Ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to another Monday episode of the No Contest Wrestling Podcast. I am your host, one of them. 'Cause look at that. That man right there.

I am the hero that you love to hate. O'Shea Jackson Jr., aka. Petty Guerrero. Hey, yo, it's me, it's me. It's the TOO, the J-I-G-G2G.

TJ Jefferson, I also host with him, you know. It's kinda like both of us. TJ, I missed you, bro. What up, though? What's going on, man?

You look healthy.

alright. Hey, that's all we have. Haven't seen you since last Tuesday. You know, a lot of people don't know. We did our first ever Rich Eisen podcast tree.

We have a podcast tree of a family. We did the first official crossover collab when we sat in with Jim Jackson. Of course, it would be us. Of course, it would be us. Set the tone.

We sat in with Jim Jackson last week on his basketball podcast. Talk some NBA. Talk some wrestling. That was really dope. Talk some life.

Life. I guess I haven't seen you. I drove you home to the valley. Shout out to the valley. You know what I mean?

We had a nice little drive there. We chopped things up, kicked it. And here we are again. Yeah. Episode 39.

39. How about that, yo? Right. 39 of these things in the books. 39.

When I hear the word 39, I think about. You know, I think about WrestleMania 39, which was amazing because if you're a Roman Reigns fan, that was the best. But, um, Today, dude, today on the show. Is it our first? Indy star to be on the show?

The Yep. Oh, yeah, I think so. Yep. Today, on the No Contest Wrestling Podcast, we did something special. Yeah, we will be toasting a nod to the Indies, and we will be bringing you a young lady who's got the internet in the palm of her hands right now.

And that's how it started. A few weeks ago, you and I think we both saw the same picture that got tweeted out by CCW. Is that right, coastal championship wrestling in Pompano Beach, Florida? They posted a picture that kind of set the internet on fire. And you and I, I noticed we immediately separately both followed because why not?

Well, no, I'm saying our goal always is, you know, we get these established people, but we also want to give a nod to the future, right? We want to kind of be the person who listens to the band before they blow up. You know what I mean? So we're bringing. This is the first time we've done this, but we found somebody that we are fully behind and invested in.

And luckily, you know, the other big pods haven't gotten to her yet, which is awesome.

So I think we're going to be getting an NCW exclusive today, y'all. You will be having Nikki Blackheart. Nikki Blackheart. Nikki Blackheart will be CC. NCW champion.

And, you know, she came to prominence a few weeks ago on social media when somebody tweeted out how much she looked like Soraya. Yeah, yeah. And I saw, you know, Saraya.

Soraya, I'm sorry. Where you tweeted her. Yeah, right. I'd be saying Soraya too.

Soraya. And yeah, and then she kind of put the internet in a stranglehold. I watched her Twitter go from like a thousand. She's up to over 20,000 now. Like I said, she's the new champion down there.

So we wanted to get in early. You know, you and I, I think we both decided. I remember you brought it up to me and I was like, I don't care if she can wrestle or not. Because just she passes the eye test. And sometimes, you know, they always say stuff about like with basketball players a lot, the airport test.

You might not know who the person is, but they have this presence when they're walking through an airport. that you might not know who they are, but you can tell there's somebody. And I felt like immediately off that one picture that you and I both knew that that Yeah. If she can go, this is just... Cherries on top.

Yeah. She's got the look. Obviously, a physical presence that just came through off of a single picture.

Now that we've both done a little bit more research, legitimately, and looked at some stuff. Yeah, man. I think she's going to be, you know, the female Brock Lesnar. She's going to be the next big thing. Yeah.

And then she, you know, she's relatively new to the business, too. She just was able to pick it up, you know. And that right there is. There's just certain people who don't Pick it up well, no matter how long they're in there. And, you know, she's picked it up fairly quick.

You guys are going to get plenty more information as soon as she comes on in just a little bit. But yeah, I think. I think we should do this a little bit more, too. You know, there's a lot of people out there that. Would love to get the, you know, a little push.

And I feel like we can use our platform for good that way instead of just me being evil. Yeah, that's true. You know, on the Eisen show, we always have something called the Rich Eisen Show bump, where it turns out, and it doesn't work all the time, mind you, but overwhelmingly. The amount of people that come on the show and then the next week have a good game or do something well, like we had Cincinnati Reds manager Terry Francona in last week. His team won that day that he was on.

We called it the Eisenbump. You know, so we're hoping to maybe have a no-contest wrestling bump where we can, you know.

Sometimes help some of these indie wrestlers, these indie performers just getting started out, get their name out there. Absolutely. And besides the Nikki Blackheart interview. As you see, we're doing things a little differently. What else are we going to be talking about today, GJ?

Oh, we've got a bunch of stuff to touch on. We want to review Knight of Champions. We want to talk about it. Yeah, I'll get everyone's thoughts on that. Maybe do a little all-in preview, a little Saturday night's main event preview.

We got to talk about the debut of Blake Monroe. Yes, absolutely. Formerly known as Mariah May, because that kind of set the internet on fire. And we want to talk about that. And, you know.

I've got. A creative liberty. Oh Kind of told you about it. It's getting crazy yesterday. It's getting crazy.

I have an idea. And that's going to be my creative liberty at the end of the show. I have an idea that I think maybe a little storyline that makes sense and could propel WWE into the next decade. And we'll talk about that. But, you know.

Before we get to all that. We got a special guest. This episode is brought to you by Progressive Insurance. You chose to hit play on this podcast today. Smart Choice.

The power slam heard around the world. Nikki Blackheart, welcome to the No Contest Wrestling Podcast. Thanks. Thank you so much for having me. Really excited.

How are you doing?

So, how I mean, like, what does it feel like right now to, you know, every time you get on Twitter? You got retweets out the wazoo. You got a couple of legends even giving you a nod. How's this whole experience been? It feels very surreal.

I'm still digesting a lot of what's going on because, you know, to me, I'm still doing the same exact thing I've been doing this entire time, which is I go to training, I work, I work out. And that's pretty much it.

So, you know, and then obviously I log into my phone and there's a whole different world out there. And, you know, it's been an experience, but I'm obviously very grateful for it. Who are some of the, you know, we've seen a couple of people. I know I saw. Saraya was one of the first people I saw, you know, kind of give you a nod.

And recently, I saw the big oos. Rikishi, Rikishi, show you some love. Who are some of the people that you've seen give you a nod? That are I would say also MVP. I got to meet him.

I did one of his seminars. You know, he. Since the day he met me, he was like, you're going to be a big star. And I'm like, okay, you know, I hope so. We all want to hear that.

He gave me a nice shout out. Shane Helms, Hurricane Shane, also gave me, you know, a shout out. And Dustin Rhodes, I saw a lot of people were tagging him on the power slam. Oh, yeah. And he reposted it and all he did was like the moji with the surprised eyes.

And I was like, oh, that's cool. Yeah. So how have things changed? You mentioned picking up your phone within like, I think it was about two, three weeks ago. When that that tweet went out, which obviously you We start following you.

A lot of followers on Instagram. You had a decent amount. Twitter, your following wasn't as big. And then, The post went out comparing you to Saraiya. And then it just seemed like.

After that, you kind of just blew up. On social media, what was it like when you started getting those notifications? And were you wondering what the hell's going on? I didn't even have an X account, to be honest. I had like, you know, Twitter back when Twitter was a thing.

And. I had created one with my personal account and I stopped posting. I think it was like 2018 or something like that. And then I started getting screenshots like, hey, you know, look, Soraya posted you, Paige posted you. And I was like, that's crazy.

And I'm like, well, I don't have Twitter.

So let me, you know, let me make a Twitter. Post and at least repost it.

So I got on Twitter, reposted it. I started getting, you know, some followers. It wasn't anything insane. And then all of a sudden, one day, I was like, oh, let me just start, you know, posting like I do on social media. I try to do like at least one post a day just to get traction, get my brand out there.

And I had a clip of the power slam that someone had tagged me on the story.

So I screen recorded that, I cropped it, you know, posted it on Twitter. And I think that was like towards the evening. When I woke up, I was like, oh my goodness, what? It's like, what happened overnight? My phone was blowing up.

It was, it was insane. And I'm like, oh, wow. X is crazy. It's crazy in this world, you know.

So it was a lot, but in the best way possible. I don't know how else to describe it.

Now, what? Let us know how long this. Number one, a question that we ask a lot on the No Contest Wrestling Podcast, TJ. Is when did you get bit by the wrestling bug? And tell us a little bit about the beginning of.

This journey to become Nikki Blackheart. Yeah, I'm one of those people that gets the, you know, people rolling their eyes because I'm like, I didn't grow up watching wrestling. I didn't get exposed to wrestling till literally started training, which was two years ago. You weren't allowed to watch wrestling when you were little, right? Did I?

No. My mom was like, absolutely not. That's too impressive. Like, that's, it's too much, you know?

So I know my cousins would, you know, sneak in and watch a couple of things, but I was a typical girl, loved, you know, Disney and princesses and, you know. All of that, and I played sports myself. Yeah, that was that picture was martial arts. I did do martial arts, and that was actually the summer before I moved from the Dominican Republic to the US.

So I did martial arts for like a few months and then ended up moving here.

So I was in LA. I was with my partner, huge wrestling fan. And you know and then i'm going to wrestlemania at that time i was looking for something you know a challenge to do something physical i had done bodybuilding before uh the you know 75 hard challenge like i've done it all and i'm like you know should i play volleyball again because i did play volleyball back in school and you know find like a league something just to keep me active because i was very sedentary my job you know in sales i'm just on the computer all day so i just wanted something to challenge me and something that i would continue progressing in yeah and When I saw what I saw, I was like. Oh my goodness, this is great. What the heck?

I want to do that. And it wasn't until like a week later, after I landed back home, that I was like, let me look for. You know, wrestling schools nearby. There were like two that popped up. CCW was the closest one.

And I called, and I was like, Hey, um I want to wrestle. They're like, come in. You know, Gangrel, at the time, my coach was in Vegas filming a movie, a vampire movie. And of course, he's a vampire warrior. He's so badass.

So, you know, they're like, come next week.

So I came next week. Second, I walk in, coach looks at me, he's like, All right, sit down. I shadow at class. He's like, all right, you've seen enough. You can leave now.

And I was like, wait, no, I want to do this. Like, what do you mean?

So I go to the office, I come back with two t-shirts, you know, on my shoulder, like, yeah, I'm doing this. Like, he's like, oh, Lord.

So, and here we are.

So, let's talk about then. Obviously, the next question is, yeah. That first bump. Those first few bumps. Welcome to Wrestling Moment.

Welcome to the Wrestling Moment, as we like to say. Tell us about it. Yeah, I mean, the roles were cool. You know, we obviously all did that as a little kid at some point. But it wasn't until it was my third day.

I don't know if they were just trying to weed people out because I'm like that. Looking back, I'm like, you guys are actually insane. Third day ever wrestling. I got a superplex. That's crazy.

That's on my third day. And I had no idea you had to breathe, you know, before you bump.

So I held my breath the entire time. When I landed, it just felt like a hit. Cement. And understandable. That was my third day, my experience in wrestling.

Held my breath, got superplexed, and I was like, Yeah, this is real. This is what I'm doing. Superplex your third day. You hear stories about people getting into wrestling and they don't even get to get in the ring on the third day.

Now you're getting superplexed. That's the ropes. Yeah, that's insane.

Now, Has there what um Has there been a move that you don't like taking, or has there ever been a moment where you were like, oh man, I gave her all of that one? Oh, um Move that. I mean, if you're, if you're, you know, because people are always like, oh my God, this is fake, you know, and I'm just like, yeah, come into the ring one day. I'll show you a couple of things. Let's go, you know.

We hate that F word, Nikki. We hate that F word. There's not one move that feels great. You know, obviously, some bumps feel better than others.

So I wouldn't say that there's nothing that I wouldn't take. I know hip tosses usually, you know, are those that are like, it's such an easy thing, but if you over-rotate a little bit, you land on your butt, you can't walk for the next like two weeks, you know?

So I would say that that's one of them, but you have full control of that. And then a move that I've given where I was like, ooh, I definitely laid that in, body slam. When I was learning body slams, you know. I might have put a little too much force and actually body slammed people. But, you know, we all understand we're learning.

I definitely apologize so much. Your name Ben. I remember really. Really? Nikki, when you went to WrestleMania 39 at SoFi here, which is 15 minutes from where O'Shea and I are sitting right now.

What was the response to you? Like, I can't imagine you made your way around there without getting stopped, people thinking. They had to have known you, or you were somebody. Of course, you're somebody, but I'm sure you must have caused a little bit of a commotion walking through the crowd. Did you have any interactions with people?

thinking that you know you were already in the wwe or something Uh I always get Looks like that, I guess, because like I've always had a different physique than you know, the average person. I know I'm muscular. I tried being skinny. I love food way too much. I can't do it.

So I was like, if I can't be skinny, I don't want to be fat. You know, let's get jacked. I'm just going to get jacked.

So that's that's what I went for. Um, so I always get those looks. People always wondering, I'm like, What does she do? What does she do? You know, so I always get those looks.

And that picture's impressive right there. Yeah, you should have that blown up in your crib. I'm telling you. Like, yeah, let me, you know, what's like white chicks where the guy just has like a picture, huge picture on the wall. It's gonna be me.

No, I mean you just walk into my apartment, and all you see is me just like I don't have a ego, I swear. When the picture's that dope, you should have right. Yeah. Yeah, but people have asked me, they're like, what do you do? And then obviously walking through the crowd, I do get those looks.

And I've had remarks of people saying, oh, you're a wrestler. I'm like, no, I'm just here, you know?

Now so 39 is that was your first live event that you went to? Where I was like, okay, yeah, this is it. That's a pretty solid one to go to. Is there any match that stood out to you? Obviously, the women's, it was Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair.

That was a match that was like, okay, this is, and still to this day, I look back and I rewatch it sometimes, you know. And yeah, I just remember seeing the reactions, their facial expressions, just everything. And that's when I started realizing that, yeah, wrestling is not just a sport. It is sports entertainment. There's more layers to it.

And I was really impressed with what everyone was doing.

So I think that match really, really stood out. Plus, they're two amazing wrestlers. I mean... Very amazing wrestlers. No doubt.

You see, I, you know, TJ, I like WrestleMania 39, and this is just me being a heel one second, Nikki. The sky. Because, you know, those Cody fans, man, they just knew. They just knew Roman was going to lose, you know, and he pulled it out. He did.

And he went on to make 1,316 days our tribal chief. God bless him wherever he is. Yeah, you know, the funny thing is, I remember the night before, or about a week before Cody came on to the Rich Eisen show where I work, Nikki. Chris Brockman, one of my uh coworkers, he. He said, do you think Cody's going to win?

And I'm like, I got to be honest with you, dog. I'm like. Roman's so close to a thousand days. I'm like, there's no reason why they would take this from him. And Brockman's like, but Vegas, because he's very much into the book.

He's like, Vegas has Cody as the favorite to win. And I'm like, I think Vegas is going to be wrong about this one, Joe. And it turned out.

So we were walking around. We were in the presence of greatness, and we didn't even know at WrestleMania. We didn't even know that we were going to be doing this show at WrestleMania 39 either.

So there's that. But yeah, so you know, 39 kind of put us all on our journey, all of us. All on our journey.

So I feel like tell me. Tell me what it's like. Roaming around C C W This champ, right? Yeah. Yeah.

Also something else I'm digesting, you know, because We've been having, Ruthie, Jay, and I have been having this feud for forever. I started off with Forcer, right? Yes, I was her enforcer, you know, just beating people up, doing her dirty job. And, you know, when everything happened, we started this feud and, you know, we had little runnings with each other. And if I'm being super honest with you, I had no idea that that day I was going to get the championship.

So it was a huge surprise to me, too.

So it made it that much more. Meaningful, and it was also a very insane day for me because my mom had passed away. On that day, nine years prior.

So there's a lot of emotions going on. Yeah, it was, it was, I don't even know if like every emotion I could have possibly felt at once, I felt that day.

So yeah, it's a, it's a lot of hard work for me. You know, some people might think like, oh, she got the championship. She's going to start acting a certain way. I'm sitting here like, I have a like a thousand more pressure than I had the day before.

So now I feel like I, all eyes are on me.

Now I really have to represent the company a lot better, especially the women's division. You know, women. there's a lot more male wrestlers than there are women wrestlers.

So, you know, this, I guess, like standard that you have to be at, if not raise the bar, you know, so people, because people are looking up to you. And then we do have newer girls that join the school that I know look up to me and look at me for guidance. And, you know, we help out sometimes and teach people things and, you know, practice things together.

So to me, it's just, it's just a token of, okay, I have to improve myself. I have to bring the brand up way higher than where it's at, raise that standard, raise the bar. Just because I know that I have all these eyes on me, and the last thing that I want to do is let people down.

So. Um, that that's how I feel being a champion.

Now, and of course, you might, a lot of people might not know this. Ruthie J had a 538 day reign as champion. That's a healthy run. 617. 617.

It was. I know she's going to be like, wait, wait, wait, correct that. Yeah. 617. And then her enforcer came and took her out.

You know, you, you mentioned your mother. Um, and I, you know, trying to do some research on you. Um, You mentioned that You know, your mom, your your Dad, you have brothers and sisters, correct? And I Saw you mention something about they've all seen you fight.

Now I'm assuming you meant. like squabbling in the street, not wrestling.

So Nikki, what kind of kid? What kind of little girl were you growing up? Were you the girl out there who was just, you know. Roughing kids up, you know. Were you the lunch money?

Were you the lunch money stealer? No, I wasn't the bully, I swear. Oh, she looked at how cute she was now. Come on, right? That thing could hurt a fly.

Come on. And is that a Suzuki sidekick right there that you sit on? Yes. You know, my dad was writing fresh on that. Yo, my parents both had a Suzuki sidekick.

The Suzuki sidekick and the Suzuki Samurai in the early 90s. No, my mom had a samurai. That was my dad's car. I just know I have a picture on that. I don't even know.

I think it was, I could be wrong. But regardless, I'm gonna have to ask you. It's a samurai, right? Yeah. Okay, yeah.

So, you know, good eye on my part. But yeah, did you the compliment yourself? I did. Why not? Were you.

Were you to quote to quote next Friday, were you the baby D of the neighborhood? Were you the Debo of the neighborhood? No, I actually, it's so crazy. I was I was a chubby kid growing up.

So I actually got bullied a lot for being chubby. And it's, and it's funny too, because like I've always had big lips. And back in the day, that was like, you know, yeah, I literally grew into them. People put your lips down. I'm like, no, literally, I look the same.

I just look older now. And I have, you know, lashes that are 10 times bigger. But. you know, I tell people, I'm like, yeah, I grew into my lips. They used to bully me for that.

I was a little bit of a tomboy, even though my mom always dressed me up in, you know, like dresses and always had me in like dance classes and all that. I was still a little bit of a tomboy. I always liked sports. I loved playing with my brother. My brother always played baseball growing up, Dominican Go figure.

Yeah, he played baseball and I always I always liked playing with him.

So, no, I was never I was never like that. Um I had a lot of friends growing up. I was you know very blessed to be around people that that loved me and I loved them back. Um but no, I wouldn't say I was a Okay. No bully.

I was definitely a little bit of a tomboy, so I was competitive, aggressive. I have this big scar on my on my leg because I was playing hide and seek with my cousins, you know, got stitches. They told me no physical activity for a week.

Next day, I'm playing kickball with everybody, and then a huge scar opens up and healed like that.

So that's the kind of kid I was growing up. My mom's biggest headache for sure. Also, it's funny you brought this up because Nikki, I swear to you, just randomly, you know how you're driving in the car, you're just thinking about random stuff. I don't know what made me think about this, but I was also a kid who used to get picked on for having. Big lips, right?

To the point where like I'd be a little kid, I would wonder if like if I cut the inside of my lip, what could I make my lips smaller? Like it was like that, right?

So now I you probably feel the same way I do. When you see these people who are getting praised for getting collagen and stuff shot in their lips to make their lips bigger, and people are saying how beautiful they were, and I remember sitting there going, Hold the On, yeah, I would get picked on for these soup coolers, and now you're telling me that you know, you know, the Kalabas clan getting praised for having big lips, and I was getting picked on.

So, I feel like you can understand my anger when all that was going down. No, I think the biggest like ha moment was one of the girls that I don't even know how I would translate this in English. Like, she called me this, like, one name, basically saying, like, I'm a very, like, very big lips, whatever. And I saw a picture of her recently, and she had lip injections. And I was like, oh, you mother sucker.

I was like. Look at life. Look how things just have to dash out. Look at God. Crazy.

Crazy how life works.

So You just put glasses on in the middle of the interview. Yeah, because you bro. I had to hold my tongue so I had to turn into somebody else. I saw what you did. I was about to let you have it.

But you my brother. You're my brother, and I love you to death.

Well, boy, I almost called you a slur. Let's see. She dealt with Nick. She only got to deal with. Bro, I'm a professional.

All right, so. Can't tell.

Now, you know, you're on this journey. You're on this wrestling journey now. This is life. You know, this is where. you know the the path that you chose Is there a match that you dream about having?

Not as far as. opponent because we're going to get into that. But as far as like style of match, or like, you know, type of match. Yeah, type of match. Hmm.

I mean, obviously, the goal is always like WrestleMania, right? Like, that's like that's the biggest goal. Yeah, I would say. I mean, I'm not. I have no interest in having like death matches or anything like that.

Let's just keep that up. I would say anything other than that. I'm honestly down for like ladder matches. I'm sure I can learn a thing or two. Maybe going through a table.

I don't know, but death matches. I don't know. I got to stomach that for a little bit first. I promise you, you will be putting more people through tables than you will be doing through tables. I'm okay with that.

Yeah. What you think what was going through uh Ruthie's mind here is she was just being held upside down, blood rushing to her head. You know, what do you think Ruthie J was thinking at this moment? Probably this better not drop you on my head. I know that this is actually during that championship match, she actually does a mean reversal.

Of that in the early stages of that match. Yeah, that was fun. By the way, I gotta admit, I mean, obviously, the move was done to you, but I had never seen somebody do that. That was nice. I thought at first she messed it up, and I was like, oh my God, no, she.

Turned a suplex into a rear naked choke. Damn, that was like props. Yeah, she's very experienced. I learned a lot from her, and she's one of my coaches' OG students from the school.

So, you know, definitely one of the female wrestlers that I've gotten the pleasure to be around and learn from.

So it's been cool. Besides her. We still got beef and we have a match next week.

So we got things to Ruthie. Ruthie.

So between her and Gangrel, you know, who are some other people that without them, we wouldn't have the Nikki Blackheart that we see before us? Yeah, so at the school, you know, people that weren't, when I very, very first started, I had another female wrestler. She goes by NVIDIA, Judy. Love her. You know, we have Meadow, who's also been there, Will, you know, very experienced.

We have Domino. He's one of, you know, my good friends. And I can name a bunch of people because everyone has put in a little bit, you know, a little droplet and everything. Danny, who's, you know, when he told me when he was born, I was like, oh my goodness. He's like, oh, I was born in 2008, but I've always been a wrestling fan.

So he'll tell me pointers and I'm like, should I be listening to you, kid? Or should you respect your elders? Like, I don't know. 2008 is crazy. Yeah, it's crazy.

I was like shot in the side. I was like, am I old? Like, I'm almost 10 years older than you, but. Yeah, I mean, everyone's put their part and, you know, we have other amazing students that are there that we get to practice with. You know, like I said, I could name every single person in there because I've learned so much from them.

Joe, Sajoni, like I, there's so many amazing people there. That I've learned from. And we get to practice stuff on each other. This stuff is dangerous.

So the fact that they trust me with their life, I practice, there's no crowd. All we have is a signed waiver and a ring. It's a lot of trust to put on people.

So I'm very grateful for all of them. Remember, kids. Don't try this. Don't try this at home. Literally, do not try this at home.

And if you do sign a waiver, the month's protected on the lens.

So, Nikki, you mentioned Gangrell as your trainer/slash coach.

Now, for those who don't remember, Gangrell, former WWE legend who really. Brought and helped expose everyone to Edge and Christian back in the day.

So I was thinking this today. Character-wise, has there ever been any talk between you and him? Have you ever given thought to maybe? you know, Edge and Christian became superstars in the brood. with Gangrel, have you ever thought maybe about Adopting, like, especially right now with sinners being so big.

And have you ever thought about maybe adopting like that type of character? Like, I don't think, Shay, that we've seen since it's been a while since we've seen like a female vampire. Yeah. Type. character.

Is that something that maybe you would consider doing? Or are you like Have you found your character, really? Because obviously you're still new to this and I'm able to imagine that you're still tinkering and working out and fleshing out your character. But would working with Gangrel and adopting that type of character, would that be something that you'd be interested in? Because I think that would be pretty.

Pretty dope, man. But female. Blackheart. Like, I don't know. Like, I was thinking about this.

I'm supposed to, I got a day job, Nikki. I'm working on the Rich Eisen show. You know, we're interviewing Jerry Bruckheimer today, and all I'm thinking about is: I wonder if Nikki Blackheart would become a vampire. Like, that's dreaming.

So, have you ever given thought to anything like that? We actually have had that conversation before. I'm not going to say we, you know, we've had anything solidified or anything like that, but it's definitely been a conversation that was brought up. Even Blackheart was a conversation that I had with him before, because if, you know, for those that know Gangrel, he was one of the black cards.

So that was a conversation that I had before. I said, you know, I asked him basically permission: like, hey, can I use this name? And clearly he said yes, because Hi. Hello. Yeah, but it's definitely been a conversation.

I don't know where, you know, where we're taking it or if it'll be a possibility for it to happen, but it's definitely been brought up before. I'd love to see it. I mean, I love the look and I love what you got going on so far, but I don't know, man. There's just something literally, I was thinking about that female, like, Vampire, yeah, a brood type female, and man, that could be so dope. Especially if he's with you, yeah, introduce you to she's a former enforcer, you know, just the presence that you have.

Nikki, how tall are you, by the way? Oh, yeah, good seven, five, seven.

Okay, I was thinking about five, six, five, seven. Yeah, would you measure from a picture? How do you know, bro? How are you seeing that? Because when she stands by the ropes, I kind of gauge from YouTube videos.

See, this ain't a game. I don't do this for fun. You listen to the man, it's not a game, it's an experience right here. You know what I'm saying? No contest wrestling podcast.

And he said he's a professional. He said he is the best in the world. This is what I do. This is this is what I do.

Now you got dream matches. Is there some people in your head? You're like, man, it'd be cool to get in the ring with them. Yeah. Oh, absolutely.

I mean, the first person that comes to mind, obviously, Rhea Ripley. If you guys haven't noticed, I'm definitely inspired by her. And you know, many things that would be, I know I can learn so much from her. Stephanie McCaire, she's badass. I mean, she definitely an amazing wrestler.

I can learn so much from her. And someone that I'm really, really inspired by is Bianca Belair. Not just because obviously she's very athletic, also an amazing wrestler, but I relate a lot to her, to her body. I know it sounds weird, but. When you look at someone on TV, it's always we've had all these like standards that society has placed where you have to look a certain way or be a certain way.

And with her, it's like: I look at muscle, I look at athleticism, I look at power, but yet she's so feminine.

So I. Love that. She epitomizes that. Absolutely. I love.

You know, also wanting to embody that because obviously I do enjoy muscles, I do enjoy going to the gym, I do train athletically.

So, you know, and I still want to remain feminine in the best way possible.

So, I look at her and I'm like. definitely an inspiration so Yeah, yeah, Bianca's awesome, man. Bro, that's on our never boo list. She's on our we will never. She was a guest, I think, I don't know, episode 10, somewhere around there for us.

And we decided that no matter what, like Shay said, if Bianca bad, we all bad. Yeah, I'm bad. If Bianca, say F, y'all, and then I'm sorry, y'all, but y'all gotta kiss this bird.

So we were lucky enough. We were in Fanatics Fest in New York last week, and we had a chance to meet her. We'd only met her over Zoom.

So it was really cool to kind of sorry we didn't get a picture, but it was just even better because we had that. We were walking to our show. We had that moment with her and we kind of got to chop it up. And it's always cool when they recognize us. Obviously, they recognize you more than me, but still stop it.

It's still like, it was cool. We got to chop it up. And we told her about never booing her. Yeah, I said, look, you could, I said, I'm. You could go to my house and maybe assault my mom.

And even then, I might be like, Mom, what you do to Bianca? And she crashed. She started cracking up on that one. And then I think I left at that point. I was like, all right, I'm leaving on the high note.

She told me that she saw, she sees how I cuss people out for her on Twitter, Nikki.

So you hear that, you guys? Fuck y'all. Anyway.

So, I mean, you got everything. In your hand right now, you got the ball, you got eyes on you. Even by the way, somebody else who I see follow her is a friend of the show, Mark Henry, who is an important person. Yeah, he's gotten that. Speaking of Bianca, he's the one who discovered her, saw her, and went, yo, come here, come here.

So, yeah.

So, if you got those eyes on you. You know, you're doing it and doing it and doing it well. Is there some advice you can give to anybody trying to come up in the business or things that they should look out for that you've run into these? First two years. Absolutely.

You know, we'll get real here for a second. Obviously, with a lot of support comes a lot of negativity. And I realize that that's not something that only happens, obviously, in this industry. It's going to happen in every industry. I've dealt with it in sales.

I've dealt with it in school. I've dealt with it in, you know, a different locker room. Like when I was, you know, I worked for the Florida Panthers, the NHL team, and I still dealt with stuff like that there. You're always going to get negativity, especially when you have a lot of eyes on you. People like to judge before they get to know you.

A lot of people want to be right about you, you know, because a lot of the times people compare yourself to, compare themselves to where you're at, where they're at, and you know, you had less and you did more with it. And sometimes people don't like that. My advice is you got to keep going no matter what. Obviously, I do get in my head a ton about certain things, but You know, luckily, I've been in situations where I've had to develop thick skin, and all that just prepared me for the type of attention that I'm having. And, you know, because with the good also comes the bad.

I see the bad comments. I see the, oh, you know, she's on the gas or she can she wrestle. Can she wrestle? Can she do anything? You know, I'm still learning.

I'm humble enough to know that I have a lot to work on, but I'm also confident enough to know that, you know, I have put in so much work in my life and different aspects to where if I do have an opportunity that presents itself, you know, I'm going to try my best to make the most out of it. Cause I know you only make one first impression. That's all you get. And I just want to make sure that, you know, everything that I do, I do, I do it well. I'm that type of person that's like, if I have a goal, if I don't reach the top of the top, then I failed in my eyes.

But fail. fail fast so you get that out of the way and and keep going because at the end of the day you know a lot of people are going to have a lot of opinions about you but at the end of the day it's what you think about yourself what god thinks about you and the work that you put in no matter what so that would be my advice is fail fail fast and just you know run fast and break shit better start sprinting you know that's a solid response you you mentioned that you know people want to judge you they want to be right about you I'm gonna be honest with you. We judged you before we met you, and we want to be right without you. We said she has it. And then I was like, what are you guys thinking about?

Yeah, we were talking shit. You're 15 minutes away from SoFi. Hold on. But nah, you know, we want to be right because, like I said, we saw you and immediately we were like, She's got it. Whatever it is, she has it.

And I told Shay, I'm like, even if she can't wrestle, like, even if she doesn't know how to wrestle. That can be taught. Your look, your presence, that is something that can't be taught. You know what I mean? That's just, that's a God-given, that's something that you worked on in the gym and in.

You know, I know we both are, you know, now fans and we're hoping for the best for you. Let us ask, have any of the major companies have they come knocking yet? Have they been sliding through the DMs? What's going on with and not that we want to get you out of where you're at now, but you know, obviously we're doing our work as media. And obviously, like, look, let's just be honest, you're destined, I think, for the big time.

So, have either of those companies been in touch with you? No, they have not been. I know that there's been conversations with, you know, my school and, you know, our promoter. There's been communication that's been happening. I, like I said, I want to be ready.

when things do happen. And I don't wanna just be another pretty face that can't wrestle. I don't wanna let my coach down. Again, girl would freaking murder me if I go out there embarrassing. He would literally.

kill me.

Okay.

So I'm not trying to have that happen. We don't want that either. And he spends so much time, you know, and I mean, three times a week going to practice, going to the gym. You know, I, at the end of the day, it's like, if I don't learn, that that's on me, right? But I also want to make sure that, you know, if my coach spends so much time teaching me, that I maximize everything that I'm doing and that I actually learn.

Am I going to learn everything, you know, being someone that didn't grow up watching wrestling in a year? Absolutely not. But what made me feel better about everything is just watching those interviews with the, you know, the mega stars that are on TV right now. And they said, even when they started, they didn't know everything. And look at where they're at now.

They continue evolving, they continue learning. And I feel like. You know, as long as you improve, you continue learning, you keep adding things to your arsenal, then you're going to be successful no matter what. And that doesn't just apply to wrestling.

So that's the mindset I'm going into with it.

So, you know, if it's meant to be, it'll happen. And if not, then, you know, at least I had fun with it, I guess. I got news for you. I don't see this not working out. Right.

I'm going to be honest. You keep the head that you have on your shoulders, especially. And, you know, work ethic. Right now, you are in a position where. You got A little bit of stardom.

You know, you got a little bit of light on you, and it can grow into something amazing. You just got to, you know, if you keep focused, you always have us supporting. Yeah. NCW will always be a home where you can come. No doubt.

I was going to say that to her. Like, just so you know, this is your house now. You know, whatever. We're going to take from us. We're going to tell you where we keep the spare key.

There's always a spare room. The fridge is always open. NCW is your home, Nikki.

So I really, really appreciate that. Thank you so much.

Now, a question that we usually ask, you're so You're fresh, so we might end up asking her this a few times. I got a feeling this is going to be the first of many sit-downs with her. Yeah, so I mean, all right.

So, we have a question that we usually ask everybody on the show. Yeah, it's our most popular question.

So, we got to ask you this. You're at a bar or on a beach. Getting mimosas with the ladies. Minding your own business. Minding your own business.

Just having the time of your life. And there's 50 chicks in this bar or beach who are, they don't like you. They're not a fan of the black heart.

Okay.

So I need you to pick a team of you and four other women wrestlers to make sure you get into the car. And Nikki, these can be women from any era at any time. 'Kay. Yeah, I mean, obviously, the first two that come to mind, Bianca and Rhea Ripley, you know, I'm like, let's go. And then I have to bring my girl Chyna into this.

Oh, yeah. Grabbing girls, we're pressing them or sorting them out. Man. And to catch them and finish them. Not yet.

Oh, Naya. Oh, my goodness. Bruh. Stats. You know, I know that if you can get through her, then I deserve to get my, you know, my.

So we have you, we have you, Bianca, Rhea. China and Naya. I'm going to tell you what, we've never really like. S Judged or ranked our bar fight crews. I'm gonna tell you right now, yeah, this one that's dude, her and Stephanie's are the ones I was like with this bar fight crew.

I wouldn't even, I'm not even gonna say 50 women are in the bar. There could be 50 dudes in the bar, all right? And oh, yeah, and you are still getting out of this bar. You just do a combination to beat you. And guess what?

The lash glue is going to stay on because you know we have protection. We're not even going to lose the lashes on this one or a nail, they're going to come out. Oh, she said I'm going to whoop that ass and not even break a nail. Wow, right. I'm not even sweating.

I'm not even sweating. I'll go somewhere else after this. That's because that's because China's out back there. She got like six dudes and heads up. One bazooka.

You know what I mean? She brought the DX tank with her. Heck yeah. Oh, I love her. She's so badass.

Now, Nikki, this is usually a question that I ask TJ Jefferson, but I'm going to ask you to do this favor. Tell the people. Yeah. Where to find Nikki Blackheart.

So, right now I am on X. I'm on IG. I am in the process of creating a YouTube. I'm also on TikTok, but I'm actually under, we call our shoot name. But I am going to start posting more on YouTube because I feel like it is fun to share the journey with people.

Cause a lot of people wonder. I know when I started, I was like, you know, trying to Google people. Sharing their experience, or like, hey, this is what I do for my workout to be better at this, or this is what I do to be better at leapfrogs, or this is, you know, like, I couldn't find a lot of that from, like, obviously, you know, the WWE posts a lot of stuff, the recruit pages post a lot of stuff, but the wrestlers themselves haven't really documented a lot of their journey.

Some do, but there's not a lot of that. And I feel like there's a lot of people now that are interested in the sport, the something that's getting more popularity than it did before, especially, you know, social media. Things are being televised now that they moved over to Netflix. You know, there's a lot of. More attention and being exposed to different crowds.

So I feel like we need that because there are amazing days, but they're also very hard days. But at the end of the day, seeing that someone got through it makes it a little bit easier to be inspired to do it yourself. Yeah, so look out for that. It's coming. I promise.

Facebook, Twitter, IG right now at Nikki Blackcard. And yeah, that's where you guys can find me. That's where we found her. Right, exactly. And CCWs every Tuesday.

Th th that's the thing with uh w what my mom hates about our show too. But when uh because she hated it about the thing that she doesn't like about our show is it'll be people 'cause my mom watches And it'll be people that she got some feeling towards that she liked. Oh, they're such a good person, you know. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But uh, obviously, with Nikki being so fresh, we don't know anything about her.

Yeah, but good person, you know, we wish the best for her, but she always has a home here at the No Contest Wrestling Podcast. Uh, look at us, how about that? Giving pushes, look, man, just trying to expand the wrestling, you know, world, trying to bring people closer, trying to help those on the come up. Yeah, you know, maybe someone will see this video and want to book her somewhere else. You know, all types of independent shows, the things that she could be doing.

It's kind of crazy that she said she hasn't gotten a call or any interest yet from the big two. Uh, but I got a feeling in due time that the phone will be ringing. Absolutely. And I want to thank the... The people over at CCW.

Yeah, yeah, because you reached out to them first. Right, to to get in touch with Nick, correct? Yeah. They hooked us up. Got us in contact with Nikki.

And, you know, we need somebody else from CCW. You know, we want to make sure that. We give favors back here. Appreciate it. That's the No Contest Wrestling Podcast.

Make sure you check them out every Tuesday, 7 Eastern on YouTube. For Pacific. And yeah, thank you. You're welcome. Pacific all day.

Pacific.

Now. We stepped into independent. Let's talk about the majors. Yeah, man. Yeah, man.

So, what did you got for our rundown today, TJ?

Well, I mean, obviously, this weekend was Night of Champions. Night of Champions. And to quote that boy Trick Willie, let's talk about it. Mm-hmm. Let's just get into it, man.

Right off the bat, you know, we kicked the show off with Randall Orton against College. Cody Raheem Rhodes. Yeah. And the King of the Ring crown. Let's talk about it.

Yeah, you know, obviously, those two have a lot of history together.

So it was cool to see them in ring together, fighting for a prize, fighting for an opportunity for the championship. To get for an opportunity to wrestle. Yeah, wrestle for the championship. For an opportunity to wrestle for the championship. Those two both come from, you know, two legacy.

Legacy. Oh, interesting. I mean, there's no contest wrestling. Randy looked a little upset to take that loss. He looked a little mad.

You know, there might be something brewing in there. I thought it was a really good match, man. I was kind of shocked because this isn't typically the WWE way. Usually hear people say this about AEW, about all the near falls. There was a lot of near false, a lot of, you know.

You know, getting out of crossroads, a lot of kicking out of RKOs. I was really kind of shocked. By the amount of near falls that they had in this match. But the chemistry between those two. Were great, you know.

The voices started to get to Randy, you know, and he ignored them, he ignored them until they got so strong that he had to go for the punt. He missed it, you know, and then at the end, he took the turnbuckle off and. Exposed, you know, the metal underneath the turnbuckle, which led to his, you know, his downfall. Yeah. And that is how he got, you know, ran into it.

He got rolled up by his own doing. Yeah. And I think now it's just going to be interesting to see, like, does Randy Snap. I think that, you know, do the voices completely take over? Like, we all, you know, we're talking about seeing this heel run before he's out the door, but.

Let's not act like there's not a psychopath. It's just been friendly with everybody, and who's not a 14 top. Aye. World champion than Randy Orton.

So keeping an eye on you, Viper. What else we got? I mean, it's just weird because Randy, he kind of. Showed a lack of patience there, which is not a Randy Orton show. It's not a Randy thing.

You know, and Cody got the win. He is now the king of the ring, just adding another, you know. Title, another accolade to the Rhodes Saga. And now he gets to go on and challenge for the championship.

So, and it's. It's against Jonathan. Jonathan Cena, bro.

So let me ask this because I wasn't quite sure Quite clear on this, and maybe you are. The king of the ring, they, much like money in the bank, do they get to choose? The champion or is it the champion of the show that they're on? I was confused about that too. I apologize to everybody who is our listeners and not our viewers.

I'm eating pineapples because your boy's getting healthy. But no and air in front of me. Absolutely. Bro, come on now. It's no contest wrestling.

That's true. We've never seen it done before. We're doing it now. Um, yeah, that got cleared up for me a little bit when it came to the women's. Uh Queen of the Ring.

Which one? Uh, of their respective brands, okay, so yeah, so it's got to be John, and plus. Afterwards, when Cody was Making sure to give a nod to Randy while he was on that rant menacing. He said it would be between, you know, I'm challenging either Cena or Punk.

Okay, yeah, yeah.

So he's going for him. And you're right, Randy was there and he kind of had that look, and you weren't sure: is he going to run back in? But then you could see he kind of hopped. Off the edge of the stage. Nobody left from the right.

And him and Charles Robinson walked to the back.

So I was like, all right, we're not going to get that Randy turn here.

So now I guess, you know, we get Cody, and he's going to. With that crown, he's going to get that John Cena match. He never put the crown on, too. Notice that. Neither of them did.

Jay did. Jay looked great with it. Cena. I mean seeing a Cody didn't put it on and I saw him think about it But he didn't put it on. He's the grandson of a plumber.

He probably feels weird. Multi-billion dollar crown like that. Then we had Rhea Ripley. Taking on Raquel Rodriguez in a street fight. Let me just say, a Saudi Arabian street fight, bro.

Raquel. That is Is what I'm talking about, Raquel. That is what I'm saying. That is what I love. That is what I need.

Ooh, I had fun during that match. All y'all dressed like cat women, yeah, you know, which was very good for Rhea in the sense that when Raquel pulled out the kendo stick, oh, yeah, you know, I've made the Eisen show kind of very familiar with the kendo stick, as I'm always holding it. And Rich would look at me, he goes, Why are you holding that stick? Because you never know when I might need it, bro. And they'll get more familiar if they keep disrespecting TJ around here.

But uh, AJ Felly, would you mind handing me the kendo stick back there in the corner? But Raquel wore. Rhea out with the Kendo's team. To the point where I'm sure she was glad she had, like I said, the. The whole Body suit on it to kind of maybe absorb a little bit of that because Big Mommy Cole was laying it in right there.

Yeah, ooh. Big mommy. I can't say I made that up. Oh, first time I heard it. Oh, really?

Okay, but I'm going to say right here, I didn't make that up. All right, well, in my eyes. Can you imagine just getting tore up with this? Like,. Yeah.

I don't know. Don Bowie said it didn't hurt when I hit him, but I yeah, but Don Bowie into some wild stuff. That's true. But yeah, it was a great, it was a great match. I loved it.

I loved it. I did. It had the right spots of intensity and also storytelling as far as the Roxanne interference. Roxanne comes out. And I think that's what kind of got me a little bit was Rhea kind of overcoming both of them.

Like it was a match that I don't think Rhea necessarily needs that dub because she's so stupidly over. It's ridiculous. It would have really I think done a lot. For Raquel to get this W. But, you know, look, she's still half of the tag team champions.

It's going to be interesting to see what they do with those belts. Are they going to have to go the Bianca route? Or she's going to have to get a new partner then? Oh, the new partner is right with her. Yeah, but are they going to have to win a match?

Because they can't just have made Bianca and Naomi have a match. They have to have. Raquel and Roxanne, who, by the way, very few people on earth will understand how much joy it brought to me to see Raquel and Roxanne in the ring together than you. I'm sure you understood the joy. I feel joy when I think about what he's done for me.

Taking him back to church. But it was just a joyous moment to see Raquel and Roxanne together. I loved it. I loved it. Raquel and Roxanne, it just worked.

How it sounds good together. Liv Morgan's going to kick our ass. But friend of the show. But yeah, the eradicator. Not right now.

Hopefully, Liz is rehabbing. Liv is rehabbing and she missed that. The Eradicator off the table. That was a massive move. And it got Rhea the dub.

And like I said, I feel it was. Maybe Roxy. And coming down kind of made Raquel I don't want to say it made her look weak, but you had outside interference and you still getting couldn't get the job done. That's what I kind of thought that maybe she should have went over. Yeah, you know, and and The thing with these uh Saudi shows, a lot of it They want A lot of it, you know, that is for the pop.

If you want to hear a pop. Rhea Ripley gets the biggest one of the loudest pops every single time.

So, all you people who are upset at Rhea Ripley, no one's upset at Rhea Ripley. She kind of gets a word-like, come on. Let me tell you, she doesn't get the vitriol that some of the ladies do. It's not even close. I don't think you could even argue that.

No, no, no, no. No, no, no, no, no. All right.

Then we had another guy that you and I really dig carrying cross finally, kind of getting the moment to the fans. The fans have been clamoring, man. They've been putting it out there. They want more cross.

So he gets a match against Sami Zayn, which, you know. The pop Sammy got was just. You want to talk about Sami run Saudi, bro. Yeah, so the chances were I didn't think they were going to, I didn't think Cross was going to go over, but just to see him at a P L E. Yeah.

Like about damn time. And there's a I have a bit of a how do British people say it? Contraversy. Anyways, controversy. I'm American.

I've never heard that. And yeah, so, yeah, bro. Contraversity. Yeah, controversy. That's not even with an accent.

I know, bro. I'm American. I'm Lucas. Anyway, so. How the hell?

Did The ref do you know, when Karen got Sammy in that choke, and then the yeah, they do the they do the arm count. Why in the blue hell? Did Sammy get to do the three-arm thing? But when Jey Uso getting choked out by Gunther, the ref was like. Oh, he out.

I'm pissed. I have been bamboozled, run amok, run astray. And I am I I'm not gonna take This shit, all right? Why didn't Jay get that? Why?

I know he lost. I know he was in the cards. I know what I'm looking at. But I mean, man. I was like, oh, carrying one.

What? He gives two more.

Well, that's how it should be. Bro, yeah. That's why I have such outrage. Outrage. Shout out to Rikishi.

I'm sorry. I had to get that off. I don't know if you saw on Twitter, but I tweeted that. It's got a lot of traction right now. For some reason, everything you tweet on Twitter gets a lot of traction.

Because, man, I be knowing. All right.

Then we got up the United States Championship match in Samoan World Wolf Jacob Fatu. Fatu. Took on solo. Fatu on Fatu Cry. And I'm telling you, man, it's kind of wild because now we saw this man saw the return.

you know, a man we haven't seen in a while. And the debut of a man that we've heard has been coming for points. And it's not Vere. No, I know. It is not fear.

Okay.

That was a fear, Mahong. Let's talk about it. I ain't never seen somebody need two surprise interferences. That was crazy. Two black hoodies.

Tonga Loa comes out. Yeah. You know, and he interferes, and then we get. Tomorrow. Talatonga.

I can remember months, almost a year ago, they registered that name.

So we knew the name was coming. We knew he was coming. We just didn't know when. And then, you know, you have this six foot eight, six foot nine inch monster who comes out. Yeah.

You know, he snatches Jacob off of a pin. Looking like a stretched out ex-pop.

So it's Talatonga, Tamatonga, Tamatonga, Talatonga, Tongaloa, and Tongaloa. Yeah. WWE. JC Mateo. No, I need them three right there: Talatonga, Tamatonga, Tongalo, and Tongaloa.

WWE. Why do y'all hate Michael Cole? Because if these three get on the screen at the same time. Michael Cole is going to sound like he's Drowning at the announce table. All right.

You're confusing the man. He's working hard. And then you give him. You give him this tongue twister to remember on the fly while he's calling out moves. What is the issue with Michael Cole?

Michael Cole, here at the No Contest Wrestling Podcast, we're praying for you when it comes to them three names. My God. But yeah, so Jacob couldn't overcome the odds. He loses, and now Solo is your new United States Championship. His first title on the main roster.

You know, he had that North American title in NXT for a cup of coffee. But now we're going to see now he's got a crew with him. Yeah. What's Jacob going to do? Who's Jacob going to reach out to?

Like, you know, Big Jim? Yeah, big GM for sure. Then, who knows? Who else? I mean, there's one, there's another NOAA out there.

But there is another fat too as well. Yeah, but I don't think he's Quite ready yet because obviously he's not with the company.

So I don't think, but I when we're speaking of the young bullzilla fought too, but I did see a video of him watching, because you know, there was a wrestling fest here in LA, near LAS. And there was a video of him watching the match and he kind of gave the thumbs down. When solo. Beat Jacob.

So, who knows? Like, it's just kind of amazing to me that it's amazing to me that AEW didn't sign Jacob Fatu when they had a chance when the bloodline story was coming up. Like, I would have snatched him up and I would have snatched up Zilla.

So, it's kind of interesting. To see who's going to get the son of Umaga. And I could see him booing solo because. You know, I bet you that Zilla feels about Solo the way Soldier Boy feels about Drake. Word for word, bar for bar.

He stole his whole flow, his dad's thumb, the spike, like everything.

So I can see where, you know, Zilla is probably not the biggest solo fan. You know, that's a good story, right? But we'll see. But, you know. I'm uh Solo, the entertaining solo right now, and we talked about it.

It's hard to take him. I can't take him seriously now because he was menacing before.

Now, homeboy's just making me laugh. Right, bro. He's such funny. He's just making me laugh so much. What is that?

Four letters, one word? Stop, stop. No, he's so damn funny.

Solo's funny, man, and so it's going to be interesting to see. But you know.

Solo got over really quickly when he made his. you know, main roster debut.

So now it's gonna be interesting to see with People behind him, he's got a title, he's got gold, he's got a crew behind him. And we're gonna see how Jacob's gonna get his leg back. We know that the name of the game in wrestling is the numbers game, yeah, and. Boy, dude, he got him. He got him.

He got him, man.

So we'll see. But shout out to Solo, man. And then we had the women's Queen of the Ring match, which saw. The goat, my goat, Asuka, take on a storm. Yeah, storm is coming.

Looking like storm from the dressman, Jane Cargill. And you know, you're reading a lot of discourse about this match online. I thought the match was fine. Look, About Jay Cargo is You're not going to get like she's never going to be EO Scott. Right.

You're not going to get these matte classics out of Jade Cargill. But EO Sky can never be Jade Cargill. Like we talked with Nikki Blackheart about having a presence, having a look. And that's something in wrestling that will get you further than anything else.

So Jade's got the look, man, and you can tell she's still working hard on uh uh on her in ring And it's Oscar. Like, it's kind of hard to have a bad match with Asuka. It was my favorite Jay Cargill match. Yeah. And, like, We all, for those who play WWE 2K, I don't even know.

Bro, she's a powerhouse. She's a powerhouse. You want her to be out here like a cruiser wave? Yeah, I know. She's a powerhouse.

The power moves. That's what she does. She's not out there to arm drag you. She's out there to like, you know, axe handle you. Yeah, bro.

Like, you wouldn't ask this from. Name of power. You're not asking that from Roman. You're not asking that from Kane back in the day. That's who she is.

She's supposed to be undertaken to have some matte-based offense. Yeah, bro. Like, and everybody online is all of a sudden some expert. And some shit that they don't do, you don't do it. If I got.

If other wrestlers are saying something, then you gotta kind of bow your head. But Joe Mick, who gives a damn, in Florida, no one like dog. D you do it. You got it all mapped out. How come you can't do it?

go ahead get your ass up you know what jay said everybody tell you how to do it they never did it right go ahead man get your ass up and go show her show her then teacher yeah my only problem of course was the the the booing of jade but you know what that that do we even need to get into this i could because this could take this pod for another two hours oh yeah which we don't have two hours right now so black young yeah black young black young uh yo but it's always weird to see like the faces get booed and you always kind of wonder is there some ulterior motive i don't even think we need to get into this back like Bro, yeah, I did. I'm trying to figure out why the states even booed her when she got back. I still don't know. It don't make sense. But the fact of the matter is, Jade Cargill is thriving.

Queen of the ring. She had a nice little promo in the ring. You know, basically, don't let these busters tell you nothing about yourself. You boo all you want. There was a video of her walking back to the backstage area, and somebody was booing her.

And she said, boo your mama, which I thought was amazing. Go boo your mama. You know, so yeah, boo. Congrats. And this is how you know.

that I was okay with it. My favorite wrestler took the pin, and not for one second was I even upset. I was like, okay. Bro, I was so hyped. I was so hyped in the crib.

Anybody who followed me on Twitter, they know how crazy I went. And, you know, if you're upset about it, Get mad. Get madder. Would you take me? Or we can give you a cape and you can be super mad.

Boy, I was so pissed at you when you said that to me. All right, that's what we're doing. I can tell. I can tell. Then we had the main event.

Yeah, John Cena. We know how this is going. C. Mm. Punk one time for the last time.

Let's go. And that was, that was, it was great. You know, there were people who were trying to clown punks. His promo when he came out as the Dr. Thug Punkonomics.

Punkonomics. I gotta be honest with you, I thought I'm reading, I'm watching videos and people saying it was corny, it was this or that. That was the point. You see? John Cena.

Took Punk's promo. Again, another soldier boy throwback, word for word, bar for bar. And so Punk comes out. Like an early John Cena, word life. And I really thought.

Look, I thought it did the job. Yeah, it did the job, bro. It did the job. People weren't saying this, that, and about it, but dog. Everybody who got something negative to say about CM Punk Already mad at CM Punk.

You already don't like CM Punk.

So, like, nothing CM Punk does is going to make you happy. Right. So, like, that's your whole day. It's like Pac said: there's many rules to the game, I'm going to share with you two. No, people are going to hate you for whatever you do.

Whatever you do. Bro, Swim Punk. Could Run into a building that is on fire and save all the people in the building. And they'd still be like, Well, yeah, let that building burn. I mean, you couldn't have saved the structure.

Right. I forget my brother's name, but he had the greatest quote about LeBron James ever. And I'm going to use it for CM Punk. If CM Punk walked on water, they'd say it was because he couldn't swim.

Okay.

I get it. Y'all hate punk. Y'all are not like. Pick a new joke. Make a new joke.

Sorry, that's my friend. But yeah, that's guess number. I had a fun time with that match. A lot of deer falls. Yeah, you're super.

How many AAs can this man get out of? Just ate them. My God. Yeah, it was a lot. And just when you think, like, all right, this is going to be a fair one.

Scene that gets the belt, remember though. Yeah, but like but then Seth has to come and burn it down though. Oh, yeah, but oh, yeah, he had that moment. He had that moment where he took the belt and he was going to blast him, and then he was like, tossed it like this. They hugged, and then.

That look, that look, bro. I was in the crib like, you son of a bitch. That face came and he went for the low blow. And Punk wasn't falling for the Okie Doke. He said, For I fall for the Okie Doke, like the pistol smoke.

You know, somebody, a famous rapper once said that. I don't know who. It's I SQ, bro. And so, and then, of course. You heard the music.

Yeah. Here comes Seth. Here comes Seth looking like Kane, first of all. Shout out to that boy King Troy. King Troy be, you know, a lot of people have a lot of stuff to say about Seth's wardrobe.

King Troy be putting it down. He came out looking like Kane with the fire, with the flames. And that was pretty dope. You know, here comes big Bronson Reed. Here comes Braun Breaker.

And now you're wondering, oh, wait a second. I didn't think, I always thought he was going to maybe cash in on Gunther. I didn't think he was going to. Try to win this. I thought it was a great swerve, man.

I don't think a lot of us were thinking he was going to go that route. Yeah, I didn't think, I didn't, when I saw it, I was just, I didn't even put it in my head like, oh, yeah, he's about to cash in. I put it in my head, like, here he goes. Just being a hater. Here he comes with his malarkey.

But I knew he wasn't going to win because he wasn't dressed in his gear. He don't got to be. That's what got me because there's never, I can't remember anyone who's won in street clothes before. No. Like Edge has lost in street clothes before.

Yeah, that was punk beat. But like, I don't remember anyone coming out in streets.

So that's why I thought, oh, this would be kind of dope. He's not even dressed to wrestle. You know who. Like when their music hit, I was like, oh, yeah, he is mad at him. Pinta.

When Pinta came, I was like, oh, yeah. Here's the deal, though.

So Rollins comes out. His crew comes out and then Penta comes out to save a scene. Except Penta's doing the Jeff Hardy thing. He, I remember once on TNA, Matt was getting beat up and Jeff came out to save or maybe it was ADW. But Jeff had to get the boom.

And meanwhile, Matt's just getting the crap. And Jeff's before he runs to the and Penta's got to get his pictures off, baby hero. Man, you know, and so he's doing his thing as a please. Hencha, go help this man. I'm choking on my own blood, please.

But you know, him and Braun get into it, you know, and it takes it to the side. Poor Bronson Reed, get your ass up and help your friend. But he's like, I got to get this spot off. I got to get this spot off.

So, you know, obviously, we digress. Cena ends up getting the pin because it's Rollins. Yeah, a little bit reminiscent of WrestleMania 40, where all these people start coming at the end. There was a moment, though, and I guess that's the best part. I did go, wait a minute, Second's going to win this right now.

And I think that's kind of a cool thing when you are invested enough and they make you believe that. Oh yeah, he's about to lose his spell and he and he didn't and of course You know, he hit punks set up. He gets hit with the case, briefcase, then gets curb stomped, and then gets chucked out the ring and Cena gets the pin. And he walks up to the ramp with that little smile on his face, and it kind of makes you wonder, man. Like There were cheers.

Yeah. So we're is this hill thing really? I don't know, man. I don't know anymore. He's still here though.

Yeah, he's still here. It's like he's fighting an inner demon. It's just so weird because you know it's goodbye.

So, like, how there's a lot of thank you scenes going on right now. And by the way, just for anyone to know, it's the capsule corp logo on my jacket. I was wondering what that was like. Yeah, it's a Dragon Ball Z thing. Yeah, see, I don't know.

You know, real stuff. But yeah, I mean, real stuff. Happy. I'm happy that Jonathan is getting love. Who the hell cares, dude?

So now we got Cody versus Cena. Cody versus Cena, SummerSlam. Yep. And uh we're gonna see but you know I called you yesterday. From the car.

I was driving home from downtown. And I kind of had this epiphany. I had... A creative liberty. Oh my, okay.

I didn't know we were doing this today. Might as well. Just do it real quick. Let's do it. And I start thinking about the end of John Cena's run, right?

And I thought to myself, There's got to be a better way. I shared this kind of with you yesterday, but here's my better way. The Cody Rhodes thing, even Jey Uso, right? They've been championed. They're already made men.

Plus they're already up there in age a little bit, right?

So the idea I would think would be to make somebody. Off of John Cena's name that you can put as a main eventer for the next decade, right?

So I kind of had this idea, right? John Cena brings back an open challenge after he dispatches with Cody. Dispatches with who else. He's got, you know, two, three dates left, and he decides to have an open challenge. And a man answers the open challenge.

And I'm not sure which way would work better, but basically, I'm thinking this: he comes down. He has a competitive match with John Cena and he beats John Cena. Non-title match, which flips John Cena out. And now John Cena is like, look. Yo.

I'm not going out like that. I'm going to give you a title shot and I'm going to beat you to show you it was a fluke. They have a championship match. This man goes in and Brock Lesnar's John Cena, meaning he completely, in the rematch, demolishes John Cena. Puts him down.

And we've got a new undisputed champion.

Okay.

And that man. who is now a made man, and will go on to be a main inventor for the next ten, twelve years. is Oba Femi. Why not have Oba Femi be the wrestler, the ruler, who comes and puts John Cena down? takes the belt from him.

So now he's NXT champion. And WWE at the same damn time. Obafemi should be the man. to dethrone John Cena. and retire.

Sent him off into the sunset. And now, like I said, you've got the ruler, and he's the man. for the next 10, 12 years. You heard it here first. If you heard it anywhere else, you heard it there worse.

TJ Jefferson. You like that? I love it, bro. I'm an Ober Femi fan. Of course.

Only person in the history of no contents to be on here. Two times. Come on here. Two times. I'm gonna go get the papers.

Get the papers. Yeah, bro. So, shout out to Oberm, bro.

So I remember when I called you yesterday and I just briefly and I just got a little bit out and you saw where I was coming. Yeah. You kind of lost it on the phone last night. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.

He's talking about Ober. Over. Could you imagine? Yeah. The time I would have on Twitter.

Because, like I said, if Cody thrown, Cody's already a maid man. He's already a main inventor. Yeah. Cody's going to be champion again. But you want.

To have that legend make a new legend. And that's just. That's what the business is about. That's what creative liberties that we take are about. All right.

You got to stamp it, certify it. TJ Creative Liberty. Oba Femi. Obafemi shit. I love that.

I love that. What do we got next, bro? All right, so lastly, before we let everybody go, The former Mariam A, aka Blake Monroe made her NXT debut, and it caused a lot of commotion. on the Twitter machine because she made her debut a few days ago. Uh in Florida.

At an NXT show. where there were about 700 people in attendance.

Now, The discourse online was the fact that you have Blake Monroe, who was a former women's champion at AEW, who had she stayed with the company on July 12th. would probably be at all in and having a main event. tight match with another superstar be it Tony Storm or Mercedes Monet or Willow or Chris Statlander or whomever. And instead, people are kind of like, look, now she's wrestling in front of 700 people. Making her NXT debut.

So, you know, it's a discourse that was going on online.

So I figured you and I need to kind of chop it up and I want to get your thoughts. Yeah, dude, like. People have to understand. I get I get people's Their worry, you know, or just them questioning the move. I understand that.

You know, you got. The the number two company In uh in North America. Uh What did you say the world? Probably. Probably the world.

Yeah. Sorry. But the number two company in the world. And you are. One of the top names in that brand.

You just lost the title. And they're willing to give you the world. You you you're already established over there. And this, then, the third. This is this lady's dream.

Yeah. This is what this lady wanted to do. It's no disrespect. She wanted to do this. It is a different style.

than where she just came from. The best way to learn that new way of doing things is to go Through NXT first. No one thinks. Mariah May, uh uh Blake Monroe. Whoever is going to stay in NXT.

We know where she wants to go. There are people over there right now on the main roster. That they have a plan for right now. You still got your Rhea's there. Vacare just got there.

Julia just got some gold. Like. Also, we have Stephanie on the show, and she chose NXT. Stephanie Vacare could have gone to the main roster. She chose NXT to learn the WWE style of doing things.

Yep. Jade was somebody who People thought we'd see a NXT. They main rostered her quick, but she had so much time training. Even though she wasn't wrestling yet, she was behind the scenes learning to be better anyway. Yeah.

So, like, There is a process before you get to that main roster. And I get it. Everyone's talking about, well, she could have been at all in two weeks or whatever. And that's very valid. That's, yeah.

But like, dog, we know where she wants to go with her career. Bottom line. She wants to go here with her career. And WWE just. At this time, AEW is still so new, and we don't know what the future holds for that brand and company to go on and do great things.

But right now, which I think they've already done great things, they're going to continue. And they can be even better. And they will be. Yeah, exactly. Let the damn company get a decade in before we start comparing it to the WWE really head on.

Because the WWE is just going to give her the opportunities that she sees for herself. It is not up to us fans. This lady's life. Yeah, that's basically the bottom line: it's none of, like, we can all have an opinion, right? But the bottom line is, that's what she wanted to do, and that's where she wanted to wrestle.

I understand some of the discourse online. That's obvious because you were already there and you were already in the main event.

Now you're going to a place where. Just like you said, there's a lot of women ahead of her who's going to get pushed.

So your time is probably not going to come anytime soon. No, so you might as well learn. But the bottom line is: if that's what you wanted. And that's what your dream was. Have at it.

You know what I mean? There's nothing that anyone should be able to say. It's like when you give your opinion on something and someone asks you for your opinion and you tell them they try to tell you that you're wrong. Yeah. Say, wait a minute, this is how I feel.

You can't tell me I'm wrong. She wanted to go to WWE. That was her dream. And that's where she just found. Maybe.

Honestly, I don't. There's so much talent there, and she already had a path. She was already at the top AEW. She's basically starting from the bottom now at NXT. But again, not my place to judge.

This is what she wanted. She had to know what. what was ahead of her. She had to know the process she had to go through. go through.

And if she's okay with it. I'm okay with it, and I know you're okay with it. All right, I know. You better be okay with it. And let me just say: Mariah Mae, Tony Storm, my favorite women's feud ever.

Ever Ever, I get it.

Well like What are we bitching about? Right. This lady wanted to do what she wanted to do. That's it. Like, you can say this, that, and the third, comment, and tweet, and all of that, but like.

What you gonna do about it? Yeah, I mean, look. Nothing. Nothing by the way, the Hollywood ending match that was here in Los Angeles. Tony Storm Riot.

Oh, great. One of the best matches. Nothing better. There's a four-hour video on YouTube doing a full recap of that feud. I might go watch it.

I might go watch this. Oh, no, I got Raw. Raw's about to come on. Raw's on. Oh, yeah.

So we got to get going. All right.
