A conservative movement is growing at Rhodes College, with students forming a Young America's Foundation chapter and pushing back against the school's left-leaning atmosphere. Meanwhile, the National Guard is patrolling the streets of Memphis, with some pastors speaking out against the deployment. The cost of health care is also a major issue, with many Americans struggling to afford medical debt and complicated health insurance. Christian Healthcare Ministries offers an alternative to traditional health insurance at half the cost.

November is National Family Caregivers Month. One in four Americans is stepping up to help older loved ones with everything from meals to bills. Family caregivers spend thousands out of their own pockets each year, and too many have to quit their jobs to keep providing care. Working families can't afford to wait. It's time to care for America's caregivers.

39 degrees here in the Mighty 990 Broadcast, right outside the Mighty 990 Broadcast Studios. Hope you are doing well. Did you have a great weekend? It was an insane weekend of college football. And I really don't want to talk about the University of Tennessee Vols.

How did we get beat? By a kicker with no leg hair who was wearing Daisy Dukes. How did that happen? I don't understand.

Well, we'll get into more of that in just a little while. Parker May is going to drop by with our sports update. But the Memphis Tigers, wow. Of course, the big win on Friday. And the Tigers now moving up in both of the national polls.

As a matter of fact, one, they're ahead of the Vols, and the other, they're just one position behind the Vols. But it's certainly looking good for Memphis. They are in the driver's seat as we had getting ready. We'll be talking about playoffs very, very soon.

So exciting news for all of you, Memphis Tigers fans, and, of course, Ole Miss and Mississippi State.

So a lot of good stuff happening over the weekend in the world of sports as well. By the way, we have got a great show for you this morning. A lot going on. In Nashville, that will impact what's happening right here in the Mid-South.

Now, as you know, the mayor and other far-left activists, I'm talking about Mayor Lee Harris, have filed a lawsuit regarding the National Guard and whether or not the National Guard should be patrolling the streets of Memphis. And they've asked a judge. To evict the National Guard. And that's exactly what the judge is expected to do. They are seeking the county mayor and other public officials, all Democrats, are trying to get a temporary injunction that would stop the National Guard from being a part of the Memphis Safe Task Force.

Now, that hearing today is going to be pretty important to the future of the governor's deployment of the National Guard, pardon me, President Trump's deployment of the National Guard to the Memphis area. They're alleging it violates state law and the Tennessee Constitution, but I can tell you, based upon my reading, and I went back and checked this, the governor is well within his rights, as is the President of the United States. Both are well within their rights to deploy the National Guard to cities like Memphis or Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, wherever.

So, I'm not quite sure what the big issue here is, but we will see how all of this plays out as the mayor and others are in court today.

Now, my question is very simple to you, ladies and gentlemen. How are things going? It's been, what, over a month now? New numbers came out over the weekend, and it's really remarkable. When you see the the numbers of people that are being pulled off of the streets, as a matter of fact.

those numbers coming out late yesterday, and we posted them over on the Mighty Nine Ninety Facebook page.

So far, just these are just the October numbers, one thousand eighteen sixty two arrests, Three hundred thirteen firearms seized. 132 known gang members arrested, and at least 88 children, missing children. have been located. And it just seems to me that's a pretty darn good number. But you've got a lot of folks out there now that are complaining.

They're saying that they're being profiled, they're being targeted. ProPublica did a huge A huge investigation. Alleging that um that black people are being profiled and I I don't think that's the case at all. But regardless, there are a lot of angry people out there. May I ask a question?

I'm just asking. I have been out of town here and there, and I'll tell you what I was up to over the weekend in just a minute. But I The only pastors, and a lot of the pastors are riled up and they're very upset over all of this. And I'm just wondering: are there any pastors that actually support the National Guard? And I'm asking that because I I haven't seen any, and I haven't heard from any.

You know, when you step back and you think about it, that's the one group of people, the ministers in Memphis. Are there any that actually support the work of the National Guard and what's being done to make the communities and the neighborhoods of their parishioners safer? And I ask that because the Daily Memphian did a big story over the weekend about pastors taking steps to control the task force impact on their congregations.

So the only voices I'm hearing and I can tell you this: the pastors, by and large, and I don't want to paint with a broad brush, but I'm going to here. By and large, the ministers of Memphis. Do not like controversy and they don't like weighing in on anything at all that might cause, I don't know, maybe the offerings to lighten up a little bit. I don't know what the deal is. But they've got their own thing.

You know, it's tough these days for a lot of these pastors. They've got to run their bookstores and their juice bars and their fitness centers. And, you know, they've got, they're always holding auditions for their, you know, for the bands.

So they're very busy.

So maybe they don't have time to weigh in on the pressing issues of the day. But there are other pastors on the other side of the pew, if you will, who have no problem speaking out. And there's a guy, I just thought this was hilarious. There's a pastor of the Centenary United Methodist Church in Soulsville, and he leads a congregation that has a clothing closet and food bank. And I think that's a pretty great thing.

I think every church ought to be doing something like that. And he points out, according to the Daily Memphian piece, three weeks ago, three unmarked vehicles. Pulled onto the church parking lot. There were two men in each of the vehicles. They got out wearing heavy flak vests and carrying guns, but they had no ID on their vest or otherwise.

So the pastor goes out and says, Who are you looking for? And they said they refused to answer. And then he told them to get off the church property, that they were not allowed on private church property. And the reason why is he told the law enforcement officers. We have people who are at the most vulnerable place in our society, people who are dealing with addiction, people who maybe have been incarcerated and need food, and people who we don't know their immigration status.

And he said that the law enforcement, this pastor, So the law enforcement was actually terrorizing law-abiding citizens. And said it was a shame before God.

So, this pastor is saying that all of these National Guard folk out there are sinning against God by being here and protecting our streets. Are you following the logic here? It's a little squirrely. There is also the pastor of the Greater Community Temple, Church of God in Christ. Wow, that's a t that's a long name to fit on the church van.

Maybe it's a wrap around. And he said he did the same thing when officers pulled into his parking lot on Winchester Road at Hickory Hill and said they did not have permission to be on the property.

So I just have a question here and to these to these pastors. First of all, I'm just wondering, are the criminals are the criminals banned from your property as well? Do you fight the criminals as much as you're fighting law enforcement? Is that actually happening in your church? And also, what about all these other pastors that are signed?

Are there any pastors? Do you know of any pastors? Because I think I'd like to give them a shout out, and I'd like to think there's at least one Man of God. That is actually happy to see the National Guard in our city. But I'm telling you, so many of them do not want to I actually know a couple, but they will not go on the record.

Todd, now you know I stand, I just can't say it out loud. You know, come on, folks. We're beyond that. As a matter of fact, I think one of the main reasons we're in the situation we're in in our town is because so many of our churches have completely disengaged. from the culture at large.

And in some ways, the culture at large is now influencing a lot of these churches. Big and small. I'm just, look, I don't have a dog in the fight here.

So I think I can say what needs to be said. I'm not worried if I'm offending somebody this morning. But anyway, I am curious if you know of a preacher in town who actually supports an astrograph. I'd like to hear from him. Because they're not getting any press, and we're happy to give them a little bit of press.

And I honestly think that those law enforcement officers are, in fact, doing God's work. They're protecting all of us, and they're helping the least of these. And I think that's a noble thing to do. All right, we've got to take a quick break here, folks. 901-260-5926, our telephone number.

That's 901-260-5926. Love to hear from you. Let's check in with Commander Chuck. Americans have a big health care problem. Over 100 million U.S.

citizens carry medical debt, but that's not the whole story. With health insurance, your out-of-pocket and monthly costs are way too high. You get surprise bills, denied claims, and poor customer service. That's a serious burden. As Christians, we don't have to pay for a broken system.

By the way, Friday. We're doing the show from South Haven Dales, which is one of the most wonderful restaurants in the Mid-South. We want you to come down and be a part of all of that. And we're going to give you a chance later on this week to actually win Breakfast on Me. You are going to love Dales.

It is a great restaurant. You can get us breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we're going to have a lot of fun out there. Oh, by the way, congratulations to the Bartlett High School Marching Band. They are the best of the best, right? Over the weekend, the Bartlett High School Marching Band brought home the grand championship at the 2025 Bandmasters Championship held right here in Memphis at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium.

They competed against 23 bands from Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Kentucky. And the Marching Panthers, from what we understand, delivered an unbelievable performance. They swept every single category. I mean, that's unheard of in the marching band world. They earned a 94.7.

I don't know what that means, but they're good. That's what that means. And we are so proud of the great young people, the directors, the volunteers. If you know anything about marching band, it takes an entire village to get the marching band where they have to go.

So, a lot of moms and dads, a lot of other folks in the community, sponsors, give yourselves a round of applause today because the Bartlett High School Marching Band, grand champions.

Well done, Bartlett High School. Wow, that's exciting. All right, 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. Oh, by the way, a slight change to the Memphis skyline coming.

No, they're not building another building. I wish they were, but they're not. This coming from the Memphis Business Journal. It's the iconic, you know, the iconic sign in downtown. It's now called Loki, and I believe it was Memphis Business Journal back in.

Today.

Well, now they're changing the logo on the building, and it's going to reflect Regions Bank.

So Regions Bank and the building owners, Bells Enterprises, are making a big change.

So the logo right now is Lokion, which is an IT firm, and that's going away. At least the name on the sign is going away. And now we're getting the Region's Bank sign.

So there you go. We'll keep you updated on any changes there in the downtown area. All right, I want to, where is, you know, we had told you about on Friday's show. And we did not get all of the interview. And so, when we come back in just a little while, we're going to play the entire interview with Jack Herman.

Jack is a student at Rhodes College, and something very exciting is happening at Rhodes. You know, it really is a far leftist school. And, you know, talking with the students that we've talked to over the past couple of weeks here at K-Wham. Uh it is really sad. quite frankly disappointing.

What's going on there? Where students for such a long time have felt like they could not really say what was really on their minds, that they had to hide their views on certain things. And so now things are changing. And we have at least three conservative groups, the College of Republicans, Turning Point USA, and Young America's Foundation. And they are now standing up and they are getting clubs organized on campus.

And we're going to talk to Jack, and you're going to be able to hear the entire conversation.

Now, the important thing is, and the reason why I want you to hear this, because this is also happening at Collierville High School, where you've got dozens of kids that are showing up for TPUSA meetings there. We all have a responsibility to sort of get behind these kids and make sure they have the support they need as they learn what it means to be a conservative.

So we'll be up we'll be playing more of that coming up in just a little while. An interesting s interview over the weekend.

Now, Snap benefits expired, and so far, I haven't heard of any grocery stores or Walmarts that have been looted.

So that's good news.

Now, the interesting thing here is, and there was a guy on TikTok, and he made an interesting observation about all the people that are complaining about losing their SNAP benefits. Cut number one. Only in America do we have people that have $1,200 iPhones. Checking to see if their snap benefits hit. Yeah, it's actually a very fair point.

And not only that, they're not riding around in public transit. Many of them are driving around in very nice, brand new cars.

So, how is that happening? I did a little bit of research over the weekend, I'm just curious. And It turns out exactly how much because a lot of these people are getting like $4,000 or $5,000 a month for food stamps. And I'm just wondering how much exactly does it cost to feed the average family of four in America? And it turns out that the government actually did a study on this.

And the average family of four, and I'm curious to hear from you on this, all right? How much does it cost to feed your family on, say, let's say, a weekly basis? All right.

So I want to hear from you this morning, and we're going to compare what the government says the average family spends and what you spend because I'm very, very curious. I will tell you this: there's no way these people, there's no way people are spending $4,000 to $5,000 a month just on food. No way.

So nine hundred one two six zero five nine two six. I'm curious, how much do you spend? And do you always go with the brand products? Or do you go with the off brand products? Cassie, I'm a snob.

I got to have, if I'm getting peanut butter, I'm not getting like the off-brand peanut butter. I'm getting my GIF. Yeah, I'm with you on that. Except I I get like the crunchy, um Like all natural, like all that one. Oh, you do the all-natural stuff?

No, I can't do that. I can't do that. It's okay. It's not for everybody. But it's like, I've got to have, you know, if I'm going to go in and I don't, I mean, I just don't spend that much, but for a single person, it's a little easier.

Actually, it's cheaper to go out to eat than it is to actually go and burn. No, I've heard that. And you can, like, meal prep your dinner that you take out. Yeah, you could. I mean, if you wanted to do that.

I'm just that's just not me. I just, you know, it is what it is. I mean, I'm at Kroger quite a bit. Our Kroger just sucks. I don't know why we have such a bad Kroger in our neighborhood.

Yes, I don't understand. Yeah. It's not all that clean, and they're always out of stuff. I'm like, how are you always out of it? You're a grocery store.

I just don't understand that. I mean, the main product is the food, and you never have it. You would think, well, you would think so. And here's a pro tip: never buy sushi at a croaker. Oh, Todd, no.

I'm just saying, I learned my lesson. As a coastal girl, I would never do that. I learned my lesson.

So it turns out that the average, according to the USDA, the average family of four can get by on $1,000 a month. That's how much the government says the average family is spending, about $1,000 a month. On a food belt. For a family of four. And I'm just curious, is that accurate?

Because again, these folks are going on the socials, and I don't know if you can believe them or not, but they're saying they're getting $4,000 and $5,000 a month in food stamps. What are they spending that money on? And now we know because a lot of folks are now getting out there and they're saying, well, what we're really doing is we're going out there and selling our food stamps, and then we're going and using that money, that cash, for other stuff.

So, it's all a big scam. That's all it is. And I know that Brooke Rollins, who is the USDA secretary, she's been all over this, and she's calling to overhaul the entire EBT system because they've discovered massive fraud and corruption. Are you ready for this? The blue states, all they did, the USDA asked the blue states, can you just tell us how many people who are illegal are getting benefits?

And not a single blue state. Will cooperate. Not a single one.

Now, why is that? That seems to me that's a very simple question.

So, something clearly is not right there. All right, coming up, we have got that interview with our good friend over at Rhodes College, also Parker Mays dropping pie. We're going to be taking your calls as well. And again, a huge congratulations to the Bartlett High School Marching Band. What a great, great victory!

Grand Champions at the Bandmasters Championship. All right, 901-260-5926. Our telephone number, that's 901-260-5926. This is Starge Country. Americans have a big health care problem.

Just got back from Branson, Missouri over the weekend. I was the master of ceremonies at the National Association of Christian Lawmakers. They had their big national gathering at College of the Ozarks. And what a great weekend. Got a chance to spend a lot of time with former U.S.

Attorney General John Ashcroft, who was being honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award and got to visit with his lovely wife. And also, Congressman Marlon Stutzman was there from Indiana. His wife, Christy, we got to spend a lot of time together as well. Just wonderful, wonderful people. And what a great What a great program bringing Christian lawmakers together from all over the country for a weekend of policy planning and a lot of stuff happening on the state level, which I really appreciate.

But one of the things about this is my first time at College of the Ozarks. Have you guys heard about what's happening at College of the Ozarks? This is. Pretty spectacular.

So they call this the name, the college, a private Christian school originally affiliated with the Presbyterians, but they call it Hard Work You. And the reason why is that the students actually do all the work at the college.

So whether it's, and it is. This is pretty amazing. It's a work education program. And so the students, they literally have a. They have a candle-making shop there.

They have a stained glass window shop, an art studio there. They have a full working farm.

So you can learn how to be a farmer. They have a creamery there. They make their own ice creams. And so the students, they make homemade jellies and jams, peanut butter. And Cassie, I brought back some for the whole staff.

I brought back treats. Very excited about this. Ooh. Very nice. They make stuff.

Out, it's just off the charts, just off the charts. And I'm walking around campus, and it's just a beautiful campus there in Branson, just about a mile away from Branson. And I keep thinking to myself, this is what college is supposed to be. Where students are graduating with life skills. Students are being able to go directly into the workforce.

And as near as I can tell, and this is one of their big things, is that the College of the Ozarks. They believe it's important to not only Raise up good Christians, but also good patriots. And I just think that's a pretty remarkable thing.

So, well done. To the College of the Ozarks. They have a grist mill there.

So they, I mean, I got corn mill, the whole, I mean, it was just unbelievable. I mean, my entire Cadillac is filled with all sorts of stuff coming from College of the Ozarks. But had a chance to visit with the president and just so impressed. By the way, they have lots of big name folks coming through there: George W. Bush, Sarah Palin, Newt Gingrich, the late Margaret Thatcher.

So they've got, they're introducing a lot of big, big names and ideas to these young people. And by the way, The student, and I want to read this from the website. They give the opportunity for full-time students to work at one of more than 100 campus jobs or industries to pay for part of their tuition.

Now the remaining part Is, and this is the amazing thing: the remaining portion of their expenses is covered through scholarships. And so when the kids graduate, They graduate debt free. I mean That's insane. You've got kids graduating from taxpayer-funded universities and they spend half of their life paying off their college bills.

So I'm just Really excited about what they're doing at the College of the Ozarks. And I think this is, I mean, this is really a great example of what college. Could be. And well done.

Well done to you, folks. All right, as promised, I want to go to this interview that we did with Jack Herman. He has just launched the. Young America's Foundation Chapter. This is a great conservative organization founded originally by William F.

Buckley Jr. and Ronald Reagan in the 1960s. And I have always Been a huge fan of YAF. I speak at a lot of their national conferences and regional conferences, and they are doing things the right way because it's not just. is not just fireworks and pyrotechnics and celebrity stuff.

This is about understanding what it truly means to be a conservative, what it means to be an entrepreneur. And they're bringing in names like Dr. Ben Carson. Art laugher, and you know, these kids are getting knowledge poured into their brains from some great folks. Let's take a listen to Jack Herman's interview.

Jack Herman is president of the YAF chapter, Young America's Foundation chapter, at Rhodes College, which, of course, a couple of alums, one of them is on the Supreme Court, and the other is Jasmine Crockett. Who would have thought that? Jack, good to have you with us. Welcome to the show. Thank you so much for having me.

So, this is exciting because I don't know if you know this or not, but Rhodes sort of leans just a smidge to the left. And now we understand there's a TPUSA chapter, there's a college Republican club, and you guys are kicking it with the YAF chapter there. Yes, sir. It's been great to see a new resurgence of conservatism on campus.

So you're a freshman at Rhodes, is that right? Yes, sir. And originally, you got it. We have a lot of listeners across northern Georgia, and so you got to give a shout out to the good people back home. Yes, Cumming, Georgia, and Forsyth County.

That's where I'm from originally. It's a great, beautiful area. and home to a lot of conservatives, by the way. Yes, sir. It's a pretty red area.

It's a great place to be.

So what was it about politics? How early did you start getting involved in politics? And what made you decide you know what, I I agree with a lot of the the conservative values. Yes, so my sister really kicked off politics for me. She started a conservative club at my high school, which is something that I was engaged in.

And that kind of made me realize what kind of views that I sided with. And that kind of is what led me to start the YAF chapter at Rhodes.

So you started the YAF chapter. What's that experience been like talking to other students and sharing your viewpoint? Because a lot of kids don't want to do that these days because of the blowback they get. Yeah, it's been great to find people that think the same way as me, but on the same side, there has been backlash by not only students, but also faculty. Um which is just something that we kind of have to work through as we As we engage in some new conversations on campus.

And fair enough. What kind of blowback from the faculty? I'm curious. Um so although they are just rumors, I've heard that the faculty um has kind of not been very happy with the start of the new um conservative movement on campus. They've been trying to get in the names of students and things like that.

They're just not very happy with uh I guess other viewpoints. I'll tell you what, and here's the deal, and this is how we do things on this program. You guys ever get any blowback, any student ever gets outed as a conservative, and we'll take care of that for you. Yes, sir. Thank you so much.

Yeah, we're not going to tolerate that here. I will say, though, you've generated a lot of excitement among the alumni from years past. They're so excited that there now is finally conservative voices on the campus. Yeah, it's been great to hear that the alumni are excited. I think that the college as a whole is definitely Been more left leaning.

I don't know historically, but that's what I've noticed since I've been there.

So it's nice to hear that I have support. What's been the mood and the attitude since Charlie Kirk's assassination? You know, it's it f feels like it's been so long ago, but it it's you know, just been over a month and a half now since that happened. Yeah, I think that was really the starting point of all of this. Um After Charlie Kirk was killed, there were some things that were being said around campus, some rumors that just didn't sit right with me.

And I think of other conservative students. And I think that it was time to start a movement, start some talks about getting some conservative voices out there and really standing up for what we believe in. What I find fascinating, and we've had a lot of folks on our we've had a lot of students on our shows, and many of them are just now starting chapters. They're pretty much in your situation. They're freshmen, young people, and they're really ready to make a difference.

And I'm wondering why that is. What's going on here with people your age? I think that in our generation there's been a lot of polarization of politics, and I think that. At especially higher education institutions, that it is more normalized and more accepted to be on the left side of politics. And I think that that has kind of.

Silence some conservative voices. And I think that people are just starting to realize after. What they've heard about Charlie Kirk and other things that are in the news, the No Kings protest, things like that, that it's time to really get our voices out there. Isn't that funny, though, and somewhat ironic? Because it was the Democrats who put a person on the ticket that would be Kamala Harris without even allowing the Democrat Party to have a vote or a say in it.

She was hand-picked. Yes, it's um it doesn't really make any sense. No, not at all.

So you guys are doing meetings. I love YAF because you guys are all about understanding, okay, I am a conservative, but why am I a conservative? And mean in not just my politics but my faith my business you know how i how i live my life yeah i think it's great um especially for the education of of other students to really learn what those traditional values are um as well as the political side of it it's really um it's a lifestyle that we're fighting for not necessarily just politics okay i'm going to tell you what you have to do uh and by the way we've got jack herman with us he is the pride of north georgia so all of you w t un listeners uh this is your guy repping the great state of georgia i just put a lot on you a lot on your shoulders jack but i think you can handle it uh he is heading up the brand new yaff chapter that's young america's foundation we have scott walker on the governor all the time on this program and i'm going to tell scott about you i'm i'm so excited about what you guys are doing but anyway he is at rhodes college so here's what you got to do um Yaff controls the Reagan Ranch. And so you got to get out to Santa Barbara, go to one of the conferences, and you got to go check out the Reagan Ranch. It's just really, really remarkable.

Yeah, I would love to go there sometime. My sister went to a conference out there. I've heard that it's beautiful. I've heard great things about it. It's interesting about Ronald Reagan.

You think here's a guy who was a movie star, president of the United States, two terms, has more money than he knows what to do with. But when you go to that ranch, it is so simple. Even his bed, he just has like a regular bed, and they had to put an end table at the end of the bed because he's very tall just to accommodate his feet. And it wasn't a mansion. He didn't have all these servants.

He was just, you know, a regular guy, a regular American. And I think that's really, Jack, when you look at being a conservative, you know, it's that fiscal responsibility, living within your means, and being a person of faith. Yeah, I agree. I think that's a great representation of. How a lot of Americans Live and how they want to live.

And I think that. He was a great person. That ranch is really a representation of that.

So let's talk we got midterms coming up, and next year is going to be insane. I know you got to meet a lot of the Republican Party folks in our lobby. And by the way, you got to grab some of the sausage balls on the way. They're very good. Yeah, I'm sure you have a great cafeteria over at Rhodes, but get some home cooking while you can.

I'm curious: what is it that the Republicans are going to need to do? to make sure they get the votes of people like you. We need to get the young people talking again. I've said this over and over that Young conservatives are scared to speak their mind and get their views out there. And there's plenty of reasons for that.

But I think that it's time we start a movement, we start to get people talking again. And I think Charlie Kirk was a great representation of that. And we need to to live on his legacy. I think it's that's a terrific thing. And it's a great way to look at things moving forward.

And it's really one person at a time, right? It's not like you've got to go out there and reach everybody. It's just one person. Yeah, I think that it'll spread quickly once people realize what they believe in and that that they can talk about it on canvases without being scared of the backlash. All right, that was our interview with a freshman at Rhodes College.

His name is Jack Kerman. You'll be hearing more from him on the Mighty 990 KWAM, no doubt about that. Also, some of our other conservatives, young conservatives, we're going to be getting them on over the next little while as well. All right, our telephone number: 901-260-5926. By the way, the sausage balls I was referring to.

Came from our good friend Kristen New out of Germantown. Those things were. It was like off the charts delicious. And thank you for all of the treats and the goodies that you guys dropped by yesterday for my birthday. It was greatly appreciated.

All right, let's check in with Parker May standing by with a look at sports this morning. Americans have a big health care problem. Over 100 million citizens carry medical debt while paying for overpriced and complicated health insurance. As Christians, we don't have to pay for a broken system. Christian Healthcare Ministries is an alternative to health insurance at half the cost.

Plus, you can enroll at any time. Stand up to health insurance with a biblical solution. Join CHM today by visiting chministries.org/slash wellness. That's chministries.org/slash wellness. Americans of every color are fed up with ghetto behavior.

It's not about race, it's about standards. Wearing bonnets, pajama pants, and house shoes in public. Looking like you rolled out of bed isn't a fashion statement. It's ghetto. People fighting on cruise ships, in restaurants, at airports.

It's embarrassing, not entertaining. It's ghetto. Yelling on speakerphone in public spaces, screaming across aisles, cursing in front of kids. Being loud isn't a personality. It's a lack of discipline.

It's ghetto. Bellies hanging out. Tight shorts. Two sizes too small. Sagging pants.

Ski mask in summer. It's not edgy. It's exhausting. It's ghetto. Blasting obnoxious music in public spaces.

Parking lots, gas station, grocery stores with the whole crew gathered around like it's a block party. That is not culture. That is ghetto. Those giant plastic winged eyelashes doesn't make you look good. They make you look like a caricature.

It's ghetto. Wow. No complaints here. And I don't think I didn't hear a single thing that she said that was wrong. And she is correct here.

This is not about black or white or brown. This is because I've seen a lot of ghetto behavior at country music concerts. I'm just telling you. After a couple of six-packs, people get a little bit wild out there.

So, yeah, I have nothing wrong. She said absolutely nothing wrong. Good for you, ma'am. And I, you know, again, it's something that we all have to start doing. We've got to start policing our families and making sure that we're raising our kids correctly.

You know, I was watching a guy, and I didn't want to have Cassie edit this, but there were so many, there was so much foul language. But this guy was making a great point. And he asked a question: where in the Bible does it say that I have to go out there and go fishing and hunting and plant crops for your family? Where in the Bible does it say that we are required to do that? And this guy was basically saying, I'm responsible for my family.

I created my family. I have a responsibility to care for my family, not your family. That's your responsibility. But I'm telling you, this whole idea of dependency on the government, it is like a drug. It is an addiction.

And we're going to see how all this plays out. The rumblings are the Democrats are using this as leverage, hoping that it's going to give their candidates tomorrow in New Jersey, New York City, and Virginia the winning edge. And then maybe Wednesday or Thursday, they're going to vote to reopen the government. It's sleazy politics, but that's the way these people are doing it. By the way, we have an update.

Remember last week the monkeys that escaped, the ones that were infected with all the diseases?

So the monkeys escaped. This was all happening down in Mississippi near Heidelberg. And a couple of them apparently are still on the loose.

Well, we can tell you now that one of the monkeys was, in fact, Shot and killed. This is according to the Associated Press. Jessica Ferguson says she. She thought she saw the monkey. In the front yard of their home.

So she got out of bed, grabbed her gun and her cell phone, and she stepped out and she saw the monkey about 60 feet away.

So she opened fire. And again, these are all monkeys that carry diseases. She said, I did what any other mother would do to protect her children. misses Ferguson has five kids ranging from four to sixteen. She said that she shot at it and it just stood there, so she shot it again, and he backed up and that's when he fell over Stone Cold Dead.

The Sheriff's Department confirmed in a social media post as the Jasper County Sheriff's Office. That the homeowner found one of the monkeys on her property. They have no other information. We understand that wildlife fisheries and parks took possession. Of the monkey carcass.
