Only one of the three got their asses swept in their own yard by a divisional rival who has less than a third of their payroll, which is why my guy Big Poppy was thrilled to remind us all again last night: Duh, Yankees lose. Duh, Yankees lose. Hilarious.
So funny. Yankees lose. Same with him drinking on air. Duh! Yankees lose.
Now, tequila shots because Duh! Yankees lose. Now, I definitely do not think that Poppy was trying to show any disrespect to the late great John Sterling. Poppy was simply showing his disrespect towards the late great Yankees. I know everybody loves to see the Yankees go down every single year.
Yankee Elimination Day is practically a national holiday unto itself for a lot of people.
However, at this point, it's almost starting to feel like mean, almost like pathetic, like we're all punching down because the Yankees do not exactly feel like a threat to win anything anymore. I mean, it has been 17 years since they last won a World Series. They only made it to two of the last 23 World Series, which is their fewest appearances in any 23-year stretch in Yankees history. And nothing really looks like it's going to change anytime soon, right? If it's any consolation, Yankee fan, at least it's not news that the Rays are a better team.
At least you lost to the better team. They were better all year long, and we all know the Yankees were never going to win anything without Aaron Judge. Not that they've ever won anything with Aaron Judge, but they clearly have way more problems than just that old guy's durability. Although that is a major problem, another major problem, Yankee fan. Yes, you.
Looking at you, Yankee fan. You're a problem, a big problem. Yankee fan inserting themselves again. How does this keep happening?
Somehow, Yankee fan does not understand that spectators are there to spectate and not participate. Hey, Yankee fan. You know when you know you're messed up. You know how you know you're messed up when you need a police escort out of your own yard. Hey, Yankee fan, let me remind you yet again: you are not a part of the game.
You are not on the team, and you cannot reach out onto the field of play. I know you got away with it back in 1996 before we had technology, and that's exactly why it was so awesome to finally see justice for the Jeffrey Mare incident last night. There's that. That was back in '96, Tarasco. If you're watching on the stream, that was back in '96 when the captain got away with it.
Jeets, hard to believe that it's been 30 years since all that nonsense. If you're listening, we are showing Jeffrey Mare bailing out Jeets in Game One of the 1996 ALCS. I bet those kooks last night thought they were doing the same thing. I bet they thought they would get away with it and be deified and become heroes and get all this credit.
Well, kooks, I got something for you: a hammer. Because this time the ump show actually got it right. Check this out. ABS challenge system. High fly ball, left field.
Over is Mason, carrying back to the wall. It is up. It is out. Just tell you this. No, it's not.
Because that ball. There are two outs. The ball is in the air forever. If I'm an umpire right here, I'm going double and an RBI. Exactly.
After review, we have spectator interference. And of course, you have spectator interference. It involves the Yankee fans. We have one run score, and the batter runner is placed at second base. Way to go, Ump Show.
I can give you credit when you actually deserve it, and you nail it, and you nailed that call. And no Yankees, no Yankee fan, you didn't get anything taken away from you. You were not robbed. That ball was never making it over the fence, and that game should have never been tied. Don't act like we had a home run taken away from us, or one of our own idiots stole that home run for us from us.
That was not a home run. That was not going over the wall. If you see all the angles, and Major League Baseball is definitive about this, that was not going over the wall. Of course, that did not stop these kooky fans from celebrating like they did something.
Well, they did do something, just nothing good. Signed the officers who escorted their asses off the premises. You would think that Yankee fan would have learned. After they try to tear off Mookie's arm, and that that backfired on them. Are you watching the stream?
Right there. Look at this dude. Not only do I want the ball, I want this dude's arm, and then I'll take the other dude's arm too. Look at these idiots. Man, leave the Dodger player alone.
Stop mugging the opposition. It's one thing to mug them in the streets of New York. It's quite another to mug them at the stadium, in the field of play. Why is Yankee Stadium the only ballpark where this is a thing? Why is Yankee fan the only fan that thinks that they're a part of the team?
Granted, maybe Yankee fan is just sick and tired of losing, and desperate to help out the guys on the field who obviously need some help. Maybe Yankee fan thinks they're better than the guys on the field. Because, in fairness to Yankee fan, that fan interference is not why they lost. That's not why they lost. The Yankees have much bigger problems than their out of control fans.
Like, for instance, their kooky players. Looking at you. Jazz Chisholm, who tried to spin some of the blame on the same fans, and became the latest athlete to ask confused why the fans were booing them and not picking them up. Hurt? What?
When you hear that, does it hurt to get booed? I mean, it doesn't hurt. It's just confusing because it's the playoffs and we're trying to win games.
So you're booing a guy that's playing currently, trying to help the team win. And you're hearing booze instead of trying to hype guys up. You know, I mean. But at the end of the day, like I said, it didn't hurt me because, like I said, I've seen Aaron Judge get booed here too.
So, who am I? That's a three-time MVP. Dude, the only thing confusing is how confused you are by this. That's confusing. Yet another dude who does not get it.
I mean, easy Tucker Craft, easy Bennett Souza, easy Christian Walker, Bennett.
Somehow.
Somehow, this one though to me is the worst one yet because there's absolutely nothing confusing about why Yankee fan is booing or what Yankee fan is booing. Nobody outside the Yankee clubhouse is confused about what those boos are all about. Yankee fan booed a crappy team that got swept by a divisional rival with less than a third of their payroll on their home field. It was embarrassing. It was humiliating.
That's why they were booing. Yankee fan booed a team that has not delivered a commissioner's piece of metal in seventeen years, and Yankee fan can remember a time when the standard was the standard in the Bronx, and the standard was championships. That's why they're booing.
Now it's pretty hard to figure out what the standard actually is with the Yankees. There doesn't really seem to be a standard anymore, especially if you're going to run it all back. Especially if you're going to run it back with Brian Cashman, who I think has been there longer than I've been alive, and Aaron Boone again, which seems to be exactly what's going to happen.
Now, in fairness to Cashman. And Boone, the Yankees did have the second-best record in the American League this year. Not that the American League was any kind of juggernaut or anything, but they did have the second-best record, and they had that second-best record despite the fact that they were banged up and Aaron Judge only played sixty-six games.
So it was not Cashman and Boone's worst performance ever, but the ultimate result is still the same. And it begs the question that I didn't make this up, but I like it and I use it. If nothing changes, nothing changes. If nothing changes, how is anything ever going to change? The only thing changing is that Aaron Judge and Gerrit Cole are getting a year older, which makes it feel like the Yankee window is getting closer to slamming shut.
If it was even ever open in the first place.
Now I do feel for Yankee fan though, because I know it's hard to know that there are no more games left to try to insert yourself into. No more chances left to boo your crappy, overpriced team. And if you think I've been a little harsh in this open, just be happy that I did not open by going Dodger Jim on all of your asses instead. Because believe me, I could have done that. Believe me, I was tempted to roll in here and shove my vanity plate in your face and show off my car flags and blast Randy Newman.
And Timmy Trumpet for the entire first hour. Love this song. Maybe I should have. Maybe I still could. You think that sucks?
Wait until I rip your beef segment. Wait till I rip the beef segment from you in order to turn it into a Dodger Jim segment. Then you'll really have a beef. Except nobody will hear it. Because it'll be my segment with Timmy Trumpet underneath the entire hour, and then the monkeys will be calling up my bosses at Westwood One.
Well, my partners at Westwood One going, "Hey man, what's wrong, Rome?
Something wrong with Jim? He's been playing Timmy Trumpet all hour underneath his show, getting a little out of hand." Get that monkey off my screen, Lauren.
Well, actually, Lauren, do what you want. You can. You should. I love this song. You know, I am.
How about that cockfighting arsonist, dude? He's looking dangerous now. That cockfighting arsonist is dialing it up, locking in. Look out! Hey, and don't worry, Brewer fan.
I am dangerous. I am Wisco Jim.
So who who does Dodger Jim root for in a Dodger Jim v Wisco Jim NLCS, a rematch of last year? We'll get into all that. One eight hundred six three six. You know that telephone number by now. Hit me up.
So we can go on the phones. We can go on social. I have other topics as well, not just that. In addition to what we saw last night, the elimination games. Of course, I'm going to talk about the Dodgers.
You know, I will. Just be. Look, you're welcome. You're welcome that I did not lead with Dodger Jim. I could have.
I should have. But if you think you're welcome that I'm that I'm not getting into that again. You're sadly mistaken. I'll get there. Also, I want to talk about the situation with the Denver Broncos and the fact that Sean Payton is taking over the play calling from Davis Webb.
Or, or he was already involved. He's going to be a little bit more involved, and maybe he'll be in his headset once in a while. And if you've seen the reports, there is not enough Thousand Island. Blue cheese vinaigrette, Roakford, every dressing in the history of the world combined to cover up the word salad that they've thrown out there for what's going on with the Denver offense and Sean Payton and Davis Webb, and then you got Tameko Ryan's is going to take over the play calling of the defense of the Texans.
So I do want to talk some NFL, and we have a Thursday night matchup tonight. That looks like ass on paper, and when everybody's going one way, then it feels like a trap. And James Kelly and I will get into that, and we'll talk other games. And it's a big college weekend too, so we got a good show, a really nice show. When we come back, I'll get some of your reactions.
So let's get that first break in. Get on the phones. I'd love to roll some telephone calls before the beef segment because we may not have one. It may be the Dodger Jim segment. NordVPN now comes with a next-gen antivirus.

Everybody pointed out the obvious Harbaugh connection, and everybody, as it turns out, was right because nine is officially now a New York Giant. You know, you talk about selling low. Even the Niners got a fourth for Trey Lance. He's out of the building. We will take that fifth pick, and we will surely turn it into something more valuable than nine ever was to this organization.
The Jim Rome Show podcast. Following list. On your favorite platform. All right, your reaction momentarily, but first, I want to remind you about one of my favorite businesses. We use it; we'd be lost without it.
I'm talking about Gusto. Every small business dreams of scoring a touchdown. And for me, that touchdown was finding Gusto, the online payroll and benefit software built for small businesses. We use it; we would be lost without it because Gusto is all-in-one, remote-friendly, and has every single play covered. You can pay, hire, onboard, and support your team from anywhere with unlimited payrolls and no surprise fees.
And we do that. For this show, for our employees, we do all those things through Gusto. Go to Gusto. dot com today. See why over five hundred thousand small businesses call Gusto their MVP.
That's G U S T O. dot com. G U S T O. dot com. Gusto.
dot com. All right, let me check your reaction. Always curious to see what you have to say. UCLA Dodger dog on chat. Go, yo, chat.
My bad.
Sorry for not saying good afternoon, yo. What up, chat? How we living? We wish our fans would be like Yankee fans. Signed Manny Machado.
Another gut wrenching defeat for the Padres. Man, you talk about a kick in the stick again, again. Kick in the stick, Padres. Jim, man, you had your ops. You've had opportunities.
The last couple of years, you just cannot quite get over the hump. Half face is in. Name the kitty, Timmy Trumpet. Bella, go to the post. The cat has a name.
I name the cat. Go to the IG post. Check it out. Christopher Cook. Padres in Petco Park, Clippers and Chargers, brand new stadium.
Doesn't matter. They will always suck because the fans suck, and all wish they were the Dodgers, the Lakers, the Raiders, the Rams. Hey, Chris, my man. If one of the only rules of this show is saying something sucks is not a take, then you can't say that everything sucks. There's no take in that.
Come on! I'm looking. I'm looking for some good reaction here. Rome say it ain't so. In the blink of an eye, it's over.
Long hits end up inches away from being wins. Brutal. At least with decades of experience as a Charger fan, I'm accustomed to watching, waiting, commiserating with devastating results. It's still going to be a long winter, though, especially with the Bolts exiting the playoff hunt before the pods. Turn the lights off, go Brewers.
Signed Jeff and PB. It's a game of inches, dude. It is a game of inches. Man, like Manny, Manny knew that ball was gone. Manny knew that ball was gone.
Petco knew that ball was gone. Except it wasn't gone. Yeah, that was tough. That, yeah. But I mean, the whole thing when you look at that series, and let's not make any excuses.
All right, they had their opportunities. In terms of, like, don't, don't, Padre fan, don't go to.
Well, we got jammed. The roof was closed. It hit off the roof. It goes both ways. Both teams play by the same set of rules.
And yes, I understand that at no point in that series did either team lead by more than two runs. It was a really tough series, a really hard fought series. And yes, I know you had. Case you missed it, this is it. This is on the stream last night.
This is to tie the game.
So Manny can't believe it. Manny thought that he got either all of it or enough of it. He's admiring his work. He's in no hurry to get up the line. He clearly thought it was gone.
I think a lot of us thought that was gone. That would have tied the game at three. And instead, that was just a long out and brought back. And instead of tying the game with one of the biggest bombs in recent memory, they finished the game going over twenty-one.
So another reason why no excuses. The better team won. The best team in the National League, no, the best team in all baseball in the regular season won. Great series. Fortunately, unless you're a Padres fan, but they've had their chances.
They had the Dodgers beat two years ago. Have a look at it last year. Before getting run out, they need their key guys to step up in key situations, and they haven't the last couple of years. And they certainly didn't at the end of this series, going 0 for 21. That's not getting it done.
Dear Jim, when you have to spend two thousand dollars for crappy seats, plus an additional two hundred or four hundred twenty-five bucks for two beers, one hot dog, and one pretzel, we have the right to get involved in the game. Signed, bitter Yankee fans.
Okay, you have the right to get involved in the game, I guess. You don't have the right to try to rip Mookie's arms off. I'll tell you what that gives you: two thousand bucks for crappy seats, an additional four twenty-five for a couple of beers and a dog and a pretzel. You know what that gives you? The right to do boo, get boo as much as you want.
You can boo whoever you want. Why athletes all of a sudden do not understand this? I don't know. But we've had like four different cases of guys in the last couple of weeks say, you know, it's really not helping us. It's really not helping us that our own fans are booing us.
We're out here busting our ass in really important games, and you're booing us, and we don't know why that is. You don't know why that is. Jazz Chisholm does not know why that is. He's like, no, it doesn't hurt. I just don't get it.
I mean, we're out here trying to win. Don't you want us to win? Why are you not picking us up? They're booing because you haven't done jack. They're booing because you got swept.
By a team in your division with one third your payroll, and it's humiliating. They're booing because they're really unsatisfied. They're booing because they owned you all year. They're booing because you underachieved. They're booing because the Yankee standard is no longer the standard.
They're booing because the expectation used to be we're in it to win it. We're here to win championships. We're the freaking Yankees, a global brand. Yet we're getting turned inside out by a better-run organization, the Rays, a better team, the Rays. That's why they're booing.
I'm not saying that I understand everything. But what I really don't understand is when pro athletes all of a sudden got so butthurt and sensitive about being booed. They're allowed to boo, all right.
So if you want to draw the line at, hey, can you not jump in my mentions and threaten my life or threaten my family members because you lost a bet or you really love us and we lost? Great, you're right. They shouldn't do that. But they are still allowed to come to the yard, or the stadium, or the arena and boo you if you're not playing well, or boo you if they're questioning your effort, or boo you if you're not executing.
Now we're not allowed to boo. What are we allowed to do as fans? Only cheer. We're here to pick you up. No, you're here to do a job, man.
Do your job, or they're gonna boo. And and pro athlete, don't go old school on me and say, "Hey, hey, man, how would you like it if we came to your office and booed your work?" Every fan I know would say, "Well, given that I hate my job, if I got your salary, you could come to my office and boo me all you want, and I wouldn't give a damn." Boomie at the copier. Boomie in the break room. Boomie when I don't get that sale. Homie not allowed to boom anymore.
Looking for reaction. There she is. And so when I say there she is, who do you think I'm talking about? There she is, Romy. Hey Yankees fan.
I got three magical words for you. The Yankees lose. The Yankees lose. The Yankees lose. Go home to your mother.
Have her make you a meatball sub and cry about it. You whiny, crybaby bitches. There she is. Who do you think sent that? Let me read that in its entirety without stopping, Romy.
Hey, Yankees fan! I got three magical words for you: the Yankees lose. Go home to your mother, have her make you a meatball sub, and cry about it. You whiny, crybaby bitches! It's only one lady clone that could write that.
That's Amber. Yo, Amber, what's up? Amber in Portland. And one more on topic I'll get to later on at 11. Hondo Rome, Bronco fan, Sean Payton thought he hired a killer elite.
He thought he was hiring David Webb. Instead, he got Davis Webb. Nothing Jason Bourne about Davis Webb, bro. You are so proud of that. Jason Bourne, you shouldn't be.
You are so proud of that. But you shouldn't be. Hondo drives that team. It's Sodak, Augie, dear Jim, that Padres fan in center field just did not want that winning enough. He should have ripped off that Brewer outfielder's arms.
Son, Yankee fan, man, big pop, he's celebrating on there. Just cracked me up. He's a funny dude. Drinking tequila on air. Jeets also looked like he was having a good time.
Jeets and a hole or a rod. Dang, is a rod really a Yankee? Jeets is. All right, so there are some thoughts for you. I've gotten you started.
But you get up in here one eight hundred six three six eight six eight six. I don't want to get into it just yet, but you know how you know the Dodgers are not ruining baseball. Haters, look who's left. Look at the smaller market teams that are still in this thing, and still have a really good look at this thing.
So how can you blame it all on the big market, big spending Dodgers? When you got some extremely well-run organizations that are not spending that kind of money, hey, we better lock them out. Better lock them out. The lowest payroll teams cannot compete. Really, tell the Rays that.
Really, tell the Brewers that. Even tell the White Sox that. All right, stay tuned. We're coming right back. Top of the hour, the big head, James Kelly, and I will do our Fanduel segment.
David Braun, head football coach at Northwestern, at one forty. The beef segment at the top of our number three. Stay tuned. You're listening to the Jim Rome Show. Jim Rome takes on sports.
Following. Listen on your favorite platform. Let's tell you what I'm gonna play the hot hand. We've had a lot of good phone calls the last couple of weeks.
Let's keep them coming. One eight hundred six three six eight six eight six. We go to Mike in the Bay, right to the front of the line. What's going on with you, Mike? Romy, I'm loving that new bump for Incogni, where you say something to the effect of.
Can you hear my phones right now, clones? You can't, 'cause it's silence. Because I can't help a thing, Jim. That's what's happening today in Padres fan land. Hey, Padres fan, it's that magical time of year where you dorks swing in here to talk junk, all full of irrational confidence.
With a, this is our year, Jim. Not the year you finally win the series. No, no, just the year you get over the Dodgers, because we will forever. Be the bar for you losers.
Well, here the bleep we are again. The pods are out, and all the talk of the dyers struggling is bogus, Jimmy. The greatest city in America once again has nothing left to do but get more sunburnt and drink more bad beer. I'm so proud of these quote unquote dinosaurs, as the Dodgers were glossed by pod owner Jose Luciano.
Well, memo to Jose, but tell me how Dinosaur Earth. Pace, hey Jose, wake us when you get past the inner mural series, brother. And has there ever been an athlete that has received less run in the jungle than Kike Hernandez, or as he was glossed in an MLB highlight video the other day, Enrique Hernandez? Has there ever been an athlete, Jim, who got the full government, and that it's been an insult to his aura instead of a compliment? His game is impetuous, and his sex appeal is so off the.
Even Alvy is filled with a jealous rage.
So wore the dinosaurs wore Max Muncie's hair plugs. I'm out, Jim. Eight more. Nice job, Mike Rackham. Rackham.
I would say that that's the signal of the start of the Smackoff season, but it's not. But it's a great call, though. It's a really good call. Believe me, I'm going to get to the dinosaur reference a little bit later on. Yeah, I understand.
You buy the team. You want to get everybody fired up. You want to tell the fans what you think they want to hear. You want to ingratiate yourselves, man. You can't be coming for the champ if you're going to come at the champ like that.
You best not miss, and they missed. And and and I'm not anti-Padre at all. You know this. I love Padre fan. I want good things for them.
However, if you're going to come for the Dodgers and call them dinosaurs. The hell you even talking about, man? Keep their name out your mouth, especially when you go 0 for 21 to end your series, and you're back home. That's not gonna work. That's not gonna play.
Bad, bad look, bad optics. What? Great call though. Great call. I love the way he worked in incogni too.
That was smart. He's like that line you use. What does that sound? That's the sound of. Silence.
That's the sound of Padre fan. I don't know. Maybe you win one World Series before you come for a team that's won the last two, that is on the verge, or at least has the opportunity to become the first National League team ever to win three in a row. Maybe you win the first in the history of your franchise before you talk junk about the team that has won the last two. That's right up the road from you.
Yeah, I get it. You're a new owner. You're caught up. You're hyped up. You're giving the people what they want.
Yeah, but you have to deliver on that. Dinosaurs, man, that is weak. Let's go to Tampa in market on topic. Jimmy in Tampa, good to have you, Jimmy. How you doing?
Hey, Jim. Thanks for the line. I appreciate you. Appreciate you, dude. What's going on?
Well, I'm here in Tampa, loving the Rays' story. One last night, didn't get much sleep last night. I do want to say I want to say thank you for giving us 17 minutes of your time to give us props for the lowest team in MLB payroll history. I do want to say the Yankees fans doing what Yankees fans do, discussing, throwing things out on the field, almost hit our left fielder. No, no, just class, class, class.
Last list at all. The Yankees are not on top of that hill anymore. I'm not saying the Rays are going to be on that hill. What I am saying are the Rays are an up and coming team. And if you want to see a good team play, come and watch our Rays, Jim.
I'm out. Thanks for the line. No doubt, dude.
Well, I mean, I said it. You're a better team. You're the better team all year long. You're obviously the more efficiently run organization. I'm going to argue a better run organization.
You're doing a hell of a lot more with a hell of a lot less than the Yankees. This is why I push back so hard on Hey Dodger Jim, your team is ruined baseball. Hey Dodger Jim, you're the reason there will be no baseball. Hey Dodger Jim, the Dodgers are a reason that there's going to be a lockout. No, it's not.
That's not the reason. That's not the reason. There is going to be a lockout because the owners want a cap. There is going to be a lockout because the owners want to control costs. It's not on the Dodgers.
What? It's not the Mets' fault. They're spending like the Dodgers. They just are not good. It's not the Yankees' fault.
They're spending. They're just not good enough. You can win without throwing money, and I'm not saying that the money doesn't help. The money obviously helps, but the Dodgers are not winning only because of the money. It's a really lazy take.
It's a really lazy take. You're just hating. I'm not here to honk. You're here to hate. I'm not here to home.
You're here to hate. Look who's still involved. You can't just say it's the money. Look who's still involved. Milwaukee's in it virtually every single year.
Milwaukee's made the postseason eight of the last nine years.
Well-run organization. The Rays are an extremely well-run organization. It's not just the money. I mean, just just dig a little deeper. Think a little deeper.
Give me a little more than, hey man. It's all the Dodgers' fault. They're the worst thing ever for baseball. Like I said, I've upgraded hate as the new dopamine to hate as the new oxygen. Man, it's got to take a lot of energy.
Actually, no energy at all. Like I said, it's lazy. It's really lazy. The Dodgers are an extremely well-run organization, top to bottom. Look at their management.
Look at the GMs. Look at the way they scout. Look at the way they research and develop. Look at their player development. Look at the players themselves.
Look at their management. Man, I love that matchup, Dodgers v. Brewers. Who you got this time? The Brewers are a different team this time.
They are, but look at those Dodger arms. Let's go to Stephen Nocow. Just rolling telephone calls. Yo, Steve, what's happening, partner? Romeo's had a partner.
What's going on, dude? How you doing? I agree with everything you just said. You know, and I'm from NoCal. Not a Dodger fan, but you got to give them props.
They are looking like the best team in baseball, and they're playing great baseball. Especially, it's not even fair with that pitching staff. Really, to be honest, nobody's laying down for the Dodgers. They're all giving them a fight. Toronto gave them a fight.
The Dodgers just made things happen when they needed to, and you got to give them credit for that.
So props to the Dodgers. They look like you know they got a good shot at doing the threepeat. I hope they don't. I hope there's somebody that can beat them.
Now, Yankee fan, Yankee fan. I know there's somebody in Fall River that's upset because if you wanted your team to win, you should have pushed the other AA holes out of the way and let that ball fall for a home run. On top of that, you're a spaz because it hit you in the wrist and you still dropped it.
So you got nothing to blame but yourself. And then we move on to Padre fan. You jinxed that team with that stupid song made up a couple of years ago about Browns going down. I mean that is the lamest thing ever. I think you doomed them forever.
So.
Somebody beat the Dodgers, please, so we don't have to listen to Matt in LA. I'm out, Jim. Rock him. See that I'll take. That I'll accept.
That was great. If that's your hate, then that's perfect because he acknowledged that they are a really good team. He acknowledged that they're really tough to beat. He acknowledged that they're at their best when it matters most. He acknowledged that in the high leverage situations, the Dodgers execute really consistently.
However, he acknowledged that and said, "But I hate them. But I hate them. And please, somebody beat their ass. Please, somebody knock them the hell out. Please, somebody beat them because I'm in Frisco and I don't want to hear from Matt in L.A.
Somebody handle this. Milwaukee might." The Brewers might. The one thing that was enormous about last night's game, again, the Brewers were able to get out of San Diego, not have to go to a fifth game, and have to go to the Miz.
So they'll have the Miz. In fact, they'll have their big two. They they could have had to have used both their aces to win the big five with all hands on deck, but they won't. They'll get three days' rest, and they've got that thing lined up, and they'll have their two big arms. Of course, and again, Miz only went four innings.
They're going to need more than that from him. But then again, they'll have their big two, and then the Dodgers will have like their big eight. The Dodge, the Dodgers are for anything if nothing, just arms, man, and they're going to shove it. When we come back, the big head, James Kelly, and I—we're talking ball. Our Fanduel segment—that's next.
