I feel I feel like we're in family feud now, so I I have to say one thousand and seven will be The exact yardage Stephon Diggs this season.
What do we survey 100 people? We might have to. Yeah, what a world. What a world. And we'll see what happens.

I think the best matchup, as we discussed and talked about, Happens to be an early matchup between the Los Angeles Rams and the Philadelphia Eagles. That'll be a fun one. Everybody is out here currently complaining about the tush push.
And we know that the referees are gonna They're gonna go hard every time the Eagles get in formation for the tush push. and it may be only two or three times. Man, they're going to be out there blowing that whistle.
So that's going to be a very interesting game to watch. We talked earlier in the show. About how Jaden Daniels is out. He's going to be missing his first game in his entire NFL career. Jaden Daniels has a knee sprain.
He will not be out there for the Washington Commanders. Instead, we get. Marcus Mariota. I don't know how many interceptions or fumbles he's going to have, but I take the over. And when it comes down to this man turning the football Over.
And I love how the coordinators and the coaches, they all tell lies. Because I want you to hear from Cliff Kingsbury. Cliff Kingsbury. Basically, stood in front of a microphone. and said I am confident in Marcus Mariota.
Last year, uh just being around him for a year When we signed him back, we felt like we have two starters in the building, which is rare in this league.
So anytime he was asked to play or practice, or even on Scout team, he's been. Phenomenal. Treats like a pro. As a leader on the team, despite not being the starter, which is hard to do, and can't say enough good things about him.
So if he has to go, I'm sure he'll be ready. Oh, yeah.
Well, he has to go, and it's it's it's not going to be pretty. Not gonna be pretty. I'm taking a look. At the Las Vegas Raiders, who just got annihilated by the Chargers. Geno Smith throwing three interceptions on Monday Night Football.
I am taking the Raiders. to go out there and beat the commanders. and beat Marcus Mariota. I do not trust Marcus Mariota to carry anything. I wouldn't trust him to carry water.
Or change or a backsack book sack. I'm not trusting that guy to carry. Anything. And he's not the only backup who's going to be out here playing. 49ers.
They're going to take on the Arizona Cardinals. We got two teams that are 2-0. The Cards 2-0, the 49ers, 2-0. Column Murray is playing, thank God. Man, if he wasn't, this game would be completely worthless.
But the 49ers, we learned. that Brock Purdy, He's questionable. He's still dealing with a foot issue. There's no guarantee that we'll see him. I would expect that.
not to see him at all. Kyle Shannon here. the head coach of the San Francisco Forty Niners, Before we learned that he was questionable, He was asked about Brock Purdy. Is he gonna play? Is he not gonna play?
How available? Is he, Kyle? I think that he would be limited in.
So I think there's certain things that he could do, maybe certain things he couldn't, so. We're trying to decide if he could do that. when you won't know that till Sunday. You don't get to practice them any other area. Um Don't want to force it on Sunday, but don't mind finding out if you have to.
Oh. And nobody wants to find out, nobody. wants to find out. Hey, I don't trust Kyler Murray. I don't trust the Cardinals.
They're always up and down. I got the 49ers. Over. the Cardinals. And then we got even more backups who are gonna play.
Oh the horror This game in particular should have been a good one. We got Cincinnati. at Minnesota. We know who's not playing. Joe Burrow's not playing.
That guy had foot surgery. Today, okay? We don't know if he's coming back this season. We don't know if he'll be back in three months. We have no idea.
And then we got Minnesota. JJ McCarthy has a high ankle sprain. That means we got Carson Wentz. Yeah, Carson Wentz, who just finds a new team every year. Starts on that team, gets one or two starts.
Carson Wentz is supposed to pick things up like he's uh Like he never left. This is what Carson Wentz had to say about being quarterback one. in Minnesota. It's exciting. Pretty fast-paced the last couple weeks for me.
It's been fun to see JJ and interact with him and kind of be a part of. What they've been doing here, you know, this whole off-season, and it's a bummer, obviously, what happened to him. Been there more times than I care to admit. But you know, it's been fun to see how he's responded already and exciting for me. I'm not gonna lie.
It's been a couple years since I played in a game like this with real consequences.
So I'm really excited for it. I like the fact he admitted. He's like, I don't play meaningful football. You know, I pop in, they're like, hey, Patrick Mahomes is out for a game. Can you just play three snakes?
Like, yeah, sure. Hilarious. And then on the other end, You got Jake Browning. This man threw three interceptions. And they still went out there and beat the Jacksonville Jaguars.
And people are running around in Cincinnati going, Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, we believe in Jake Browning. I don't know if Jake Browning believes in him Self- Okay, I don't know. Jake Browning was asked. About how his mind is going. How does he feel taking over for Joe Burrow?
Jake Browning is the starter. What's yo' mindset, Jake? Tell me. Execution breeds breeds a lot of confidence and so my main goal is just to Execute well. play fast, make make fast decisions, and be decisive.
and try and help us win and yeah, I mean, whatever comes as a result of that or whatever however everybody's feeling right now, You know, I'm pretty focused. I'm just doing my job. Oh man, this is This is gonna be a tough watch, okay? The battle of the backups. Oof.
Carson Wentz, Jake Browning. It should be the battle of the interceptions. I would say feel bad for Justin Jefferson and Jamar Chase, but these guys are making an excess of $35 to $40 million a season. Don't feel bad for them. This game is going to be a uh And let's just say a little it's gonna be a turnover fest.
I'm gonna take Minnesota. at home. Got Cincinnati at Minnesota. I'm going to take Minnesota at home because Jake Browning. And Ray, how many interceptions is this guy going to throw?
I'm going to say he scales it back this week, and it'll be one interception in the first half. One f one for Jake? Just one. I think, you know, he gets the nerves out of your system last week, this week. I'm believing the hype.
He sounds very confident in the presser. One interception, and it'll be on a tipped ball. He won't force anything, it'll be a bad luck pick. Oh, my God. Oh.
We got two backup quarterbacks and one game. And then we got another game with a backup quarterback. Tara Taylor is back in action. When last time you saw him? I feel last time I really saw him consistently may have to go all the way back to Buffalo.
The New York Jets are taking on Tampa Bay. Justin Phields, the damn Buffalo Bills, put that man in concussion protocol last week. when they beat em thirty to ten. It should have been thirty to zero. That's how bad the New York Jets looked.
And Aaron Glenn, he's like, Oh, offense is not like instant coffee. Don't expect anything out of the gate, da da da da da And then he's telling us now that he has confidence in Tarat Taylor. And why wouldn't he be? He's a veteran Q B. Listen to him.
There's an element within him that we also have in Justin that I like a lot. And the fact that he's been in this league for a long time, there's no coverage, there's no pressure that he hasn't seen. Um So that's why I have confidence in him. Listen man, the only thing between these two guys That is similar. Is that they're black?
That's it. Like, there's nothing else here. I don't see Justin Fields and Tyrod Tail, especially how long Tyrod Tail has been around. Like, come on, what are we doing here? This is not going to be good for the New York Jets.
The New York Jets have difficulty scoring anyway. And now they got to take on a team that's just. Just throwing a ball all over the place? BEGA MAYFIELD HAS FOUND NEW LIFE. In Tampa Bay.
And maybe, if there's any saving grace, and this is not good if you're a Buccaneers fan. Abuka has looked great.
Okay? Like he's looked awesome as a rookie. Especially with no Chris God wasn't out there yet. He's still out with an ankle issue coming off of that surgery. A mecha Obuka is now questionable.
with both a hip and a groin. And so Baker Mayfield having one less target may go in the favor of the New York Jets, but let's be real. The New York Jets Stink.
Okay. Listen to Tyrod Taylor. He's like, if I'm the backup, if I'm the starter, he says, if you're a professional, you've been around like me. It doesn't matter. I jump to myself each and every day to prepare like a starter because you never know when an opportunity will present itself.
And the main thing is, you don't want to. Obviously, let your team down, but you want to prove to yourself that you're capable of doing what you know you can do. And that's been the mentality since day one of my time in the NFL. Man, it's Connor Kr Tyrod Taylor is thirty six years old. Damn, bro.
He's thirty six oh he's thirty six years old? Damn. New York Jets just uh going nowhere. I hate to say anything is a is a waste of a season, but This isn't uh Uh you know what? Ray, I hope that the uh hope the New York Jets suck this year.
I hope they lose every game. I hope they get a top pick and I hope they get a quarterback 'cause Justin Fields ain't gonna be it. That sounds very personal. Is is a JR a Jets fan? Oh, yeah, I love the Jets.

I can't even say replace. It it just doesn't even sound right. But he's supposed to help replace the production lost, by Micah Parsons, who we now know is in Green Bay. Jade Vion Clowney apparently had an incident right before, I mean, the day before it was announced. that he signed his contract with the Dallas Cowboys, Jadavion Clowney was still in the Carolinas, South Carolina, uh Getting in a Some avoidable trouble?

I'm Evan Donovan. Good to see you guys here. According to a police report, Jadavion Clowney was arrested last Friday for trying to park in a closed parking lot off Constitution Boulevard. Officers say when Clowney was told not to park there, he did anyway. He is charged with trespassing and failure to identify himself.
Both are misdemeanors. Clowney is a Rock Hill native. He was a star linebacker for the Gamecocks. The Houston Texans drafted him first overall in 2014. He went to the Pro Bowl three times.
He has since bounced around a handful of teams, including the Panthers last season. He just signed to play for the Dallas Cowboys last week. How big of a jerk do you have to be? To just simply be told. Don't park here.
And you park there? And you get arrested. Is that not the easiest avoidable arrest ever? Like they the cop told him don't park there This happened to be an empty, vagant line. I don't know what business I don't know what it was.
Just to be told don't park there. And why? Because Jade Vianclowney is six foot four and two fifty, two sixty and he knocked the guy out when he played for the Gamecocks and and hit of the year and got himself drafted number one. He's suppo he can just park wherever he wants. Like, what are what are we doing?
Now I will tell that there are worse things to get arrested for. There are plenty of things. But the outside of just standing in front of a police officer and I don't know, just Punching some elderly person, knocking them out cold. Like, what are we doing? Like, Ray, did he ask to get arrested in that case?
Like, what is he doing? Absolutely did. You know, if they tell you don't park there, it's a very simple ask. Don't park there, you know? But I guess considering he is Jadevion Clowny, he felt like I'm Jadavion Clowny and I'm gonna park here and there's nothing you can do about it.
Not realizing that there's actual laws in place that will do something about it 10 times out of 10. And considering you're not all world, you're not a walking legend of the NFL, maybe you're a college legend, the clout doesn't reach that far, champ. And he learned a valuable lesson in that moment. You know what I think? This this takes me back to Entitled Athlete.
Like, let's be real. Jadavion Clowney got arrested for parking someplace that a cop explicitly told him not to park in. He parked there and got arrested. Good for him, okay? Remember last year's Scotty Shuffler?
He got arrested last year. and he was on his way to the PGA championship And then I think he tried to. The police were telling him, stop, don't make the turn. And he's like, man, I got some golf to play. and then Scotty Schuffler got arrested.
And then they said that he dragged the guy and he ripped the guy's pants off his ass and all of this. And Scotty Shuffler had a a mug shot. Had a bologna sandwich and he got the full experience. I mean I I mean, who's next?
Next year, what do we get a? LeBron James? I don't know. Have you ever seen Le by the way, have you ever seen LeBron drive a car? No, I haven't seen LeBron drive a car.
And right now, he's having relationship issues with Drake. I doubt he's going to fight about parking spots. He'll do what's necessary. Remember, it was a big deal when LeBron got that Hummer in high school for some reason? Yeah, and look how look where we are now with the NIL because everyone was like he was being too loud and he's not supposed to be get accepting gifts and now look.
Yeah. It's like LeBron James got on him. I've never seen the guy. Marco Belletti, you ever seen LeBron drive a car? I have not, to my knowledge.
Yeah. Yeah. Why and why would well, he I think he does drive. I was gonna say, do you think, I don't know, does LeBron bother driving or does he just get in the back of every car that he's in? Not think he drives.
I think I've seen him drive. I think somebody got. Oh, it was Luca.
Well, Luca drives. I know Devin Booker drives, he has a big car collection. I think LeBron James drives. I don't know. I think he values recording himself saying rap lyrics wrong more than actually driving right now.

No, no, they won't arrest me. They'll just give me a ticket. I'll pay the fine and that's fine as long as I can get to do what I got to do and get the hell out of here. If that's what his thought process was, I don't agree, but at least I understand the concept of it's a couple of bucks. I don't have to find a lot.
I'm just here. I'm good. But the idea that they told you not to park here You really thought that it was just going to be a ticket? Like And then you get further in the conversation and they go, Now we're going to have to arrest you. At no point we've been like, whoa, whoa, whoa, I don't want to get arrested for this.
I just wanted to park, man. Like, I'll pay the fine, but if it's not going to be fine, if we're going to have a problem, then I'll leap. Like, what is your thought process?
So, how do you get it?
So, you think a police officer told him, don't park here. And then he just said I'll take the ticket. And then the cop was like, All right, screw you. I'm going to put you in cuffs. Like, did you do that?
Look, I don't know what the line of conversation was, but I do want. I mean, there's times where it's like, you know, I mean, how many times. We've all done this. At some point, you look, you park somewhere and you look at the sign, and you're like, I know I can't park here, but I'll be back in five minutes. Right.
And you roll the dice that you're going to not get a ticket in those five minutes. You've all done it, right? Yeah, a ticket, but I don't expect to get arrested. Right. So, I'm not.
But a cop, a police officer. has never told me in my life A cop has never told me anywhere driving in America. Hey, don't park here. And I looked at the cop and was just like I'm only going to be here for a second. I'm not having I've had parking lot attendants tell me that, okay?
I've had parking lot I've looked at a parking lot attendant You know, you know how someti malls and things get funky. I'm at one small mall. It's basically connected to another small mall. And I'm literally going to be going from my car for five minutes, and it's all crowded. And I literally got out of my car.
After I parked, and a gentleman said to me, Hey, you can't park here. If you park here, you run the risk of a ticket. And I'm ju I looked at him and I go, Okay. I'll be in and I'll be out. And he just kind of looked at me like, okay.
And I looked at him like, okay. And I ran about my business. I went in and I went out and I got my car and I left.
Okay. Now That's the parking lot attendant. God bless him. He's doing his job. Right.
Okay? Now if that was a police officer The the police officer told me You cannot park here. I would have got my ass back in my car. And I would have moved.
Now for the sake of clarity. Was it a cop or a traffic cop? That's a different argument entirely. What, Jadavion? Yeah.
Well, no, I went to traffic cops. Traffic cops come to you. That's traffic guy. I'm going to go take care of my business. Came back around on the cop was there.
I don't know. No, no. Traffic cops, I mean, they get made fun of. God bless the traffic cops, but they don't. What is a traffic cop going to do besides stand there and take verbal abuse?
Yeah, fair play. I'm I'm just trying to find an angle where Jadavia looks less crazy. I don't know. Don't park it, and then he got arrested. He doesn't, anything that takes place, he just looks nuts.

I can only take a look at the past and try to learn from things. Things that have taken place with me, things that have happened to other people. That's all I can do. So Jr. Does it? on his dad's birthday. That's some kind of birthday present. Career home run number 400 and even the fans at Birdsfield have to stand and applaud.
And to get to watch, this is his father, Ken Griffey Sr., off the bat of Ken Griffey Jr.
So the youngest to 400 all time, 30 years, 141 days. Yeah, well, yeah, Griffey hit the 400, he hitting 40 home. Griffey did everything. It's a lot of force. He finished his career with 600 and 30 home runs.
I don't think he got the help that Roger Clemens got. Shoutouts to Kim Griffey Jr., okay? September 19th. The year? 2024.
Yeah, that was last year. What possibly could have taken place? Last year.
Well some guy named Shohei Otani. He decided to become the first player in Major League Baseball history to hit 50 home runs. and have 50 stolen bases. in a season. And how did he do it?
Three home runs. 10 RBI game. The Dodgers beat the living hell out of the Marlins 20-4. What a way to enter the 50-50 club by yourself. Listen to this.
On a one-two, Otani. Ends one in the air. The other way. Back it goes. Gone.
One of a kind player. One of a kind season.
Sohe Otadi starts the 50-50 club. The first dodge with 50 in a season. Is the first player in the history of this sport, of America's pastime, to have 50 home runs. and 50 stolen bases in the same season. Yeah, you can't make you can't make this up.
The guy won the MVP last year. That was his third. Shohiotani is about to win another MVP. It's about to be his fourth. Like Shawheil Tani is a monster.
He's 31 years old. Oh yeah, by the way, he doesn't just hit the baseball. He uh He pitches too. Vicious. What a guy.
Anyway. There you have it. A few things that took place this day in sports history, this day last year show a Otani. Went fifty-fifty on his way to winning an MVP or World Series. He spoke English at the parade.
And what a year he had. All of this after he got uh Robbed by his interpreter. He is on his way to four MVPs, the only guy in Major League Baseball history. who has more MVPs than uh what Shohei's about to have. is another guy who had a little bit of help.
Barry Bonds. Barry Bonds has seven MVPs. with a little bit of an assist.
