My motor's knocking hard tonight. Guess that surface inch in life was right. Oh my dad's bro. I stopped to check under the hood. But all I see is bad and nothing good.

I think I blow it up. Welcome to the Christian Cargai Radio Show. say this calls for action and now nip it in the bud. Nip it. In the bud.

You got to nip it in the bud. Please oh, please let that texy colour be open. Dear, dear God, I'm praying and hoping because I gotta. Little problem under my hood. I'm shaking to the rhythm, but it doesn't feel so good.

That idiot light is burning tonight Sometimes I can't do much of anything Yeah.

Sometimes It's the only thing that keeps me excited. Always been tempted. To your idiot. Yeah lights. Yeah.

I do love that, Bob. I just do. God's Today Show on a Christian Car Guy Show, as you might imagine, is God's warning lights. The difference between guilt. And shame.

And so have you ever wondered? Have you ever wondered that? Even bigger perhaps. What about these warning lights flashing in my soul, right? And what what should the little character be on the warning light on your soul.

Like, should sh should Shame's warning light have little hands over his face 'cause he's trying to hide? Yeah. in guilt, you know, is he is he on fire? You know, what does that look like exactly?

So today's show, warning light testimonies. When did your oil pressure light come on and you kept driving or your temperature alternator light Or your battery light, any of those. Those are all red lights, by the way. And I've talked about this on the show for years and years. But let me reiterate.

If you got a red light on your dash, it's red for a reason. If you have a yellow light on your dash, it's yellow for a reason. Red means stop, pull over. You got big problems.

Okay. Yellow lights mean caution. You need to make you need to pay attention to this, but you don't have to pull over to the side of the road and stop. You can Make an appointment to get that yellow light looked at because yellow lights lead to red lights, okay? And so you got.

You know, all these things that It would indicate that you need to check under the hood, right? Guilt and shame both have their own particular way you feel. But what I would love to hear today, actually, because this is a car show, and Um this is significant to the story. That And I'll just share one, okay? I'm talking about real testimonies of where you drove with a light on, whether that was a check engine light, a yellow light, or a red light.

You know, you just tell the story of what happened for you.

So I'll share one to get off with. We got Bob here, my good friend. It's so good to have you here, Bob. It's great to be here today, brother. Pretty excited about What you got coming at me today?

Me too. I've got a lot of experience with lights flashing in my life and. In my vehicles, in the past. I drove some sketchy stuff in my day.

So you may be saying, Robbie, you mean to tell me you never drove a light on?

Well. I may be the Christian car guy. Yeah. But You know, about two or three years ago when my mother-in-law passed away, she had a car that had literally been sitting in our driveway 'cause she couldn't drive it and she wouldn't give anybody else the key to even look at it. And so Um it sat there.

Without anybody opening it, that was a Awesome. Uh cries Sir Sebring. And it needed a battery when we finally opened it up and I had to do some cleanup, but I was we were gonna give it to my brother in law in Montana, and Tammy and I decided it'd be a fun adventure to take this car that had been sitting there still for Over three years and was already, you know, 15 years old or whatever it was, drive it to Montana. You know, that's an adventure. we put a new battery in it, we climb in the car and we head towards Montana, and we're going to stop at my brother's house, which is outside of Nashville, Tennessee.

And so right as we're pulling into Nashville, and it's about seven o'clock at night, so the traffic's not terrible, but it's not great. And all of a sudden There it is. the alternator line. Had it been a oil pressure light, Or had it been the A temperature light, I'd have pulled right over 'cause I understand, man, that's impending doom. Like, you do not drive a car with either if oil pressure light comes on or a temperature light, you'll you'll blow I can't tell you the cars we've had to put an engine in at Jesus Labor Love because some Usually a young lady or widow drove their car with one of those lights on.

And they're called idiot lights for a reason because Robbie's an idiot in this particular case. But nonetheless. Yeah. There goes his light. My brother lives about sixty minutes from Nashville.

North. on a very windy road. That's one lane, and in some points it's so narrow it doesn't even have. Uh um an apron, right? It's it's like there's nothing between the edge of the cliff and the and this road.

And so the alternator lights on and I'm fully aware, being the Christian car guy, of what that means, that the alternator is not charging. And so at this point in time, you're running off the battery And At whatever point in time the battery dies, the car dies. And so that light's red that lets you know that y you have impending danger, especially at night or especially if it's really hot and you're running the air conditioner, you won't last long, okay? And so. Mm-hmm.

And the car's just going to stop when it runs out of electricity. It just has to. And Bob's smiling because you been there, doesn't it? Right, you're getting the picture. And so, man.

You know, as soon as that light comes on, I'm like, man, if I can just get to my brothers, you know. He's got tools. I can fix this thing. You know, so I j I just man, I just gotta try it 'cause I know that There's a chance. And it was dark.

Dark as he could be. As lights start to dim. They started to flicker. And the further we went, of course, the dimmer the lights got and the slower the car would go. You know, and I got people behind me, and we can barely see, and we're trying, these people are passing me, and you know.

It's just a crazy story, one of those things. And if it's bringing up a story in your mind, this is the time for you to call us at 866-348-7884-866-348-7444. And so I think that's a good idea. Um To make it even more interesting, you know, about three miles from my m brother's house, it goes to dirt roads. And uh You know, even more windy and more dangerous at night.

I mean, because you can't see, and they are, you know, this is in the mountains above Nashville. I mean, you can go really good time to have headlights function. I go, oh man, I'll tell you what. And we just barely have a glimmer. You know, unfortunately, I remember the road pretty well.

And I, and if I I still don't believe it, Bob. The car actually died about Mm-mm. I that's That's I call that success. Mm-hmm. But I thought Tammy was going to kill me.

Like that, you know, you know better. You know what I'm saying? Like, you know better, but it doesn't change the fact that it just really is no time to call a tow truck. You didn't have many options, brother. But we ended up with a car in Montana.

I did fix it the next morning with my brother. We had the best time. And it's a great memory when I think about it. You know, that that You know, sometimes it takes a test to have a testimony. And so I would love to hear your story.

When did you drive with that red light? Or maybe it was just a check engine light, or maybe, like me, you drove in this morning with your check engine light on. Yeah. Because I'm actually borrowing my mechanics truck, which, you know, he says, don't worry about that light. It's on, you know, I've been driving it for.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And it's yellow, I get it. But how about you, 866-348?

7884-866-348-7884.

So, Bob, having been in the junkyard business. Sure. How many years were you in it? Twenty years. For over twenty years.

How many of those cars are there because somebody drove with a light on? Uh I can't give you an actual percentage of so many times. you know, they trusted or They hope they cross their yeah, cross their fingers and uh But So many of the bad engines were there because the oil hadn't been changed or been run without oil. It's just. It's a very high percentage.

Honestly, the the ones that we see more than the oil? is a temperature. Mm. Because Honestly, I also think that they don't make radiators like they used to. and they don't hold up as long.

And with as much aluminum as that they use in a lot of the components, you end up with this electrolysis. Between aluminum and iron, there's an issue. And it creates electrolysis, which obviously begins to oxidize different parts of the insides of the radiator and when that radiator you know, begins to do that, it it leaks in various different ways. Um Once it begins to do that, if you don't, you know, people, a lot of people check their oil when they go to the gas station, or they check their fluid, their fluid in the radiator.

Well, a lot don't. Or they're not paying attention necessarily to that whole system, and that system is supposed to be. You know, cleansed every two or three years, you're supposed to flush your radiator. And as a result, that can cause all sorts of problems. Those problems are in your soul too.

Every once in a while you gotta have a flush. or you gotta change the oil. We'll get to all that when we come back 866-348-7884. We'd love to hear your story. You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com.

I say this calls for action and now nip it in the bud. Nip it. In the bud. You got to nip it in the bud. Guess that surface inches light was right.

Oh my dad's bro. Always pay attention. See ya, idiot. God's warning lights today on the Christian Car Guys show. We're talking about that in both cars and people.

So what is the difference between guilt and shame? They got different lights that go off in your soul. I don't know if you knew that. I didn't really completely understand it this week. Yeah.

I got to see it in so many different ways. And, you know, God is always teaching us stuff. And so I thought as He taught me this, I would share some of it. And I'm hoping in the meantime that if you think of a great story, like when you're you're running with a check engine light on or where you were waiting for that text go to be open, whatever it was, maybe it was even a low gas light. Mm-hmm.

I bet you violated that one too. That one happens to be yellow, but at some point in time... It goes red. Yeah. And it's like you you gotta get gas, man.

And so many times you sit there and look.

Well, I can make it a little further. I can make it a little further. And. I hadn't run out of gas in a really long time. It is that's because you did run out on gas a lot of times.

You know, that's one of those where you learn the hard way enough, and at some point in time.

So 866-348-7884, 866-348-7884.

So what brought this all? Go ahead, Bob. You were going to say this.

Well, it's just such a different story with a diesel. Oh, oh, oh. Absolutely don't want to run out in a diesel. It's not just fill it up and crank it up. It's the organ trunk experience.

Yeah, it's a big long procedure to get that back going. 866-348-7884.

So one of the reasons I started to begin to think about the difference between guilt and shame. And what's the warning light that's in your soul that's going off? Is the difference between 1 John 1:9. In James 5, 16, they both talk about a confession, but the confession in Greek, and if you look transferred to Hebrew, is even more st stunning in my opinion. They both say confess, but they're different words.

And so here to read those verses, they have a different word for confess, but they also offer something different.

So In 1 John 1:9, it says, If we confess our sins, He's faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Now, a lot of us know that.

So, if I confess to God. He's going to forgive me and he's going to cleanse me from all unrighteousness right there. Bing, bang, boom. You're clean as a whistle. Phew.

You know. James 5, 16. has another word for confess. And it says, confess your transgresses one to another. and pray for one another that you may be healed.

Hmm. The effective fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Right?

So those are different and they have a different offering. One offers a cleansing. And the other one also offers healing. to go with it. Mm-hmm.

Yeah. Yeah, and so if you weren't pondering before what's the difference between guilt and shame, well, I'm glad you asked. I know. I wanted to get the question out there completely before I gave you the you know, because unless the question's really flashing in your check engine's hole, then you don't necessarily hunt the answer. But oh my goodness.

Well, if you think about it, in salvation, right, you. You confess that you've sinned and God cleanses you from that. And you've been atoned for because of the cross, get your eyes on the cross. And you get to go to heaven.

However I've seen many, many, many Christians that after they have been saved, they get still covered up with guilt and shame. and and all these things and man they're cowering and they're upset and their their lives are all turned upside down. And it's a different world. The subtle difference here. is really, really, really helpful as you begin to unpack it.

Is that Once Jesus paid for your sins, yes, he paid for them all forward and backward, whatever, you've been atoned for.

However, That doesn't change how you feel inside necessarily about stuff that happened.

So While you're considering all that, we've got Gloria Reverend Gloria Newsome with us in Chesapeake, and she's got a car story for us.

So, Reverend, so glad you called in. Tell us your story.

Okay, um I I guess about Twenty years ago, it was a long time ago, but when listening to you and I thought about it, I I had to go to New York. um to preach for a a church for that um weekend. And my sister and I left that morning, in the morning, like a Friday morning at 12 a.m. And we drove to New York. And we hit all kinds of bumps and dumps and everything going across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel.

And um we just drove around in New York for that weekend. And when we came back, we we didn't But the amazing part of this is, and I'm like you, it's just amazing. The amazing part is when we got back, and I poured into my driveway My car literally stopped. Stop. I couldn't turn it on or anything, nothing.

well And so I call a couple of the deacons from the church. and they came out to look at my car. They opened up the hood. And I had a sundance at that time, a little white sundance. Oh, yeah, I remember that.

And when they opened up the hood. They saw the battery sitting on the side. It had not been plugged up at all. It had not been connected to the car. None of the cables were con were connected.

And we drove all over New York for three days. And when we got back, I I said, Lord, that was nothing but your grace and your mercy. That little teena battery, I don't even know where them people got that from. And I was a recent widow, so my husband had died.

So um I didn't know what to do, so I called a couple of the deacons, and when they saw that, They say, Pastor, come here.

So I went over there, they said, look what they got in your car. She said, how did you all drive to New York and back? And was gone three days driving around? I said nothing but God's grace and mercy. If you had seen that, you would have just almost like me passed out.

Yeah, but I wanted to share that. Oh, yeah, it's a miracle, right? Just like you were running on God power. Yes, I was. Say the effective fervent prayers.

You know, it's amazing sometimes God's protecting us in ways that we have no idea. And when we get to heaven, we may get to see all the ways that. He he kept us out of the fire, so Wow, thank you so much for your call. That's right on point. Reverend, thank you.

God bless you and keep up the great work. You're welcome. Thank you. God bless you too, my brother. I'll ride it.

Bye-bye. All right, how about you? 866-348-7884.

Calling and shape. You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. I say this calls for action and now nip it in the bud. Nip it. In the bud.

You got to nip it in the buds. Guess that surface inches light was right. Oh my dad's bro. Always pay attention. To your idiot.

God's warning lights today on the Christian Car Guy Show.

So, what is the difference between guilt and shame? And why should I care about that? Why is it important?

Well, I. I I have discovered That even though I know I'm in Christ and I know I'm going to heaven, I still struggle with these things of guilt and shame. And so, what does the Bible say about them individually? And why does that even matter? And I think as I.

process this Especially Looking at it from the way God wrote it through the Old Testament through the to the new, you can begin to get the picture. that confession There's more than one of them, and it has a progression to it. And so, like we said in 1 John 1:9, it says, If I confess my sins before God, He is completely faithful and just, and He's going to forgive me from all unrighteousness.

So, why do we even need to confess it to our brothers and sisters? Ah! Then we get, right? James. you know, which tells us, right, confess your sins one to another.

That you may be healed. And then it adds the effective fervent prayer of a righteous man healeth much. In other words, how can you have other people praying for you and your repentance and those kind of things if you don't get things out in the light? Maybe you've heard your sick is your secrets. You're as sick as your secrets.

And so what have you... And like me, you you never got that out into the light. That's why it says confess one to another.

Now, again, when you get it in the light and you're in God's light, that's great, and He will heal you. But if the sin still has some control over, you want to hide it, you're not free to go out and tell people about it, i.e., sexual sins and those kind of things. You know, you confess those before God, and those who know me well know that I've struggled with porn at one point in time in my life. And That was something I completely, even though I knew I'd been healed, I mean, forgiven for it, that didn't necessarily mean I'd been healed. Nor did it mean that I was okay to get it out in the open or just talk to anybody about it because that sin still had some control over me.

Because I I had shame. right? And that shame makes you want To cover. And so when you think about this, guilt has this sense of IO. Yeah, you do.

You owe a debt. You you you and that's right, you know Jesus paid it all. That's guilt. Shame says it has to do with I'm unworthy or I need to hide. It says that It it's a feeling of my identity.

That, oh, I'm a pervert. And again, Satan uses that shame to put a label on you. And then any time he wants to attack you based on that shame that hasn't come out into the light, he uses your new name, your new label that you've allowed to have happen because you can't let go of that. And the way that James 5, 16 shares, right, is to tell us. If we confess our trespasses one to another and pray for another, they may be healed.

The effective rights mark But look how cool this is. If you look at the 32nd Psalm, David completely convicted of sexual sin. Right?

His check engine lights going off like crazy. And finally the prophet comes and tells him that, you know, and so He begins to confess to the prophet. But just think about it David let go of that sin to the point that it wasn't just the prophet. He told all the world about it and he told future generations. He wrote about his sin in the Bible.

In other words, he wrote these songs because. With A complete Confession, not just to God, but to anybody who might be interested, you are free of that control, of that sin. And you do amazing things for the people that you confess it to. Right. I think it has healing for them.

It's the principles which uh many organizations function under that Sharon confessing to others or sharing about your issues. Then they can relate to you. He's as broken as I am. Right?

And then you can comfort others with a comfort that you are comforted with. I I had a friend that lost a son this week. Oh wow. And I was struggling with calling him And I said, Well, maybe I'll just send him a text and let him call me. And I looked at my text, and the last text I'd sent him was a picture of him.

And it is really young son. at my place together.

So I decided, well Maybe I won't send that right now, you know, because I was I didn't want to add to his pain. And I couldn't decide and I was talking with another fella and he says, hang up the phone and call him now. He says, you probably got something he needs. And I listened to the guy. And I hung up the phone and I called him right away, and it was one of the greatest conversations of my life.

I'm very sure that it had something he needed in that conversation. Right. They were comforting him with a comfort right, that you'd been comforted with. But see that Was when when you totally blown it. It works even more to other people saying, Oh, I'm not the only one.

No, you're not the only one. No, and David's telling all the world. Here he was, a man after God's own heart. And he blew it. And he tells the world in the Psalm, and the beautiful thing is, in Hebrew, this is the way it looks.

that confession to God is yada. It's spelled a certain way, and it begins with a yud. And like, I'm connecting to God, and I'm telling him, I'm humbling myself to say, you're right. I'm wrong. I blew it.

I don't know why you know uh Uh all right. you know, is confession. And it comes from conviction. Which is a beautiful thing. That's Yara.

Yeah. Tada is actually a ratada, but I like to say tada. is that confession in James 5. That Hey. I blew it.

But Jesus. Save me. I blew it. But Jesus forgave me. I blew it.

Right. but I found healing at the cross. And it's not about me. It's about what Jesus did. And so I don't have to Cover myself because he did it.

His covering got the job done. It's his blood that's going to make me right. Nothing I can do makes me right. You see the beautiful idea of ta-da! And the whole idea of look at the 32nd Psalm, and you'll see David saying, Man, I blew it, I blew it, I blew it, I blew it.

But watch what happens at the end. Ta-da. Like he is praising God. Look what God did. Not what I did.

Look what God did. And by writing that psalm, he's confessing to all eternity. It wasn't me. Yeah, I think it's a good idea. Right?

And so when we can totally let go of our shame. Because we fully understand, and that whole idea of nip it in the bud, I wasn't kidding. Like, the chick engine lights going off, like, I'm trying to hide. Like the the searchlights coming around and you're feeling that like, oh, I better not let my wife see that.

Well You better like maybe there's something in your finances that You know, I don't know where it is in your life, you know, and you're trying to hide. Yeah? I'd be honest, when I read, when I started to think through this, you know, I I'd I'd I'd made some copies that were for personal reasons. Man, I immediately went to my boss and I'm like Chief. Man, how much do I owe?

Three bucks? You know, I owed something based on the sin, but I needed it out in the open to him in order to be free from it. And now I can tell you and anybody else because he knows all about what I'm talking about, right?

So I'm free of all that because, you know, hey. You know? our little small stuff that we think is insignificant. Uh Small sin is is a sin. Absolutely right.

And so the chick engine light's going off. In the case of shame, You want to hide it. If you got that's a check engine line. That's why I said the check engine light, it's red. You need to stop, pull over, and figure out what's going on.

Okay, and when you're feeling like you need to hide. There is a way to alleviate that, and that's confess your sins. I couldn't agree more that you need to have somebody in your world that no matter what you've done. You can go to that person and say, or what you thought, or whatever it is that you're struggling with that you want to hide from the world, you need to have somebody that you can go talk to about this. Because once you tell somebody, all of a sudden it becomes now that it's out in the open and the lights there, the shame doesn't have the control over you.

But before you do all that, obviously confess. to God. and repent. That means I want to go home. I'm sick of eating pig pods like the prodigal son, right?

It says he came to himself and he said, Wait a minute, I'm not a pig pod eater. Mm-hmm. Yeah. I want to eat steak with my dad. Right?

He wants to go home. That's repentance, is that desire to go home, man? I need to go home and hang out with dad. Right. Can you imagine the warmth of that?

That's repentance.

So you confess, God, you're absolutely right. I'm eating pig pods. This is crazy. I'm going to go home, eat steak with dad. Perfect.

Okay. Confession, repentance.

Now when I get home with dad. I probably need to tell Big Bro. Man, dude. Let me tell you, I'm so blessed because of dad, not because of me. This isn't happening because of me, but you got the same dad I do.

Right?

It's a beautiful thing.

So, 866-348-7884. Maybe you ran with that check engine light on in your own life. We'll be right back. You're listening to the Truth Network and TruthNetwork.com. I say this calls for action and now nip it in the bud.

Nip it. In the bud. You got to nip it in the bud. Guess that surface inches light was right. Oh my dad's bro.

Always pay attention. To your idiot. God's warning lights today, the difference between guilt and shame. And so we talked about. Those differences, and if you're wondering about that right this minute, you just tuned in, you can go back and get the podcast later at ChristianCarGuy.com.

And I go into all those details, but I want to move a little further right now into something that is just a phenomenon both with cars and in our lives. that If you continue to drive like you become hard-hearted. About that light. Right?

I know lots of people.

Well yeah, I drove this far. That thing just came on by accident. The lies we tell ourselves. Right. Right, so you're feeling.

Oh wow. You know, I hadn't had to tell anybody about that. I'm fine. You know, I've. And and and when you don't answer when you know it says if, you know You don't want to grieve the Holy Spirit.

It's about the last thing in the world you want to do because what happens is that you become more and more numb to your sin. You become more and more numb. to the shame. And when you lose tenderness, then you lose compassion. And so as you.

you know, get a fresh dose. Fixing those things of coming into the light. But it's a fascinating thing. And Dave Busby has, like, if you've never seen the pastor Dave Busby on YouTube, you have missed out on some of the greatest preachers of all time. He talks about, you know, he does this whole Taste and C series: have you ever felt the searchlight of Jesus?

He says it hurts so good. Like when was the last time that you were affected By your sin. Like it it drove you to your knees in the ground like you were broken because how in the world could I do that to someone or how could I be that way? How could I Betray that friend, or whatever it is, that it literally grasped you to the point where you had to cling on to the cross. Right?

When's the last time you had that experience? And if you haven't had that in a long time, that in itself is a warning light. Like, man. Mm-hmm. And 1 John tells you later on in 1 John.

That if you say you haven't sinned, you're a liar.

Okay. Tell us what you really think. Don't hold back. This is God, not Robbie. I'm telling you.

If you say you haven't sinned, liar, liar, pants on fire. Yeah. Yeah. And And probably 40 times before I got to do my radio show today, right? And It it requires a constant flush of this radiator.

It requires a constant oil change, right? These are not things that you can leave undone because as you do, You cheat everybody. You cheat yourself. You cheat your family? You cheat everybody at work from up From the real Bob that always smiles and laughs and is the nicest guy in the world to talk to, compassionate, to whatever.

And if I begin to tell Bob a problem, man. He he's all in, wholehearted. But every time You don't forgive somebody, or every time that you hide that sin, or whatever, it's like your heart is given up a piece of it, and it just gets harder. and harder. and harder.

And you're driving with that chick engine light on and you know it. Yeah. Yeah. And so Yeah. I I just You know When I see The effects of that, and you see that person that you're working with in your life.

And man, they got this scowl on their face, it's unbelievable. Or you can see how deeply sad they are. Or man, You know, like you think they're part of the witness protection program. They've just disappeared. Yeah.

Those are check engine lights that your friend need somebody they can trust. Their friend your friend needs somebody to love on them like jesus would love them their friend needs Right. Jesus, he he he he That he might need Jesus for skin on.

Somebody that can honestly listen, honestly care like Bob made that call. Right?

Because you you'd know Man, I You know, Well, it's an impossible situation to To plan for, you can't plan for that, you can't be prepared for that. you know and Yeah. Just I was so glad that I got inspired by a gentleman to make the phone call. And And you felt God, right? You're like, man, you just said it went along.

That was the best phone call of my life. Yeah, well. Because man, when God shows up, it doesn't get any better than that.

Well, I hadn't had that experience in a while. Hmm. And the fellow I was talking to, I wasn't sure about his faith and and anything, but I learned a lot. I I learned a whole lot. About his faith.

and about mine and a a light came on, it was an illuminary and it shined light on things that I hadn't I hadn't had light shined on in a while. And uh Today when you first told me, I was so confused. I had no clue where this was going. And I have a much better understanding, and I can really relate now. And it makes perfect sense.

I was. What? What is the difference between guilt and shame? I didn't they sound kind of like one and the same, but no, they're different. They're not.

And again, I'll radiate.

Something that I just think is so beautiful. That this idea Of, I admit, I confess, I repent. Those who are handling your guilt.

Okay, but now can I totally bring that into the light with somebody. And begin to get the light on that. And then, once I get that under the belt, then at some point in time. How would I feel if all the world knew? Like David did.

At this point in time it's not about me any more. It's about what Jesus did. Right. It's about what God did. And you know, he's the hero of the story, and it's a beautiful thing.

when you see the effects and that friend of yours all of a sudden lights up. With that big smile, and you see God in him. He was there all along. I assure you, he was. You never met a mere mortal.

And everybody you see that They're not beaming? I can assure you. Inside of that. Is a is a chick engine line somewhere that somebody's been driving with and it's on. Man, you gotta tell him, pull over.

Yeah. Well, there's some things in my past that I hadn't brought up in a while and I had a huge problem with drugs. for a substantial amount of time. And um recently I've had the opportunity to uh try to walk with a couple of guys that had real serious problems and What I'm is doing just incredibly well. and the other one's doing some better, but he's not out of the woods.

And uh But You're right, to open up completely and and share you know, your experience. with somebody in that position. you know, it It takes a little you gotta dig pretty deep to do it. But the effects had been so profound even the one that's not doing great is doing better. Ryan.

I just hope, you know, you see a harmony between 1 John 1.9, yes. Confess your sins to God.

Okay, but There's a reason why John James five sixteen's in there. About confess your sins one to another because the offer is different. You see, the offer there is healing. Yeah. And that healing allows us to live free.

you Amazing stuff.

So, wow, Bob, thank you. I'm so glad I got to do this show with you. Thank you, brother. I needed this today. I'd been carrying some stuff around with me that.

Uh that needed a little light shined on it. And uh thank you for helping me with that. And thank you everyone for listening today. And remember, slow down. Jesus walked everywhere he went and got it all done in 33 years.

Have a great weekend. Thank you, brother.
