The Carolina Panthers need to play with desperation the last three weeks of the season against the Green Bay Packers, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Dennis says he wants to see a team still desperate for another win, and force their opponents to match their level of desperation.

P-U-L-S-Z.com. I really hope that the Carolina Panthers don't look at this weekend and say, you know what, we're out of the playoff race. We are holiday weekend. And only care about the snacks. Exactly.

Only care about the snacks. And they look at this weekend and go like, you know what, let's just get through the week. Once we get through Sunday, we're already home. We can spend Christmas with family and all that kind of stuff.

Don't have to worry about any of that. You know, let's just get through this week. Let's get to Christmas. Let's enjoy that with family. And then we got two more games after that.

And then we can just get out of here. Because this season for the Carolina Panthers, whether you're Bryce Young or really anyone in that building right now, it's been an exhausting season. I mean, losing week in and week out, it's exhausting. The stuff with the coach getting fired, it's exhausting. The stuff with the coaches going directly to David Tepper, the owner or the general manager, Scott Fitterer. Hearing all that kind of stuff. And basically, this was described in the athletic by Joe Person and Diane Orsini as the quote, hunger games. It's actually a source of theirs described as. It's almost like hunger games.

Everyone's out for themselves. That stuff's exhausting. If you're a Panthers fan, this season has been exhausting. And it impressed me this past Sunday when the Panthers on a drive where they needed to have it, had to have it. They're able to rally together, band together and got the play done and got the job done. They made the plays necessary on that final drive to set up for that game winning field goal for Eddie Pinheiro.

Shout out to Eddie Pinheiro, NFC special teams player of the week. But they were able to do that when they easily, when it was, like I said, an exhausting season and it's pouring down rain outside and it's cold and you're just tired of it, just tired of all of it. Easily going to be like, let's just get that bleep out of here because I'm done with this. And if you had that mentality, I would not blame you one bit. Because I guarantee you people that are Panthers fans probably think the same way. I am over it.

It's pouring down rain. I don't want to watch this stuff anymore. I totally get it. But there's a sense of desperation to finish the job and get that win on Sunday.

It was very much like, hey, it's an us against the thoughts of everyone, us against the thoughts of everyone else mentality, that us against the world type thing. They had that desperation on Sunday and it showed and they got the job done. And with three games remaining against Green Bay at Jacksonville and then once again at home against Tampa Bay. So two of your final three games are at home. All three of those teams that I mentioned are competing for playoff spots, basically are in playoff mode right now. Green Bay trying to fight for a playoff spot in a wild card, as is Jacksonville. Jacksonville's on a three-way tie for the top of the AFC South with Houston and with Indianapolis. And then Tampa Bay is tied at the top of the NFC South with New Orleans.

They're both 8-6. And they're also in contention for a wild card spot too. All three of those teams can either make or miss the playoffs and playing against the Panthers is going to play a big factor into it. So in a sense, if you shift your mindset if you're Carolina, you say, you know what?

We're playing three teams that are in playoff position or in playoff mode. Bring that same mindset yourself of playoff mentality. Gotta win it, gotta have it. That level of desperation. And don't try and match the desperation that Green Bay is going to be in after having just lost the Tampa Bay. Don't be in that level of like chasing them.

Be in the mindset of... Hey, that's pretty mean. There's always a new reason to play. Cash prices every day of the week. P-U-L-S-Z dot com. P-U-L-S-Z dot com.

P-U-L-S-Z dot com. It is Ryan here and I have a question for you. What do you do when you win? Like are you a fist pumper? A woohooer? A hand clapper? A high fiver?

I kind of like to high five, but if you want to hone in on those winning moves, check out Chumba Casino. We're going to get this next win because we need this next win. We want to sit there and say we got back to back wins.

They haven't done that yet, obviously, this year. Only two wins. But have that desperation and chase and go get that next one. It felt good to get the second one. Go get another one. Like I talked about with the Carolina Hurricanes, how do you follow it, right?

Everyone's capable of having a really good moment. How do you back it up? You had that desperation and you got the win on Sunday in a pouring down rating against Atlanta. How do you follow it up?

Do you follow it up by just propping your feet up, feeling good, just thinking about Christmas? Or you go, hey, you know what? Let's get another one. Let's make Green Bay match our desperation. We don't have anything to lose, but we have everything to prove.

Prove to yourself that you know what? I am good, despite what everyone else has said about me, despite what our record is. We're better than what we've shown on this field. Have that level of desperation. Make Green Bay match you this Sunday. Make Jacksonville match you the week after that. Make Tampa Bay match you as opposed to the other way around. Make them chase you on the field as opposed to you chasing the game. Yeah, you might be outmanned. Like for example, you play Dallas, you're just outmanned. Simple as that.

Just that much better than you. But there are things that you can control in terms of your mindset as an athlete when you get into these situations about how you approach them. And I think it's important, and I really hope that Bryce Young as the quarterback, because he's the future of this franchise, at least you hope, because if he's successful, that means your team is successful. And vice versa, if the team's successful, it means Bryce is successful. We'll get into Bryce Young tomorrow.

But I really hope that it's Bryce that's driving this. Because he came from a winning situation at Alabama, but also when he got to Alabama, they were already winning before him, and they're winning after him. Because there's that, there's that mindset, there's that standard that's set there.

Can he get everyone else in the locker room to buy in? Because at this time of year when you're a team like Carolina, it's really easy. We already saw it before Frank Wright got fired where everyone's in cover-your-own-tail mode, pointing fingers. They're the problem, not me.

I wanted to do this, but they're not doing that. Everyone wants to try and point out everyone else's problems as opposed to looking at themselves and actually trying to be a solution. That can happen on the field, too, with players. Trying to get to another contract, right? You're trying to audition yourself, if it's not for the Panthers, for another team in the NFL to get another job, for your next job. Or to even just, again, stick around with Carolina, whether you're a coach or a player.

It's easy for selfishness to creep in. But in that last drive, the end of the game, really just the whole game as a whole against Atlanta, we actually saw Carolina play as a team. I want to see them have that same mentality the rest of the way. Have that desperation of, we have to have this next win.

Not, let's just get through it. Make Green Bay play to your level of desperation. Make Jacksonville play to your level mentally. Make Tampa Bay have to chase you mentally, even though they're the ones actually truly fighting for playoff spots. You can still bring that mentality.

If you get beat because they're better than you, then you get beat because they're better than you. But don't go in there thinking, ah, got that win, baby. Win two. Let's pack it in, boys. Let's get ready for the offseason. What are you guys doing in February?

Anyone want to take a trip to St. Croix? Don't have that mindset. Bring that level of desperation. Cash prizes every day. Adds up when you play at Pulse Casino. Fults.com. Over 700 casino-style games and counting.
