Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's favorite gun totem, Bible-clanging, deplorable American. Todd Starns. Oh, yeah. You know, I'm really intrigued here by a story that we've been following on this program for quite some time. By the way, hello, everybody.

Welcome to the Todd Starns radio program. This story. Based out of Frisco, Texas, in a gated community.

So we've been telling you the story of this young man. who was stabbed to death At a track and field meet. And it's just a horrible story. Austin Metcalf was the young man. And a very promising career as a college athlete.

He was a high school football star, and he was really on the path to some pretty incredible, doing some pretty incredible things with his life. There was an individual, a competitor, who showed up in the track and field team's tent and Austin Metcalfe, like any person would do if you're on a team, told the opposing player to leave the area. to leave their tent. And in response to that, as far as the allegations as the story has been told, Carmelo Anthony, a seventeen year old, plunged a knife into the heart of this football start killing him and um Ruining a family. It's just absolutely heartbreaking, this story.

So, anyway, the kid's been arrested and he was being held on $1 million bond.

Now, this is all about race now because the victim in this case is white and the attacker black. The national news media is completely ignoring this story to some extent because now they're beginning to cover it, but they're beginning to cover the story. And their narrative is that Carmelo Anthony is the true victim here, that it was the white kid who forced Carmelo Anthony to plunge a knife into his chest, killing him.

So that's the narrative that's now coming out is that the true victim in all of this is Carmelo Anthony. And I know this is enraging to a lot of people, but I'm not surprised by this. Also, we have some new developments, and this is what really strikes me. You've got this teenager who was being held on a million-dollar bond. I mean, eyewitnesses, everybody saw what happened, and the judge agreed to a reduction of bond.

And the reason why is because it was a financial hardship that the family could not come up with the million dollars.

So the judge allowed. The family to post a two hundred and fifty thousand dollar bond. And now this young man is Is out and he is walking the streets of Frisco, Texas. But here's what I find fascinating. The family now lives in a $900,000 home inside a luxurious gated community.

Could somebody explain how that could be? How is it that this family that was pleading that they had no money and that this was a financial hardship, they're living in a $900,000 house inside a gated community. The home, by the way, if they're renting it, they're saying the home is estimated to rent for about $3,500 a month. This is according to the reporting of the New York Post. And reporters who went by the home discovered a white suburban, a black Acura, and a third sedan.

Which we believe to be a Cadillac Escalate. I am not kidding you. And it is a brand new car.

So the kid got out of jail, and now he's got a brand new Cadillac Escalite.

So, what is this? You kill a white kid and you get a mansion and you get a Cadillac Escalade? Is that what they're doing in Texas? One resident telling the New York Post he got a new car. If you look at the license plate, it's got a paper tag and it says it expires June 4th.

Oh, we got a lot of those in Memphis. But those tags expired last June fourth. Anyway, people who live in the neighborhood are pretty concerned here, and they voice concerns about having an accused killer now living in their exclusive neighborhood. And look, I don't know if the family lived in the house before the murder or if they have moved the family to this home as a result of what's happened after the murder. We don't have that intel, but we're going to find out.

Another neighbor told the New York Post That the family is certainly not poor if they live in the gated community. They're not poor people, that's for sure. By the way, the home has been getting in recent days has been getting flooded with deliveries allegedly for Anthony with Amazon trucks being seen making multiple drop-offs at his home. There are GoFundMe accounts set up, and this family is raking in hundreds of thousands of dollars on the murder of the white kid. Anthony had been locked up in the Collin County Jail, charged with first-degree murder.

For stabbing Metcalf, also 17.

So both of these guys, 17 years old. Anthony told police he was acting in self-defense, and his family claims the narrative being spread as false, unjust, and harmful. And they have hired a big dollar attorney. By the way, Over $440,000. That's how much they've raised on this GoFundMe.

And nobody cares about the poor white kid. Nobody cares. Nobody's raising money for that family. Nobody's consoling that family. It's terrible.

The fund was set up to help. Carmelo's family with legal fees and is now being used to move and hire additional security for him and his family amid the backlash over Metcalfe's death. And I don't know if you've seen this before, these videos that are out there, and there are a lot of them. Where it's like, and again, I don't know what to make of this. Maybe you do, but it certainly appears as though.

White children are being targeted by these black mobs on their school campuses, and the videos are all over social media. Are there enough of these attacks to say, wow, we have an epidemic here? Or is this some sort of an anomaly? But again, the family The family made this, Carmelo Anthony's family making this all about race. And the media is going to be jumping all over this story.

An attorney for the family telling the post: this family needs to be able to survive.

Okay, yes, but a $900,000 home and a brand new Cadillac Escalade? Is is is that the going prize for killing a a white kid? Just asking. There's been a tremendous amount of pressure, I think, at this point, living in a gated community given everything. The safety of their younger children is very warranted.

Security details and criminal defenses are not cheap.

So, a lot of people are going to be getting rich off of this. A lot of race agitators are going to be getting rich off of this as well. I guarantee, I guarantee that's going to happen. You know what this also reminds me of? Do you remember the Black Lives Matter movement?

Remember all of that? Where the whole point of Black Lives Matter was that. That blacks are being put upon. That whites are going out there killing black people, and that police officers, all police officers, are killing black people. All lies, of course.

The whole BLM movement based on a lie. But it turns out that. Many of the organizers were actually living in multi-million dollar homes, including one that was worth $6 million. You remember that story? I'm telling you, professional race agitating is a big business in this country.

A huge Huge business.

So anyway, I'm just curious about all of this. But what does it say about our society? That you've got people out there that are more concerned about the well-being of the alleged criminal here than they are about. The poor victim? I've th this is truly truly a remarkable thing that's happening in the state of Texas right now.

By the way. The judge who reduced Carmelo Anthony's bond is getting additional security. This is coming from TMZ. Apparently, the judge has been getting threats after her decision to let this guy loose. The Sheriff's Department says court staff and concerned citizens report the menacing remarks were made against the judge, and now its investigators as well as the FBI are investigating.

Well, you can't do that. Yeah, you got you can't be making threats like that. I don't care who you are. Unbelievable. But as it now stands, I'm not sure.

That this is going to deter other people from trying to do something like this. And that's what concerns me here: that there's almost this celebratory mood and atmosphere. When you've got a teenager who's been killed, you have a mother, and a father, and a brother. The kid had a twin brother. They are grieving right now.

What about them? What about their hurt? What about their pain? What about their suffering? What about their financial situation?

But this is where we are in America because of the media and because of the Democrats and because of these professional race agitators, where the victims. really are no longer the victims. And the argument's going to be made, I predict the argument that will be made is that, well, the white guy had it coming. That will probably be the argument here. But I'm just curious to get your thoughts on this.

Do you are you troubled by how this case has been handled in the mainstream media? This idea that you can be rewarded for killing someone? 901-260-5926 is our telephone number. That's 901-260-5926. Let's go to Jerry in Iowa.

Jerry, what say you? Brother Todd, my heart goes out to All the victims, whether they're white or black. In this case, it's a white victim. I got a theory, and I'm older, I'm in my sixties now. And A lot is made about race and who's the bad guy and who's the good guy.

My prediction is that. If they could get away with it. They'll try to make White people, the victim. Eventually, they'd be perfectly happy to flip all this. division.

So we could go from the age of Black people are victims to the age of white people are victims because we're projected to be a minority in like 2035. And by the way, who cares? Nobody cares what color you are, I don't. that this is about destroying America. And creating division and victimization.

It's reprehensible that they're raising money. For this guy and his family to buy another rich house, it's not about race, and it never has been. Trying to destroy and deconstruct our American institutions. America is the most racially diverse country in the world. Praise God.

Thank God. And it's It's more about destruction. And I, as a white guy, I'm not afraid to admit that. Um I I don't want to be a victim and I don't want to victimize anybody. I think most Amer Americans are like that.

This is A plan? It's an effort. It's orchestrated. And it's just all bass ackwards, if you'll pardon my French there. I'm The only real victim is Jesus Christ, who was nailed to a cross for all of our sins.

You got me wound up, Todd. Bless you.

Well, Jerry, it just angers me because, yeah, this is the third rail. Race is always going to be the third rail in this country. And these attorneys know how to play that card, and they're being very effective in playing it here. And I don't believe the family of Austin Metcalf is going to get justice. And I think at the end of the day, the media will portray their son, the innocent victim here, as being the criminal.

And that's where I have to stand up and say, wait a second. Because the fact of the matter is, when you look at facts, and again, it was. Carmelo Anthony's attorneys bringing race into all of this, and maybe it was inevitable. I mean, You know, it's a big news story.

Something like this is weird that it happened at a track and field meet. But the reality is, black on black crime is off the charts. And people are going to have to come to terms with this: that there is a massive issue in the culture. And if they don't address it, I'm just telling you, we live it every single day in Memphis, Tennessee. You don't want your city, you don't want your town to become Memphis because.

Everything here in Memphis is controlled by black people, everything, everything, and by Democrats. But again, they will, if something goes wrong, they will always find a way to blame white people. I don't get that. How can you say that when white people have no control in Memphis? Why is it the white man's fault that black people are killing black people?

I don't understand that.

So we've got to have that conversation. I'm not afraid. I'm not afraid. I will not shy away from that conversation because I believe that all lives do matter. Every single life matters.

I don't care what your skin color is. Your life matters. And the fact that we've got people out there that are saying, Only one skin color matters, and all the rest of you people, you don't matter. That's a problem in this country. Jerry, I gotta run.

All right, welcome back, everybody. Let's go to the phone lines 901-260-5926. Say hello to Keith in North Carolina. Hi, Keith. What's on your mind today?

Yeah, hey, Todd. I just heard you talking about the guy that got stabbed there. They are doing a fundraiser for Austin and they've raised 300 and I think. ninety six thousand dollars. It's under the GoFundMe.

Well, and one of the reasons I don't share GoFundMe's, and I saw that fundraiser, Keith, and I have no reason to doubt that it's not legitimate, but I'm always a little suspect. But if that's the case, and I'm glad to hear that, But the reality is more money has been raised. for the guy accused of stabbing Austin than the Aust than Austin's family. That makes no sense to me. Yeah, I agree with you, and it it's just a sad deal that two kids' lives got ruined over probably nothing.

Well, as the district attorney said, this was a case where, and by the way, who brings a knife to a track meet? I do have a question about that. But beyond that, the DA said this was nothing more than a case of, and it probably could have ended with a fist fight or something like that. There was no reason for anybody to lose their life over this. Oh, exactly, exactly.

Yeah, I hate it for both families. You know, it's just one of the deals and the. Time of the times, you know, we live in, but you know, you're doing a great job, Todd. Me and Eric Wilson at the Weenie Wagon, we miss you.

It was that was a lot of fun. And by the way, it's a veteran owned. Correct me if I'm wrong here, folks, but I believe the Weenie Wagon actually owned, operated, run by veterans. And I love that. Oh, by the way, speaking of that, yesterday we mentioned Trump Burger opening up in Texas, in Houston.

South Haven, Mississippi. T-Mac is listening to us on KWAM, our flagship station. All right, T-Mac, I understand you're upset with me. What are you upset about? No, actually, I'm sorry that it was perceived that way, but I'm not upset with you.

Actually, I'm a fan of yo of your show, okay. I just disagree with what you're doing, what you seem to be doing. We had to be careful, especially you. You have a voice. You have a large audience, and congratulations on that.

And we had to be careful with the narrative. It seems like what you're doing. is what you try to to out there as far because we don't know the the facts on this yet. We don't know whether it was self-defense or whether it was not.

So if you put out What seems to be A false narrative. That only as to especially when you're dealing with a situation where it's a racial situation. We don't need to add the possible escalation of that. We really don't need to do that. Again, we do have some.

Now, again, that's what the attorney is saying for the family, that this was self-defense. But the police and the investigators found enough evidence to charge this kid with murder.

So we're dealing with a murder charge. And not so, I mean, again, I understand what his attorneys are saying here, but the kid is facing a murder charge.

Okay. We're dealing with the murder charge, but we're not dealing with a murder conviction. And Everybody's presumed innocent until proven guilty.

So until we put out Stuff like that, we need to at least wait until that. happens 'cause 'cause you could You already we we live in a an eraser of charge. Yeah. Sit uh environment now. We don't need to add to that, and we don't have to.

But you and I both know T-Mac because we've seen this play out before: that if the races had been reversed here, and if the white kid had been the aggressor, or we'll say alleged aggressor, that this would have been a national news story. And yet, this is not a national news story for the mainstream networks because the races are not reversed. I look, let me tell you, man, I hate hate when people play the race car big time. Yes, it is, but but well, we have to be fair. And when we're fair, Especially when we have a voice.

That means we become so much more credible because people see us as fair. We're going to judge it, you know, right, not by. Right.

Now look at the Dillon Root situation. Dylan Roots. You mean from years ago when he shot up the black church, the white kid shot up the black church? No, I'm sorry. I got the wrong person.

Who was the guy that. uh killed a guy on the subway. Oh, yeah. He was protecting, he was trying to stop the guy from attacking other passengers on the subway. But mister Starge's perception.

No, well, according to the courts and the judge it wasn't. It's still perception. I mean, even though they came to that conclusion, We don't know what was on that young man's mind. We really don't. And they came to that conclusion because they had to come to one.

And it could have been. I mean, it really could have been, but So you're talking about Daniel Penny was the guy's name, the Marine veteran. No, it took me a second to find.

So this was all captured on video. And by the way, most of the passengers on board that subway happened to be minorities. And they all told the police that this guy, Daniel Penny, was actually a hero.

So again, this is, you know, I understand what you're saying here, but the reality is that these people who were on that subway car, they felt like their lives were being endangered, and Daniel Penny was coming to their rescue.

Okay. Uh The guy who was killed, unfortunately. Didn't have a weapon from what I heard.

So, how could these people feel like? Nobody knew that. Nobody knew that. This guy comes on and says, I'm going to be killing you. Yeah, you better believe that is a dangerous situation.

You just don't know. How many people would have thought that a teenager would have brought a knife with him to attract and field me? You just never know.

Well, you know, I agree with you on that. That should not have been the situation where somebody would do that. But I mean I don't know. until I find out 'cause I'm not I don't go black or white. I go right or wrong.

So if he was wrong, then he should suffer the fate of whatever. But we need to at least wait until we see what's up because He could have been defending himself.

Well, we have been doing that. And look, this is the way we do it on this show. Is one of the things that is my, you know, the bee in my bonnet is when people play the race card. It's not right. The race card, though, has been played here.

And at that point, we have to address it. And the fact that this family now gets to live in a $900,000 home, they go out and buy a brand new Cadillac Escalate. Oh, okay, I suppose that's your right to do that. But really, is that you know is that the messaging that you want to send here? Because it looks like this kid is being rewarded for something, and that's what concerns me.

It's about the optics of all of this. And then, Mr. Stearns, let me tell you before I won't take up too much of your time, but. That concerns me perfectly. probably ten times more.

then maybe it concerns you. I think that's extremely wrong as it seems it sends a terrible message.

So I couldn't agree with you more. I saw more humility. out of the father of the victim than I have anybody else. And I think that's you know, when you we're talking about life and death, there's got to be a little bit of humility here and put things in perspective. And I just don't see that.

And you know, going back to the whole BLM riots, they were They were funneling in millions and millions of dollars. And what were they doing? Turning around and buying mansions and talking about how oppressed they were. I just, you know, I just don't get that. T-Mac, I like the conversation.

Give us a holler back and thank you for listening to our flagship station, KWAM. Let's go to Kathy in Salem, or Salem, Oregon, K-Y-K-N, our great affiliate there. Hi, Kathy. What's on your mind? He does.

That conversation, I was about to explode. Um he's already confessed. There's no doubt. that he did it. And he has confessed.

They're what they're trying to figure out now. Why did he take a knife to attract me? Why did he go into the other team's tent? With it. a Swiss Army knife or something like that.

It was a fixed blade, according to what. Nancy Grace did last night. But anyway, he's confessed. Oh, yeah, there well, there's right, ex exactly. But, you know, they're gonna come in and they're gonna they're gonna try to get this kid off off by saying, Oh, it was self-defense.

That's gonna be their argument, is that it was self-defense. And depend I mean, it I don't think there's a guarantee here, a surefire guarantee that justice is going to be served here, Kathy. I really don't. I think it's going to become a racial issue. It's going to be a racial firebomb, is what it's going to be.

And I think the kid probably is going to be able to get off. He's going to get away with it. But I can tell you if the races have been reversed, no way. This would be the only story in America people would be talking about right now. Yeah.

Okay. say, you know, it doesn't sound like that guy like we were going to wait for a trial and a conviction and all that. No, no, no. I hear what he's saying: innocent until proven guilty. I get that, but the guy's been charged.

And if, you know, when you're a police investigator, you go in and you're a detective, and you go in and you look at all the evidence, you're able to determine, you know, in consultation with the district attorney, okay, this was self-defense. We're not going to be filing charges here. There was enough evidence. At the scene, and enough evidence they accumulated to say there was something more going on here, and we're going to charge him with murder. Yeah.

All right, Kathy, thank you for the call. 901-260-5926. Our telephone number, that's 901-260-5926. Oh, I got to tell you what happened last night. Marjorie Taylor Green in Ackworth, Georgia, and she's holding one of the town hall meetings, and these Paid professional agitators.

And hear me on this. That's all these people are. They're getting a paycheck to do this. They're going in and they're disrupting all of these town hall meetings. And we've been seeing this for weeks now.

And the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, has been trying to tell all of the lawmakers: don't do this. Just don't do the town halls. But MTG. She said, I'm going to hold a town hall.

Well, sure enough, all you know what broke loose, and I want you to. Here What MTG had to say, cut down. Does that leave you deterred at all when you know that there are people who are out there with all these thoughts about what they would want to do at Line's Valleys? No, no, you know, I don't like that. But no, I'm not deterred.

My job is a representative of the people that voted that my district. And I have to represent the entire district. That means I have a job to do. And that job is extremely important. No, I'm not deterred.

But I will tell you guys, and this is a story that I think is extremely important. I have the most death threats in Congress. And at times, I have more death threats than even Speaker Johnson. And it shouldn't be that way. And as we just saw Governor Shapiro's mansion attack with arson, it shouldn't be this way for any elected leader, no matter what political party they represent.

And she's right.

So you've got all these folks, and it turns out that the Ackworth Police Department, these guys are awesome.

So they got wind of what was going to happen.

So they called in reinforcements last night.

So as soon as these libtards start jumping up out of their seats and screaming and heckling at MTG, and I mean, there was some. Ugly. Ugly stuff they were hollering. I haven't seen anything quite this ugly in a very long time. Calling her a butch B-word.

I mean, the whole nine yards. It was insane.

So the cops are saying, all right, if you're going to disrupt, you're out of here. And so then the cops start hauling these people out. And the people start, these libtards are so stupid, they start fighting with the cops. And that didn't end well.

So we understand at least six people were arrested. And charged, and two of those They were really aggressive, so the cops had to haul out the tasers. And within a matter of like twenty seconds, they were riding the lightning last night. And it was beautiful. Boy, they just they they shot off the lasers or the tasers and those guys hit the floor and they're like jumping up and down, they're convulsing and people are applauding.

I wish I would have been there. I would have applauded. It was a beautiful moment. Give me a Baptist Martini and some Orible Redenbacher.

Now that's entertainment. But here's the deal: when you're going to play stupid games, you're going to win stupid prizes. And MTG handled this so well. Yeah. She had the police step in.

The police took care of business. The people did not comply. And so, what happened?

Well, Libtards are in jail today. That's the way it works.

So, good for you, Ackworth Police Department, there in Georgia. Good for you, MTG. And shame on all the rest of you folks. And if lawmakers would start doing this, They're going to, if these leftists know they're going to be spending time in jail. They're not going to be doing this kind of nonsense.

All right, we got to take a break here: 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. Hi, everyone. If you've been injured in an accident that was not your fault, listen up. We have legal professionals standing by to answer your questions for free.

Good to have you with us. Where's Dieter? Is Dieter around? Dieter, get to a microphone. I've got to get your take on this.

Easter Monday. This is becoming a big deal. Easter Monday is a holiday across many parts of the country. And now it could become a federal holiday under a new proposal. This is coming from Congressman Eric Schmidt out of Missouri and Riley Moore out of West Virginia.

Dieter, you know, I I caused a bit of a stir. Was it last year? It was last year in Germantown, the town that I live in, the Tony suburb. of Memphis What stir are we talking about? We're talking about Easter Monday and the Jor Germantown School Board and they wanted to do away with what was it, Good Friday and Easter Monday for the sake of tolerance.

Y'all, we just have to be tolerant. We're just good Southerners. We got to love everybody here in Germantown. And you said, and you marched yourself to City Hall. I was like, God dumm it.

I had. He's unhinged, and he went straight. You actually gave a little speech. Gave a speech within the time limit. I was very polite, and I thanked them for their service on the school board, but I told them they were slap crazy nuts.

What are you people? A bunch of godless heathens? Do you hate Jesus, Germantown School Board? Is that it? Yeah.

I didn't realize when I moved to Germantown, it's a very conservative community, but for some weird reason, they always elect liberals. I don't get it. And they're like. closeted liberals because they come across very like Milquet toast Republican-ish. They're just the brand of like moderate Dems, moderate Republicans that are all about inclusivity.

That's their favorite word, and they don't like to offend people. That's why they like struggle sometimes when you show up to City Hall. The school board superintendent. He's a little weasel of a guy. He called, didn't he call you up one day and was yelling at Ben D?

He called and threatened to sue me, Todd. And I came downstairs. I was such a junior Cub reporter. I was like new on the job. And we were exposing the radical trans stuff that was happening in this posh public school.

And We exposed it. He got angry, called me up one day, and said, I am going to sue you. And Todd, but he caught me. I'm like. Call Todd.

And I came downstairs. I said, Todd, do you have an attorney? Yeah, that guy, you know, this is what look, everything I need to know about the Germantown School Board was in that one moment, because you're right, he was a coward. He didn't dare call me. He didn't call you?

No, you don't. I told him to call you.

Well, I called him back. But then he had some woman answer. Of course. It's always the secretary. Put the secretary in the front of the line.

Battle. I'm a Jean. Answer the phone. I'm under the desk. Answer the phone.

It's at Todd Starr's. He might yell at me. He might get testy with me. I'm a Jean. Her name is actually Imogene.

I don't know what her name is. She's making it up here. I don't know.

So I think why it was so controversial to go back to Easter was because they said that there were kids in the school district that did not celebrate Easter.

Now, Todd, we've got some Muslims that live here in Germantown now, and they don't worship Easter. They don't dye their Easter eggs.

So we've got to just be tolerant. Mm-hmm. That's right. Seriously, I that was the ar the whole argument. Yeah, it's like and back it up a couple of months, they wanted to get rid of the Christmas tree in your town because it was the word Christmas and the same Muslims, which is like zero point zero zero two percent of that population were offended by the word Christmas tree.

Now, Todd. And by in, it's not Christmas, we have a holiday parade. They call it a holiday or a holiday tree. A holiday tree. A holiday tree.

What kind of holiday are we celebrating? Can you be a little bit more specific? Which one? Yes, name Arbor Day? Is that it?

Arbor Day? Earth Day. Yeah. Oh, they're all over that.

So, anyway, I had to go down to the school board and petition. And sure enough, long story short, we still have Good Friday. And do we still have Easter Monday? You know, I always thought it was Easter Sunday, so I'm behind the time on this.

Sorry, I didn't even know. Do we get Monday off too? Because we get Friday off in Monday. We're about to. Anyway, the federal government's going to be deciding.

But I forgot all about that. But yeah, they don't like me. And I'm trying to be a nice, I'm a nice guy, but don't be messing with the baby Jesus and our Easter eggs. Todd, it's not about the Easter eggs. Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm. Oh boy. You know I'm going to get an email now. From I'm a gene, he's gonna be knocking on my door. You better be in church, not once, but twice, three times this weekend.

All right, we've got a U.S. senator heading to El Salvador, and he may or may not be staging a prison break. Uh, we're gonna tell you all about that coming up. Also, some insanity coming out of the state of Maine. Hang tight, everybody.

This is the Todd Starred Show. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's common sense conservative commentary from Todd Starr. That's right. I love this American ride.

Well, hello, everybody. Welcome to hour two of the big show. Great to have you with us today. Write down this telephone number. You will need it if you want to phone into the show.

Our telephone number 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. Now, we've got some breaking news to share with you. This coming from. A federal judge.

This is Bozberg. That name is familiar. Judge James Josberg, Bozberg, telling the DOJ. That he has found the government showed a willful disregard in his order to stop deportation flights. The response from the Trump administration should say: you're welcome.

We certainly did willfully disregard it.

So now the judge is saying that he's found probable cause to hold the Trump administration in contempt. For failing to return those two planes loaded with dangerous illegal alien gang members to El Salvador. It's a forty eight page opinion, and the judge says the court has ultimately determined the Trump administration's actions demonstrate a willful disregard for the court that is sufficient for the government to be found in criminal contempt. The judge says that should the administration fail to answer his questions by april twenty third, he will refer the matter for potential prosecution. What are they going to do?

Start throwing people in jail? Is that what this guy wants?

So we'll keep you updated on this. But again, this is breaking news, by the way, coming out of Fox News reporting on this latest development.

Well, I want to go to our Patriot mobile newsmaker line and say hello to our good friend Joe Messina, host of the Joe Messina Show in Santa Clarita, California. You can hear our radio show on that great station, KHTS. Joe, how's it going today? Good, Todd. I got a question for you, though.

So is he going to refer that to the DOJ to prosecute the DOJ? I'm just curious. Yeah, you know, it could be that Bondi says, all right, we'll get back to you on that. We'll take another advisement. We're right on it.

God bless you. You can't make this stuff up. They are hell-bent on getting these dangerous criminals back to America. I know they're in love with these people. It is amazing.

What they move, the things they move out of the way. To make things happen for them. Look at that young man that stabbed at the track race, at the track meet. And he got what, $25,000. uh as as a bond for him to get out of jail.

The fellow of the subway had to pay what, a million bucks? The young man that stabbed the other kid at the track meet. Apparently, they've raised $400,000 in a go send me or go fund me. And they're buying a house in a gated community for safety. Again, you couldn't sell this as a sitcom, Dodd.

No, you couldn't. But again, we live in a country where criminals are the victims. And that's what we have seen with the situation with Garcia, the guy that was deported from Maryland. And now, of course, with all of these dangerous gang members, we're talking MS-13, TDA. These are some very dangerous gangsters.

And the judge is flat out saying you've got to bring those people back to America. I would put them in his front yard. That's what I would do. Put them in the judge's front yard. I'd have the bus breakdown right there.

No problem. Joe, what is going on in California here?

So let me set the table. You've got your entire state's been overrun by illegals, and so they're getting all this health care. And so now we understand that your health care system has gone belly up, and Newsom is signing a, what, $2.8 billion bailout? Oh, it doesn't stop there, Todd. We are in so much trouble financially this day.

I don't know how they're going to get us out of it. And it's not just that everybody harped just on that, but there's so much more to it. In twenty seven what was it, twenty twenty three, we were twenty seven billion dollars shy. In our budget, it's 55 billion in 24, and 25 ain't looking so good. You've got major corporations moving out, oil refineries closing down out there.

Gash is going to go up again. We have this thing called a summer blend. And that adds about sixty cents a gallon to the gas. And over a buck and a half of each gallon goes to government on taxes.

So I don't know where he's going to get this money. You know, the budget's out of control to what they want to spend it on. And it's funny. You you talk about the the Medicare for illegals. What about all this other money that they're spending for the home, what they call the homeless?

And and it's the same thing. You've got illegals also. out there sleeping in the street, we're spending money on them, putting them up in hotel rooms. The the state is And it is truly, as my dad says, it is the state of fruits and nuts. It makes absolutely no sense in the direction they go most of the time.

Oh, and by the way. Personal income tax has gone up over 10% in the last 11 years, and I think he's going to raise it again. I don't see how the average person could actually afford to live in California these days.

Well, young people look at in in uh in an area I'm familiar with, The average home. They call them starter homes, check that out. The average home is between six and seven hundred thousand dollars. A young couple, their mortgage payment with insurance and all that other stuff is about six to seven grand a month. I don't know how they do it.

I I'd have to live in my car. if I if I was buying a house today and a young person just getting going in my career. Here's what gets me about that. With that kind of money, I could be living next door to John Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies here in Memphis. I mean, that's insane.

It is. It is. And I want you to think about something. That is not. A high-end house or an upper-end house, if you would.

That's that is about the median price house here. In California, and it's only going to go up. Again, with all the with all the taxes, with all the regulations they put on these uh home builders. Uh I I g I g I go to my area alone and they tell me that it's uh about one hundred and seventy, one hundred and eighty thousand dollars. Her home.

in state fees, county fees, local fees before they even turn a shovel of dirt.

So I something's got to change.

Something has to give. Joe Messina is with us from our radio affiliate in Santa Clarita, California, KHTS. Joe, I'm curious, what do you hear from your listeners about President Trump? There's a report out there from CNN that the MAGA movement has actually doubled in size since President Trump got elected. Oh, I d you know, I'm seeing more and more even in California here, I'm seeing more and more voters comfortable saying that they uh that I ident that they identify as mega.

I think the young people like authenticity. And and he is you know these they George W. Bush was a guy you could have a beer with, and I know that Trump does with Frank, but he is a guy you can sit down and just have a conversation with. As you just heard from Bill Maher, you know, that he was able to sit down. And have a conversation, guy, which which he wouldn't have been able to do with Clinton, he wouldn't have been able to do with Obama out of his mouth.

You got AOC, Sandy as I call her. She comes off, you know, she's very young, she comes off as being authentic, and that's why she's drawn some of the crowds that she's drawing. I've got a local friend of mine that is a dentist. And she has uh she her she calls herself the MAGA dentist. And her catchphrase is drill, baby, drill.

And she was telling me two weeks ago that her business She gets 60 new clients a month. Mega client. every single month, and that's up from about twenty five is the average. Is that right? Oh, yeah, you're seeing a big change here in California.

More people are willing to come out and say, This is what I stand for. This is what I believe in. And um The young people, you tell you know, they want authenticity, they want truth. Just tell them what the truth is.

Some of them can't deal with it, but most of them are very, very, very appreciative of of it.

So I want to play this from the panel, Scott Jennings over at CNN. I love this guy. Joe, the guy literally will take on eight Democrats and a couple of Libtards with half of his brain tied behind his back. Cut 13, please. It's like, have they met college students?

Do they realize that when you're 18, what you think at 18 might change between 18 and 18? Actually, according to the latest book, 18 to 21-year-olds are some of the most conservative people in the country. I think that is exactly what it is.

So how is it that Harvard finds every non-conservative 18-year-old in the country?

Well, Scott, you've been to Harvard too. You know that there are conservatives at Harvard. But you also know that I was treated like an exotic zoo anti-Button. Undergrads change their viewpoints over time. Why is the government coming in and saying Why is the government coming in and saying, well, oh, if you don't admit this many conservatives, and then by the time you graduate, oh, what if there are fewer conservatives?

Oh no, is Harvard going to lose their funding? What's going to happen, Scott? Look, I don't think you can set quotas for ideological testing or whatever. That's what they're asking for. That's obviously not what's going to happen.

What I think this is all about has to go right back to the issue of what these colleges allowed to happen on their campus, both in terms of admissions and in terms of the way Jewish students were treated. He also said Harvard should apologize, and I agree. They ought to apologize to these Jewish kids that got terrorized after October the 7th, and they ought to apologize to the Asian students that were discriminated about. Yeah, look, the thing here is that they're not telling Harvard that they've got to have more conservative kids. They just got to get rid of the Jew haters.

That's the issue here, Joe Messina. That's what the Trump administration is telling Harvard and the other Ivy League schools. Oh, a good yeah, and and you're seeing that everywhere. But on the Ivy League school uh front, Anti-Semitism has been on the rise for years. Nobody's done anything about it.

And here's President Trump that comes in and said, Look, it's not right. It's not right to hate anybody, frankly. And you're not doing anything about this. You see a boatload of Palestinian flags in and around these campuses. And you're seeing violence being done on these campuses, and nothing's being done about it.

And I think. You know, I'm a big video watcher of these young kids when they're on campus, and they're talking about how they don't like it either. A lot of the kids on the fringes that don't want to speak out because they're afraid of, you know, retaliation against them. They're saying, I don't like it. I don't like the way people are being treated.

I didn't come here for this.

So I think Trump's going to have to crack down on some of these schools, and let's see what happens. I think you're going to see a backlash and you're going to see less parents. Wanting to pay for and send their kids to these schools. That's my prediction. I just think the Ivy Leagues, I think the luster is worn off.

It's just, you know, oh, you go to Harvard, oh, geez, they hate Jews. I just don't think it has the prestige that it once had. I mean, to be honest with you. But again, going back to this idea that 18 to 20-year-olds are some of the most conservative people in the country. Joe, that's just unusual because most kids are liberal and then they become conservative more later on in their life.

So I think something is going on here in the country.

Well, you know what's happening? They're hearing all these stories and they're hearing what's going on in government. They get their first job. Right? They're looking at that check and go, wait a minute.

Where's my money? You know, that that's part of it. They're going to school. They're saying I recently had somebody reach out to me because they were having trouble getting into a college here. Uh in California.

And it was because He was white. You know, me, I jokingly say he was a pasty white kid. And he had straight A's. He was up there, and they were letting more than minorities did. This is not fair.

I said, well, this is what your parents could do. This is what your parents voted for. You guys have to come to the realization that this is merit-based stuff. You should be able to make it into these colleges. based on merit, based on what you've been able to do.

And they're seeing more and more the unfairness. of the situations going on around them, whether it be in school, in jobs, even in frankly, honestly, still, even in lending. Joe, we're going to have to leave it there, my friend. Always good to hear from you. Doing well, otherwise, things are going good?

Oh, yeah, no fires going on right now. The water's still on, and the power it averages about twenty eight days a month.

So we're doing okay. Oh, well, that's good.

Well, I'm glad to hear that. All right. Well, Joe Messino, ladies and gentlemen, out in Santa Clarita. Joe, we always love hearing from our great friends and listeners out there in California. Thanks for having me.

All right. Good man, right there. Um. By the way, if you're into thrill rides, have Joe Messina take you to LAX in the middle of rush hour. I've never been more terrified in my life.

We'll have to talk about that the next time. Hey, real quick, I want to play some audio here. This is from CNN. And there is a narrative out there that Trump voters are regretting their choice.

Well, CNN did a deep dive, and here's what they discovered: cut six. Let's talk about Trump voters and how they feel. Do they regret their vote? I mean, this is the big question, right? I hear all these stories, all these articles.

All the Trump voters, they regret what they did back in 2024. I'm here to tell you, uh-uh, very few of them regret what they did back in 2024. What are we talking about? Trump voters looking back at 2024. We got a new poll out.

The poll was conducted this month. What percentage would change their vote to a different candidate? We're talking just 2%, just 2%. That's not even a widespawn the road. And then there's this additional 1% who say they would rather not vote.

We're talking overall under 5% might or would have changed their vote, Donald Trump voters back in 2024. And then you ask, okay, the same question, the Kamala Harris voters. And it turns out the numbers are rather similar.

So if there was a repeat, if folks got to be able to redo their vote that they had back in 2024, would the result be any different? I doubt it would be. All right, so as we go to break, I just have a question for you. Do you regret? Your vote for Donald Trump.

901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. Uh I'm really not surprised to hear those numbers from CNN. Less than 2% of Trump voters say they regret their decision.

And the reason why is very clear. Finally, for the first time in modern political history, just think about this, for the first time in modern political history, we have a president who is literally delivering on all of his campaign promises. That's been unheard of. Never seen anything like that. But again, especially for younger Americans, I was talking to Jack Hibbs.

He's the pastor of Calvary Chapel Church in Chino Hills. And last Sunday, they had Palm Sunday services. This is in Southern California. And he said they had 135 people came forward during the church service and accepted Christ. Of that 135, he said 109 of those were young men, Generation Z men.

And he says that it's very clear to him that we are watching a movement develop in this country where young people, Generation Z kids, and I'm talking about kids under the age of 25 years old, they are turning back to the faith and they're turning back to tradition in America. And I'm curious to know if you are seeing that in your towns and your communities. Let's go to Daytona Beach 4. Florida, Jerry is on the line. Hi, Jerry.

What say you? Hey. Great show. Two quick comments. I'm listening about the young people being uh a little more conservative and uh Out of my grandkids, the seven grandkids and my grown adult children.

A lot of what I think to be is that my wife and I have always had our own businesses, and I think. three of my children do. And I think that generates a lot of conservative ideas and they're watching their pocketbook and uh A lot more aware, and that that goes right into the my grandchildren that my children are raising. Are your kids are your grandkids, have you noticed that they're are they political more politically active? Is that why they're thinking the way they're thinking?

two the two that two that are under ten are but they sure do wear a lot of Trump shirts, but the the ones the ones from eleven to twenty one Uh uh yes, they are um Two of my grandkids. in high school rep the young Republicans. um inner school. They joined the the young Republican. And uh So no, they uh and and my three my uh three of my four Like I said, I think it it helped a lot that three of the four of my grown children.

and made them much more aware of having their own businesses And being more active. And plus, my wife and I, as they grew up, they listened to my wife and I. But I think it really hit home. Uh, with that, but the other comment I want to Jerry, I hate to do this, my friend, but the computer is going to cut us off. But I do appreciate you calling in.

Give us a holler back one day, and we'll circle back around. Hang tight, everybody, we'll be right back. You know, one of the interesting things about not only being a nationally syndicated talk radio host, but also owning a news talk radio station in Memphis, our towers that we have for the radio station, I'm giving a little bit of Radio Nerd 101, but our towers are actually located on property on about 30 acres of land that is adjacent to the Mississippi River. And we are in the middle of flood season, and I just got a photo.

So our towers are basically on massive deer stands about, what, 30 feet above the ground. And my engineer is heading out there. He had to buy a boat to get to the tower site. And we're being told the water at our tower site is about 20 feet deep right now. That's normally it's dry as all get out.

But right now, we have got a lot of water and a lot of water moccasins, and we just bought a boat.

So we'll keep you updated on how that adventure is going. Let's go to our old Glory Bank newsmaker line and say hello to our good friend from the great state of Indiana, Aaron Hochin. Congresswoman, hope you're doing well today. Great to be with you, Todd.

So, a lot happening up on Capitol Hill. We understand judges are still trying to legislate Donald Trump and his administration, and this issue with all of the illegals that are being sent home. And I'm just curious: what are people in your congressional district saying about these mass deportations?

Well, thanks for asking that question. I mean, that we just passed last week before we launched the No Rogue Rulings Act to try to Stop these activist judges from issuing nationwide injunctions, and 67% of the These types of injunctions that have been decided in the last hundred years. have been against Donald Trump. And uh about ninety-two percent of those have been um By certain activist judges who have been appointed by Democrats. And they're appointed judges.

They're not elected, and they're making these decisions that are preventing these deportations. And our constituents want to have law and order, and they want to have people who are criminal aliens removed from the country. And they very much support President Trump and his efforts to do that. And I'm glad you pointed that out because these are activist judges that were predominantly appointed by Barack Obama, some by Joe Biden. And that is just a huge concern, thinking they have more power than the President of the United States.

So I'm glad that you are being a part of that. You are a part of that effort to try to stop these rogue judges. You know, the town halls, we played some audio from Marjorie Taylor Green's town hall last night in Georgia, where six people were arrested, and the police had to haul out the tasers and take down two of these. These I call them professional protesters. Are you experiencing anything quite like that in Indiana?

Yeah. Well, we I checked in with Marjorie this afternoon after I saw that come across the the news wire and just asked her how she's doing. Of course, she's doing she's doing great. She's still going to hold town halls. These are protesters, they are professional protesters, they're Democrat activists.

They do not any interest in having a conversation. They're only interested in disruption. We have had our mobile office hours, which are designed to help constituents with access help the federal agencies. We've had them hijacked by protesters who are again organized by the left, the far left, the Democrat Party to just show up and protest. Again, not interested in having a conversation, not interested in a two-way dialogue.

About these issues, they only want to yell and disrupt. And it's not productive, and there are many ways that we communicate with our constituents. to hear from them, to engage with constituents. Uh but you know we're not going to put ourselves in a position to just have Protesters show up and yell and make it an unproductive conversation for folks who really are interested in having dialogue. No, I'm with you 1,000% there.

And Marjorie's been on the show a number of times. Those protesters really, really did not read the room. They did not. They did not. Wow.

Congresswoman, I'm really excited about something that's happening in your district. You have been a big proponent of bringing manufacturing back to Indiana. And there's a company, Guardian Bikes, and they've been in the news a lot. And what they're financing, $19 million with JPMorgan to launch a large-scale bicycle frame manufacturing operation. Yes, we're so proud of Guardian Bikes in Seymour, Indiana.

I visited them. It was one of the first stops I made after. Becoming the Congresswoman for the Ninth District was to see what they had to offer. And the conversations they had at the time with us, they wanted to try to insource as much as they could for bike manufacturing. And there was a There was a real um just an unlevel playing field with China and some of the requirements and trying to manufacture bikes in America.

And they're a prime example of a company choosing to invest in America Take production out and away from China. You know, these tariffs. that President Trump has has put into play are an effort to make the United States a production country again instead of just merely a consumption Country, and he's rewriting global trade policy in America's favor. Guardian Bikes is, you know, with their $19 million investment. They want to have a 100% eventually made in the USA.

bicycle manufacturing operation, and we're very proud of their efforts. And we do hope that more and we'll see more and more of this in the months and weeks to come. I love the headlines that are coming back because it really is an American comeback story. And when you look at the tariffs and really the horrible impact those tariffs have had and that trade war has had on small-town America, it is just really shameful.

So it's exciting to see industry coming back and saying, you know what, we're going to be American-made and we're going to bring jobs back to these smaller American communities. I love this story. It's a great story, and there are some places that are experiencing some I guess I would say they're experiencing some hurt from the tariff. President Trump has said. that it could be difficult in some circumstances, but ultimately it will get better.

The United States is in a much better position than any other country up to and including China. to withstand a long term standoff, if you will, to ultimately result in what should be a freer and fairer trade system for the United States of America. And we have been ripped off for far too long. I didn't realize this, but according to Yahoo Finance, 97% of all the bicycles that are sold in the United States are actually imported. And so they're now saying that as a result of this investment, this is going to reverse a 50-year trend of offshoring all of these bicycles.

So, again, thank you so much for really spearheading all of this. Yes, it's been really incredible to watch and to see some movement to have their dream realized of Having 100% manufacturing of their Guardian bikes in the United States. You're right. Most of these are coming in from as kits. and our trade imbalance with China has been evident because of Um You can buy the kit from China cheaper than you can buy the individual parts.

in the manufacturing process for the bikes. And so That's been the the state of affairs and this company, Guardian Bikes, is intense. on making meek 100% made in America. Um Super happy that Trump's terrorist plan is helping them toward that effort and finally giving them some relief to. to manufacture these products and make them 100% made in the USA.

You know, it's interesting. We were a couple, was it last week? We were having a conversation, and somebody brought up the old Sears and Roebuck catalogs. And that led to a conversation about how many of our appliances and products back in the day were made. Everything was made right here in America, every single nook and cranny.

And those things lasted forever. And there's just something about products that are made by American hands, they're going to be lasting a long time. It's definitely going to be higher quality and it's going to be a great the golden age, President Trump has called it, we're entering the golden age. This is going to be uh what I hope will be revolutionary for the United States and change Change the dynamic back to made in the USA, manufactured here. And part of the American dream, we've lost so many jobs overseas over the years because of these unfair trade deals.

and incentivizing presidents who have incentivized Manufacturing outside of the United States. We saw some of the impact of this through COVID. Where we were so reliant, particularly on China, for medications and and Uh So I hope that we'll also not only see it in that type of manufacturing like we see at Guardian Bikes, but also we'll start to get some of the precursors here for our pharmaceutical manufacturing. And we will really see a renaissance of of uh four For the United States and prosperity for decades to come.

Well, all I can say is your efforts are going to make a lot of boys and girls across the country very happy when they get those brand new American-made bikes under the Christmas tree in December. Love it. Yes, I love it. All right, Congresswoman Aaron Hochin, always great to have you on the show. Thank you again.

Thank you, Todd. Have a great day. All right, you too. Wow, that's what a great story. And, folks, isn't this exciting?

And this is what the whole trade war is about, right? The American people, the American working man, the American working woman, you guys have been put upon for so long.

Now we're bringing back all of these great jobs. And yeah, it's going to be tough for a little while, but I am telling you, it is going to revolutionize this country. And I am so excited about what Congresswoman Hochen is doing there. And it's all about spearheading these efforts to level the playing field and to stand up and stand alongside these American-owned businesses like Guardian Bikes.

So good for you, Guardian Bikes. Good for you, Congresswoman Aaron Hochin. All right, we've got to take a break. We're going to the phone lines as soon as we return. 901-260-5926.

Do you regret your vote for Donald Trump? Or do you stand by it? 901-260-5926. It is official. Newsmax has become a news giant, ladies and gentlemen.

It's listed on the New York Stock Exchange. I was there when that day happened. Over 40 million Americans now tune to Newsmax for the news they need to know, and they're turning into the Newsmax channel on all major cable systems. They watch Newsmax too on all the streaming platforms. They go online to Newsmax.com for breaking headlines, and millions more have downloaded the free Newsmax app on their smartphone and home TV.

Reuters says Newsmax is one of the top news brands in the country. Even President Trump says Newsmax is terrific and he watches. Tens of millions of Americans just like you have made the switch to Newsmax for the news they can trust.

So make the switch today. You won't ever look back. Wow, I thought that was a critter, and I wasn't sure, but we sort of have an unofficial mascot on the Todd Starns Radio Show now, thanks to one of our devoted listeners and our good friend Joanne from Mississippi, who has a. It's a yeah. And just made an appearance on the named Titus.

Name titani it's a bearded dragon.

Now we have all sorts of different listeners. We have dogs like Merlot the dog. We have cats that listen to the show.

So I mean, the audience is huge. And you just met maybe your most loyal listener. Who actually has an image of you, like the whole thing, Todd Starn Show in the aquarium. And his name is Titus. We are friends of the animal kingdom here on the Todd Stearns Railway.

Tita gave us a lot of points for today. Ah, yes. The people eating tasty animals crowd. Yes. No, so, well, first of all, Joanne, first of all, we love it when our listeners drop by to say hello all over the nation.

Yeah. If somebody from Salem, Oregon comes by, we will have to take them out for dinner because that's a long commute. I mean, you know, it's a couple of thousand miles. We'll get out in the boat. We'll get you some barbecue.

Yeah. And the boat. We'll give them a boat ride. By the way, does the new engineer know that we have water moccasins out at the tower site? We didn't tell them that, did we?

No, but you know what Joanne brought us? I understand she brought us treats as well. She's a really very impressive chef cook. Empanadas. I've never had empanadas.

Sweet mercy. You want to know what she told me off the record? No, I don't want to know. That's off the record. What did she tell you?

Someone asked if they could eat the bearded dragon. Why would you do that? Because let's just say in their culture, and I'm not going to culture drop, they eat lizards and all sorts of different reptiles. And so she was walking around. She had them on her shoulder in Kroger.

And someone actually wanted to eat her pet. That's offensive. I know. All right. We want to hunt down this person.

We need strong borders. All right. I've got people. I know some Italians up in the Bronx. They'll help us out, Joanne.

We'll protect Titus.

So she brought empanadas, which I've never had empanadas. They're like Cuban food. It's going to be great. I l I'm a huge fan of Cuban food. And one of the reasons I love going down to Tampa, they have some great Cuban restaurants down.

But you got to go to the mom and pop restaurants. You can't go to the chain Cuban restaurant. You got to go to a mom and pop joint. I love Cuban coffee. Oh, that's good.

She brought some of that by, too. We love Joanne.

So we love all of our listeners. But we love you extra more if you bring us food. And for me, the pets, because I'm going to play with the bearded dragon now. All right. Well, so we'll give a shout out to Titus the Bearded Dragon.

We may be the only radio show in America that's got a mascot. Let's go to Danny and Selmer, Tennessee, listening to us on KWM. Hi, Danny. What's on your mind? Hey, good afternoon, sir.

Uh you were mentioning earlier, this is something that really bothers me a lot. You were mentioning something earlier about uh all these people up in arms about the illegal aliens not getting due process of law, blah, blah, blah. even though they're already documented illegal.

So you deport them, so they're not illegal anymore. And what these same people that are up in arms about that, you know, these people aren't getting any due process of law.

Well, they're the same people that pass laws that give honest, law-abiding citizens no due process of law. And what that is. I can attest to it. Red flag laws, while I understand the sentiment behind them, the red flag laws and restraining orders. Uh you can have someone Go into court.

with zero evidence Falsely accused someone, totally made up allegation. Totally perjured themselves. And have a person removed from their home and all their firearms taken away. Without that accused person falsely accused person having the ability to present their side of the case, Until the next court they just get and Danny, what is missing in that whole scenario of what you just explained about red flag flag laws? What is missing in that?

Due process of law. That's it. And. And no stiff penalties for those that do lie about it, just to be like somebody that's vindictive wants to make their ex-husband pay or something. They can do it, and there's no.

There's no recourse. Uh even though it might cost a whole lot of money. Uh Till the court date, you know, I have to pay for firearm storage and rent other property and so on and so forth. Nothing happens to him. There should be once it's the second that the falsely accused gets to court and can prove they're innocent.

The person that falsely alleged all this stuff should be immediately thrown in jail. A certain amount of time. I'm a big fan of that. And you know what, Danny? Because I've got to run here.

We're coming up on the top of the hour. But to your point, If we started doing that, then those false allegations, people would stop doing that. If they knew there was a price to pay, if they knew that what they alleged turned out not to be true and they had to spend time in jail, I can guarantee you that would solve that problem lickety split. As far as due process is concerned, as soon as we find out you're an illegal, we have to duly process you back to your home country. It really is that simple.

All right, folks, hang tight. Hour three of the big show coming up. We're going to be talking to our good buddy Frankie Lacks from Jackson, Tennessee, who had the chance to interview Wink Martindale. And we're going to talk about Wink, one of the great icons in radio and TV history. And he passed away yesterday.

We're going to be talking to Frankie coming up next. This is the Todd Stern Show. Live from the Liberty University Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, it's America's conservative blowtorch. Say yep. That's right.

I love this American ride.

Todd Starns. Well, some good news here, everybody. Welcome to the Todd Stearns radio program. Happy to have you with us today. So, we have been following the developments in the state of Maine for the past couple of months now, where the Department of Education has been defiant.

President Trump stepping in and saying, okay, if you do not stop letting these young boys play in women's sports, we're going to have to defund you. We're going to have to take you to court. And the president has given them plenty of opportunities to do the right thing, but they're defiant.

So earlier today, Attorney General Pam Bondi has announced a civil lawsuit. Against the Maine Department of Education. Take a listen, cut it. Today, the Department of Justice is announcing a civil lawsuit against the Maine Department of Education. The state of Maine is discriminating against women by failing to protect women in women's sports.

Pretty basic stuff. This is a violation of Title IX. The Department of Justice will not sit by when women are discriminated against in sports. This is about sports. This is also about these young women's personal safety.

I met many of these women throughout the past weeks and months, and what they have been through is horrific. We have exhausted Every other remedy. We tried to get Maine to comply. We don't like standing up here and filing lawsuits. We want to get states to comply with us.

That's what this is about. We have repeatedly notified Maine of its infractions and urged them to remedy the situation to protect women. We've stripped grants from Maine. through other departments and we are going to continue to fight for women.

Well, good. And I hope that the Attorney General follows through. Here's the thing: we've got to start defunding these people. We have to play hardball here. It's not just filing some sort of a civil lawsuit.

We've got to be defunding these people. If you are going to disobey President Trump's executive orders, then we will defund you. Not a single penny. of government money. I mean, it really is that that simple.

But I'm telling you, ladies and gentlemen, that the average American, they love this kind of stuff. They love what's happening here because they know they know the level of leftist propaganda that's being shoved into our public schools.

So there's a dad in Illinois Who to illustrate this point, and he just went off on people because there's been a big battle in that community over whether or not to let boys use the girls' bathroom. Take a listen. I want to ask all the fathers up here to claim to love their daughters. Would you be okay if someone up here started getting naked in front of your daughter? No, yes, they are.

If they go in the bathroom, they will get naked in front of your daughter. You are a liar. Hey, hey, hey, folks, folks, folks. We're not doing this.

Okay, that's all I'm saying. I'm doing this. We're not doing this.

Back and forth. These men, these boys, these biological boys, you're going to allow them to go in and get naked in front of our kids? Are we that far gone now? Where does this stop, guys? Where does this plateau?

Next thing you know, we're going to be okaying pedophilia. We're already letting kids pretend to be furries. We are letting kids be very silent. I request the silence. I don't care.

Offensive. You know what is funny? All your shirts all say humble, kind, love everyone. But you don't love me right now, do you? No.

That's right. That's right. Folks, hey. Listen. Listen, there is no evidence.

We are doing all this. Sir, give me a second. You're here to address the board. You're not here to address the audience. Right, well, I kind of got called into it, so I apologize to you.

Well, it's true they did. I mean, they're the ones yelling. You see how it works, though? They go after the dads. But this guy actually raises a pretty good question.

Where are all the dads, right? I mean, if every father stood up for his daughter, You think these school boards would still go down this path? I don't think they would. I don't think they would. And I'm curious to know why it is that these dads why is it that we don't have let's say you've got twenty girls on a varsity and JV volleyball team.

Where are the twenty dads? Why aren't they standing up and saying, hey, look, this is not right. We're not going to let you do this. We're not going to let. Men, young men, disrobe in front of our daughters.

We're just not going to do that. That's all this guy was trying to say. And now they're giving the poor fellow the what for. But all that to say, That we are starting to see more young people, especially, rise up and say something is not right here. This is why, going back to CNN, you had Scott Jennings and Abby Phillips talking about why the MAGA movement is growing in America.

To NBC News, there is a growing number of voters who are identifying with the MAGA movement. From January 2024, it was 20%. March 2025, it is 36%.

So we're actually seeing the country kind of moving in these opposite directions. Lots of fire and energy on the left, but on the right, more and more Americans are comfortable saying, I'm MAGA. Oh, yeah. Well, I think a lot of people, a lot of Republicans used to think of themselves as just, you know, average Republicans, and they've really come to respect and appreciate what Donald Trump is doing. I think the immigration issue alone is causing a lot of people to feel closer to Donald Trump than maybe they ever felt before.

So I'm not surprised by that finding. I referenced it earlier, but there's also other polling. Very young people, 18 to 21, are feeling more conservative, even as like, you know, 21 to 24 are feeling less. There was a bit of a split in that generation. But you can see people flowing in different ways here, and it's quite interesting.

I actually think the common thread among it all is if you perceive authenticity, Out of a politician, you tend to gravitate towards them. That's why Trump is popular. I think it's why AOC is popular, too. She doesn't appear to be a scripted puppet, neither does Trump, and you can see the crowds they draw. It's true.

May I suggest something else? Is that MAGA crowds, they don't pay MAGA people to show up, but they are paying all these far leftists to show up. And there's something to be said about that. We gotta talk about. Joe Biden.

He finally woke up from his stupor, and they brought him out. And somebody, I don't know who thought this was a good idea, but somebody said, let's let Joe. Give a speech in front of real live human beings. And let's see how that works.

Well, it did not work out very well. Take a listen. And I had never seen I had never seen a hardly any black people in Scranton at the time when I was and I was only going in fourth grade. And I remember seeing the kids going by at the time called colored kids on a bus going by. Yes, President Biden, ladies and gentlemen, talking about the colored children.

Now, I will just say: if this had been a Republican giving this kind of a speech, they would have been run out of the country. I'd be just run out of the country. But I was just wondering who is Joe Biden hanging out with? When he saw the bus full of colored children driving by, was he palling around with, say, I don't know, George Wallace or Robert KKK Byrd? Bull Connor, maybe?

Was that? Unbelievable. Anyway, that's Joe Biden, ladies and gentlemen. And who knows? Oh, crazy Joe, racist Joe, might even run for the White House again.

Mm-hmm. Because right now According to the Democrats, the only saving grace for the Democrat Party is is AOC and Bernie Sanders. AOC and Bernie Sanders, and I hope. I hope that that's who's going to be on the ticket in 2028. All right, we've got to take a quick break here, folks.

Our telephone number is 901-260-5926. That's 901-260-5926. May I tell you about our friends at Old Glory Bank? Man, they're doing some incredible work. Old Glorybank.com/slash Starnes is their website.

That's oldglorybank.com/slash starns. And you're going to have the opportunity to be a part of something much bigger. They are an FTIC insured bank founded by Dr. Ben Carson and Larry Elder, created to protect your privacy, security, and your liberty.

So many of the other big banks are shutting down conservatives. And if you are a conservative business owner, you don't want that. You don't want that headache in your life, which is why I want to encourage you to check out oldglorybank.com slash starnes. They believe in faith, freedom, and the flag.

So join the movement today, folks, at oldglorybank.com/slash starnes. Yeah. So we had. Joanne from South Haven, Mississippi, and she's a longtime listener of our flagship radio station, KWAM, in Memphis. And she just dropped by to say hello, and she brought an incredible treat for the team.

These homemade empanadas, and they're not the tiny little empanadas. These things, she made enough to feed an entire army of people. I've never seen anything like this.

So thank you. I had one during the break. And she is an amazing cook. And, Dieter, you just told me how many empanadas did you just scarf down? I don't even eat empanadas because I only ate three of them.

I'm in a food coma. Todd had to come down and wake me up. I passed out on the couch downstairs. Wow. Those were amazing.

So thank you, Joanne. Thank you. Always nice when listeners drop by to say hello. Even nicer when they bring a treat. And even better when they're not laced with anthrax.

Thank you for that. You went there, didn't you?

Well, one of my job descriptions as EP of this show is to taste the food before Todd gets it because you know, the left hates Todd. And so I Todd throws me the food first. Fortunately, no one has ever done that. We're good. Yes, we're all good.

Thank you. Incredible food. Interesting story here out of Fox News. Angelica Stable is the writer. More babies have been born to women over 40 than teenagers for the first time in U.

S. history. And so they're saying the good news is the teen pregnancy epidemic could be waning. Why do they call it an epidemic? Because it's bad.

Well, no, look, what would be bad is aborting your child.

So at least they're having these babies. But ideally, they're not having their babies in high school. Yes, that would be the preference. You wait until you get married. But for the first time in history, more women over the age of 40 now having kids compared to teen moms.

This is from the CDC. And they say it reflects a trend of more Americans either opting not to have kids or postponing until later in life.

So the total number of U.S. births died. declined by 14%. between nineteen ninety and ninety and twenty twenty three. That's according to this report.

It's the empanada. Birth rates among females younger than twenty decreased by seventy three percent.

So why is it and I'm just going to throw this out there. Why is it that younger women are waiting to have babies until they're over forty? According to Fox News, birth rates among women over 40 increased by 193% between 1990 and 2023. And it does make you wonder what's going on out there because a lot of people are waiting to even get married. And I mean, it used to be Well, it used to be when you were right out of high school, you were either going to college or you were getting married.

And then you would start having kids.

So I know my mom was, I think she had me when she was 23, 24 years old.

So, I'm just curious why the shift is this some sort of a. Is this a permanent thing or is this something cultural? Wait, so the 40-year-old women are having all the babies now? Yeah. And not the teens?

And not the teams. I don't think it's a bad trend, but I think To your point, why this rate is high now with 40-year-olds or women are having babies later in life? A couple things. Technology is to play here with the introduction of like. IVF, and that's now the forefront of futuristic, and everybody's doing these treatments and whatnot.

It makes it possible because I think back in the day, the Orthodox thinking was. You know, women are on a biological clock. That is literally science, but there are ways to. I guess. Beat the clock, shall we say.

And so a lot of people are using science that's being afforded to them to run out the clock a little bit.

So that's also happening. And then to your earlier point, I think the average age that most people are getting married, Todd, most millennials, Gen Zers, are the stat is like 34, 35 years old. to put a ring on it. And that's pushing it. The average age of a first-time home buyer, I believe it's like 35, 36 years old.

So, all of these, you look at the chronological order. You look at the timeline that typically Americans have been on, we're pushing it. Into your 30s, 40s.

So, and a lot of that, when you go back to the Obama years and you had all of these young kids that were graduating, these are millennials now, and they're much older than this is pretty much that age group in their 40s. A lot of these folks went to college, got degrees they did not need, they could not afford, they couldn't find jobs once they graduated.

So, many of them went back to grad school, and then they've doubled their debt, and they still can't find a job living with their parents. And it's been very hard for a lot of those people to actually jumpstart and get out into the workforce and live their lives. And you've been. Telling girls for a while now, girl power, girl power, girl boss. Every government website is all about.

um gir girls and we hear that and Go ahead, like introduce feminism to all these people. But underneath of that, Todd, they've been planning this hatred of men.

So the young girls hate dudes, not all of them, but the feminists do. And then young men, because they're depressed, are not dating. I read a stat the other day that like 70% of these young male, they don't remember the last time they went on a physical date with a girl. And why would you? I mean, when you look at the risk involved now, it's like you could go out on a date and you open the car door, and the next thing you know, she's screaming at you for being, you know, a misogynist pig.

And if you kiss her good night, you could get accused of, you know, sexual assault. You're dealing with this feminazism that's out there. It is tough. I get it for the guys that are out there trying to find somebody, or maybe they just said, you know what, I'm good right now. And when you look at where people are actually finding their mates, it used to be family.

You know, there was a family connection, your family knew another family, and that's how you met. Church. Or church. I mean, those were like the top two or three.

Now it's online overwhelmingly. It's not even close. It's people are just not doing things the way they used to do them here in America. I got to play this. Do we have the audio from SNL?

This is funny. There's been a shift at SL. And I want you to hear this is a sketch. featuring straight couples trying to understand how a gay couple Came up with a baby. Take a listen.

S and L. Oh my god. Whose baby is that? Excuse me? It's ours.

Wait, but uh, how?

Okay, I'm sorry, but gay gay people can't have a baby? Yeah. Yeah, but like, where did it come from? Excuse me. Excuse me?

Wow, you are not allowed to talk like that. That is so invasive.

Okay, but like we were with you last night and you did not have a baby. Yeah, and you guys said that after dinner you were going to go to a rave called Bulge Dungeon, and now today you have a baby. What we're asking is, how did this happen?

Okay, I'm sorry. Why is it when it's us an interrogation? I don't ask you why you're poor.

Okay, there you go. Just a little bit of a smidge of the. That sketch goes on and on. It was so funny because, again, now. People on SNL feel a little bit comfortable pushing back on these narratives coming out of the left.

But I am curious: why is it that young people are waiting so long, in some cases in their 40s, to get married and have kids? 901-260-5926, our number. That's 901-260-5926. This is the Todd Stern Show. All right, folks, welcome back to the Todd Stearns Radio Show.

And he was born and raised in the great state of Tennessee in Jackson. That's where he was born. And I want to go to the Old Glory Bank newsmaker line and say hello to our good friend Frankie Lacks, who has been in the radio industry for a very long time. And Frankie, first of all, good to have you back with us. It's good to be back, Todd.

How are you? You know, I'm doing well, Frankie. And when I got word that Wink had passed and I had a chance to meet him years ago, he lived to be ninety one years old and by all indications just had a great life. But you actually got to sit down and do a very long form interview with Wink. Yes, I did.

It was about five years ago and He um you know, he always came back to Jackson, Tennessee. He had a couple of brothers. years that have passed on. And he always came back to his roots. He started his radio career at a radio station called WPLI.

And then he got a job at WTJS, which we're broadcasting on right now. And then moved over to WDXI. And then from there. He went to Memphis at WHBQ and You know, he was the guy that was taking a bunch of Jacksonians there at WHBQ Studios and showing them around at night 'Cause he did the morning show. And that was the very night that Dewey Phillips uh the radio disc jockey Uh Sam Phillips came in with uh That prerecorded forty-five that Elvis Presley did, that's all right, Bama.

And played it on the radio that night. He was in. the studio when that happened. And of course, the switchboard lit up. And the station manager got Wheat Martindale to contact Elvis Presley's mother.

And called their house, and Elvis Freshley was so nervous that he went to a movie theater there in Memphis. Um, 'cause he he was just nervous about it. And so they were able to get him up to the studio And so Wade Martinale was part of that historical Life, does that does that? That's our right mama debut for the whole world to hear. In the beginning of the Elvis Freshley phenomenon.

So he was part of that, and him and Elvis became friends. you know, and the rest is history. And so Yeah, I was very fortunate to to do that interview. And matter of fact, my show was two hours, and he stayed on with me for two hours. And so.

It was fantastic. He was a great guy. He came back to our community in Jackson, Tennessee, and and hosted the Cerebral Palsy Telethogue for many years. and brought a lot of the Hollywood people he was real close to. Johnny Mathis and several actors that he brought in to help raise money for the Cerebral Palsy Center.

here in our community.

So yes, Wink Markdale was a solid guy. from Jackson, Tennessee and And you know what a Picture perfect. a game show host radio guy. He had the looks, he had the voice. He had the hair.

He had good hair too, Frankie Lacks. He sure did. And uh Nope. Let me jump in for a second here, because I'm so happy to hear you say that. Because a lot of times, when these guys leave and they leave their small towns, their communities, and they go off to Hollywood and they make a celebrity of themselves, they sometimes forget about the folks back home.

But you're telling me that Wink always remembered the good people back in Jackson. Oh, he did. I mean, he came back every year and did the telepon. and it was aired on WBBJ television in our community here. And um he had a br he had two brothers.

Leo and David Martindale. And so they stayed here and they were very successful. But he always came back and and When he was on that interview that we're talking about, which people can go to. my security firm Facebook page, MaxGuard, and it's it's leaked up there. He talks about the street that he grew up on And then, you know, the schools he went to and the teachers and And he did a lot of name dropping as far as people he went to school with.

So, yeah, he never forgot where his roots came from, and he was just a solid guy. And you being a veteran broadcaster. like myself and others. This guy had the crap. He he he was just he was born for radio.

I he was just born for it. He had the The the voice, the diction, the looks and uh I never had the look for television, but he did.

So he was just the full package when it comes to a true broadcaster, and he will be missed and his his craft is kind of a dying thing in my view because As you know, you had to spend the forty five's and do the real to reels and do all the work that you had to do in radio to keep it moving. And now it's all computerized, you just have to sit back behind a microphone.

So He he's a just an old broadcaster. From Jackson, Tennessee, that made it big. And we're all proud of him. You know, it was funny. When he came to Memphis and went to go work at WHBQ, which was not just a powerhouse station in the South, I mean, everybody across America knew about WHBQ, and it really did help secure.

You know, Elvis Presley's place in American history and really world history. One of the reasons that he was so nervous, Frankie, is that as a teenager, before he went on WHBQ, he had been invited to perform on K-Wham. K-Wam back at that time was doing a Saturday Jamboree, and they would have all these artists come out. Elvis was, I mean, maybe 15 years old, and he went out there with his guitar and completely bombed. There is no recording of it, but the people that were there said it was just a horrible performance.

But he stuck with it and, of course, went on HBQ. And That's All Right. Mama became really, I think, not only his first hit, but really one of his most famous songs. You know, Wayne Martindale ended up doing a dance party show. And I'm not sure which station it was in Memphis, maybe you know.

But that historic um When Elvis walked on stage with him at that theme dance party, program And promoted some type of concert, and they talked about auctioning his PT ring. And I'm sure people could go to YouTube and find that. But Uh yeah, wait, wait. We Martin Dale and him remain friends and he He he told me on the interview that uh You know, that he missed it with Elvis when he was performing in Las Vegas. And Wake Martindell's wife dated Elvis Presley before Wink Martindale and her got together and got married.

So that's kind of an interesting story as well. Yeah, I know he had been married twice, and his last wife, they were married together for, I think, decades. Oh, yeah. But Priscilla putting out a statement, Priscilla Presley, who is 79 herself, she was just really devastated. She says, my heart goes out to you, Sandy, talking about Wink's wife.

And it's really sad, but he just really led a beautiful, beautiful life, a full life. And I think he made Jackson, Tennessee proud. And you're right. They just don't make him like Wink Martindale anymore. And it was just a few years ago that the uh Tennessee Radio Hall of Fame inducted him.

That's right. He came to Tennessee to get that award. And I think during that trip, Todd, That forty-five that I'm talking about, but that's all right, mama. I think they had something at Graceland where he came and played that. Actual 45 That they almost recorded that on for the very first time and played it there.

in a ceremonial thing in Graceland. And so uh During his drift of Tennessee when he was inducted.

So, yeah, Wake Martindale was part of. of rock and road history because he was there that night when it hit the airways and with duty fill up.

So And all this stuff, all this stuff is kind of cool with me because me being an old radio guy, just like you, Tom, I know it interests you as well.

Well, it was a great interview you did. I got a chance to listen to it last night, Frankie.

Well done. And what a fun moment on radio. But again, today we're remembering one of the greats who's gone on to glory, our good friend Wink Martindale. Frankie, we're going to leave it there, my friend. It's always good hearing your voice.

Glad you're doing well. And again, where can people go? If they want to listen to that great interview you did, where can they go to listen to that? They could go to my security firm's placement page, MaxCard, EMAXX. D U A R D and now we're serving Memphis, as you know.

And so they go to the Facebook page and it's linked up there to YouTube. All right. I appreciate it. Frankie, Frankie Lacks, everybody, and one of the great radio hosts in the state of Tennessee, and did a terrific interview with Wink Martindale. I'm throwing it, I'm calling an audible here, people.

I am going to, we're going to give away, we're going to give away a copy of one of my books to the person who can get this question correct. I want to know the name. Of the game show, there was a specific game show that Wink Martindale hosted. It was incredibly popular back in the day. If you know the name of this game show that Wink Martindale hosted back in the day, give us a call, 901-260-5926.

That's 901-260-5926. Here is a clue. It is based, that game show is based on a beloved children's game. that we still play to this day. 901-260-5926.

This is the Todd Stern Show. And welcome back, everybody. This is the Todd Stars Show. A lot of weak Martindale fans out there. Let's go to Sandra in Oregon.

Hi, Sandra. How are you? I did. How are you doing? Sandra, I'm doing well.

Do you remember Wink Martindale? Yes, I remember the curl in his lips. Oh, wow, you really remember Wink Martindale. Yeah. Well, the guy did have good hair, I'll tell you that, Sandra.

Had that game show look. All right. What game show are we talking about, Sandra?

Well, we thought it was Let's Make a Deal. Oh, no. Oh, Sandra, I am so sorry, but good guess. That would have been Monty Hall, by the way. Let's go to Suzanne in North Carolina.

Hi, Suzanne. How are you today? I'm doing great. I hope you are. Suzanne, I'm doing well.

Thank you for asking. Yes, I think that was a nice the way you honored Wink Martindale was very. Very respectful.

Well, you're kind to say that. You know, it's interesting. A lot of people ask: how did Wink get his name? And he was actually born. His first name was Winston, but his friends never could say Winston, so they called him Winky, which is how the name stuck around.

Call him Winky. I've always wondered that. How did they come up with wink? Did he wink at girls at a young age or what? I don't know.

It's interesting. I'm sure your story is true.

Well, you know, it sounds pretty good regardless, doesn't it, Suzanne? It's plausible. But you know, he's from the South, so you never know.

Southerners, we always get funky nicknames. One gabbo swinging.

Well, there you go. Clemson football. Clemson football. All right, Suzanne, let's try to see if you know the answer.

So, this was a hugely popular. game show back in the day. What was the name of the game show he hosted? Tic-Tac Joe. All right, well let's let's go to the tape, Suzanne, and we'll find out.

To date, Kid Salisbury has beaten 19 opponents. Today, he will play against his 20th opponent. If he beats that player, he will win a fourth car, which will bring his winnings to over $95,000. Can he do it? In a moment, we'll find out, as from Hollywood, it's everybody's game of strategy, knowledge, and fun.

It's Kick Pat Go, and Suzanne is our host. We fall. Suzanne, you just won. Yay. Wow.

Oh, mercy. Thank you so much.

Well, the prize package is not as good as what Kit Salisbury got back in the day, but we're going to hook you up with something nice, Suzanne.

Okay, I thank you. And everything you do is just terrific. It's top-notch.

Well, you're kind to say that, Suzanne. And we've got a great team here at the show. Suzanne, we're going to put you on hold. Don't go anywhere. And we're going to get your Ms.

Cassie's going to get your information. You know what's interesting, Dylan, back in the day, I mean, this was like h these game shows were huge back in the 70s and 80s and even before that. But nowadays, you know, they're just kind of like ho-hum. You know, they got a Hollywood celebrity and they're they're really not a game show host. They don't know how to schmooze.

And they're really not that into it. Like you can tell they're like, yeah. Couldn't land a gig. This summer. It's terrible.

They have to be working the checkout line down at Kroger. I don't know.

You know, but I mean, when was the last time you heard you you watched like the price is right? Ladies and gentlemen, Kit Salisbury has ninety thousand dollars on the line. Nobody does that anymore. It's really sad. All right.

Well, thank you all for playing, and we'll try to do some more trivia. We haven't done trivia in a while, so we'll try to do that again. My hat is off to half of the city of Jackson, Tennessee, called because I knew that you guys were going to know the answer to that question.

So, anyway, we appreciate Frankie Lacks for coming on the show today and telling us a little bit about the great history. There's also a guy in Jackson. And he is sort of like the game show guru. This guy knows everything about game shows that you could ever imagine. And his name escapes me, but we're going to have to get him on because the show, it's amazing.

He does a lot of stuff with the Game Show Network, which is like wall-to-wall game shows. But we'll definitely try to get him on. All right, folks, tonight, 5 o'clock Eastern on Newsmax. Be sure to watch the show. We're going to have the very latest on this radical judge, this activist judge threatening to throw members of the Trump administration in jail.

We're going to keep you updated on that story, and we'll have the very latest tonight at 5 o'clock. And finally, before we let you go, ladies and gentlemen, I want to remind you: head over right now online to your favorite bookstore and get yourself a pre-ordered copy of the new book. It's called Star Spangled Blessings: Devotions for Patriots. My good friend Michelle Cox and I, writing this book together, we had a lot of fun writing. This one, and there are so many wonderful stories about American history that are.

Are not very well known. And we were able to put all those together in this fun little book to remind you about why God has blessed and why God continues to bless America.

So get yourself a copy. You're going to be so encouraged. Also, get yourself a copy for your church library as well. We want to make sure that folks are able to read this all over America. Folks, it's been a great day.

We're going to do it all over again tomorrow as we move into Good Friday and then Easter Sunday. What a blessing.

Some of the great guests we've had on this week. Our good friend Franklin Graham, Jack Hibbs, last night on Newsmax. Just lots of great things are happening in this country. All right, we've got to scoot out of here, folks. Get out there, enjoy your day, and whatever you do, be good, America.
