Aha. So we switched to Tide Free and Gentle. Tide Clean's better than the leading competitive free detergent and it doesn't leave behind irritating residues. Plus, Tide Free and Gentle has no dyes or perfumes, so it's gentle on her skin. Case closed.

I'll be here with you for two more hours and boy oh boy, we got a lot to get into. Hey, Mike Leslie is going to join us next hour to talk about the Dallas Cowboys, the circus, the freak show led by circus master Jerry Jones.

How about this? In about 20 minutes, we're going to be joined by Lionel Willingham. From the fan in Washington, D.C., he knows well, he knows everything about D.C. sports. I'm going to ask him specifically about the commanders.

Why? Because, I mean, the command is going to take on the Jets. They got Jayden Daniels.

I mean, I want to know what he's looking like. I was in D.C. around this time last year and everybody was real hype about what the. The commanders were going to look like, you know, they're going to do this and they're going to do that.

And the commanders, well, they just sucked. Massive disappointment. But now there's renewed optimism with Jayden Daniels in the building. OK. And Sam Howell is gone. Congratulations. Eight five five two one two forty two twenty seven. That's eight five five two one two forty two twenty seven. You know, we've been talking about the NFL and preseason and I just can't believe the Olympics is is coming to a close.

This is it. By the time we get to Sunday, we have the closing ceremonies tomorrow. We have the men playing basketball. USA versus France on one Sunday.

Again, we have men versus women. It's USA versus France. And today we had the women win the the four by one hundred relay. It was it was pretty awesome.

The Olympics are winding down in Paris. And I feel like they they just got started. It's it's pretty amazing. Wild stuff.

I can't wait. A matter of fact, Sha'Carri Richardson, she won a gold. Let's take a listen to the this race home courtesy NBC.

Great Britain out front. They will hand off first. Amy Hunt is making the exchange to Daralita. Here comes Sha'Carri Richardson. Look to the far side.

Sha'Carri's got him covered all the way to the line. USA wins gold. And that's that's her first goal. OK, good for her. I mean, after everything she went through, barely getting in Tokyo and it seems like she has her head on straight. Good for her. Maybe next time she won gold in a single.

You got to start somewhere, right? The men are going to take on the USA men. I told you about that. I mean, we even had breakdancing in the Olympics. Listen to this report from ABC. The new kid on the block at these Olympics is also now its coolest sport. Breakdancing or breaking, as the sport is called, is making its Olympics debut. It's the only new sport at these games.

And it's also one of the most anticipated tickets sold out in less than 24 hours. So music is such an integral part of breaking, as you can imagine. But the athletes, they won't know what music they'll be dancing to ahead of time.

They'll have up to one minute to perform each round. Yeah, they got it. I watched it. Hickey, did you see any of the breakdancing today?

Very little of it. Yeah, there was the DJs had apparently about 400 songs they could choose from. And, you know, I think for the first time, it was OK. Snoop Dogg came out and opened it up.

Of course, Snoop Dogg, a hip hop artist, Bam Adebayo was there. And it was it was cool to see it was unique to see breakdancing, which is comes from the Bronx, is ridiculously competitive from the 70s into the 80s. It was pretty cool to see it at the Olympics. Now, it doesn't appear that it's going to be on the docket in 2028 in Los Angeles, which is going to be rather disappointing. But in 2020, excuse me, 2032, I don't even want to think that far ahead in Australia. That'll be the next Olympics. Breakdancing might be back.

You know, we'll get more into this breakdancing stuff in a bit. Let's get to the phone lines. 855-212-4227. Jason is calling from Colorado. You're on the JR Sport re-show. What's up, Jason?

Hey, what's up, man? So basically my beef tonight is why was Tatum on the bench? Kerr wanted to make Steph look so great, but literally he sat there the whole time. Kerr is a horrible, horrible coach. And tomorrow, I'm not going to watch the gold final games because it's both.

It's just not right. So that's basically my biggest take. He tried to say matchups against Serbia the first time. Jason Tatum is literally the only American player that was on the 2024 NBA number one team. You can look it up. Everybody else is from a different country and they're playing for different countries.

So why has been why is he not playing for us? Because it's Kerr. Simple as that. OK, well, thank you, Jason, for calling from Colorado. I don't agree with that.

And look, they got to dress it up the best way that they can. And I understand what Jason Tatum just did and just winning a championship. And so did Derek White.

I get it. We heard his own teammate. Now, I guess Jalen Brown is probably not as upset now because he sees the other guy ain't playing. Hey, that's the other. That's the guy that's probably better than me.

I want MVP. But that guy's not even playing. You know what? They're saying it's matchups.

But let's be real. Jason Tatum is playing behind Kevin Durant and LeBron James. What do you want him to do?

And here's something else, and it's not going to be said. Tatum is likely insurance. He was and is insurance for Kevin Durant.

That's it. Kevin Durant, as we know, and I told you this, the man is dropping like 14, 15 points in 20 minutes of play. He's shooting 61 percent from three point land in this, you know, the Olympics, which the three point line is further in.

He's insurance. This is the same Kevin Durant who didn't play a minute, didn't play a minute in any of the exhibition contests because you did not want Kevin Durant going down and pulling an ankle or blowing out a leg. And if he did, then Tatum would be out there soaking up all those minutes. A matter of fact, I would be more surprised tomorrow if Tatum doesn't play at all. OK, because Drew Holliday has been removed from the starting lineup. And Kevin Durant has been inserted in.

And I would think with the length of France, including Victor Wimber and Rudy Gobert, how about Rudy Gobert? He ain't playing. His coach said, oh, he got a he got a boo boo on his pinky and it's matchup. So sit down. I think Victor Wimber played three minutes yesterday, if I remember correctly, and certainly no more than five.

It's just how it is, and I get everybody wants to, you know, get upset and get their underwear in a bunch. Jason Tatum didn't play, didn't play. And I get it. He's great. He's accomplished. Everybody on this team is accomplished.

And literally, literally, if you think about his position, I'm going to say it again. LeBron James and Kevin Durant are in front of him. What else do you want?

OK, what are you doing? Tyrese Halliburton doesn't play. Not necessary. LeBron James is running point. Come on.

Picky, what do you think about this? Steve Kerr is out to get Tatum? What are we doing? I don't understand that philosophy. Like, why would Steve what does Steve Kerr have against Jason Tatum?

I don't know why there'd be any reason to think that number one and number two with you. OK, bench LeBron. Bench Kevin Durant.

The two best players, by the way, on Team USA. It's not like Kevin Durant stinks and is hurt and can't play. And it's not like LeBron James is letting father time impact his playing ability. That's like the frustrating part is like you hear people say, oh, why isn't Tatum playing?

Well, number one, you're not playing over those two, like you said. And whether it's Derek White, Drew Halliday, et cetera, those guys are on the team to play certain roles that Tatum does not play. You're not going to ask Jason Tatum to go on the court and guard the best player in the other team or go get rebounds or be an assist man.

Score. He's a scorer just like LeBron, just like Kevin Durant. So you have guys in front of you that are playing well, but also do the same thing you do. Each player has a role. It's not just about you play the five best guys.

You know, you play the five best guys that play the best together, fit each other. Yeah. And the fact is, when he's been out there, he's been shooting blanks.

All right. It'd be one thing if Jason Tatum, when he has been in the game, is just knocking down every shot. He's been hitting blanks. OK, let's all slow down.

Let's all relax. I think he's going to play a role tomorrow. I think just so we can kind of nip all of this in the book because there is no more game tomorrow. OK, this is it. Enjoy the basketball. You won't see any more until we get to October.

This is it. There will be no more LeBron, Anthony Davis, Joel Embiid, Steph Curry, none of it. These guys are going to disappear, hopefully off the face of the earth for a little while, rest and then gear up for the season. And in Joel Embiid's case, hopefully he'll be in shape.

Whatever. Just to kind of bring down the temperature a little bit. I hope Tatum plays tomorrow. I hope he's a key contributor. Just so people can relax on the why isn't Steve Kerr playing him? Steve Kerr has it out to get Tatum. Like, no, it's just the team is stacked. Are they going to change how they construct the team into the future?

Let's think about it. By the time we get to 2028. Steph Curry will be 40 years old. Is Steph Curry going to go play? He's already said this probably his last time. LeBron James.

He will be 43 turning 44. Is he going to go play? Unlikely. Kevin Durant. Oh, I think we can shut that door. Then Kevin Durant is going to be out there playing.

And so you need a new crop. Now, if I'm Jason Tatum, am I going to be offended? Am I going to be ticked off? Am I going to be mad?

Am I going to be angry? Am I going to reject Team USA? Possibly. If Steve Kerr is the coach, am I going to reject playing for him? Maybe. His teammate Jalen Brown can go ahead and join the squad.

I'll tell you this much, though. When Jason Tatum. Has to play the Warriors in the regular season, he only gets two chances. He's going to go out there, I assume, and try to light them up.

Without a doubt. Why wouldn't he? He's competitive, right? And Jalen Brown. Hickey, what's Jalen Brown sitting at home going? We haven't heard a peep out of him now, have we?

No, we have not. Haven't heard a thing. And what would he be? What would he be doing on this team right now? Nothing. You're on a bench, too, I guess.

Just being miserable, the two of them together. And then to be a Boston Celtics conspiracy as Derek White gets all the minutes. And the two stars are just sitting on the bench with Halliburton. Congratulations, Hickey. Halliburton will be on the next team, right?

A water boy. Yeah. Oh, no.

In Los Angeles? No. You got to play, right?

Well, we'll see. He should be. He should be on the team. I'm playing.

Yeah. We got I mean, I couldn't even tell like who's going to be on the next team. Cooper.

It's Cooper Flag going to be good enough, right? Anthony Davis is not going to be around. Bam at a bio is not going to be around. The majority of this team, Joel Embiid is not going to be playing. You know what?

If I was going to put money on anything, I think LeBron James has a better chance of being on Team USA in 2028 than Joel Embiid. Wouldn't you say so? Yes. No, I'm dead ass serious. No, I'm with you.

I agree. Joel Embiid's body. I don't even think his body will make it to another four NBA years. Who's on this team?

Let's see. See who's going to be gone. Steph Curry will probably be gone. Anthony Edwards will probably be on the team.

Anthony Edwards will be on the team. Devin Booker in his 30s? Maybe.

It'd be the old guy. Maybe. No Anthony Davis. No Kevin Durant. Steph Curry. Unlikely. No Joel Embiid.

Halliburton will be around. No Drew Holliday. No LeBron. Jason Tatum, we don't know. 2BD depending on his feelings. Derek White is not going on the next Olympic team.

Yeah, man, it's going to be a whole new team, man. And how old is Tatum? He is 27? 25? He's 26 years?

Yeah, he could be 30. If he's not in his feelings, he'll play. We'll see. We'll see. Anyway, it's the JR Sportbree show here with you on the Infinity Sports Network. Everybody, just relax on the Tatum stuff. We're going to take a break. When we come back, we're going to have a conversation with Lonnell Willingham. This man is going to be joining us from the fan in DC. I want to talk to him specifically about some NFL action, specifically the Washington commanders. What's up with their new quarterback? What's up with their new coach?

What's expected of this team after the disaster that they had to deal with last season? We'll talk commanders on the other side with Lonnell Willingham. AutoTrader. You're listening to the JR Sport Brief. It's the JR Sport Brief show here with you on the Infinity Sports Network. Hey, we got a preseason game. The Falcons are taking on the Dolphins right now in Miami. Michael Penix Jr. First time we've seen him since that ass-swooping. The national championship. 9 of 16 for 104 yards. Great.

Another place. I guess this is positive, right? But then again, we won't see these guys until, well, we might not see Michael Penix. For years. Because the Falcons just made one of the dumbest decisions I've ever seen in my life. I'm trying to be positive. Trying my best to be positive.

In a few minutes, we'll have a chat. Lynell Willingham is going to come through and join us, courtesy of 106.7, the fan in D.C. Time to talk about the Washington Commanders. This is a team that has themselves a brand new quarterback, selecting the number two overall in Jaden Daniels, a Heisman Award winner. And they're hoping that he can turn the team around. There was so much optimism last year in D.C. surrounding Sam Howell and what he could do. And he's gone. Ron Rivera is gone. And that is renewed optimism.

Maybe they could turn things around rather quickly. Well, here he is. We're being joined by Lynell Willingham from 106.7, the fan in D.C. Lynell, how are you, man? Hello, Jay. How are you doing, my brother? I'm excellent.

Thank you for taking the time to join us. I heard you've been at practice. You were up in New York, New Jersey, watching the Commanders practice against the Jets, right? I was. I was. And I will say this about yesterday.

I heard your intro leading me in. There is a sense of renewed optimism around this franchise. Second year of new ownership, first full season of new ownership, a new general manager.

And Adam Peters, who arguably was the most talented talent evaluator on the market, the most highly sought after talent evaluator on the market as well. So for a 26 year old fan like myself, J.R., that has gone through years of turmoil with this franchise from the RG three debacle to boxing Kirk Cousins in his contract to Alex Smith ripping his leg into pieces. Feels like this is the group finally in place that will get this thing back to glory.

Wow. Linell Willingham is joining us from six seven to fan in D.C. You talk about renewed optimism. We can look at at the new head coach and Dan Quinn.

I'll get to him. Optimism typically lands at the hands of the quarterback. And they have a new one in Jayden Daniels, who, as I mentioned, just won a Heisman, came out of nowhere. Soss Gartner in joint practices talked about how he is going to be great.

What have you seen with your own eyes in practice? What have you heard about Jayden Daniels now? He's taking command of this offense.

Now, look, I will preface all about the same. I say this. My quarterback takes the past couple of years.

That's been not very good. But I got a eerie feeling about this young man. And this is the big difference I continue to talk about locally. We've seen two first round draft picks here in D.C. in the past decade between Robert Griffin, the third, and God rest his soul, Dwayne Haskins. The difference between Jayden Daniels and those two cats, J.R., will put it simply like this. When you talk about Robert, it was about the deep ball. It was about his ability to make guys miss in space.

When you talk about Dwayne, it was the arm talent and the rocket arm that he had. With Jayden, everything that you're hearing about this young man and the high praise he's getting starts from the work ethic, getting in the building at 5.45 each morning, really taking what he's learning in the classroom and being able to execute it out on the practice field has been really impressive to this point. Out in Ashburn, where the commanders have been practicing against themselves, granted, he's looked really sharp and decisive with the football. The deep ball accuracy is something that we saw on full display last year in Baton Rouge. We saw him going to Brian Thomas Jr. and Malik Nabors consistently.

We've seen that in training camp at this point. Terry McCorn seems like he's in store for a big year because of Jayden Daniels, but the number one thing that's really impressed me, J.R., is just watching him interact with his teammates. Washington really did a nice job of flipping this roster, over 30 new guys, including veterans Bobby Wagner, Austin Eckler, and Zach Ertz.

Zach Ertz had a good line with my pal J.P. Finland the other day saying, most of the time when you talk about young quarterbacks, you talk about they can be good in the future. Jayden's good right now, and I think the expectations right now for this kid are sky high, but yesterday, out in Florham Park during that joint practice with the Jets, it was a little bit sober, J.R., and I charted him as officially going 7 for 15 for about 30 yards at max. He got better as the practice progressed, but it was a lot of checkdowns, a lot of screens, but that really didn't have much to do with him, J.R. It's this Washington offensive line, a group that was down three-fifths of their projected starters yesterday in that joint practice. I don't expect to see those guys during the preseason either, but the thing that was kind of alarming is some of the quick pressure that Jayden had to deal with. If they're not going to be able to adequately protect this young man, I don't know whether or not the expectations we had going into yesterday's practice are realistic, because you've got to give this kid a fighting chance. Now, the one thing I think will help them during the regular season is Cliff Kingsbury's got a reputation, for whatever reason, of being a pass-happy guy, but we saw James Carter rush for 1,000 yards in that Arizona offense. I think the combination of Brian Robinson, Austin Eckler, and Jayden Daniels in the run game will ultimately ease some of the pressure that he has to kind of carry this group.

Lanell Winningham is joining us from 106.7, the fan in D.C. I was going to ask you about all of this talent that they added, because last year, I mean, they won four games. They were terrible. They were hard to watch on offense. They were hard to watch on defense. It's not just someone like Ron Rivera who's gone. Chase Young is finally gone, him and his injury problems. What are some of the adjustments looking like on the defensive side of the ball?

Yeah, it's going to be really interesting to see them in a real, live, unsanctioned environment. We'll get to see that tomorrow at noon Eastern time when they take on the Jets in the preseason opener. But the big thing that Dan Quinn and Joe Witt Jr., the new defensive coordinator that's come over with DQ from Dallas, the big thing that they've harped on is creating turnovers.

And we know Dallas has been one of the best in the league the past couple of years in terms of generating those turnovers. But to me, it starts and finishes with this pass rush up front. They brought over Dorrance Armstrong from the Dallas Cowboys to a pretty sizable free agent contract. They brought in former top five pick, Cleveland Farrell from the Niners, who kind of had a career renaissance flash there in San Francisco. Not in terms of sack numbers, but in terms of being a guy that can be stout at the point of attack and set the edge for you. But I think it's going to be pass rush by committee. Another guy that I think is pretty unheralded that Washington signed to a free agent contract is linebacker-edge rusher hybrid Frankie Louvou. He is sort of the jack of all trades, can give you a little bit of coverage. He can give you some juice rushing the passer, and then we know what he is playing the run.

So the combination of those guys, I think, are going to be tasked with getting after the quarterback. And we know about the Alabama wall, John Allen, Daron Payne, two guys that, by their own admission, had down ears last year. John Allen was dealing with a little bit of a foot injury. The way I describe that, man, how good is an elephant with a bad hoof?

He's dead, right? So that's the way I described John Allen last year and his ineffectiveness. But with those guys being healthy, I think everything starts and finishes for Washington defensively in that front four. Now, a group that is going to be under the microscope a lot is the secondary, specifically at outside corner. Last year, J.R., Washington gave up the third most passing touchdowns in NFL history.

It's just an embarrassing stat and something that I know everyone, all the returners, want to flush away and put in the river somewhere. But quite frankly, if they're going to be improved on defense, it has a lot to do with this pass rush. And I think early on here in camp, going against our own offensive line, which by my admission isn't very good, we've seen them flash.

They flashed a little bit yesterday in that joint practice against the Jets, albeit when Tyron Smith and Morgan Moses weren't on the field. So a lot of question marks still with this Washington football team. But as you said at the top, the optimism, I think, surrounding this football team has everything to do with the young quarterback, and the rest kind of is going to have to fall in place here.

Yeah, not too much to fall when you picked up four victories last year. Knowing that this team is playing in an NFC East with an Eagles competing for a Super Bowl, you have the Dallas Cowboys trying to compete for relevancy. And the New York Giants, you know, they might be a step behind Washington. They have no idea what the hell they're doing with their quarterback. What would be considered a successful season this year for Washington?

Just the development of Jayden Daniels? Nobody could be really looking at a number, right? Could they?

I mean, it's hard, right? This is a fan base that loves Washington football, that's waiting and itching for them to put a competitive product on the field. I think from the fan base, they look at C.J. Stroud and the Texans last year and go, well, why can't that be us? Obviously, you know, we have to try and temper expectations here.

I think what you said initially is probably the most realistic goal here. Just seeing the growth and development of Jayden Daniels. And I don't want to short, I don't want to, you know, underscore what he did last year at LSU. One of the most prolific seasons we've ever seen in college football. I think, like I said at the top, man, his work ethic to me is something that's going to allow him to be able to hit the ground running in this Cliff Kingsbury offense.

I think that is the most important thing. But if we're looking at a win total here, I would say on paper they're a 6-7 win team. But if they're able to stay healthy and Jayden Daniels can continue to progress each week and show some of the stuff he showed in Baton Rouge last year, I think 9-8, 10-7 is their point. Wow.

Okay. If everything goes best case scenario with that group, there's major question marks along the offensive line. There's major questions in the secondary. But my thing is this when it comes to the quarterback position in the National Football League. When you have a bona fide stud at the position, it completely to me takes the ceiling off of what a football team could be.

I don't think anyone thought C.J. Stroud and the Texans were capable of winning 10 football games last year. But when you bring in a new coaching staff and you bring in a quarterback that's showing up as the first guy in the building every day. I know it's cliche to say first guy in, last guy out.

This guy is really living it and walking what he's talking, so to speak. I think they have an opportunity to surprise some people if they're able to stay healthy. But the big question marks are at key positions, right J.R.? The offensive line that we mentioned is a question mark at best.

The secondary to me is a major question mark still. So I think a lot of it's going to have to do with how good Jaden Daniels can be in year number one. And just based off what we've seen here through training camp thus far, albeit against our own defense. I think if he can hit the ground running, we may be revising our expectations for this team as the season progresses. Well, Lanell, I'll tell you this with a potential franchise quarterback, a new owner in Josh Harris and a new coach in Dan Quinn.

I guess there's a little bit of a trickle down. Fans have to finally be happy that that other guy, Dan Snyder, is out the building, right? Yeah, for sure. And I think yesterday, that was my first time going out and seeing another NFL facility, J.R., after covering the commanders in Ashburn the last three, four years. I mean, holy smokes, man. The Jets are probably right at the front of the arms race for best facilities in the National Football League. But commanders owner Josh Harris was in attendance saying he couldn't help but notice the stark contrast between the Jets facility in Florham Park and what Washington goes to work in every day out in Ashburn.

It's night and day. But I think this new ownership group understands how starved this fan base is for a consistent winner. And I think if they've adequately solved the quarterback problem, then everything else is going to fall in line. But I think overall, this new ownership group has done a really nice job in investing in player development resources, injury resources. The cafeteria has been redone. They're getting better food in the facility, so they're trying to do all the little things here to ensure that they're better, not just for this year, J.R., but for the years to come as well. And that's a beautiful thing.

Never in my life, not this soon, did I think I'd be looking at Washington as running a better operation than the Cowboys, but here we are. Linnell, where can people follow you and all of your work on 106.7 The Fan and also all of your work here on the Infinity Sports Network? Yes, indeed, man. Enjoy hosting on this very network. I believe I'm sitting in for you next Friday, so that should be a treat as well.

You can catch me on all social media platforms at N-E-L-L underscore BTP. Man, I appreciate you having me, J.R. No doubt about it, Linnell. You enjoyed a weekend. You didn't get caught in no rain, did you? Oh, brother, coming back from Florham Park to D.C. was, I mean, I've never drove in conditions where the wind is, you know, knocking you from one lane to the other.

You know, God willing, I got back safely, so hopefully we don't have to deal with any more. What's this hurricane's name? Tropical Storm Debbie? Debbie. We hate Debbie. We hate her.

We hate Debbie. Thanks, J.R. No problem. Man, keep letting them flow. You two are a badass combination, man.

I like this combo. Oh, well, thank you, Linnell. We appreciate you, man. Yes, indeed. All right, catch you soon. Nat Linnell Willingham from 106.7, the fan.

You can also hear him here on the Infinity Sports Network. Everybody hates Debbie. Everybody.

Everybody. There's a new show name right there. Debbie? Everybody hates Debbie?

Oh, OK. I like that. Like Raymond?

We do a spinoff? Everybody hates Raymond. Everybody hates Debbie. And everybody hates Chris.

Everybody hates Chris. You know, now that I think about it. This is ABCD. This is the fourth hurricane already? We're up to D? Wait a second.

Well done. You're about to blow my mind here. When they name hurricanes.

They go in alphabetical order. No way. Yes, they do, Icky.

Yes. You learn something new. Look at me. I am dumbfounded. Listen. OK. Wow. You learn something new every day.

Thank you, Jay. Now I feel like a more educated man. Is this a well-known thing?

Maybe not here in the Northeast. I'm going to say that. Manny, did you know that? Ryan, you didn't know that, buddy? You learned that two seconds ago. No, I didn't.

I learned that in the seventh grade. That's not a thing. Oh, yes, it is, pal. OK. All right. So I guess the answer is yes. Manny knew that. Yeah. Yeah. I'm no Mike Trout, but I dig hurricanes.

Excuse me? I enjoy hurricanes. Yeah, hurricanes. Mike Trout? What does Mike Trout have? I'm missing a joke.

Help me out. He's a weather guy. Big weather guy, that Mike Trout. Oh, OK. I just like doing research of the hurricanes after it happens.

I was going to say he plays in Southern California, but he doesn't play. So I guess he has all the time in the world to look at the weather, right? You're not wrong.

I'm pretty sure he's done all of his research on Debbie and all the scientific facts about it. Mm hmm. Yeah. The World Media.

Here we go. The World Meteorological Organization, WMO. It maintains six alphabetical lists of names for Atlantic hurricanes that are rotated every six years.

The names for 2024 hurricane season are as follows. You ready for this, Hickey? Got my notepad out. Oh, damn. I remember barrel just hit Jamaica a couple of weeks ago. Damn. We already passed.

OK. It was Alberto. We had barrel.

We had Chris. Now we got Debbie coming up next. And you don't want to visit from him. Ernesto. OK. We don't want to see Ernesto. Well, we don't know.

We do not know anything like Debbie stay far away. Ernesto will bust down the door after Ernesto is Francine Gordon. Helen is Helen with an E. Who picks these names?

I don't know. Helen, Isaac, Joyce, Hurricane Kirk, Leslie. Milton, Nadine, Hurricane Nadine, Hurricane Oscar, Hurricane Patty, Raphael, Sarah, Tara, Valerie and William. I hope we never see William. I don't know if we got man. If we see William, we cooked. We are in trouble. If we see William, Florida's going to be official underwater at that point.

Oh, my God. You know what? Hickey, they retire these these names if there is a memorable storm. Hmm. So there'll never be another Hurricane Katrina. There will be another. No, no other. Sandy.

Hmm. OK. You got more hurricanes. Hurricane Master. Go ahead.

Hurricane Andrew, I think is another one. Oh, here you go. There you go.

Yeah. Although, thank you, Ian. Look at you.

We have Mr. G over here. You Al Roker. Listen, I listen like again. I'm no Mike Trout.

I'm no Al Roker. But I like I like the hurricanes. I dig hurricanes. Oh, OK. You like the science of the hurricane. You don't like the hurricane. No, I don't like the science of it.

I just like reading about it afterwards. Science makes my brain hurt. You would have me fooled, Manny, but OK. Anyway, speaking of science, we're going to take a break. When we come back, we're going to think about science. There's an NFL quarterback who actually due to modern day science, he's going to be able to play this upcoming Sunday. I'll tell you who it is. It's the J.R. sport re-show on the Infinity Sports Network.

You are listening to the J.R. sport brief. Yeah, I love wives. I love them. Wives are amazing. Love your wife.

Love her. I'm tempted to say something else. Hickey, tell me not to say it. It's Friday.

Maybe let's just, you know, before 10 p.m. Couldn't help yourself. I couldn't do it. I couldn't do it. Oh, man, I couldn't do it.

Heck, yeah. You know what I just realized? Wait a minute. Oh, not good. This is what I get.

Hickey, this is terrible, man. Oh, this is what I get. Hold on. This is karma.

How about that? I'm standing up in a studio. I just said that that awful thing. I said, love your wife before I do.

It's a terrible thing to say. And I'm over here standing up. And, you know, I was sitting down for a little while. I finally stood up and I'm reaching in my pocket.

I'm like, wait a minute. Where's where's my money? Like, where's where's my money?

Hickey, I don't have my money on me. You lost your money? Well, Mark, I didn't lose it. I assume I assume my my money's in my house. My plastic. But, you know, everything is in the phone nowadays.

True, which is helpful. If anybody wants to rob me when I leave the studio, just take my phone. You know, not that you can access anything in there, but I don't have my plastic on me. That means I don't have my I.D. on me. Hickey, it's terrible.

What does that mean? No post show beer. Oh, Hickey, I don't get I.D. Come on, man. Some places. Look, some places they'll if you're 65, does not matter. They will I.D. you. It's people. People here know me, man.

They know me. Oh, so you're good there. No card, no I.D., no problem. I don't need no card, man. For what? Your J.R. Yeah, you're right.

I don't need no stinking. For what? I.D. for what?

I use I.D. to get on the plane. And nowadays I don't even ask for that. They ask me for that. They scan my eyeballs and I get on the plane, man.

As simple as that. Good world we're living in. Well, until it's a surveillance state.

I did see. I think is it a stadium that you can I think that I think in some country now. No, no, no. It's an airport. I think it's an airport in one of the Middle Eastern countries. Everything is is just biometrics. There's no no show me your I.D., none of this. You literally go right in the airport and everything scans you the whole way. You don't have to pull out anything. And I guess if you try to be a smart ass and just kind of sneak your way around, you get the boot.

That is I mean, obviously hassle free, which is nice, but also very freaky at the same time. It's it's inevitable. You know that, right? Yes. No, you're right. There was a movie about that. You don't know what it is, though.

Probably not. Oh, my God. This movie was from like 20, 30 years ago. I robot.

No, it goes beyond I robot. It is literally about. It's the future and it's an assassin and the detective and everything. Minority report. You heard of that? No. Minority report. Yeah, I give you a synopsis.

I could find it. Yeah, it was. It's what Tom Cruise. And what is this thing about?

Yeah. Minority report. Cyberpunk action film in 2002. The film takes place in Washington metropolitan area in the year 2054.

Specialized police department apprehends criminals using foreknowledge provided by psychics. Mm hmm. All they did was run around and. Hey, it's anyway, it's technology. See, look, that's what James Dolan is using to keep people out of the garden, remember?

Oh, I know. You better not act up. Just scan your face and you don't let they don't let you in. You get the boot.

You get the boot. You know what? It's this.

There's going to be government regulation to kind of slow it down to kind of stop Big Brother. But let's be real, Hickey. If you have a cell phone. Everybody knows where you're at and what you're doing, what you've purchased. Your cell phone pings to towers.

You're being followed all day long. Let's be real. So what's the difference between that and scanning your face? Because the face is not a part of you. The phone is a part of you. Right. Or am I mixing things up here?

No, you're 100 percent right. I mean, look, the phones at our, you know, attached at our hip basically all day every day. I don't care, man. Hickey, I'd rather go to the airport. And they said it saves time, of course, like for everybody.

Oh, I'm sure it does. Absolutely. It saves time. Stop. Take out your ID. Scan this. Do this. Stop. Take out your ID. Scan this. Do this. You just walk around freely.

And if you don't belong there, they give you the boot. I prefer that. I feel like everybody knows everything about me anyway.

What the hell do I like? Hickey, you walk through us. You cannot walk through a city, a major city. Like I can't walk outside the building here in Atlanta. My entire steps, I can be traced the whole way via camera, my phone technology, lights, street lamps, cameras. That's that's just society, man. Right.

What am I scared about? I'm not doing anything. And you got nothing to hide. I don't.

What are they going to do? Clone me? I don't think we don't need that. One jar is enough. We're not there. I know. Right. Remember they did that to that sheep? Remember that? Dolly? Dolly the sheep? Dolly the sheep.

I think that was 1996. Do you know what the clone's doing, by the way? No, Dolly dead. She dead. Clone two? Dolly and a come on, man. How long does a sheep live? I mean, not long, but I don't. When you clone it, I have no idea.

Do you get like better genes, stronger genes? I have no idea. Oh, Dolly the sheep, the world's first mammal clone from an adult cell, was euthanized. Oh, in 2003, at the age of six and a half. Damn. Oh, crap. This is not good. I didn't know the end of this. OK. Oh, whoa. Oh, I threw up from Dolly.

Cat scans show tumors grown in her lungs. The decision was made to euthanize Dolly rather than risk her suffering. You know, we don't need to clone nothing. OK, nothing. Don't clone nothing.

Leave everything alone. It's the J.R. sport we show here on the Infinity Sports Network. We're going to talk about Anthony Richardson, more football, the Cowboys, Olympics. We got it all on the other side.

The J.R. sport we show no clones. Look around. What do you see? Cars? Lots of them. And guess what? They're probably on Auto Trader.

Whether you're into timeless classics or the latest trends. Did somebody say solar powered, eco friendly, vegan leather wrapped, aroma therapy scented, disco ball equipped self-driving car? If you see it on the road, you can likely find it on Auto Trader. Big cars, small cars, blue cars, new cars and used cars, electric cars and one day maybe even flying cars. With millions of options to choose from, buying a car becomes a whole lot easier. See it. Find it. Auto Trader.
