The New York Times broke the story of Democrat officials rigging Alaska's midterm election ballot for the U.S. Senate in favor of Rep. Mary Peltola. This story comes on the heels of news that the Obama Administration had investigated whether Rep. Ilhan Omar married her brother, and a Biden-appointed U.S. attorney shut down the probe. The Sekulow team discusses the NYT's story on election fraud in Alaska, the Deep State covering up Omar's scandal, the ACLJ's legal work to preserve election integrity – and much more.

On today's show, details emerge for Democratic scheme to double the Dan Sullivans on the ballot. Keeping you informed and engaged, now more than ever, this is Sekulow. We want to hear from you. Share and post your comments or call 1-800-684-3110. And now your host, Logan Sekulow.

Welcome to Sekulow. It is just a few days from the midterm elections. will and i may go vote soon we'll see we've thought about it we thought about voting well i mean we only have a few days left to do that yeah i think we should do it let's try i think we should go out there get in line you know do your part as they say yeah the midterms are just a few days away and a lot is being uncovered including this comes out of alaska and this has been reported over the last few weeks it's like oh this is a little suspicious it seems like there are two republicans running in alaska with the same name with dan sullivan one of them the candidate that everyone knows in the area and one of them no one knew it seems like in any area he was an unknown entity and thanks i have to say to an unlikely source the new york times they did a little digging and found out that this candidate running again as a republican is in his late 60s from small town never voted for President trump in fact attended to no kings rally and then the day before having to run for this space decided maybe i'm a republican now and at the same time they did a little digging to figure out where this possibly came from and shocker you'll never believe who be scheming this i mean this is a ridiculous moment and maybe we need to take a little clip over to the person who maybe needs to take a little accountability and maybe take them uh you know put them in their money where their mouth is if you will you know for spending months denying that the campaign had anything to do with the fact that there was a man named dan sullivan running against the other dan sullivan which in a ranked choice voting could only help the person not named dan sullivan mary patola she denied it they denied it we have nothing to do with this in fact here's a bite from her at a town hall in august talking about if you try to deceive voters here's what she thinks about that it should be a criminal offense to lie or mislead the electorate yes yes let's work for that logan it should be a criminal it ought to be a offense if you uh lie or deceive the electorate let's work towards that but surprise surprise Guys, here's what the New York Times reported yesterday. And let's throw this up on the screen for folks. This says, operatives aligned with Alaska Senate Democrat nominee Mary Patola spent months recruiting candidates to peel votes from her Republican rival.

The group worked to coax would-be spoilers into the race to dilute the incumbent's support. And they've got the receipts, folks. We're going to go over that when we get back. I mean, the receipts are just so blatant. Emails, text messages being like, I don't know, let's take a look.

Let's try to find all the Dan Sullivans in the area. Maybe one of them will do this. Maybe we should consider creating a MAGA party that we can run against. Wouldn't that be cool? That's a great idea.

I mean, these are the kind of messages that are coming in. We're going to go through in detail the actual specific ones, but phone lines are open for you at 1-800-684-3110. 1-800-684-3110. Again, as this scandal rocks the election again, You may say in Alaska, why is it important? We'll get into that.

Also an update on the Elon Omar investigation and how the origins of this investigation may tie back all the way into the Obama administration and what they did or really what they decided not to do. Phone lines again are open for you. I want to hear from you. 1-800-684-3110 with election day just around the corner. We are discovering all of these ongoing election deceptions.

We have responded by launching our protect the vote campaign and it has had immediate impact right now every gift is double donate today and continue your impact we need your support at aclj.org slash vote yesterday i mean we got so much to go through yesterday we referred the town of chevrolet maryland to the doj after we uncovered 25 of its non-citizen voter list in federal elections we're preparing a major foyer request in new jersey with hundreds already people hundreds of people have already voted illegally in california we're preparing a lawsuit again where they're not tracking who is legally voting. We're just scratching the surface with election day just days away. Every lawful vote deserves to count and that's why we're taking legal action to be a part of it today. Join the fight to protect the vote and have your gift doubled today at aclj.org. We'll be right back.

phone lines are open for you at 1-800-684-3110 1-800-684-3110 have your voice heard on the air today I want to kick off a phone call let's go to Robert in Maryland on line 1 Robert go ahead yeah I wanted to ask you about the situation with the Dan Sullivans out in the state of Alaska that one or two of the candidates are actually fraudulent or not fraudulent. They are at least, as you said a little bit earlier, they were looking for different people, I guess, that were also named Dan Sullivan to dilute the vote. And if they're looking for anyone that's named Dan Sullivan to dilute the vote, why is that being done? Yeah, I think there's a pretty easy answers for a lot of this, Robert. Thanks for teeing us up here.

I appreciate it. That's right.

So because of the weird voting that they have in Alaska, the ranked choice voting the primary featured a lot more candidates and then it whittled down to four final candidates you have the incumbent who is dan s sullivan who is the senator for alaska right now he's a republican he's an incumbent senator you have mary peltola who is running against him very close race that's right congresswoman running against this to become the next senator and because of ranked choice you have other candidates that make this final ballot and when people vote they rank the the votes and then it goes to what's called an instant runoff if someone doesn't get 50 percent and it keeps tabulating right until someone gets to 50 percent so what they did here is try to dilute the people voting for the real dan sullivan the incumbent Dan Sullivan by what the New York Times is describing as a coordinated effort between operatives from the her campaign as well as the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee that's the national organization that are Democrat senators it's chaired by Senator Kirsten Gillibrand from New York and what they do is they decide where to direct funds and help get more Democrats elected to office and this is in summer of 2025 so last year staffers started being asked to go through voter records and produce a list of dan sullivans across the state and according to this report from the new york times not only did they talk to this dan sullivan who ultimately decided to run for the senate seat they talked to other dan sullivans they also talked to people that weren't named dan sullivan that they could maybe put some effort behind to try and get other candidates that would harm the incumbent yeah this was just happened to be the dan sullivan that was willing to uh roll the dice now this dan sullivan he said is it a legitimate candidate he filed paperwork in theory run for senate he is on the ballot he's a real human he knows he is running and he says no i'm a i'm a legitimate candidate now he lives uh in a place in alaska you can only get to by plane or boat uh he when he originally filed changed his registration to be a republican to add more confusion the day before he filed uh to actually run for the office after by the way admittedly openly saying i never voted for the republican President last three times and attended no king's rallies which i'm sure was a very small rally wherever he lived that took a plane or boat to get to it was not a lot of news coverage ride really but then he also filed his name instead of dan j sullivan which is his middle initial name he filed it to be the exact same as the incumbent he then claimed that was a typo which i mean if you're using a keyboard uh the s and the j are not remotely close to each other uh but he still filed that all that so there was already questions and the new york times sent a reporter in august they reported on this and said searching for answers from the man accused of sabotaging alaska senate race and they have this line it says talking to mr sullivan and reporting in petersburg i did not find case closing evidence of either a democratic plot or a fully independent campaign without ulterior motives we took that to say like okay if the if the new york times can't even claim this is on the up and up something is fishy here but then yesterday this bombshell report where they go through months of of records of text messages between the dscc campaign operatives a super PAC uh that was supporting mary peltola that shows coordination in this where they were trying to find someone this was their goal it even goes on to talk about how a focus group was was being looked at and that's what they do in in campaign staffers as well as as consultants will get focus groups see which messaging works and it says that in a text message someone said that it says patola advisors seem to make fun of voters while watching the focus group surmising the participants would be susceptible to being tricked into voting for a ballot spoiler i mean the campaign do we have a scheme for you is the quote. That is the quote from one of the campaign consultants. Do we have a scheme for you? I mean, how insane to put that in text. And now it has been uncovered.

And again, they said it was for their ballot strategy plan with a little smiley face emoji. Again, as this all unfolded, we now know, though, that people are voting and they're voting with these people on the ballot.

So they got to be very careful right now. Though we're very excited that someone like the New York Times actually took the initiative and the effort to put their journalistic integrity on the line and went and did this, it doesn't mean things are going to change between now and Tuesday.

Now, could there be big ramifications for this? Yeah, and there should be. There should be massive ramifications for this kind of intentional election interference. But I actually want to take a call. James is calling from Alaska, who said it was a bit confusing voting himself.

So I think we should go ahead and take, can we take James? James is calling from Alaska again. Watch on the Salem News Channel. James, go ahead. yeah i i voted the other day and our rank choice voting ballot measure was a different color on the ballot that wasn't on plain white like like the rest of the ballot that we we voted on and it was hard to see and i had to step out of the ballot booth and ask for that measure was at to get it pointed out to me where it was at yeah i mean james this is a different issue that we're all dealing with around the country.

I think a lot of us have stepped into that polling place and wish they weren't there. Wish they were doing something else in that moment because of how uncomfortable sometimes, let's just be honest, how it feels unsecure, feels unsafe. You got people lined up outside. You got the campaigns on the border. You have the people inside who are struggling because it's not enough staff or the staff is, let's just be honest, usually an older a group of people who just typically cannot move it forward quickly.

There's a lot of this just uncomfortability that goes into voting that I think we need to spend a lot more time on in your local elections and in the federal elections and the Presidential elections I know it all handled via states but there are many different times where and I was talking about this with a family member the other day where you do almost, you don't regret voting. Obviously, we should be going in and voting. It's our duty. I think we need to do it. I mean, it's very, very important.

But you see why people who are maybe not as politically inclined get turned off by the whole thing. Because when you have things like this happening in Alaska, where the double Dan Sullivans, or you just have the uncomfortability of doing this, or even the risk of certain things happening when you're in, it's a lot right now that we deal with as American people. And the more we make this streamlined, the better it is. I mean, it even ties back to the issues we're having when they're trying to rewrite the way propositions are being held. And we've been talking about that here at the ACLJ, where when things are written to be nefariously confusing, it's not dissimilar.

It's not as silly sounding as a double Dan Sullivan. Let's go find another Dan Sullivan. But at the core, it's the same problem. The core of the problem is you're talking about trying to get to mislead people to vote a certain direction.

Well, and once again, that's why we are in our Protect the Vote campaign right now, because of the work the ACLJ does to try and ensure free and fair elections in this country. But I think we should play this flashback from earlier in the week, Logan. Manu Raju talking to Hakeem Jeffries, because the language could not be more pertinent to what we're talking about here. This is where he's saying there's no way Republicans can win unless they do something very specific. Let's play bite 11, and then we'll talk about what that specific thing is.

there must be something in the back of your mind though that says that something could still go wrong on election night would you acknowledge that well you have to assume as we've done from the very beginning that republicans are going to try to come up with any diabolical scheme to prevent november 3rd from being a free and fair election what do you mean by that well we've been he says they're going to try and come up with some diabolical scheme to prevent November 3rd from being a free and fair election. Tell me, I mean, the U.S. attorney in Alaska is investigating this. The governor of Alaska is saying that they are investigating whether laws have been broken, whether campaign finance or any other conspiracy laws. They're looking into that at this point because of how coordinated this effort was.

But if you're going to sit there, Hakeem Jeffries, and go on CNN and with a straight face talk about diabolical schemes, maybe you should talk to your colleagues in the other half of the bicameral Congress as Logan likes when I say and say hey maybe we should look into some of the diabolical schemes that are actually playing out here in the Democrats house they're calling themselves schemes like they're Batman 66 I mean that's what it feels like oh we're gonna go find another Dan Sullivan who's gonna run for mayor of Gotham I mean that is what it feels like we're gonna find I mean who is the mayor Commissioner Gordon. Right, he's the police commissioner, Logan. Maybe we'll do that. We're going to find another Commissioner Gordon. We got another Gordon.

We're going to find another Gordon. Put him on the ballot.

Alright, phone lines are open for you at 1-800-684-3110 to get your voice heard on the air. Yeah, in quote, do we have a scheme for you?

Okay, again, straight out of Batman. We'll be right back with more on Secular. We do want you to support the work of the ACLJ and our election integrity campaign right now. Protect the vote. Go to ACLJ.org, make a donation, and it'll be doubled.

Be right back. Welcome back to Secular. We do have a couple lines still open. I do want to continue to take phone calls, so call in at 1-800-684-3110. Again, the work of the ACLJ continues during our campaign right now, where every gift that you make to the organization is doubled right now with election days just days away.

It's the Protect the Vote campaign. Have your donation doubled today. That's at ACLJ.org. Remember, the ACLJ team is here to help as well. I want to take this call.

Carrie, who is an ACLJ champion. Carrie, go ahead. Yes. Hello, Logan. Thank you for taking my call.

Thank you, ACLJ. I'm asking, I moved back from the state of Montana back to Ohio. I'm currently living in Ohio, but I've literally been running from domestic terrorists in Glendog, Montana. but I think that voter fraud there has affected my ability to vote here in Ohio. Of course, I'm an American citizen, but I have not wanted to change my driver's license yet before I get my own apartment.

Yeah, Carrie, just so I don't want to give all your private details out on the radio here and through our show, here's what I'm going to suggest that you do, because there is a great way the ACLJ team has right now. We've just launched it. It's at aclj.org slash election hotline. Election hotline. You go to that website right now and you submit.

If you have legal help or you need any question to do with it, they'll at least be able to guide you in the right direction on where you need to go. Of course, you should look up your local municipality and they can help you as well. But again, we've launched this. That's why I wanted to take your call actually pretty early here because for those who have questions regarding those kind of situations, questions that are legal in nature even in terms of how to vote, where to vote.

So you should go to aclj.org slash election hotline. And as you know, when you get connected with some of the ACLJ team, it's very fast. Not like you'll be waiting days and days and days. If you get in today, I'm sure by the end of the week, you'll hear from somebody.

So I encourage you to go to aclj.org slash election hotline carry because I know a lot of people, you're not alone in having these questions over, well, I moved here and I did this. And again, some of your local areas, you just type in your name and address. you can find out on their website what it is but um you know i know with this one is a different one different issue here and you may have what have uh some of the aclj there to help guide you along well and that's that's part of why we have the protect the vote drive this week leading up to the midterm election on next tuesday is because we think that everyone who is eligible to vote in this country should be able to vote and they should have confidence that their vote will be counted and that it will be in a free and fair election and that's when you see stories like this where you see one what we talked about yesterday and we'll play a video later about the town of where there's all these questions about the integrity of the system right it's like is are they just incompetent at running the system are they able to not get this together is there voter fraud all these questions need to be answered and it's the same thing in alaska and you had cnn going on and and like this this long statement of like this is wild but it's not illegal ah yeah it's crazy they would do this but not illegal they kept saying that over and over and over again dana bash and her guests were trying to hammer home to the viewers don't worry it's not illegal why are and how confident are they it wasn't illegal because when you read the new york times piece it talks about coordinating with super PACs which the campaign's not supposed to do the the dscc uh coordinating with her campaign in the super PACs sending operatives that were using aliases and fake names promises of of funding of backing of individuals there's a lot in the complex election laws that make up this country that could be illegal there could be conspiracy There could be fraud. There could be wire fraud if you're talking about transferring of money that was given for one purpose but going to something else.

So why is CNN so quick to tell you it's not illegal when this whole thing is, one, it is very novel of hearing this entire scheme that they're talking about play out. But two, I don't know that we can be so certain that there isn't some sort of illegality here. that's why the U.S. Department of Justice investigating as well as the state. It certainly stinks of election interference I mean and I think that there is something that can be done here it's why the ACLJ team will get on it but look as I said Tuesday is around the corner that doesn't mean things are going to change for me now on Tuesday you know how quick the government works you know how quick these states work at a snail's pace so while there could be consequences the ACLJ team could jump into action make sure there are consequences for something like this if there are laws that were broken.

And certainly, like I said, it stinks of it. It feels like it should be. I think a lot of you probably feel that way. If you're going in there to intentionally get people to vote in a way that is different than what they intended to when they walked in and you did it as the other candidate, you created this scheme, then you should be held responsible. Your campaign should be held responsible.

But again, will that all unfold before Tuesday? Likely not. People are already voting in the area.

So if you're in Alaska, you've got to be really careful. But you have to also stay very, very engaged in what's going on. It's difficult to do, I understand. A lot of people just want to be able to tune out, turn off, and just be done with what's happening in the world right now. But there is so much beyond just this, you know, you walk into the ballot box, you may go, oh, that's a little confusing.

Understand that there are bigger things at play. there are these schemes that are happening on both sides by the way politics is a dirty dirty business the worst they say it's a blood sport I would say it's beyond that it is uh probably you know it's an underbelly if you've ever been a part of it I mean it is something that can be very disturbing so you have to be really really vigilant if you are the voter and you do care about this and tell your friends by the way if you're in these areas tell your friends to be very careful how and where they're voting and how they're doing it and making sure that they are voting for what they want because it could very quickly push you in a direction where you get foiled by one of these schemes. I mean, it sounds like a comedy when I talk about it. And we get to the next segment. We're actually going to continue all the discussion, but also we're going to give you an update on the Ilhan Omar investigation because it's another one of these puzzles that unfolds.

It's another one of those. We get another piece and another piece and another piece and we start realizing that this has been going on for decades and we're going to get to that when we get back so if you are staying tuned for that don't worry in the next segments we're going to discuss it while phone lines are still open there's two lines open right now you can fill them up at 1-800-684-3110 that's right and once again when we talk about these things you talked about it being a blood sport or worse and i mean there's a reason why they call dc the swamp right it's because the things like this you have cnn running a cover for them saying it's not illegal right like shouldn't we hold people to a higher standard right that that okay immoral the only way that we're going to win so we can get a majority so we can stop the trump administration isn't because we're going to run a really great campaign and people believe in our ideas no we're going to utilize the ranked choice system and try and confuse my constituents my who i want to be my constituents as a candidate by giving them two names that are the same so they may accidentally rank one the other and what does that do it pushes me across the finish line because it dilutes the vote now yes there are schemes all over the place there are always people trying to get other people to run to dilute the vote i don't think we've ever seen one as blatant or as complex as what they went to the lengths here to get this other Dan Sullivan on the ballot. And when you look at this, you have to wonder. It's creative. If anything, it's an October surprise.

And I think not knowing what's going to happen in Alaska now at this point is a fair bet to say, yeah, this could have upended the entire race because now this is a national news story. It'll be very interesting to see how many people vote for the wrong Dan Sullivan or the secondary Dan Sullivan. And I look forward to seeing the election results here. Hopefully not too many people are duped, but we'll see. We've got a second half hour coming up.

Join us online at ACLJ.org, YouTube, Rumble, Facebook. We are broadcasting live, archived, wherever you get your podcasts. That's from 12 to 1 p.m. Eastern time. We're live.

But after that, of course, again, immediately you can get the show. Wherever you are whenever you are Thanks Keeping you informed and engaged Now more than ever This is Sekulow And now your host, Logan Sekulow. Phone lines are completely jammed. We'll continue to take them at 1-800-684-3110. Got a couple topics we're talking about today.

The main one, of course, has been this election in Alaska, which you may say, why do I care about Alaska? You should find out the kind of links and schemes that will be able to be pulled by political campaigns when they are trying to confuse, distract, and divert votes from or to their candidate. And that is what happened in Alaska. We find out the person running against the incumbent, incumbent Dan Sullivan, you have the person running against them, Democrat, said, you know what? You know what we should do?

And this is the campaign. I don't want to put it on the person herself. He said, we should look up all the Dan Sullivans and try to find one that will run also as a Republican. and then maybe it'll peel off some votes. And you know what?

They found one. They went through all the Dan Sullivans. A lot of Dan Sullivans, I think, said, no, thank you. We're not interested in frauding our own people. But they did find one Dan Sullivan who was willing to change his own political party from a town that is only available to access via plane or ferry, or boat, I guess, if you will.

And he decided, yeah, I'll jump into this race, and I'm a completely legitimate candidate. And you know what? I can say this, you know, and I'm happy to say it when I can. Thanks to the New York Times, the details were uncovered, including text messages that were like, do we have a scheme for you? That's a quote from some of the operatives inside of this political campaign.

This is the kind of nefarious processes that we're dealing with when we're talking about elections and election integrity. It's why we have right now for the next week the Protect the Vote, really next week, just through the election day, the Protect the Vote campaign, where donations are doubled and you can really get your impact in right now. But look, these things take a long time.

So even with this one, I've had to say, you got to be careful. You got to be aware of what's happening. And then we're also going to give you an update. We're going to give you an update on what's going on with Ilhan Omar. I know you love that topic.

And guess what? We're going to find out that this has been a topic of conversation and an issue within the federal government for a very long time. Before President Trump, yep. Before President Biden, of course. And all the way to the Obama administration, where they were looking into the legitimacy of some of these immigration fraud-related issues that have come out of the speculation of the Ilhan Omar, not her campaign, of her life.

So we'll discuss that coming up in the next segment. But again, phone lines are open for you on either of those topics, really, at 1-800-684-3110. You know, there's two parts of this New York Times bombshell story that I love. The two-parter? No, no, two parts that I really like.

Oh, sorry. Yeah, that we haven't talked about yet. One is that one of their primary sources, other than the documents and other members of the campaign that they interviewed and talked with, was a former campaign manager that was fired by the candidate. Oh, yeah, this is great. This is great.

And right last week, as they were preparing to publish this article, the former campaign manager who laid out the whole scheme for them and even said, yes, she was definitely aware of it and kept in the loop on these things, contacted the New York Times and said, as discussed on our call earlier today, I am confirming that I have retracted all statements made regarding the 2026 Alaska Senate race in connection with any article you may or may not be writing. I am not willing to be a source for any story in any capacity. To which the New York Times says, it's rare for a source to seek to retract comments made in previous interviews, and the Times standards do not obligate reporters to comply with such requests.

So, clearly, she decided, maybe I don't want to be the face of this, especially if there's any, you know, ramifications. I declare! I declare! I retracted! I retracted!

I know. That's all I can think of. Michael Scott running in. In what world does she think she could call and say, everything I gave you on the record, let's just pretend I didn't. What if I said off the record?

What if I said no record? Delete the record. Again, yeah, it sounds like a Michael Scott moment. Phone lines are jammed, actually, right now.

Well, there's one. That could be you. Give me a call at 1-800-684-3110. Again, protect the vote campaign. It's already had some immediate impact.

And continue that impact. We need your support. Every gift is doubled today. donate today at aclj.org slash vote we're just scratching the surface with election day just a few days away Will I'm going to encourage Will to vote I'm going to try to get him out there I'm going to give him that sticker I'll wear it I'll make you wear it at aclj.org we'll be right back Welcome back to Secular. We do have a ton of calls and one line still open at 1-800-684-3110.

This special video presentation our team has put together here at the ACLJ, and I do want to make sure we get to that, have enough time to get to it, as well as take your calls today.

So again, we kind of bounce back and forth here, but this is a really special presentation. We are in this Protect the Vote campaign. I think it's important for you to understand sort of the global significance. That's right.

This is on the case that we talked about yesterday with Chevrolet maryland and the fact that they have a separate role that is allowing non-citizens to vote in town elections voter roll right voter roll that allows non-citizens to vote in town elections but obviously not state or federal and you'll see uh aclj attorneys in this piece as well as the client that brought this in as well as we seek answers on how this is so muddy and so unclear on a city level and if it's a small town like chevrolet then you also have to start looking as we are at every other town in maryland that allows this at san francisco at oakland in vermont in dc we're going to continue to press forward and see what we can find before we run this though just know stay on hold if you're on hold michael tim tammy greg i know you've been on hold for a while i'm going to get to you and we do have one line still open at 1-800-684-3110 so stay on hold i know this is a bit of a delay here but i really think this is important for all of you to see Take a look from our team. Maryland. It seems like an idyllic, small, quiet town just outside Washington, D.C., where you might expect traditional American values to be upheld and the Constitution to still matter. But sadly, Chevrolet is now also one of a growing number of places in America where you don't have to be a citizen to vote. They have two sets of ballot rolls in this jurisdiction that they're using in the administration of their elections.

And unfortunately, we were very fearful that that dual balloting is going to create a situation where someone who unfortunately might be entitled to vote in, say, Chevrolet's local election as a non-citizen, not a U.S. citizen, might be entitled to vote for the school board in Chevrolet, unfortunately walks in on election day and the election administrator hands them a federal ballot and they get to vote in the United States congressional election. And that's against the law. The non-citizens are not allowed to vote in federal elections. That raises a simple question.

If a town keeps a separate list of non-citizen voters, where else do those names end up? Hi, my name's Tom Jones. I'm the President of the American Accountability Foundation. We're a nonprofit that researches individuals and institutions that are trying to frustrate an America-first agenda.

So we're a research firm that really digs deeply into the details, tries to understand what's happening in government, and hold leaders in government accountable. And unfortunately, most Americans don't have any understanding of the operations behind the scenes, kind of the day-to-day work that goes into running fair elections in the United States. And part of what we try to do is go help them understand how the people that they've charged with running their elections, how they're operating, because really it's a black box. And unless you get in there and kind of kick around and understand things, really a lot of mischief and really, unfortunately, a lot of really bad and oftentimes fraudulent behavior can happen behind the scenes because most Americans just don't have the time to go dig into that.

So that's where AAF tries to come in and help and say, hey, did you know that this person was registered to vote that maybe shouldn't have been or that this ballot was mailed out to someone who hasn't been a voter in years and moved out of the district ages ago? AAF set out to find out how Chevrolet keeps that line in place.

So they asked for the list. The city didn't hand it over. They ignored our request. We asked for these records October 15, 2025. It's now the election in 2026.

And Chevrolet was just non-responsive and wasn't responding to AAS request. The fact that the town of Chevrolet stonewalled this organization, the fact that they refused to provide the documents. I think that raises a level of suspicion that they did not want this voting system to be open to the public, that they did not want to expose themselves to that kind of public scrutiny. Unfortunately, that puts us in the position the only thing we could do is sue Chevrolet into complying with the records law in Maryland, the Maryland Public Information Act, provide the records like they're required under law. For months, they didn't confirm receipt.

They didn't provide documents, anything.

So the AAF came to us. Can you bring your legal team on board to ensure that Chevrolet complies with the Maryland Public Information Act? It's very simple. They have the records. They know where they are.

They're not hard to get. They send out these voter rolls all the time for election administration purposes. Can you come in and really bring your legal team to bear to force Chevrolet to do what they should have done on their own anyway? They know that we are experts in these sorts of FOIA-type laws. They know that we are fierce litigators, that we do not take no for an answer.

And we took Chevrolet Maryland to court. After the lawsuit, the list was finally released. What it showed raised serious concerns.

Some names on Chevrolet's non-citizen list appear to be on the rolls for elections far bigger than town council. There are a significant number of non-citizens registered in Chevrolet, and it seems like some of them may have federal ballots and it's a possibility that some of them have voted in federal elections. If that's verified and it turns out to be the case, that's really, I think, a problematic case study of voter fraud that we're all told never happens. Voter fraud doesn't happen. Illegal votes never happen.

I think what we may learn real quickly is Chevrolet is going to be the first documented an example of where these non-citizen ballots are spilling over into federal elections. Illegal federal voting is happening. And then I think, look, what needs to happen is we need to look at the other 16 jurisdictions in Maryland. We need to look at the District of Columbia, and we need to look at Oakland and San Francisco and Vermont where they also allow non-citizens to vote. At this point, we have serious, credible evidence of voter fraud in Maryland.

That's why we're sending the results of this investigation and this FOIA request and concerning evidence that we have discovered to the Department of Justice and to Congress. This is serious. Those votes matter. I live in the state of Kentucky. Matt Bevin won his primary by 83 votes when he was elected governor.

Small margins of victory happen in elections. There's elections every couple years that are decided by one vote. It's unacceptable that a non-citizen swings a vote and waters down the vote of a United States citizen in a congressional election. Federal law is clear. Only American citizens may vote for President, for Congress, and for the people who govern our states.

Transparency shouldn't take a lawsuit. Every vote cast unlawfully cancels out a citizen's lawful one. Protecting that vote starts with knowing who is on the rolls. Voting only matters if election integrity is upheld. And voting only matters if those elections actually reflect the will of the people That why organizations like the ACLJ think these sorts of cases are so important The threat is bad ideas have legs and unless you police them well people are going hey look this worked perfectly in Chevrolet, it worked in Blainsburg, Oakland had no problem, we need to expand this to other states.

That's why we're looking into Chevrolet to make sure, look this this is problematic, it's unacceptable, it leads to fraud and we can't export it to XYZ, We can't export to New York, Illinois, these other states.

So that's why we have to show it here. And look, if it's happening in a little town of 6,000 people, what's going to happen in a state of 11 million people? Millions of Americans are voting this week. The ACLJ owes it to our members, to ourselves, to our country, to protect that vote, to protect that election's integrity, and to protect the integrity of every ballot cast. That's why cases like this matter, because this is a national election where the entire country speaks.

We have to protect the vote. And that's exactly why we sent that referral to the Department of Justice, to members of Congress, saying, look, here's what we have uncovered. Here is what the city says. This is their role. And the names on it, when cross-referenced with federal election data, shows that 25% of them have voted in federal election.

Something is not right in the town of Chevrolet.

So it is up to the Department of Justice and Congress to have oversight and to get to the bottom of this. But we're not stopping there. We are now moving to every other town in Maryland that has a similar law on the books in their town to ensure that people can trust their elections and that only those who are eligible to vote vote. Listen, sometimes they need a little nudging.

Okay? They may know that there's an issue, but they're slow to act, slow to move, but the ACLJ team will jump into action. That's precisely what we're doing here today. But of course, you couldn't have the great legal minds you just saw in that video. You couldn't have the incredible media staff that we have right now without your support.

And if you want to protect election integrity, if you want to protect the vote, with election day just a few days away, we're discovering a lot of ongoing election deceptions happening. And we need you to be a part of the team today. Just that video is just scratching the surface of what the work of the ACLJ is doing right now.

So again, we are all over, all over so many different states. We can go over them when we get back, but we also have tons of phone calls. I want to make sure I get to them. We want to make sure every lawful voter has the opportunity to vote and not have their vote canceled out. And that's why we are not only taking legal action, we are bringing awareness to you as much as we possibly can.

So make sure you share this content continually. All of our content, by the way, I say it a lot, but I think it bears repeating. It's very important. No paywalls. I know you say like, okay, well, Logan, what?

No, no paywalls. Find another site. Find another show of our kind of level here, in our sort of space, that doesn't throw something behind a paywall. We haven't done that here. I don't plan on doing it here, but that's only because I want to make sure all this content is available to as many people as possible.

Those that support the work, those that don't, those that need to become educated. But there is only one way to do it, because obviously we've got to pay the bills. We've got to make sure our staff's paid. Their families are happy. I don't want a lot of angry spouses at me, Will.

Is there not getting paid? We want to make sure they're paid. And not only is it because you support the work of the ACLJ. And right now, donations are doubled during our Protect the Vote. Go right now to ACLJ.org slash vote.

Welcome back to Secular. We lost a call, so we got one line open. You can try to call in. 1-800-684-301-10. I want to go in the order, though, of which people called in, because so many of you called in over half an hour ago.

Let's start with Michael, who is calling in Florida. Michael, on YouTube, go ahead. Thank you. You guys do great work. I want to thank you for that.

And bear with me. I'm an old man with stage four COPD, if I sound a little off. No worries, Michael. Go ahead. I've been watching the fraud go on and on and on.

I've watched video after video of all kinds of different things. But one I wanted to raise first would be Act Blue. I don't know if you watched the congressional hearing showing trying to get Regina, what's her name, Wallace Jones, the head of Act Blue. They tried to get her to testify, and she led the Fifth Amendment, I think, a hundred times. and what they're doing is, and I saw videos of the journalists knocking on doors of contributors asking them if they had donated hundreds of times, thousands of dollars to Act Blue and the old people, you could tell some of them were in travel trailers like I am and you could tell they were poor and they said, no, I didn't donate all that money.

It's obviously, I would think, foreign money or other money coming from people that have maxed out their contributions. And there's just all kinds of stuff going on. I see, looking at it now, that they are investigating still. But you know how that goes. There's just so many things going on.

I've lost my wife. She died from a doctor's prescription. And I won't go into the details. My father went to the wrong hospital. It was the best hospital here in Sarasota at the time until HCA come in and took him over, I guess.

And once I found out that it was not the good hospital for his illness. Yeah, yeah. Michael, I understand. I only, I mean, Michael, I hate to cut you off, but we're just really running low on time. We got a lot of calls coming in.

But I know a lot of people have these issues, Will.

Well, that's right. And once again, also, there is a Republican side. Similarly, the WinRed platform is kind of the Republican. Yeah. ActBlue.

ActBlue has had a lot of scrutiny, both actually of the platforms which are used by the major parties because of the transparency, because all of the campaigns are using it, has raised a lot of questions about secrecy, where money goes, moving money in the past. And I know there have been hearings about it, Michael, but I know that also people are looking into that.

So congressional oversight, Federal Election Commission, those types of things are are there to ensure that it's on the up and up, even when people do have. And when it is going directly to one organization, if it pops up as ActBlue, sometimes it may be multiple different candidates or different causes that all use it. And it starts to look not as as transparent as it should be. Michael, thank you, though. I appreciate you calling.

Thanks for the support. Tim's calling on line three. Tim's also been on hold for a long time. Tim, go ahead. Yeah, how's it going, guys?

Hey, good.

So, a couple of questions. Over in Alaska, anybody check the guy's bank account to see if he got paid by the Democratic Party? Look, Tim, I think that's going to be a big question of what was the reason. Did he run just out of his own volition and out of his own heart? I think the part of the investigation that we really want to get involved in, as well as a lot of these journalists are going to get involved and see, again, as Will said, when they go, well, it's not illegal.

Well, we can't really state that yet. Right. And once again, as Tim said, even if that Dan Sullivan himself didn't take money, then there's also the other layers of it because if they were coordinating with the campaign, campaigns and super PACs aren't supposed to work together. If they were working together, that could violate FEC laws. There could also be situations where they were accepting donations for something and funneling it to a campaign that they may be able to explain away, but it also may run afoul.

I am certain that they have campaign lawyers that thought this was at least on the up and up as far as their legal scrutiny, but we'll find out because we know that there are investigations into it now. Yeah, I want to jump over to Greg. Greg, we didn't really get into the Omar situation. We just ran out of time, but you can go ahead with your comments. Thank you, sir.

I appreciate it. Alana Barr, we keep hearing about the theft that she's taken or the embezzlement or whatever it's legally deemed, but nothing ever happens to them. Nothing ever happens to her. Nothing ever happens to anybody. There's no arrest ever.

They're talking about deporting her, deporting her. As I understand, she took millions and millions of dollars illegally. Here's just what I want to say is, look, we're just the beginning stage of this. She was just raided a few days ago. We don't know what the consequences are.

No, because it's easy to feel that way. Yeah, it's easy to feel like nothing ever actually happens and it gets there. And I don't want to give you some false hopes that something will happen. But we have had a lot of issues, kind of at least have some form of clarity over the last few months. That's right.

And I think we will get into that more because the New York Times said that, you know, even as President Obama came out and said, how dare they investigate her in this long Twitter post. when sorry x post um it was actually his department of justice and u.s attorneys under President obama that started the investigation and apparently according to the new york times when it comes to this immigration fraud claim uh they actually found evidence it was fraudulent the marriage the the one in question um but they declined to prosecute because of two guesses logan first one doesn't count two guesses of why what do you think it was i i'll be honest i didn't hear what you said statute of limitations that's why they declined i was looking at the next call because i felt like we had so we have two calls in two minutes i was trying to see some fun i know but i lost it i'm not gonna lie i'm not gonna lie to the people okay because i wanted to make sure we could get to these calls because if you lie and deceive the people it's not good we should see that as statute of limitations that's what she said mary patola go ahead all right sorry i was jumping to i want to go kathy real quick kathy we got like two minutes of running out of time i want to get today and also kathy go ahead leftist communist sympathizers and leaders around the world but especially here appear to appear to take advantage of our slow methodical justice system with treasonous with treasonous chaos as they they're proposing and have actually voice that they want to do. And they want to shut down our constitutional republic with these actions actually being proof of treason and national security threats. Kathy, it's part of the reason we have the Protect the Vote campaign going on right now. And again, if you want to support the work of ACLJ, it's at ACLJ.org.

Again, just go there. You can support the work. Double your impact today. I appreciate it. But I only hop in you from Kathy.

I want to get your comment out so I get to Dan. Dan, go ahead. We've got about a minute.

Okay, in Maryland, And question three, to change the Constitution on redistricting for congressional districts, separating it from the state. These supporters are, of course, running on this Stop Trump campaign. I think that's what everyone's running on, yeah, across the country. Yeah, so I want to urge Marylanders to keep it out of the hands of the solely in the Maryland legislature and vote against question three to keep things the way they are, as bad as they are, but not making them any worse to turn Maryland into a one-party state. yeah and i think dan that's been a part of the problem that we've seen across the country this cycle is every every state really in some ways trying to weaponize redistricting for political gain uh and maryland's doing it through a ballot question is what dan's referring to so they're a little bit later it wouldn't affect this cycle but once again that's that's exactly what when you start to mess with the maps then it just becomes a domino effect yeah exactly I mean, you can look at a more conservative state of Florida, or you can look at what's going on in California and really see very, very different scenarios in Illinois and so on.

With that, show's wrapping up. I want you to be a part of the team today. Help protect the vote right now during our Protect the Vote campaign. It's only going from now until Tuesday.

So if you want to be a part of that, I encourage you to go to aclj.org slash vote. When you do that, all donations are doubled. And we'll continue the conversation. We'll actually have more on that Omar situation tomorrow.

So I'm sorry we didn't get to that today. But so many of you had calls and questions about this. We just didn't have time. Thanks for supporting the work. Thanks for calling in.

Go to ACLJ.org. Talk to you tomorrow.
