Welcome to the Todd Starn Show, sponsored by Legacy Precious Metals. There's never been a better time to invest in precious metals. Visit LegacyPM Investments dot com. That's legacypminvestments. com.

Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starnes. That's right. I love this American.

So I you know, I don't mean to Stir a stink right out of the gate here. Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Todd Stearns Radio Program. But I was watching the State of the Union address last night, so you did not have to. As a matter of fact, we had most of the staff here of the Todd Stars radio program, and we actually sat down and watched the excruciating speech.

From beginning to end, and we did so as a public service for you, the great listeners of this radio program. And it was tough. I'm not going to lie, it was tough, ladies and gentlemen, but we persevered and we made it through. I'm going to get to Kim Reynolds, who I thought did a terrific rebuttal, but we need to have a conversation, Republicans, about how we do these rebuttals because it's just not a good look. And Kim Reynolds did the best job she could possibly do, but it.

It needed a little bit of um uh what was it to that uh emerald agassi. Bam! That's what it needed. It was just a little ho-hum, if you will. But what I want to talk about, and we're going to start out here with Lauren Boebert, who I consider to be a great American patriot.

So last night, Biden is up there giving the State of the Union address, and he Fails to mention anything about the American service members who were slaughtered, massacred in Afghanistan, in Kabul, at the airport because of his failed policies. And nobody called him out.

Now, the State of the Union addresses, they're supposed to be very formal affairs. You're only allowed to clap, you're not allowed to say anything, you just have to sit there. But thank goodness for Congresswoman Lauren Bobert, because she knew as she was listening to the president, and he was talking about fallen service members, but not the 13 who were killed because of his failed policies. Instead, he was talking about all these psychological issues that service members are suffering from. And Bobert.

In the middle of all this, basically had enough. Take a listen to what happened. And they come home. Many of the world's fittest and best trained warriors in the world. Never the same.

headaches, numbness, dizziness. A cancer that would put them in a flag-drake coffin. I know. There's him. Yeah.

One of those. Yeah. I mean, she called him out and it was hard to hear, but but Bobert was saying, you did that. You put the you're responsible for those thirteen flag drape coffins.

Now, the mainstream media went bonkers. I mean everybody was triggered by what she had to say. As a matter of fact, Breonna Keeler over at CNN, the most profane name in news, Crying Negro Network, had this to say. Thank you, Judge Joe Brown. She says, You heckled remarks about burn pit exposure, an urgent health issue for post-9/11 veterans.

You can't honor the memory of 13 service members killed in action by disrespecting the memory and suffering of countless others who have and will be affected by burn pit exposure.

Okay, well, don't get your panty hose and a twist, Miss Keeler, because that's not what she was doing. Very clear, Lauren Boebert was honoring the memory of those thirteen fallen service members. Say their names, Mr. President. Say their names, sir.

Say their names. But he's not going to say their names because Joe Biden can't even remember his own blasted name. Jake Tapper, also of CNN, the most profane name in news. Crying Negro Network. Thank you, Judge Joe Brown.

had this to say, Jake Tapper says. That in a different era, A congresswoman shouting and heckling the President at the State of the Union while he was talking about U. S.

soldiers killed in action.

Okay, he wasn't. He sh he was not talking about U. S.

soldiers killed in action.

And pardon me. Let me continue.

Okay. In a different era, a congresswoman shouting and heckling the president at the State of the Union while he was talking about U.S.

soldiers killed in action and was about to invoke his own dead son. Can I stop there again? Grace, you got to keep me on track here. You're not doing a good job of keeping me on track. I'm trying to read through the quote, but I can't stop myself.

You're kind of unhinged, Todd. I am not unhinged. I am righteously indignant.

Okay. So, why does he do that? Why does he always look? I get it, Grace. The guy's son died.

It was a horrible, tragic death. He had cancer. I understand. But every single time he references.

Soldiers killed in action, he brings up his son, who we do not disrespect here, was not killed in action. That's a good point. Why does he do that? Because he's trying to invoke, it's a selfish thing. It is a selfish thing he's doing.

He's playing the sympathy card. He is. And we're calling them out on it. We're calling him. Let me try this again.

And Grace, if I get off on a change, you gotta just jump in and say, Todd, stop it. Just practice that. One, two, three. Todd, stop it.

Okay, that's good. All right, let's try this. All right. In a different era, this is Jake Tapper. In a different era, a congresswoman shouting and heckling the president of the State of the Union while he was talking about U.S.

soldiers killed in action and was about to invoke his own dead son would be widely condemned across the political spectrum, starting with her caucus leader. Yeah. Good job staying on track. Really hissy fit there. Look, those two are full of Grade A fertilizer, folks, because they know that she was not heckling soldiers killed in action.

She was not mocking Biden over his dead son. And by the way, even liberals know this. This is why they can't even stand watching that nonsense. I mean, their ratings are horrible. I think Russia RT.com, the Russian T V station in America gets more ratings than CNN.

Ouch. It's terrible.

So, anyway, a lot of people are calling out Bobert, including conservatives. And that's, folks. I believe in this instance, and I'm a decorum guy, but I believe in this instance that Lauren Boebert was right. To call out. Joe Biden.

Yeah. He could have said their names. I got an advanced copy of the speech. I read through it. There was plenty of time.

For him to say their names. He could have done that. Yeah. But he didn't do it. And the reason why is very simple.

Because the nation would have been reminded. Of his failed. Catastrophic evacuation. of Afghanistan. They want you to forget the names of those 13 service members who were killed in Afghanistan.

That's what they want. That's why the Biden administration will never ever, they'll mention anybody else who was killed by a police officer. They won't mention all of the white people who were killed and maimed. Over 70, by the way, at that Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The President's going to be in Wisconsin today.

He's not going to go and visit those people. He's not going to hold some sort of a memorial for those people because he want that goes against the narrative. It goes against his narrative.

So look, we're going to talk about this speech. We've got our good buddies Jeff Katz, Harry Hurley, Radio Roundtable coming up. Senator Marcia Blackburn is going to weigh in. Did you notice how many people did not attend the State of the Union address last night? That was insane.

But a lot of folks, I'm telling you, a lot of Republicans stayed away. But not Bobert and not MTG. They were there and they made their presence known. By the way, all you people complaining about MTG, fine. You know what?

You should have put her on a committee. You didn't want oh, we can't have her on a committee. That would just be awful.

Well, you know what? What else is she going to do? Put her on a committee, give her some work to do, then she wouldn't be out there saying what she's saying. But that's on you. Yeah.

So I'm curious to hear from you your thoughts about this, your thoughts about the President's remarks last night, what were the low points for you? I don't think there were any high points other than the fact that he Got his name right? I maybe. And what was the deal at the end? Go get him.

Go get who? He said, go get them. I went and looked at the transcript. And again, we get the I get the prepared remarks.

So as the just about five or ten minutes before the speech was delivered, I got an email from the White House, and we have the speech.

So we're following along. And you can sort of tell when the president just wanders off the reservation. But at the very end, he wasn't supposed to say, go get him. And I'm wondering who go get who is him? Is he talking about Vladimir Putin?

Is that who he's talking about? And by the way. Maybe it was just me. But I was, and again, we stand with the people of Ukraine. We believe in sovereignty.

But last night was the American State of the Union address. It was not the Ukrainian State of the Union address. That was the American House chamber. And it just, folks, to see a foreign flag. Being waived.

In the House chamber. Did that bother you? I never see I never see Congresspeople waving little American flags. Have you seen that before at another State of the Union? Have you seen where they're waving American flags?

And that's all well and good if you want to support Ukraine, but last night was about America. Last night was supposed to be about us. the state of our union, not Ukraine's. And I'm wondering how Vladimir Putin took that last line: go get him. Who do you think Biden was talking about?

All right, 844-747-8868. We're going to open up the phones for this hour of the program to get your reaction to the State of the Union address. That's 844-747-8868. This is the Todd Star Show. It's Radio Free America.

Certain terms apply. See site for details. I believe the whole speech, the whole Bayan speech is gaslighting people with critical thinking skills. and is way out of touch with the working people, and we are tired of it. You know, gas is high, food is high, rent is high, houses are a million dollars.

I mean, we are getting choked, and they didn't touch on any of those issues, especially Satelline. college students with so much you know, predatory debt. And on you know, and it's just literal gaslighting. It's totally depressing. All right.

That was uh one lady's reaction to the speech on uh C SPAN. And she's not the only one. A lot of folks over on the other networks, MSDNC among others, were very critical of the President's speech, suggesting that it was just it was too little, too late. Let's go to the phones here. What say you?

844-747-8868. Tina in Georgia, W-T-U-N, our great affiliate there. Tina, what say you? Hey, Tom. I just I think there was absolutely nothing good about his speech, nothing at all.

But I just especially irritates me every single time he gets in front of the people. He has to bring up his son, Beau Biden, who died, and his his first wife and their daughter. who died in a car accident and it just drives me insane, as though nobody else has had tragedy. It's so obvious what he's trying to do, and he's trying to play the sympathy card, and he knows that people are going to hesitate. They're not going to want to speak out or speak ill of him if he's referencing the dead wife, the dead child, or you know, or his most recent death is on Bo Bo Bite.

Right. He just I don't know if he thinks that makes him a common man or what that what that's all about, but he I just want to scream every time he does it. I think it's more politically calculated than that. It's pretty it's pretty despicable if you ask me. He knows what he's doing.

He knows what he's doing when he mentions his son like that. Such a jerk. But anyways, that's really all I had to say on that. Hey, Tina, may I ask you a question as a female listener of the Tom Stearns radio program? Would that be okay?

Sure. What was up with the outfit Kamala Harris was wearing last night? It was like rust colored? I just didn't get it. That's what I was just thinking.

Was it rust-colored? Yeah. I don't know. I just can't. Can't barely look at any of 'em.

It was a little off-putting, if you ask me. And I totally agree with you that Nancy looked like a oh no, actually, it was somebody else who said she looked like a seal, a clapping seal. Yeah. You know what was up with her hands? She was like she had her fists together and she was rubbing the fists.

It was very weird. I don't know if she maybe happy hour was extended in the office. It may have been. All right, Tina, God bless you. Thanks for the call.

Let's go to Steve in Arkansas. Steve, what did you think about the President's speech last night?

Well, I called you this. Today, Todd, because you said you watched the whole thing and I couldn't stomach with just a few minutes.

So I want to get you to help me out here. I tuned in and I saw this guy standing up there, Joe, standing up there talking about. protect the border and uh funding police, supporting police. I saw him talking about ending the COVID mandates and lockdowns and all the COVID tyranny and everything. Were they doing a political parody to make fun of MAGA people?

Or were they seriously trying to have a Biden rally? You know, that's a great point. I mean, you know, Black Lives Matter, by the way, coming out and condemning that portion of the speech. I mean, we all know, we all know what Biden has been saying about the police and what the Democrats said. They have been leading the defund the police effort.

There's no getting around that. At all.

So I'm not sure what they were trying to prove last night, but the President was full of fertilizer on those comments. Uh Remember what Obama told Romney?

Well, I think Donald Trump oughta called Biden today and asked for his campaign platform back. There you go. I love it. I love it. And by the yeah, by the way, Steve, thanks for the call.

I want to go to Brenda in Statesville, North Carolina, WSIC. Brenda is raising a very interesting point here about the speech. Hey, Brenda, what's going on? And what is your observation?

Well, I think I'm still aggravated today. I was really angry last night. Today I'm just aggravated. I I think the man before me had my point. I think Biden plagiarized Trump's speech.

Nobody. Nobody could believe. what he was saying. It has nothing to do with what he's done. That is a fair point, and there are people out there Saying that Biden did, in fact.

Plagiarize portions of the speech. We've got a story up on our website, ToddStarnes.com, about that very issue. And by the way, this is not the first time that Biden has done that. And you know, he's got a history, plagiarized Trump, by the way, Brenda. But, you know, Biden has a long history of taking things and using them, declaring them his own, when, in fact, he lifted it from someplace else.

Well, that's right. I think he likes Trump's crowds. Maybe he thought he would be liked as much, but That's never going to happen. I don't think too many people like him in this country right now. No, not even Democrats.

And that's the interesting part about all of this. I think the CNN poll had around 34% of Americans thought it was a really good speech, Brenda. That tells you everything you need to know. When CNN, MSNBC are panning the speech, it's a problem. Brenda, thank you.

Folks, got a couple of lines open here: 844-747-8868. This is the Todd Stern Show. Friends, last year your dollar lost a ton of value. Inflation rose by almost 7% in just one month towards the end of the year. That means in 30 days, your dollar became 93 cents.

All right, folks, welcome back to the Todd Stars Radio Show. Good to have you with us today.

So, the State of the Union address last night not going over very well. Democrats, Republicans, it's pretty, pretty. Pretty horrible across the board. And we're taking your calls as well: 844-747-8868. Let's go to Carlotta in Rhode Island.

Carlotta, it's been a while. Good to have you back with us. Hi, thank you. You know, I have to say that when they say how many people watch the State of the Union speech, I think more people watched it looking for a comedy show than anything else.

So uh when they're bragging this many people watch, They should factor in that they were watching. Tongue in cheek. Wanting to see if Biden was going to, I don't know, fall asleep. Forget where he was. No.

No. just his normal self. He didn't have to he didn't have to do anything Uh Sub-exceptional. Just his normal self is a comedy show. According to the Daily Mail, Carlotta, just forty one percent of viewers reacted positively to Biden's State of the Union address.

That's the lowest in fifteen years.

Well, and then here's the other thing I want to say. When he says go get him. He himself doesn't know who MR. It's Trump, it's Putin, it's anybody that doesn't fall for his B.S. You know what it could have been, Carlotta?

You know, the staff makes notations for themselves at the end of it, and maybe that was meant for a staffer to go and get Biden and pull him off the stage. There you go. You never know. Wouldn't it be something if him and Putin were assassinated at the same time? Oh, God forgive me, I shouldn't have said that.

But if they were uh if they came out of power at the same time.

Well, yeah, we don't want to wish harm on anybody, Carlotta. We don't do that on this show. You know. If there were a coup saying, look, why don't you just get off the stage?

Well, there very well may be a coup that's being concocted by the Democrats because they see where all of this is going. They thought that yesterday, last night was going to be the great reset, that Biden was going to get up there. He was going to refocus the country. We were going to declare victory over the China virus and move on. And he did not do that last night.

And that was a failure. What he refocused us on, Todd, is how inept he is, how unsuited he is to lead the country at this time. Critical time. No doubt about it. No doubt about it.

By the way, I've got to play this bit of audio.

So Biden misspoke. Cut number eight, please. Putmay circle Kyiv with tanks. but it'll never gain the hearts and souls of the Iranian people. He'll never extinguish their love of freedom.

And he will never, never weaken the resolve of the free world. It's the Ukrainian people. Ukrainian people, Mr. President. But let me ask you something.

The people who applauded Does that mean that they pay no attention to him? They don't listen to a word he says, or is they dumber than him? No, they're they're they're morons too, Carlotta. By the way, we've got the video. You've got to watch you've got to watch Kamala Harris's reaction when he said that because she mouthed the words Ukrainian and then smirked and she smirked.

And did you see Nancy Pelosi massaging her gums or something during the whole speech? What was that about? It's like she was eating hay. Do you remember watching horses? When I'm out at Shelby Farms in the afternoon taking a walk, and they have horses.

And that's what she was, it was the same motion that the horses make when they're eating food. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know. I just, the whole thing was surreal, Todd.

It's just surreal. Yeah, hashtag effergent.

So that's all right, Carlotta. God bless you. Great observation. Oh, we've got some other video.

So, Biden was talking about how he takes more pills than anyone else. And the look, so the camera was on Congressman Steve Scalise. Grace, let's try to get Kyle to find that. We've got that on our website. Let's pull that audio.

But Congressman Steve Scalise. He he was stifling a laugh when Biden said that. It's just it's folks, it's a joke. And it would be hilarious if we were not on the verge of nuclear war with Russia. All right, let's go to Statesville, North Carolina, Danny on WSIC.

All right, Danny, what did you think about the speech last night?

Well, honestly, sir, I didn't even watch it last night, but I I had a question for you. How does how does he get up for speak for that loan? And any other interview or any time he's on T V, he can't He stammers around and stutters. How did he get up here last night and talk for that long? You see, Danny, I am prepared to answer that question for you, sir.

You notice we didn't hear anything from Biden all day.

So I think they kept the guy somewhat comatose. He was asleep in bed until moments before the speech. They get him up, they juice up his oatmeal or coffee. Cottage cheese, or whatever the guy's eating, and then they get him out there. And he is clearly on some sort of medications, and we know that because when he's not, you can barely understand what the guy's saying.

Okay. So I think they kept him under wraps. I think they kept him, you know, easy day. Mr. President, you don't have to wake up till 3 or 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

Don't worry about anything. And it was a very leisurely day for the president. But that's what I think was going on because I'm with you, Danny. My thought was: how is he going to be able to talk that long? Exactly.

And it wasn't a very long speech. If you notice, it was not that long of a speech.

Okay. Good call. Thanks for listening. Let's go to Angie in Gainesville, Georgia, WDUN, our great affiliate there. All right, Angie, what's on your mind?

You know what? I'm like the other lady. I'm so aggravated and still upset. We were watching it as a comedy news network type thing and My question is, we watched the stupid reelection of Obama and Biden. Biden made the exact same beach.

at forty years of low inflation and high jobs back in twenty twelve, And he plagiarized Trump, and I don't know if anybody even noticed that. Yes, he did. As a matter of fact, it was Kevin McCarthy's one of his staffers actually picked up on the plagiarism where he literally lifted lines from President Trump's speech and his State of the Union address. Yeah, and my question is if inflation has been down for the first time in forty years, where was Obama and Biden in the last eight years that they were in office? That is a terrific question, Angie.

Terrific question. All right. Hey, we've got a run here, Angie. Thank you for calling in. Real quick, let's go to Memphis, Tennessee.

Jim, listening to us on our flagship station, KWAM. Jim, what's on your mind? Good morning. I just had two quick little observations. When the President came in at first, the camera stayed tight on him and the few times it pulled back, It looked like the the visitors' gallery was empty or half empty.

And there were a lot of seats down below that were empty. That really kind of surprised me. And you were talking about how the he's making faux pas in his speech and And the girls behind them are just, you know, you know, kind of blowing the whole thing off. It just kind of reinforces that there are There's a group behind the screen over in the corner who are giving him everything to say. And if he makes a mistake, they let him hang out to dry.

So, just a couple observations. You know, Jim, yeah, and I've got an answer for you, Jim. On the gallery, they did not allow anyone to bring.

Now, typically, you're allowed to bring a guest.

So, every member of Congress is allowed to have a plus one. But they did not allow that because of the COVID rules. They did allow the first lady and some of those others to bring guests in, but not the regular members of Congress. And yesterday on the show, Jim, we had, I think, three or four congressmen who told us they were not planning on attending.

So, a lot of Republicans were not there last night. And you also had to have a negative COVID test to get into the building. Right. Right. Well, they don't know anything negative about that.

Oh, no. But no, I noticed that as well, Jim, and I'm like, whoa, wow, that is a mighty empty room. Thank you very much. I was going to say, I was going to use the word chicken, but grace it, don't use any foul language. Don't use any foul language.

Thank you, Jim. Grace. That's a pretty good joke. I mean, look, we've really had to watch our language recently. I mean, we've had.

Listeners telling you that you're You got a dirty mouth, Todd.

So, this is true. And, you know, it is what it is, but we're trying our best. I'm just a human. I've noticed you haven't said any of the banned words yet. Not yet.

I'm getting ready, though. You never know. Oh, no. I will say this, Grace.

Someone called into the morning show. This is terrible. I'm just, folks, what I'm about to say is horrible.

Someone called into the morning show with a joke, and they said that there was breaking news that Joe Biden had been rushed to the emergency room with a serious condition. And, of course, I'm sitting up. The guy was just as straight as could be. He was like, this is a big deal. I don't see his face.

I don't know if you guys have heard about this, but it just happened. And so the morning show hosts are like, oh, my God, what's going on? They said, well, apparently Biden can't stop Putin. Wow It's so stupid, but it's a laugh. I don't know what it was.

You know why? Because we're in such a horrible funk as a nation. Yeah. You gotta laugh when you can laugh. You're either gonna laugh or cry, right?

You can't stop Putin. It's true, though. You can't stop Putin. All right. I gotta stop saying that.

About to back up and bring it. It's Todd Starnes. Todd Starnes. Mike Lindell has a passion to help everyone get the best sleep of your life. He created the Giza Dream bed sheets.

Welcome back. Oh, you've got to hear this.

So, this is Joe Biden talking about how much medication he takes. I've ordered more pills than anyone in the world has.

Okay. Pfizer is working overtime to get it. Poppin' bills. Wow. Pop and poo.

Order on Tuesday. I wonder. You know, he's doing the Meta Musil. Oh, you know. You got it.

Sometimes it feels like maybe he's doing BC powder. Remember BC powder? That stuff will make you wired. Do you folks remember BC powder? My mother, back when I was a kid, I'll never forget this, Grace.

She had migraine headaches. And she would drive me to the store. I don't know why I remember this. There was a stop and go. That was the convenience store.

Yes. Stop and go.

So she drove me in and she said, Todd, I need you to go in and get me a pack of BC powder and Tab, which was the diet drink of like the 70s. I remember. And it's that pink. It's so nasty. Yeah, I heard it as well.

Oh, it's terrible.

So my mother would just take because the BC powder basically looks like cocaine in a pouch.

Well, there's really no other polite way to die. He sounds a lot like his son. He smoked more Parmesan cheese than anyone. He smoked more. I've ordered more pills than anyone in the world has.

Thank you. Thank you, Mr. President. Like father-like son.

So you wonder, I mean, did he do a line of BC powder in the Oval Office? I mean, I don't know. You know, you're not supposed to take that stuff like late at night or whatever if you have a headache because it will make you wired. Oh, yes. And so, but I had, I'll never forget this.

You could have a toothache. I'm not making this up. I remember as a child having a toothache, and my mother would take BC powder and she would just pour it on the tooth. No. Oh, just and she says, just leave it there.

You know, you're gagging. It's horrible. It's gross. It's almost like swallowing just charb or baking soda. Yeah, yeah, exactly.

But man, it just will knock that pain right out. You people know what I'm talking about. Won't knock you out, but it'll knock the pain out. There are some people.

Somebody sent me as a gift a whole case of BC powder. Are they trying to tell you something? I'm just surprised it made it through. You know, security. Let's go to the phones.

Bob, Moorhead City, North Carolina. Hey, Bob, what's on your mind? Good morning. If he was serious about the southern border, He would have been sitting in front of his little ceremonial table this morning. Reversing his executive open borders.

and reinstating Trump's Remaining Mexico, and he would have told the people. I have talked to the presidents of the Central American countries and said, stop. your people because they're not coming across our border. He would have done that this morning ceremoniously. To back up what he said last night.

Otherwise, it's just more bite. And Democrat lies. It is, Bob. I mean, there was lie after lie after lie. And not only about the borders, but about the funding of the police officers.

They've been out there for three years at least campaigning on that very issue to defund the police. And it's offensive. But they think we're stupid, Bob. The Democrats think you. You are stupid that you will not remember.

But, Bob, you're going to remember. Absolutely. One other question. Why isn't Ukraine Uh Air Force is a Taking out that convoy that's sitting ducks? Bob, I would high-five you right now if you were in the studio.

That's a great question. They've been monitoring this 40-mile caravan for days, Bob, and nobody has done anything about it. They haven't attacked the caravan, they haven't bombed the caravan. What are they waiting on? Why can't some of the Ukrainian soldiers take some of those?

They have some javelins and walk out there in that field and shoot four or five of those tanker trucks. Yeah. And they've caused a few explosions and wipe out half of that convoy. I I don't know what's going on, but that that seems For a military mind, that's an enemy sitting duck, and just taking it out. Uh I'm just curious, Bob, why has the UN not sent in any sorts of enforcements?

Why hasn't NATO decided to jump into the equation? I mean, they're expecting us to actually jump in boots on the ground into the war, but what about the UN? Don't they have an obligation here to protect Ukraine? Are they supposed to have blue hats? Are they are they the the blue-hatted people that goes in and to maintain uh civilization.

In in countries when there's something like this going on, I haven't seen a blue hat there. There you go. All right. Look, we've got to run here, Bob. We've got to take a break for the news.

Folks, coming up, we've got our good friends Harry Hurley, Jeff Katz. They're going to be here also. We're going to be talking with Senator Marcia Blackburn. She is going to give her reaction to the State of the Union address. Also, Mark Levin is going after Fox News channel.

Wow, this is. Very interesting. We'll tell you all about that as well. 844-747-8868. We have a couple of lines open.

This is the Todd Stearns Radio Show. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite cunt totem Bible-clinging, deplorable American. Sir. That's right. I love this American ride.

Todd Starn. Oh yeah.

So what I find uh very fascinating about this cancel culture mob that's out there. By the way, welcome to our beautiful palatial Liberty University studios here in Memphis, Tennessee. What I find interesting about the cancel culture mob is that they are going after everyone, including. The foodies of the world.

Now, we happen to actually have a foodie on our staff here, Kyle, who runs our board. He's an engineer. He is a chef, and he does a lot of the cooking. If you want to know where to go to eat, he's going to give you the best recommendations. Did a great job at CPAC, by the way.

But anyway, there um there is an issue in the food world with this woke mob and the critical race theorist. And the latest victim is a magazine that is sort of the magazine for foodies called Bonapetit.

Now, me personally, I'm a fried chicken, collared greens. Pork rinds kind of a guy. Dry rub barbecue. That's me. Yeah.

I'm not into the arugula souffle or the filet of snail. But if you are, you're going to love bon appetite. That's the kind of stuff they do.

So, anyway, they have run afoul of the woke mob, and they've been accused of. of racism. Bon appetite. They say that Bonapete is guilty of advancing a Euro-centric menu. And that's a big problem.

Writing in the Daily Trojan newspaper. They say that George Floyd's murder in May of twenty twenty forced a racial reckoning within our country, and Bonapetit was not immune to the criticism. Staffers began posting on social media about the ways in which the magazine's Eurocentric view of food fed into racist narratives about Non-white communities. In other words, they're very upset because there were far too many recipes for roast beef instead of roast goat. or iguana.

or whatever they eat and In those countries. I don't know. Yeah. But they're very upset about that. And I don't know, and maybe I'm wrong here, Grace Baker, but it seems to me that maybe the reason why Bon Appetite has more recipes for chicken and roast beef instead of goat and iguana is that the average American would probably prefer to eat roast beef than, you know, a rat.

Well, that's the thing about magazines. They normally focus on a very specific audience.

So I'm sure there is a magazine out there or a TV show or whatever that handles more exotic foods overseas. But if this is a magazine meant for your average American, no, I'm not going to be going. First of all, I don't even think I could go up to the Kroger and buy iguana to eat for dinner.

So they're going to include stuff that your average American can make on a daily basis. It's unbelievable. I mean, they're going after the whole staff here at Bon Appetit. Stupid. For sure.

They're saying that the editor-in-chief dressed in brown face for a Halloween costume. And here, can I just back up for a moment here? I think, by and large, and I. I know I'm painting with a broad brush, but by and large, the foodie community. Uh skews left.

Right? I mean, by and large, the chefs on TV, they're going to be more comfortable in the Obama White House than the Trump White House. Fair. That's fair.

So that's what I find is humorous about all of this.

So a Bengali American chef, I can't handle this. A Bengali American chef and test kitchen personality took to her Instagram stories to condemn the editor's actions and point out she made significantly less money than her white counterparts. At the same time Christina Cheahy, a Korean American chef, announced she had not gotten paid for her video contributions. Another star was called out for a Confederate flag cake posted to his tumbler and a vine in which he says a homophobic slur. But here's what's funny: Andy Barragani, who is a senior food editor.

Explained that the vine reminded him of the homophobic abuse he has experienced throughout his life. Whoa, Twitter users. We're quick to point out the paradox of the situation. Though Barragani is gay, he is also a beloved and power member of the editorial staff. Contributor Elise Whitney pointed out that Beregani frequently used his influence to make it hard for her to advance her career at Bonapet.

So, anyway, they're now hiring editors of color. Led by editor-in-chief Dawn Davis, a black woman committed to creating change within the magazine.

Okay, you know what? Fine. Just fire all the white people. Just go ahead and just get rid of them all. That'll solve the problem.

What do they want? It's a recipe magazine, okay? It's about food. They're thinking way too much into all this. Way too much.

Now this reminds me of The Jamie Oliver story. We had one a couple of weeks ago, right? Yes. The naked chef. You know, I wonder if he's has like fried bacon nude though.

You know, that's a very dangerous thing. Because of the grease. You don't have pops, and you don't want to. You don't want to burn your nether regions. That would be very inappropriate.

I need some ice. No, I think is it butter or ice? What? I don't know. What do you rub on a burn?

I normally do cold water. Cold water. Thank you. It's not butter. Cold water, so go take a cold shower, I guess.

Yeah, don't put butter down there, though. That's all I'm like, no. That's terrible. That's a different story. You could put oil, but that's another story, too.

This story has taken an unfortunate turn and hungry a lot, Todd. No, but Jamie Oliver. Todd, stop it.

Thank you, Grace. But Jamie Oliver hired a team of cultural appropriation experts to go through his cookbooks, and they're taking out any recipes that might offend people. Understand. I thought the whole point, like, if I make a dish from, I don't know, another country, I'm. it's a compliment that I want to eat their food.

So how is that cultural appropriation? I'm I'm complimenting them. I love Greek food.

So if I make Greek food, it means I'm complimenting the people of Greece.

So you know I'm a salty-American Grace, and but I love Indian food. Big thing. Tiki masala? Butter chicken? There was a great Indian restaurant in Brooklyn, right around the corner from my place, and I would go there, and it was just great.

So, anyway, I'm not that great of a chef, but I found an Indian food hack, which is probably racist, but I'm going to share it with you.

So, you can get the oh, wow, it is. You can get the Uncle Ben's rice. No. Oh, yeah, it's great.

So, you get the Uncle Ben's basmati rice, right, in the pouch. Yes. And it's like 90 seconds, boom, you got perfect rice. I love that stuff.

So, you take that, and then Kroger, which is based in Cincinnati, makes its own masala sauce, the tiki masala sauce. Yes. And what you do is you can just grill up some chicken, and then you put the rice in the microwave for your 90 seconds, and then you put the tiki masala sauce in the microwave for about a minute or so, and it heats up. You pour it on the rice in the chicken, and you got boom, Indian food. Compliments of Uncle Ben and Kroger's, the white people in Cincinnati.

Producer Kyle's over here shaking his head. It's delicious. Because he makes everything from scratch.

Well, this is sort of scratch.

Somebody made it from scratch.

Sort of scratch.

Somebody made it from scratch and ended up on my dining room table. Fair. So, anyway, it's just, folks, it's all of this wokeness, and it's enough to give all of us indigestion. But there you go. I don't know what's going to happen to Bon Appetit, but the reality is they exist because they sell magazines.

And they have advertisers. And if people are not eating goat or iguana, they're not eating goat or iguana, and it's not a racist thing. They just don't like goat or iguana. I mean, we're also just not used to it, and it's not readily available. You know what?

I'm not a big fan of pickled eggs or pickled pigs' feet, but if you go to any convenience store in the deep south, you're going to find both of those. And you know what? I'm not accusing anybody of cultural appropriation. I just don't eat it. Fair enough.

Is it too much to ask people these days? I'm just asking. All right. Um,. Kamala Harris.

We've got to get to this. There's been a twist now, a turn in the. in the Kamala Harris story and this story coming out of Ukraine. They've been trying to win hearts and minds of U. S.

citizens by these dramatic stories that have all turned out not to be true. But now Now the Russians are targeting civilians. At least that's what we are being told, that the Russians are targeting civilians, and they're killing children.

So this is the narrative. We have not seen this firsthand, but it is something that is being reported. Buy boots on the ground, people. As a matter of fact, um, Let's play cut number nine, please. This morning I had the chance to speak with Tata Moharyan.

She moved from her small town in Ukraine's Donbas region in the east to the capital Kyiv in twenty fifteen to study international law, but now she is serving with a volunteer medical battalion that's been responding to the loss of life injuries on the front lines of this conflict. I started by asking her what she's seeing right now on the streets of the capital. What am I seeing? I'm seeing Dead children, I'm seeing. hospitals being bombed, the church is being bombed.

It's difficult. I don't know what to tell you. I've what am I seeing? I'm seeing my people die. I'm seeing All sorts of horrible things.

I studied crimes against humanity at the university. I studied international humanitarian law. I never thought I would see this with my own eyes. in my peaceful country.

So yeah, this is what I'm seeing. It's horrible. It's horrible to imagine. We've seen the images too. Do you feel like you can make a difference?

Oh, yeah. I do feel so. Um I've never been more happy to be Ukrainian. I've never been more lucky to be born in this country. We all are uniting, we all are consolidating, and one person maybe is.

powerless to make a difference, but trust me, we're not one. There are a lot of people fighting here. Back to back.

So, yeah, we do have hope. I do want to ask you. We have seen And I've been told by my own sources in the US that Russia is not just accidentally hitting civilians, but Perhaps intentionally. And I wonder if you see that based on the kinds of people you're treating. It's not accidental whatsoever.

I this is just so ridiculous. All right. There you have it, the reporter, CNN, talking to a reporter named Tata, who is in Ukraine.

Okay. Grace, yell at me. Just stop it, Dodd. Stop it. I want to believe this woman.

I really do. I I want to believe everything she says. And I I want to believe I want to believe it. But folks, I I will give you another example. There is a report out of a woman who is weeping, an elderly Ukrainian woman weeping in front of her destroyed home.

Yeah. This and it is I the woman is identified as this is what is happening right now in Ukraine.

Well, an amateur digital sleuth was able to track down this photo as it was taken back in 2015. They have got to stop this. Folks, if there are people being killed, we need to know about it. If they are targeting children, we need to know about that. Yeah.

But I'm having a big problem with the number of lies that are coming out. That's what they are. It's not fake news. These are not mistakes. These are intentional lies.

And our media is so lazy, they will not go out there and do the homework they need to be doing to verify all this information. But there's a reason now they're talking about going about the Russians killing the children. And Kamala Harris was asked about this. We're going to play this when we come back from break. But I'm curious: are you buying what they're selling us coming out of Ukraine?

And what do you think we ought to do? Because there is going to be a massive push to get us involved in this war. 844-747-8868. Toll-free telephone number. That's 844-747-8868.

This is the Todd Stern Show. Uh triggering microaggressions from coast to coast. That's Todd Starnes. All right, welcome back to the Todd Starns Radio Show, and we want to welcome all of our brand new viewers. On Getter.

Again, that's 844-747-8868. Before we go to Miss Janice, I want to play some audio to back to the point. This is about.

Conditioning the United States and forcing the United States to get involved in this war between Russia and Ukraine. This is Kamala Harris earlier today. In terms of Russia's aggression. I hear you on that, but those images are heartbreaking to watch. We see innocent civilians being killed.

We see children being killed. And the administration has made it clear there will be no boots on the ground. What will it take? Will anything change that? Will we stand by and watch innocent people continue to be killed here?

Well, Gail, you're absolutely right. It's heart-wrenching. It's heartbreaking. The image of a missile that struck just right next to a children's playground. The Ukrainians who are as civilians taking up defense of their nation out of pride and also an understanding of what is at stake in terms of their vitality and their independence.

So it is heart-wrenching to be sure. But I will tell you: the President is clear. We are clear. We are not going to put U.S. troops in Ukraine to fight the Russians, not on the ground and not in the air.

But we are going to continue working with our allies to one defend every inch of territory as it relates to NATO territory, but also what we will continue to do with the billions of dollars of humanitarian security and military assistance that we have been providing Ukraine. There is so much at stake, and each day we re-evaluate and do more to make sure that we are supporting. The Ukrainian people and President Zelansky, who I met with just about a week ago in Munich. He has shown extraordinary courage, and in this moment, I think he has been an inspiration to all of us.

So, let me explain what she just said here. I'm just going to cut through all of the cackling. Here's what Kamala Harris just said. We don't care how many people the Russians blow up. We don't care how many people, how many children are killed by the Russians.

We're not sending in U.S. troops. That's what she's saying, but I don't believe it. I believe they are hoping for a fight. That's what they're hoping for.

And they're going to be counting on the American people. They're counting on the mainstream media to condition you. To say we've got no other choice but to go in and save the children. That's where all of this is going. But again, no first-hand eyewitness accounts, folks, of any of this yet.

And I just want to see the evidence. All right, got to take a break. 844-747-8868-Tolfrey telephone number. This is the Todd Starns Radio Show. All right, folks, welcome back to our Liberty University studios.

This is the Todd Starnes Radio Show broadcasting border to border, coast to coast, across the fruited plain. Monday through Friday. 12p to 3p Eastern.

So good to have you with us. Want to say hello to all of our brand new friends over on Getter. You can now watch this radio program. Yes, watch the radio program live on Getter. Want to say hello to Charlie and Jessica.

And obviously, wow, we got a lot of people on the live chat over here as well. WXGuy and Vicki Way.

So hello from Arkansas, Vicki. And we're so glad that you've joined us as well. Let's go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line. I want to say hello to our good friend from the great state of Utah, Congressman Chris Stewart. And Congressman, I understand you were in the House chamber last night.

Well Uh, yeah, and I can't say I enjoyed it a lot, but you know, it's part of my responsibility to go listen to our President and to hear what he had to say.

Now there were it seems like there were a lot of empty seats. Normally you are bumper to bumper in that place, but it looks like a lot of Republicans were not there last night. I think probably most were there, but they put every other seat, in some cases, every third seat for COVID restrictions. And the one thing they weren't going to do is look, the President delayed this speech until early March because they were hoping That they'd be able to put forward an argument, ah, we've defeated COVID. COVID is now past.

Well, you can't make that argument if you're speaking to a chamber full of masked people.

So they pushed it back, the numbers got better, and now they said remarkably, wow, what a miraculous coincidence. Said, oh, now that's so good that we don't have to wear masks. They did that actually the same day, the State of the Union. It's amazing how the science, Congressman, just evolved right before the President's big address.

Well, it's funny how a lot of the science that the Democrats use is science that supports all of their policy positions.

So maybe that's just a coincidence. Who knows, right? Congressman, I wanted to get your take on the speech. It was not very well received by Republicans and even Democrats.

Well, you know, I think Bill Clinton is an example of what the American people are hoping for right now. His first two years were not nearly as bad as what President Biden is suffering through, and the American people are suffering through. And President Clinton was wise enough, even as much as I disagree with him on nearly everything, he was smart enough to say, look, we've got to change our path. We've got to redirect to the American people. And famously came out and said, well, the era of big government is over.

And he was willing to work with Newt Gingrich and actually get some things done. I think some of us were hoping for some of that from this president. For heaven's sakes, how in the world can any Democrat look at the last year and defend anything that's happened since this man has been president? And you would think that some of the people around him would recognize that and say, look, we've got to redirect on at least something. And the very obvious first choice should have been energy policy.

I mean, my heavens, if you want to help Vladimir Putin, then do what this President has done for a year, drive up the cost of energy. And if you want to hurt him, then drive the cost down. If you want to hurt the American people, drive up the cost of energy. If you want to aggravate inflation, drive up the cost of energy. And I was really hoping That he would come out and do at least something or some symbolic gesture even towards that recognition.

But we didn't see any of that on any issue, let alone the most important issues that the American people are suffering through. But, Congressman, I think one of the reasons why is that this administration does not want us to be dependent upon energy. They want us off of gas. They want us off of oil. They want us to be riding around in the battery-powered cars.

And I think that's one of the reasons why this is not such a big priority for them.

Well, there's no question, Todd. You're right. You're exactly right. If you were to ask them what their highest priority it is, they would say climate change. It's more important than defunding the war that Vladimir Putin is using American oil and gas revenues to fund his war in Ukraine.

It's more important than inflation. To them, nothing is more important than climate change. And the argument is oil and gas industry, those evil, evil people who provide Americans with cheap energy, with gas, those guys have got to be driven out of business. And again, there's no question what you just said is true. On the Patriot mobile newsmaker line, our good friend, Congressman Chris Stewart.

Congressman, it looks like now they've spent about a week sharing these larger-than-life stories that many of them turned out not to be true of the Ukrainians in harm's way, making these heroic I mean, these are made-for-TV moments. And, you know, I mean, as courageous and moving as they were and inspirational, many of them are turning out not to be true.

Now the narrative has changed to the Russians are killing children, and we're getting these awful reports. We have not been able to verify firsthand, so we're relying on the news coverage that's out there. But it seems as if there is a major push to get the American people to buy into boots on the ground in Ukraine. What are your observations on that?

Well, I think, Todd, there's a couple. And I want to address, I think, the most important one. That's the last thing you said. I want to address that first, and that is I will never support U. S.

forces on the ground fighting Russians or U. S.

forces in the air.

Some have called for a no enforcement of the no fly zone. As you may remember, I'm an Air Force pilot. I spent fourteen years flying the B one and combat rescue helicopters. There's no way in the world I would support that. We should not do that.

They're not a NATO country. We don't have the same political obligations, NATO obligations that we do to other NATO countries. And it would lead to a catastrophe, I think.

Now having said that, we still can help them and we should help them. And to your other point about well, we can't verify this, I've argued for well, actually since 2016, one of the greatest threats facing our nation is that no one knows what is true anymore. And we're certain to see that play out. And the only thing we can do on this is kind of wait and see. We don't know how many casualties are taking place.

I mean, famously, there was this thing about a Ukrainian pilot who supposedly shot down six Russians. Yes, I mean, as a pilot, I can tell you I saw that. I thought that's impossible. It's not true. it was a great story, but it just wasn't accurate in any way.

And it's going to take a little time, Todd, as we kind of watch these things unfold to figure out what's real and what's not. But I completely and the American people completely reject the idea we're going to send American forces there. We just never should do that. The question of and again, fine, I get that. Why can't NATO get or why can't the UN get involved?

Or NATO I mean, this is their backyard. Seems to me that where that's where the push ought to be right now.

Well, and that's true. NATO should be the lead on this.

Now here's the reality, though. NATO won't do anything without a US leadership. They just won't. I mean, who's going to step forward in this? I mean, none of the NATO countries will.

But we shouldn't be the ones who are providing most of the equipment, providing most of the money and financing. It's got to be shared between the NATO countries. And also, as you indicated, and it's obvious, that it is their backyard. They can do it much more expeditiously and much more effectively than we can just because of their location. You know, final thought on that.

I think Vladimir Putin has opened up just a Pandora's box here, but he's going to pay a dear price for it. There is going to be a bloody insurgency. I've been saying that for several months now. We know the Ukrainian people do not want to be under the thumb of Vladimir Putin. We've known for a long time they are going to fight for their freedom.

Everyone seemed to recognize that except for Vladimir Putin. And I think that the great strategy we need to concentrate on is we will arm and support an insurgency. We will allow the Ukrainian freedom fighters and give them some of the resources they need to fight you. That's the one thing that Vladimir Putin is truly afraid of. It's a long, long, drawn-out insurgency that kills Russians every single day, every single week.

And, Congressman, look, as a military veteran, I wanted to get your take on this. We had a caller earlier in the program wonder why there haven't been attempts to bomb the 40-mile convoy. You know, we've been following this. We've been seeing the satellite images for days now.

Now, why hasn't the Ukrainian Air Force or someone else tried to take them out? Yeah, it is a great question. It seems like to American people and just observers watching this, like such an obvious action they would take. And the reason is. is actually not very sophisticated, not very sexy.

It's just one of them is weather. But the bigger reason is they just don't have the capability. The Ukrainian Air Force is a handful of airplanes. And they are not well trained in operating in low visibility, low ceiling, and it's just not there within their capabilities to attack. Like people are kind of used to seeing American fighters coming down and night in the weather, whenever they're precision bombs.

Ukrainians just simply don't have that kind of capability. Are you buying what they're trying to sell us from over there? In what sense?

Well, I mean, I think again, Todd, you said this. A lot of us are just so encouraged by President Zelensky and the courage that he is showing and how he's rallied his people, I'm certainly buying that. I'm certainly grateful for that. But if you're suggesting, like Adam Kissinger or some other members of Congress have said, well, we should enforce a no fly zone. We should become involved with this in direct military or combat operations, certainly not buying that narrative.

Because it's going to come to this question, and they were getting around to this with the Vice President on one of the news channels earlier today, is that, well, they're killing children, so why are we doing nothing? I mean, that's what I think every elected leader in Congress is about to be faced with that question. Yes. Well, and the answer in my mind, and it seems pretty clear, well, we are going to do something. We're going to arm an insurgency.

We're going to recognize the government in exile if that's necessary. We're going to take the steps that are required to secure NATO and secure the borders in Poland and the Baltics. All of those things are important. And it's the key to actually, as I said earlier, it's one thing Vladimir Putin is afraid of: this armed insurgency. But I will be vocal and unequivocal in my admonition, we cannot involve U.

S.

forces. For heaven's sakes, again, as a former Air Force guy, I know how hard the last twenty years have been on our military. I know the demands we have made of the American people and of our veterans and their families. And this just isn't the exact wrong thing to do now, is to threaten U.S. involvement directly.

And by the way, if you want to add provocation to Vladimir Putin, have him think that we're going to do that. It's just going to make the situation so much more volatile. Yeah, no, you're right about that. Congressman, we're going to have to leave it there. Always appreciate your great insight.

Hey, thank you, sir. All right, Congressman Chris Stewart on the Patriot Mobile newsmaker line. Folks, we love Patriot Mobile. They've been a longtime supporter of this program. Good. We've got a brand new addition to the studio. We'll post this off on the Instagram. Uh but uh we've got a new trump. Bobblehead.

Here in the studios. Hey, Senator Marsha Blankford coming up. Also, our good buddy Harry Hurley and Jeff Katz. Radio Rumble on the way in just a matter of moments as well. But let's go to the phones.

A lot of folks wanting to weigh in. Memphis, Tennessee, Jim on KWAM. Hey, Jim, what's up? Nothing much, Todd. You doing?

I'm good. Thank you for asking.

Well I'm Put it this way, you kind of got Kamala Harris's name wrong, it's Kakala Harris. Yeah. Yeah. I tell you what, I'm kind of what I don't understand, maybe you can kind of straighten it out for me. Why doesn't the European nation get together and bomb Putin in and destroy all his Okay.

And everything. knock him down, then we can open up the oil reserves that we've got. And turn around and Yeah. and sign a contract. I don't understand why they don't do that.

Jim, you've got a lot of common sense, sir, and unfortunately, that is a rarity in the European nations. These people, you know what, Jim? They believe that the United States is going to pull their fat out of the fire because we do it every single time. They don't want to fight for themselves. They want somebody else to do the fighting for them.

And now it's time. And look, this is why they were not paying any money to NATO. And Donald Trump fixed that lickety split. And he told the French: hey, look, you're not going to pay your fair share. We're out of here.

Well, the thing that gets me is we got all these drones. We wouldn't even have to put any boots on the ground. We could destroy every tank they've got with the drones we've got. Exactly. Exactly.

So I'm not sure what they're waiting on. We knew, and the Biden administration knew three months ago, at the very least, three months ago, that the Russians were going to invade. At that point, they should have already been supplying and providing supplies to the Ukrainians so they could fight for their country.

Now, Jim, I don't know about you, but when I see the Ukrainians out there, I admire those people because they're willing to put their lives on the line. You know, they don't want us to come and physically fight for them. They want to fight.

Well, you know, one famous person made a comment one time that That no man ever won a war by dying for his country. He won that war by making the other man die for him. Yeah. There you go. And it was General Patton.

That's it, General Patton. That's a great line. There's a lot of truth there. All right, Jim. God bless you, and thanks for the call and for the cackle.

Good old Camela. Cackling Camela. Mm-mm-mm-mm. All right, let's go to New Orleans. Janice on the line.

Janice, what's going on? Hey, how you doing, Todd? I'm well. I hope you had a happy Mardi Gras. Our motor growth was wonderful.

I was home and happy. I was right where I wanted to be. I had my bathroom, I had my hot dogs, my radio, and things were just fine here. Wonderful. I'm glad to hear that.

Now it's safe, didn't have to worry about any crime. A float ran into an oak tree. Yeah, they had some incidents in the middle of the middle. Wait, a float ran into an oak tree?

Sounds like somebody hit the sauce a little early. Yeah, something happened. Yeah, something sure happened if somebody needs a pair of eyeglasses, one of the two. Anyway, I wanted to say I heard the um the State of the Union last night.

Now first of all, and let me say, that he Totally you know, missed it. when it came to us being energy independent. We need the pipeline back. We need our own energy because when we are paying for Russian Oil we are helping to fund what Putin is doing. And in having our own oil and gasoline here in America, it would definitely help us to come down on the price.

Now with regard to fund the police, I eat tolerance on the police.

Well, if you remember back when the riots were happening and the burning of the buildings and everything, I heard that Kamala Harris. Had some sort of a fund. or something that she was encouraging people to donate to to help to bail people out of jail that were being arrested for for burning people's businesses and such. It's true. And when it comes to the opioid situation, he's talking about drugs.

He's got a hell of a nerve talking about drugs. He's got an open border right now and centanol and opioids and everything else is coming into our country.

So No, this is not A man that is capable of doing the right thing by this country. And when it came to the response, the Republican response, I really, really was down with what the governor of Iowa said. She said, Look, Kim Reynolds, very good. I thought it was a fine, fine speech. Ms.

Janice, we've got a skedaddle. Glad you had a great Maudy Graw. Happy Ash Wednesday to many of our viewers and listeners as well. Folks, hour three coming up. Got to take a break.

This is the Todd Stearns Radio Show. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's conservative blowtorch. That's right. I love this American.

Todd Starns. I wanted to say that President Biden says he wants to unite the country. Yet as a college student, he alienates me. It cost me $50 to fill up my tiny car. I have to wear a stupid mask in class while all of Congress is broadcast across the entire U.S.

maskless. and I am forced to get a human tested shot in order to pursue my calling and dream of nursing. I think his entire state of the union was filled with platitudes and lies. Whereas Governor Reynolds, she embodies everything that I believe. She is pro-family freedom and liberty.

Jeez-Alou. Wow, folks, that was from C-SPAN last night, where caller after caller was ripping President Biden's State of the Union address. It was awful. And the polling data from CNN, the most profane name in news, Ryan Negro Network. Thanks, Judge Joe Brown.

The polling data is just in the toilet, folks. Not looking good for Joe Biden. Not looking good for the Democrats. They were hoping last night was going to be a reset, but the president completely ignored the domestic agenda. Build back broke is nowhere to be found last night.

So, I want to bring in for some analysis a couple of good friends of this program. By the way, welcome to all of our new viewers on Getter. Getter.com, Todd Starnes is my profile name there, and you can see the red check mark. And we've got hundreds of people already weighing in. We're so excited to welcome you guys to the platform.

But I want to bring in our good friend Harry Hurley, who is the host at WPG Radio in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Harry, hope you're doing good. Fantastic, Todd. Great to be on your show. And our good friend from WRVA in Richmond, Virginia, the Commonwealth, our good buddy Jeff Katz.

Jeff, how are you today? Boy, I am doing well, Todd. You know, the only thing, I don't know if you saw this, the president of the affiliated dumpsters. Would prefer that Joe Biden not be confirmed compared with a dumpster fire because it's really insulting to dumpsters, which are on fire. It's true, guys.

It's true. Harry, I'm going to start with you. And, guys, this will sort of be a free-for-all.

So, if you want to jump in and make a point, feel free to do so. Harry, did the president accomplish what he wanted to last night? No. He desperately used the term in your opening comments. He wanted to have a reset of his entire presidency.

He was using Russia, Ukraine as his reset button. He missed It was complete suspension of disbelief. And oh, by the way, the CNN poll that you mentioned that was abysmal, their worst since they've been doing it since the eighties, they oversampled Democrats by eleven percent, and they still couldn't bring his grade up. Yeah. Unbelievable.

Jeff Tatz. Oh, my gosh. I mean, Harry is spot on, of course. It was so unbelievable that, well, frankly, I just couldn't believe it. I sat there, and I swear to you, I so wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I'd love to, but goodness gracious, this is a guy who has repeated the same claptrap for 50 years. There's not a moment that goes by that he doesn't invoke one person or the other. There's that one son, Hunter, who for some reason never gets mentioned. And the only applause lines for Joe Biden last night were, well, those moments when he was speaking like a Republican.

So I don't know what he was trying to reset, but man, his presidency still stinks to high heaven. You know, go ahead, I was just going to say, real quick, one takeaway that I thought has been. not commented on enough about is Senator Joe Manchin said Sitting with the Republicans. That was, you know, show me. I mean, that was just like he was not hiding.

He didn't bury the lead. That was very big, I thought. What do you guys make of that? You think Manchin is making a play here? He's going to give the Republicans control?

I think that Joe Manchin may very well wind up voting with Republicans. I don't know that he's going to change the party affiliation, but that's, I think, part of the gamesmanship here. I think Joe Manchin, in many ways, is more valuable as a sitting Democrat than as a sitting Republican. He can still throw things the Republican way without changing his party affiliation. It gives him the chance to have a platform to critique fellow Democrats, which could be very valuable.

And as we're, I guess, awaiting more information on what was it, the Uranians, and I'm still not exactly sure where they originate. I assume it's Uranus. That the Iranians are coming from. But my gosh, this is a guy who is just so out of it. I don't know about you guys, I really had been.

Of the mind that he probably should have shown up in the terry cloth bathrobe with the fuzzy slippers because he's just clueless, just absolutely buffoonish. And Jeff and Todd, this was our president with a lot of rest. He left. He put a lid on the whole White House at 5.30 p.m. Friday night, the Friday before the Tuesday State of the Union address, and that's the best he could do.

And how about another takeaway for me was any time he goes off the teleprompter, it is a big mistake. He ended it with, you tell me if you could understand that incoherent, let's go get them. Who's he getting? What's going on? What does that mean?

And Harry, I. Harry, we got an advanced copy of the President's remark, so we were following along as the speech was going on. And that was an ad-libbed line.

So I'm like, who is he talking to? Who is he talking about? And it wasn't. Oh, I didn't say a war. Was he declaring war on someone?

Yeah, and was it see, this is where I've got a uh uh a question to pose to you guys. Was it plural or singular? Was it were we going after him? Were we going after them? I wasn't entirely sure on that.

And the only thing that I got was like the old Groucho Mark show, the magic word last night was folks. I wouldn't care. I'm telling you, my gosh, if that were one of those drinking games, you wouldn't have been more than about three minutes into it before you were just on the floor. If you put that through a dictating machine. I don't know what it would print because it could be that he said, go get M a.

EM, go get them, go get him, it's one of the three. Either way, it's crazy. Or it could be go get the Uranians. I don't know. I mean, it could be.

Harry Hurley, WPG Radio, Jeff Kantz, WRVA Radio. Guys, I'm curious to know what your listeners are saying about Ukraine. There does seem to be an effort to get us involved. They're pulling at the emotional heartstrings here to get the U.S. involved in the fight.

What are your listeners saying?

Well, I'll go first, Jeff, if you don't mind. It's very simple. No one No one believed the President last night, and I am beyond sick and tired of being sick and tired of President Biden saying that he will always tell us the truth, and then the next thing out of his mouth is a lie. It is maddening that he keeps on saying he's Tony Montana from Scarface. I always tell the truth, even when I'm lying.

He is Just Incoherent at the moment. No one trusts him. No one believes him. Most believe he didn't do enough early on. Just imagine.

When um A a commander-in-chief, Vladimir Zelensky, was shooting down. With these brave fighters shooting down the Russian aerial assault with missiles that were provided by President Trump, because remember. Obama Biden Yeah.

So that's not lost on anyone. I believe had the world stepped up, we didn't need boots on the ground physically creating World War three in a non NATO country. If we would have provided Zelensky with what he needed, this guy's a warrior. I believe the Ukrainians could have taken the Russians. I think you're probably right, Harry.

And Harry's point about how the Obama Biden team sent blankets, let's remember as well that The Russians felt emboldened rather during the Obama-Biden regime to take Crimea. And Putin is an evil man, but he sees what's going on here. He sees weakness in the Oval Office and sees the opportunity. I don't think in any way we need to be parachuting into Kiev. I think it's probably far too late for that.

But this idea, one of the things that Biden has been talking about in the last week or so, the sanctions were never meant to stop this.

Well, I'm sorry, Mr. President. Four weeks ago, you said the sanctions are designed to stop it. Correct. You know, if his lips are moving, he's lying.

And if Kamala Harris's lips are moving, well, God help us all because that means she's become president. Can I pose a question on your show to Todd Starnes? Harry Hurley, yes, you may.

Okay, because this sometimes when you bring it down to the most basic denominator, you just get the truth. 2008. Putin very Provocative. 2014, he invades Ukraine, does what he wants, annexes Crimea, and away he goes. Nothing from twenty seventeen through january twentieth, twenty twenty one.

All of a sudden, months into the Biden presidency, Here is Putin once again doing what he did. I believe it is self-evident beyond politics. Republican, Democrat, independent, unaffiliated. Yeah. Yeah.

Saw weakness, as Jeff Katz said a few minutes ago on the Tot Starring Show, and this is why he did it. Let's just be honest, everyone, even if you're Trump deranged. If President Trump were in office right now, we would not be talking about this. Are we in agreement? Absolutely.

It's absolutely accurate. Absolutely. That's 100% correct. Yeah? By the way, and guys, the latest reporting is that the Russians may be targeting Moldova next, which they share - now they share a border with Hungary.

So this could get pretty. There's a reason why the Hungarians and Poland are very concerned right now, because they know what it was like to live under Soviet rule, Soviet occupation, and they know where all of this is going.

So unless NATO steps in, and there's really no reason, and we had Congressman Chris Stewart, who was in the Air Force, Air Force veteran, and he says it's beyond him why NATO hasn't tried to stop the 40-mile convoy. We've been watching it for days now with the satellite shots, guys, and he says it makes no sense. Seems to me. No, I was going to say, it doesn't make any sense. And again, it forces those of us who would love to have some degree of respect for the office of the president, even if it's held by Joe Biden.

It forces many of us to say, my gosh, which side are you on? And have you any knowledge at all? Are you aware of this? Is there anybody in the White House who steps up to him and says, Mr. President, here's what's going on?

Or do we have the old cast of characters from the original Obama-Biden regime pulling the shots, or calling the shots rather, pulling the strings and saying, look, putting time is at 6, the murder she wrote marathon is at 8. And you just stayed down in the basement. We got this covered. And is it a fair question to say all the money that the son Hunter pulled out of Ukraine, the several million dollars from the former mayor of Moscow's wife? I mean, I think there's an incredible conflict of interest here that should be addressed.

All right, guys, we're going to have to wrap it up here. Harry, what you got going on you want to promote?

Well, um WPGTalkRadio.com, we're writing a lot of content. I appreciate the opportunity to say that on your show, Todd. Love your work. And you know, Jeff and I go back a long, long time. I will say Gas went up eleven cents a gallon overnight.

That's not the end of it. And we take a billion and a half dollars out of the economy for every penny that a gallon of gas goes up. This is very serious, what's going on. Indeed. Jeff Kantz.

I echo Harry's sentiments. It is very serious here in Central Virginia. Gas is up, I think if my math is right, about eighteen cents over the last two days. And like you, Todd, I'm switching everything over to Getter. Look for the Jeff Cat Show on Getter.

It's got a nice little red white check mark over there, the Jeff Cat Show on Getter, and love to have everybody follow. All right, guys, you're the best in the business. Harry Hurley, WPG, Atlantic City, Jeff Kantz, WRVA, Richmond, Virginia. Great radio stations. And, guys, we always appreciate your good words.

Go get them, not so much. That's a joke. Hey, guys. I got to share my joke now. Here's the joke.

We had a caller earlier today who said: Biden heading to the emergency room. He can't stop Putin. Oh, that's bad. Remshot. I know.

That's really bad. All right, Harry, God bless. Jeff already hung up on us. Folks, we got to take a break here. 844-747-8868.

We're going to the phone lines. That's 844-747-8868. This is the Todd Stern Show. It's the Todd Starnes Radio Show. All right, this story from Blount County, Alabama.

A fellow by the name of Nathan Kirk got one of those. Custom license plates. The letters L G B F JB Let's go, Brandon.

Well, okay. You kind of figure it out there. Along with the image of that coiled snake, the Don't Tread on Me snake. Um And then the words, let's go Brandon on the license plate holder there.

Now the state of Alabama is demanding that he change his license plate. He's already got it, the license plate already on his truck, and they say if he does not, they will revoke his vehicle registration.

Now, Nathan Kirk, you know what, Grace, let's try to get this guy on the show Thursday or Friday. Nathan Kirk, the owner of Blount County Tactical, it's a gun store in Oneota, Alabama, going to possibly take legal action. He says, this is not right. He says that the letters are the letters. I mean, we all know what the letters say, but what they mean, but they're just letters.

But the Alabama Department of Revenue Motor Vehicle Division determined the license plate contains objectionable language. which is considered by the department to be offensive to the peace and the dignity of the state of Alabama.

So all you folks listening to us in Alabama, are you offended by the letters L G B F J or B? 844-747-8868. Let's go to the phones. Virginia. Chris is on the line.

Chris, what's going on? Hey, Don, really, really a pleasure and an honor to meet you and to be on here. How are you? I'm good, thank you. What's on your mind, Chris?

So, I actually have a little bit of a story to share. Last night, I was, so I live in Arlington, Virginia, and I can see some of the streets like around DC from my apartment. And I saw a lot of flashing lights last night. And I knew the State of the Union was happening, but I didn't think it would be. Like that, heavily blocked off.

So, I decided to hop on my bike and go take a look. I went around and Sure enough, they're blocking off all the roads. And I was like, huh, that's interesting.

So um at one point I was going down um Over by like the Washington Monument, like near the National Mall. I saw a line of Biden supporters with a bunch of signs, and they had a Ukrainian flag. And I went and talked to him and I I just wanted to ask him like What they liked about Joe Biden. And they wouldn't actually talk to me. In fact, uh the first guy that I spoke to, like, He said, oh, Well, we've got to have you talk to our Uh oh.

What was it? Our press lady. And I went over and talked to this lady, and she was like, Oh, well, we can't talk to you until Biden's already passed by. And And I'm like, huh, that's weird. That's really weird.

And I said, Why not? And she said, Oh, they've got to hold the signs. I'm like, well, can't they hold on to the person? That's a very good question. That's weird.

Because when I came back, I asked if. All right, Chris, I hate to do this. I hate to do this, but we are up against a very hard break here, as you can hear that music played. My apologies. Um.

I'm not quite sure what that was about, but, you know, that's weird. They don't want you to talk to people. Senator Marsha Blackburn coming up next. This is the Todd Stern Show. All right, folks, good to have you back with us.

Want to welcome the thousands of people now watching us over on Getter.com. Great to have all of you folks joining the conversation. Border to border, coast to coast, across the fruited plain. Want to go to the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line real quick? Our good friend.

The great senator from the state of Tennessee, Marsha Blackburn. Senator, great to have you with us today. Good to be with you, Todd. Thanks so much.

So Senator, I understand you were monitoring the State of the Union address from your office last night. What was your reaction to what the President had to say? Uh well I have to tell you, it was one of the worst speeches ever. And of course, they had started out, you got to have a test. You have to do it within 24 hours.

They lifted the mask mandate. They knew this was all getting away from them. He never said the words, Bill Back Better, but he sure talked about every single provision in the bill. Free everything. And guess what, Todd?

Nobody ever has to p pay. It's all free. And he didn't talk about China. He didn't talk about Iran. Uh he did not come forward with how he plans to make us energy independent and punish Russia for what they're doing.

It was a lot of broad platitudes, but not a lot about how we get down inflation, how we secure the southern border. How we go about encouraging funding the police with these local communities. It was all about centralizing control to the federal government. You know, it really was supposed to be this great reset for the administration. Clearly, that didn't work.

What concerns me is I didn't hear a lot of concrete answers. And to the point about energy independence, Senator, I don't think they want us to be. I think they want us off oil, off gas, and we're all driving around in these battery-powered cars. That is precisely what they want. And today I was meeting with our municipal electric power distributors.

out of Tennessee. You know what? It would take them years to build the infrastructure that is necessary to power an all-electric fleet. It will take TVA years to ramp up production. For that, because you know, we've got these environmentalists that want to do it all out of wind and solar, and guess what, Todd?

That doesn't work. in Tennessee. We got a little bit of rate relief when we have rain and can use hydroelectric power. But coal, they don't want to use coal, the environmentalists don't. They don't want to use nuclear, and of course TVA has a lot of nuclear right now.

But they just want wind and solar.

So what you would do is see so many areas of the country adversely impacted. The other thing we have to realize is that Under Donald Trump, we were energy independent. We could take care of ourselves. But now, with Joe Biden's policies killing the Keystone Pipeline, ending fracking, and drilling on federal lands and leases. What you have seen is we are now importing Russian oil.

Russian oil. And we are importing 600. A day. This is millions of dollars every single week, billions of dollars on an annual basis. And Saudi Arabia is our number two importer of oil.

We're going to the OPEC nations. Keystone pipeline. If we could restart the Keystone and then move to finish that. from Canada into Cushing, Oklahoma, which is where the juncture is. That would give you another 830 barrels of oil that would be coming in.

And guess what? It would not be coming from Russia.

Well said.

Well said, Senator, and it's true. On the Patriot Mobile Newsmaker line, Senator Marsha Blankburn from Tennessee. And from a very practical standpoint, here in West Tennessee, anytime there's a storm or the wind blows, the power's out for at least a week. Could you imagine if that's all we had were battery-powered cars, electric cars, we wouldn't be able to get anywhere around here in Memphis?

Well, that's precisely. Or what if you have an ice storm and you get stuck? And you have such a short energy supply on that car. We saw that happen in Virginia, where people that were in electric vehicles were knocking on the doors of 18 wheelers and saying, we're freezing, can we come in? Senator, I'm curious about your take on Ukraine.

It does seem that there is an effort to change hearts and minds and push the United States into a shooting war with the Russians. Where do you stand on all of this? What we should have done is start last fall when I sent a letter to the White House saying now is the time for sanctions on Russia, economic sanctions, keeping the Nord Stream two sanctions.

Now is the time to sell lethal aid to Ukraine so they can protect themselves. And now is the time for a crisis. Coordinated, concise, easily understood message to our allies and our NATO partners about we stand with Ukraine, but Joe Biden did not do that.

So what we have to do is continue to support them. I love the way you are seeing the EU and the NATO partners stand up and support Ukraine. You've even got the Swiss and the Finns that are supporting Ukraine. This is how you deal with Vladimir Putin. He thought he was going to waltz in there.

He was going to take Kyiv. He was going to take Kar. Kharkiv, he was going to be the hero of the day, and I think he is really quite surprised with the resolve. Of Zelensky and the Ukrainian people, we do see Zelensky as becoming an iconic freedom fighter and how he is leading the people of Ukraine and standing up to Russia. And it is amazing.

Here's a guy. He is an actor. He was the voice of Paddington the Bear for the Ukrainian version of that movie, Dancing with the Stars Champion. And he is really, like, to your point, I mean, he's become this iconic figure. He truly has stepped up into that leadership role.

And what I love about this story, I have to, we were talking to Senator Haggerty about this a couple of days ago on the program. Those folks in Ukrainian are fighting and behaving like Tennesseans because, you know, we're the volunteer state. We always go to where there's a fight, and they're not backing away from the fight in their own country. Oh, no, they are stepping up. And the stories we're getting, and my church, like a lot of churches, has mission programs that are very active.

Ukraine is primarily a Christian nation. 63% of the people are Orthodox, 7% are other Christian religions. And what they are doing is just showing How committed they are to freedom, to that religious liberty, to the ability to have self-governance and self-rule. And Zelensky, like other politicians that had been actors, Fred Thompson, Ronald Reagan, they have stepped up and they've led very well. They've communicated very clearly.

And people have really come along and said, you know what, I'm willing to fight for my freedom, for my children to have freedom. And God bless them. Absolutely. Senator, we are going to leave it there. We always appreciate you taking time to join us on the program.

You got it.

Take care. All right. Senator Marshall Blackburn from Tennessee. And she is look, if they'd only if Biden had only listened to Marshall Blackburn, the Ukrainians would not be in the position they are in now. And that just goes without saying.

844-747-8868. Let's work in a couple of calls here before we go to break. Bridget in Georgia wants to weigh in on the Alabama license plate story. Hey, Bridget, what's going on? What's on your mind?

Hey, Todd. Hey, you were asking about, you know, are letters offensive on a license plate? And I thought of. Fair way to put that to the test would be to see if it's okay to have a license plate in Alabama. That says L G.

Eight. Yeah. Because that's Kind of comparing apples with apples. It's letters on a plate, and if that's okay, then why wouldn't some other letters be okay? You know, that's a good question, actually.

I mean, if the F were actually a T, would they be okay with that license plate? That's all. Kinda, yeah. Otherwise, I mean, that could be idle discrimination, a a hate crime. Absolutely.

Right. I mean, if you can have LGBTQC, you should be. able to have L G D F J D whatever if they're letters. By the way, speaking of that, Bridget, and I think you'll appreciate this story. You know, in the South, there are a lot of people that have the Jesus fish on the back of their cars.

And uh I don't know why, but here in Memphis, Tennessee, a good many of those folks with the Jesus fish are the worst drivers on the road. And I feel really bad because I've honked my horn at a couple of them and then I see the fish and I'm like, oops. Right? Hoping I don't go to church with them. Right?

Good one, Todd.

Well, have a good afternoon. All right, you too, Bridget. God bless. Grace, what are you saying?

Okay, I love them, but it's always like, I think my grandfather had that at some point on the back of his car. Like, it's always older people, always like people that are in their seventies, typically. It's so typically, if you're driving and the person in the car is by themselves wearing a mask, pretty much guaranteed they're a Biden supporter. But if there's a Jesus fish, you know they're going to sit there when the light turns green and they will not move. They will go very slow.

Maybe not paying the most attention.

So you hit that horn, honk, and like, and then you see the fish, and you're like, pee-zaloo, and you're like, praise the Lord. Then you pray. Hey, you cussed again. Jeez, I did, didn't I? I'm sorry.

Jesus Louis, golly, my goodness. Dog on it. Did it again. What the heck? We're going to a convention next week with a bunch of there will be plenty of Christians there.

I got to make sure you watch your language. We're going to have to. I or put out a disclaimer at the very least. Please excuse Todd's terrible language. By the way, what is going on at Fox News Channel?

There is some infighting. You know, it's a. I worked there for almost 15 years, and I will say this: it is a management there, at least on the TV side, was always friendly to me. On the radio side, not so much. But they're a bunch of leftists.

I don't know how they got in the building, but there they are. And that's not my deal anymore. But the TV side, Suzanne Scott, who's head of the network now, she is phenomenal, great lady, and she always had my back. Yeah. So there's something going on.

Mark Levin was. You know what? All right, we're going to save Levin for when we come back. I want to go to the Tucker Carlson. Tucker Carlson called.

Called out Jennifer Griffin by not calling her out by name, but she's been out there bashing a lot of the Fox people, the Fox host, and correcting generals because clearly Ms. Griffin, who has absolutely no military background at all, knows more about military procedures than the military. Vladimir Putin really did invade Ukraine. That really is bad. They're not just saying it.

Putin's invasion destabilizes Europe. Thanks to the recklessness of our leaders, we could wind up at war with Russia, and that would be a legitimate disaster, no matter what the outcome might be.

So that's what we know for certain. But beyond that, in the realm of any other detail, our advice is be very wary of what you hear. There is an awful lot of lying going on, an unprecedented amount of lying. This war is a humanitarian tragedy. that we know.

But the war is also a political event that various groups, including in this country, are leveraging feverishly in the hope of gaining more power for themselves. That is real.

So, to gain that power, they're manipulating you, the consumer of news, and they're doing it in ways that are often hidden and therefore highly insidious, and we would say immoral. Much of the information about the war that you're ingesting uncritically has in fact been curated by the tech monopolies and yes by the Intel agencies by the time it reaches your iPhone.

Some of that information to restate is entirely real.

Some of it is fake.

So, the question is: how do you know the difference? How do you know when you're being manipulated? As you certainly are.

Well, in our case, we always start with retired Colonel Doug McGregor. Unlike so many of the TV generals you see all day long, McGregor is not angling for a board seat at Raytheon. Unlike so many of the so-called reporters you see on television, he is not acting secretly as a flack for Lloyd Austin at the Pentagon. No, Doug McGregor is an honest man. All right, so a lot of folks are saying he's going after Jennifer Griffin.

It's just shocking that she's allowed to say what, and she's covered because she says, well, I'm a journalist. I'm a journalist. I don't offer opinions. No, she's a journalist offering her opinions. All right, well, got to take a break here.

We're going to play some Mark Levin audio when we come back. From the front lines of the Culture War, it's Todd Starns. What's the likelihood that you get some sort of reversal on these policies? I know. Seen from the administration in the last few days, it doesn't seem likely.

I mean, you see them continuing to double down on tenants of the Green New Deal, while they're also taking steps to continue to reduce our nuclear power sources. You know, just last week, they reversed a permit that would extend the life of a nuclear power plant in Florida. That's the exact opposite we should be doing. In addition to opening up federal lands for new leases, as they put a new moratorium on just last week in the middle of this war, we should be building more nuclear power plants here. We should be building them in Europe as well.

That's the Bill Hammer Dana Perino show. You know, I've never been invited on that show, Mr. Producer? You wanna know why? Dana hates me.

Yeah, it's true. Luckily you're not on air. But it but she uh she doesn't like me. She's a bushy and I'm not. She's a rovite and I'm not, so they take these things very personally, I think.

Bill Hemmer's called me in the past. He's actually a very nice guy. want to know the truth. I'm sorry, I don't care for Karl Rove. There he is in Texas, you know, fighting for the rhinos right now.

He was supposed to be. Part of the group that was going to fight tooth and nail. And defeat these efforts at gerrymandering that would blow out the Republicans, and he has utterly failed. He's failed at most of what he does. Bush almost lost two thousand.

But for the Supreme Court and the litigation that took place legitimately. But it wasn't exactly a landslide. And so, you know, I raise these things, I'm critical of these things, so. I'm just not part of the the social circle, which is true. But this will give you a feel for what to expect at the State of the Union.

Okay. Well, there you go. That is Mark Levin. Talking about his relationship. And this guy actually hosts a very popular show on the weekends on Fox News channel.

So I'm a little surprised that Levin would go down that path. But good for him. I mean, I'm glad he's speaking out about these kinds of things because there's clearly an agenda and there is a movement afoot to marginalize people like Mark Levin. The reality is, Mark Levin has a larger audience at Fox News than Dana Perino has. And I like Dana.

Dana was always nice to me. There were others who were not, Greta Van Sustran being chief among them. She was a raging liberal, but she was a very mean-spirited liberal. And she couldn't stand me. And, you know, and it's fine.

Look, I'm not a mean-spirited person. I'm always cordial and nice to people, but there were some pretty awful folks that pretended. To be conservative that are still employed over at Fox News. And maybe we'll save that story for another day. Yeah.

Yeah. You know, the reality is. Perino couldn't cut it. In the afternoon time slot, so they've got her in the hanging out with Bill Himmer, who, by the way, is a great guy, is LeVin Sen. Look, when push comes to shove, I'm with the great one on this story.

Folks, we got to wrap it up. Wow, time has expired. Get out there, ToddStarnes.com, sign up for the newsletter. We'll see you tomorrow, America.
