Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee. It's America's conservative blowtorch. That's uh That's right. I love this American ride. Todd Starns.

Well, hello, everybody. Welcome to the Todd Starns Radio Extravaganza.

So happy to have you with us today. Hope you guys are doing great. Wow, what a day. Closing arguments in the Trump trial. We're going to take you to New York City, get you the very latest there.

We're going to be talking to Congressman Eric Burleson from Missouri. He's actually in New York City for the Trump trial. Also, we're going to be talking to one of President Trump's great legal minds, David Gelman, joins us. And we all need a little bit of prayer. Right.

Well, we're going to talk to Mike Lynn, who is the co-founder of Prey.com, and that'll be coming up a little bit later on in the program today. All right. Wow, we've got a lot to talk about. And I want to start with a story that you have not heard about.

Someone reached out to me last night and they said, Todd, you've got to talk about this poor kid out in California. And I said, What in the world are you talking about? This is probably one of the craziest stories I've ever heard. And I wrote a brand new book. It came out in March.

Many of you are reading the book or have read the book. It's called Twilight's Last Gleaming: Can America Be Saved? And in this book, I answer that question. Yes, I do believe America can be saved, and I lay out the way we can do it, the way we can save America, the way we can stop the Marxist from taking over our nation. And I write in the book about this new generation of young patriots coming up.

I mean, we have Generation Z, and I'm not sure what comes after Generation Z. But these younger Americans have grown up under the oppressive rule of these tyrants in their classrooms, in social media. And they're saying, you know what, we're not buying what they're selling anymore. The same thing is happening to a very large extent with black Americans that are now leaving the Democrat Party. They're dumping the Democrats and they're becoming Republicans.

And they're really not becoming Republicans. They're following Donald Trump.

So there's a story out of California in the Huntington Beach area. Little Jimmy Hayward is a student. At St. Bonaventure Catholic School. And they had these uh school elections.

Now Back when I was in school, they had things like, I don't know, class, so you could run for the class president or the vice president or the treasurer.

Well, at St. Bonaventure, they have commissioners. And so Jimmy decided to run for the school's commissioner of school spirit and patriotism. And I thought, wow, that's pretty cool. How about a school that has a commissioner that's responsible for patriotism?

So Jimmy decided he was going to run for office.

So he created a campaign. And the kid happens to be a Trump fan.

So his campaign slogan was: Make St. Bonaventure great again. I love it. And he had a banner made. And he had these embroidered hats, you know, you know, they're red hats.

And it said make SBC Saint Bonaventure Catholic grading him.

So anyway, then Jimmy had to deliver a speech. And this is you know, you go before the student body, and I that had to have been terrifying. You know, when I was a kid, I was an introvert. I could not stand speaking in public. I know who knew, right?

So, so anyway, Jimmy wrote a speech. And it was going to be a great speech. I mean, it was really going to be a terrific speech. And they sent me a copy of Jimmy's speech. And I'm reading this speech, and I'm like, you got to let me share the audio of the speech.

And we're going to play that in just a moment. But anyway, Jimmy wanted to get up there. He was. Going to encourage his classmates to respect America because Jimmy realized that kids these days are not respecting America. I don't know how old Jimmy is.

I think maybe middle school-ish, I think. He said that you need to respect America and stop eating nachos during the national anthem. You know who you are. And he also wanted to make sure that kids understood the meaning of the Pledge of Allegiance. This is a good kid.

This is like a little Trump Junior. But Jimmy never got to deliver the speech. And that's because the school made him turn his speech in, and they had to go through and approve the speech. And they called Jimmy in. They said, Jimmy, he.

Here's the deal. We know you're running to be our commissioner of school spirit and patriotism, but you've got to take out all this patriotic crap.

So Jimmy was like, wait, what? What? And the kid stood his ground. He says, No, I'm not going to do that. There's nothing wrong with my speech.

There's nothing inappropriate about what I had to say. And the school said, Look, here's the deal, kid. You're either going to take out all this stuff about America being great. Or you're not going to be able to deliver this speech.

So, Jimmy was not allowed to deliver the speech. Instead, They made this young man. Stand up on the stage. While everybody else got to deliver their speeches. And they basically shamed this kid.

Jimmy's dad was very upset. And he gave the school leaders a piece of their mind right there on the spot. They called the cops and the cops come out. Nobody got arrested. And then the cops turned around and told the dad You know, he gave him a copy of the speech and they told the dad: hey, we appreciate what you're so said about us.

Thank you.

So we have this speech here, and I want you to listen to this speech. I have some thoughts about how we can respond to all of this. But this is Jimmy Hayward of St. Bonaventure Catholic School, who wanted to be the Commissioner of Patriotism and School Spirit. Good morning Ms.

Flock, Mr. McFerrin, Ms. Rivera, faculty, staff, students and families. My name is Jimmy Hayward of the class of twenty twenty-five graduating next year. I want to be your next Commissioner of Patriotism and School of Spirit.

I am hopeful that I can make a positive impact on our school if I am elected. I would say that I have many attributes of a leader and am an effective communicator. I have attended leadership programs such as TACSC. I also play multiple team sports that enhance my leadership skills. One of these sports is baseball.

I have to communicate effectively with my teammates during stretches, on the field, or in the dugout. Also, a leader always has to be a leader.

So when my team is losing, I have to sustain my leadership skills for the sake of myself and my teammates. I'm making ideas for when I make the student council. As Commissioner of School Spirit, I'm eager to make pep rallies more fun, energetic, and participative. I would do this by making chance, having better games, involving more people, and adding prizes. SPS flags, pep rally themes, teacher competitions, and music are all ideas I would hope to add.

Another idea I acquired is turning pep rallies into a version of color teams. I'm referring to how each grade would earn points for how well they do each pep round. Student counsel and I would then conclude the school year with a championship between the best two grades. I also have a service project in mind. This proposal would be restoring the courtyard.

The courtyard is beautiful, yet I feel that I can bring greatness to it. I aspire to add more flowers and bedding to the garden. As Commissioner of Patriotism and School Spirit, I'm responsible for history-related topics. With this in mind, I would like to coordinate with Ms. Flock events such as meeting Holocaust survivors, 9-11 survivors, Japanese Americans from internment camps, and more.

I felt this would strengthen the knowledge of history within myself and others. Modest additions regarding history and patriotism, I desire, or historical facts in the morning, and coordinating with the Commissioner Publicity to add history to the billboards. My love for America is my motivation for running for Commissioner of Patriotism in schools period. It is an honor to live in this country. Sadly, some people take their citizenship for granted.

Whether it is disrespecting the people who protect us or eating nachos during the national anthem at a sporting event, many people recite the Pledge of Allegiance without understanding its meaning. If someone doesn't truly know what they are pledging through the United States of America, they might as well be reciting the lyrics to Shake It Off by Taylor Swift. Boom, boom. I want to fix this so everyone understands the meaning of the Pledge of Allegiance. As the Commissioner of Patriotism, I would have the crucial task of creating ways to bring more patriotism to SBS.

I love my country and I love St. Bonaventure, but I want to strengthen our patriotism in school spirit.

So accordingly, I, Jimmy Hayward, am running for Commissioner of Patriotism and School of Spirit. I want to clarify that my ideas are not promises, but I can promise to make pep rallies great again. I will make the school's spirit great again. I will make patriotism within SBS great again. And mostly, I will make SBS great again.

Thank you, and God bless St. Bonaventure Catholic School. God bless you, Jimmy Hayward. God bless you. I feel like we should be playing YMCA.

I feel like I'm at a Trump rally. I like this kid. But instead of being able to deliver that speech, poor Jimmy was silenced, and he was told he had to stay on the stage while all of his classmates got to deliver their campaign speeches.

Now I ask you a question. Did you hear anything in that speech that caused you concern? Was there anything in that speech that was offensive? It sounds to me like maybe, just maybe, some of the school leaders or some of the people eating nachos during the national anthem.

So anyway, Jimmy's mom And by the way, Jimmy recorded that speech on the front on the front porch of the family house. His little sister is standing there with his Make Saint Bonaventure Great Again banner. It's great it's a great video.

So, anyway, it's a fine family here. And she said the mom was like, Jimmy's freedom of speech was taken away. She said, My husband was very upset. and told them they were out of line for not allowing Jimmy to speak to his classmates just because his views offended the teachers.

So the teachers at Saint Bonaventure Catholic School got triggered by little Jimmy's patriotism. Anyway, uh the principal called the Huntington Beach Police Department. The police officers showed up. They spoke to the husband, got the whole story about Jimmy's speech, and then they told the dad, Hey, look, you didn't do anything wrong here. We'd be just as mad.

So, Dad, you go and sit down there, and you're good. and then the officers, as they were leaving, They said please tell Jimmy Thank you. for the things he wrote about the police department in his speech.

Now, I dunno about you folks, but stuff like this really sets me off. Because you've got these kids, and they've been taught, they've been raised to love America. I don't know anything about Jimmy's mom and dad, but I know everything about them based on that speech that young man delivered, because they're raising their children to respect law enforcement, to respect that flag, to love their country. Those parents are doing it right. And shame on the school leaders at this Catholic school.

And what have I told you? Just because it's a Christian school, you cannot be guaranteed. that the kids are going to get a good patriotic education.

So we're going to spread this speech far and wide on all of our platforms. But again, my encouragement to you, ladies and gentlemen, is you need to call the St. Bonaventure Catholic School in Huntington Beach and let those folks know that you stand with Jimmy and that you want to cast your vote for Jimmy as Commissioner of School Spirit and Patriotism. Are we allowed to vote? No, it may be voter fraud.

I don't know. We'll find out what the rules are. But again, did you hear anything in that speech? That was offensive. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number.

That's 901-260-5926. You want to know why I have hope in America, ladies and gentlemen? It's because of kids like little Jimmy Hayward out there in Huntington Beach, California. He loves America. And I can promise you this: there are millions of other kids, young Americans, just like Jimmy.

They're going to put it all on the line for their country. And that makes this country the greatest on the face of the earth. We'll be right back. So, look, I want to talk about President Trump and the. Mm. The president is really doing something remarkable here. First of all, there's no way he gets convicted in New York City. I it doesn't m I think even the most far left liberal is going to have to recognize that there not only is no case, that the only people who actually committed crimes are those who testified against President Trump.

Including Michael Cohen. Who admitted that he stole $60,000 from his own client? Why is this guy not in jail already? Cut number one. I think the revelation, though, this morning about the theft of $30,000, which was doubled because they covered his taxes, so $60,000, it came out in a glancing, unclear way on direct.

It came out like a bomb earlier today. I don't know how much they can do to fix that. It just, at a certain point, it is the fact Michael Cohen did steal this money. And what makes that really so important, Wolf, is it's not as if Michael Cohen was just stealing on the side. That'd be bad enough.

The problem is he was stealing from the exact reimbursement at issue in this case.

So the prosecution's core argument is Donald Trump knew what that $420,000 was all about. He was totally red in on it. Turns out Michael Cohen was stealing from him within that $420,000. Does Michael Cohen's acknowledgement, admission that he stole tens of thousands of dollars from the Trump organization potentially open him up to further criminal prosecutions? It's a great question.

The answer is not anymore because the statute of limitations has run out. But it's a very fair question to ask, gee, folks. Of the jury, they gave him a free pass. He committed larceny. It's a higher degree of a felony than what Donald Trump is charged with.

Yet they gave Michael Cohen a free pass, even though he's now admitted that he stole what amounts to $60,000. It goes to his credibility, it goes to his relationship with the DA.

Well, it's and it does. And all of that has to factor into whatever happens in this trial in New York City. But I'm telling you, Democrats right now, they are sweating it, ladies and gentlemen, and they ought to. But one of the things that fascinates me, and we'll get into more of this over, you know, after the break here coming up. But President Trump Is doing something that no other president has done since the 1960s.

And you had to go all the way back to 1960 when Richard Nixon was running against JFK. For the presidency. That was the first time that Republicans won the black vote. in the United States of America. And that was the last time they did.

So I'm telling you that now, when you look at the numbers, and while I think Biden still has 47%. of black votes right now, that number is dropping. And where we are, if the elections were held today, right now. Donald Trump would win the black vote with historic numbers.

Something is going on, and I'm going to explain what I think is happening here. Uh, coming up after the break, because I'm telling you, folks are waking up to what the Democrats have done to black America.

So, I want to ask you. Why do you think that minority voters, blacks, Hispanics, Asian Americans? Why do you think they are turning to Donald Trump in droves? Our telephone number is 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926.

Now, this is going to be fun, Dylan. They're actually bringing in food trucks. And so we're going to do the show. We're going to do a book signing there. We're going to do the food trucks.

And then we're off to another book event, and then we've got the big North Carolina Republican Convention.

So, you're going to be eating good on this trip. We're going to be eating good. Very good. Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson is going to be our very special guest later this week as we go to North Carolina.

So, anyway, look forward to seeing all of you. We'll provide more details, more info on the website as we get ready to head out tomorrow. All right. I'm going to play some audio here. Do we have that audio with the baby yet, Dylan?

All right. So, let me set this up. I got an email from one of our staff. I'm not going to name names, but one of our staff, they just had a little munchkin, a little baby. Beautiful baby too.

And his wife is doing well. Baby and child are doing, baby and wife are doing very well. But anyway, he he sent me this video. And it's just Jaw dropping.

So, the video is of a transgender man, a man. He's a man. All right, he's a man. who has hired some sort of a surrogate to Birthday. A child.

And then, so they that this guy, the video shows this guy, and he's got like a five o'clock shadow, real hairy guy, hairy chest. He's got his blonde, it's bleached blonde hair done up like Heidi from the Swiss Mist commercial. And he's in this hospital bed as if he has given birth to this child, this baby. He's got like a hospital gown on, he's got the medical bracelet, and then they present him with the child as if. They want you to believe that this guy just gave birth to this bouncing baby boy.

YOUR Oh no, I'll put it back on now. I know, but you put it on the fall. Oh, he went. Oh, we're all right. Oh, oh.

Oh Oh no. Oh, okay. Oh there you should go. Oh yeah. She's too cold, she's mad.

I'm also having a good time. Yeah. It's not. Dressing up and down the bottom. We have Cool.

So, the baby's searching for something here. I'll explain what that's all about in a minute. And then the baby cranks up again.

So the baby there in the lol, the baby is like searching, baby's hungry. And so the baby is like on the dude's hairy chest, and the baby is groping through the forest trying to find uh the milking stations. But there are no milking stations, and you know why? Because that's not a woman, it's a man, man. And even the baby knows that.

The poor baby's there screaming, what the hell is going on here? Where's mommy? And the baby's just looking at the dude thinking. Yeah, dude, that's not mommy. And you need to shave.

That's what the baby's thinking. You can see it in the eyes. But I'm just curious.

So, anyway, the Stanford sends me this video. Says, have you seen this? As someone who just saw his wife do something incredibly brave, this ticks me off. The pain and the strength of real women is a joke to people like this. It's all about the show and the appearance.

And I'm wondering, ladies, when you see these kinds of videos, and I don't know, there's just something that is repulsive. I mean, Dylan, you just saw the video for yourself. Yeah, that was a tough watch, Todd. Not gonna lie. Lots of hair.

Dude's really hairy. He's very hairy. I mean, I would feel bad. The poor baby's going to be like a little hairball. He's also caked up.

Like, he's got the makeup and he's got eyelashes. Oh, he does have the guy liner on. He looks like what's her head? Jasmine Crockett. No, no.

We got the fake eyelashes going on. Yep. But I'm wondering if like if you're a woman, does this offend you? And the guy is pretending to breastfeed the child, there's nothing there to there's nothing there. I mean this is insanity.

And you wonder where it's all going to stop with this whole transgender movement. There's a story out of Oregon, the high school track and field championships, and some dude. Came in first place, won the state championship, knocked a girl off the medal platform. Poor girl probably lost out on a scholarship. But anyway, the crowd is booing as this guy crosses the finish line.

I mean, he's smoking the girls, just smoking them. I guarantee you that kill would have come in last place if he was actually having to run against other young men. But anyway, the the parents said, Well, we the parents are like, Oh, well, we can't say anything. The school actually threatened the parents and the students. And they said, Mom, dad, girls, If you complain about this.

You will be banned from competition. You will be disqualified. And so the parents are like, well, we just can't say anything. Hogwash. Say something.

Get up there and say something. I mean, at what point, ladies and gentlemen, at what point Do we finally rise up and say enough is enough? Nobody's doing anything. The parents are afraid. The only people speaking out are the kids.

And they're like, this is not fair. This is not right. This is not normal. This is not natural. And the adults are saying, you be quiet.

You don't say anything. You don't want to rock the boat. And so, what happens?

Well, when good and decent people stand down and do nothing, very bad things happen. Young men with hairy legs win girls' sporting championships. That's what happens here. And I just feel bad for this little baby, who, even though the baby was just born. Has enough foresight to understand.

Somethin ain't right here. That's what the baby is saying, that's why the baby was cryin'. But I'm wondering, this is child abuse. Right? It's got to be child abuse.

to put a little baby through something like this. I mean, can you imagine the and Dylan's right, and I didn't even think about that. I thought the guy's face looked weird. The guy's caked up, looks like he's some sort of a, I don't know, drag queen. But I'm pretty certain that that guy did not give birth to that beautiful little baby.

901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-2606. two six zero five nine two six We're going to be taking your calls on this. Ladies, does it offend you? Does it make you angry that these men and by the way Uh Booty Juice, the Transportation Secretary.

He did the same thing. He and his wife chastity. husband, whatever. The other guy, chastity, They were actually admitted into a hospital.

So they could watch the surrogate give birth, and all of a sudden they act like they just gave birth. That's your transportation secretary, ladies and gentlemen.

Advertisements sponsored by Legal Help Center may not be available in all states. All right, uh President Trump, and the first time we had a family, and the first time in the United Speaking outside of the courthouse this morning, cut number nine, please. Every single scallop says there's been no crime, he's done nothing wrong. And I'm fighting for 300 million people, and then I have no choice. It's not that I like doing this, sitting in an ice box all day for seven, eight, nine hours, and it's a very cold room, I will tell you that.

But I'm doing this because our country needs it. Our Constitution's under threat. Our country needs it.

So here I am. And there he is yesterday. It was pretty insane. A lot of fireworks. You had Michael Cohen's former attorney, Robert Costello, who last week testified on Capitol Hill.

That Cohen told him that he didn't believe Story Media Annuals, that Trump didn't know anything about it, so there's nothing there. There is absolutely nothing there.

So anyway, Costello was up on the witness stand and he was just telling it like it is. Judge Mershand didn't like that. He stopped he stopped the trial, ordered the Jury to leave and started to ream out Costello.

So every time Costello was actually answering a question, the judge refused to let him answer. And so Costello's sitting there, and then the judge gets all wound up and pent out of shape, and he accused. Costello of giving him the side eye. You're giving me the side eye, pal. Don't you give me the side eye.

Who do you think you are? I wow, I I had no idea. But apparently Judge Mershan doesn't like the side eye. Is that the lubricant? It's kind of like shifty eyes.

And then the judge, and Costello was sitting there like, dude, what? And then the judge goes, Are you staring me down? Oh This escalated quickly.

So, anyway, we'll see how it goes. President Trump cut number 10. I will be doing something in the morning and then probably coming back in the afternoon and we'll be resting pretty quickly, resting mini resting in the case. I I won't be resting. I don't rest.

I like to rest sometimes, but I don't get to rest. Yeah. He doesn't. He takes about, what, three hours of, he takes about three hours to sleep a night. That's all it takes to get Trump charged up.

And he is off and running. Oh, by the way, yesterday, and this is fascinating.

So the White House falling all over itself to offer condolences to the butcher of Tehran, that would be Iranian President Ibrahim Rasi. And the the champlain of the U.S. Senate. This guy's a raging leftist. I'm not even sure the guy believes in God.

But anyway, he's the chaplain. Here's what he had to say: cut number two. And Lord. We pray for The Iranian people who mourn the death of their President. We pray in your loving name.

Amen.

Okay, hold on just a second here. May I just say something? This guy was like a pastor. Hello, church So good to have you here to day. Let's open the Holy Bible.

Oh, Lord, I there's no way no way Yeah. I'd tell the organist to kick it kick it up. Play play a little something to something.

So, anyway, this guy's out there and he's offering condolences. Nobody in Tehran is mourning right now. This is a very bad guy. The butcher of Tehran. The reason why they call him the butcher of Tehran, a lot of people are: why did they call him that?

Well, the reason why is back in the 1980s They were rounding up all the political opposition. And they killed them. Thousands of them, and this is the guy responsible. And he even killed little children. I mean, this is an evil monster.

And so you've got the Senate chaplain offering a prayer. And then you've got the the State Department issuing a statement of condolence and the UN ambassador, our own ambassador to the UN actually stood up for the moment of silence.

Meanwhile, in Tehran, you've got the Iranians and they're shooting off fireworks. The butcher of Tehran is gone. By the way, you would have thought, and when you look at the helicopters they're flying in, I mean, these things are like from the 19, like from Vietnam era. Vietnam War era. Helicopters we're talking about.

You would have thought they would have taken some of the Obama cash. And the Biden cache and upgraded their helicopters. Right? I mean, you would think, or at least hired a couple of mechanics who know what they're doing. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number.

That's 901-260-5926. Have you heard about this crazy story? You may be able to start. Paying for meals and doing checkout With your face.

So, there is a brand new company, it's called Pop ID, and they do facial ID recognition. And so, they're starting to introduce this, I mean, it's really state-of-the-art technology to everyday establishments.

So, in other words, here's how it works: users, you take a selfie to register, and then you look at the camera to verify your identity. And so Steak and Shake is the very first fast food chain that has installed these options three hundred locations.

So all you people in Wichita, Bartlesville, Oklahoma, all you folks that are listening to us out in the heartland, Apparently you're going to be able to pay for your meals simply by scanning your face. Is that a good idea?

Now, in Pasadena, California, there is a restaurant called Cali Express, and they don't hire. They don't hire cooks. They've got robots, and they use the robots to flip burgers. And they also had this new technology.

So I'm curious, would you do that? Would you pay for that? Or your meal with your face. It's kinda weird. But Steak and Shake, they actually have kiosks now.

A lot of these locations, they don't even have humans.

So you walk in, and they've got the big screen there, and you just, I guess you pick whatever you want to order, and then to pay for it, you've got to have a good-looking face. You know, Dylan, I do the clear. At uh the airports. And they would take your fingerprints, and you just plop your fingers down there, and boom, you're gone.

So then they implemented the eye check, the eye scan. And so that was even faster, but when I had retina surgery, it screwed it up.

So now they're like, oh, you've got fake eyes. Those are not the eyes of Todd Starnes. And I'm like, no, really, they are. Security. Get scaredy over this man.

So, I probably wouldn't be able to order at like steak and shake. Not if you've had eye surgery. Ugh. I'm just. I just don't know about this.

This is like Mark of the Beast stuff. I'm still good with people. I need to tell them that I want no pickles because I'm scared they'll get it wrong at the kiosk. You know, they'll stick pickles on there. Yep, they will.

That's robots. It's like cheese. I'm not a big cheese guy, and they always put cheese on the burger. And I'm like, really, humans? Come on, you got to do better.

All right, there you go, folks. You can officially pay for things with your face. 901-260-5926. We'll be right back. We're experiencing instability at every level.

Our government lacks leadership, and biddenomics has been a disaster. The economy is in a fragile state. Inflation has been a consistent issue. High interest rates have put significant pressure on the real estate market. There have been major bank failures, and many analysts say a stock market correction is likely overdue.

We have global conflicts in Europe and the Middle East that have the potential to spread, but gold has soared to record highs, even amidst the tensions. There are so many reasons that Americans should consider investments in gold and silver, and legacy precious metals is the gold standard. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun totem, Bible-clanging, deplorable American. That's right. I love this American ride. Todd starts. Thought I was reading.

I ran. They were blaming the US because they weren't getting the parts they need for the helicopters and blaming everybody else for this crash. I'll tell you what, I don't know if I'd want to be a mechanic right about now that was working on that helicopter. Because what are they going to do? Go after them?

You know, you never know though. They could have not liked him and did something to the helicopter. Who knows? But still, if I was those mechanics, I'd be leaving that country. For sure.

All right. Thanks a lot there. That's Mark from Florida, The Villages, America's friendliest hometown. Mark's sending us a shout-out. You say, How do you do that?

Well, it's very simple. If you download our free app, you can send us a shout-out. It's one of the nice features we have.

So I would encourage you to go over to the website, download the app, and you'll be able to send us a shout-out just like Mark from Florida did. Welcome to the show, everybody. Great to have you with us. We have a busy, busy couple of hours coming up. We're going to be checking in with David Gelban, who is on Team Trump, one of the great legal minds.

We're going to be talking to him. Right now, though, I want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. Say hello to Congressman Eric Burleson from Missouri.

Now, Congressman, I understand you are in New York City in Lower Manhattan today. I was yesterday.

Now that the case is rested, I'm back in DC, but it was quite an experience.

Well, I'm curious, what is it I mean, we we see the President coming, he goes in, he comes out, does the Q and A. What is it like there at the trial itself? You know, A, the first thing that I noticed is that You know, this, it is not a pleasant environment to be in. Um, you know, this is the former President of the United States and he's being treated Horribly. And having to I mean treated like a prisoner, having to Spend his days in a courtroom setting.

It's specifically designed to occupy his time. and put him in a very uncomfortable environment for as long as they possibly can. They basically torture the former President of the United States. And we were there. to provide moral encouragement.

because my district wants me to be there to provide moral encouragement. Look, when I was back in the district on Saturday, I have a group of about two hundred patriots In a crowd, tell me when you get up there, you tell him that.

Southwest Missouri loves President Trump. They prayed for him and they got his back. And that's the message I was able to deliver him. And I think which is a pretty dark moment. You know, it's fascinating to see all of this play out.

And the only people that have actually committed crimes are the people the prosecution is calling to testify against Donald Trump. Has anyone noticed the irony there? Yeah, absolutely. That's that's really they're prosecuting the wrong person. You know, if Trump is guilty of anything, it's that he hired Michael Cohen.

And from the be from for a long time, Michael Cohen was either stealing from him or doing him a disservice. You know, these even this Stormy Daniels thing is was completely a botched situation that Trump you know, Trump ended up having to is now having to live with all the all the decisions that Michael Cohen made. And so I think that if anything that Trump's guilty of, it's that uh he trusted Michael Gohan. Congressman, I'm wondering what sort of an impact you think this is going to have on President Trump and his reelection efforts. No, I think that the public sees this for what it is, it's a sham.

This is a disservice to our justice system. You know, Lady Justice is supposed to be blind. But here you have a situation where it's Alvin Bragg who is a partisan hack Prosecutor who's using what I call judicial gymnastics to build a case. That is out of nothing, out of thin air. Um against Donald Trump.

And then you've got a judge who is completely conflicted And look, I mean, this judge, you you know this, Todd. Judges don't donate money to federal campaigns. if any campaigns at all. They're not supposed to get involved in that. And this judge has donated Do Joe Biden?

He's donated money, his own personal money, to Joe Biden, and he is not recusing himself from this case. Further, his daughter Is not just part of the Democratic Party and fundraising for the Democratic Party. I mean, we're she's fundraising at the highest levels for the US for the Democratic Senate committee. For Adam Schiff. For Dan Goldman.

She's fundraising millions of dollars. And she's actually in her fundraising efforts Touting The the uh the this uh you know, lawsuit against or this uh these charges against Donald Trump.

So this is absolutely a conflicted judge. It's a corrupt trial. Uh and anyone who has I think that Uh attorneys and any law school professor is going to use this as an example, should be using this as an example what not to do. Congressman, I'm curious to get your thoughts on this Washington Times headline. And the Washington Times says that the House may abandon plans to hold Merritt Garland in contempt of Congress.

Is that accurate? What can you tell us? It might be accurate, Tabad. And the reason why I say that is that I've never been more disappointed than. And then to the perspective of some of my colleagues on the Republican side of the aisle.

Who, look, we're getting, we're at, the Democrats have declared war against patriots and conservatives. They're trying to send President Trump to jail. And they they sent Peter Navarro to jail. They're trying to send C-Ban and the list goes on. They sent Dinesh D'Souza to jail.

They're coming after us. They've declared war and we're bringing a knife to a gunfight. We and we continue to do it. And here we have a situation where Merrick Garland has denied access to these recorded the to these recordings I mean, look, water under Watergate, Nixon had to give up the recordings. because they were subpoenaed.

This is no different. We need the recordings. to in order to ascertain what Joe Biden said and how he said it, in defending himself on these document charges. And I I don't understand Why Merrick Garland thinks that Joe Biden is special and privileged, more privileged than any previous president. And so we We owe it to the American people to To bring to raise it to this level.

And it's sad to me that. There's a handful of my colleagues who who Enjoy touting their bipartisanship and enjoy, you know, having straddling the middle and having one foot in the Democratic side and one foot in the Republican side. And unfortunately, they're the ones that are undermining Undermining their party's goal, which is, you know, our we have our agenda is to defend this president. to stop all this law law affairs from happening, and to and to fight back. And unfortunately, not everybody's on board with that.

All right. Well, it it just seems to me that the Republicans it's not a matter of bringing a knife to a gunfight. I don't think the Republicans are actually showing up to the fight. I mean, it's really unfortunate. It is.

It is. And I I mean, people sent me up here to fight. not to become part of the swamp. which I was proud the other day. The Kansas City Star did a hit piece on me, but I took it as a badge of honor.

They said that myself and Jim Jordan are the. The least um bipartisan members of Congress. And I said, well, that's a badge of honor. I'm the furthest away from the swamp as I can get. Wow.

All right. Well, Congressman, we appreciate you coming on the program as always, and hope you have a great rest of your week. Thank you.

You too, Todd. All right, Congressman Eric Burleson from Missouri District 7. And he was in New York City yesterday for the trial. And the congressman updating us doesn't look like the Republicans are going to move to to hold Garland, Merritt Garling, in contempt of Congress. And this goes back to that audio.

The Robert Hurr special counsel audio, where Her is questioning. President Biden and Biden is just clueless. It's so bad that the White House says, nope, executive privilege. Can't listen to it.

Now I do seem to recall that the Democrats had a different opinion of that back in the nineteen seventies when Richard Nixon claimed executive privilege on his recordings, and yet he was ordered to turn those over. And Richard Nixon was forced to resign in disgrace over that. But Joe Biden's getting a pass. You see how all this, you see the double standard going on here? 901 260 5926 is our telephone number.

That's 901 260 5926.

So Tucker Carl's been making some headlines. Apparently, he's launched his T V show On Russian state television. And it has really stirred up a hornet's nest on social media. A lot of people are really upset about this. They're saying that Tucker is now officially a voice piece of Vladimir Putin.

The program is they have somebody basically doing the voice.

So it's whatever Tucker's show is here in America, and then they just have somebody Russian dubbing over the audio. But according to Russian media, the show is part of a joint project with Tucker Carlson, where he interviews. Celebrities, political figures, and anyone who has an alternative view to the mainstream. Do you have a problem with this? Do you have a problem with Tucker Carlson doing a A show on Russian T V?

When he was at Fox News, Carlsen was praised on Russian state television for his positions on the war in Ukraine. and for reportedly being sympathetic to Vladimir Putin. After he was fired by Fox reading from Newsweek here, one Kremlin mouthpiece described Carlson as a voice of reason who was welcome in Russia. But again, people are just really, really upset over this, and they're accusing Tucker Carlson of being a traitor. One person writing, he is now literally a mouthpiece of the Russian state to those who thought we were exaggerating, you were wrong.

Another saying done move. This now at least partly originates his and guest's criticism. Of U.S. government with a foreign nation state's intelligence service. Carlson's appeal was mainstream credibility.

Now his motives and allegiances are questionable. Is that true? Do you believe this somehow? What Tucker Carlson is all about. And by the way, it just seems to me when you watch Tucker Carlson, it's all about Tucker Carlson.

Eric Erickson says probably a bigger story is not that Tucker's show is going to Russian state funded T V, but that no American network seemingly wanted a partnership. Yeah, I don't know about that. I mean, he may have been wanting a ton of cash. I mean, that may ultimately be why The Russians may have just dumped a lot of cash. And said, Hey, do your show.

One person saying what a traitor Do you find Tucker Carlson to be a traitor because he's now doing a show for Russian TV? 901-260-5926, our number. Gotta take a break. We'll be right back. Well I don't know about you.

Well, I just want to make a comment which I know is going to set a lot of people on fire. But The United States has never Had a good Democrat president. Up to and including John F. Kennedy. I know that's the one that set everybody on fire.

They're not what he did. Why would you say that? I don't think I thought it was a lousy president. What okay?

Well, he was because in the first place, I'm a Vietnam veteran. He was the one that sent the first fighting troops to Vietnam. Yeah. With no intent of winning. Get him right tomorrow six, sir.

What are you doing? Robert F. Kennedy was the last person to see Marilyn Monroe alive because when she sang that happy birthday, She would let Kerala bag about him and her.

Well, I think everybody can it was sort of an open secret. I mean, the guy was fooling around with anything that was wearing a skirt. Just a really, really sleazy I mean, really, his behavior, his personal life was sleazy. I mean, the guy got assassinated, but I'm just before the assassination. He was a sleazy guy, and there was a pretty good chance he was not going to be reelected president.

Thomas, appreciate your call. I will say this about Kennedy. Forget about the whole Vietnam thing for just a second. What about what he did to the freedom fighters in Cuba? Kennedy used to call Qber.

Huber. Left him out there to die. I mean, who does that? That ca John F. Kennedy caused so much damage.

to our foreign relations. And our international, our international partnerships, just really unbelievable. What he did, just incompetent, and came pretty darn close to starting World War III. That's what JFK did. But again, a lot of people give him a pass because he was assassinated.

But, Thomas from North Carolina, I don't, yeah, I don't necessarily have a problem calling out. the foibles of of JFK. All right, I want to play some audio for you. This is from. A Netflix And they're doing a brand new kitty show.

And the kid show is about dinosaurs. Everybody loves dinosaurs, right? And this is the thing. Mom's dads, you think you see a cartoon and you think, oh, I'll just plop the kids down and we'll go mow the grass or do the dishes or whatever. And you think your kid's going to be okay.

You can't do that anymore. You just can't do that anymore.

So, Netflix has.

Now introduced lesbians into a kid show about dinosaurs. Cut 12. But first, yes, you were trying to tell me something before. But earlier in the lift, before the noxaurus went all crazy. It seems super important.

It was the truth is, Sammy, I've fallen for you. Like hard.

Well, there you go. That's it, ladies and gentlemen. And uh then the lesbians make out. for children. 901-260-5926.

This is the Todd Stern Show. All right, welcome back to the Todd Starns Radio Show. Happy to have you with us. And by the way, I want to say hello to the thousands of people that are listening to us on our streaming. You can listen to KWAM or listen to our show on kwamradio.com.

That's the radio station I own in Memphis, Tennessee. You can also download our app, and we have just thousands of people across America that download the app. You can listen to not only my show, but we actually have 24 hours of great conservative talk radio, and it's a lot of fun. We hear from so many of you folks around the country, and thank you for being a part of what we do here on this program, and of course, on KWAM. All right.

I want to get back to this. Oh, I do have an update.

So, breaking news. Do we have a breaking news alert here? Breaking news now on the Todd Starn Show. Newsweek has now retracted its story about Tucker Carlson. You know, Newsweek is pretending to be conservative, and I don't think they really are.

Newsweek apparently never reached out. to Tucker Carlson to confirm the validity or the veracity of the story. And so Newsweek has now updated their headline. They've added an editor's note stating Tucker did not in fact launch a show on Russian T V. The CEO of Tucker Carlson Network rejects that claim and said Newsweek did not even reach out to them for comment before publishing it.

You know, it's interesting. Um and even if they did run, I mean, we and we told you this was a matter of just their dubbing over Tucker's voice, so they may not have given him permission.

So there you go. Keep that in mind the next time you read Newsweek.

Meanwhile, Joy Behart, one of the squawking magpies on the view. has now admitted that she censors her criticism Of Joe Biden because she's afraid she might influence people who are on the fence. Bill Maher calls him a walking cadaver. Let's take a listen. You're a comic, but you basically go after Trump and Biden.

You know, both of them. And a lot of people are not happy with you about that. Not equally.

Well, not equally, because you know that Trump is still more dangerous. Of course. I mean, I don't think anybody was more out front on that danger than I was. I was talking about how he was never going to give up power long ago when everybody was laughing at me and said, you smoke too much pot. And I said, I smoke just the right amount of pot.

Because plainly, you know, I was using the term slow-moving coup before he was elected the first time. That's right. I said, this guy is never going to concede power. It's impossible to imagine him going, oh, I lost. You can't do it.

That's just not in his nature.

So, but I'm nervous about saying anything against Biden because I feel that, you know, not that I have so much power, and you have some more than I do, obviously. Oh, I don't know about that. Are you afraid that you might influence people who are on the fence? I think you lose all credibility. I do.

My bond with my audience has always been: I don't pull a punch. My bond with my audience is you're not going to like everything I say, but you know I'm saying what I really think is true. Right.

You need to take it. And look. I don't know. Biden just presents as old. It's not really fair because he's almost the same age.

Trump is almost the same age as him, but Trump doesn't present that way. You know, you look at somebody right away, you can kind of just sum them up. We are not young, but we don't present as old. Biden does. I saw him yesterday making that speech.

I mean, I'm sorry, he's cadaver-like. But his brain is good. He's still great.

Well, here's what I said: like when I came back after the strike in September, I said, he should get out. Because he's just lost the faith of people. It's not fair. He's actually done a pretty good job. But I said he's going to be Ruth Bader Biden.

That's the term I use. Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She stayed too long at the fair. A member Obama had her over to the White House like in 2013 to hint, you know, hey, spend more time with the grandkids. That would not be a good idea, Ruth.

And she didn't take the hint, and she was not in good health, and she stayed too long, and she ruined her legacy and got the Supreme Court now to be a pretty right-wing organization. Said Biden shouldn't do that. But you know, ego, he is. He's Dracula. He has crossed oceans of time to be here, and he's not going to give it up now.

All right, so there you go. That just happened a little while ago with the squawking magpies of the view. You've got Bill Maher, who's a raging liberal. Calling Joe Biden, the President of the United States, calling him what? Walking cadaver, cadaver-like?

I'm telling you folks, Joe Biden's not going to be the guy.

So, my question to you is: who do you think is going to be the guy or gal? No, it's not going to be Kamala. Everybody knows she's not qualified. But if Joe Biden, and this will happen, this will happen at the convention. Here's how bad it is.

There are talks right now. Among Democrats, of not even holding a convention in Chicago because they're scared of all the riots.

So they're talking about maybe doing some sort of a Zoom conference. I don't think that's going to happen. I think there is going to be a convention. It is going to be in Chicago. And you watch, folks.

I really do think it's going to be Michelle Obama. I think she is the only person who can get the Democrats out of this hole who might have a fighting chance against Donald Trump. But even if she does, MAGA World will respond in force and Trump wins. 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926.

Let's go to Jimmy in North Carolina. Wants to win on paying for food with your face. Hey, Jimmy, what you got for us? Hey, Dodd. I happened to be introduced to this person.

Who hangs out? With very, very rich people. When he says rich people, he's talking about. Brillionaires and red lobster, olive garden level. Uh I really don't know know what level of it they are, but they control.

What Goes On in the World Gotcha. I know it sounds crazy that I have stumbled on this, but he was telling me. He said that these people stood in the back of this And they talk, and he listens. And uh they talking about doing away with cash not even having digital. for having facial recognition.

And he said the facial recognition Will be, you know, you can go pay for everything with your faith eventually. And it's like you were talking about with your eye surgery. You may not be able to pay for anything. But um They were talking about the paying for everything with your faith and is a way to control and manipulate society.

Now, how would you control? I'm curious, how would they control and manipulate society? How would they do that?

Okay, let's say you have a car, you go up to the gas pump, you need gas. And you pick your face up there and they say, Oh, you've already gotten 30 gallons of gas this month. You can't have any more. Oh, I see.

So you're saying it's really a matter of control. They could control, for example, if you went into a supermarket and you wanted to get some, oh, I don't know, some little Debbie snack cakes, and they could say, Well, you know, you're three pounds overweight. You can't, no little Debbie's for you, pal. I don't know to what extent they can do, but. If they control what items you are able to get, And you know, they got you.

Jimmy, I don't like that. I don't like it one bit. It scares me to death. I'm glad I'm old.

Well, here's the thing. You don't sound very old, but here's what gets me, Jimmy, is that that's already starting in some places. I know in Memphis there are several restaurants that have you have to pay by credit card. You cannot pay by cash anymore. Yeah.

But the one about the the I understand the credit card, but they're talking about doing away with credit cards like You know, that what was that hamburger going you said about the staking recognition? Yeah. If everybody goes to that, you won't need anything. You just walk up and Get what you want with your faith. If you don't have anything in the system that can pay for it through your faith.

You don't get it. You've been bought. You don't get it. It just sounds mark of the beastie to me, you know? Just too much like the mark of the beast.

It it scares me to death, and that's one reason. But I just feel like Trump With him in office, he is the only one that might and curb this away. you know, might go that direction. I don't know. All right.

We've got to get Trump in there. We've got to get Trump in there. We do. Otherwise, we've got the Antichrist coming right down the pike. All right, Jimmy, appreciate that call.

It's right. We could be approaching a time when there is no cash, that everything is controlled. For you by somebody else. And they determine, like Jimmy said, how much gas you can put in your car, how much groceries you can buy. And you wonder if some sort of a social score would, how that would play into all of that.

It's just very strange. All right, let's take a break here. 901-260-5926 is our number. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show.

I'm curious, any of you folks trying First Cup Coffee, one of our brand new sponsors. FirstCup.com is the website that's firstcup.com. It is a family-owned, Christian-owned, conservative-owned company, and they are roasting some pretty darn tasty coffee beans. For example, the John Hancock flavor is about the Declaration of Independence.

The Washington, which is my personal favorite blend, named after the first president. You've got the Rushmore and the Carver. You've got the Uh, the Buzz, named after the first men to walk on the moon, and the Boston Tea Party, which is decaf. Named after the first. Yeah, really, I can't I can't do decaf.

Of obvious heart reasons. Yeah, that's not good. But I like the first cup coffee. It's pretty tasty stuff. The George Washington.

It's my go-to. I think it's everybody's favorite here. There's none left. It's true. I'm complaining about that.

So I'm going to have to try another blend now.

So go check it out: firstcup.com and use the code Todd. Give it a try. I think you're really going to love it. The best part of all, first of all, it's a delicious cup of coffee. Second of all, It's It's run by a good conservative Christian family, and I love that.

All right, so President Biden giving speeches today, he's out on the campaign trail, and I'm going to give a signed copy of Twilight's Last Gleaming: Can America Be Saved, to anybody who can explain what Biden is talking about here. Let me close with this. After I signed the PACATLAC Act into law, I'm sorry. I'm sorry, what did he say? Can we play that one more time?

Let me close with this. After I signed the PAC Act into law, Pakalaka Cadalaka. Whack, whack, whack. Back of doodledoo. I don't know what he said.

If you can figure this out, you're going to get a signed copy of Twilight's Last Gleaming. Play it one more time. I know people are like. They're already dialing it, but they're thinking, what did he just say? Let me close with this.

After I signed the PAC Act into law, I don't know what he said. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the leader of the free world.

So look, our telephone number, 901-260-5926. If you want to take a crack at what you think Biden just said there, give us a call. That's 901-260-5926. We're going to throw in a signed copy of Twilight's Last Gleaming: Can America Be Saved? You got me on that one, folks.

That's a doozy. All right. Want to play some audio? This is from the vault because you know, Biden. has a really bad history of lying.

I mean really bad history of lying. And this is nothing new. This goes all the way back to when he was a senator And there's a great episode of Johnny Carson, of all people, the late great comedian Johnny Carson. Literally calling out Joe Biden's lies like 30, 40 years ago, take a listen to Cut 7.

Now on the political scene, one of the Democratic candidates is Senator Joseph Biden. Have you seen the problem he's been having? He went around and made a speech. And apparently He quoted a, I think it was a British. politician.

took his speech and kind of paraphrased it as his own. And then the press got on him, and then he was charged also with taking part of Bobby Kennedy's speeches. And Biden says. Not to worry, he reassured his staff. He said, we have nothing to fear but fear itself.

That's great. Man, you know, I really feel bad for. Today's generations, they do not understand the joy of what late-night TV used to be. Where people used to go to bed with Johnny Carson on. And it was funny, it was entertaining.

And he never tried to destroy a politician or a celebrity. But it was just So darn funny back in the day. I missed Johnny Carson. All right, let's go to the phones here. We're going to.

This is crazy. Michelle in North Carolina. Hi, Michelle. How are you? Hey, John, how are you?

Michelle, I'm doing good. I'm just trying to figure out what Biden was trying to say here. Any guess, any wild guess? Um After left the park. Pack it like ant.

No, I don't think that's it, Michelle. But it's a good, it's a good golly. Good try. Let's go to Marie in Georgia. All right, Marie, any idea what Biden was saying here?

When I signed that pack of lies into law. Pack of lies. All right, that's cool. Could be, but I'm not too sure about that. Marie, that's a good try, though.

All right, give us a call back. This is. This stumps me. All right, let's go to Savonia in Georgia. Can you help me translate what Biden just said?

Okay. Hey guys, this is Savanya. I'm l I listen to you every day on my lunch break. I'm out of Athens, Georgia. And President Biden was saying when he signed the PAC Act into law.

I'm uh um go for a vet. And so he signed the Pact Act law and it's going to help Vietnam vet Gulf War vet, Afghanistan, Expeditoran.

So, yeah, that's what he said. All right. Yeah. You know what? Savonia, I have no idea.

I don't know what the heck he was talking about. But that sounds pretty darn good to me.

Well done.

Well, Savonia, first of all, thank you for calling in. And we've got Lisa calling in Louisiana. Tell Lisa don't go anywhere. But, Savonia, we're going to put you on hold, and I'm going to send you a signed copy of my brand new book. And so hang tight.

Let's go to Lisa, listening to us on K-R-O-F. In Lafayette, Lisa, how are you? Hey, Todd, I'm good. How are you? Lisa, I'm great, but we're running out of time for this hour.

So, you know what I'm going to do, Lisa? I'm going to send you a copy of my book. Is that okay? Oh, that's awesome, but I'll just tell you what he said. What did he say?

It's clear. It's very clear. He says, I'm look when I close. I'm gonna sign the pact. Badillac act.

It's very clear to me. All right, Lisa. There you go. Hang tight. We'll be right back.

Jeez, Alou. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. That's right. I love this American.

Well, hello, everybody. Welcome to the Tom Sterns Radio Program. Happy to have you with us. And President Biden out there on the campaign trail, and it is not going good today. As a matter of fact, just moments ago, well, this is what Biden had to say.

Let me close with this. After I signed the PAC Act into law, Okay. Whatever we don't know. We don't know. He said some other things as well.

We're going to be getting some video, some audio for you here in just a little while. Right now, though, I want to go to the Patriot Mobile newsmaker line, say hello to David Gelman, a great criminal defense attorney, former prosecutor, and member of the Trump legal surrogate team. David, good to have you with us today. Hey, thanks for having me back, Todd.

So, David, a lot going on yesterday. And, of course, today, President Trump seems, I mean, he's pretty upset and rightfully so. But I got to tell you, after what happened yesterday with Robert Costello and the way the judge treated him, I'm wondering if the prosecution realizes they've got big, big problems on their hands. You know, it's a very good point. I think they definitely know they have big problems.

In fact, they've had big problems before this case even went to trial. let alone going to the actual trial on yesterday. It it really was shocking to me how the judge acted with all the prosecution's witnesses and then how he acted with Robert Costello. It really just completes the whole narrative, if you will, that this judge is so biased. And so ineffective because of his biasness.

That he has no other recourse. He's almost like another member of the prosecution team, if you think of it. Uh you know, when you admonish Somebody on the stand. As a judge That is like a last-ditch effort. And then, not only did that do that and to embarrass Robert Costello, who look.

He's a former federal prosecutor. He's been a lawyer for 50-something years. He's very well respected in the legal community. And then, for him to then tell the jury to leave. to admonish him more.

I thought that's incredibly unprofessional. And again, shows a biasedness. that he has towards the Trump legal team and towards President Trump himself. I mean, I don't think there's anything like this ever that has happened, at least that I've ever seen. And yet, President Trump is not allowed to say anything.

There is a gag order in place. If he does say something, he could be thrown in jail. I mean, like, just if you hear yourself saying this, it doesn't make like your mind blows up, right? It just it really, again, is so one sided, this whole prosecution from the prosecutor to the judge to every ruling so far. I mean, if President Trump cannot talk about his actual case, Where any other American Would be able to talk about their case, but this one individual is not allowed to talk about it because the judge.

Doesn't want the truth to come out that his daughter is a Democratic operative who is making millions of dollars on this exact case. And not to mention all the witnesses that the prosecution has presented so far. Michael Cohen, their star witness. I mean, you know, what a gem this guy is. He's a professional liar.

He's never told the truth a day in his life. And he is the person that the jury is supposed to believe That Donald Trump actually committed a crime, although no crime has actually been. Testified about yet. Let me jump in here, David, because to that point, you're right. There's been no proof that Trump committed any crime, but the prosecution's witnesses are the ones Who are acknowledging they're committing crimes.

And when I go back to what Michael Cohen admitted to, stealing $60,000 from a client, how serious is that? Yeah. It's incredibly serious. I mean, you know, look, number one, this is a guy, he recorded his. We're um His talks with his own attorney, with his own client.

You can never do that. And then, He admitted to stealing $60,000. From the Trump organization. I mean, thank God for Michael Cohen, the statute of limitations have expired. That crime that he committed, larceny, That is actually a higher degree crime than what Donald Trump is actually being charged with, allegedly, now.

That's the it again. It's like a full circle with this where I don't really think the prosecution knew about this. Because if they did, they should have brought that up in their direct examination of Michael Cohen, not have Michael Cohen. cross-examined and that's when it became public knowledge. And another thing that I think goes towards the credibility of Michael Cohen, or lack thereof, I should say, is he testified that Trump knew everything.

He knew where every dime was going, right?

Well, if he did, then how did Donald Trump not know that sixty thousand dollars was missing?

So again, it goes to the credibility and to how much Michael Cohen just lies. Like, he doesn't even know that he's lying when he's lying.

So has Cohen been charged with that, or was this something that everybody just learned this past week?

So, no, Michael Cohen hasn't been charged, and unfortunately, he won't be able to be charged due to the statute limitations. But yeah, I think this is something that was found out this week. I maybe the Trump I I assume that the defense team knew about it by going through all their records and whatnot, and it probably became knowledge While they were doing their due diligence. But this is something that is pretty new. And again, I don't even know if the prosecutors knew about it.

And if they didn't, shame on them. Wow. This is just insane. David Gelman, a Trump legal surrogate. And David, after it's all said and done, regardless of the outcome, is there any way that the judge can be held accountable for clearly his bias from the bench?

You know, that that's a great question, Todd. And he should be. And not only him, but the Bra but D. A. Bragg should be.

And Letitia James should be.

However, no, there is no ramifications really for them unless it's appealed and the they get kind of smacked down, if you will, by the appellate division. But the only ramifications would be if the state bar exam or judicial bar exam or bar bar people formally admonished him or fined him or suspended him. But you and I both know that will never happen. This is a Democratic operative who's his daughter, and he just plays into the party. You know, remember.

He donated to Biden's campaign in 2020.

So the biasness that he has is overwhelming.

Now, how why he won't be um Sanctioned and all.

Well, again, you're dealing with New York and you're dealing with the liberal state and people who are kind of helping out each other. And it's not doing any good to President Trump, and it's certainly not doing any good to the public of New York. It just seems to me, and again, I just don't know why in the world this even went to trial. You have Stormy Daniels admitting so many times, Michael Cohen even admitting so many times over the years that there was no relationship, there was no affair, there was no hush money. And now, all of a sudden, clearly, I mean, we all know what they're up to.

You would think the judge would have intervened at some point already and said, okay, this is it. There's nothing here. Look, this should have never gone to a trial, should have never been charged. The only reason it's ever been charged in where we're at today is for one reason and one reason only. It's because President Trump announced that he is going to run again for reelection in 2024.

So they're just trying to stop President Trump from, number one, campaigning, which is called election interference. And number two, they're trying to interfere with him to become the next President of the United States. But so far, what they're doing is backfiring one hundred percent. Because as you just said before I came on, look at Joe Biden and how he's campaigning today and what he's pretty much saying. And then Donald Trump.

He looks, you know, just Like he's in control, he's strong, all the statements and everything like that. I mean, this is a total backfire by the Democrats for what they're doing or for the injustice. That they've done here. They politicized the DOJ, and they're getting what is coming to them.

Okay, so both sides, prosecution, defense, they've rested their cases. We understand that the judge is going to bring everybody back in next Tuesday. What happens next week?

So next week on Tuesday, they are going the both the prosecution and the defense are going to do their summations or their closing arguments.

So what will happen is the defense goes first. And then the prosecutor will go last. And they both, again, Put on their conclusions, if you will, saying if the defense will say, how there is no case and Donald Trump is innocent beyond a reasonable doubt. The prosecution will say the opposite. And then, after that, it goes to the jury.

And the jury will go into the back. There's 12 jury members. And they're going pretty much debate. And they're going to have to come to a resolution one way or another. Either is Donald Trump innocent, which that's the verdict that should come down, or is he guilty?

Yeah. If they don't have a unanimous decision where all 12 of them have to vote one way, if they cannot do that, then you're going to have a hung jury. In this case, is uh well, I would think that this case will never be tried again, but It is the New York DA, so who knows with them. Who knows? Who knows?

All right. Look, David, great information, great intel. Appreciate your insight. I know we'll be checking back in with you next week. Mm.

Sounds good, Todd. Look forward to it. All right, there you go, everybody. David Gelman, part of the Trump Legal Surrogate team, and giving you the blow-by-blow, what happens next. And this is just it is a sham and a travesty.

What is happening, but this is what happens when you weaponize the judicial system in this country. All right, got to take a break here. By the way, Dylan, I grabbed some coffee downstairs, and you're right, we're out of the Washington blend trying the Buzz Aldrin. Not too shabby. Right.

Really? It tastes like a moon landing. That's good to hear. I guess. That's what it's like.

Any rocks in there? No rocks. Smooth. It's not burnt either, like Starbucks. Firstcup.com, by the way, if you want to know what we're talking about, folks.

So firstcup.com, use the code word Todd. All right, we've got to take a break here. 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Starring Show.

All right, coming up. Coming up this afternoon on Newsmax 2, the Ton Stern Show. Oh, we've got a great program lined up for you. The mom of Little Jimmy Hayward. We played Jimmy's speech.

His mom is going to be joining us on the TV program a little bit later on. That's 5 o'clock Eastern, by the way. Also, Scott Walker, Governor Scott Walker from Young America's Foundation is going to drop by. And a couple of weeks, I think it was last week, we told you about the superintendent of schools in Cobb County. Georgia, and he is taking a very hard stand against this porn.

that's been found inside a lot of these school uh public school libraries.

So we're going to be talking to him, and Ben Dieter's going to drop by. Have you heard about this crazy story in Memphis about Graceland?

So, the word is that Graceland was up for. Was up for foreclosure, and people are freaking out over this. I mean, I'm getting text messages from all over the place. As a matter of fact, you're going to be on my good buddy Lars Larson's show this afternoon to talk about this. But anyway, the concern was that Graceland was set to be auctioned this Thursday.

And now Lisa Marie Presley's daughter. That would be Riley Keogh, has filed a lawsuit. We understand a judge has issued a stay.

So here's what's going down: the allegation is that Lisa Marie Presley, who died, Failed to repay a $3.8 million loan that was taken out in 2018. But here's the problem.

So, first of all, the family is saying it's not true. It's all, this is fraud. She never took out a loan. It never happened.

Now This is all part of a company called Nauseny Investments. Here's the problem. Nawsini Investments is apparently not a real entity. They are not returning emails, letters, phone calls from the family's attorneys. Reporters can't find any information online about this company.

Their address is a post office box. in Kimberling City, Missouri, But when you actually look up the business information, there is no business by that name located there. As of Monday, this is according to the reporting of the Daily Memphian. A separate post office box was set up in Hollister, Missouri. The NIPL LLC Collections Department.

But nothing found in on under that business name either. The company also claimed headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. But that ab that address was also a post office box. And the phone number there is no longer listed in service. The man who apparently owns this company, Kurt Naussany.

Cannot be found anywhere online. And as far as the LexisNexis database goes, there's nobody in the United States with that name.

So it looks as though someone was trying to perpetrate a great fraud on the family of Lisa Marie Presley. The last message that they got from this guy was back in May of twenty twenty two when Nawson he made it known he would accept two point eight million dollars to satisfy the loan. But again, the family is saying, what long?

Now, all of this was notarized, but the notary says, I don't know anything about it.

So Again, it's just sort of shocking it got to the point it did. But it certainly looks as though this is some sort of a shakedown. of the Presley family that went awry. By the way, none of this makes any sense. And I will say this.

The Graceland is the most visited house in America. This is It's unbelievable. Over 600,000 people a year come to Graceland. to see the jungle room. And the house itself is worth between $500 million.

This is the low ball, between $500 million and a billion dollars.

So let me j just on at just knowing that information. To hear that Lisa Murray allegedly took out a loan for what, $3.8 million. I don't believe it. I heard the story, the reporting on it, and the way it's being reported. is so off base.

It's ridiculous. But it does make you wonder, I mean, how many other people are out there that have been through this? And we've seen this before, and it's not just the squatters. These are people that go in and they claim the deed to your home, and then one day you wake up and you realize that you don't own your home anymore.

So, this is nothing new. This, though, is just insane. All right, 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926. I have a suspicious mind.

when it comes to stuff like this. I'll just say that. Thank you.

Thank you very much.

So, the good news is, I don't think we're going to be auctioning off the jungle room. I think we're good there.

So and by the way, if you haven't been out of Graceland, It is worth visiting Memphis to go to Graceland. It is it's really they've done it up almost like a Universal Studios sort of Elvis land. There's all sorts of stuff to do, great restaurants out there. And there really is something about taking a tour through the mansion. It's just really breathtaking.

And I'll tell you, the graveyard, the grave site there of Elvis and his family, just mind-blowing. All right, got to take a break. 901-260-5926. This is the Tom Stern Show. And welcome back, everybody.

So, thank you all so much for helping share the news and get the information out. I am so excited about our next guest. This is really one of the best websites out there, and it is just so inspirational, such an encouragement. Pray.com. I know many of you have been to this website, Pray.com.

I want to bring in on the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line the co-founder of Prey.com, Mike Lynn. Mike, good to have you with us today. Hey, Todd.

So excited to be here. Thanks for having me.

Well, Mike, let's talk about this website that you guys have. I mean, you launched it back in twenty seventeen. How did that conversation go? Yes, it really came about through a tragedy that happened in one of my co founders' life. His name is Steve Gattina.

His business partner in a different business. got in a plane crash. on september eleventh of all days of twenty fifteen, And Todd, you know that faith is what people fall back on in in tragedy. And my business partner, Steve, he didn't really have that to fall back on. His mom is Jewish, dad was Irish Catholic, and his grandma kind of dragged him to church.

And so when you have a tragic event like that, I fall back on my Catholic faith. Steve didn't really have that. And so, you know, somebody sent him a password podcast. And you started listening to it every day going to work and coming home from work, And it really helped him with his business partner passing in such a tragic way. And that's really how Frey.com got started.

You know, there needed to be an easy way to find really inspirational content. And that's why we created Pray.com to make it a digital destination for faith. You know, as much blowback as the social media world gets and the digital world gets, you know, for a lot of people, you know, that is their sense of community, and that's where they're able to connect with people. And many times they never even meet these individuals in real life. But I have to imagine through this website that so many people have experienced those kinds of connections.

Oh, it's an incredible community. And it really started off with how we started Prey.com. We were a social network actually when we first got started. And the communication back and forth of people praying for each other was really incredible. And we're going through a crisis in this country, Todd.

There is a mental health crisis. And people need community. And people need to feel good about what's going on and who they are. And they can experience that on Pray.com. And that's why we've built this to be such a large platform to get that content that people can feel good about and be inspired with.

So, how does it work, Mike?

Somebody goes to Pray.com, there's so many different things for folks to do there. What is step number one? Yeah, step number one is download an app.

So go to the app stores, download the Google or iPhone app. You can also go to the website, Pray.com. And first thing is just get registered. It's a free platform.

Now we do have content that you can subscribe to if you want, but the majority of our content is free. And the first thing you get every single morning is a daily devotional.

So we actually a piece of scripture every single morning. We actually read it to you. We tell you what it means and how it can have an impact on your life. And then you can engage with other content in the platform. And the type of content that we have is really incredible.

We've actually created cinematic Bible stories that you can listen to the Bible really come to life. We also have all sorts of other content that is really exciting, like let's just say Dr. Phil. He has a prayer therapy series on our platform or Drew Breeze. He's got motivational prayers on Pray.com.

And even if you want to hear Darth Vader, aka James Earl Jones read the Bible. He's on Prey.com too.

So there's a lot of different types of content. And I think for us, We wanted to build a series of different content that you can engage with. Do you need help falling asleep? we've got bedtime Bible stories. Do you need you need a little relief of some stress or some anxiety?

We've got meditative prayer.

So really, it's a combination of all sorts of type of content. I just think this is so amazing. I'm already on the sleep thing, so I love this. You have bedtime Bible stories and so many names. And folks, longtime listeners of this program, you're going to recognize a lot of these names: Dr.

Tony Evans, Ed Young, Jeff Shreve, A.R. Bernard.

So kind of a who's who of pastors that have appeared on this program. I'm curious, over the years, I mean, it's been 2017, do you guys get a lot of feedback from people who have been encouraged by the website? Oh, the feedback has been incredible. If you actually went into the app stores, you could read. of the reviews, the hundreds of thousands of reviews that we get.

Every single day when we start at work at Prey.com, we read a review to our entire company every single morning. And the types of reviews that we get, you know, when I started this business eight years ago, I had no idea. the impact that I would have on people. To give you one that just really sticks out to me that and I've got so many was there was a police officer in Cleveland, Ohio. that had written in to tell us that he was going to kill himself one day And he had planned on doing it and got a text message from a friend to download the Prey.com app.

And he downloaded it and started listening to the content, and he decided to live. He decided that was something that changed his life at that moment, that that was a calling for him. And there are just so many stories like that, Todd. It's amazing the impact we've had on people because, really, People just want to feel good about who they are every day. And the really great thing about the Bible is that is what the Bible can actually teach you.

is that God made you for a reason. And I think the more people are closer to their faith, the actually the better they're going to feel about themselves every day. And you know what happens when you feel good, Todd? You're going to treat other people well too. Dylan, I'm going to buy you lunch today.

Dylan's are bored up. I feel good now. I feel like I'm in a good mood. Mike Lynn is the co-founder of Pray.com. Currently, he serves as the chief financial officer of this incredible, incredible website.

And again, it goes back to this idea that God can use anything. A lot of times, people of faith were a little nervous about using technology or new ways to convey ideas like prayer. But I think your website is evidence that God can not only use a platform, but God can be glorified through a platform like this. Absolutely. And I think the The historical way of interacting with your faith was maybe reading the Bible at home or going to church on Sunday.

And I encourage everyone to do those things. And I think there's also an opportunity for, yeah, you know, when you can't make it to church. there should be an option for you. You know what happened to my business partner, Steve, when his business partner died, it was a Friday at 4 o'clock. You know, he needed that help right then and there.

And I think that happens to all of us. And there's nothing more. satisfying and healing. Than being in Scripture and having it done in a way that you're used to. I mean, we're on our phones constantly.

So why do we have to you know have social media sites that potentially may be depressing to us. Why not have a platform that can actually be encouraging to us, which is why we're, you know, why we built Pray.com. We want to help people, we want to make people feel good. Love this. Love it.

Folks, go to pray.com right now, sign up. be blessed and start praying. Pray.com. Mike Lynn, we'd love to get you back sometime soon. And what an incredible story.

And thank you. And I just want to thank your team for all the great work you are doing to make this a better country. Thank you so much, Todd. I appreciate you. Thanks for having me on the program, and God bless everyone.

All right, Mike Lynn, co-founder of Pray.com. I'm curious if any of you out there have been using this website. Lots of wonderful stuff there, and it doesn't really matter what your denomination is, your denominational flavor. I think there's something for everybody on this website. By the way, I'm curious, Dylan.

I know you go to church. Don't name the church. I know you go to church, I go to church. Um, do you use a real Bible, like a physical Bible? Or do you use the your smartphone?

I try to use the real Bible. I'm in church. You know, I try to use the smartphone and I feel bad. Because I feel like everybody thinks I'm on my phone. Right.

It doesn't have a good look to it. I can understand the iPad people, the iPad Bibles. You know, our pastor has an iPad. They're just showing off. Yeah, they are.

It's just showing off at that point. That's true. But the real Bible, you can't beat that. You know, back in the day, the Bible wars of the early 1980s, when it was like whoever had the biggest Bible, right? That was like the thing.

Those study Bibles. Those are huge. The study Bibles, and then somebody always, some smart elect brings in the old hardback family Bible with the lineage back to Adam and Eve. Oh, yeah. And they've got the paintings and everything.

That's just terrible. But then we went from that to like super tiny, and then we're back. Yeah, I can't, I just feel weird. If I'm using my smartphone and I feel like I should, I'm having to show the people around me, oh, I'm not texting, I'm not. I'm actually reading God's word.

I put on Do Not Disturb, Todd. Oh, that's it. Is that? Look at those texts. Speaking of that, may I need to ask you a question.

You're a member. Are you a Gen Z? Yeah. You're a Gen Z. All right.

So I'm not going to name names. But I understand that some people within the Starnes Media group have thought that I was sending mean messages, text messages. Because I ended every one of my text messages with a period. Yeah, that's considered mean in our generation. Who decided that?

Uh. Our generation, probably.

So I'm sitting here, and all I'm doing is crafting a grammatically correct text message. Everything is spelled correctly. I don't do the shortcuts. And then I end with a period.

So ending a sentence in a text with a period implies that I'm upset. Yes. Can I tell you why? Yes. It's because we don't.

Talk to people face to face anymore. We just use our technology to text. And so. We base our emotions off the text as well now, because used to you would just read someone's face when you talk to them, but now that we just text each other. We use a period to To show that we're mad, or two dots at the end to show that we're really mad.

Really? Well, dot, dot, dot means there's, you know, I'm kind of letting the thought linger. No, dot, dot, dot's the worst thing you could do to achieve crying out loud.

So, so all this time, people have been thinking that I've been upset when I'm just trying to be grammatically correct. Yes. That's what you're telling me. What about exclamation marks? No, those are good.

Really? Yeah, some people use those sarcastically now. It's all a game. Oh, Lord. Are there any rules?

There's like a website that you can go to, like all of us Gen Xers. Yeah, no, there's no rules. I mean, you have to, you know, it used to be you don't even capitalize the first word in each sentence. That used to be the fad of the Gen Zers, but I don't know. Just don't put a period at the end.

I don't think you're mad at me. You and I were at a baby show. We had a family function over the weekend, and people are at the family function and they're texting each other. Why not just go up to that person and talk to the person? Our brains are rotted, Todd.

Yes. Your entire generation needs therapy. They're probably all on it too. That's true. And that's a period on the end of that.

So period. All right. Got to take a break. Got it. Oh, wait, no.

Period is angry. Exclamation mark is happy? I'm confused. All right. 901-260-5926.

This is why I would be a terrible parent. 901-260-5926. This is the Tom Stern Show. All right, welcome back, everybody. Good to have you with us today.

Let's go to the phones: 901-260-5926. Our good friend St. Francis from Georgia. On the line. Hi, St.

Francis. How are you today? Hey, Todd.

Sure, good talking to you again.

Well people I think people are doing this interpretation of the President's speech all wrong. You know, I've had experience with this thing and The thing is, they're not realizing that he's talking through a demon. And uh that whole demon talk experience And what the demon is saying, he says, Good Lord, I can't take it anymore. Please call an exorcist.

So that's what he's that's what's going on there.

So the demon's stuck out there. The demon can't get out. Yeah, he's stuck, and he walks out That's my interpretation.

So take it for what it's worth. Can we play the audio again? I want to hear this for myself. Let me close with this. After I signed the packet into.

Let me out. Let me out. Wow. I heard it. I heard it, St.

Francis. Boy, I tell you, you didn't have to play it backwards either, did you? Yes, that's true. We were just talking about that yesterday, as a matter of fact. All right, say, Francis, man, it was great seeing you, and I didn't realize you actually have a halo.

That was a little off-putting, but very clever.

Well, I have I have uh that was my dress halo. I was going out in puppets. Of course. I I normally don't have that halo except when I go to Meet important people. I love it.

Well, it was a lot of fun. I told somebody it was like that whole show was like being on an episode of Mayberry, right? The Indy Griffith show. I thoroughly enjoyed it, Todd, and it was a great show.

So thank you for asking me to participate.

Well, you did a great job, St. Francis, and thanks for calling in and all of our great listeners across America. We have the best listeners, and you guys, some of you guys are just characters. And that's why I'm excited to go out and meet. We've never done an event in Statesville, North Carolina.

We've never done an event in Winston-Salem. And so we're very excited to be hitting those two towns later this week. And then Greensboro, I'll be at the North Carolina Republican Convention meeting, and I'm going to be keynoting the prayer breakfast.

Contact your radio stations, WSIC, WSJS, and they'll be able to give you all the intel on our events. Coming up in June, we're heading out to Iowa, K. X-E-L, that's Jeff Stein territory.

And we're going to be doing a big book event there.

So it's going to be a lot of fun. But I got to tell you, Dylan, I'm a little, I need a nap. I need a nap. You can nap on the plane. I have been doing that.

Delta is funny. I hit those Delta planes, I'm out like a light. Especially if you have all that good food in you with all the recommendations you've gotten. You're really going to need a new one. Yes.

So we've got chicken and barbecue. We're going to open it up for a few more suggestions. I didn't realize I was going to be down there for so long.

So we'll have to space it out a little bit. You've got to come back with like a Yelp review for the station. I'm all over that. All right. Folks, it's been a lot of fun tonight.

5 o'clock Eastern on Newsmax. We've got a full show. Governor Scott Walker is going to drop by. Also, the mom of this kid out in California. Who got in trouble for delivering a patriotic speech?
