Somebody asked, Charlie, do you think artificial intelligence is an existential threat to our society? I saw that all the tech heads were meeting in Congress. Okay, I want to play this piece of tape, Elon Musk. I'm going to play this tape and then I'm going to tell you about a story of something that happened a couple weeks ago when I was in Jackson, Wyoming, that just shows the threat of artificial intelligence. And it was right at me, Andrew knows this story, and we got to get the word out about this because it is scary what can be done with AI. Very scary.

Play cut 130. The thing that I've been such an advocate for AI safety in advance of sort of anything terrible happening is that I think the consequences of AI going wrong are severe. So we have to be proactive rather than reactive. And it's important to just elevate the question here. The question is really one of civilizational risk. So it's not like one group versus another, one group of humans versus another. It's like, hey, this is something that's potentially risky for all humans everywhere. And it has the potential to destroy people's lives and reputations and their life savings. I'll tell you a true story.

So I was in Jackson, Wyoming, enjoying the Grand Tetons, Yellowstone. And all of a sudden I start getting all these messages. And one of the messages is from Benny Johnson. Benny Johnson received a phone call from me.

Or did he? There's this new thing. What is the actual technical term Blake would know where they can pretend and they can assume the control of the call if they have your phone number, they can make it seem like they're calling as you. So on Benny's phone, it's called spoofing.

Thank you. So on Benny's phone, it popped up as Charlie Kirk. So Benny answered the phone.

He said hello. And my voice was on the other side of the call. And Benny, being smart, realized that that wasn't actually me. It was my voice because of how much, but it was an artificially intelligent created chat box, pretending it was me to have a conversation with Benny Johnson. And Benny spotted it within 10 seconds. The language, the diction was strange.

It was too clumsy. And then the person who did it ended up texting Benny Johnson afterwards from a fake number saying, Benny, I'm a scammer and I am a prankster. How did you know it was me?

You're the only one that detected it. So here with artificial intelligence, and Benny knows me very well, so he's able to pick up on it. So with AI, you could spoof a fake number. So it looks like on your phone, you know, Charlie Kirk is calling, your grandmother's calling, your dad is calling. You answer it and it's them. It doesn't sound like them. It is the voice configured in a way. What are the ramifications of that?

Thankfully, Benny spotted it. We're trying to find the person that did this. I don't know if it's illegal. Is it illegal to spoof numbers? If it's not, it should be. I mean, this is crazy. But it's got to be illegal.

I mean, this is just out of control. We've been unsuccessful in finding the person that did this. But think about the ramifications of this. They can call the bank and withdraw money if they have your personal information, because it sounds like you. They could call from what looks like your number. So a call center could look at it and say, oh, it's Charlie's number.

And so it confirms that way. And it would sound like they could input your whatever they want through the AI. So it had my caller ID. Just to be clear what this was, it's called spoofing. It's a new technology where it has your caller ID.

It looks like it is you calling. And so when you call airlines or banks, they say, oh, yeah, you're calling from the right number, even though you're not. And then it sounds like you. So voice recognition passes that. And if they even have a little bit of your sensitive information, they could drain your entire bank account. They could pretend that I'm saying things that I'm not saying on phone calls. They could say that I'm saying all sorts of racist or terrible things because they could configure it through artificial intelligence.

Yeah, this is civilizational risks beyond. They could call donors to Turning Point USA. They could call friends of mine.

And they tried it with Benny. And they could literally try to destroy the donor base of what we're doing by faking something I'm saying. Yeah, this is big time.

And we are way behind the curve. And they could go to my brokerage account, not just mine, but any one of you. This could happen to any one of you where there are videos of you online, any one of you.

So, yeah, I mean, it's at that moment I said we are in a whole brave new world here and our laws are not configured for this. They could steal all your money. They could tap into your lines of credit, your mortgages. I don't even know how to defend against this stuff. I mean, how do you defend against it if they can make it seem like they're calling from your number, if they can pretend that it's you, that they actually sound like you and they have all your information through identity theft?

How do you even protect against that? And basically what they need is then access. They could access your email and then they could be on the phone and confirm the code they send to you and they could gain access to your account. Yeah, the only I mean, this is the way that it has to end up being is that banks, especially in financial institutions, they need to start to establish in-person safe words, essentially. Not just passwords, but safe words that only, you know, and make sure the dual authorization goes through your device. That's why whenever they ask you, hey, you know, when when you want to have the code sent to you, have it to your phone, not your email, far more secure. But then, of course, they could also do what happened to Matt Walsh, where they could take your phone and they could SIM swipe you. That's hard to do unless you actually lose control of your phone.

How that happened to Matt Walsh, we still haven't found out. Remember they hacked into his entire device? No, we're in a brutal war, everybody. This is not any people that say, oh, you know, we need to find agreement and all this.

We are in some very, very serious times here. And AI makes it easier is what I'm getting at, is that they can make it sound like, not just sound like, that they're talking to Charlie Kirk. They're able to start to actually SIM card swipe into your phone, be able to do it just by walking past you. Your whole life could be robbed, all of your money, all of your resources, all of it, like that. So, yes, AI is an existential threat, existential risk. So I know that was longer than I thought, but I just wanted to use that as a personal example of how I personally am being targeted by this stuff.

We're trying to wall up our defenses and shore up our defenses. I don't even understand all the different dynamics. I mean, when I found out that you could call, that you could make it seem like it's the caller ID, that it pops up as Charlie Kirk on your phone, I'm like, how is it even possible? It's like beyond any technology that I realized that existed and or that it's legal to do that. They could call family members, friends, donors, associates, they could call your boss, they could get you fired from work.

Think about that. If they had your phone number and your boss's phone number, they could call your boss if they had your enough of your language on the Internet, like if you've done videos or whatever, they could break up your marriage, by the way. They could call your wife and your wife would answer and be like, hello? Yeah, this is this is we are about to enter uncharted territory here. And I'm telling you right now, it's sad. If you are not prepared, people will lose a ton of money. People lose their life savings. They'll lose reputations. They'll get fired because the fraudsters, the scammers, the people that come after me that want me murdered.

Right. Death threats we got every day. They want me dead. They want my family dead. And they'll get my family dead. They already are trying to do this. And Elon Musk is trying to warn us.

Our leaders really don't care. All right, you've probably heard me, it's actually now twenty five pounds that I have lost. And I'm sure some of you say, oh, Charlie, I've tried everything. And are we saying the right thing? Well, in my opinion, we're not doing enough. I mean, look, when push comes to shove, the absolutely the FBI and DOJ need to band together and protect their personnel to allow them to do their job. They're going to do it, but they need to be able to do that without fear for their lives. When the FBI was fighting Al Capone, there was not a lot of pressure from the FBI. There was not a unit dedicated to protecting FBI personnel. When the FBI was fighting organized crime families in New York and all around the U.S., there was not a unit dedicated to protecting FBI personnel. What he's calling for is a special secret police to go after Americans that might criticize the FBI. He would know something about using the FBI for political purposes. He was one of the architects of Crossfire Hurricane, of which nobody was held accountable and nobody went to jail.

Nobody all around the lie, the lie that Donald Trump colluded the Russian government. Maria from Alabama says, Charlie, did you see the recent clip of Senator Kennedy? I would love your reaction to it. Love the show. Thanks so much. Thank you. Yes.

So I love this. Again, Senator Kennedy is a little bit too weak on the Ukraine stuff, but he has. He's funny. I like him.

He he's more good than bad. I got to be honest. And Senator Kennedy uses the playbook of exactly how we have to confront these pornographic the pornography pushers for kids, as you must read the text directly to them. You must read the text out. Just a little warning. This is very explicit, but it's also in kids textbooks.

This is not just some sort of fringe blogger we're about to. This is very explicit. This is what your kids learn when they go to government schools. If you send your grandkid to government school, this is what they're learning. If you send your six year old, your seven year old, your eight year old, this is what they are learning. Be prepared. I warned you. But do you know this? If your kid is currently in government schools, they are actively being taught details of gay sex. Cut 131.

The first one is called All Boys Aren't Blue. I put some lube on and got him on his knees and I began to slide into him from behind. He got on top and slowly inserted himself into me. It was the worst pain I think I have ever felt in my life. Now, that bothers you. Charlie, why would you play such a thing? Are you bothered enough to go to your local school board and remove these books from your classroom?

If you were cringing and turn it off, turn it off. Do you still send your kid to government school? Because that's what they're learning. But Senator Kennedy does exactly what you need to do. You must confront these people with the passages of the books they're defending. And Gavin Nussolini, the governor of California, when he says, oh, you know, they want to ban books, we want to ban pornography from schools.

And what's the best part of the tape is when Senator Kennedy reads it, the Democrat witness from Illinois says, oh, well, that's very disturbing what you're reading. That is what they're defending. That is what they are funding.

They are funding the outright sexualization of children. It's not an exaggeration. It's not hyperbole. Read the book. Read the textbook.

We are advocating for parents, random parents not to have the ability under the guise of keeping kids safe to try and challenge the world view of every single manner on these issues. Random parents. So he thinks that they're disturbing.

And he was trying to make some sort of joke. They're disturbing coming out of your mouth. Well, you know, what's more disturbing is that eight year olds are reading this. The Democrat Party is the pro porn party. They have hookers running for the House of Delegates in Virginia. They have our defending pornography in our schools.

They have a lot of people in the Senate defending pornography in our schools. Those words are disturbing coming from anybody's mouth, let alone Senator Kennedy reading it back. But Senator Kennedy was credit. You see how defensive Alexi got?

Alexi Giannellis. Because there was the reason why he was there is Illinois passed a bill on a state's anti book ban law. And Alexi Giannellis is the secretary of state of Illinois. And he's defending it. He defends pornography for kids. That is the position of the American Democrat Party, period, which should really be disturbing for Alexi, which is not because he's a creep and a weirdo. By the way, in Illinois, it's well known that he's a creep. He's been running for office for the last decade. He's a bad dude. Is that he's OK with kids reading these.

He's OK with kids reading outright pornography. OK, next question here. This one is Eric from New Jersey. Charlie, I'm a lifelong New York Jets fan. I saw that you were going to watch Monday Night Football.

He is making pledges. That sounds like he is going to return. Sounds like he is going to return. By the way, when the bills play on Monday night, very strange injuries tend to happen. That was the Damar Hamlin thing when they played the Bengals on that Monday night. And that was probably the last time the Bengals played on Monday night.

Yeah, that's probably right. And then Aaron Rodgers. So don't play the bills on Monday night. Something bad is happens on that way. I'm just I'm just upset about this. It's just so brutal.

It's terrible. And I mean, look, Josh Allen completed more passes to the Jets than Aaron Rodgers. But honestly, if Aaron Rodgers is 2023, legacy will be known as running onto the field with an American flag when we have seen nothing but BLM, BLM flags and people kneeling for the national anthem and gay pride flags.

I'm cheering for your recovery. Aaron Rodgers, I'm cheering for your turnaround. And Aaron Rodgers is a ridiculously competitive person by all public statements. He is not retiring. He is not throwing away the gear.

In fact, this might motivate Aaron Rodgers to come back even more. He's had a brave anti mRNA gene altering shot stance. So God bless him. I'm praying for him.

Oscar from Michigan. Charlie, what is going on with the CIA and covid? It's a confusing story.

Can you help unpack it? Yes, this is an important story. This that we actually didn't cover it all week.

There's been so much news happening. Go to cut 81. This is Rich Edson Edson reporting the CIA, the Central Intelligence Agency, is now investigating accusations the agency paid analysts to alter the determination of where covid-19 came from. I'll explain why I believe this.

Play cut 81. The CIA now says it's investigating accusations that the agency paid analysts to alter their determinations in their covid-19 origins investigation. The CIA publicly reported that it was unable to determine the precise origin in a letter to CIA Director William Burns.

The Republicans write, quote, The whistleblower further contends that to come to the eventual public determination of uncertainty, the other six members were given a significant monetary incentive to change their position. So I totally believe this because the position and the attitude the CIA is the the the Thucydides trap that we are getting towards a war with China. And the only way we avoid war with China is we surrender. So they were very afraid that if it would have come out, that the virus did indeed come from a taxpayer funded laboratory at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, that Donald Trump would have responded with law, widespread domestic response for Chinese tariffs, for holding China accountable and making China pay. So the CIA had a vested interest in their own perspective to try to bring down the temperature against China and say it came from some bat in the Himalayas. Trump called it the China virus. It's actually one of my great accomplishments in the American narrative war. When Donald Trump retweeted me, I came out with the China virus on Twitter. You can find the original tweet.

It's hilarious. I remember exactly. I was on the tarmac in Tallahassee about to take off and I just called it the China virus. And then Donald Trump retweeted me. And then the five hours later, it was the China virus.

And it is the China virus. Andrew remembers that whole thing. He just ran with it. That was fun. And then everyone, the whole media blamed it.

The whole media blamed me. Donald Trump got this from Charlie Kirk. It's quite fun. All right, next question here. Steven says, Charlie, I see more and more chatter on the media against Joe Biden. Can you help explain it?

Yeah, I want to play this long piece of tape here. I think it's really interesting. There are more and more stories. You have David Ignatius at the Washington Post that's saying Biden shouldn't run. New York Times says the same thing. Hunter Biden indicted. And CNN dedicates this huge segment about Biden lying. No, no, no. There is an orchestrated fix that is in against Joe Biden right now.

It is coordinated. There has now been an established war room to get Joe Biden out of the way. I could say that now. I've seen enough. A week ago, I didn't see it. In fact, I said a week ago in this chair, I don't see the evidence.

It's changed. Polls show Donald Trump up six points. I don't believe the polls, but this alone is enough to shock and awe the opposition. Six points.

Six points. Donald Trump is leading. There is no competitive Republican primary. They're terrified the Republican base is consolidating. The immigration thing is failing.

The inflation thing is failing. There is going to be an attempt to take out Joe Biden, to take him out first like Richard Nixon. And maybe if they have to do the JFK thing, they will. I don't know if that's even a thing, but we'll see. They're going to try to take him out.

The deep state is tired. It's over. They said, well, we'll play this out. We'll try the law fair.

We'll try the incumbency thing. It's easier said than done, because once you open up the Game of Thrones, once you cut off the head of Ned Stark, war happens. You got the red wedding.

You got dragons all over the place. It's not good. They don't want it. The Democrat Game of Thrones is nasty. Look at the California Senate primary. That's why they're afraid to take out Joe Biden.

They're afraid that blood oaths will be given. It will become nasty. It will be like the English Civil War. And the Democrats will be in chaos. And the Republicans hilariously, while they thought they were going to be the competitive primary, will not.

Listen to this. This is CNN, everybody. You're trying to tell me that CNN woke up on Friday the 15th, the same week as Ignatius' article and the New York Times article and the Hunter Biden indictment, and they magically decided to dedicate segments to Joe Biden's lies a year ago?

No, no, no. This is scripted, orchestrated, planned, plotted, targeted, play cut 135. And he has done, I don't know if it's similar things, but he's sort of told some stories that don't line up quite like this before. He had this president has a pattern at this point of either inventing or embellishing stories about his own past, his biography. He did it three times in one speech last month alone. He claimed he had witnessed a bridge collapse in Pittsburgh when he actually showed up about six hours later. He claimed that his grandfather had died just days before he was born himself at the same hospital. In fact, his grandpa died more than a year before in a different state, not the same hospital. And he also repeated a favorite false story that I and others have debunked over and over again about a supposed conversation with an Amtrak train conductor he was friends with who was actually deceased at the time the conversation would have had to take place. And that's not all.

There are some more serious ones in my view. Previously in his presidency, he claimed at one point he'd been arrested during a civil rights protest when in other versions of the story he just said an officer had taken him home from a protest. He said he had visited the Pittsburgh synagogue where worshippers were killed in a 2018 match shooting. In fact, he had actually spoken to the rabbi but never went.

And he's made a whole bunch of others too. He said at one point, Republicans like to bring this up. He said that he used to drive a tractor trailer. He used to drive an 18-wheeler. Never happened. The White House later clarified he used to drive a school bus at one point as a job briefly.

School bus, of course, not an 18-wheeler. So whatever his intentions, whether it's foggy memory about stuff that's going on decades ago or deliberate embellishment, this is an unfortunate pattern that keeps coming up again and again with Joe Biden. Boy, that CNN segment was like John McCain's funeral. It just kept going and going and going and going. Is it over? Nope, still going. Like next day up there in Arizona, it's still going.

No, no, no. CNN is just playing their part. They deployed David Ignatius as the Overton window mover. New York Times responded. They indict Hunter Biden.

CNN does that. You get in the memo, Joe Biden? You get in the memo, Joe Biden? The same deep state that you thought was going to get you a second term that's going against Donald Trump is now going to take you out. Live by the sword, die by the sword, pal.

I don't think it's going to work out very, very well for you. As you know, I am an enthusiastic supporter of President Trump, receiving lots of emails about President Trump's interview with Megyn Kelly. I thought he was excellent. I also think people are being a little unfair to him about his answer on the trans stuff.

I think he could have been stronger, but I think it's being a little unfair. Let's play it. You decide for yourself. And as you well know, the trans thing, there's no negotiating. It's my number one issue right now with the border. I think immigration, DOJ, trans are like the top three, which, by the way, they all play in with another because it's the erosion of truth, the erosion of standards. Trump did very well in the Megyn Kelly interview. And I'm going to cut President Trump some slack here because his record has been terrific on no trans people in the military. He's been very clear on the women's sports thing.

I just think President Trump has to get a little up to speed at really what's happening here when it comes to the trans thing. And that's OK. It's fine.

Everyone can learn on it. I don't even think it was just that bad of an answer. I think that all the the the DeSantis people are being unfair. But you be the judge for yourself.

Play cut 112. In my opinion, you have a man, you have a woman. I think I think part of it is birth. Can the man give birth?

No, no. So people are upset about how he responded. He said the right thing. He said men can't give birth. He says you have a man, you have a woman.

And President Trump is trying to be probably overly sensitive to some people that might think differently on the issue. Here's my one piece of advice. There is no negotiating. There's no middle ground. There's no moderate.

And by the way, he's he's he's ninety nine percent the right place. This really doesn't bother me that much as other people. People are getting really fired up. You guys are overreacting, I'll be honest, if you're fired up about this. And that's fine. And I get the overreaction. In fact, I'm going to defend your overreaction because this issue is not a little issue. It's not a fringe issue. We're talking a biological reality truth.

Can you all of a sudden change the being of what you are based solely on the will? So it's like let's I see both sides. I see I'm going to defend President Trump one hundred percent on this. I also understand if you overreact, I see where you're coming from one hundred percent. I really do.

But you're still overreacting. Remember, in 2017, President Trump said after consultation by generals and military experts, please be advised that the United States government will not accept or allow transgender individuals to serve in any capacity U.S. military. It's true. Trans people should not be the military anywhere, period. They should be completely kicked out of the military. They should not be in the fighting force. Go do something else.

Go work for the post office. Our military must be focused on decisive and overwhelming victory and cannot be burdened with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender military would entail. Thank you. OK.

He was. That's the right policy. One hundred percent the right policy way before this issue became so huge.

But let's go a level deeper and let's just focus on what is also the thing. President Trump has pledged that he'll sign an executive order outlawing trans surgeries. He has talked about how kids should not be operated on or chemical castration. So he's right on all the policy stuff.

I would have just like to see a little bit more base. Trump, a little bit more forceful were him to say hard and decisive. No, you cannot change who you are. A man cannot become a woman. A woman cannot become a man. You cannot change how you were created. No drugs can do that. No surgery can do that. No force of will can do that. No masquerading, no costume, no pretending.

None of it. You do not become a black person if you wear a black face. You do not become a woman if you cut off your private parts.

Doesn't happen. It's a question of standards, the natural law. And look, it's just I think that's a minor tweak.

This is not some sort of huge thing, not some sort of fire alarm, not some sort of cause for concern. And his policies have been 10 out of 10 in the whole thing. And by the way, you must understand, that's Megyn Kelly's number one issue. And so whoever's on his team, I'm going to shoot him and I'm like, he should have been a little bit prepared for that. I'll be honest. You're walking in with an interview with Megyn Kelly.

The thing she is 10 out of 10 based on the thing that I think I'm just like a huge fan of Megyn on is the trans thing. So shouldn't have had as much hesitation, in my opinion. Could have been prepped a little bit better.

That's fine. His team's doing a great job. I really mean that. Susie and the whole team, they're running a phenomenal primary campaign. I'm impressed. He's up to 55 points.
