The number of thy days I will fulfill. Turning to songs. Verse 20. He sent his word and healed them and delivered them from their destructions. Going to Proverbs.

Proverbs 4, starting in verse 20. My son, attend to my words. Incline your ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes. Keep them in the midst.

of thine heart. But they are alive unto those that find them. Health or medicine to all their flesh. Isaiah fifty three. four and five.

Surely he, speaking prophetically about Jesus, had borne our griefs or sicknesses and carried our sorrows, pains, or diseases. Yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities. The chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes. We are healed.

Now, going on to the New Testament, it starts. 1 Peter 2, 24. Whose own self bare our sins and his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sin, should live unto righteousness. by whose stripes ye were healed. And then Galatians 3.13 says, Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law.

being made a curse for us, for it is written. Cursed is everyone that hangeth on the tree. that the blessings of Abraham might come on the Gentiles. Going back over and Matthew, we're going to read all the accounts. for the Gospels of Healing.

Starting in Matthew Chapter 3 Excuse me, chapter 4, verse 23. It says that Jesus went about all Galilee teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom. and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. And there followed him.

Great multitudes of people. from Galilee and from the Capitolics. and from Jerusalem and from Judea and from beyond Jordan. In Matthew eight, verse one. When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him, and behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.

Verse 5 of Matthew 8, and when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, There came unto him a centurion beseeching him and saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. And Jesus said unto him, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof.

but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me, and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth. And to another, come, and he cometh. And to my servant, do this, and he doeth it. When Jesus heard it, he marveled and said unto them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

And I say unto you that Many shall come from the east and west and shall sit down with Abraham and Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. In verse 13, and Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour. Verse 14, and when Jesus had come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid and sick of a fever. And he touched her hand, and the fever left her, and she arose and ministered unto them.

So the devils besought him, saying, if thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine. And when he said unto them, Go. And they And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine. And behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea and perished in the waters. And behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy. lying on a bed, and Jesus, seeing their face, said unto the sick of the palsy.

Son, be of good cheer. Thy sins be forgiven thee. And behold, certain of the scribes said with them, within themselves, this man blasphemeth. And Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts? For whether is it easier to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee, or to say, Arise and walk, But that ye may know that the Son of Man hath power on earth to forgive sins.

Then saith he to the sick of the palsy. Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thy house. And he that was sick of the palsy arose and departed to his house. But when the multitude saw it, they marveled and glorified God. which had given such power unto men.

Thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour. When Jesus came into the ruler's house and saw the ministers and the people making a noise, he said unto them, Give place, for the maid is not dead. but sleeper. and they laughed him to scorn.

But when he when the people were put forth He went in, Jesus, and took her by the hand. And the maid arose. And the fame. hereof went abroad into all that land. Verse 27.

And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, saying, Thou son of David, have mercy on us. When he was coming to the house, the blind men came to him. And Jesus said unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this. They set it to help Yay Lord. Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.

And when he was departed thence, he went into their synagogue. And behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath days? That they might accuse him. And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the Sabbath-day, he will not lay hold on it, and lift it out?

How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the Sabbath days? Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And they stretched it forth, and it was restored whole, like as the other. Then the Pharisees went out.

But he answered her not a word, and his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away, for she crieth after us. But he answered and said, I am not sent, but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord. Help me.

But he answered and said, It is not meat to take the children's bread and to cast it to dogs. And she said, Truth, Lord, yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their master's table. Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy pay. Yeah. unto thee even as thou wilt.

Then Jesus Verse 16, and I besought and brought him to the disciples, and they could not cure him. Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, How long shall I be with you?

How long shall I suffer you? Bring him hither to me. And Jesus rebuked the devil, and he departed out of him, and the child was cured. From that very hour, the Then came the disciples to Jesus apart and said, why could we not cast him out? And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief.

Nothing shall be impossible unto you. Matthew 19, verse 1. And it came to pass that when Jesus had finished these sayings, he departed from Galilee and came into the coast of Judea. Beyond Jordan, and great multitudes followed him, Jesus, and he healed them there.

But ye have made it a den of thieves.

And the blind and the lame came to him in the temple, and he healed them. Going to Mark, the Gospel of Mark. Rule starts. in verse 22 of Mark chapter 1. And they were astonished at his doctrine, for he taught them as one that had authority.

And not as the scribes. And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit, and he cried out. Saying, let us alone. What have we to do with thee, Jesus of Nazareth? Art thou come to destroy us?

I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God. And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, come out of him. And when the unclean spirit had torn him and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him. And they were all amazed insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? What new doctrine is this?

For with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits. And they do obey him. In reading From verse 7. about Galilee. Verse 29, and forwith, when they were come out of the synagogues, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew and James and John. And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed.

And he straightly charged him, and forwith sent him away, and said unto him, See thou say nothing to any man, but go thy way, show thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded for a testimony unto them. But when he went out, the leper and began to publish it much and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places, and they came to him from every quarter. And when he they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was. And when he had broken it up, and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay. And Jesus saw their faith.

He said unto the sick, of the palsy. Sun Thy sins be forgiven thee. But there were certain of the scribes sitting there and reasoning in their hearts, Why doeth this man that speak blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God only? And immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts?

Whether is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy, thy sins be forgiven thee, or to say, arise and take up thy bed and walk? But that ye may know that the Son of Man hath power on earth. to forgive sins. And he said to the sick of the palsy, I say unto thee, Arise and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house. But they held their peace. And when he had looked around about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand.

And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored whole. as the other. Verse 10: For he had healed many, insomuch that they pressed upon him, for to touch him. Mark 5, verse 1. And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gaternes. And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, who had his dwelling among the tombs, and no man could bind him, no, not with chains, because that he had oftentimes been bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces, neither could any man tame him. And always night and day he was in the mountains and the tombs, crying and cutting himself with stones. But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him, and cried with a loud voice, and said, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, our Son of the Most High God?

I adjure thee by God that thou torment me not. For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit. And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion, for we are many. And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country.

Now there was there nigh into the mountains a great herd of swine feeding. And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into this Into the swan. that we may enter into them. The full wrist? Jesus gave them leave, and the unclean spirits went out and entered into the swine, and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea.

They were about 2,000 and were choked in the sea. And they that fed the swine fled and told it in the city and in the country. And they went out to see what was that was done. And they came to Jesus and see him with with him that was possessed with The Devils. And had the legion sitting and clothed and in his right mind, and they were afraid.

And when they saw, It they told him. how it befell him that was possessed with the devils, and also concerning the swine. And they began to pray him to depart out of their coast. And when he was come into the ship, he. that had been possessed with the devils.

prayed him that he might be with him. Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but said unto him, Go home, tell thy friends, and tell them. How great things the Lord hath done for thee. and hath had compassion on thee. And he departed and began to publish in the Capitolis how great things Jesus had done for him.

And all men did marvel. Mark 5, verse 22. And behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue. Jairis by name, and when he saw him, he fell at his feet. and besought him greatly, saying, My daughter, My little daughter lieth at the point of death.

I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed, and she shall live. And Jesus went with him, and much people followed him, and thronged him, and a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, and had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing better, but rather grew worse, when she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind and touched his garment. For she had said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. And straight away the fountain of her blood was dried up and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press and said, Who touched my clothes?

And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest a multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing. with the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her came and fell down before him. and told him all the truth. And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole.

Go in peace. and be whole of thy plans. While he yet spake, there came from the rulers of the synagogue's house certain which said, Thy daughter is dead. Why troublest thou the master? Yeah.

As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he said unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe. And he suffered no man to follow him save Peter and James and John, the brother of James. And he cometh to the house the ruler of the synagogue, and seeth the tolma, and them that wept and wailed greatly. And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why make ye this ado and weep? The damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.

And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with them, and entered in. where the damsel was lying. And he took the damsel by the hand and said unto her, Talithakumi, which is being interpreted, damsel, I say unto thee, arise. And straightway the damsel rose and walked, for she was of the age of twelve years.

And they were astonished with a great astonishment. astonishment and he charged them straightly that no man should know it and commanded that something should be given her to eat Mark 6, chapter 4. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honor, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. And he could there do no mighty work in Nazareth. save that he laid his hands upon a few sick both and healed them.

And he marveled because of their unbelief, and went round about the villages teaching. And then verse 7. And he called unto him the twelve and began to send them forth. By two and two, and gave them power over unclean spirits, and commanded them that they should take nothing for their journeys, save a staff only. No script, no bread, no money in their purse.

but be shod with sandals, not put on two and and not put on two coats. And he said unto them, In whatsoever place you enter into a house, there abide till you depart from that place. And whoever whosoever shall receive you shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence shake the dust under your feet. for a testimony against them. Verily, verily, I say unto you, it shall be more tolerable in Sodom and Gomorrah.

At an end, that day of judgment than for that city. And when they went out and preached that men should repent. And they cast out devils. and anointed with oil many that were sick. and healed them.

Verse 14, and King Herod heard of him, for his name was spread abroad, and he said that John the Baptist was risen from the dead, and therefore mighty works do show forth themselves in him. Speaking of Jesus. Verse 53 of Mark 6, And when they had passed over, they came into the land of Gennesseret, and drew to the shore. And when they were come out of the ship, straightway they knew him and ran throughout that whole region round about and began to carry about. beds, in beds those who were sick.

where they had heard he was, and whithersoever he entered, into villages or cities or country, They laid the sick in the streets and besought him that he might touch if it were but the border of his garments. And as many as touched him were made whole. Mark 7, verse 25, For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet. The woman was a Greek, a Syro-Phoenician by nation, and she sought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter. And Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled, for it is not meat to take the children's bread and to cast it to dogs.

And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord, yet the dogs. Yet yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs. And she answered and said unto him, Those words, and he said unto her, For this saying, go thy way, the devil is gone out of thy daughter. And when she was come to her, and when she was come to her, house she found the devil gone out of her daughter laid upon the bed. Verse 31.

And again departing from the coast of Tyree and Sidon. He came unto the Sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coast of Decapolis, and there bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech. And they besought him to put his hand upon him. And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his finger into his ears, and he spit and touched his tongue. And looking up into heaven, he sighed and saith unto him, Epapeta.

That is, being open, be open. And straightway his ears were open and the string of his tongue was loosed. And he spake plain. And he charged them that they should tell no man. But the more he charged them, so much the more.

A great deal they published it. And they were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well. He maketh both the deaf to hear and the dumb to speak. Verse 22, and he cometh to Bethsiadah. And they bring a blind man unto him, and he besought him to touch him.

Then he took the blind man by the hand, led him out of the town, and when he had spit on his eyes and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw aught. He looked up and he said, I see men as trees walking. After that he put his hands again upon his eyes and made him look up. And he was restored and saw every man clearly. And he sent him away to his own house, saying, Neither go into the town, nor tell it.

to any in the town. Mark 9, verse 15. And straightway all the people, when they beheld him, were greatly amazed, and running to him, saluted him. And he asked the scribes, What question ye with them? And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit.

Whithersoever he taketh him, he teareth him, and he foameth. And gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away. And I spake to the disciples that they should cast him out, and they could not. And he answered him and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I suffer you?

Bring him unto me. And they brought him unto him, and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tear him, and he fell on the ground and walloped foaming. And he asked his father, how long is he ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child, and oftentimes it cast him into the fire and into the waters to destroy him. But if thou canst do anything, have compassion on us and help us, Jesus.

Jesus said unto him, If thou canst. Believe. All things are possible to him that believeth. And straightway the father of the child cried out and said with tears, Lord, I believe. Help thou mine unbelief.

And when Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him. And enter no more into him. And the Spirit cried and writ him sore, and came out of him, and he was as one dead, insomuch that many said, He is dead. But Jesus took him by the hand. And lift him up, and he arose.

And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could we not cast him out? And Jesus said unto them, This time can come not forth. but by nothing but my prayer fasting. Verse 38, and John answered him. saying, Master, we see one casting out devils in thy name.

And he followed not us, and we forbade him because he followed not us. And Jesus said, Forbid him not. for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name. that can lightly speak evil of me. For he that is not against us is on our part.

Jesus said unto him, Go thy way, thy Son liveth. And the man believed the word which Jesus had spoken unto him, and he went his way. And as he was now going down, his servant met him and told him, saying, Thy son liveth.

Then he inquired he of the the hour at which he began to amend. And they said unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.

So the Father knew that it was at the same hour in which Jesus said unto him, Thy Son liveth. and himself believed. in his whole house. This is again the second miracle that Jesus did. but he was come out of Judea to the Galilee.

To John the 10th chapter. John 9 actually and as Jesus passed by he saw a man which was blind from birth. And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man or his parents, that he was born blind. Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned nor his parents, but that the works of God should be manifest in him. I must work the works of him that sent me while it is yet day.
