she wasn't the border czar to now saying that she's doing a better job on the border than President Trump did. Give us a minute on that.

Okay, most absurd statement we've had all day. Agreed. President under President Trump The illegal crossings from Mexico and the northern tribal countries of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador. We're approximately $1.8 million in his four years in office. Then Kamala Harris and Biden come in, and Biden says, this is your job, mitigate this flood that has been increasing since we took office.

from these four countries. And that number now is four point three million.

So she has failed abysmally, and it's data. There's no spin on that. You can compare. President Trump was in office.

So you can compare the two.

Furthermore, in the entire Trump administration, There were just about 2 million illegal crossings in his four years. Even under Obama, by the way, it was about the same number, about 2 million in his first four years. Under Biden parents, it's $11 million.

So that is not just equivalent. It is a spike because there is a wide open border and it's therefore. Trevor Burrus, Jr.: Those are the numbers. Congressman Pet Fallon, great to be with you, my friend. Thanks, Harry.

Hurley. Hello, John. I'm really enjoying you today. Oh, thank you. I just wanted to say something.

Now I am using common sense here.

Well, we need that. We need common sense. Yes, we really do, because the world is going in a crazy direction, and there aren't all that many people that use common sense anymore. That's true. But let's say, for example, My habs.

Okay. Let's say I needed to maybe put from people. up on top of my roof. But for some reason I was just afraid that maybe, you know, when it slanted or something, maybe they'd fall.

Okay. Right. What is wrong? And I have asked myself this. A million times.

What In God's name, would have been wrong. was putting One Or maybe two. Secret Service people on each side of that building. I Feel that if there had been people with feet on the ground around the building, no one would have ever been able to just walk on up, put a ladder, and start climbing. You see what I'm saying?

Oh, I see exactly what you're saying. How about this? What if you just assign someone who was at one of the other aerial perches to just have a pair of binoculars or scope, and you keep your eyes on that target?

Now, a metal building like that is a challenge. And I hope to have the privilege to speak with you again sometime, Janice. We're going to join President Trump, who just began today's press conference. There's obviously a reason for this press conference. And on the Todd Starring show, we want to give the listeners an opportunity to eavesdrop.

Dylan, take it from here. years took decades to recover from it. And we're very close to that. We're very close to a world war. In my opinion, we're very close to a world war.

We have people that don't know how to handle it. Uh they're not respected. All over the world they're left at And we can't have that. Most dangerous period of time I've ever seen for our country. With that being said, We have somebody that hasn't received one vote for President and she's running.

And that's fine with me. But we were given Joe Biden, and now we're giving somebody else. And I think, frankly, I'd rather be running against somebody else But that was their choice. They decided to do that because uh Kamala's record is horrible. She's a radical left person at a level that nobody's seen.

She picked a radical left Uh Man that is uh He's got things done that he's He has positions that are just not it's not even possible to believe that they exist. He's going for things that nobody's ever even heard of. Heavy into the transgender world, heavy into lots of different worlds having to do with safety. He doesn't want to have. Borders, he doesn't want to have walls, he doesn't want to have any form of safety for our country, he doesn't mind people coming in from prisons, and neither does he, I guess, because he's not.

She couldn't care less. She's the border czar. By the way, she was the border czar 100%. And all of a sudden, for the last few weeks, she's not the border czar anymore, like nobody ever said it. And I just hope that the media becomes.

more diligent, more honest, frankly, because if they're not going to be honest, it's going to be much tougher to bring our country back. We have a very, very sick country right now. You saw the other day with the stock market crashing, that was just the beginning. That was just the beginning. It's going to get worse.

It's going to get a lot worse, in my opinion. And uh Fortunately, we've had some very good polls over the last Fairly short period of time. Rasmussen came out today, we're substantially leading, and others came out today that. We're a leading and in some cases substantially, I guess, MS. NBC came out or CNBC came out also with a poll that was us leading.

And leading fairly big in swing states. In some polls, I'm leading very big in swing states because they want safety. People want safety, they want security, they want respect all around the world for our country. They don't want this this horrible culture that is developing. A culture of no common sense.

It's really a culture of no common sense, and it's not what anyone wants. We want to have a safe country. We want to have a strong military, we want low interest rates, and we want to be able to have the American dream. We want to be able to have our youth be able to buy homes, housing, get good jobs. And we're really just at the opposite right now.

It's so sad to see. But as a border czar, she's been the worst border czar in history, in the world history. I think the number is 20 million, but whether it's 15 or 20, it's numbers that nobody has ever heard before. 20 million people came over. The border in the last during the Biden-Harris administration, twenty million people.

And it could be very much higher than that. Nobody really knows what the number is. Nobody knows. Nobody has a clue. And uh The Godaways, they call them the Godaways.

The Godaways are at numbers somebody was Quizzing me on it the other day. No, no, I don't think so, sir. I don't think so. They have no idea what those numbers are, but they're much higher. Than you would think, just like far more people were killed in the Ukraine-Russia war than.

You have a report? Just like the October 7th would have never happened, Russia would have never hit Ukraine had. The election result been called differently. It was a very bad call, but Russia would not have attacked Ukraine. October 7th in Israel would have never happened.

You wouldn't have inflation. A lot of great things would have happened. But now you have millions and millions of dead people. And you have people dying financially because they can't buy bacon, they can't buy food, they can't buy groceries, they can't do anything. And they're living horribly in our country right now.

With all of that being said, I think it's very important to have debates, and we've agreed with. Fox, on a date of September 4th, we've agreed with NBC. Fairly full agreement, subject to them. on September 10th. And we've agreed with ABC on september twenty fifth So we have those three dates and uh But those networks uh they're very anxiously Awaiting that date and those dates.

So we have September 4th, September 10th, and September. 25th, we have spoken to the heads of the network, and it's all been confirmed. Other than some Fairly minor details, audience, some location, which city would we put it into, but all things that will be settled very easily. I think it will be very easy. The other side has to agree to the terms.

They may or may not agree. I don't know if they are going to agree. She hasn't done an interview. She can't do an interview. She is barely competent, and she can't do an interview.

But I look forward to the debates because I think we have to set the record straight. Why is it that? Millions of people were allowed to come into our country from Prisons, from jails, from mental institutions, insane asylums, even insane asylum. That's a It's a mental institution on steroids. That's what it is.

When you see the people that are coming into our these are institutions that are being emptied out, not in South America, all over the world, including South America, all over the world. Prisons are being emptied out into our country. Because we have a President that's the worst President in the history of our country. We have a Vice President who is the least admired, least respected, and the worst Vice President. In the history of our country, The most unpopular Vice President And because of political reasons or because of being politically correct.

Even though she never received a vote, don't forget she was the first one defeated. As I remember it, because I watched it very closely, but she was the first one. She never made it to Iowa, the first state. She never made it to Iowa. She was the first one that was defeated.

She was the nastiest to him. She was nasty with the calling him a racist and the school bus and all of the different things. She was very nasty to Biden. And shockingly, he appointed her asked her to serve as Vice President.

Well, I don't know if he's happy about that decision right now. This was taken away. The Presidency was taken away from Joe Biden. And I'm no Biden fan, but I'll tell you what, From a constitutional standpoint, from any standpoint you look at, they took the presidency away. And people were saying he lost after the debate, he couldn't win.

Well, I don't know that that's true necessarily, but whether he could win or he couldn't win, he had the right to run. And they took it away. They said they're going to use the 25th Amendment, they're going to hit you hard. Either we can do it tonight, I heard, I know exactly because I know a lot of people on the other side, believe it or not. And uh They said, we'll do it the nice way.

But we'll do it the hard way. And he said All right.

So that I mean they've really taken what they've done is pretty incredible. And now I'm running against somebody else, and we're leading. We're leading.

So I'm not complaining. I'm saying it's a. For a Country with a constitution that we cherish, we cherish this constitution, to have done it this way is. Pretty severe, pretty horrible. You would have thought they would have gone out to a vote, they would have had a primary system, they would have done something, but to just take it away from him like he was a child, and he's a very angry man right now, I can tell you that.

He's not happy with Obama, and he's not happy with Nancy Pelosi, crazy Nancy. She is crazy, too. She's not happy with any of the people that told him that you've got to leave. He's very unhappy, very angry, and I think he also blames her. He's trying to put up a good face.

But it's a very bad thing in terms of a country when you do that. I'm not a fan of his, as you probably have noticed. And he had a rough debate. But that doesn't mean that you just take it away like that. Or you go out to a vote, you do something.

You had 14 million votes. She had no votes. She got no votes. And I think she's crashing. I think when people find out, and I think people are starting to find out what a bad job she did.

What a bad job she did on the border. She's trying to say she had nothing to do with the border. She had everything. She was appointed. To head the border.

And then they said, Borders are: oh, she loved that name, she loved that name, but she never went there. She went to a location once along the border, but that was a location that you would love to go and have dinner with your husband or whoever. That was a uh Location that was not part of the problem, that was not really going to the border.

So essentially, she never went to the border. And if you listen to Tom Holman, if you listen to the great border people, Brendan Judd. From Border Patrol, have you listened to Paul? I mean, so many different people. I speak to them all the time.

and I did when I was President. We had the best border in the history of our country.

Now we have the worst border in the history of the world, millions of people coming in, and our country cannot sustain it. Our country is going down because of this, because of incompetent people.

So, I just look forward to these debates. I think it's very important that we have them. I hope she agrees to them September 4th, September 10th, September 25th. And I think they'll be very revealing. I think they'll be very revealing.

Do you have any questions, please? I haven't recalibrated strategy at all. We'll take a question. It's the same policies. Open borders, weak on crime.

I think she's worse than Biden because he got forced into the position. She was there long before. She destroyed San Francisco. She destroyed California as the AG. But as the DA, she destroyed San Francisco, a friend of mine, Bob Tisch.

Country, from places unknown, and from countries unknown, from countries that nobody ever heard of.

That's where the enthusiasm I have two questions for Anne. Thank you, sir. Your campaign has targeted Pennsylvania in Georgia. To you could steal the deal. That's what they say.

How important is it to you, and is it salvageable for you to be able to repair the relationship with Governor of Pennsylvania? I don't know. I don't know if I can or not. I got him elected. Without me, he wouldn't be governor.

I got him elected. He was doing terribly. I got him elected. With that being said, I hope we can repair it. But if we don't, the people are still the people and they're going to vote.

We're leading in Georgia by a lot. We're leading in Pennsylvania by a lot.

So, but I don't know.

Now, in Pennsylvania, I have great relationships. In Georgia, I do too, but unfortunately, not with the governor. I have never understood it. When you get somebody elected, they're supposed to like you. He's not exactly for some reason, and you'll have to ask him about that.

Yeah, I'd love to see it get repaired. I think that. If we don't win Georgia, Georgia is a big win, is a big state.

So I won Alabama by a record. Nobody's ever gotten that many votes. I won South Carolina by a record. You don't win Alabama and South Carolina by records and lose Georgia. It doesn't happen.

is Jeremiah Poff Commentary writer for the Washington Examiner, and I thoroughly enjoyed his piece that is titled, I had a little play on the On the name of the vice presidential Democratic candidate, Governor Tim Walls. I love what they've done here. If Jeremiah didn't write the headline, then kudos to the headline writer. But it's titled Kamala Harris Waltzes to the Left. Jeremiah, welcome to the Tots Arn Show.

Great to have you. Great. Thanks for having me on.

Well, so you opined about it. Kamala Harris waltzes to the left.

She had a choice, a lot of choices. Two seem to be rather diametrically opposite. A more moderate governor of Pennsylvania and Josh Shapiro. Obviously, those 19 electoral votes, I think Harris cannot win the presidency without them. She went as hard left as you could go.

She goes to a guy who's on tape saying one man's socialism is another man's neighborliness. I never heard anybody say anything like that before in America.

So she went the exact opposite way. She has Minnesota, I think, in the bag. I don't think he brings the Midwest. I think it's crazy. But it told me that the pro-Hamas anti-Semitic wing of the Democratic Party Force this.

Shapiro was deemed unacceptable, and here it's Tim Walls. I think this is a gift to the other side. Yeah, I mean, I think the Trump campaign cannot be happier with this choice. And for the record, I did write that headline. Good for you.

And you know, the only reason I bring that up is sometimes the writer doesn't do the headline.

So you did it. That's great. You did great with that. Thank you. Yes.

So but you're right, exactly. That's what the by all accounts, the final two the last two finalists for for the for Kamala Harris to pick as her VP nominee were Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, Who is Jewish? And uh Tim Waltz, who she ended up picking in Minnesota. And you're absolutely correct. By picking Waltz, she said, you know what, to the center, screw you, I'm going to the far left.

because I'm worried about losing those pro-Hamas voters in Minnesota and Michigan. And you know what? And I'd rather keep them in the fold than pick the more pop the more moderate governor of Pennsylvania who won a bunch of Trump voters when he won in 2022. which is remarkable for a Democrat. And we're going to run that campaign instead.

It seems to me, I think there are two big takeaways from this as a political matter is that she maybe didn't think that Josh Shapiro was really going to help her win Pennsylvania. which in my mind says a lot more about how radical her candidacy is to begin with. And then secondly, you know. It's also I think it's also a possibility you mentioned that she has Minnesota in the bag. I'm not so certain about that.

I think Trump came within about forty thousand votes of winning it against Hillary Clinton in twenty sixteen. Biden won it by a healthy margin four years ago, but polling before Biden dropped out, had Trump either in the lead or right in the margin of error.

So, the other possibility in this is that maybe. She picked Waltz because There's actually a whole bigger problem in Minnesota, and she needed to shore up that state first before she shored up Minnesota. That's right. And they also think that he can be helpful in Michigan. I don't believe that.

And, you know, in the Midwest, I also don't believe that. And if you look at his. His voting prowess in his own home state. He only wins where he's supposed to win. He's not a crossover figure that's gaining votes in areas that don't like that philosophy of governance.

But that's a very good point that you made, and I'm real persuadable, Jeremiah, on what you said about that. This tells a lot that many people may not have thought of.

Well, you know, I think it it uh the last month or so of the campaign have been full of unexpected surprises, and you know, this is just you know a potential you know, this is just the latest one. could portend even more down the line. You know, we're s what, ninety days until election day and there's Still, a lot of time for this to go for for this to develop. And yeah, you know, I think. You know what you think, though, Jeremiah?

You think about like past selections, and we'll say on the Democrat side. Kennedy picks Johnson because he knows he cannot win the presidency without Texas. There wasn't a lot of love there, but it was the right call, and they carry the state, and he wins the presidency, as you know, very, very narrowly over Vice President Nixon. I'll move forward. You have.

People like Obama. Obama was looked at as like a state senator with like five minutes experience as a United States senator.

So he needed to pick an old hand, somebody a lot older with quote-unquote, you know, supposedly experience, even though for 50 years the guy's been wrong on every major decision he's ever voted on, and that's Joe Biden. Bill Clinton, because he was looked upon as somebody without the national experience, people thought it was strange. Al Gore in Tennessee, Bill Clinton in Arkansas. Wow, that's weird. But he was picking somebody that was, you know, presidential sort of timber and had been a candidate, and he picks him.

Harris goes and picks Tim Waltz. I think this is going to be a colossal fail. Yeah, I think so too. You know, if you look at his record, it is one of the most radical governance records of any Democrat governor in the country.

So you let you know, well w he was first elected in 2018, which, by the way, he w would like if he had run for reelection in the House, he probably would have lost. in that i in if he had ru if he had if he hadn't got run for governor. That's right, in his daily runs for governor in 2018. Yep. In 2022.

And as you pointed out, he has no crossover appeal. All of his voters come from the Democrat centers. the areas where Trump won in Minnesota and was or was very competitive stayed that way. It was like almost a mere election in twenty eighteen, twenty twenty and twenty twenty two in all in Tim Wallace and Joe Biden's campaigns. And for those just tuning Do a quick reset.

Very simple at JJ underscore dash PFF. P-O-F-F. Jeremiah, back to you. Yeah, and so when he gets a in 2022, he got what he hadn't had before, which was a Democrat majority in the legislature. And the first thing they do is they pass abortion up to birth.

They enact one of the most radical bills on transgenderism that allows, that effectively. will allow a government official or a court to take a child out of the custody of the parent if the parent doesn't want their child to have cross sex hormones or puberty blockers. And you know, he's he's provided driver's licenses to illegal immigrants. And then, you know, if you go back even before this just past legislative session in 2020, he was the governor during the George Floyd riots. And, you know, just kind of sat on his hands and watched as as half his state burned to the ground.

He doesn't He has no track record of success and just and only catering to the far left. And you know, he's radical, hard left when Nancy Pelosi is out there exasperated, saying, I don't know why people are saying he's liberal. He's right down the middle. He's a heartland Democrat. This guy, they call him Tampon Tim.

He wants tampons in the fourth-grade boys' bathroom. This guy is way, way out there. Here's another thing that I know you know, but I want to make sure Todd's listeners know it, Jeremiah, and that is that. Tim Walls inherited an $18 billion surplus when he took office as governor. It's now a $2 billion deficit from what I've been told.

I mean, that's what happens when you spend a bunch a bunch of money giving illegal immigrants uh drivers licenses and hiring Uh and then, you know, expanding your child safety services to take children away from parents who actually care about their children. I mean, he is literally a man that calls illegals who should not be here new Americans. It's Jeremiah Pop on the Todd Starn Show on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. Great writer. His latest article that we're talking about this half hour on the Todd Starn show is titled Kamala Harris Waltzes to the Left.

By Jeremiah Poff. What's your conclusion early on? They're trying this reinvention, you know. They're both just wonderful centrists. It's not Kamala Harris who said, I'm a radical.

It's not Kamala Harris that said, we got to be woke. We got to be woker. We got to be the wokest. It's not Tim Walls that has all these bizarre hard left positions. They're trying to snooker for 89 days that this is a moderate centrist ticket.

Is that can, even in Bizarro World, can that possibly go down?

Well, they have the media helping them out, so that's a definitely a big part of it. You know, the beauty about the digital age is that everything is on on tape and everything is on on video. And for the Trump campaign, they got a whole wealth of video that they can pull from and say, look what she said. You know, barely you know, a year or two, three, four, five years ago. Look what Tim Wall said last year, year before.

Look what he said even a few months ago. These people are not. They haven't really changed. They haven't changed who they are. They're just reinventing their public persona for this campaign, which has only s only started a week ago, so practic, or two weeks ago, roughly.

So they they're they're you know they're they're They weren't running for presidents four months ago. Which means that they're not prepared to pivot to the center in the way that a primary and general election candidate usually is able to do. Great point. will be able you know, Trump and the Republican Dave McCormick of Pennsylvania running for Senate against Bob Casey was hit the ground running with a great ad, hitting Kamala Harris. right after she announced her that she was going to run to replace Joe Biden.

Uh that uh that really hit all of the the high notes of all of her Far left positions. Hey, Jeremiah, on Dave McCormick, he started this race double digits, like 12 points or more behind Casey, who I still think, and I knew his father and I've interviewed his father that remember they wouldn't let his father attend the Democratic National Convention and speak because he was pro-life. That was, you know, just like today, there are radical positions that are disqualifying. That was disqualifying for Casey's father. Casey, I don't think, is anywhere near the politician, the Statesman that his father was.

And McCormick has this thing now down to probably three points. He is really making a move in Pennsylvania, isn't he?

Well, I think and I think one of the reasons for that is that, you know, The the more people are re people are realizing more and more that the senate ol the Senate races are a lot more national than the uh than the candidates themselves. It's true. The especially these incumbents like uh like Ca like Casey, Sherrod Brown in Ohio. And John Tester out there in Montana. By the way, Jeremiah, very important.

You just mentioned Sherrod Brown. I say John Tester, and there will be others. They will not be seen within miles of Kamala Harris and Tim Walls for the next 89 days. Do you agree? I think that's a pretty safe bet.

I just tell you all you need to know Bob Casey with them. Yeah, that's right. Same there. But you won't see Brown and you won't see Tester anywhere near him. No.

Right. And even Casey, I think, is going to be a little bit leery because I know Pennsylvania is a bit different and it's very close, but that could not tip. Tip well. I mean, some of the Democrats, and I would think a lot of them, are still smarting because they thought that Josh Shapiro had the nomination. They didn't give it to him.

And now you think you're going to come here and tell us what to do. I think he's going to be leery to have her around very much. Let's, in the two minutes that we have, let's move some pieces around the board. Have any states and any of the battlegrounds, because we know the battleground states, six or seven states, just like the last election. A lot of people don't know this, you do.

40,000 votes the other way, and Trump wins the Electoral College. The last election was much closer than many people understand.

So, this is going to be six or seven states that are going to decide this. Are any states now different because it's Harris than they were? eighteen days ago.

Well, I think the initial feeling about Minnesota being moving a little more back to the Democrat camp is probably correct. I think that state was pretty much in in toss-up territory, I think it might be more lean Democrat now. Yes.

I think you might see I think there is some pulling out that indicates that Georgia and Wisconsin have shifted and Arizona. and Michigan have all shifted more to toss-up areas, whereas when Biden was still in the race, especially Arizona and Georgia were like very much in the Trump camp. It's hard to say. I'm personally very skeptical that the polls have moved as much as As they've been portrayed in the media, I've looked into some of these crosstabs. They are oversampling Democrats.

There you go. They are oversampling voters with college degrees, which tend to favor Democrats. And Voters without college degrees make up about 60 to 70 percent of the electorate, somewhere in that range, depending on the election. And if if you have if you have forty percent of the electorate that is a that has a college degree, yes, I think that definitely favors Kamala Harris. But I would be very surprised if that were the case come November.

And right now, these polls, their samples are. little skew more skewed than people people can you know than what appears at first glance. And there was one poll I saw that we had a Kamal Harris up five points in Wisconsin. The recall to vote in in that poll for twenty twenty was Biden plus ten. And Trump lost that state by about half a point.

Right. Remember Wisconsin was seventeen points, I think, or eighteen points, and it wound up being like 14,000 votes. Jeremiah, I could talk to you all day. I could talk to you all day, but I'm sad to report we have to go for now. Great to be with you.
