It is the JR Sport Brief Show here with you on the Infinity Sports Network. I'm coming to you live from Atlanta, Georgia. Thank you to everybody tuned in and locked in all over North America. I hope you're safe. I hope you're well.

I hope you are amazing. This show gets started every weekday 6 p.m. Eastern, 3 Pacific. You can always listen on the free Odyssey app, your local Infinity Sports Network affiliate. If you've got Sirius XM, it's channel 375. And if you've got a smart speaker, ask the speaker to play the Infinity Sports Network.

Oh, we've had a hell of a first hour, okay? We talked about Luka Doncic. He is back in Dallas, Texas. The Lakers are in Dallas.

That game will tip off in about 40 minutes from now. I'm sure Luka will be taking every shot imaginable. And in the NBA, that technical foul he got last night, yelling at a fan, the referee said, no, he's yelling at me. The NBA rescinded that tech. NBA says, my bad. Ja Morant found a new celebration.

Instead of busting guns, he's throwing grenades. No punishment by the NBA. No public warning, at least. And Tyreek Hill is in trouble.

The wife is filing divorce after a domestic dispute at the home yesterday. Apparently, thank God, nobody touched each other. They just unfortunately had a beef in front of their kid, or maybe children. It's just not, not good. And then we tried to find positivity.

I think we did. LeBron James has a Ken doll. It's hopping his stand in college. And then the guy who fell on his face yesterday for the Grizzlies, he's okay. That gentleman is Jalen Wells.

Good for him. Face hurts, broken wrist. I'd rather, Hickey, would you rather break a wrist or have a concussion? Broken wrist, right? Yeah. Yeah.

That's annoying, but yeah. You don't know what a broken wrist heals, your hope. Concussion, you never know. Lingering effects for a while, who knows? Anyway, all the best to that gentleman, Jalen Wells and his recovery.

I don't expect to see him. And then we got more to do. Of course, we'll keep you up to date when the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Mavericks tip off.

I think everybody with half a brain is expecting Luka Doncic to go out there and just take every shot imaginable to embarrass his former team. And so that'll be a fun watch here on these airwaves in about 20 minutes. We saw the Florida Gators. It feels like two weeks ago.

It feels like two months ago. The Gators won the national championship. Corey Brewer is going to be with us. Former two-time champion with the Gators in 06 and 07. Won a championship with the Dallas Mavericks so we can talk with him about that. And then right now, Corey is a player development coach for the New Orleans Pelicans. And so we can ask him about Zion, the season coming to a close. So we'll be having a chat with Corey Brewer in about 20 minutes. That will be a lot of fun.

Of course, it is Wednesday. Every Wednesday, I bring you a new top six list. And in an hour from now, I'm going to share with you a top six list of coaches in the world of sports who should have never been fired. Sometimes owners and executives, they get a little too full of themselves. They start feeling themselves. And then they just go, you're fired. I'm going to tell you which coaches should have never gotten a boot.

Unfortunately, Michael Malone was the inspiration for today's top six list. We'll get into that in an hour from now. You want to be a part of the show? You can do that. 888-710-4ISN. That's the number. It works.

888-710-4ISN. And trying to look and identify some positive news in the world of sports, I did come upon something that is positive. And I mentioned it briefly yesterday, but I think this is worth a mention. Geno Smith is back with Pete Carroll. We know that. He also got a two-year contract extension from the Las Vegas Raiders. Decided to give this man $85 million. Geno is back with Pete Carroll. He's in Vegas and Tom Brady is there a little bit, kind of sort of.

I guess he's overseeing the whole thing. And Geno is in heaven. I think he is a cloud number nine, cloud number nine, right? Cloud nine. He's on cloud nine.

Think about this. Back with the Seattle Seahawks. Geno Smith and Pete Carroll at 37 starts. Geno Smith threw 50 touchdowns, almost 8,600 yards, almost 8,700 yards. Geno Smith, this man was saved. He went to two Pro Bowls. He was the 2022 comeback player of the year.

And in that same season, they actually went to the playoffs. They lost to San Francisco, but Geno went to the playoffs and he threw two touchdowns against the 49ers. And so Geno is so happy to be back in the good graces of Pete Carroll, back in a new organization, back with a contract extension. Geno actually said, we, me and Pete Carroll, we have unfinished business.

I think there is unfinished business. And I think, you know, when, when people think about my story, you know, coach Carroll was a big part of that. You know, he gave me an opportunity when not many people would have, and he saw, you know, the hard work that I was putting in, he saw the things behind the scenes that I, that I do that allowed me to get this opportunity, but to be able to play for him and again, to be a part of this organization, it means everything to myself and my family.

I was just telling the man, I run through a wall for him. I mean, you, you would, right? You getting another chance. I mean, if Pete Carroll didn't want the guy, he wouldn't be there. Of course, Tom Brady blessed it, but unfinished business, like what what the heck does that mean? Raiders are going to the Super Bowl? Y'all don't even get a playoff victory. Y'all went to one playoff. Y'all, you had one playoff appearance, one playoff game together. Unfinished business? I'm supposed to believe in the Raiders this year? Come on now, for what? They're in the same division as the Denver Broncos.

Okay. They're growing. They're in the same division as the Chargers. You would expect for them to grow in their second year under Jim Harbaugh. You have the defending AFC champions.

It feels like every damn year you got the Kansas City Chiefs. Man, you could have unfinished business. That don't mean that you're going to complete it. It's like sitting around on Thanksgiving. Eyes are bigger than your mouth. You're force feeding food into your mouth. You ate too much, and now you're forcing yourself. You're forcing yourself to finish.

That doesn't do anything. Doesn't nourish your body. That makes you a glutton.

Makes you sick. And I'm not comparing the Raiders to a sickness, son. Not at all. I just think the Raiders are just the Raiders.

Nothing exciting. If I need to lay out a prediction here, I'm not doing one for this season. The Raiders will win eight games, okay? It's seven to nine games, and the best case scenario gets to nine. Best case scenario. Best case scenario, they go to the playoffs and get eliminated. That's it. Worst case scenario, they barely make the playoffs. Well, not even. They barely get in and they just suck again.

This is just a transition. I feel like Gene O'Smith and Pete Carroll. They're nothing but placeholders. They're like the people that you drop your dog off to when you go on vacation. They're that family member that you say, hey, I need you to watch my plants, you know, before I just come in and water them one time. Like, they are nothing but stewards to the organization. I mean, I feel bad for Gene O'Smith. He's just like, oh, we have unfinished business, man. You ain't nothing but a bridge. You are one way for me to get over a body of water without having to swim.

It's really, really that simple. I feel bad for Gene O'. Hey, I don't feel bad for this guy. Nicky, what's this? Nico Harrison. He's on the court. You think Luca will give him a hug? No chance.

Okay. He's just walking around like he owns the place. He got a security guard way behind him now. But now when they were in L.A., he was on the opposite end of the court. Remember that?

Yes. Kind of by the score's table watching Luca warm up. And Luca said he never saw him.

We know Luca didn't have any interaction. Like, why? Why is this guy so for lack of a better term, why is he so ballsy? Like, I get it.

You're not going to change your routine. You don't want to be known as the guy who's hiding. I guess this is the best he can do. Just business as usual. I guess that's the best thing to do.

No, no, I actually. Yeah, I give him credit. Like, I think it's a worse look of your hiding if you're not at the game, if you're in a suite when you usually aren't. Now, it's also at least the video ESPN showed. I mean, this was even probably before they just showed it live, like that.

There was no one in the building. It's a little easier to kind of walk around show face on the court when it's like an hour, hour and a half for the game. And there's like five fans in there. But if he's going to truly stay to his routine, I give him credit.

I give him credit. Is he sitting? He's not sitting in the stands in Dallas. He can't be doing that. I don't even think he stand in a tunnel would be a bad idea somewhere.

I don't know. Yeah, I don't know where he usually sits for Mavericks games where he will sit. I remember the owners in one of the first games since trading Luca, they walked to their seats like the third quarter front row and they got booed. I don't know if they're going to change their seats and maybe try to find a box to hide in tonight.

People are why I could see somebody not that I'm an advocate for please don't do it. I can see somebody throwing something at him. Like don't sit in the stands, bro.

Like stay upstairs in a suite with the security guy five feet behind you. There's a lot of ticked off people in Dallas. So we'll see what happens with with Nico Harrison, the man who runs the Dallas Mavericks. It's just a wild situation all over the place. 888-710-4ISN.

That's 888-710-4ISN. Speaking of wild situations, you know, every day that goes by, you know, every day that goes by there's a new story about the Chador Sanders and Chador just well stock is falling. He's not as good and teams at the top. They hoping that he doesn't go to them or he hopes he doesn't end up at the top of the draft with the Titans, the Browns and the New York Giants. And I don't know is there legitimacy that he will drop that he won't be a top three pick Tom will tell a matter of fact Lewis Riddick was on ESPN earlier today and he says he hopes Chador doesn't get drafted by one of these loser teams. This young man is going to be just fine. And you know what? I hope he doesn't go into top three picks.

I hope he doesn't and I think his camp will tell you the same thing. There are other teams that they want to go to absolutely obvious. Well, yeah, I mean, yeah. You end up on the Browns. Good luck. You end up on the Tennessee Titans. This is a team that decided to fire Mike Vrabel.

Good luck. The Raiders. Nicky, I hope he ends up on the Raiders. That'd be fun. That'd be cool.

What Stu Kovacs like that? Do you know have we asked him? I think he would be down for it. This is also before the Gino least extension, but I think he'd be down for it. Yeah, but I think that's fine. Like we said last night, Chador Sanders in New York, that is just a massive the tabloids dream if he ends up there.

If he goes to Las Vegas, you can you can equally be as flashy and but it's not it's not a disaster. Yeah, you got Gino there. Ain't nobody thinking about Gino Smith. Maybe Gino sucks. And then you put your door out there.

And then Pete Carroll has to tell Gino to take a hike and Gino feels bad about his unfinished business. You go to New York every day. Every day, like who wants to talk to Tommy DeVito? Nobody. Jameis Winston, what are you asking him?

What do you think about your door? What do you think about Russell Russell? It would be like we if the New York Giants got Chador, they might as well treat it like a Royal Rumble, like every man for himself in that quarterback room, because sometimes all these distractions are just not worth it.

It's pretty sad. And so good luck to Chador Sanders. Everybody can make things up and tell lies. And he sucks. And he's this and he's that whatever, whatever works the best.

I just I just want a good story. Who's that? Who's that? And I want to see him succeed, because all the crap that's being talked about him right now, you would think that Chador Sanders is just hot garbage. No, not somebody who's one of the top passers in this this draft outside of of Kim Ward. What a world it would be. No, I can't happen.

Jackson Dart. He's not getting drafted before. Would you be shocked if it happened?

Hickey? Shocked. Absolutely shocked. Yeah, it's not happening. Not going down. If he's not going to go to the New York Giants, I think he's going to be a raider. If you're the Saints, I don't think you could. Well, if you're the Saints you suck again this year, you get Arch Manning. So Saints ain't getting them. The Dolphins picking number 13.

I don't know if you could do that to two. I don't know. Seahawks. He's not fallen to 18. The Steelers at 21.

Apparently he's going to be meeting with the Steelers. Hmm. Wow.

I highly doubt Chador's there at 21. Raiders. Yes. Steelers.

No, not at all. And tough choices, these guys picking these these players, the right ones out of college. It's the JR Sportbree show here with you coast to coast on the Infinity Sports Network.

We are going to take a break. When we come back, we're going to have a chat with someone who played in college. He won two national championships in college and now he is a player development coach for the New Orleans Pelicans.

He won a championship with the Dallas Mavericks. It's gator time. It's time to have a chat with Corey Brewer. It's the JR Sportbree show, the Infinity Sports Network. You're listening to the JR Sportbree.

It is the JR Sportbree show here with you coast to coast on the Infinity Sports Network. Man, this is a bittersweet part of the basketball season. College basketball season is over and NBA is marching towards the playoffs.

So blink, it'll be June. That'll be over. But right now it's time to have a conversation with someone who's had some high experiences in both winning a championship with the Dallas Mavericks and the NBA, a two time national champion with the Florida Gators in 06 and 07. Going back to back right now, he is a skills development coach for the New Orleans Pelicans.

It is no one other than Corey Brewer. Corey, how are you, man? I'm good. How are you doing? I'm good, brother. You still feeling the high after the victory on Monday night or is it kind of settled in a little bit?

I'm still still on top of the world. Come on, Gator Nation is back. Absolutely. Well, we see Gator Nation is back. You on that team 06 and 07 is kind of crazy to think it's 2025 and the Gators did it with a 39 year old head coach and Todd Golden. Are you surprised at how fast the program has gotten his victory and just kind of only three years in charge from him? I'm not surprised just because when they hired him, we kind of knew he was the right guy for the job. You know, being a young guy with a lot of energy and, you know, coming to Florida, you know, we really care about our sports and this thing is going crazy. I know we're going to put the pieces in the right place.

Well, you talk about one piece. Unfortunately, he's going to be moving on, probably likely increased his draft stack and status. And that's Walter Clayton Jr. When you take a look at what he's been able to do throughout the course of the tournament, helping to lead these comebacks. What are your thoughts on what you've seen and how he's going to be able to transition over into the league? Man, he's just a really good player, but he just makes big plays. He's a big shot maker, shot taker, and that's what's going to help him at the next level. You know, he's a guy who's not scared at the moment and he's an older guy, you know, four year guy.

He's going to be ready to play right away. Corey Brewer is here with us on the JR Sport B Show Coast to Coast. Man, if we go back to 06, 07, you were on those championship squads, most outstanding player. Is there a memory that stands out to you going back damn near 20 years now? Man, just the whole experience of going through it, just winning it all.

Like, I'll never forget just standing up there with the guys and the confetti falling. It's like, wow, we really did it. Like, it's the pinnacle. Like, you're at the end, you did it. Like, you won the last game and that's what it's all about.

You want to win the championship, you want to win your last game. So I bet those guys feeling right now, they're on top of the world. They're going to be on top of the world for a while, especially back in Florida. Gainesville is going crazy. Man, when you go back to Gainesville, I know you're traveling, crisscrossing the country quite a bit with the Pels. What is it like when you're back in Gainesville? It's always great. Everybody shows you a lot of love. You know, a lot of people still remember, you know, us winning the championship.

Now, they really are going to remember everything. Basketball, those guys are going to be, they're going to be remembered for the rest of their, rest of their life. Corey, right now, you are a player development coach with the Pelicans. I could turn on a game.

I can go to an arena here, Atlanta, anywhere, and I could turn on the TV and it's boom. Hey, there's Billy Donovan on the sidelines coaching the Bulls. You know, I could turn on the TV and joke him Noah's on my phone on a podcast. And then I go, what the hell is Al Horford still doing out there? What is he doing? He's still running around playing. Al's ageless, man.

The ageless one there. He's taking care of his body. He changed with the game. He evolved.

He was a big man. He was able to start adding a three-point shot to his game and he's still kicking and he's in a great position. He's playing with a bunch of young guys who can really play, just won a championship and he's in a, he's in a great position right now in life and in basketball.

So I'm happy for him to still be out there doing what he's doing. Man, Corey, when you think about the current structure of what you guys had at Florida and just how college basketball has changed, the transfer portal and NIL, do you think this current structure is good or bad? The fact that you can't keep a team like yours together? Um, I think it's pros and cons both ways, but I think, um, it is what it is.

It's, they implemented the NIL now. You just got to go with the flow and you got to hope your team makes the right decisions and you want to see a winner and I'm happy Florida, we evolved. We did what we had to do. We got a great player in Walter Clayton from the transfer portal and hey, we made it happen. Corey Brewer is here with us on the JR sport B show coast to coast, but we talked about some of the jobs that, that you and your contemporaries have grown into you right now as a player development coach with the New Orleans Pelicans. We see that the season is about the end. What does that off season look like for you? Because we know that even in the off season, traditionally is always something to do.

Oh yeah, for sure. You know, when we end, we'll take a little break and then we'll get our young guys back and then we'll start getting ready for the draft process and hopefully we get a good pick and we can add to the town to guys we have on this roster. And then I also plan a big three, so I'll be out there playing in the big three ice cubes, basketball league competitive.

Yeah, we've had cube here on, on the show a couple of times. Corey, we also learned that, that Dwight Howard is now going to be a part of the big three. Do you think the big three lends itself more towards guys in the interior guys on the wing like yourself? How do you think that work?

What do you think? It's a little bit of both, but you know, my team won a championship last year, so I'm going to say it is what it is. You got to pick the right team out there.

Corey Brewer is here with us, the JR sport reshow coast to coast on the infinity sports network. What's, what's next for you? Player development coach, you're still getting the physical juices going and competitive juices in a big three. We see guys like Mike Malone getting fired, championship coaches. Do you aspire to eventually lead a team? Of course, that's always the goal when you get into a business. And you know, I got into the coaching business, so the goal is always to be a head coach one day. And I got a great mentor in Willie Green, just watching and learning from him. It's been good for me.

Absolutely. We see what Willie Green is doing with the Pels. We see the work that you do and we see the season's over. We see Zion unfortunately is back in the news. We see when he's out there, he's absolutely killing it.

What transition and what changes have you seen? What does he need to do just to kill off all the noise on the outside and just kill on a basketball court? You got to stay healthy, you know, do the right things. He'll be fine. You know, he's a young guy, but I feel like our organization is going to do the right thing and he'll be fine. Corey Brewer here with us on the JR Sport Reshow, an organization that you played for and won a championship, those Dallas Mavericks in 2011. Right now we see Luca is back in Dallas. A lot of the fans aren't happy for good reason with what took place. What was your experience like playing in Dallas and winning that championship and the passion of those fans out there? Oh, I love playing in Dallas. Fans are great. They show you a lot of love and they're behind you a hundred percent.

So, you know, they had a great player. So, of course, it's gonna be hard feelings, but you still got to support your team. Now, do you think Luca is going over 30 or below 30 tonight? We know he's going to want some get back.

I have no idea. It'll be a good game though. Now, when you watch Luca, what makes him so dynamic? It's one thing to watch him and say he's not flying like Anthony Edwards.

He's not a freak like Giannis Atteracumpo. What makes him, you are a great defender. When you look at him, what makes him special in regards to taking over an offense, but not being the most physically gifted? He's just always under control. You can't speed him up. So, he's under control. He sees the game and guys like that are under control and he's big.

I mean, he's a tough matchup. Corey Brewer, as we start to wrap up here on the Infinity Sports Network, we talked about what's next for you and what's coming up with the Pels. What do you expect from the Gators?

We talked about how crazy things are with the portal and NIL. How long do you think this runway is for them to continue to be successful? I feel like we're going to add some pieces. We're going to get some guys who want to come to Gainesville and we're going to try to run it back again. I think Todd's going to do a great job. The whole coaching staff over there, they've got a bunch of good young coaches and they're going to get some more pieces and let's do it again. Are we going to see a seven-foot-nine man running up and down that court next year?

Big Oliver is supposed to be ready so I want to see him myself. Corey, you ever dunk on somebody seven-nine? No, right? I ain't never been on the court with somebody seven-nine. Yeah, I understand that. Well Corey, thank you so much for taking some time to talk up and big up your Gators and everything you got going on. Where can we follow and keep up with you? I want to see you dunk in the Big Three soon. Come on man. Oh yeah, you can go to, I'm on Twitter at the Corey Brewer and you know, check out the Big Three man. The Big Three is going to be fun this year. My chair Harold is going to be playing, Dwight Howard.

There's going to be a lot of guys trying to come out and show what they can do. All right. Hey Corey, just go dunk on Dwight.

Go do that, okay? Can I count on that? I got you.

If he's in the way, he's definitely getting dunked on. All right, I hear that. Hey Corey, thank you so much. Good luck in the off season.

Everything that you got going on. Thank you. You got some word for the Gator fans out there? Hey Gator Nation, we're back. The Gator boys stay hot. Let's go. Let's go.

There we go. Thank you so much to Corey Brewer for coming through and joining us here on the JR Sport Reshow Coast to Coast on the Infinity Sports Network. Yeah, there's just so much going on in the college basketball space and you think about continuity and being able to connect one year to the next and have longevity. The Gators are certainly one of those teams that are capable of doing so.

Just, I don't want to say rolling out a red carpet, but they're name brand. Now, whether or not they go back to back, it's tough. I mean, you can go ahead and ask Corey about going back to back.

You can go ahead and ask Yukon going back to back. I mean, their head coach Dan Early just went on a, I don't want to say a whole crusade, but he went on an entire learning experience just like, hey, I got humbled. Maybe I need to relax. Maybe I need to just chill the hell out.

And shout outs to Corey Brewer, always, always chill for coming through and joining us on the JR Sport Brief Show. Hey, you want to give me a holler? You still can. We talked about this quite a bit. Here's a brand new phone number 888-710-4ISN.

That's 888-710-4ISN. At the top of the hour, I'm going to give you a new top six list. We're going to talk about coaches, the top six coaches who should have never been fired from their respective teams.

It doesn't matter what sport it is. And then when we come back on the other side of the break, speaking of basketball and Corey helps coach and Willie Green on the New Orleans Pelicans, the Cleveland Cavaliers have been rolling and they don't get a lot of attention. Are the Cavs going to knock off the Celtics? And then we are minutes away and he looks, I don't want to say nervous. I don't know if it's anxious or nervous, but we are minutes away from Luka Doncic returning to Dallas as a Los Angeles. Like the camera is all up in his face.

He is sitting on the bench by himself. He may miss a couple of shots early, but I think when he gets going, he is going to light them up. We're going to talk some more basketball. We'll get into some football.

We'll talk about coaches who should never been fired. You're listening to the JR sport brief. Are you love me?

Oh, thank you so much. I appreciate that. I love you too. Love them fans in Dallas. They love Luka Doncic.

Let me tell you something. He was just introduced in Dallas. First time as a Los Angeles Lakers since that ridiculous trade that sent him to LA, the Dallas Mavericks give him all the credit in the world. They put together an amazing highlight package for a guy who's not, what is he, 25 years old? Is he even 26 yet?

I don't think so. They just, they gave a great, great summation of his career from the minute that they drafted him until he helped take them to the finals last year. It was actually an amazing highlight package.

Luka Doncic sat on the bench by himself. This package must've been, I don't know, 20, not 20 minutes, two, three minutes long, maybe three and a half. It felt like it went on for a long time. Luka sat there with the cameras in front of him, television cameras, the photographers. He cried for a minute there. It's like, is he crying?

Yeah. You saw the water welling up in his eyes and then you saw him wipe his eyes and then you saw him put his face in the towel, but then he wanted to look back up at the screen and to watch the video. His lip, he was quivering. He was shaking. I have never seen that before from, from anybody making a return. You see guys get emotional. They stop, they wave. Luka sat there and he wasn't boo hooing and falling, but this guy was, was clearly emotional.

Clearly crying, face quivering, lip quivering, wiping his face, looking down, looking away. It was a very human moment as the fans and the organization on the screen said, thank you. He got his traditional welcome back to Dallas and now it's just a matter of how much he's going to destroy them out on the basketball court. Like this is the game people have been waiting for.

I certainly hope that it lives up to all of the hype. Luka Doncic making his return back to Dallas. A matter of fact, let's take a listen to the NBA on ESPN. This is the crowd. This is just a portion of the crowd reacting to Luka Doncic and his introduction. And at that point, you know, he was hugging his own teammates. They showed LeBron James clapping.

Markeith Morris gave him a big hug. Luka kind of buried his head into his shoulder there for a second. The basketball part is going to be interesting.

How do you bring down those nerves, those, those obvious nerves and emotions that you had? How do you translate that into putting the basketball, you know, into the basket? We're going to find out very, very soon. 888-710-4ISN.

That's 888-710-4ISN. At the top of the hour, of course, it's going to be time for a new top six list. We're going to take a look at some of some of the coaches. Well, yeah, real coaches in the world of sports who should have never been fired. And thank you so much in our last break. We had a good chat with Corey Brewer, a two-time champion national champ with the Florida Gators, one-time champion with these Dallas Mavericks back in 2011, Jason Kidd, Dirk Nowitzki, Tyson Chandler.

And now we'll see what Luka does against the Mavericks. Thank you again to Corey. If you missed that conversation, go ahead and hit rewind on the Fari Odyssey app. Let's go to Richard. Richard is here from Baltimore. Hey, Richard, how are you, man?

You're on the JR Sport Reshow. Doing well. Thank you. Good evening, JR. Love your show. Thanks. What's up?

First question. Steelers. The Ravens upgraded their backup quarterback position with Cooper Rush from Dallas.

Yeah. I was wondering why didn't the Steelers go for him? He's got to be at least as good as Aaron Rodgers at this moment. Well, I think the Pittsburgh Steelers, what they want to do is solidify who's actually going to start at quarterback this season. And I think, as you said, we all presume it's Aaron Rodgers. If it's not, I can see the Steelers dipping into the draft because one thing they are not going to do is enter into the year with Mason Rudolph as their starter. So I don't think you would want to say, hey, let's let's go ahead and add Rush and then have Mason Rudolph and then pay Aaron Rodgers. So I think the Steelers, unfortunately for them, they're they're playing the Aaron Rodgers game and they got to wait it out.

OK, that leads to my second question. Do you think the Steelers will move up to get Sanders? What are they what are they trading?

And with who? They got the 21st pick. Like what the heck what the heck could they possibly give up and who are they swapping with to to get what spot would they need to? I don't know if Chador Sanders, to be honest, is a guy that you want to just go ahead and trade up for. I mean, the Steelers are known to be pretty conservative and everything, whether it's free agency, the draft. They're pretty straightforward.

I don't I don't know if that's the type of move that they would make. OK, well, thank you very much for taking my call. Well, thank you, Richard, for calling from Baltimore. I appreciate you.

Thank you. What do you think? Would you see could you see the Steelers trading up there? They're currently at twenty one overall to get Chador. I don't know that. That seems like the type of thing that would be I know it sounds crazy to think about nailing the coffin for Mike Tomlin, but that'd be the type of thing that they'd be like, it's time to get him out of here if this doesn't work.

I can't see it. They've been a historically conservative team in terms of, like, you know, making big moves like that. Remember, they also traded for DK Metcalf.

So they're already down a little bit of draft capital in general. And like I know we've been talking a lot about Chador slide. Is it actually real?

Is it fake? Whatever. I can't see him getting past nine. So I think if you're the Steelers, like the I guess the lowest you'd have to go is nine to get past the Raiders at six.

Like, do you have to get to four or five? So now you're talking about jumping 15, 16 spots to cost you what probably would you say a first round pick next year? Like for the next million years? Yeah, it's a big price to pay for a team that also, again, just gave up draft capital for receiver. And that usually historically does not make big swings in the draft like that. Yeah, they made their big swing already by bringing in DK Metcalf. Now they got to find somebody to add.

And you think about giving up draft capital as crazy as it is to play the Aaron Rodgers game? Is he coming? Is he going? Is he staying? Is he retiring? Are we going to wait? Are we not going to wait?

It's a cheaper option. Like rather than giving up draft capital into the future, it's a better option to bring in an established quarterback that you don't have to give up future assets and picks for. You just have to come along for the ride of Aaron Rodgers. This is it's like getting on a roller coaster. You don't know how it's you don't know how it's going to end. You're going to feel good at the end. Maybe you're going to walk off at the end. You hope you're going to be wobbly. You're going to be woozy. You're going to vomit.

You're going to picky. I saw somebody I think it was in Mexico or something. Did you see that elevator stuck in an elevator? What are these things called?

Picky, help me out. Roller coaster. You ever seen a roller coaster that's stuck in the in the air and like a rainstorm? Yeah. So this is like a few weeks slash months ago.

Like this wasn't like last week, right? Yeah. This thing was like, I don't know, 800 feet in the air. Yeah. In a storm. The people are just dangling in this massive rainstorm.

It was just what? Picky, you wouldn't know because it's raining. I'd be peeing up there, man. I'd lose control of every bodily everything, man. Come on. I think I'd pass out. Just from fear from like I just over anxiousness. I hope I would hope I passed out. True. I don't want to remember that.

Oh my God. They were just hanging. How long were they up there? They sat? Were they up there a couple of hours or something? I don't remember offhand, but I want to say, I think you're right. Like it wasn't like five minutes.

Okay. Now we're bringing you down. It was, I mean, I think they had to go up and am I mistaken to go up and get them? Like, I don't think it was just like, okay, we're gonna bring the ride down. I think it took a little bit to get them down. Oh my God. Here we, this is, so the thing started to trend a little bit from last week, a couple of weeks ago.

It's from August of last year. Six Flags, Mexico riders stranded midair dangling in midair after a storm calls, calls the sky streamer ride to stall. And so I exaggerated, they were only, listen to this Hickey, they were only 240 feet in the air. Okay.

No, thank you. That's that is nightmare fuel. The ride was suspended for almost 10 minutes as the rain came down. While the coaster takes a maximum of 32 thrill seekers per run. They don't know how many riders were on the attraction at the time. None of the riders sustained injuries. Six Flags, Mexico said the ride stopped because of the bad weather.

Okay. Now I thought when there's bad weather, like, don't they got radar? I mean, don't they got the internet? They just be like, Hey, how about we don't put anybody 240 feet into the air.

Also, how long is this ride? Like realistically 90 seconds. You couldn't see, Oh boy, maybe this, you know, this looks pretty bad. Maybe we're going to get a lightning bolt here. Maybe let's just wait for a little lightning, a light bro. Can you imagine a lightning bolt? Oh my God.

A lot of questions. Someone's got to get fired for that. This ride is only two minutes long. And according to Six Flags, Mexico, it offers a beautiful aerial view of Mexico city. The park added the, this is the name of the ride, the super girl sky flight.

It is the tallest spinning attraction in the region. No thanks. You know, I don't even think this is the right ride. Heck yeah. I think this is the wrong one. And I think this is a different, yeah. I think this is a different ride.

I don't know. Yeah. The one you were describing sounded more like a Kingda Ka roller coaster. Go up, down, up, down.

I don't think you're pausing to take a look at beautiful Mexico city. Yeah. This is like what, you know, that thing that the amusement park with the swings.

Yeah. But that's on the ground and it lifts up just a little bit and you go around this. I think this is the ride, except for this version is 240 feet in the air. And so it's literally like sitting in the swings at the park and that thing that spins you around and around, except for this is 240 feet in the air.

No facts. I have butterflies in my stomach thinking about that. I don't do that stuff no more. Heck yeah.

I'm retired like roller coasters. I quit. I'm not doing that no more. Yeah.

I think that as we get older, there's really no good reason for it. None. None.

You know what I do, man? If I'm getting on a rollercoaster, it's going to be the kiddie rollercoaster. That's it.

I'm not, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not getting on a rollercoaster. The teacups? Yeah. Teacups.

They got the little ones, you know, for the kids that are like five, six years old. Yeah. You spin around a little bit. Yeah.

You kind of go around the circle. You can kind of make it your own, how much you want. Yeah. Life is abusive enough, Hickey. I don't need the pay to get thrown around and beat up. All I got to do is wake up in the morning.

I don't, I don't need any extra thrills in my life. What a world. How about this? Dallas Mavericks leading the Lakers 17 to 14. Quick game here. About six minutes have already gone by. Luka Doncic has seven points here already in the first quarter. Is he going to get more than 30?

We'll find out. It's the JR Sportbree Show on the Infinity Sports Network. When we come back from break, you're going to find out my new top six list. We're going to talk about the top six coaches in sports who should have never been fired. Don't move.
