I hope the momentum of these has not completely been destroyed, but I do plan to continue to do these Tuesdays at two o'clock central and get a lot of stuff off my chest. Basically, I need to talk about some stuff today. I need to talk about some stuff today regarding the Bucks and the Brewers. My feelings on them have like, they've changed. I'm feeling different about the Brewers than I did a couple of weeks ago.

I guess I'm feeling the same about the Bucks as I did a couple of weeks ago. I'm just very upset about a lot of things. I want to start there. So thanks for being here. Again, we're brought to you by Tupelo Honey. Check them out.

Start to think of them for their Easter brunch coming up in just a few weeks end of March. And then also Happy Place Hemp. HappyPlaceHemp.com. Promo code is Bart. You can get all the gummies there that you've been choosing the last year and a half or possibly longer.

Maybe I didn't tell you about them. You can also get the Seltzer's now. They've teamed up with 1840 Brewing and the Seltzer's have some CBD in it, some THC in it. I would drink them at home. I drank one and went out to the basketball game and I would drink them at home.

But you do what you want. I mean, the fun part about this stuff is that you could test it and see like what works for you. So whether it's the gummies or the Seltzer's or the tinctures or the balms, check them out.

HappyPlaceHemp.com. Promo code is Bart for 25% off each and every order. So I did think briefly about doing a show post all star game because it was very Bucks heavy. What had happened in that all star game? I didn't because I was kind of on a rage about everybody complaining about the all star game. And I wanted to save that for Monday's show because I ended up doing four hours last night basically on the all star game. But I'm upset like the all star game I think like does it suck?

I don't know. It could be better. It could be better.

But also if you go into it being like this sucks. It's gonna suck. I saw Trae Young under Katie's legs. I saw some alley oops. I saw Karl-Anthony Towns Euro step our guy. I saw Dame Lillard have a great performance. And so there's gonna be a lot of talk about fixing it. I don't like that Adam Silver was up there just basically crying.

He scored the most points. Well, congratulations, like come on, embrace it, have fun with it. And then maybe try to change things. Guy wears his emotions on his sleeve more than even I do. And I don't think it's good for the league and I don't think it's good for him.

And I've seen a lot of people kind of continue to pile on with this all star game. I'm not totally writing off that he's not telling people to bitch. That he's not sending a directive like, hey, I don't like this. You guys need to get a narrative and help me change this. I'm not crossing that off the list at all.

That could be occurring. The kind of guy this is. Shout out to Seth.

Hell yeah, all sports. Andrew good afternoon to you. Tuesdays with pissed off Bart rules.

That's from Ken. I think the thing that I'm upset about is, and maybe it's for everybody's health that I'm not quite able to do these postgame Bucks games. With the Milwaukee Bucks, I think that had I continued to do a daily postgame show, I feel like the shows would have sounded the exact same every time. Even when they lost to Memphis, I would have made some excuse about what happened. And it's not that I don't see where the problems occur. And I see issues with the team that we all see. Doc Rivers coming in here, they're three and seven cents. And he's trying to come up with every excuse in the book. I didn't I didn't I didn't know I was going to be here or I thought I wanted to be the all star game.

I was on a road trip. It's hard. That needs to stop. But I still think forest from the trees here. I still think that this Bucks team as they are constructed, is good enough to win a championship. And where I have looked at the regular season compared to the postseason is the same way I look at playoff series when you're in a playoff series. A lot of us want to react to one game and say that's going to be the game. I think you just got to watch the thing play out make adjustments as they come.

But see how things change. And I think right now, they're playing regular season basketball, which clearly they're not excited to be playing. They're still at 35 and 21. Third seed. I know we want them to be the one seed I know we want them to be 45 and 11. I know we want them to win every game by 20.

I know that we don't want them to lose to a squad full of two way players. But ultimately, I think that when this team decides to play fine, they will play fine. I think a lot of it hinges on Dame.

Dame needs to play a little more loose, or maybe even a little more aggressive or a combination of both. And that's why in the All Star game, like can you can you look at the All Star game and say, Oh, he'll get momentum from this. The All Star game will get like there will be momentum gained from the All Star game.

It's kind of ridiculous. But we look at that in the home run derby, and sometimes guys go there and lose their swing and sometimes guys go there and find their swing. So I think that this weekend and especially Shaq's little lecture today, I think this weekend can propel Dame. As long as you know, the team just gets a little looser. I think Yanis realizing Oh my god, we have to beat children to get to a championship. I think that will play some positive effects. So I think there's a lot to be gained for the Bucks from this weekend.

I certainly do. Because Yanis and Dame are the team goes as they go. Yeah, Bobby needs to play better. He can't be shooting 20 times a game if he's also not giving you anything on defense. Middleton needs to be healthy. Milton hasn't been healthy. You know, they could use more production out of Brooks some nights.

There's a lot that that can be better. But this team is going to go with Yanis and Dame. And I feel like that's the best duo in the league. What duo is better right now?

In the league? What duo is better? Tatum and Brown?

No. Better than Yanis and Dame? Just as a duo. Sixers, Knicks. I mean, there's some good teams. LeBron and AD.

AD's always hurt. I think they're the best duo. I think I think they're the best duo.

Jokic and Aaron Gordon. Now you've got the Clippers, but now we're looking out west. I think the Clippers can figure it out and be the real deal. So I'm not I'm not saying that the Bucks right here, I'm not doing the parade chair bit.

I'll bring it up like I always do. But I'm not saying that they're gonna win an NBA title. I'm just saying we're reacting to things that aren't even going to affect in the playoffs. And maybe that's the problem with the NBA regular season. You know, there's a problem with the All-Star game problem with the playoffs. Maybe that's the problem is that guys don't really need to start playing until they need to start playing and for the Bucks kind of coasting as bad as they've looked as bad as you want to think they've looked. They are in the third seed and they are 35 and 21 and relatively fine. We'll see what happens after the All-Star break. They got that big game on Friday night on CBS 58 and WMLW. How about that? Some Bucks games on broadcast TV.

That should be fun. So I think they just need to kind of refocus and recalibrate. Chad says Bucks look lazy and uninterested need to get it going now post All-Star. I agree.

Brevin says he watched the documentary about Giannis on Amazon Prime and has renewed optimism for the season. It may sound crazy, but whatever. No, I feel you. I feel you.

Sometimes you can find a reason to be optimistic even if it's unrelated. Ken wants to see Kevin Holden call a game in Spanish. One of the games will be on Telemundo. I'm not exactly sure which game, but Holden I think does have that one. So one of the games is on Telemundo where he'll be able to call it in Spanish.

So very cool. KJ says Bucks are too old and slow for teams with young athletic players. Bounced by the second round.

Coniton is a bust. Middleton's always hurt. Bobby is sometimes. Beasley is streaky. I think like what you're going to figure out about this team, you're going to figure it out in the playoffs.

So I'm not saying that people's criticisms about the makeup of the team aren't valid. What I'm saying is you're stressing yourself out more than you need to. If the Bucks are going to lose in the playoffs in some horrific way, I'm going to deal with that when it happens. I'm not going to watch a game against Memphis and freak out even more. There's an adage about worrying, where when you worry about something, if it doesn't happen, you've worried about it and it's already affected you. And then if it does happen, well then you just doubled the amount of pain you've caused yourself. I just am not going to cause myself pain. Zach says I'm coping a bit much here and that it's over.

I don't know. We've got Damon Giannis in a playoff series with Doc Rivers who historically is really good at, oh, he's the coach that blows the lead all the time, shit. Well anyway, that's what I'm going to worry. And even if, even if you do want to worry about the Bucks, again, I can't change anyone's mind. I can only tell you how to be a better fan. I can't actually make you be a better fan.

I can give you advice on how to, but I can't make you. Even if you want to be upset, you're getting upset about a lot of the wrong things. Zach says 35 and 21, not good enough. I don't think it matters. I don't think it matters. Like should they have a better record than they do? Yes.

Does it matter that they don't? I don't think so. So I'm not going to worry about it and I would hope that you guys can do a better job not worrying about it.

But then the other thing is we're getting upset and starting to worry about things we shouldn't worry about. Like in the All-Star game, Dame had a good night. What if he had a bad night? Would it matter? No. No, the fact that he had a good night, hopefully, you know, hopefully he carries himself over.

I'll play, I'll play along with that. But does it matter? I don't think so. He started 0 for 3 and Bucks fans were freaking out. This whole thing with this 10 second TikTok video Dame did, where he mentioned his top five and Bam Adebayo was on there and not Giannis. Is there any more context to that?

It was 10 seconds. Was this edited? Was it a joke?

Is he trying to recruit Bam next year? Like what? The way that we get worked up about this shit is insane. Giannis, I don't even watch that much basketball.

I just play who we play. Who cares? Why is that a big deal? It doesn't matter. None of this stuff matters. No, I don't like Doc Rivers running around saying how hard the job is.

But who cares? Just don't think about the Bucks for four days. It's the All-Star break. It should be the All-Star break for everybody. Not just you, not just the team.

The fans need one more than ever. This season has not been fun. We got Damian Lillard and it should be fun, but it has not been fun because I think expectations are too high.

Which you got Damian Lillard. Okay. High expectations, but they're still working on some stuff. And then it's just this whole thing about being stressed way before you need to. So that's where I'm at. I'll get all freaked out if they go down 0-2 again to some shit team.

I think they're capable of playing better. I do. It upsets me to go online. I go online, I try to find out what's going on.

I have a sports show to prepare for every day. I like to know what's going on in sports. And I follow a bunch of people that like the Bucks and all they're doing is bitching and moaning about shit that doesn't matter. How can you live that way?

Do you not have anything else going on in your life? Like if you're upset about a game, oh, they lost to Memphis. God dang it. That really sucked. And then like the next hour, you're like, ah, bum. But if you're watching a Damian Lillard TikTok, that's 10 seconds and trying to think, oh, look, this is it. He hates being here.

How are you that low comprehension? So I don't get it. So it's driving me nuts. Bucks are back in action on Friday against the Timberwolves. A weird late start time in Minnesota, nine o'clock. But again, you can catch that on CBS 58 and WMLW. Will we need to watch the Brewers and Bucks on Prime?

I don't think that any of that has happened yet officially, the Valley thing. But the games that are not on Valley, there's like 10 of them. They're on WMLW. Fridays is on CBS 58. So you can watch it if you're out of the Milwaukee area.

I think there's other ways to watch it. I'm not totally sure. But there is a website where you can type in questions and information and you can you can figure it out by yourself. All right, again, happy place and promo code Bart 25% off each and every order at happyplacehemp.com. The promo code Bart gets you that 25% off on the gummies and stuff like that. Free shipping on the seltzers. If you go with the seltzers, if you get three of the four packs, the free shipping will start to kick in.

Otherwise, if you just want to try it, you can also stop into the store. They are in Muskego with extended hours. I think on Thursday and Fridays, I can double check on that for you.

And then also raise in Tosa they are available. So there are extended hours, you could stop into the store Wednesdays till seven Thursdays, Fridays, and then Saturdays tend to two. So even if you're working during the week, you know, society's built where everything's nine to five and if you need some at 515 you can't get it because everything is closed from nine to five. That's one of the great parts about working so late at night is that I can do anything at any time during the day that I want to. Oh, I'm going to try to take up golf this summer. This will be the summer. If not now, then when?

If not now, then when? We're driven by the search for better, but when it comes to hiring, the best way to search for a candidate isn't to search at all. Don't search match with Indeed. Need to hire you need Indeed. Speaking of summer, the boys of summer are back at it with the Milwaukee Brewers. Uh, and I'm kind of getting optimistic about them.

I'm kind of getting optimistic. I know that last week I, I just is, is the whole point of this, me complaining about people complaining. But last week when I was talking, um, you know, everybody was upset about Corbin burns, right?

And he got traded. And now that some of these guys are coming to camp, I think you get the initial optimism of, you know, the dawn of a new season. I liked that Christian Yelich had said something like, people won't think that we're good because we're the Brewers market at adenazi always talking about some of the national media stuff as well. Um, there's, there's a, there's a lot of people that aren't going to give the Brewers credit, but also this division is kind of wide open. And I personally am getting a little more excited for baseball. They I've been really struggling with baseball since the playoffs. I just hate the format. I hate how quickly the Brewers were out of it. I think I expected a long playoff run.

I hated that that ended so quickly. I hate for the other teams that win a hundred games and then they just have to take a week off and then they're done. I hate that for them. Uh, that's really a bummer to see. I just don't think it's a fair setup.

I don't think that you should play for six months and then take a week off and get out momentum. I don't like that part of it. And so baseball, I still think needs to change some things in that regard, but in terms of the daily, Hey, there's a baseball game. I'm excited for that again. I'm excited for that.

I'm excited. Maybe take my kid to some games. I hope to go to some games again. Uh, I'll have some days where I can go to some games. I'm excited for just, you know, I'm just excited for that again. Uh, and you know, it's different than football. I start to call this period of time summer.

As soon as football ends, it's summer because in talk land, there's not much talk about until football starts up again. Oh, sure. I can get, I can do a show on the NBA all star game. And you know, tonight, what am I going to talk about tonight? Anthony Rendon not liking playing baseball. It's a job.

I don't, I don't see the problem with that. So, uh, but I am excited for it. And I, and I'm a little optimistic about the brewers. You know, Joey Wiehmer has got a new swing and they got a lot of young talent. We'll see how far the pitching can takes them with Freddy kind of being their ACE now. Not sure if this is going to be, remember the year Jordy Nelson got hurt and we're like, Oh, Randall Cobb will be the number one. Um, and then he couldn't, I don't know if it's that much different in baseball or similar, but we'll see if Freddy can get things going as the kind of ACE here.

Uh, yeah, they traded carbon burns. I think, you know, it ended, it's a fine trade or the trade is fine, but I think once we signed Reese Hoskins, you thought, Oh, maybe we will compete, but we still could compete. We still very much could compete. I think the predictions will come in somewhere between 74 and 81. When you look at Dakota, when you look at baseball reference, when you look at any of that, and the most optimistic of us, you know, might go 85, but this division, the reds, the reds, the reds are going to be good until like June 20th. Like they always are. The pirates are going to be good until like April 20th.

Like they always are. The Cardinals are still hard to read. And then the Cubs, this is where Craig council wanted to go because they're spending a bunch of money. Well, the brewers have, have, uh, spent a little more coin. I think then the Cubs have Craig council. What do you go to Chicago for David Peralta? That's the big move. That's the move you couldn't get done here.

David Peralta. And I'm sure council's looking back and saying, Oh boy, they signed Reese Hoskins. Well, it's only a one year deal. So yeah, I'm glad I left. Oh, they had a trade carbon burn. See, I was right.

They can't, but then what have you done? What have the Cubs done? Now there are still a few players available and the baseball season, the off season has gone very slow and super agent Scott Boris is the blame. There's a lot of guys that still have not been signed here as teams are reporting for camp. Um, our oldest Chapman, no, Matt Chapman, Matt Chapman, third baseman. So where's he going to go? And I think Cubs fans think they have a shot at all these guys.

Uh, but Matt Chapman, Blake Snell, uh, Jordan Montgomery, and then Cody Bellinger. So all of these guys are trying to figure out where they're going to sign. Um, and it could be, it could be Chicago. I think again, Chicago is going to try to talk themselves into, wow, we could get, uh, we could get all this.

Um, but it hasn't happened yet. And so I don't understand why you spend $8 million on a manager. If you're going to start to act like a small market team, the rest of the way, I don't understand the, I don't understand why they didn't, why did they, why did they bid on more guy? Why, why aren't they involved in more guys? Oh, they have Reese Hoskins.

What the hell is he doing here? It's weird. Maybe, you know, long-term it works out for them and they get all the guys that they're trying to get, but I have a hard time, uh, seeing how this works out for them. I think the Cubs are, are worse and I'm still super into this rivalry. I'm very much into this rivalry. I want the Brewers to destroy the Cubs.

And of course I do. I'm a Brewers fan, but Craig council got away with it. Craig council got away with it. I remember trying to bring this up when I was filling in on some weekend shifts and nobody across the country cared. You look at any other sport. If this happens, people are going crazy, but in baseball for some reason, or maybe it's just because it's Milwaukee and the Cubs is no, nobody cares. This guy grew up a brewer and then left to go to the Cubs, which in its own, in its own thing is not like in its own thing, it's not the worst thing that's ever occurred in the world. And it's, you know, he went to Chicago.

Okay. Cubs, you know, fine, do it. But then to still keep really nine toes in Milwaukee, like if you're going to go to Chicago, go to Chicago. And if you're going to be in Milwaukee, all right. Yeah. I understand you have to go grocery shopping and you want to go out to eat, you know, whatever you live here.

Fine. I just, I feel like when he sits courtside at some of these games, that's, that's a little much like you want to go to a bucks game, get a box, go hide, sit in court size. Like Marquette women he's courtside.

What are you doing? That, that I think the thing that bothers me the most about all this is the consistent sitting courtside at games. Does he have a place down there that he stays? He's not going to drive here every night. Is he? I mean, that would be ridiculous. That would be really dumb.

Yeah. If it's a Wednesday, okay. Day game, you drive back up, wake up Friday, leave early. I mean, he's not the first man to ever commute.

He's not the first man to ever make this commute, but you got to work somewhere three days in a row. I mean, there were nights when I first moved to Milwaukee where I was still working in Fond du Lac and you know what, maybe I was the original counsel. Cause I, I was still, I was still like trying to be Mr. Fond du Lac, but I didn't have my roots there. I didn't know what was going on. I didn't know all the gossip at the Commonwealth coffee corner shop. You know, I didn't know. I didn't know what's going on there.

Maybe I, maybe it, maybe it bothers me so much. Cause I feel like I did it trying to be the Fond du Lac radio man. And then waking up some days and just programming the show for my home in Shorewood. What a trader. Yeah.

Pick one. So he's not the first person to ever commute. But even when I would work in Fond du Lac at night, I would still like stay there overnight. It's like, all right, I'm done working at nine o'clock.

Now I'm just going to stay here at my buddies, you know, no point to drive and then just drive somewhere to sleep, wake up. So is that going to happen? Is he, is the family going to come with them a bunch? I don't know.

I just hope it fails spectacularly. And he, he had comments about it and he'd say, Oh, you know, it wasn't pretty nice. Why are we being so nice? Not that we have to like be really mean, don't do anything bad to this man. You know, spray painting ass on a sign is not that big of a deal. And everybody act like, Oh, it's such a betrayal.

It is ass blurred out on the news. It's not that big of a deal. If you start to like teepee his house or egg his house.

Okay. Too far. If you see him though, like in public, don't go up, don't, don't throw shit at him. Don't, don't like scratch his car with your keys too far. It doesn't, but don't, don't go up to him and be like, Hey Craig, that's a bummer you left.

It's going to be a fun rivalry. Don't do that. Ignore him. Don't look at him. Ignore him.

He left us. Really don't, don't harm anything. Don't harm property outside of the ass. It'd be nice if the sign got spray painted continually is like a bit.

I would, I would be down with that. Just a sign. But don't, don't, don't damage any property. Don't damage any, don't hurt him. Don't, don't even, don't even, don't even take it on his family.

Like if you know his wife or kids and you see him or they're in your class, like don't take it out on them. No, if you're friends with her, invite her out for a girl's day. But if you're having a party, you send the invitation, only she can come. No Craig. Oh, I didn't know. I didn't invite you. I didn't, I didn't know that you still lived here.

You, you left to Chicago. I, I I'm sorry to assume. Can you give them a straight monotone boo in public?

Yeah, maybe, maybe, maybe. But I was just, is the way, or even like, even if you don't just ignore them, don't go up to him and try to be friendly. Hey, hey Craig, how's Chicago going? He left you. So it's not, again, it's not that I'm like, it happened.

What can I do? That video, when we found out about the news live, the numbers on that have been going up lately. Cubs fans found it again, where I'm like, he's at where now? They found it again. It's happened. It's over.

It's fine. I want to beat him. That'd be great.

But it still happened and there shouldn't just be like, there shouldn't be no fallout to it. He's going to play these games at Miller Park and then what's he going to go to do? Go to, go to the restaurant in Whitefish Bay after the game? And I don't get it. I don't get why he thinks he can get away with it, but he can. And that's, that's the thing.

He can. All right, Tim Shea. Hello. Hey buddy.

What's going on? I know you didn't want to talk bucks. So I, I did all the bucks first. Good. I'm excited.

I think I'm excited about baseball. I didn't want to talk about the All-Star game. I know.

I spent only a few moments on that. What's going on? Hey, I got nothing. I got nothing. Great. Tim Shea. Great to see him here on the count down the days for opening day.

You're going to go with me? Two things. You know how I hate baseball? I know. I hate baseball less.

How come? I don't know. Some of this video from down there and some of like, yell, it's just being all and everyone thinks we're the brewers, whatever. It's kind of got me like juiced up. I've heard Joey Weimer has worked on his batting stance and swing and it's not as crazy as it will be. Joey Weimer's got a new swing and there was video of it and everyone's like, wow, what a great new swing. And I'm thinking to myself, I couldn't for the life of me tell you what his old swing looked like. I have no idea. He was just all over the place. Yeah. I don't, I don't know.

You could have fooled me. I'm excited for Cheerio. Like, excited to see him play. I would assume he's making the team, right? Right. Okay, good.

I'm excited for the Pat Murphy era. Yes. Yes. Kevin Holden has told me that he is really looking forward, that he's going to be a hoot this year. A hoot. I don't know what that means. He's just very excited.

Just the way he talks baseball. So I think what I'm excited for, by the way, do we have Gary Sanchez on our team? I don't know what's going on with that. I don't know.

Oh, I didn't mention Woodruff's back. That got people excited. Yeah. Yes. Even if he's just going to be a clubhouse guy this year, it's just nice to still have him in the fold. Yeah. He'll be a clubhouse guy this year, but next in 25, he'll be ready to rock and roll.

I think that's great because a lot of times we would lose out. I always think of Corey Knable when he wanted like 5 million, but he had to rehab. Yeah. Did we know how much he offered was like three? And so he basically got paid to rehab by the Dodgers because they could just afford it.

It's like a tax write off for them. Do you know how much money Woodruff is getting? Does that come out yet?

I have not seen it. Okay. What else are you doing with this Brewers team? I'm excited about what else am I excited about? I'm excited about the two new scoreboards I have of course. Oh yeah. I'm a little upset one doesn't face the parking lot. Yeah.

Because tailgating is more important than the actual game. Of course. I'm excited about, I'm excited to see how much Craig council was a part of any of this success. Oh dude.

I can already tell you. I, I feel like he is going to be cheered and applauded in a standing ovation come game number one against the Cubs here in Milwaukee. Yeah. I still think that our, our fan base as a whole, we give in too quickly. Wisconsin sports fans are I'm serious among some of the most passionate fans that you will find. We love our teams.

We love our sports and we make huge investments into them, but God forbid we stand up or boost somebody who deserves it. God forbid. I really thought like when this, you know, first happened again, I told her, so everything's still kind of whatever, but he's talking around saying people are coming up to him and like still want his autograph and take it. I know, I know. I, Pete, I, I, I really just thought people would, you know, we'd get into it when he comes here and just, you know, Miller park explodes like you got to, you got to get some extra police in here. Hey, I'm not going to need that. I mean, we don't need extra police. I just think like, not like we're going to, you know, rise. It'd be nice if we were just excited to go boot. Yeah.

We're too forgiving. Well, I think Murphy and him are going to pal around in the lineup exchange. I wouldn't.

Starts with your manager. I know. Um, that'd be great because I'm excited to see like, what that'd be great.

If they walk up and Murphy just clocks and like punches them. Yes. Where are you right now? What are you doing? I am. I'm almost home. I'm driving home. What were you up to?

I had to stop at the pick and save. Oh yeah. I had to get some things and do some other stuff around downtown and yeah. Um, fun. Did you go down to Tupelo honey?

I did not Bart. We need to go. I have, yes, we need to go. We'll we'll set a date next week. Maybe come up next week. Let's see the next week. Wednesday. Maybe one of these days I have to go in to the studio early.

Uh, I got a big interview that I'm taping. Ooh. Ooh. Bernie Williams.

Very nice. Yankee. Bernie Williams.

Yankee legend. Oh yeah. All right. What do you guys going to talk about? He's got a charity he is promoting.

Okay. And I also want to talk to him about his post baseball career because he's like a great musician now, I believe saxophone, which I think is an elite musical instrument. I don't think I have the diaphragm to blow into a saxophone, like to do a Baker street or something, but saxophone, and I think when you add saxophone to any song, it, Oh my God. Piano.

I I'm partial to piano. I love the piano, but you did once have a piano in your living room. So, Oh yes, I did. I did. Uh, I did before I moved the old, the old, the old house I used to podcast out of your summer house. Yeah.

Summer house. Uh, any other bucks comments? I kind of just told everybody to shut the fuck up again. I like what Jack said the other day. What's it, what did you think of that? Were you, are you like, nah, no, I like that. But then there was that 10 second tick tock where Dave was like, I take bam at a bio and everyone's like, Oh, he doesn't want to be here.

Then he honest says, Oh, you don't know. I don't watch basketball. Shut up.

Why do we care? The bucks have four days off. Take the, take the time off with them. Oh, the rest of them are in Cabo, right? Yeah. They went to Cabo like before the Memphis game. Uh, any Packer thoughts? I'm starting to read some mock drafts. No, I mean, no, really these mock drafts.

It's like, Oh, we might get the guy from Iowa. I'm more, I'm more interested in what happens at the top. I think the top of this draft is as compelling as ever. So I'm not going to be doing the mock drafts for the tackle in the second round. I want to see what the bears do, where Marvin Harrison goes, where the quarterbacks go.

Yes. I'm very intrigued at the draft. I just, I don't know how much I care about our draft yet. I have bear fans in my family and they're fighting amongst themselves on what to do with Justin Fields. One wants him gone and one wants him. So just watching those two fight against each other is hilarious. I think Justin Fields is gone.

I don't think that there needs to be a debate anymore. One of them. Didn't you see he unfollowed the bears on Instagram? I did not. Oh yeah.

And he started following a bunch of Falcons. Big news. Oh, okay. All right.

I did not know that I'll have days of sourcing out journalism are over. You just got to look at these guys. IG accounts. Yeah. Hmm. I wonder who I've a unfollowed lately.

I'll have to go and take a look at that. I don't like when there's no football. Yeah.

I hate it. Last week, last weekend. Oh, but the spring league is starting out. Who's your team again? You staying with the DC defenders. Yeah. They didn't get contracted as now.

Tim is frozen. All right. Sorry. Good to see you. Baseball coming.

I did. You know what I watched a bunch of on Monday was the 500. What team are you cheering for? DC defenders. Defenders.

Okay. For some reason I thought it was the Michigan Panthers or something. No, I like DC because if DC people root for Milwaukee sports, then I think we root for DC. I forgot about that. I like DC. I watched the Daytona 500 yesterday. How was that? It's really hard to like, I like when racing's on, I just like when it's on.

I really do. But to watch this race, these guys are either in first or second or whatever. And then Ryan Blaney. No, he didn't win. He crashed.

William Byron won. And he was like, it's like these guys are in 36 and then they pit and then they're in fourth. It's all so close. It's a lot of driving around. Really.

It's just don't crash and somehow get to the front after 500 miles. It's a lot of times I feel like guys win races and it's like, how the fuck did that happen? It's really weird. You know what I, you know who I've been listening to a lot of this week? Who? Our boy, Tim Allen. Oh, how's Tim doing? Tim gets some shifts because of Sunburn Bowl five. Yeah. So Timmy's doing the noon to three shifts.

So it's been nice to listen to his news and notes and all his Brewer talk. So yeah. Yeah. I do miss those Monday or Tuesday mornings from seven to eight. Cause you'd say, oh, let's have Timmy on for 15 minutes.

And it would turn into a full hour. Yeah. Well I like to kill time and Tim's good at helping me kill time.

And you guys were fantastic together. What up? I do. I do miss some hot stove talk to warm me up in these cold months. Yeah. Well that's what it does.

Although I have officially declared winter is over forever or just this year. I think kind of both. All right. All right. Your politics are showing. Okay. You keep saying that.

I don't know what that means, but I don't know. Well, we had one snow. It's 50 degrees. You know, we're going to get like smacked in April. We'll get another. We'll get another snow storm, but like shit's over.

Shit's over. Your son will never be able to build a snowman then. He will never build a snowman. It'll be like, he'll need an ice queen to turn everything into ice like Elsa and frozen. Or eventually Bezos' drones will deliver snow to people's front yard, just to build snowmen and snow forts.

That's where we're headed. You can tell who the rich people on your block are if they were able to afford snow this year. That's how it is in Phoenix with real grass. If you're rich, if you have real grass in your front yard.

You live in a nice part of town and part of the older development where they still had central irrigation. Now the Diamondbacks in the city of Phoenix is going through the exact same thing the brewers just went with. We have ownership threatening to leave Arizona. It's the same battle.

I'm having a little PTSD. Where would they go? I don't know. The owner just kind of did what Mark did a couple of months ago where he's like, he kind of puts news out in the press to get pressure on legislature. So it's the same game we've seen before. I don't think they leave, but they're just putting pressure on the city.

What's Shay? Send him to Utah. You've been trying to cut in cones for a minute to say that? Just it wasn't even a minute. Shut up.

Just go. You guys want to talk? How are your badgers doing? Big game tonight.

Terrible, terrible. What happened? They forgot how to play, frankly. They can't play on the road.

We've seen. And honestly, I'm never one to point fingers at Greg guard, but when you're on this big of a losing skid, that's on coaching and that's on Greg guard. I'm thinking that this year, the women's tournament might be a bigger job than the men's.

No, no chance. There's the tradition and the brackets and the history, but the men, they have no, there's no stars in the league. I think maybe for Iowa games and the women's tournament, I would agree with you. Maybe LSU games as well might be a higher job. They play each other.

That's going to set records overall. I mean, men's Yukon. Well there's a lot of, there's a lot of good teams. There's a lot of good storylines there are I, because I'm such a, I don't want my politics to be showing, but I've watched more women's basketball than men's this year, like 20 minutes to five minutes.

But still, I have no comments. I was going to say something, but I don't want to get in trouble here. Are you off your little tantrum with the all-star game?

Cause I agree with you. I think people always freak out about it, but it's nothing new this year. It's not like this year is the first year we're like, Oh, this is unwatchable.

How do we fix this? This has been every year since the last 10 years, at least I'm off my tantrum. I think, I think that Adam Silver's telling some of these people to, to be, to talk about it. Oh, you do.

You're in, you're a, you got a tinfoil hat for that one. Yeah. I don't, Silver, this guy, I was reading this tweet last night that I found where everything he'd like basketball is worse than it was 10 years ago. The game is worse. You can't play defense cause there's fouls all over the place. I don't know.

It's all about perception and stuff, but I still, when you drive into the lane and just like, pretend to get hit for two shots. Did you see Adam Silver's comments about kind of investing in developmental leagues, like even earlier than they already do? Oh, I don't want to go down that road. Oh, you don't.

Okay. Now major league soccer does that. It's like, you should be able to just like play when you're 12 years old.

Just go play. But isn't that what they do over in Europe? They do those like developmental camps for soccer or developmental leagues. Yeah. Like Manchester United has signed players at the age of six before. Right.

We'll put them in their system and Grooming them, essentially. Well, your words, but there's so, there's so much, like there's so much pay to play in youth sports. I don't want to see more of that. Well, I think they're competing. I mean, AAU, it's already a prominent, it's not like this is new to basketball. Basketball is already a shit show.

Yeah. And I think Silver ultimately wants maybe a league or some sort of thing to compete with AAU because he's seen now, I think 30% of NBA All-Stars or players are coming from overseas and they just have such a different approach to the youth game over there. You know, very team focused, you practice more than you play. And now, I mean, in AAU, it's you go to a weekend tournament, you play what, six games? I don't know what Tony's up to, but he could chime in on this, but Silver basically wants to like get more of a focus on a team game at the youth level, focus on practice, focus on all around development rather than just getting these AAU hotshots who have, you know, carried themselves, maybe even their families since, you know, age 14, 13, 14.

So I don't know. I kind of like the idea, honestly. Something to compete with AAU because AAU is a nightmare. I think I watched some of the 93 All-Star game yesterday and it was, I mean, it was more competitive, but also no one was shooting threes. So you had to like set up a play until the defense got back and it was, everybody's just chucking threes now.

That's part of it. Also, I really think like what I settled on last night is the reason we think All-Star games were better when like everybody was kids is because that's the one time you got to see everyone. Games, you can watch, like for years, I thought, well, I like to watch the Warriors, right?

My bro's there. I want to see them play. I thought maybe I'll get league pass. And then I look at their schedule and 50 of their games are on TV that I have access to, whether it's NBA TV or whatever, ESPN, TNT, and there's just more access. There's more TV.

There's more, I mean, everybody's got a podcast. It was just more accessible. So when you saw these guys together, it was like the only time you ever saw them together. Baseball, they never used, like you never play it in their league. So the only time, even football, the pro ball, I get to see some Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers because red zone didn't exist. I think that All-Star games were better historically because we got to see these guys less.

It's not as big of a, it's all just together. It's not, it's not the event and as unique as it used to be. Yeah. I mean, I don't know.

I don't think people, I don't think the All-Star game has, maybe it was at one point appointment television, like all these people on Twitter are saying, but you flip it on, you see the stars have fun. Who cares? And Tim, how long is that straw you just had in your hand? Can you pull it out for us? What the hell? That's long.

It's for my thing. Ah, your stance. Is that a Stanley? Yup.

Is that a plastic straw? No, it's whatever came. Whatever came. Well, Tim's politics are showing if you ask me.

Agreed. Tim, I promoted, uh, Friday night. Friday night. WLW, actually Friday night, CBS 58.

And WLW. Yeah, you get the books game. Nine o'clock start. Uh, there's a half hour pre pregame show too.

That starts at eight o'clock. Kevin Holden. Kevin Holden. Yeah. Kevin Holden will be live from Minneapolis. Wow.

For what? The Bucks game. Oh. It's on CBS 58. Exciting. Uh, not to pop your balloon, but it's also on ESPN that night.

It's on CBS 58. Like if you're going to have this big deal, don't do it on the national televised game. They don't have. Will JJ Roddick be calling that game?

They don't know. Maybe. No, it will be. Well, he's on the A crew now.

It will be Lisa Bynes and then. Well, okay. So you got, you got your streams crossed, but yeah. So on 58, you're still doing the Bally team.

Yup. Pre-game show. Are you going to give us Marcus Johnson games or are you going to give us Steve Novak games? I don't know.

I don't know how that all works out. It's lining up for a Novak game. Friday night. Although maybe the Bucks are like, all right, we need a Marcus Johnson game.

It's on local television. Bring back Paschke. How awesome would that be if Jim Paschke and John McLaughlin just right there?

I don't know. We do need, I miss Paschke. We need a little more Paschke.

We need some Paschke and we need some Ted Davis. Oh, welcome to CBS 58 and WMLW. It's great to be on broadcast TV. Haven't been here since the channel 18 days. Oh yeah, Jim, this is really great. Just need a scoop and a score and six times more. Never out of a game when McLaughlin was on the call.

You never are. And one time, I don't know what game it was, but it worked. One time they did have like three stopping scores and it was, he was going crazy. Oh, I missed that. I covered that earlier. Bucks fans need to shut up. But you know, I found out that the Brewers game will be on local radio this weekend. On 6-20 WTMJ.

Buzzing down here. You getting any games, Cone? I'll be going to some games. You say that every year and then don't go. I think a Friday, March 8th is it.

I'll be going. That's when all the local media is in town. I know Mike Heller is in town that week.

Kevin Holden's on there right now. Yeah. Holdi always gets that first week. And then there's another week where like everyone else comes. Yeah.

The fourth, the eighth is a big media week down here. Having fun, getting all his stuff, getting all his interviews. You get, you get a lot easier access, you know, no games.

I'll take you Jacob Miserowski or whatever the hell his name is. Gotta get a lot of file footage. That's key. Yep. They're doing that.

And then you can, you can just kind of tape and bank everything for the next month. No sports on March 7th. Oh, it's time for our spotlight here on Joey Leamer. Aaron interviewed tape three weeks ago. Changed his swing this year. Yeah.

Apparently I don't know. Apparently it's a mirror image of Aaron judge. That's what I'm seeing. I did see a side to side and they look complete boots on the ground. Tell me back to the Badgers real quick boots on the ground.

Tell me Jay Wright might be interested in the Badger coaching job. Who are those boots? Can you confirm? I need to know the boots first. I'm telling you who the boots are. I'm not buying into that. Take Tim. All right.

Just like when you saw doc rivers, honestly, John take then Jay, right? So you're trying to tell us, I hate when you play insider, you're so bad at it. You're trying to tell us that someone close to the organization or the w w how close are we? How close are these boots? I don't know. I don't know.

Just, you know, boots. I can not reveal my sources. Cause then I would not be able to tell you. I don't want you to, I want to know how close the source is. Is it, is it like, is it a source that has direct contact or is it like when Paul Hennings it's three from the front row as, Oh, they don't like each other. Look at his sources. I'm just, just from, just not front row. Not, not what it is. He's no Mike Heller.

I'll give you that. Well, there's very few that are by the way, a new doc rivers interview dropped. I saw that he's, he was confused why the bucks even reached out to him.

Here I'll play it. Why does he keep talking? Why does he keep talking? Is he trying to get fired?

Have you ever seen a guy take a job and regret it so instantly? What's he doing? Who knows? This is annoying me. Kevin McCarthy. All right. That's a good, that's a good spot.

Sorry. I was just reading the Hodger court piece. They've just taught Hodger court, Hodger court. That guy, the, the, the takes he had to sit on for 40 years. I know he's covering baseball.

He never says anything about his personal life or opinions. The minute he's done covering baseball. He's like, I mean, I think, I think him and Charlie Sykes wanted to trade places all those. Yeah. All right. Well good to see you guys both. You too, Timmy. Mr.

I holes looking as good as ever. Thank you. Thank you. You got two minutes to taste the biscuit with the honey saucer. Are we just tasting the biscuit?

Is it to be Tuesday? Well, yeah, shit. I got to go too. Fuck. They're not at sunburn bowl.

What the hell? Well, it drew and KB weren't going, Billy and John Kuhn didn't go. So, I mean, I'm not going there just to hang out with Zave and Josh. What is sunburn bowl without Drew and KB, honestly?

And it's, it's a random vacation with a couple tagalongs. It's like the office without Michael Scott. Yup. Unreal. All right, folks. Good to see you. Everybody that was here. Good to see you guys. We will have later in the week, uh, at a time TBD.

So we'll look for that. Goodbye everybody. And go brewers. Go Brewers.
