We do that very, very, very, very stringently and the process is constantly under review to make sure that we can minimize that threat 100%.
Okay. Can I be very forthright? Yeah. That sounds like bull. Bull feces.
I just wanted to make Kane nervous like right off the bat. Just give it a pause and just make them look at me like, are you really? Right now. Thank you. It's uh Tuesday.
Yeah. We're barreling here towards fall. It's an election day. And I got to tell you, I just don't feel any more confident as the days go by in this administration. Especially With this With this.

That was John Kirby, he was talking on Fox Business a little bit earlier. And they with all of the discussion about climate change and white supremacy being the big thing that everybody should be scared of. I just think after watching everything unfold in Israel and then after hearing the reports from Border Patrol about The Iranian nationals, and then a Jordanian national who had been arrested, and Chinese nationals, and terror suspects, and etc., etc. I just feel like that's a little bit more pressing. That's probably what we should be more afraid of than anything else.
and what we should be concerned with. But They just haven't that doesn't go with their narrative.
So we uh We've been following all of the latest. with all of the all of the developments. In Israel and Hamas's war on Israel, Netanyahu has said no ceasefire. except for hostages, and they're going to stay in Gaza indefinitely. Yeah.
Uh zero. Zero problem with any of that. I think that's completely fine. And because they've they've proven Hamas's ele uh Gaza's elected government has proven time and time again that they have zero interest in anything related to peace, anything remotely like peace, anything like that. And so I think that that's completely reasonable.
I think that it would be unreasonable otherwise. The unreasonableness is anything beyond that.
Now, I saw this very interesting piece. Uh from the Free Beacon related to all of this, I want you to listen to this piece that uh that that uh the free beacon uh published. The exclusive that they have, here's the headline. Biden demands gun control for Israelis. The Biden administration has refused to sell American weapons to Israel unless it provides guarantees that the guns would not be given to civilians living in the West Bank, according to The Beacon.
They want it Are you done? I just see you do the I am done already expletive move. You leaned back in your chair and you did that thing. I'm with you. Israel has urgently requested a bunch of M16s.
And dopey Biden.
Well, I don't know. I mean, I just don't know if I can give you those guns. I mean, can you be certain that you're not going to be like his unhunter and be all high up on Coke after screwing your brother's your dead brother's wife and have her throw it in a trash can across the street from an elementary school? Can you be certain? They're worried about Israel.
This administration needs to kind of worry about its own messaging. At this, this is exactly what they did. I was just going to make this point. That's exactly what they did.
Now, Biden had no problems. Leaving. How what was the actual total of billions of dollars of military equipment and guns in Afghanistan? We originally heard it was like 85 billion. We talk about everything from the vehicles, the weapons, all of it.
It's like we keep it's like the number continues to go up.
So it was a lot of a lot. It was a lot. Very expensive. Left all of that behind in Afghanistan. Can't sell.
Can't sell. They don't want just to give. They want to purchase. This is an exchange of money. They would they want to purchase, i.e.
we'd make money off of it. M16s. They just want to buy some. That's all. Can we s can we please have some N sixteens?
And the Biden administration, well, I just don't know if I want civilians to have them. Wow. But Maybe they should just pretend that they're the Taliban. Just extend Halloween a bit. Pretend that they're the Taliban and then hope he'll like l he'll airdrop it.
Just wild.
So as I told you earlier. Netanyahu had said no ceasefire with all of this. Obviously, no ceasefire. They're going to stay indefinitely. There's already, there's already.
been some Uh Huffing about this.
Some Uh of the They they're really, I think, pro-Hamas, but they can't afford to be publicly people on the left. They are they're saying if Hamas gave up all of its hostages first, they could have a ceasefire. Just to remind everyone, there was a ceasefire in place October 6th. And he says there's not going to be any ceasefire in Gaza without the release of hostages. As far as tactical little pauses, an hour here, an hour there, we've had them before.
And he said that but I don't think there's going to be a general ceasefire. Hamas is never going to give all of the hostages up for a ceasefire because they don't want a ceasefire. That's the thing. For all the people screaming and bitching about, oh, we need a ceasefire in Gaza, we need to have all of this. Why don't you ask your elected government?
To give up the hostages if they care so much about the other Gazans that live in the area. If they care so much about Gazans, then ask the elected government of Hamas to give up the hostages so that. There can be a ceasefire because there can be no expectation for a ceasefire while they still have innocent people kidnapped. and holding them hostage. That's the thing.
So They I just don't see that it's never going to happen. That's literally never going to happen. There's not going to be that exchange. And this, you have Hamas, all of the with the discussion of war crimes, the war crimes and kidnapping hostages. I mean, that seems like a war crime in the first place.
Why is it that that never marks that never goes up on the tally board? The criticism is always of Israel, but never of, oh, well, Hamas actually committed war crimes by kidnapping hostages.
So you have Biden who's saying, I don't know if I want to sell guns to you because I can't be guaranteed that they're not going to end up in the hands of your citizens too. Maybe you should have a pause. Maybe you should have. It sounds like the pro-Hamas caucus within the Democrat Party is getting to him. And he's worried about the 2% of voters in swing states, the Muslim community who is saying that you're going to burn your bridge with us if you don't demand a ceasefire.
I would literally, honestly, You know what I would do, Kame. Again, this is why I cannot ever run for office. I would hire a plane. to fly over any area where any leader of any community had said such a thing. And it would have a banner behind it, Kane.
And the banner behind it wouldn't have any words, it would just have an emoji. And you know what the emoji would be? A giant middle finger. Giant as big as I could make it, the banner without taking the plane down. And I would just have it fly back and forth.
Over. That area. And that would have been my answer because then I would have sent out my press person.
So then, when the price was like, but this plane that just specifically went over the areas where leaders had made requests for ceasefire. My press person would be instructed to say, yes, did you see the plane? That is their answer. Did you see the plane? the same.
But here's the thing, though.
So, Israel is offering a ceasefire. Hamas is never going to take it. Israel is offering a ceasefire, so the burden of answering this is on Hamas. And the citizens, all these other citizens in countries where they are citizens have been kidnapped, they're watching this.
So, this is putting, this is the true measure as to whether or not someone really wants. A ceasefire. Israel has offered one saying, Look, we can begin discussions for a formal ceasefire if you release the hostages. And if Hamas really, if they really, the elected government of Gaza, if Hamas really wanted a ceasefire. Then they would engage it.
They would say, okay, they would release these hostages. But the truth is, they don't. They don't want to ceasefire. Because they want control of this entire area. This is a historic back and forth that has gone on since.
I mean uh forever. This has been a very long time. Exacerbated by the French and the British going in and dividing things up, and that not working, and people making deals behind other people's backs. I mean, it gets all in, I mean, there's a lot of history here. But the bottom line is that Hamas doesn't, they don't want peace because without peace, then You lo without peace w if you have peace with the Jewish people, if they have peace with their neighbors, then they lose their scapegoat.
And they need that. That's one of the reasons why Hamas has has risen to To power in this area over Fatah. And that's the other thing. I heard some protester out there on video. get mad at this lady because Fatah, technically, with the Palestinian Authority, runs West Bank.
And Palestinian, again, is a made up word to describe a made up people. It's in a for a made up country that's not supported by thousands of years of antiquity.
So the West Bank has its own, it's basically two different sides of the same coin because all the people in the Palestinian Liberation Organization are the same damn people that are in Palestinian Authority. And the chair of the PA is the chair of Fatah or Zahada Fatah.
So, and Hamas ended up gaining more popularity than Fatah, who were driven to dislike each other. And I always, here's something else too. If all of the, you know, just to tickle the Jimmies and the fan is the conspiracy theories for a moment, the idea that you're going to have your, that you're going to do everything you can to divide your enemy, to prevent them from uniting and trying to attack or overpower your people, that's Sun Tzu 101.
So I don't understand all these morons that are out there criticizing Netanyahu. And again, there's things to criticize him for. Fine. There's a difference between criticizing government and criticizing an entire herd of people. But to say that, well, I don't understand why there was any kind of encouragement for division between Hamas and Fata.
Look, he's just trying to keep everyone divided. Listen, you dumb jackwagons. The reason that they do that, again, for those. People who like to pretend that they're strategists but never ascend beyond, like, you know, a basic level on COD and they think that they're great. For the basic strategists out there, dividing your enemy and making sure that they can't unite against you, again, that's Sun Tzu 101.
And it's such a shame that people allow their hatred and ignorance and their sheep-like behavior to be directed by everyone else instead of doing the bare minimum of research for themselves.
So. With all of this, as it currently stands, they're still pressing on. In the meantime, universities are still a hellscape. We're going to talk more about that. And Biden has Amtrak.
Guys, they love their trains. They are just grasping everything under the sun here. What can we use to help our polling? Oh my gosh. We're also going to talk about polling and we're going to have a reality check on elections because elections are not determined by big giant groups of people voting one way or the other.
They're determined by the margins. And we just need to have a little refresher on this. After death, it's a film. A new film from the makers of The Sound of Freedom and The Chosen. It's a film from Angel Studios called After Death, and it is a very unprecedented deep dive.

So according to a study, marijuana uses, the use of marijuana raises the risk of heart attack, heart failure, and stroke. according to numerous studies and it was published Are presented at the American Heart Association scientific sessions in Philly. They say older adults who don't smoke tobacco but smoke pot were at a higher risk of both heart attack and stroke when hospitalized. People who use it daily are 34% more likely to develop heart failure. They say observational data are strongly pointing to the fact that cannabis use at any point in time, be it recreational or medicinal, may lead to the development of cardiovascular disease.
There was also published in the American Heart Association: big, old, long thing, it was about heart health. Big oh long, big o' long title. Interesting. I wonder what other factors, if it's just observational data, I'm just like wondering what other factors go into that. Mickey D's closes in San Francisco after 30 years, describing it as a quote-unquote tough place.
Right on an iconic street corner in the financial district it served after there for decades. San Francisco Business Times reports that it served its last Big Mac just last Friday.
So now it's done. It's totally closed now. Speaking of Bidenomics, Citiguru considers deep job cuts for their overhaul project that they had going. A San Jose shipwreck dubbed to be the Holy Grail is going to be exhumed off of Columbia. It's reportedly $20 billion in sunken treasure. The rec is going to be raised before the current president's term of office ends in 26. They say it's about 200 tons of gold, silver, and emeralds. I thought to be on board this legendary Spanish flagship, which sunk during a skirmish with the British back in 1708.
But Colombia is facing competing claims from Spain, Bolivia, and a US company that claims they found it first, so finders keepers. There's always one of these big fights whenever they find it because it's like who gets it? Is it the person who finds it? If it's in international waters, particularly, is it the country from which it originated, the country to which it was going? You know, oh my goodness.
The Colombian government said that it was a team of divers that discovered it first back in 2015. But. A U.S. company says, no, no, no, that was us. We who did it first.
So now they're going to find it. It's called the Glocomora. It's the Seasearch Armada. They're suing for half the treasure, 10 billion. Wow.
Kind of feel like we should go into the finding shipwrecks business. Yeah. Uh, the C. Ooh, this uh. In London, the climate activists are still targeting artwork.
And a lot of times they've been putting glass in front of a lot of the, you're not supposed to talk about it, but like at the Effici Gallery, they've been putting like this non-reflective glass in front of all these things because they don't want these stupid climate protesters. They went after the Rockb. Venus in the National Gallery in London. We have a lot more on the way. Stick with us.

Well, the president still believes that a reoccupation of Gaza by Israeli forces is not good. It's not good for Israel, not good for the Israeli people. I will let Prime Minister Netanyahu speak to whatever his post-conflict plans are. I can tell you, though, that one of the conversations that Secretary Blinken's been having in the region is: you know, what does post-conflict Gaza look like? You know, what does governance look like in Gaza?
Because whatever it is, it can't be what it was on October 6th. It can't be Hamas.
So I think a lot of these questions are being asked amongst ourselves, amongst our partners, and with our Israeli counterparts, and we'll keep having those conversations.
So that's John Kirby, and he's, you know, and speaking for the Biden administration, saying that they don't believe that reoccupation of Gaza, that's not reoccupation. There's no reoccupation. You can't be an occupier of something that is yours. I mean, for the past 3,000 years, the only people that have ever been, you know, in this state, to quote Charles Crawham, are the people who have been in the same spot, the same land, with the same religion, the same language, et cetera, have been the Israelis.
So. You can't say that they're occupiers of land, that they unilaterally gave up to shut down all the negative Nancis all over the world that wanted to accommodate this festering boil on the ass of peaceful humanity, which is Hamas, and Fatah, and the Palestinian Authority, and their little umbrella PLO. All of it. Welcome back to the show. That's exactly what it is.
Let's just be honest about it.
So, it's never going to happen. And Hamas is never going to live peacefully. Because of Hamas and Fata, and those are the two biggest entities in the PA, Palestinian National Authority. And again, I don't believe in the word Palestinian. It should be Gazan or territorial or West Bankian or whatever, because it's a fictional name for a fictional country.
And it's just absolutely fictional. Hogwarts is more real.
So, that being said, there's no way that. That is, there's no way that that can happen because Hamas is proven. That It's A, it's in their charter. B, it's the entire reason why it's their inception. It's woven into their inception.
This is a terror group that literally came about to end Israel. And that's why you can't have a two-state solution with an entity that doesn't recognize it. I mean, there's no. You're not operating in reality by continuing to push for something that has already been rejected. multiple times through many decades over.
I mean at that point It's not helping anyone. It's making the situation worse because you're just dragging it out. And because Hamas gained more popularity since it took over in elections in 2006, since they gained even more popularity, that's just. further evidence of it never it's just increasingly never going to work. Just we'll talk more about this.
I wanted to get into some of this other stuff as well because we've got Biden going to be trains. They love trains. And we also have bad timing for Low Polling Joe and the fight within the Democrats. It is Election Day. There's a number of races happening that are very interesting to watch.
Around the country, a lot of people are looking at it as a Worshaw test. You have the Virginia state legislature, you have all 140 seats up for reelection, 100 in the House of Delegates, 40 of their Senate seats there. A lot of people are watching to see what happens with these swing seat districts. The Kentucky governor's race is very interesting because you have Republican Attorney General Daniel Cameron, who's a rising star, I think, in the Republican Party. And then you have Bashir, who barely won against Bevin, Democrat Bashir.
And he seemed pretty unpopular. But the weird thing is, so you got to, when looking at some of these red states, Kentucky's very similar to Missouri in that fashion because Missouri was more red than blue, but you had somebody like Nixon, Jay Nixon, a big old-time Democrat who was governor at one point.
So it's. They're the states that are a little bit more difficult for Democrats and a little bit more difficult to predict. Because Bashir can be a Democrat, but he can enjoy a lot of popularity still with a lot of voters who think, oh, well, he's maybe one of the saner Democrats. And they don't judge some of these state leadership offices the same way that they would congressional or Senate. Seats because you have to caucus there, whereas the governor got a little bit more leeway, you know.
And so that's this, so that's a little bit different. But I like Daniel Cameron. I think that he's a rising star in the party. And they found that Bashir had 60% approval, 89% Democrats, 58% Independents, 43% Republicans. And so.
Bashir, including internal. The internal polling is very important. That's the stuff that gets leaked out, but not necessarily the stuff that you're going to see as a big story. It's from usually from the campaigns. The Internal polling was suggesting that Bashir was still ahead.
Emerson College polling showed that Bashir and Cameron were both tied at 47%. You have 4% undecided and 2% saying somebody else. Here's one thing that we got to realize about elections, right? One of the things you have to realize about elections is that They are not determined by giant percentages. And I know that seems like It is Uh what's the word I'm looking for?
It seems anti-intuitive. that they're not decided by the biggest percentages. These are decided by the margins. Especially when things are as divided as they are now. And I'm just looking at Kentucky for a moment because I want you to be tied at 47%.
You have 2% saying that they would prefer someone else. I don't know what the breakdown of the Emerson College poll is because I haven't looked at all the crosstab data, but you have 4% undecided. Of those 4%, where have they leaned previously? Of the 2%, where have they leaned previously? Because that is when things are close, everything is decided by margins.
Independence. And these undecideds, they're the ones who determine your election. It's those people. And that is why everything shifts after a primary. All of the messaging, everything shifts.
Into just honing in on those voters. Because the people that made their decision in the primary are not going to be changing their minds after, obviously. Everything shifts to go after those independents and those undecided. It's all determined by margins. And this is where Democrats are freaking out a little bit.
And a lot of people are kind of watching to see what happens with Cook Political has rated Bashir's seat as a lean Democrat. That is not a safe seat. It just means that there's enough play in the margin. To potentially guarantee a win for him. But it doesn't mean that I said potentially.
It doesn't mean that it's a done deal. It just means that there's room in the margins. And so this is where The media And this is where the media gets in. And this is where activism can be bad. Because I'm going to tell you, I don't care what side you're on.
At some point people are tired of hearing your y you bitch and moan about c about what candidate you like and what candidate you don't like. They're tired of it and they get worn out. One of the things that the media is trying to Make happen is this Trump v. DeSantis thing, and Trump is not helping. I don't care if you like him, you need to hear this.
We all voted for him. We voted for him twice, but you need to hear this. He needs to not aid the media in this. And the activists on both sides need to not aid the media in this because what happens is you have this back and forth with these two top contenders in the Republican Party. That is going to wear people out so badly that by the time the primary ends, they are going to, their wick is gone.
They're gonna have burned through everything. Voter fatigue is a real thing. Voter fatigue. And constantly hearing that you don't matter, and that this isn't actually, that did it in Georgia.
Now, you can argue with me. I was on the ground in Georgia. I looked at the hard data that came from Georgia's, I looked at all of the votes. I looked at you, they send you the waves, they send you the releases when you're doing election analysis, and you can see how many people voted what and when. You had over a million voters that just didn't come out and vote, that are hardcore Republican voters.
They were convinced to steal the election from themselves by the left and people who I think masquerade as members of the right, like Lynn Wood and others. It was a psyop that people convinced themselves of and they robbed themselves of a vote. That's truth. It's hard to hear. But I want to win.
So, I'm not going to sit here and backpat everybody and be like kittens in sunshine. Oh, I'm going to baby everybody. We're all grown-ass adults. We all have the best interests of the nation at heart. I will say things that everyone else is too damn scared of their own audience to say because it needs to be said.
You need to hear it. Republicans robbed themselves in Georgia. The reason we don't have Senate control is because Republicans bent themselves over a barrel and performed an Olympic feat of self-sabotage. That is what happened. I have seen the data.
Does fraud exist before people get so mad and want to shut their ears and let's take their ball and go home? We're not progressive, so no, we're not going to do that, are we? There is fraud. I say this to somebody who had to fight the damn Board of Elections to get a fraudulent vote struck off the rolls at my home.
Someone in my home Fraudulently registered to vote at my house in 2016, voted for Hillary Clinton. I can't tell you how long I had to fight to get that struck. One vote. That's one vote. I mean, if everybody paid attention, Texas makes it easy because you can literally.
Watch. And tabulate and watch every voting could check everything. It's pretty amazing. Every w every state needs to be able to do their their votes like that. My question is: I have not seen enough evidence to demonstrate that it's widespread enough.
This is why I love decentralized elections. It's not widespread enough to have that effect. I'm not saying I wouldn't believe it if I saw the evidence, but the reason why I'm a conservative and the reason why I also believe in two genders is because I believe in science and fact. I'm not going to me too result of an election. And that's important.
That's not to say again that there isn't fraud. Because I just told you my experience. I also know the people at True the Vote, and I've known them for 15 years.
So I know for sure as hell there is. But the question is: is there enough? The reason I say this is because I don't want people to think that their vote, oh, it doesn't matter, I'm up against a mountain of fraud. I promise you, turnout destroys that. But it's when you convince yourself, when you allow Democrats to convince yourself that your vote doesn't count, that that's when it doesn't count.
So, this is the problem here. All of this is determined on the margins. All of it's determined on the margins. That's why Democrats try to go back to these hot button issues and repackage them. as like new things and try to find new ways To use them as wedges for that small percentage, like abortion and gun control, they're pushing gun control, but that.
didn't track in 2016. It didn't track in 2018. It didn't track in 2020. In fact, it wasn't even in the top 10 of voter concerns. And that's just for Democrats.
So you can know how far further that was for Republicans. They keep thinking that they can repackage it in some way. That only works for the people who've already made up their mind in the primary. To keep doing that stuff in the general just turns people against you. They are still campaigning old school style.
So they haven't realized times have changed, they need to get with it.
So I'm all for them doing stuff that shoots themselves on their own feet. That's fine. But where we are concerned, we got to stop tiring voters out. And voters get real tired when they hear people talk about what they don't like in somebody and what they hate in somebody else and candidates fighting. They want to hear what's going to change.
What are you going to do that's different? I got to say something about the debate. I want to win in 24, and I don't care who the hell's on the ticket, as long as it's not a Marxist, I want to win. I get very Machiavellian about this stuff, and I will not apologize for that. I want to win because I want to win and move my ball, my strategy down the field towards the goal line.
That's where I want to be. It's what I want to do.
So to that point We still have to have debate participation. because I've got questions that have never been answered. that nobody in media has asked because they're all too damn afraid. And I'm talking about everybody on Fox and CNN and everybody else. People need to actually come out and say, Trump should debate, and here's why I say that.
Yes, you've seen him at debates before, but you haven't seen him iron-sharpen iron since lockdown. Have you? Since the introduction and the fast forward and the implementation of the quote-unquote vaccine. Have you? With all the border stuff, have you?
You haven't. I am a voter. The loyalty of the candidate is to me. Not me to a candidate. This isn't England.
We don't got no monarch. We are the monarchs.
So, I would like to see iron sharpen iron, and I want to hear an explanation for this stuff. And I want to hear what changed after. What changed after. I want to hear why some states were slammed for not closing, and then it's 180 degrees different several years later. I am owed that explanation as a tax-paying American citizen, and so are you.
And I don't care. Who, if it's reanimated Reagan from the grave or George Washington up there, we are owed.
So that's how I look at the debate. It's all about us. Like collectively, we the voter, it's all about us. And you know what? We are supposed to be.
Self-aggrandizing because that's what a republic is. It's about the people, not the government. I have a lot more to touch on because some of this other stuff, especially with Iowa, Iowa made their endorsement. Kim Reynolds made her endorsement. I knew it was going to happen.
I called it because I thought they get along too well. And they're very like-minded with a lot of their approaches to stuff.
So, we're going to talk about that. What impact is that going to have? Is it too early? Because we're still a few months out. We'll get into all of that and more.
And then I'm not going to focus as much on the primary stuff until we get actually closer to primary and caucuses. The big stuff I'll tell you about. We're also having too many stupid debates and I'm tired of it. Uh so we're gonna we're gonna get into all of that and more. Yes, I want everyone at the debates, but we're having too many of them right now.

Yeah. Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of the United States. What is your message to Hezbollah and its backer, Iran? Don't. Don't, don't, don't.
What's the message to Iran? Don't. It was very important to send a very clear message. to anyone who might seek to take advantage of the conflict in Gaza to threaten our personnel here or anywhere else in the region. Don't do it.
I told you yesterday. I don't really I'm confused. Like, it's don't? I told you yesterday. The message that they needed to do was less grossman from Tropic Thunder.

Right now there are two there are two additional Democrats running for Pennsylvania, excuse me, running for president right now. One one is a congressman from Minnesota.
The other one is the governor of California. They're both running for president. But only one had the guts to announce it. Oh Oh man. And that's I can't Believe that I'm seeing this because John Fetterman said this.
Can I just I am in a weird spot. Hold up, hold up.
So first off, welcome to the show. Dana Lash with you. Top of the second hour. Listen coast to coast. Stream the show.
Simulcast. Sign up for the news. Letter over chapter and ver sub stack chapter and verse.
So not This is weird, Kane. Because He said the right thing with regards Yeah. And he Hold out. Gavin Newsome. I don't like him.
But These are two things that are not Wrong. Done by him. That guy, Futterman. Are we all dead? Is this a dream?
What is this? This is weird for me. That when the left gets so messed up that they say things that you're like Wait a minute. When they fight, because they're having this. Huge fight right now.
And I'm So confused, Kane. What do I do? I don't know. Drink. He said these things are correct.
And society tells me because of the tribalism, I'm not supposed to acknowledge this. Because it's a betrayal. No matter what the political issue is. True, but I also just don't like him. Right.
And there's a part of me that's just, you know, the little petty Dana. that You know how some people have better angels? Yes.
Okay, well. I have like Anne Butter Angel and then the rest of them are not. And one of the loudest ones is a little petty one. And it's going, nope, who cares? You know, he's, mm-mm, nope.
I don't care if he said two things right. Don't, mm-mm.
So I'm on the struggle bus, man. Gosh, I just don't want to acknowledge this. It's like having an existential crisis live on air. Oh my gosh, he said something that I just agree with. Because normally they could be like, chocolate's tasty, and I want to go, no, it's not, you damn communist.
Chocolate loving communist. Wait a minute, what? You see the problem. All right, anyway. Uh it's true though.
They're having such a problem over there. It's so Biden's going into his carrot-top bag of tricks. Dude, I don't even know. Why do they always go to the trains? Why do they always do this?
All of a sudden the Thomas engine train w popped up in my head. The same. Amtrak Joe, he's unveiling $16 billion in railway spending. Wait a minute. Woah woah woah woah woah.
Kane, how do trains run? Uh like Fuel of some sort, which would rely on oil or gas or something, like coal. Yeah. Yeah. Is is is that green?
No. Not from what I've been told. You know what? What he should have done is said, you know what, we're going to do. If he was truly green, He could have said, We're investing because it's $16 billion in rail infrastructure projects.
He was in Delaware. He he left his beach house for a moment. to go to Delaware and the I swear the image that Juan is showing looks like it is AI. I can't tell anymore. If it looks kind of weird.
I question it unless it's like Biden or Fetterman. I'm like, no, no, they're supposed to look like that. But, um,. Always look at the fingers. If they have only like three fingers, then it's usually AI.
Or or six. I mean, you just there's always one less or one more. He says it's going to help make the jobs better. We're going to have the rail. We're going to have the tunnels and the tracks.
I thought, because he is getting, he's not doing well in the polls.
Now, I don't want you to mistake what's happening here. Biden is doing poorly. in polls where they're asking about his job performance. Don't mistake that. For a head-to-head matchup with either DeSantis or Trump or anybody else.
Because I feel like then you're lulled purposefully into this position of apathy where you think it's going to be all wrapped up, so you really don't have to do anything or convince anybody. And that's a dangerous place to be because as I said last hour, elections are determined by the margins. And so I'm a little cautious of this coming out. I'm always cautious whenever I see the media moving to coalesce behind anything because that makes, I don't trust them. And I think that they are wanting, they are relying upon past behavioral conditioning of their readers to come into play here and follow them on this narrative.
And so all these little headlines about, oh, Biden's doing so bad, Biden's doing so bad. Uh I I'm just still be cautious. But at the same time, there's also a huge faction in the Democrat Party that would love to get biten out and would love to just slip in Gavin Newsom there. Because I don't think Fetterman made it, I don't think he said that on his own. I think he was told to say that.
He didn't say that on his own. He was told to do it. This is why it's in. They're actively, there's a cold primary happening right now in the Democrat Party between Newsom and Biden. And Kamala is just there.
She's there. She's completely inconsequential. But she's there. And Biden is is he well, who knows where he is? He's barely sentient.
But I think that if he was truly green, back to my original point, you know what he would do is he would take people and slingshot them on those big ass windmills. you know. Like put little put little sacks on them. On them. Blades.
Just sling somebody where they need to go. It's green. Look how green that is Your lug is maned up with you. You don't know. But look how green it is.
Right? Or you know what's greener? Don't go. Just stay home. in your tiny fifteen square foot tiny home and eat bugs.
That's what they want. See, I think that's why, sidebar, that's why I'm a maximalist. I have embraced that. I hate minimalism. Minimalism is garbage.
Modernity and minimalism is garbage. I see this stuff on Instagram and it's all white, shiny houses, and I'm like, I want to burn it down. I see that. I want I want my house to look like a wizard from his travels. I Want to burn all that down.
Maximalism for the win. Because it's a rejection of all the stuff they're trying to condition you into. Swear it's what it is.
So here's their they're they're going, our Republican friends in Congress are want they want to slash Amtrak. We want to make train trap. How many people actually still ride on trains? I did one time here during my book tour right before lockdown. That was it.
I've taken the train in Europe, but Here it's just not it's like um It's a different culture here. And also, why do they always default to trains? If it's really bad, do they have like a handbook, like an emergency handbook, like crack for use, crack the glass, break the glass for use, and they pull it out and it's talk about trains? Is that what it is? Because every single time, have you noticed this?
They default to talking about trains. While they talk about green stuff, they default to talk about trains. I don't know. I uh We're well, I mean, do we want to talk about the mismanagement of all this stuff? Don't even talk.
California, you know what he could be doing, though?
Now here's me, I might be over speculating. What Biden could be positioning and what his people could be positioning to do. is that they uh because this is one of Newsom's biggest Uh He is one of the uh absolute biggest His biggest boondoggles is the rail, high-speed rail in California. Billions and billions of dollars never actually got built. The company that came on to do it ended up leaving and going, I can't remember what country they went to in Africa, built it for cheaper, faster.
It was a French company. Because everybody wanted a piece of the pie, and that rail, instead of going from point A to point B, was all over. It was like a spaghetti noodle thing. It was ridiculous. He could be set.
I mean, now this is just me over-speculating. He could be setting him up. I mean, just saying, I don't know. I mean, maybe, maybe not, I don't know, but it could be setting him up. But I do think it's interesting.
that all of a sudden they're going back to trains. Yeah. Uh some of the other stuff. that we are looking at here. Getting into Some of the domestic issues.
We've been talking about colleges and universities. Did you see what happened? This is just here in the United States. In California in Ventura County. California Medical Examiner's Office.
They uh I maybe you saw this. This happened on Sunday in Thousand Oaks. And a Jewish man was attacked by a Hamas supporter on Sunday in Thousand Oaks, California. And the Hamas supporter for this. This is an elderly man, It was a rally in Los Angeles, and it was one of those rallies where it was a pro-Hamas rally.
A 65-year-old Jewish man, he was killed. by the injuries he received, and he was just there peacefully counter protesting, as is his right to do so. And there's a little bit of a video. I saw it before I realized what it was that's going around the Internet showing him laying on the ground and he's bleeding as people are trying to help him. He suffered internal bleeding.
That's what led to his death on Monday. There were unconfirmed reports that he was hit over the head via Red State with a megaphone by a pro Hamas support protester. They said witnesses were saying that a verbal altercation broke out between a pro-Hamas protester and the elderly man, and then the pro-Hamas protester hit the man in the head with the megaphone that he was holding. And the There was a local rabbi that came forward and was telling everybody to wait for the details. I don't know if that is suggested, if that's.
indicative of their, you know, there may be there was something else to this. I don't know. But Ah. Wow. They're investigating.
One of the local rabbi who's there and who's been talking to the police said that everyone needs to wait. He said that all he knew, Rabbi Michael Barkley said there was an elderly Jewish man counter-protesting at a Gaza demonstration. He hit the ground and then died. He hit the ground and died. We don't know if he was pushed or attacked.
He said, and I. I j Like with the two A stuff, I I like to wait for facts. But at the same time, I would not be surprised. They're actually having the press conference now, and they're talking about what the injuries are, where they're giving these details out, Kane, if you want to keep tabs on that up there on the monitor. But they're They were trying to figure out what the, you know, the injuries are they consistent with?
Was he hit on the head? Was it that he lost his footing and fell and then maybe hit his head on the sidewalk, which would be different. And not I'm not excusing the pro-Hamas terrorist loving stooge at all, but I think that when it comes to invoking charges of like homicide or manslaughter, you want to be accurate with this stuff, just like we want to be accurate with the firearms stuff, right? But at the same time, Holy cow, like having these pro-Hamas protests, this is insane.
So there I will say too that I know the local rabbi was urging caution and waiting for telling everybody to wait, but They had the tons of citizens apparently were calling Ventura County Sheriff's Communications Center. They were saying it was a battery.
So we'll see. They performed an autopsy and they're delivering updates on that now. We're going to talk more about that here as we get moving. And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five.
This So first up, uh let's see here. I don't know if you... Uh we do you guys remember WeWork? That I couldn't understand the whole concept behind WeWork. Isn't that where you would go in and you basically had like an office?
where everybody else had offices. Anyway, they filed for Chapter 11. They said that they had they needed to trim non-operational leases. And they're not, they said they suffered one of the most, described by CNBC, one of the most spectacular corporate collapses in recent U.S. history.
They tried to, they said they, uh, they tried to go public five years ago, didn't happen. And uh, obviously, the coronavirus and the shutdown caused further pain because everybody ended their leases and they had economic slump. And so, yeah, they just, it didn't, it didn't work. Uh, didn't work. We work didn't work.
Long story short, we work didn't work. A billionaire-backed tech group said it's bought all the land it needs for its utopian city. This all sounds terrifying. It's a Silicon Valley group backed by billionaires. They got all this land for a utopian city in Northern California.
They've been quietly buying properties in the past month. Flannery Associates, the company behind the California Forever Project, got seven more land parcels, 814 acres in Solano County. They own 53,000 acres in the area. and they want to create a walkable green community that they say would generate thousands of jobs. How?
I'd love to hear about how this happens. I would love to hear this. They said that they $800 million in scooping up land for the project. People are asking about the impact that it's going to have on the environment, agricultural, et cetera, security, because Travis Air Force Base is nearby. They're in litigation with landowners because they said that landowners are colluding to inflate the values of their property.
So it's like a half a billion dollar lawsuit right now. How? I just don't, nobody knows it. Nobody knows what the California Forever Project really is. It sounds like a hippie utopia.
How many times have people tried to do this? It always ends with somebody like drinking some kind of, you know, juice or Kool-Aid or something and everybody dying. I just gotta say, that's what it sounds like. There's never. Never, I don't know.
Let's see here. What is so?
Okay. I saw this over at New York Post about a heat wave. Because today's date is the 7th of November. and they're saying that 200 million Americans are in the path of a record heat wave. It's only in the it's only gonna be in the upper 80s.
We have two days. Cane of upper 80s, upper 70s, and then it goes down to low 70s, and then that's it with the warm kitchen. It is, yeah, it's cool for us. I mean, it's like very cool for us. I'm done with it because I want to get up my sweaters and I'm ready to, you know, like I'm in cozy mode.
That's what I want.
So we got a lot more on the way, including the elections today. November 7th, this is a big day. for uh Ohio as well. Uh and and we're and we're going to talk about that. Stick with us.

I know the Biden administration has also said now is not the time for a ceasefire. What they're proposing is a humanitarian pause. There will be no pause.
Well, there will be no ceasefire, general ceasefire in Gaza without the release of our hostages. As far as tactical little pauses, an hour here, an hour there, we've had them before. I suppose we'll check the circumstances in order to enable goods, humanitarian goods to come in or our hostages, individual hostages to leave. But I don't think there's going to be a general ceasefire. And there shouldn't be.
Welcome back to the program. Dina Lash with you, bottom of this second hour. And uh you can stream the program. Uh all over the country, if you're not listening to it domestically on a station near you. And also find us YouTube, Facebook, channel 347, DirecTV.
There's always a discussion happening at YouTube, too, in the comments. Ongoing uh with this I think i I think one of the When people are weak, And dealing with this issue They're looking for shelter for their weakness, and this administration provides it. I think they absolutely provide it. And it is not helpful. I think when there is, I'm always of the mindset: if I don't know it, then, and that's how we've always operated the show.
If we don't know it, we wait until we do. uh or we'll bring someone on who does. This is how we've always Operated, like with the whole idea of a two-state solution. I mean, I had a conversation with a friend who had no idea that that was literally ensconced in Hamas's charter to not acknowledge the existence of its neighbor. Uh that's a that's a huge thing.
And I Think that I feel like there's a losing battle with some who operate on the right. uh to kind of I think cloud the water a bit. What's the state of things and what's happening. Because no one's saying, you know, send the United States over. Nobody's saying anything like that.
But we are saying, you know, let people defend themselves. And take care of their own issue. I wanted to play this. I normally don't like to do stuff like this on air, but I had to play this audio soundbite. This was the one, what is it?
Owens. Which one is this? Uh Do we not have this? Can we? Because this was an exchange, and I was kind of shocked to hear something like this on the right.
It was a discussion about. You know, in West Bank and Jerusalem, you know, you have different communities that choose to live. together in different Parts of the city, and we're going to talk more about this. But I thought this exchange was. Was a little wild.
Actually, it was a friend of mine had sent this over, which is where I saw it, and I was like, what? This is so, this is what? But it was this exchange between. Uh It was from Daily Wire, and Ben's a colleague that we used to work together at Breitbart. But I thought this was a very odd exchange.
Listen to this. My grandfather grew up in a segregated South. And so when I'm walking through Jerusalem and you see, and they say these are the Muslim quarters, this is where the Muslims are allowed to live. That doesn't feel like a bastion of freedom to me. I guess.
Oh, I don't think it's where they're allowed to live in Jerusalem. I think it's that there's an Armenian quarter. It's not saying the Armenians can only live here. It's that there are communities, just like there's a Jewish community in Jersey here, and there's a Muslim community in here. I don't think, you know.
Why did Candace Owens have to be told that? Good question. No one say anything about Little Italy and St. Louis. Only the Italians can live here or Chinatown.
Only the Chinese can live here. I mean, we, in my hometown of St. Louis, we have a. A huge Serbian, Bosnian population, huge Bosnian population. It's like the, what is it, the biggest.
Diaspora Outside of the city. And Everybody chooses to live in South City. That's just where they choose to live. And that's the same thing. There, when you're talking about in West when you're talking about in Jerusalem.
You have the Armenian Christians that want to live together. You have Muslims that want to live together. That's like saying only the French are allowed in the French quarter. If you're going to be Middle damn. Presenting your opinion.
as one of authority on an issue. A little understanding goes a long way. Just saying. I d I I um And especially when this is being used. As A way to attack an ally when this lack of understanding.
is being used to justify an attack on an ally and mischaracterization of them as being racist. Which was that's how that was being presented here. I find astounding. Legitimately astounding. Um Wow.
I just don't have any I mean Gosh, doesn't Paris doesn't Paris have a Latin quarter? Good heavens. I mean, there's like different communities where people will live together. That's not for segregation. Oh my gosh.
I um Uh I don't know. I I'm I'm kind of um Amazing by the way. the old city, it's like half of the old city in Jerusalem is their Muslim residence.
So it's not a um small percentage of the population. I don't know if she's I mean, there is a quote unquote Palestinian side where Jewish people are not allowed to live. Just FYI, but you know. I mean I don't know. I'm just kind of shocked at that.
There are a lot of people in commentary that I think needed more time. Today in the i i in the library. Yeah. Uh But that kind of stuff misleads. And like I said, especially when you've spent the past several days justifying Characterizing wrongly an ally as like this proponent of racism and segregation.
Based on your absolute non-grasp of the history and understanding of the air, that's a major problem. And I don't like saying it, but I'm like, God, Lee, come on, people. This is not hard. Go outside sometimes, touch grass, grab a book. Super fun.
Hmm.
Now We were telling you a little bit earlier about this story. Coming out of Ventura County, the elderly man that was acting. Were they saying that there was no evidence of a hate crime? Is that what they were saying? Yeah, they're trying to.
I mean, the way this was pointed out in the beginning was that, oh, you know, he fell and hit his head. It was no big, you know. at this protest. Because he was pushed by a guy with a megaphone? On his head?
Is that how it was? See, the problem with this is, and as you pointed out, because you found this earlier, some of the stealth editing that they've done, like for instance, NBC. They are Have like stealth, they edited their headlines, they left out. when they were reporting about this, that the guy who apparently was is being accused of being responsible for his death. was a pro-Hamas.
supporter there at this rally and that They said, oh, man, dies after he hit his head during an Israel Israel Palestinian rallies in California. Oh, he fell and struck his head. He just fell. Even though there were people who had called, Police. They had called apparently Ventrua County Sheriff and were saying that there was a battery.
The guy was. uh being attacked.
So I I just Um feel like um That that's kind of important. Yeah. You know, when you're writing the story. But that's there's this push in the me. It's just wild.
I saw one other quick thing, and we got more to get to. I saw this. In Manhattan there is a local coffee shop. Uh someone that I uh follow who's kind of like-minded that's at the New York Times. One of like the last people at the New York Times.
There was a line around the door supporting a local coffee shop owner whose owner was sending proceeds to Israel, and all of his baristas quit. En masse. They all quit. and so his mother's now running the store, and they had New Yorkers show up to help him. Isn't that awesome?
So there's some good in the world.
So shines a good deed in a weary world, to quote the merchant of Venice, who was being quoted by Williwonka.
So At least we have some. At least we have that.
some good deeds. All right, so Demfite. Could Rashida Tilib actually be c censured? Because she was chided the other day. By John Kirby, who said she was irresponsible.
for what she had been saying. She accused Biden at one rally of promoting genocide. She was She was asked by Neil Cavuto about it, or he was asked by, sorry, John Kirby was asked about Rashida Tlaib's comment by Neil Cavuto. And he he just sort of, you know, he chided her, saying that. Uh it was irresponsible of her to say that.
But there's building Democrat support for a potential censure of Tlaib.
Now we had Chip Roy on Because there had been a proposal that was going around earlier that apparently was very poorly worded to the point. where I feel like when I read it I could see the objections because at first I'm like, okay, why are you guys not going? Why are you not backing this? And normally, You know, when it's guys like Roy and that, if they raise the alarm about something, there's there has, without exception, There's always been a legitimate reason. And when I was reading the wording on this, I could instantly see how the left would use that to like scapegoat some other, like the next J6, they'll try to fashion another J6 by using this language as precedent.
It was so easy to see.
So I understand they had two other proposals, by the way, ready to go.
So it wasn't that they objected to censoring her, they objected to the language in that particular proposal because it was so easily used by the left. It wasn't written well. And you've got to be careful with this stuff because remember, the revolution is complete when the language is perfect. Or well.
So now there's building support for a center, not just like, I'm not just talking about Republicans, I'm talking about Democrats. Democrats, now you got Jared Moskowis coming out of Florida said he would consider. supporting a censure. And he said that to Jake Tapper. Other Democrats are coming out saying we actually think that this needs to happen.
They want a str which I I'm in all in favor for, a straight center. It sounds like it could happen because she has been emboldened. by this, and she's creating a lot of problems for Democrats. a lot of problems. We have Florida Man on the way that we're going to get to also coming up.
A couple of other things to hit. Uh the Continuing unfolding drama in the Democrat Party. The election today. We're going to talk about a couple of races to keep an eye on. And also, a number of companies targeted by pro-Hamas protesters here in the United States.
We're going to touch on this as well. Uh, the latest with the Nashville manifesto, all of that, and a big story. DHS officials apparently created a disinformation group at Stanford. to help censor speech. On social media ahead of the 2020 election.
So, this is not anything that we didn't know. But what is new is receipts. It's his life mission to make bad decisions. Yeah. It's time for Florida Man.
Kane, I want to ask you a question. If you had to go to a surgeon and they had been arrested twice for crystal meth, would you still go to them? No. Okay, what if you were a lady and they were like a plastic surgeon? Which, not that that's any makes the other surgery less important, but if they're doing that, they're still cutting on me, yeah, yeah, especially if they're like cutting up on your face and stuff, right?
Yeah, no, okay, so. Apparently, not everyone thinks like you and I.
So in St. Petersburg, Florida, ABC Action News, they uncovered the record of a local plastic surgeon who was arrested twice, twice.
So Since 2020 for meth. Oh boy. Dr. William Wright Adams. The first felony case was dropped.
He's awaiting trial on his second meth possession case.
So They apparently crystal meth was seized from a backpack while They uh well, the St. Petersburg police. They pulled over his Chevy Suburban. He was driving to work May of last year. He told the officer Because he was like, oh, you're taking me up.
I'm supposed to be operating right now. I'm a plastic surgeon. And while they were searching for the SUV, there was a patient waiting in the office to undergo. And they're like, they're putting someone to sleep right now for me to operate on. He says, so I have to call them if I can't be there.
They're all waiting for me.
So, officers called his office to inform the staff they had to get somebody to pick up his vehicle because they found apparently. Uh This gets crazier. They found stuff in his car, but then, according to the police report, a co-defendant in the case told police that Adams had hired him to burglarize an ex-boyfriend's home. And then, yeah, so there's that too that complicates. Yeah.
By the way, what they found when they pulled him over, a glass pipe in his backpack. They found meth. He was charged with possession, and then they also got him with residential burglary. Uh so the trial is supposed to begin December 6th of this year. Why in the I mean, his his license is clear and active.
Wasn't that if you Have it. For meth crystal meth. Crystal meth.
Okay. I don't even understand guys.
So ex-MMA fighter Javier Arbaez chokes out a Florida man who tried to stab him. Yeah, don't man, people just this is what happens. I'm telling you, like, don't FAFO, 'cause sometimes you w I mean, you're gonna do something like this happens. A Florida man flew into a violent rage in a Miami parking lot and uh tried to pull a knife on a guy, and it was the wrong guy to pull the knife on. Javier Baez.
Had a brief pro career in MMA, five to one record, retired in 2018. The guy came at him with a 14 inch knife in a parking lot at night. Surveillance cameras showed him parrying the attack. He lifted the dude, slammed him to the pavement, and chokehold chokehold. Uh and that he said his reaction was second nature.
He goes, I put his belly to the floor, my knee in his back, and I called the cops. The attacker's fifty-year-old Omar Marrero. And yeah, that was it. He goes, When I started putting the choke in, he just kind of let go. Hey guys, no one's worried about anything else but breathing when you're losing air.
Easy peasy. That is so, that's just badass. That's amazing. I love that. That's a great story.
A Florida man with a fake Mick Lovin license plate took cops on a 110 mile per hour motorcycle chase in a 45 mile per hour zone. Yeah, Mick Lovin' it. Plant City, Florida man was arrested Sunday morning, early, early, after law enforcement officials on a high-speed chase during overnight hours finally apprehended him. He had a fake license plate on his bike that said, McLovin. Yeah.
30-year-old Jesse Rivera, he was weaving in and out of cars, going 110 and a 45 mile per hour, 12:15 a.m. on Sunday. And they said that they turned on their lights. He kept going.
So he led them on this chase. He sped up, led them on the chase. They finally got him. But he's got the McLovin plate on the bike. Fake plate.
I mean, if you're gonna fake a plate, man, that's the way to do it. Don't do that, though. Stay with us third hour on the way. Not only do we need to make sure that we elect someone who can win and beat Joe Biden, We need a president who has the skill and the resolve to reverse the madness that we see every single day. Yeah.
We need someone who will fight for you and win for you. We need someone who won't get distracted but will stay disciplined, who puts this country first and not himself. That leader, that leader, that leader is Ron DeSantis.
So that was a big endorsement coming ahead of the early state of Iowa, Governor Kim Reynolds. Through her endorsement into Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, And then also, you had Sarah Huckabee Sanders. That's understandable. She's down in Arkansas. She backed Trump because she was in his administration.
That makes sense. Welcome back to the program. Dana Lash here with you. Top of our third hour. You can listen coast to coast.
You can also listen via stream. You can watch the simulcast of the radio program on channel 347 DirecTV. Also, YouTube, Facebook, always good comments in the YouTube discussion that happens live too.
So check all of that out. This evening, I'm going to be on Fox. Uh, not talking about the primary, we're going to get into this Nashville manifesto thing. Uh, I'll be on, I think, uh, it's Fox Business talking about that tonight. Uh, but as for 2024, that's just some of the bigger some of the bigger endorsements are now starting to come in.
And meanwhile, Democrats are grappling with what are they going to do. Are they going to have a Newsome? Are they going to have a Biden? Biden's job approval is bad. And if they're going to, if they're going to do anything, they got to do it now because you're going to pass deadline to file in a lot of these states.
And so if Newsom's going to be on the ballot, you got to do it. And I don't exactly know what they think they're going to be waiting for, unless actually the genius backup plan that they really are entertaining is Harris, which is insane to me. But that's a whole other story.
Now, as it relates to. The Nashville case. Uh this uh the manifesto, some pages of that which were leaked. And I've also seen there was Uh alm almost a virtual. Blackout, I think, of some of this that came out.
And I made the observation. On social media yesterday, I mean, there's a reason why all of these same, all of these people. That were so eager to talk about this, and they were so eager to. uh try to make this all about Gun control and everything else. And they're all mad that now it's coming back up again.
The media is mad. That you're making it talk about this trans terrorist again because they were done Talking about it the moment that they realized that their activist gender narrative and their gun control narrative had fallen apart. They were done. They were finished talking about it. ABC, CBS, NBC via newsbusters all ignored.
The fact that This, you know, the that this had taken place. I saw some of the local media even saying that. It was irresponsible to have anybody leak this because That she hated everybody, and I talked about this yesterday. And she is the terrorist who wanted the trans terrorist who wanted to be a boy. Uh she may have hated everyone, but she targeted a Christian school.
She may have hated everyone, but she targeted kids. She may have hated everyone, but she targeted this because of their faith. Specifically. And so Now The authenticity of the manifesto was apparently confirmed by multiple outlets, and most everybody was ignoring it. That's not shocking.
I'm not surprised that they did. Ignore it. Um not at all. Uh I I think um The, I mean, all the I mean, I mentioned part of the writings yesterday. They're really, they're really bad.
They said that they don't want copycat crimes. I agree, you don't want copycat crimes, but you're not going to hide behind that as a way to dodge accountability. Because everyone went out there, they had, you had parades in the streets. And people were saying the trans community is being targeted much in the same way that the administration is focusing on quote-unquote Islamophobia now as Jews are being attacked in the streets here in the United States of America, whether at rallies or protests or college campuses. Their businesses are being targeted.
There's vandalism, etc. People are driving cars through buildings because they hate Jews.
So, yeah, much in the same way that the administration focuses on Islamophobia with this, so did everyone who were apologizing for this trans terrorist, acting like an apologist for this identity politic culture. They were saying they ignored the fact that it was Christians that were targeted. They ignored the fact that it was Christian children specifically that were targeted. They decided to make it all about sympathy for the trans terrorists and use everything else as justification for such a hateful, heinous crime. And when they realized that it was this person that was hateful and heinous, they didn't want to have anything to do with it.
They didn't want to talk about it anymore.
So you can't say copycat crimes. Yes, I understand that it deepens the trauma, but what really allows this to continue, and I think what encourages the promotion of stuff like this and the copycat crimes is a lack of accountability. I mean, you apparently in the United States, it's okay to mow down kids at a Christian school if you're a trans terrorist. I mean, apparently, that's, you know, because no one wants to talk about it. I mean, this woman wrote some really hateful stuff.
She laid out all of her motivations in her manifesto. I don't know how many pages you need to release unless the other ones were psych, and I don't really mean this, and I love those kids, which I seriously doubt that she wrote that. But unless the other pages were that, that doesn't take away anything from her motive. Her motive is that she was a bigoted hater and she was motivated to kill because she wanted everyone else to play a part in her fantasy world of self-perception. And people were suing.
They are initiating lawsuits for this. The police were refusing to do so. And thankfully, you know, now we have three pages out. But I'm telling you what, I mean, this is something else. And I think that more of this.
I mean, you gotta re this stuff has to be released. Especially when it was used to denigrate people of faith. Especially when it was used as justification or an argument in favor of further restricting the rights of innocent people. I mean, she had a a page called Death Day. And she decorated it.
She wrote little doodles and all kinds of stuff. And she said, oh, she was really excited. And she said she hoped she had a high death count. And she apparently had been planning this for a couple of years, saying that she could have been caught back in the summer of 21. and she had it all planned out.
in detail. Uh bit by bit. She even said, 12:33 circled, open fire towards the southwest interest. Let the massacre begin. Time to die.
She wrote that. It's just it's horrible. Why does it need to be known? Because remember who is being blamed. Oh, Christians, you guys are so mean.
Look what you did. Oh, you drove her to this. That was actually one of the justifications in the days following. I mean, there were people like, don't target trans people. Trans people are in the most danger.
All of that. That's what they pushed.
So, yeah, you made it. They made it to where it was a necessity that this manifesto, the motivations needed to be known. and they always hide it when it works against them. I mean, if she had been like, you know, a red hat wearing Republican voter, you know that that would have been made public instantly.
So they all just like Stop talking about it. They all stop talking about it and hope that it kind of goes away, but we haven't forgotten, nor had the family of those victims forgotten. But the media, they don't want to talk about it. Heaven forbid. They haven't said anything.
They had uh what, Univision Telemundo also didn't cover it. The CBS EV News, as newsbusters noted, touted Britain's. Prince William handing out an envi some environmentalist prize. Hmm.
WSMV and the Democrat Nashville mayor went into damage control mode. Apparently, the law director was told to get to the bottom of what happened. They said, Oh, we need to find out the leaker. That doesn't seem to I I think that that's maybe the wrong Reaction to have. Right?
We need to find out who leaked this.
Well, the reason that it was leaked is because you wouldn't release it. You made you made it and you encouraged people with the cover-up. They encourage them with the cover-up.
So apparently, they have two officers who are now going to be fired over this. They had two officers. That's one of the words that's at least some of the things going around. But If Why was it not released? I mean I I want to hear.
The police department. Nashville Police. I want to hear them explain. The motivation. What is the motive of keeping this hidden from the public.
When you had politicians Some of whom were in Nashville. Blaming gun owners for this. Blaming Christians for this. What was the motivation for keeping it hidden? And if anyone loses their job over this.
Hmm.
If anyone loses their job. For nut for Not for for leaking something that they would not release. I mean, you guys remember. The Tennessee lawmakers. That we're talking about no action, no peace, all of that stuff.
These lawmakers literally. Used the victims. And this to push for gun control. They were invited to the White House. You guys remember this?
I mean, they are. You guys remember that whole thing out there where they had. Uh all these lawmakers fighting over stuff. I I mean They were protesting against what they said was gun violence. And Citing all of this.
We were told that we had to give up our rights, etc. They silenced these members. You remember the big O fight? What do they call them? Tennessee Three.
Remember the Big O fight over this?
So what was the motive? What was the motive for keeping this keeping this hidden? Accountability is what also drives copycat actions. Lack of it is what drives it. I mean, I Every all of all of the theater that Democrats engaged in after this.
All of this. Remember the protests that were in, um In the Capitol there in Tennessee. And they had all these protests in, and they had the lawmakers that were. when they were expelled uh from session and then they they were at the White House, they did all this stuff. They didn't mention any of the victims anymore.
It was all about glorifying themselves. They literally used Covenant School as like the as the justification for calling more for more gun control. They use bullhorns to shout gun control now. And then I'm looking at some of my notes on this. Uh the way that they Tried to Pin this back.
On The uh Christian community. is crazy. I mean, they said that this, there was a transgender Lutheran minister who said that the killer was a lot like Jesus. We have to the the trans community, they're all the real victims here. I mean That's what they did.
And the mayor's mad. The Democrat Mayor's Matty wants an investigation. As I told you. I I think for the people who were denying that the pages were real, I think this kind of proves that they were. The outrage over it.
really proves that they were. Hmm.
Why there is no reason anything because I mean I'm there's nothing in here that justifies why it should have been kept uh quiet and hidden from the public for the past year. Nothing. But When all of the claims that they pushed were wrong, they don't want to share any of this information, they don't want to be held accountable. That it that's why it needed to be released. They should release all of it at this point.
And now, all of the news you would probably miss, it's time for Dana's Quick Five.
So I was going to save this. You know, maybe for Florida Man, but I'm like, hmm.
Okay. It's a little, maybe, I don't know. An anthropologist made a very startling discovery in a Florida thrift shop, North Fort Myers. They spotted a skull. And they recognize that's not uh resin.
That's a real straight-up skull. Lee County Sheriff's Office was contacted. Detectives determined: yes, it did belong to the human, to a human. The anthropologist was correct. Obviously, they said that they were working with a local medical examiner to run tests on it.
They don't believe the case is suspicious in nature. How? Like, we should just. Can I keep the skull? Like, how does that work?
You know, I don't think that you can do that, right? You can't just, like, tell. No, I don't know, man. That's so weird. What is wrong with Avol?
Why? Oh my gosh, uh let's see. This, so in Soulard, again, in my hometown, I lived literally right like two blocks away. Apparently, a heavy church bell was stolen from the Saints Peter and Paul in Sular. The pastor believes that thieves made two separate attempts because the cast iron bell was so heavy.
One of them, they both look like chunky dudes. They stole it, so what are you gonna do with the giant church bell? For real, what are you going to do with that? Ugh we uh tomorrow I'll tell you about the killer whale that unleashed a terrifying forty-five minute attack on tourists, sinking their yacht. Stay with us, more in store.
Craving a daily dose of intellectual adrenaline? Look no further than the Dana Show podcast, where curiosity meets courage, by following on Apple, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts. willingly remained at the scene. and was interviewed by deputies. The suspect was cooperative and indicated he was involved in an altercation with Mr.
Kessler. The suspect further stated that he was one of the reporting parties who called 911 requesting medical attention for Mr. Kessler. Several witnesses were contacted at the northwest corner. of the intersection where the Shell gas station is located.
And they were interviewed. These witnesses providing conflicting statements. about what the altercation and who the aggressor was.
Some of the witnesses were pro-Palestine while others were pro-Israel. Hmm.
So that's Law enforcement's press conference just a little bit ago. The medical examiner already said it was homicide.
So What it sounds like Is Maybe we need a travel advisory for California if Hamas supporters are just out there killing Jewish people in the streets. That's kind of what it sounds like. Welcome back to the programme, Dana Lash here with you. Bottom of this third hour. Because that's what it really sounds like.
Um They I mean they had A bunch of people Who called police? saying that there was battery against the elderly man.
So it sounds like there were a bunch of witnesses because they all called police and they all said that the man had been attacked. And what they were saying is that The pro-Hamas supporter. Hit him with his bullhorn. And then it knocked. the elderly man to the ground and it killed him.
So now we got Hamas. supporters killing Jewish Americans in the streets in California. That is an absolutely 1000% accurate. Synopsis. And it's not, it's pro-Hamas.
I saw a uh A clip Or a a a thing where Who was it?
Some stupid. He tries to triangulate and act like he's in the middle, but he's not. He's a lefty. Um Oh, I think it was somebody named Yasher Ali. Yasher Ali.
who were saying that It's Israel's not allowing people, even if they have. You know, the visas and credentials to enter Israel, to leave West Bank, and they can't, for people in West Bank that can't go into work, you know, they're suffering, et cetera.
Well, apparently, though, it's a security issue because a lot of the people that were apparently getting into Israel, carrying out these attacks, had those credentials.
So they had to put a pause on all of this stuff. That's the other thing. There were a lot of, it wasn't just Hamas, there were citizens that were taking part in this too. Let's not mistake things. and citizens are covered up for it, and people who didn't say anything.
Like the Ga Gaza University, one of the university in Gaza City that got I saw a video going around about this the other day. Uh apparently that was uh the uh that was uh hit with a missile strike. A rocket strike because Hamasa used it as an armory.
So all these people are like, oh, it's so sad. This university doesn't exist in Gaza anymore. Why were you not raising concerns about this while Hamas was using it as an armory? Do you realize that one of the reasons why I'm talking about this so much is Also, because this is a major cause and effect. issue that the left has been trying to rewrite.
And this is the best example of this formulation. Whether it's with self-defense, whether it's with the economy or a border. this is the approach that the left uses with everything. They can never be the aggressors. The aggressors are always the people who want to put a stop.
To the iniquities of these of the evildoers. They are the the the aggressive ones are the ones who want to stop the criminal actions. It is never, ever, ever Apparently the responsibility of you know the people who are fomenting this hardship and evil, it's never their responsibility to draw back, to cease fire, to maybe not use hospitals as headquarters and store all of your weaponry in universities. The people who were so concerned about the loss of this university, like I said, they weren't apparently concerned when everybody kind of knew. Apparently, it's like well known that Hamas was using it as such and using all of these other places.
for this. I I If you shrink it down, if you reduce it down to a smaller scale. That's like what you get here. With s with self-defense issues.
Now heaven forbid someone defend themselves. Using a firearm because criminals have it. I mean, how dare you what you must be pro death Because you want to defend yourself against someone who wants to cause yours? Do you not understand how the world works? What kind of world do these people come from?
Why are they so disassociated from the way in which the actual reality in which we live? You can want there to not be violence as much as your heart allows. You can want there to not be any kind of bloodshed. You can want a lot of things, but that does not will them into existence. You're talking about an entity that is never going to live in peace.
They don't want peace. They want control. They don't care about Goslins. They don't care about people at West Bank. They don't care about any of them.
They only care about annihilating enemies because, for them, revenge is life. Revenge for what? They don't even, it's not even accurate to call it revenge because revenge, that word intimates that there was something done wrong to them, and so they are seeking accountability. And while revenge may not necessarily be justified morally, it's still somehow excused because it's deserved. That's not what's here.
This isn't revenge. This has only ever been antagonistic. This has only ever been one way. This is just pure hatred. They just hate these people.
They hate their neighbors. They hate them. It is evil. Hamas is evil. People who excuse what they do are evil.
They are sanctioning. evil. There's no occupation. Insisting that there is is evil. I mean, I I think it's also evil how all the steps that led up to this And how for so long It was made worse because All the attempts to Negate issues before they grew into catastrophes were prevented by everyone who.
urged restraint. There in some inst at some point. You urge restraint so much that you suck all the morality out of it. At some point you urge restraint.
So often That it's an exercise in vanity, not an exercise in saving lives. It's about self-glorification. Look at you demonstrating the peace in your heart by telling everyone that they should just be victims. What a privileged position Whether it is self-defense as a sovereign country or whether it's self-defense. For a sovereign family here in the United States, it is always to tell someone else.
That they should forfeit their right of self-defense is a privileged right. And Absolutely. absence of all moral position. It's an immoral position, and privileged. And that's the same way here.
So we'll I I don't know.
Now, to this point.
Somewhat to this point. I wanted to also touch on this, emails. Remember how I said earlier DHS created a Stanford disinformation group that censored speech before the 2020 election?
Well emails have been showing that Their emails now because there was that. What's new? We knew that was happening. But what's new are the receipts. And the receipts show.
That DHS created this disinformation group that was censoring people before the election took place. This was the House Judiciary Committee report that was given to the New York Post. It was a 103-page staff interim report, never before seen emails and internal communications. obtained from the group known as the Election Integrity Partnership. And it worked with DHS's cybersecurity and infrastructure security agency.
They flagged, suppressed and removed online speech in coordination with big tech. And as the New York Post writes, the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab described. The CISA, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, role in the alleged censorship effort. It was a July 31st, 2020 email. They said, quote, I know the council has a number of efforts on broad policy around the elections, but we just set up an election integrity partnership at the request of DHSCISA and are in weekly comms to debrief about disinfo.
They say that the federal government and universities pressured social media companies to censor true information, jokes and political opinions. I mean They have the receipts. showing that they were all talking all to do this. That would be considered an in-kind campaign donation, I would think. I mean, y you would definitely think so.
They made misinformation posts by um Like they went after Thomas Massey. Babylon be. Oh, that's misinformation. It's satire. Speaking of Babylon B.
Did you see the headline? It's not a Babylon B headline. Actually later it became one. Zielinski In his bid to fight for democracy, he says they can't have elections right now. It's just a bad time.
I wish that we had a camera that just. We're gonna do that when we finish the new studio. We just need to have Kane just look up at the camera. That's just it'll be ki it'll be the Reacts cam. Yeah, Kane, did you see that?
Yeah, yeah, he um You know, it's so important that Zelensky fight for democracy that they're suspending elections right now. It's just a bad time. Bad time for the elections came.
So Destroy democracy to save democracy. Yeah. It's very similar to scrolling for chastity.
Now I say that I mentioned the Babylon B because later they had a headline. Every now and then they do this, they wait for the story. to post like actual news to post and develop. And then they just basically repost it with the actual headline. And it's true.
That's I think what keeps it edgier. Because they'll have a bunch of satire and then they have this, which sounds satirical, but oh no, that one is actually real. I think it was something like Zelensky and his fight for democracy suspends elections or something. It's true, though. That's literally what he did.
But my democracy, but my freedoms. That's literally what he did. So I just wanted to point that out. By the way, there's so much. By the did you see all these Going back real quick, because I keep looking at these screen caps of all the receipts that the House has.
There's Juan. Juan's throwing it up for you on the scre at this simulcast. That's literally the Babylon Bee. But that's actually true. It is literally a true piece.
He has literally canceled elections because he said it's just not a good time. Uh Satire, but not. That's not that's true. That's what is so funny because you'll see these and you're waiting, and you'll know. Oh no, that one's real.
That's why satire is so great because it goes right up to the point of not being totally true. It's just a joke. But this isn't a joke. It's that's true. Ma'am.
So I I was looking at the uh I posted this link. If you get the email the newsletter for subscribers, then you should have Uh I do believe that I sent you the email about DHS. Uh 'cause it has the everything so much stuff is redacted in this, it's crazy. Right. Is redacted in all of these emails that they had.
All the secretary, all the government addresses. Woof. We um We got more to come. We also have today and stupidity on the way. I'm going to be on Fox Business later talking about the whole issue.
With uh the manifesto coming out of Nashville and how Nobody wanted it. All of a sudden, now nobody wants in the media really wants to talk about it.
So. Follow Dana on Apple, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts, because knowledge is your ultimate superpower. One of the things I convinced President Lad when I was vice president. I convinced the President to do, provide money for high high speed rail. Uh What?
Yeah. So he says, one of the things I convinced the president when I was vice president, I convinced the president to do. I guess he's talking about when he was with Obama. And he was vice president, right? Your guess is as good as mine.
Is he talking about now? Did he was he talking about himself in the third person? Like. I had to convince myself. These are everybody's questions, Dana.
Um yeah, I don't. I don't, um You know how often There's like audio that we Don't play on air because we're like, we don't even know what to say about this. This is so ridiculous. and sew over the top dumb. Just don't know.
Prob probably could have filed that in that filed it in with it. I think. I don't know, man. We should probably start turning this into like a game. Like, guess what he's talking about?
And you get some options. Or just, yeah, aggregate every single one, and then at the end of the year, release it on a. His greatest hits. And then have like a B side. I don't know, man.
It's all very. Interesting. Very interesting. Anyway, so. Shit Yeah, I just don't even know.
Now we have elections today, obviously. And This uh A lot of people are watching uh what's happening in in uh Virginia. And then we have issue one in Ohio. which is called the abortion access. Remember we talked to uh Ann McElenny Uh who did a really, really uh had a fantastic exhibit.
It's traveling. It's about the Gosnell evidence, the photos that were used in court that hadn't been seen before publicly. People are determining whether or not they're going to have abortion as birth control up until birth. in Ohio. And Democrats are looking at whether or not it's going to be something that they can use to mobilize people getting out in 2024.
It's issue one, and it it follows the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and they want to enshrine abortion rights if issue one passes.
So don't Don't do it. Don't pass it. I mean, that's exactly what it is. That is exactly what it is. And it goes way beyond the 15-week that the average American.
uh has come to a consensus on.
So that's what you're voting for. More of that Gosnell horror. Today in stupidity, King. Jabal Bowman, remember this guy? And by the way, Juan, this is cut four, just so you know.
Fire alarm Bowman. Yeah, fire alarm Bowman. This is what he said about Biden's disastrous economic policies. Guess who he blames? Listen to this.
Well to your point about the economy, that's a big point. Because no matter how much we're seeing the job growth and all of that, people are still struggling with affordability. And that's an issue we need to hold the Republican Party accountable for. What? But For what again?
The heck is he talking about? Yeah, no. I'll be on Fox Business in the 5 p.m. Central Hour talking about the Nashville Manifesto. Make sure you sign up for the newsletter over at Substack, chapter and verse.
Find us on YouTube, Facebook, like, and subscribe. I'll be back with you tomorrow. Have a great night.
