Grace, what's true, what's false. What is the Bible really say will separate fact from fiction right here stage for the line of fire with your host activist, author, international speaker and theologian Dr. Michael Brown your voice of moral cultural and spiritual revolution Michael Brown is the director of the coalition of conscience and president of fire school of ministry get into the line of fire now by calling 866-34-TRUTH. That's 866-34-TRUTH here again is Dr. Michael Brown a look at this time in just literally right before getting on my computer and opening up my screen for all of your calls and get ready for the show, literally, a moment before that just looked in my email in my junk folder and I am. I've been offered if I can talk to Nicole I get my free love forecast I can request a free reading that will reveal my future. This is Michael Brown. Welcome to the line of fire me when I finish that I can I can win the lottery from Woolworths anyway to some of the junk mail here delighted to be with you. I know the world is going crazy around us.

I know there's all types of superstition and nonsense, etc. but but the long and short of it is our God is still God. Jesus is Lord and King and all is well with the righteous. Even the world swirling in madness around us, all is well with the righteous, even when things go bad even when we read news reports like New Jersey school district to allow Boys and Girls Club corrodes and things like that. If we know the Lord. If we are his people. There's always a place of peace. There's always a place of refuge and there's always an answer for our problems now let me be totally straight with your friends. It's really really easy as a talk radio show host is really really easy for me to just talk about the latest news every day all day is really really easy for me to just talk about politics everyday. It's really easy for me to focus on one particular moral or social or cultural issue and talk about it every single day easily easily but one of the purposes of the show is to be contemporary to talk about what's happening in the world around us also answer your questions on different biblical subjects to equip you to strengthen you and enter to dive deeper the work together to never get about Israel edition things we cover every single week by design. So by design today where we are stepping back from the moral cultural issues for these next few minutes stepping back from some of the social madness around us and went to dive into the word together. Let me share some personal with you for moment Saturday night. Just a number of things were burdening me grieving me about the state of the nation state of so much the church in the nation. So what you do what you do in a state like that. We pray get on your knees and pray you, you cry out you look to the Lord you lean on the Lord you share your heart with him and then what happened Susan with me.

What often happens is as a start to seek the Lord and pray the fire starts to burn my heart and before I know what I'm writing something I'm working on something I'm expressing something the same thing with your burdens.

You're concerned you break away from what you're doing you get in the word you get in the word you immerse yourself in the word you renew your mind with the word you renew your mind the scriptural truth and then even if nothing has changed around you on the outside. You have changed on the inside sayings are very very different. This is Michael Brown you're listening to the line of fire. Good talk about the grace of God. If you have any questions of any kind that relates to this form is open at 86634286633788 file line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown get into the minor fire now by calling 866-34-TRUTH here again is Dr. Michael Brown social why are we focusing on what we focusing on grace well two reasons. One, we need to be grounded. We we need to be really need to be established in our faith. We need to be grounded as believers that were secure that were solid that were in right relationship with God. Otherwise, we can help anyone around us. If here. If there's a a fire alarm that goes off in school and the teacher of the elementary schools got six-year-olds in in in the first grade in the fire alarm goes off and she starts shrieking and screaming all now fire road and it died.

These kids are going to go crazy Doby's crying will be terrified to be jumping out the windows. The big piling onto each other. If she says okay kids fire alarm just like we do in the drill everybody follow me line up, let's be quick and smiling and laughing.

The kids will just do it. The get out of building their safe so so if we are going to have an answer for the world. If we are going to be a blessing to those around us. If were going to stand fast in the midst of confusion opposition we have to be grounded. You know I I didn't know that much about roots of trees still still know very little, but might see some massive tree that would withstand the storm, hurricane, or something like that and I think Matt's a big strong tree and then realize what it is a big strong tree, but the reason it's withstanding the store. It's because the root system is because the roots these massive roots that go down deep and spread so wide, so how deep are our roots. How deep are our spiritual roots. How grounded are we how unshakable always does the Bible tell us that the righteous will never be moved. The righteous will never be shaken. Everything can be shaken all around us. The righteous will ever be shaken so being grounded, being secure in the Lord is so so important. Walking in a way where we are free from condemnation, we are free from fear. We are free from spiritual anxiety.

We know that we are accepted in God our sins are forgiven. That is so crucial at the same time, if we believe things wrongly about grace we can become complacent.

We can become lethargic. We can even become compromised and think were fine. So that's one major reason that were talking about grace and since my new book, the grace controversy will be out in all, less than three weeks, maybe one of the most practical books I've ever read out. Certainly I can't think of any other book that's any more practical than this one, and even try to work through theological questions like what is it mean to be under grace, but not under law, what is actually mean things like that and and is God CS is holy and righteous all the time we unpack it in very, very simple terms, rich in Scripture always making sure that you're grounded in grace will be separate truth from error. In particular, the contemporary era of what we call the hyper grace message message that goes beyond Scripture, a message that exaggerates what's written in the word get your questions shortly, 866-348-7884. Let's let's sort out some myths and some facts here, there are hyper grace teachers and when you asked them a question. What is grace. They respond with grace as a person and his name is Jesus, not this the sounds wonderful doesn't grace is a person's name is Jesus. Well it sounds wonderful but is this not accurate. It's not true.

Now if they said grace is embodied in the person of Jesus. If if you want to understand grace look at Jesus. That would've been fine. Amen to that. But grace is, is not a person. Grace is a noun. Grace is a something that was expressed through us. Someone, but grace is not that someone Jesus was filled with grace and truth.

He was the embodiment of God's grace. He was grace in action died to pay for our sins rise from the dead to justify sending his spirit to empower us always interceding for us in heaven, but grace is not Jesus.

Grace is a noun brought to us by a person whose name is Jesus right so Jesus brings grace to us and demonstrates grace to us, but in the Bible. Grace is not a person. Grace is a noun. So for example John 114 the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, became Jesus, the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. We have seen his glory, glory as the one and only son of the father full of grace and truth. So Jesus is not grace.

Jesus is full of grace and truth. Acts 1511, Peter Butler. These are the last words of Peter in the book of acts, wonderful words, but if we believe axis but we believe that we managers will be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus just to say the Gentiles will so when you speak of the grace of the Lord Jesus that tells you that grace is not Jesus. Grace is something that comes through Jesus. The wonder why make a big deal of this.

In fact, it's the first question I answer in my new book, grace, controversy is grace a person I address it because many times when you're trying to really understand what someone teaches you really trying to understand what they believe you really want to to see if their teaching truth or error that they give this answer. That sounds wonderful, but tells you nothing. Grace is a person's name is Jesus in heaven told anything.

I believe in Jesus. I follow Jesus I love Jesus but Kevin told me to think about the meaning of grace, that if they would say grace is God's unmerited favor and his empowerment to live a godly life. Amen to that.

The acronym grace TRAC God's riches of Christ's expense affirmed that when you give a nebulous answer. How can I really sort out what you believe I can really sort of skews me what you are teaching. That's why address these issues in depth of Paul speaks about the gospel of the grace of God, so God's grace is all about Jesus. But that's different than saying grace is Jesus out what when Paul writes about the free gift by the grace of that one man, Jesus the Messiah when he speaks of the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ five times in his letters.

If grace is a person's name is Jesus, the more these verses mean, what was Paul speaking about the Jesus of our Lord Jesus Christ about the grace of our Lord Jesus.

If if grace is Jesus is about the Jesus of Jesus.

It's silly that some people some people throw these things out.

They sound great. They sound spiritual, but they're not true that true ushers is a big question and I'll go to phones shortly.

866-34-TRUTH submitted for any grace related question you have. By all means will take your calls today. I get concerned when I see grace as an excuse for laziness, grace is an excuse for inactivity grace as an excuse for spiritual complacency.

Now I understand that some people live their whole spiritual life try harder harder harder to please God. When my friend some years ago after creamy teach on hyper grace of that. That's been his whole spiritual life that was hanging over his head saying not good enough you didn't pray enough. You didn't read the word enough you not holy enough. Your you're not like this person or that person there more spiritual. You're not a spiritual she used to be.

And there's this constant. This constant pushes like a hamster in one of those wheels in his cage is is going nowhere, but is working hard is going nowhere is working hard. That's a some of us felt for years and we hear about God's grace.

Morels were accepted because of what Jesus did, but but that does not mean that when I call to action that does not mean that grace does not come with responsibility and accountability. It's a glorious free life transforming gift of which were now called to walk worthy grace controversy set the record straight and help you be grounded in grace is the world is going crazy around us we can have deep spiritual roots down by the Expo line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown your voice and more cultural and spiritual revolution. Here again is Dr. Michael Brown. Looking back, to want to fire at 6784 right under the phones momentarily, but my book new book the grace controversy comes out old, less than three weeks from now. So what we do last few years we've done this with a brand-new book that comes out the first printed so the very first books that come in from the first printed with its 50 or 100 or 200 we allow you to preorder a number signs edition so it's kind of like a collectors edition can only do it once at the beginning and sometimes agree, 30, 40 or $50 for those depending on the cost of the book to us, but this time is just $20 postage paid for my new book, the grace controversy that answers the 12 most common questions about grace in a very practical way. If you have the hyper grace book. This is a great complement to. If you don't have hyper grace perfect. This will read it's entirely its own book and there's very very little overlap. Maybe a couple pages borrowed between the books and that's it so to order so they should be numbered. Your hub number 38 number one or number hundred 14 number signs you would Scripture reference give us a call now 1-800-278-9978 because many copies as you want. 1-800-278-9978 or online asked Dr. Brown a SK DR Brown.org and thank you for your interest in the book I'm really excited to get this into your hands. We go to the phone. Starting in Brooklyn. The Caesar welcome to want to fire. Dr. Brown goblet good start again buddy.

I quite like my coworker and I looking for a show because I greatly get blessed by it and I thank you to first speaking the truth with boldness yet love and you like second Timothy reports that for the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but after their own lot they shall eat to themselves teachers, having itching ears and they shall turn away.

Truth shall be turned unto fables and Dr. Brown. The question on II had was can salvation be lost nine I I'm not too sure about that but I know that people can be confused into thinking that there may perhaps because Jesus said that many on that dado complement Bay Lord Lord Alina prophesied a name About being with a name of performing miracles and you out of you never know them but I was disinterested in a hearing on what you out of there but yet it's actually question number 12 in the grace controversy this last question that I answer in a book, so I'll give you the short version here. Of course there's debate in the church overseas. Are we all recognize that to be false converts right that that someone gives the appearance of being saved with the just going through the motions, or they were just doing things with wrong motivation and try to use this religion thing for their own power or whatever and then there are other people who can be raised in the church and they don't know what it means to be a Christian. For example, when Donald Trump says he's a Christian is a Presbyterian. I believe he means those he genuinely thinks that's what a Christian is your you're born into it and you go to church. I don't think he has an understanding of what it means to be born again, and so there are plenty of people like that right so we put those aside, with limited genuine believer and here's the way I like to phrase it. Caesar to say can you lose your salvation, which which of course is the way I I ask it in the book is that's what's commonly asked. I think that's a wrong way of looking at it because you can lose something accidentally. You can write you ever lost your car keys or for me my glasses and then the problem is, of course, of the that the problem is that the the, what would you lose your glasses you can't find your glasses went when you lose your glasses you need your glasses to see them but it's accidentally fell under the bed here okay that's not the way it is with salvation. I would rather ask can you choose to walk away from God. God on his and will never lose us God on his end will never misplace us right.

God is RMS promises to keep us to the end.

Therefore, there is no reason for fear if you want to put follow Lord you don't have to worry that sin is going to be too strong and it's good to get me is that she feels sometimes men are blue before the firm back into sin again. America messed up before what's going to keep me this time your whole trust has to be in God not in yourself or your use wisdom in the method away from certain things make certain lifestyle choices, but we can trust God. He who began the good work will bring it to completion. No one can have a scent that her death nor life can separate us from the love of Christ. That's clear. But on the flipside it's also clear that we can walk away that we can choose not to leave God so much as will God doesn't make us sons then unmake a son's true, but he doesn't force us to stay in the house and we can provide choice walk away like an and that's why there are warnings in the Scripture about those who play games. There are warnings in the Scripture about those who turn aside so that's what we have to. That's what we have to do we have to be sure that in our hearts we want to follow the Lord and were not playing games with census. Hey, I never lose my salvation, such as my the worst that happens is maybe my life will be cut short that I'm still say forever for the worse will happen is I don't get as much heavenly reward.

But hey, that's fine.

I'll risk it heaven still gonna be great. That's a dangerous attitude that's an unfair letter, that's a dangerous attitude. So I tell you that II know the promises are 100% true and at the same time I take the warnings seriously. That to me is the healthy way to live. So I never ever ever worry about losing my salvation because I trust God to save me and and I want to be his.

There's another worry about. But if God forbid I I started to entertain some ugly sinful thing that was in a take me away from God and I thought what I I just want to do what I have to do what I want to live this out on the try this new thing, or I'm gonna believe this other religion if I'm save the still get in. That's real danger. So believe the promises and we take the warning seriously.

That's how I answer the question. Thank you Dr. Brown and Elm can I do that one thing that I believe the Lord on alternate what is I, Lord, you know, I know I know they are not guarding your good buddy also holy got air consuming fire and and it's only death either. Obviously the president's children, how they carry themselves either queen of England children are carrying themselves with honor and respect right because the carrying that name and a representing that name wherever they go.

While you are the child of God should remember what name your carrier carrying the name above all names serving the kingdom came to the Lord of an organism as long as I believe As we know whose we are. Then we really know we are and then we can live it out and ended on a daily life. You know yes or yes sir that's that's the truth of grace its place responsibility grace with accountability appreciate that it's the line of fire with your host activist, author, international speaker and theologian Dr. Michael Brown voice of more cultural and spiritual revolution get into the line of fire now by calling 6643 here again is Dr. Michael Brown looking to is the number two call and retry my grace were talking about controversies concerning grace, friends, if you are not secure in your faith.

If you are not secure in the love of God. If you are not secure in God's promises to you how we can help people around him.

Have you ever battled with fear with anxiety on a serious level. Have you ever been hit with major questions about your faith or anything like that, or perhaps perhaps maybe in a sports or your you're performing musically, or something else you lose your self-confidence and and you you perform very very poorly because of the lack of self confidence. What happens when it's affecting our own relationship with God. What happens when it's affecting our walk with God. If you're not secure. If you're constantly feeling man is unhappy with me. I'm not doing enough then the what now crisis comes comfortably. The crisis comes right and crisis comes and you are in a state of of the panic and you are your upset, spiritually distort you. You're not sure about your own walk with God. You think he's angry with you and now you get this call someone very close to his been in a car accident get to the hospital. You need to pray for miracle-you pray and ask God your you're unsure about your relationship with him. How can you be confident if you don't know the love of the father. How can you go to the father.

If you think the father is upset with you. Let's take an earthly father. I let's let's take an earthly father and your estranged you're the son in your estranged from their earthly father and the last to her. He was very upset with you because you would wasted money he had given you. Now you're in a crisis need to call your dad for a loan to leave and don't even bother to call because you know is upset with you.

You think is upset with you and is one of the money the last time. So it's the same with our relationship with God when we are in that frame of mind of spiritual insecurity of I don't know if God really loves me, or he may love me but does he like me or he must look at me as a miserable, wretched sinner all the time. It's no way to live spiritually. Okay no way to live spiritually and are on on top of that, on top of that if if you are not grounded.

It's very very easy for you to be pulled away by sin. When you think I was not happy with use of was a matter that you have been through that cycle. More who cares have another drink. Who cares of get high. Who cares. The money will go to work today so I emphasized the importance of being a right relationship with God. I emphasized the importance of being secure in the Lord.

I emphasized the importance of living with a clean conscience. On the flipside, if it leads to complacency. Everything's fine noticed show for the next 30 years there will never disintegrate.

So again to some Scripture go through some specifics with you and will be talking about some things in my book the grace controversy, 866-348-7884 if you have a grace related question. The line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown get into the line of fire now by calling 866. Here again is Dr. Michael Brown I the question about grace the question.

Let's say you commit a sin when you think about you. You commit a sin and you die before you can reply to this so assessing you somebody okay I will submit.

Also you somebody Joe Christian Joe Christian is driving the car. Somebody cuts him off and he gets really mad and he gets so mad because it's got a road rage issue. He gets so mad that he starts tailgating this person and then they come to a sudden screeching halt because it like in tailgating and Joe Christian slams into that car because he was wearing his seatbelt. He dies, he dies in the act of road rage he dies in the act of chasing down a car that cut him off. He dies sinning with a sinful attitude but he's been a genuine believer just had a weak moment.

He's been a genuine believer is been a follower of Jesus. He was saved at the age of eight, baptized at the age of 10 is a faithful churchgoer and just as this is an area that he's dealt with over the years is this road rage thing this time customers life. He dies in that state does he go to hell because he died in sin was a proof that he was never a true Christian because guidance or just matter how you die, yet you want to enter into God's presence in a positive statement in terms of salvation doesn't matter how you die me does the Bible say if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. So maybe if we die without confessing our sins go to hell. There are Christians who think that if they do not confess every last sin before they go to sleep at night God forgive me out I was was impatient with the kids today and and Lord have at work.

Forgive me Laura had a wrong attitude towards my boss and and for that's right. Now I just remember now, when I was going through my inbox and some junk mail. There was like this lustful picture in the end, and I glanced at in the junket at Lord I should elect and before I deleted it. Lord forgive me for that and all yeah I fell behind my Bible reading today's Lord forgive me. I asked you to forgive me. In Jesus name Jeff do that every day. What if you die and you forgot to confess one since.

What if you were angry with your spouse. An adult with the cyber downdraft Ephesians 4. If you're angry with your spouse and you fell asleep angry and died of a heart attack or airplane crash in your house that night and you died angry and broken relationship with your spouse. Go to hell. Based on a this was no know the answer is no. We are saved near him carefully.

You know, I will trivialize sin you heard these if you heard me in the last segment is it that you can walk away from God or that segment before you can walk away from God. If you choose to the warnings about apostasy in the Bible are real warnings in this I have a whole chapter in my new book grace controversy that deals with this that that it if if I don't confess a certain sin and diet can I go to hell based on it.

Your salvation is based on what Jesus did and in your trusting him for salvation and receiving forgiveness from him not based on if you confessed every sin in your life every day thereafter exhibit why is it important to confess our sins, all from many reasons and relationally.

It's very important because you don't want any breaching relationship between you and God you don't want to need cleansing, you don't you don't want to be in a state of alienation. It's very very important we can break our fellowship with him and that's grievous and if we don't confess our sins and acknowledge them and recognize them as God to wash us and to cleanse us, then it's easy to to harden our hearts.

You know what it's like you're afraid to get on the scale because you think you're gaining weight. So you just avoid the more you avoid it, the heavier you can get in and then you keep finding another excuse to avoid it worse. No go back to that reality way yourself going that spirituality acknowledge that sin before God. Now you have to deal with and and and now now you're in the presence of God to help you deal with it. But as far as salvation is concerned, the moment were saved were put in the forgiven column club were you perfect from the day you got saved with her since you are committing it in you no sense with the things that you did made the first week or month. You are believer and didn't realize they were they were wrong that's and oh yikes, that's very wrong okay but you realize then what you are not in danger of going to hell because of that, you are forgiven child of God is about. But what are you confess and are there is the forgiveness of salvation is the forgiveness relationship is it is the Bible make that distinction will yes not by name but yes because it tells us that we have been forgiven once and for all through Jesus did within it tells us we need to be forgiven in an ongoing way as we walk with him just as Jesus taught the disciples in John 13 right that the one who's had a bath does need to go back to the bathhouse into the river to get bays again. He just needs his feet wash because of the way home walking through this wicked world we get to file their feet get dirty citizen ongoing daily cleansing and in my own life just the way I I have walk with the Lord these years. I don't once a day try to take inventory and examine my life from morning to evening.

Think of every thing I did wrong or everyplace.

It fell short know there are believers have done that, and it's spiritually rich for them.

If so, God bless them is between them and God. God bless them, but I have not done that that made that a practice I haven't found it helpful. However, what I have done what I have done is this I have gone to the Lord when I'm aware of something wrong when I'm conscious. The moment I'm conscious of it.

God forgive God forgive me. Look, I I be walking through an airport and you know I'm going to the store.

There may be did get a bottle water cough drops or something and I and I looked down and there some scantily clad galleon on on a front of a magazine and a and I look down on it and I glanced back for so I need to do that that that was wrong since no I didn't get condemned to hell for that.

Not instantly become the world's worst wretch on the earth. No, but I look away. Father forgive me, Lord, wash, untouched calamus son called the holy it's beneath me. That's fine, that's wrong. So I what I'm conscious of something I immediately asked forgiveness. I merely received cleansing I gone. Now I'm already a forgiven child of God against the forgiveness of salvation's begins a relationship if I choose to walk away from God entirely and renounce him, he will not force me to stay in which case I renounce the forgiveness renounce God and and and I'm lost. But you don't live with this will mentality going on for the early if I tell you that I confess really ascended to visit one of your salvation is not hanging on.

This is the cleansing that comes by way of relationship, 86634 ogre Long Island Glenn welcome to light a fire pit to Glenn. Our warrior, I'm blessed good pleasure lot going on. Drs. gracious today all you got about gray. Specifically, the LGBT Q and your critics why a goal you know really microscope it was really over the spiritual predator doll like you line up microphone boat is a far greater danger to women and children predator their women and children will ever make any bathroom out your response to critics Michael what you mean by spiritual predator. Well, there were doctors related to you what your critics vacationing a spiritual predator is basically apostate or apostate baby that accused me of of link guilt trips on somebody or condemning innocent people or driving people to despair and suicide. I answer with the truth. Glenn, I see the message that here so I answer the critics, the message that we bring is a message of life and hope and transformation and salvation. The message that we bring is a message of the love of God. The message that we bring is that Jesus died for gay and straight all alike and that all of us can't claim us through his son, Michael Gracia, writing a book where the grace of writing a book affecting arbitral Americans, or immigration battle. I did write that the book is right I will clear thing happened to America because I clear that what you can't hang on one second. Yeah I'm I'm glad to let her talk with you. Glenn get a break coming up to use the title. I talked to many gay people at the time of those funds. Else on this funny title is clear this whole thing clears normalize your queer eye for the straight guy is all so should press, 2003 subqueries mainstream exception or this is old school queer studies, queer identity, gender queer elementary school kids learn about this in some places. That's what use the word the line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown voice of more cultural and spiritual revolution. Here again is Dr. Michael Brown. Looking back to the line of fire.

Glenn, I still this or great Yep Yep Yep. So there is an example. If anyone took the time to read queer thing happened to American guy use the word because it become mainstream. If it was offensive and never used it and it's right.

I talked to plenty of gays, lesbians about it even chatted with know that they all laugh. They thought it was they thought was a clever title. Nobody was offended by the title except some conservative Christian's youth who weren't in touch with the times, but anyone reading the book with a wow you really understand LGBT perspective.

You really laid out clearly and here's here's an example, a gal named Amber only know her through Facebook.

Okay, when she started coming on Facebook. She she identified as bisexual. Okay she's read my book.

Can you began Christian just posted this last night. I just want to say that I'm grateful for people like you who speak against homosexuality.

But with tact and full of God's love. I still haven't finished your book about can you began Christian.

However, I would like to state it is very logical and full of God's love. At the same time on the page. You also speak out against homosexuality, but do so with tact law on your Facebook page. Speak out against homosexuality, but use with tact love that is evident you care by occasional weep over them take sewing seriously and even though your imperfect like the rest of us to truly give it your all through Jesus to help gays, except the truth and she goes on and on sharing her own story how she no longer identifies as bisexual.

So I try answer with the truth. I suggest 50.

What about Rachel held the New York Times bestseller list. Rachel tell you straight out. She rented LGBT to get our work.

Michael and experience the absolute worst of the church to all parts of your thought about always always gave the gold.

All barcodes are great but the bedding LGBT Michael granted by you. Is there any great though there's not there's not grace on their side. Absolutely not on their side when they come up with hateful you should see the hate I get notification died not verified Michael as always lay some Glenn Glenn Glenn, there's always always grace on my side always 24 seven.

In fact, blank blank blank ticket. Glenn would meet with you. Let me talk you talk about their height, good art, number one, I reached out to Rachel held Evans invited on the radio show several times and wrote a great answer open letter to her. She's always declined to come on that symbol and member number two I have for over 10 years apologized publicly even in the presence of several hundred gays, lesbians, and on national TV and other settings. I have publicly apologize for the failings of the church in their insensitivity to the struggles of those who identify as LGBT. I start off I book and you began Christian with the goal of breaking the heart of the church and showing how we have often been insensitive how we painted them as the worst of sinners, and on and on.

When I deal with transgender issues. I always say the goal is to help people from the inside out. No one would just choose to be like that. They obviously have struggles I've got to my knees and wept over over these issues and say God I don't want to hurt people, and I know if I tell the truth the matter how loving people get upset I want to help people not hurt people. So I take these things very, very seriously, and no doubt Glenn there are people that are upset with me when I say that two men or two women marrying is not marriage in God's sight, no matter how gently I said I will offend people. I understand that but we see Jesus embodied grace and truth together so I so agree. As real or imagined what it is it real or imagined your wardrobe, your private will open LGBT real or imagined.

I don't have a private word with anyone. I it's about no I have differences with gay activism I love gays allow science grab Richard Michael Christ died. I guess he does this when I do love gay activists.

Are you not listening to me Michael. I didn't. I said I was there. Glenn is not listlessness the problem. If you listen and prod and by the way, for someone is just using somebody else's words. You're doing a great job.

It almost sounds like you feel this way yourself. If I didn't know better I think that he feels for yourself. The fact that man's yard was good.

Michael Dorgan on your bike about both New Yorkers, but that Lenny speaker I have selected about, you know, I just can't isolate a people group that I'm not isolating anyone unless anyone here I here's what you got going to solicit artless just like my sister and I Glenn Gunning Langone.

This is not working you keep apologizing but this is not working so please listen sir please listen right, I did not start this. I did not start getting gay curriculum in schools beginning in nursery schools where there is a nursery school right right in my home city, where the team for years now. The teachers in nursery school. Cannot say boys and girls cassettes make a gender distinction. Instead, they have to call everybody friends I can start this item start this where you go to Christian photographer and say we would we would like you to Fillmore are gay commitment ceremony or gay wedding of Tarsus non-so I'm Christian, I can't do that they could find, and they lose their job. I didn't start that I didn't start with the threats and intimidation for gay activists and their allies so for 11 years now for 11 years now. My philosophy is very simple. Reach out and resist reach out to the people with compassion resist the agenda with courage so North Carolina right now are in the thick of an issue where we don't think it's a good idea for biological males to come into the ladies locker room and shower room at the YMCA so that is been a heavenly body means I care about the women and the children so Glenn what I might say Masson gospel.

One of my saying that's not Jesus. What about people who want to get beat on that and be good PR job with the great commission and the great commandment to be blocked out all these issues.

I like tomorrow's deadline that I think I like the great commission. Great commandment of extending grace to your fellow stuff are you planning to attend as as we sit here right now the school and I sounded as race of the missions movement that has missionaries all around the world. Dan knife preaching the gospel as I as I speak.

They are serving the poor, winning the loss of aggressively rescuing children (every day of my life. I am involved in the great commission. I fly to England this weekend not to speak about social issues but to preach the gospel I'm involved in Jewish outreach day and night and I'm doing what Jesus said, which is being solved and light. So tell you what I recommendation for you instead of you getting all upset with me for doing what God called me to do. How about you going out and winning souls and not waste your time attacking the phone call. That's all you good idea and if your kids or grandkids comes home saying daddy grandpa. There was a man in my bathroom say just preach Jesus to him my bottom line today grace of God is not grace without responsibility as a lowliness possible because all right there's some people who say just forget about secular marriage and just have spiritual marriage. Is there any historical precedent to this stage for the line of fire with your host activist and author, international speaker and theologian Dr. Michael Brown your voice of moral cultural and spiritual revolution Michael Brown is the director of the coalition of conscience and president of fire school of ministry get into the line of fire now by calling 866-34-TRUTH. That's 866-34-TRUTH here again is Dr. Michael Brown welcome welcome to light a fire. 86 684 truth the end of last hour I got a classic a classic call this is classic hard to describe will you listen to it later today.

Got Esther to Brown the org Esther to round out or if I reposted on YouTube you will be able to see it but you listen to it just as the class classic call.

You have to love it but I can't get into that right now because I got a really interesting subject to take up with really really interesting. By the way, if you have not yet read my open letter to Bruce Springsteen. It's really gone viral. It's on numerous websites and getting lots of shares on numerous websites, but where was first posted on the stream stream.org it's been shared while when I last looked. It was 114,000 times with over 2200 comments on the page that was little while ago we'll see what it's up to, but it's also hit a nerve through the zoo. They begin this morning through the day. I'm doing what is it six different interviews with radio stations wanted to talk about it if you haven't read it all.

By all means do a but were gonna talk about something really interesting today and and I may really get some calls on it as well. 866-348-7884 I was at a conference and a gentleman came up to talk to me came up to talk to me and she was talking about marriage is written on this and was talking about marriage same look. If you want to be biblical and even, in keeping with the early American philosophy. We need to completely forget about secular merits of the world do whatever it wants to do with marriage, with the world do what what ever what ever it wants to do with marriage and we just have church marriage. We just marry before God. Now, to me that's a like a big copout to me. That sounded like we were shunning our responsibility to me it sounded like capitulating and just letting the world do it wants or capitulated to gay activists.

Whatever. But he he had some very interesting points very very interesting points and I said I tell you what, let's talk about it on the air. So a couple minutes were gonna get to that. And if you have a question I'll probably be able take a couple calls I don't know how many I'll be able to get to the next half hour, but it's going to be a fascinating discussion number to call is 866-34-TRUTH 87884 just got this announcement here and I don't know when this was issued but just just saw this now Gov. McCrory signed Executive Order to protect privacy and equality following the fallout from North Carolina's hospital to North Carolina Gov. Patrick Roy has signed Executive Order to protect the privacy and equality of all North Carolinians according to the governor's office. Executive Order 93 clarifies existing state law and provides new protections for North Carolina residents.

Executive Order comes in response to backlash from House Bill two, which was signed into law in late March job of gonna find out exactly what this is about a but according to the governor's office executive orders the following maintains common sense gender specific restroom and locker facilities and government buildings and schools affirms the privacy sectors. Write yourself so restroom locking policies from the private secular governments write yourself so nondiscrimination policies and some employees expense the state's employment policy for state employees to cover sexual orientation and gender identity, LC error on the line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown your voice of moral cultural and spiritual revolution. Here again is Dr. Michael Brown, welcome back to modifier 8664 truth I'm speaking with Joshua Jolley and Joshua has an interesting proposal about marriage.

An interesting proposal about biblical marriage versus secular marriage even in light of American history.

As I was mentioning.

We met at a conference some months back.

Joshua told me about what he had written. I was skeptical, had questions because I felt that this this could be some type of capitulation to gay activism, or cultural changes or things like that and he began to discuss the history of America with me so we have a discussion about this on their Joshua for joining us on the line of fire today around quarter all right, Joshua tell us what you've written and and give us the overview what will dig into it all all asked by skeptical questions. Questions of some some based on knowledge, some based on not having study certain things in our history, but give me the overall thesis. The name of what you written the overall thesis and I don't about her marriage, her daughter, government and primary and the idea behind it is basically I don't think that a good Christian. To get America by phone biblical reasoning as well as legal reasoning are alright so let's let's first start with your biblical reasoning. The will legally and the thing that most fascinated with me. Joshua most fascinated me was when you talked about American history and how marriage was looked at in American history.

That's something I really studied the lease to be honest, studied different aspects of American history never that. So first give your biblical argument. The newly argument the let's talk history of argument is meditating on Matthew 20 collaboratives were to occur. And they're talking about Peter and better theaters of the God that are God and so you broaden the scope of the conversation away from just after the work night and thought Andre no, what I want to get to God and in the process.

Over time, I thought you know how I want you might marriage to God and where freedom of religion in our country and I don't understand why the light and filled from that point I began to look into the life and what that actually meant to represent. And so when I delved into United States history of the marriage license written about making hundred and it was in North Carolina to see that it is established for black and white. A marriage like you beagle at the time or black might be married and photochemical life. And so, from there it developed in our country here where in 1909 there is a meeting with several of the state that I got together like that you know what we want you to get together and abolish the idea of common-law marriage melt. Up until this point Abraham Lincoln and George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, none of the known none none of them had been married by the bait got together and by 1929. Made it all the state. The marriage license back, which was established point and then on one of the things I looked into. Also love the fact that the US Supreme Court earlier than I can. I make them better than my servers more rule that you can't force people you start find the marriage by more voluntary or directory legal Terminator hardships This is talk practically for a moment before we go back in in history when when SI got married 1976. All that we were thinking about was during our lives together.

The rest relies in the sight of God. That was the issue and then some. I just have sign in O'Malley done sign this and whenever the pastor signed it okay that were done were official, but on a practical level, there were issues, be it tax returns be it. If we were sending our kids to a true Christian school with her parents via check into hotel together and you were husband and wife is the places that you know if you weren't married, they they wouldn't but share room in times past here and states so they're just lots of practical things.

I really think about it, but the more you do think about it there tons of laws that apply to married people or benefits that you have or whatever or or things for your children so how do we just ignore all that now, let's just say that your recounting of the history is as accurate then how do we get away from what's the law of the land and hundreds and hundreds of different things that intersect with the secular aspects of the fact that we have an official marriage license request graphic here I would think the night. You know I wanted to get married without a marriage, but I got a great question. Are there additional benefit in America by one be available.

Otherwise, without American. And so, as I did my research and I investigated in connection talk with other Christian who didn't find a marriage like in my book. I speak with nutrition after her story and they were convicted about the marriage license and didn't find it and proceeded. She changed her name. None of the elements that I have arrived up in my question were an issue that together, she changed her name because the BN children at all the things that were questions warning an initiator. Basically they have a legal marriage and at first it is to live that life and without the America I am and how did they demonstrate that they had a legal marriage. So what they did was she just assumed his name, she changed her so security number are and and then bait. Obviously, like the other lived together and help them talk about the married had a marriage ceremony and it you are interested in not having the marriage but all that way is the relationship, and so when you go to the court.

You need to effectively prove your marriage and for their element out of here where the court will say obvious. Before married in November together at a wedding ceremony, wedding pictures and there was pictures when she didn't documented.

What if it was just you just wanted to make the sacred between you and God.

So the pastor came over cheat your house and did the ceremony and you had, you know best man and maid of honor witnessed it, but didn't take pictures.

You just want this to be between you and God and or you have the capability of taking pictures that day and are so so if there's no documentation your you're still saying that you gotta prove something to the world so I don't know why that's any doubt not be adversarial and just try to procure it.

Still, it still doesn't. Still doesn't tell me that there's any any real reason not to just have a secular license and it hasn't affected me in any way hasn't hurt me hasn't drag me down. Haven't had a compromise over it. So why, why should we withdraw in that respect go by definition a life. The ability to otherwise you beagle and go what were doing an effective Christian permitting like a mentor wanted to get married legally on a document and what God is good and it's actually a criminal offense but thankfully we want the state.

Thankfully they give permission to get married and now are in a three-way contract or covenant between husband, wife, and the state that this is the opposite of that that the state is obligated to recognize the marriage that all you have to do is go through the ceremony and as long as the person is is ordained or or is is has the authority to do it which gives some protection in note. Oh, I just get some homeless gun screensaver pronounces married in us. There should be some authority or some accountability with but you be ordained.

You have a church for people and and and and ordained somebody and that and then a person can can marry me. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops, but the state is not obligated the state can't say well we don't like that church sure Jehovah's Witnesses. That's a call or not benefit from a denominational assisted automatic that you're not registered so that it isn't the state now subservient to whatever the church does and you don't need a justice of the peace because you have the authority to do it so one of the typically get it out like it was is no reason to to not do it.

It's practical.

It's not an American life.

In other words, is no reason not to, because I don't need the states recognition to set married but for practical purposes, because I live here no dislike of a Social Security number live here certain things so spell M a definition to what we have break little nest on the inside. Thanks for it's the line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown get into the line of fire now by calling 866-34-TRUTH here again is Dr. Michael Brown with Josh marriage and his his point. His his point is that we should not even get involved with civil marriage was secular marriage that we get married before God and that we just documented and if the courts question experience on a marriage license with civil we went to the name change anyway and in the wife did and here's documentation of the wedding and that's sufficient so Joshua just a larger question. Do you have an ideological view of of how the church really to government or are you libertarian in your thinking when you come down on what I'm sure and I think that believers should follow the conquered patient and the way in which the commission structure and being that one. The government have the right indicated that where freedom of religion. Basically, the authority of the Bible is where followers of Jesus come from in terms of how they proceeded honor the authority of the land, because the competition is the highest authority. The president of the subject.

Senators Gov. and so I'm all for obeying the laws and to what I and and how do you feel it would help believers to not get marriage licenses and so again you just talk about ceremony in a church you can documented in the church are whatever congregation are part of your your house group and that's that's the extent of it. What's the advantage in your eyes go. The question curricular intergovernmental and should we be covenant with the date and are in our marriage or an what the Bible law. Granted, it was interesting to note that I discovered that on Ohio's website that they say that marriage is a legal spiritual personal relationship and the spiritual element really stuck out to me because I thought well there's God is not mentioned anywhere in the current version lucked out completely in the atheist and agnostic getting married in Ohio, they don't even believe that there is a God of the where the spiritual element so as I look for further constant but the date is setting itself up as God and and parent to give permission to do something which God has already always felt good and holy and so being valid, but you current court has ruled that homosexual marriage like the government of their know what the definition truly is for marriage and so why Christians are we going to come into agreement with this unholy ungodly body of law where we can be set apart, which is the message I will be Genesis to Revelation and left left his homeland and in Revelation 1/3 come out from Babylon and be set apart and fill I just have a heart for marriage. There's something clearly wrong and I and our Christian community through divorce so I and fill in the an attachment of the light and Deuteronomy 7 where where covenant nations around an ex-president. Not to marry them in with them and write that's intermarry Ben-Ami let let's be honest here that's talking about Israelites intermarrying with Canaanites sometime at a government cannot imagine let's also be honest that we had marriage licenses quite a while before we had this divorce explosion so you got a look deeper than that. I can understand if you say hey you know the government doesn't give us a recognition of our baptism know it's not their role in marriages. It is a sacred ceremony and that we don't need to government recognition. I I understand that you get for me.

There is and I had on the air to talk about how to suffocate interesting, let's let's let's discuss it to me though. Look the fact that people can marry in all kinds of marriages that are sinful in God's sight.

That doesn't mean anything it.

In other words, so would be divorce seven times. No grounds for divorce marry again. They can do that under the state so we just further messed up marriage with our current redefinition of their display clip for you and not what will interact. Based on this. This goes back a few years since July 10, 2013 K USA with Ann Northrup and Andy hum. It's a LGBT new show they're speaking with James Essex, the director of the ACLU lesbian, Gay, bisexual, transgender and AIDS project. A clip number five.

These religious freedom arguments.

These religious exemption arguments are so powerful because they could completely eviscerate the noninformation understanding that we have morning past and states and we are trying to pass in for the federal government federal government level and other states as well and so these are not places where it makes sense for us to compromise as a community because it's gonna it's going to completely undermine the quality pencils that we need right so so Joshua, here's here's the question Jackie was there were say that if we have religious reasons protections right if if we have for example of that. The breakers do not have to bake a cake. They do not have to bake a cake for a gay couple anymore than they would have to bake a cake for atheists who want to say put on the cake. There is no God and of their free not to do that because religious beliefs, this we can completely eviscerate completely eviscerate all of the gay activist advances a currently argument be made that if Christians now just say okay we got nothing to do with civil marriage. You have nothing to do with marriage is intersects with the state that now it's a complete withdrawal rather being salt and light in the society. It's a complete withdrawal and complete capitulation.

That's obviously been a concern.

I can hear coming in from a different angle, which I respect, but when some say just pull out to me that were supposed to make a difference and bring positive influence and change as opposed to a society collapse on its own. So you get the last word in great great point.

Great question. I look at it differently or God called. In the world but not of it. We don't need to go and bake for permission to do something that isn't criminal, we can clearly get married and we can be salt and light by viewing following the Bible and its example because it you know, no need to be connected to the state of the belief is that our marriages will be driving that there is life in them because were going back towards the Bible were not going along with the world and being unequally yoked an effect on you what's going on yet. I thought I understand that and again from my perspective, I never once thought of bending to the world, bowing to the will to be yoked with the world. Just something being recognized that I appreciate the perspective of the book biblical marriage to Josh, thanks for coming on and discussing it and I will you do have me think about American history I'm definitely back in our history. Thanks so much around I want IT to hey friends, just a reminder just reminder to you my new book, the grace controversy will be out in less than three weeks. Answers to the 12 most common questions on grace including Scott was pleased with us the choice he is righteous can release her salvation, practical, edifying, eye-opening. You can preorder assigned number copy a signed number copy is $20 postage figure*ran SK dear Brown.it's the line of fire with your host activist, author, international speaker and theologian Dr. Michael Brown voice of more cultural and spiritual revolution get into the line of fire now by calling 66343 here again is Dr. Michael Brown thank you much for joining us today on the line of fire. In the first hour, the end of the first hour I got a fascinating phone call from a fellow on Long Island who asked me what I grace towards the gay and lesbian community, but asked some very aggressive questions asked about what about folks who call me spiritual predator and hurt him his bizarre stuff and misquoted the book that I wrote and sensibly believed all these things to say why deal with social issues, we should just give ourselves the great commission us will reach we reach out to everyone reach out to everyone with with love, compassion. We tell the truth to it to everyone and we stand against gay activism.

We need you both can walk and chew gum at the same time joint grip clip number six. I want you to hear this in response to caller Glenn from Long Island who said look, many gays and lesbians are offended with my positions were offended with what I say to look. I'm in the speak the truth that I'm gonna speak with grace. I can't help you being offended but I will not be personally offensive. I want you to hear from this caller named Chase manhood struggled with homosexuality want to hear what he has to say.

Clip number six.

I'm actually an extra individual and mentally great that you were able to put that faith forward.

Certainly that can be picked from the gay community are listening in and put that face where that you know we are not all angry hatemongers. I am grateful and I'm very appreciative for the work that you do the work that your putting forward as it really helping people like me to come and step out into the light and tell my story of what's been going on in my life and how God had been working miracle in me. So I'm grateful that you are able to do that simply yet.

And Chase was talked about a conversation I had with Prof. John Corvino. He is a philosophy professor I've interacted with them face-to-face or by phone.

Seems like a genuinely nice guy. He is out and proud as a gay leader. Often address these issues in writing and he and I had a very civil conversation about some of these very issues on the air. Afterwards, Chase called Essman to come out of homosexuality, to thank me for the civility and tone of of what I do and how I do it so look Jesus embodied grace and truth together and that's what we have to do. We don't forsake grace for the sake of truth. We don't forsake truth for the sake of grace, we bring grace and truth together as one. We are not offensive in what we say and do.

The truth may offend people, but we are not offensive in our tone in her demeanor and her attitude and then let the chips fall where they may. People are still going to hate you people is to revile you people. You say all kinds of things about you, but let it be that they say them about you falsely let it be that they say that about you falsely, because you are walking in love and concern look if you go to Dr. and the doctor said she down since I I'm really sorry to tell you this, we've discovered a very very serious condition really emergency surgery and would have to do our best to get you through this kiss is life-threatening.

You and I can be happy that he told you that but you know he doesn't hate you know he's motivated by love soap. I would think that MMI Chase, who wrestled with homosexuality is a better perspective on what I'm saying and how I'm saying it then showman Glenda just seemed to drink in with the critics of said without basis. Grace and truth together for powerful file line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown get into the minor fire now by calling 866-34-TRUTH dear again is Dr. Michael Brown looking to lawn a fiery well somebody sent me a note social media over the weekend.

Dr. Brown wanted to write an open letter to Bruce Springsteen because he said he's not going to come to North Carolina concert with Ben on Sundays I could do a concert in Greensboro and Motrin open letter to my thought, I don't know, he was upset with the bathroom privacy build with the governor signed into law and then I saw as Sunday think early afternoon I saw that one of his band members had guitarist had called the bill HB to an inner come on an evil virus and I thought, right. This will open letter just flowed very naturally assented out nor gets posted on a number of different places immediately heard back from an editor extremely said let's get this up now and within hours of writing it. It was taking off right now on the stream stream.org it's been shared last I looked 118,000 times with over 2300 comments.

I just today doing six radio interviews on this on the subject obviously hit a nerve and I'm with that the man that birthed the stream River James Robison. James thanks so much for joining us today on the line of fire Michael Brown and is purposely with you and you are simply a manifestation of what I believe God wants to inspire people to reach out with truth in love, ask serious questions raise things that need to be considered and even addressed properly. You did not rip somewhere in Gov. Huckabee and I were talking last night. He said matter-of-factly. Tarleton East, read what Michael wrote. He immediately texted by conservatives absent were the greatest articles I've ever read in my life is the wonderful points of wisdom buddy writers a set I just think it right and this is really what we want with the stream. There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God. Tributaries of wisdom, sharing inspiration and insight so essential in our day, when the darkness seems to be providing and you are a treasure, a marvelous gift to us as Americans and freedom lovers and people fight and Christians and I just want to thank you for bringing such a great inspiration to all of the sponsors are lost.

Thank you.

And it's an honor to be on the same team. Much appreciated and I suggest that oh so appropriate because the vision and purpose of the stream that this article has gone so viral and that the Jonathan one of the editors immediately said let's let's get this up, but can we still win the battle for common sense in America can't.

Can we still turn hearts and minds. It it seems really impossible without some kind of awakening are people still capable of thinking through issues but I don't think people really awakened endlessly here the kind of thinking that rather than intimidate or manipulate or dominate actually inspires and stimulates thinking and proper action. I believe that people can hear common sense rather than continual harassing and misrepresentation and distortion of the truth that the media seem so bad all in the polarized groups are so committed to. If you have the average American. Here, the current therapist Bernie Sanders crowded says I got problems and we need help problem of Bernie Sanders but help is offered has proven to title throughout all of human history and what he is offering you is sheer poverty guaranteed for everybody and in if they really want help. Let's try to offer to meet academic Bernie usually say I know you got problems, but let's offer those concerned people common sense answers amounts what the stream is seeking to get the beautiful thing about the strain, but I'm so pleased with is the people committed to sharing the strain are committed to what last part covers. They are not simply self-serving svelte speaking of people that have svelte facia ambition along buddy understand what it means to have legitimate self-interest without being driven by selfishness and self-centeredness so they have an interest for themselves and their family but they also want the best one out now that sounds like the father wants best of knows best amount would be our Creator, our God, whose image we are created.

So I think if you really let people hear the truth, delivered from people who really care about you can terribly care about murder, driven by greed greed is ugly.

It's easy to identify.

It is not something that people can cheer on and in yet.

It is the result oftentimes of the blessings freedom offer in which they then take advantage of the freedom and its blessings and they become consumed by their idolatrous practices that freedom actually makes possible because you can be. That's acceptable, let's don't condemn the fertile fields of opportunity and freedom's blessing because of foolish, stupid, self-centered, self-serving, self-indulgent, idolatrous people. Let's listen to a tree that might just bury it is important to keep us free, and let's experience the blessings of freedom and for heaven's sake. As America has done so effectively that share those blessings with others. That's the purpose of the spring that's the will of the father who truly knows best and that's what were going to spend the rest of our lives trying to share with others because we do not.

We don't just love itself to care about herself. We are lovers and when people somehow think that we are trying to impose our value system on them, work Institute, a theocracy is if we are you and point the evangelists near the President of the United States to take over Congress and everyone has to go to church on Sunday otherwise would be flogged in the public square.

Nominal, quite the contrary. What we're saying is you know God's ways are best you, you've written on it. I got a book I'm working on is as I was looking at your newest manuscript. I thought were in sync and you've written on this before with team with Jay Richards to basically say you know if will follow biblical principles in the world.

They work best if if we live by biblical principles of family and honor and the sanctity of life and every good work ethic and generosity and care for one's neighbor.

These actually have a life-giving effect for all of society and scholars have demonstrated that where biblical knowledge has spread in the society. It's it's like to much more humanitarian treatment of others. It's led to the building of hospitals caring for the poor, better education, because God's ways are ways of life and obviously on the stream which you have is folks who are specialists in economy specialists and moral issues and specials and politics and the nursing. Let's apply God's ways, to all of these different things in society and will see the wisdom of God. It's best for everybody where I actually have an article that is) course is the stream just above your event asked the question was Jesus, but maintenance person you are. Values are parallel about another high-rise big and a very caring, compassionate, courageous man with outstretched arms wanting everyone to be absolute only way of the straight and up and what took place. I think that it will be very moving to everyone if they'll go there in line. Everyone needs to read your article important, but you also need to ask the question when Jesus said I am the white beetroot life. Not one of the many ways but the way I am the truth that I am the life that no one comes to the father but by me was that of the incitement, if in fact he is the only way to life. Now, life abundant and life eternal. Read what I said read the comparison and every day of their that could happen have happened and just draw your own conclusions. I think you'll find that Jesus is probably as great an expression of love and of truth that you will ever consider in all of history and the fact is, he lives today yeah and leases in the way the truth and the life adjuster over the weekend I was writing in a and I looked at the Greek word so way, which many people know is the Greek word for for life and I I just looked at how many times it occurs in the Gospel of John release has eternal life on the resurrection and the life on the bread of life. The water of life, and on and on the way the truth and the life of these writs you may have life by believing in first John, which focuses on Jesus repeats life life life over again, so were saying God's ways are ways of life the way the world's way of death. God's ways are the ways of life. Hey, we've got one minute left your closing thoughts without religion is not the way you can create the Christian religion all the religions are just look at religion without the relationship, but Christ is inviting us to experience through a personal relationship with him is the mediator between God and man the way to the product and so we must make it very clear when I talk about the traditions of man big part of God or talk about a relationship that transforms our hearts and minds so that we know what real love is and we know what the expression of truth and love you and we know what it is to love the problem I am and really, there are a lot of people trapped in religion, even in churches who do not have the love of God, but did not have the relationship of God, both Catholic, Protestant evangelical all different areas.

We are in a relationship of God. We do not have a life, but Christ was talking about all and gave his life to make possible, yet John 73. This is eternal life, that they may know you got Jesus the Messiah said James, thank you for your words of life stream.org. Read James Robison's article but Jesus was mean my open letter to Bruce Springsteen. Thanks again for joining us for plan by the Expo line of fire with your host Dr. Michael Brown of your voice and more cultural and spiritual revolution. Here again is Dr. Michael Brown that six York, Pennsylvania. I think that making it my sexuality has scared me and I in actuality, right. Like client. I think the people that are coming against you.that should ever need it. I wanted that I might want to believe the way I have gotten on that now.

It went that the way to get something better whenever I'm thrilled to hear from you and yes I do recognize you from Facebook and I did read the comments I spotted them and they were very, very kind, gracious words, but above all, I was thrilled to hear about what's happening in your life.

I looked at the rate because of a treatment I was getting, so you are you receive hate from people you claim to be Christians and you know that the longer it might not be look on her face, and thank you and the other left like lightning, crying myself, my entire body and tablet. I didn't try to get my copy for my I know I went in and the reason he was suicidal.

She felt rejected by God, or there's something fundamentally that disqualified something inherently wrong inside of you is what was it that drove the suicidal thoughts. I like I went not have a hard time really felt like to help me want to kill myself and I wanted to understand why you think that way and then Healthpoint] trash know that I want to kill myself and I get like elegant market so painfully. Because kids grow up in church and they have this feeling that if I have these desires. If I am attracted to the same sex, rather the opposite sex.

Then somehow either God made me like this because he hates me. I'm predestined to this on just flawed and has no place for me, as opposed to saying every human being is broken one another every human being has some wrong desire or some wrong attraction, some wrong attitude were fundamentally broken. That's what we will be the Savior. Didn't Jesus didn't just try for some people the bad people, but not for the good night he died for everybody because everybody is fundamentally flawed and broken and needs a Savior. So Amber when when you first ran into Ahsan on Facebook and you know we get hundreds of thousands of comments and I don't I don't see everything.
