He's given up five runs and six and two thirds innings pitched. He's a long way off from that gem. And against the brewers. In the National League Championship Series, and then you got a rookie. And Treya Savage, he goes out here and he says, I'm going to strike out twelve guys over seven innings.
He had a rookie record. for a guy to come out, and strike dudes out in the World Series a record of twelve. What a game he had The blue jays are on the precipice. Even if the Blue Jays lose tomorrow in game six. They got the benefit of the doubt. They get to have a Game Seven at home, On Saturday There are no more games. in Los Angeles this season. It's it's done.
I mean, even Clayton Kershaw, I mean, he didn't pitch yesterday. We saw him get that one out. With the bases loaded in that 18-inning game. Clayton Kershaw, who they're going to open up the gates. To Cooperstown when he's done.
Clayton Kershaw will never pitch another game. In Dodger Stadium. And even a couple of days ago, he talked about things being done and finishing up in Dodger Stadium and If he goes back in front of the massive crowd in LA, it's going to have to be at a parade. There's no guarantee that that's coming. For the Dodgers, Clayton Kershaw said after that 18-inning game, he says he wasn't emotional.
What was going through your mind after you came out? I was just excited. I don't think I was emotional. I just got excited.
Well, I mean, yesterday after the game he was saying bye to all the fans, so I mean I it'll hit him eventually. It will. And and one of the reasons the Dodgers are currently in this hole Trailing the Blue Jays 3-2 in the World Series is because their offense. has been in a hole. I'm sure they got a lot of players on offense that are very emotional about where they stand.
The offense stinks. You got Otani, you got Freddie Freeman, you got Mookie Betts, the whole team. is batting a collective. two oh two here. In the World Series.
What the heck are the Dodgers going to do? This prolific offense, they got bats up and down the lineup. They can't string together some runs? 202. I mean, Mookie Betts is in the skids right now.
He is a skid. Botcha, is it disrespectful if I say he's batting like a skid mark? Is that too much? No, 'cause he bits it himself at this point. He sucks.
The man is batting one thirty. with zero R B I's here. in the World Series. That is Three of 23.
Okay, he has three hits and 23 at-bats. And as Bacha said, he didn't say that he's a giant skid mark on the Dodgers, but Mookie Beth says. I'm terrible. I've just been terrible. It's been terrible and there's no uh Are they all building?
I wish it was from lack of effort. I really do, but it's not, so I don't have any answers. Yeah I mean well Nobody's saying you're not trying. You can try to do something that doesn't mean that you'll succeed. You can try to do something that does not mean you will find success.

Gigantic payroll. Tax included more than five hundred million dollars. We got dudes like Shohei Otani that are going to get paid on the Dodgers for the next almost twenty years. They're blowing teams out of the water when it comes to salary. They're blowing teams out of the water when it comes down to tax.
And here come the Blue Jays. Blue jays aren't cheap skates. The Blue Jays don't got a bunch of scrubs off the street out there playing baseball. But can you imagine if Canada's team goes out here and just beats the big, bad Dodgers? Oh, come on now What are the Dodgers going to do besides try to come back next year?

They've been in the shadow of the New York Yankees in the American League East. For almost thirty years Vladimir Guerrero Jr.
Sometimes he speaks with the translator, Sometimes he doesn't. I don't think a translator is needed for this. There's only one team left in Canada right now. Ain't no Expos, ain't none of that. It's just the Blue Jays.

As a young adult, young man Treya Savage came through clutch. They're gonna think about this man if they end up winning the World Series. He will he will be a part of the city lore. Forever Let's see if they get the job done. It won't just be Vladimir Guerrero Jr.
They're gonna look at the young guy, the twenty two year old. who came through to help him out. And sports is is for young people, right? Botcha, still for young people, right? Uh for the main part, it's also there for gambling addicts.

Parsons, Aiden Hutchinson, 25 years old, comes to an agreement four years one hundred and eighty million dollars. with the Detroit Lions. This is tacked on to his rookie deal.
This means that he is going to be a lion. Until 2030. But let's be real. If there is going to be a guy that's going to stick around his entire career with one team, it would be. Aiden.
Hutchinson Come on The guy was drafted number two overall. in twenty twenty. Two. This guy. Went to the University of Michigan.
He's from Michigan. He is Michigan through and through. It'd be a travesty if they let him walk out the door. They should never allow it. And if you're Aiden Hutchinson, why do you want to leave?
Why do you want to change and alter your legacy? In any Way. Ye you don't. and so at least for now, He ain't goin' anywhere. And with his contract, $141 million guaranteed, it's the most ever.
For a non-quarterback. And when you think about how much he's making per year, $45 million. Mike is only getting 1.5 more than him at 46.5. Aiden Hutchinson's been a game wrecker. Since he came into the league, he's one of the reasons that the Lions have been able to turn things around in his rookie season.
He had nine and a half sacks, and he His very next year he already made the Pro Bowl. Last year, he had seven and a half sacks in five games before he went out there and broke his damn leg. The lines are five and two. Their offense is one of the most dynamic in the league, but Aiden Hutchinson. Man, he he makes them go.
I honestly believe he's one of the reasons that They had difficulty. Last season, when he went down, they were trying to plug the hole. Guys like Zadarius Smith, who's now retired, there's only one, Aiden Hutchinson. And being in Detroit, Playing in your home State? I can imagine there's nothing like it, and Aidan Hutchinson says I've loved it so far.
You know, it's been a really, really fun journey these first four years, and I'm really looking forward to being here and um you know, really locking me in, so it's great. And uh Yeah. It's been a really, really, really fun, fun time of growth and evolution my entire career here, and now we get to uh We have to keep it going, so. Boom, growth and evolution. We love growth.
An evolution. I mean, coming off of that I told you he broke his leg last year. And even coming off of that damn broken leg, he has not missed a beat. It's like the Terminator. He's bigger and stronger.
He does not stop.
So far this season, he already has six sacks. Four forced fumbles He's number one in pressures. And number one in quarterback hurries, he got these quarterbacks running for them lives. He has not missed. A beat?
Knowing that you broke your damn leg last year, man. What's up with the injury? Did it bother you? Is it in the back of your head? Obviously not.
That's where in those moments of the unknowing that I really you just have to rely on God's plan and God's journey for you, you know, and because ultimately, I wasn't expecting to get hurt last year and it happened, but Although it served as a bump in the road in my eyes, it's kind of um. It set me up this year for an incredible comeback, and I got to shine a light. on a lot of cool kids. That um that people got to see.
So it's tons of silver linings that came from it. But in that moment, it's really hard to see him. And um obviously looking back now a year later from when it happened, it's um I feel like I'm in a great spot. Hm. Wow.
Wow. We're good. I'm I'm happy for him.
Well, he is in a good spot. He just got one hundred and forty one million dollars guaranteed. How could he not be in a a good spot? The guy broke his leg last year. The Detroit Lions could have taken the approach of, well, you broke your leg.
We ain't going to pay you. They did it. The guy broke his leg, came back, is playing like an all pro this year. They paid him. That's great.
I'm happy, fam. He said it's God's plan. He's absolutely correct.
Okay, you also got $141 million. I wish that was God's plan for me, too. Also, a nice Drake album. Botcha, that was a Drake album. God's plan.

I I expect them to c compete for another NFC championship, and if old gambling Dan Campbell doesn't put them in a toilet, Man, maybe they can go to the Super Bowl. I mean, I just worried Dan Campbell in a big game. It's like, bro, do you have to go forward on fourth down?
You do not want to kick the punter. Do you trust the punter? Let's just replace the guy. Man, Dan Campbell does not play games. He doesn't.
Speaking of playing games, Aiden Hutchinson, he's not playing games with his money. The media always asking these wild questions. What are you going to do with your new contract? What are you going to do with your new deal? Aiden Hutchinson says, uh, well, I got a bunch of people I need to take care of.
Um I think the D-line, they are expecting a Christmas present this year.
So, I will have to deliver on that. I've already got some stuff in the work. Um that I've been thinking about uh you know With the money, I mean philanthropically you think You know, with the Hutch Hero stuff, like, how can we expand that and keep growing that and stuff? And so, that's where my mind goes.
Okay. At least you want to help some people out. That's That's nice. What a good guy he is Aiden Hutchinson. The lines are five and two.
And unfortunately they've moved into the space of well, the The Buffalo Bills Maybe not so much this year. Maybe the Baltimore Ravens. The Forty Niners Y'all keep won't forget the 49ers. They've actually gone to the Super Bowl. When are y'all gonna actually get over the hump?
That's it. That's it. We saw the lions smoked. By the commanders last year in the postseason. And they go, what?
There's a couple of teams that need to take that next step. In the AFC, we see it all the time with the Buffalo Bills, we see it with the Ravens. The Detroit Lions When are you? In Jared Goff, going to get over the hump, and go to the Super Bowl. The fans in Detroit Deserve it.
I need a week. of Dan Campbell screaming, yelling, crying, drinking coffee, saying crazy things. I need a week of that. Heading into the Super Bowl. Enough of the Lions.
Who cares about their 5-2 record? I don't care if they win 12 games or 13 games. I do not care. Let me know when the Lions go to the Super Bowl, and God bless 'em. Man, he's been around a little bit longer than both of these dudes. is Dexter Lawrence from the New York Giants. and Dexter Lawrence, unfortunately for him, Even though he's been a three time Pro Bowler, Drafted in 2019. All pro this, defensive player that.
He sees a big deal for the New York Giants, but The New York Giants have sucked. Since he got drafted, okay? I don't want to say if a tree falls in a forest and if nobody's around to you know, kinda hear it, did it fall? The answer is, well, yes, but who knows if they're not there, right? That's where Dexter Lawrence has been.
And so even last year where he had a ridiculous season, This man had nine sacks in twelve games as an interior. Defensive line. He ain't no edge rusher. This guy's in the middle busting quarterbacks' asses. And then, unfortunately for him.
His season had to stop due to an elbow injury. And so here we are the New York Giants another season. They're two and six. We saw them lose to the Broncos, we saw them lose to the Eagles, we saw them lose Scatterboo. They've.
They've lost a lot. At least they found a quarterback. and Jackson Dart. That's a good thing. Well, All elements of the New York Giants are currently being criticized.
including by a former New York giant, Shoutouts to my main man, Carl Banks, a two-time Super Bowl champ. Carl Banks was a He was on a podcast with Bob Popper, who happens to be the voice of the New York Giants, and Carl Banks took some time. to say that Dexter Lawrence isn't the player he was last year, Prior to the elbow injury.
Okay, I told you about his nine sacks in 12 games last year. Man, they're eight games into the season. He has half A sack. That's it. The production is down.
And you could say, well, they got him playing in another gap on the defensive line. You could say that, well, he's being double teamed, which he was double teamed last year. I mean, he got Brian Burns on his team that Kind of co-leads the NFL in Saks right now with 10. He's opening things up. for other guys.
Carl Banks is not buying it. Dexter Lawrence. Nobody respects you anymore. Nobody. Your opponents do not.
The pre-injury dexter is not there in their heads. They don't respect you. And There's a difference. You're on the field. They're blocking you with a nine-year backup center.
You're not making a difference. The old Dexter would.
Okay. I'm looking at enough tape to know that your opponents don't respect you. Not like they used to. And here's the thing. When Darius Alexander When Roy Robinson gets in the game and they substitute for you.
DJ Davidson, those guys are making plays against the same guys that are blocking you. It's time for you to start expecting more of yourself. I don't know. If you're injured. I don't know if you've fully recovered.
But it's time to start asking more of yourself because they don't respect you. Oh, by the way, Carl Banksy. kind of works in the giants' organization. You know, I mean, he's in the building with the team. He's.
I don't know, maybe he's trying to light a fire under the backside of Dexter Lawrence, but Dexter Lawrence was asked about this. and this was his response at his locker. I don't really know what he'd be he's watching. But hey, he can say what he wants. I'm gonna keep doing what I'm doing, trying to help us get away.
That's it. Do you disagree with what he said? Is it fair to say that you disagree with his opinion? Uh, for sure. Are you satisfied with how you're playing?
I think I'm playing well, yes. Vex, there's criticisms that. That you can put on a player. That one's a pretty significant one to say that no one respects you.
So, how do you process it? I hope they started not respecting me, because that's not what's showing on the field. It's showing a lot of respect on the field. Were you surprised that Carl chose to air those criticisms of your game the way that he did on the podcast, as opposed to coming in here or seeking out in the building to talk to you? Yeah, those words were strong words, but that's how you feel.
Those words mean more that they're coming from him like a giant legend. No, why not? He's delusional. No. Oh, damn He called Carl Banks delusional, and I dunno.
Maybe Carl Banks took the approach of uh I'm trying to motivate the man. Maybe Carl Banks uh said this publicly because he doesn't care how he feels about his critic. I have no idea. I like Carl Banks, I know Carl Banks. I ma maybe Carl Banks was trying to uh Well, he's just voicing his opinion.
Carl said he watched the film. I'm not sitting around watching that. New York Giants film. I will leave that.
So called banks.
Now, Dexter Lawrence isn't the only guy who responded. He said, Coach was asked about the same damn thing. And if I am Brian Dable, I got better things to worry about. Than what Carl Banks is saying about Dexter Lawrence. But Brian Dayball, he was asked about it, and his answer was short and sweet.
Yeah, I'd say we just focus on, you know, ourselves and do the best job we can each week to get ready to play a game. And, you know, we've got enough on our plate with getting ready for San Francisco. Yeah, well yeah, they got San Francisco Giants up next. San Francisco 49ers.
Well, they just lost to the Texans. Of course, they're going to look for their pound of flesh.
So. Yeah, you got better things to worry about, and you can't worry about the criticism. I don't care if you're Carl Banks or you're Carl the weatherman, I don't care if you're Carl the next-door neighbor, you're not in a locker room. I mean, if Dexter Lawrence and he said by he said his elbow's not bothering him. Carl Banks ain't gonna help him go out there and get a sack.
And if I'm Brian Burns, I'm just like, oh, this is great for me. I got 10 sacks on the year already. It signed me up to play next to Dexter Lawrence. is somebody who actually plays next to him. Raquim Nunez Rochez is what he had to say about the year that Dexter Lawrence is having.
I will say one thing, don't let the numbers, you know. Lie to you because even though some things may not pop up statistically or on the stat sheet, guys are still. Worried about Deaths. The way they block Deaths is different than how they'll block us or other, you know, D-linemen. When they see him out there, he's still a threat.
They still know they have to keep him covered up. They still know they have to double, triple, or sell him off for certain things.
So, yes, he's still a weapon. And it's a lot of things that Deaths does well and does very on a high level. that helps other people become open or get free.
Now if he's runnin' around on Sunday, Sitting on Mac Jones or kicking Brock Purdy in the foot. Can we look at at Carl Banks's Is the motivator? If Dexter Lawrence has two sacks in this game, if he's forcing fumbles, if he plays like a game wrecker, do we now have to give Carl Banks credit? Credit. Was this not just a part of you know Carl Banks' master plan?
I mean, we'll find out sooner than later.
Now I'm eager. Bacha, there was nothing in my body, no, not a bone in my body that made me say, Oh my god. I need to watch the New York Giants take on the 49ers. But now I I had a reason to kind of check in. just to see.
What Dexter Lawrence does? Yeah, I'm not that way though. I could care less what Dexter Lawrence does. I understand he's getting paid, but as long as the defense itself is succeeding. What's the real issue?
If one of your guys has ten sacks What's so wrong about the guy who's creating pressure? He's defending the run well in the middle. If the thing should be winning over everything. And I'm not going to blame one person for the losing.
Well, I don't think Carl Banks is blaming him for the losing. I think Carl Banks's point was very clear. Carl Banks doesn't feel, after he watched the tape, he doesn't feel that he is being respected the same way and that he's not performing up to par. My point isn't so much about what takes place with the defense. It's not what happens with Brian Burns.
It's not whether or not they win or lose the game. It is whether or not Dexter Lawrence. Is gonna sit on a few quarterbacks and do that silly little dance that he does. You know the dance, have you seen it? Yeah, no, the sexy sexy dance.
Oh, the sex oh, you know the name of the the sexy daddy. There's a song that goes with it too. Have you done it? Have you done the sexuality? I have tried, but I'm not flexible enough.
It So squat that it's more than squatting. It's like squatting, and you have to roll your shoulders. And there's there's a lot of other stuff going on there. You're so flexible. You're not flexible enough to move your shoulders?
No, it's shoulders, hips, knees, it's a bunch of things. Dexter Lawrence is like 6'5, 350 billion pounds. You mean to tell me he's more flexible than you? He's an athlete, he's a professional athlete.
