How can we help make stronger communities happen?
Well, at JPMorgan Chase, we invest in what's working, because when businesses can grow, that growth means more jobs for more people, and more goods that can go to more restaurants and main streets and schools in the communities we love. You hear me talk about this all the time. Obamacare was supposed to make healthcare more. Affordable? How's that working out? People are still getting crushed by the cost of health care insurance.
Maybe you are. Insurance companies are making greater profits, and while everything gets more expensive for you and your family, at some point you have to ask: Is there another way?
Well, there is. More than 1.7 million Americans have already chosen an alternative to traditional health insurance called health care sharing. The company I like is called We Share Health because they're a nonprofit and they're faith-based. It's a Christian organization. Their members pay up to 60 percent less than they would for traditional insurance and still get access to a nationwide PPO network and over a million physicians, plus unlimited telehealth.
With open enrollment around the corner, don't just renew. Blindly, do your own research. You have options. See what else is out there. Call one eight eight eight We Share to find out more and get a free quote in just minutes.
That's one eight eight eight We Share, or go to WeShareHealth dot org and take a look for yourself. We are back. Rebecca Heinrichs with us right now, America's foremost expert on foreign policy, Fox News contributor, senior fellow at the Hudson Institute. Rebecca, things are moving quick right now. We have Marco Rubio over.
We have Steve Wittkoff talking. And Jared Kushner talking to Zelensky and the Ukrainian side. I just found out we're going to have the President Zelensky on Fox and Friends tomorrow live. Oh, great! It's six thirty, so hopefully they'll give me some time with that.
But the president seems to have just tuned him out. He says Russia is not bad when it comes to Iran, and Russia is doing fine with Ukraine. That is blatantly not true. They're aiming for civilian targets. They are losing.
They are not winning the Donbas. They're losing so not a lot, but they're losing land.
So they're not going to take the Donbas. To get a peace deal, that's what they want. They want Ukraine to give up the Donbas. Yeah, so I think we should be really clear. And actually, Secretary Rubio has been clear on this point that the Donbas, the reason the Russians want it so much, is because it would give Russia the ability to have just a straight run through Ukraine.
Yeah, and it's the it's a very heavily fortified part of Ukraine that Ukraine has been able to hold. The Russians are unable to take it militarily. They haven't been able to take it since 2014 when they first invaded Ukraine and took. They can't take it, and so Zelensky can't give that up. If Zelensky were to give that up, I mean, he would be he'd there'd be a mutiny because of all of this blood and treasure.
He's not going to. He's not going to do. He can't do it. It's about the survival of Ukraine. It would be awful for the United States, by the way, because it wouldn't bring peace.
The Russians would just regroup and then take all of Ukraine. And of course, remember, Russia's ultimate goal is to push the United States out of Europe. It wants to carve up Europe. It's anti NATO and anti United States.
So that's the ultimate goal. Here, Zelensky can't do it. I was just when I was in Ukraine in May. One of the things that I learned there is that there is nobody in Ukraine. None of Zelensky's even political opponents that they would like to replace him want elections right now.
They can't do it in the middle of the war. And so, you know, this idea that Zelensky is the one standing in the way of peace, and if you replace him, you'll get somebody else in place. I mean, there can be no elections anyway. All right. Yeah.
So look, Zelensky should play smarter. If he's got a problem, the president said, "Call me directly." So he could be easily play the game a little bit better. But when you go out and you say these things, that's going to take people off. But I think his approach is correct. What he needs is interceptors.
He needs Patriots right now. And so far, if the Washington Post story is true, it looks like we're standing in the way of Europe handing over Patriots. Did you see that? Yeah, I did see that.
So this is. I hope that's not true. I hope that's not true. It would be just unforgivable on. Our side again, and it's not in our interests.
The pro peace strategy, the pro peace policy, is to pressure Russia. It is not to put any pressure on Ukraine. You want Ukraine to be doing well, and you want to be standing side by side with Ukraine in order to compel the Russians to stop. Zelensky has agreed with President Trump every time President Trump has said we need to have a ceasefire. And as soon as President Trump says that, it's the Russians that then turn around and hit Ukrainian infrastructure.
Another important. Point here too on this is Russia isn't just hitting Ukrainian targets. Russia is deliberately, systematically hitting American businesses in Ukraine. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine has been clear that even as late as, I mean, as recent as September, Russia is hitting American businesses in Ukraine in order to try to capitulate the unite get the United States to capitulate.
So, I mean, look, this is I did not know that. This first time I'm hearing this. Oh, it's a major issue. I mean, we think that you think that if you're American. You're safe in Ukraine.
They're they're deliberately targeting us to try to get the United States to to capitulate and to get us to force Ukrainians to surrender. But yeah, the the Russians are supporting Iran also in Iran's efforts, obviously, to target U.S. forces in the region too. Yeah.
So the U.S. President Zelensky on how Vladimir Putin is interpreting the fact that he's allowed to sell diesel cut thirty nine. Big support for Putin. He feels victory with sanctions, and this old deal, and then Sterling between us. We have to be very honest.
So we always thankful bipartisan support, but with Sterling, it's not the support. Really, is I mean, this for today. It's more supportive for Russian aggression, especially for their strikes against our civilians, against our energy projects. And we are afraid that the question of Russian gas will be raised, and also the question of frozen assets. This diesel deal is very dangerous.
It doesn't have influence on the real influence on the price in the United States. We understand that the price is because of blocking of Ormos.
So that's affecting the price of oil more. We all know that. Yeah, I mean, if look, there's a couple of things here that I'm thinking about. One, Ukraine hitting the refineries in Russia. Ukraine has been doing that, and as it's been doing that, there has been no correlation between an increase of price in diesel in the United States, just relative to the the overall.
So, as I heard from somebody negotiating in the oil deal, said the day that. Since they hit so many refineries, the Russians say we're no longer exporting diesel. They said the price went up thirty percent. Is that not true? You mean globally?
Yeah.
I mean that that might be. I'm talking those specifically. If you just look at like the the farmers that are hurting, and so like specifically, I mean, I don't know. I've had to look at that trajectory. The last I saw is because the Russians have taken off.
But if that were true, Brian, though, that would have to do with Russian sanctions too, because Russia is not supposed to be exporting any any energy anyway, and they're buying it from India and China. India and China and Brazil are buying from them. Yeah, I mean, what I saw the the chart is is that look, there's been no direct correlation as Zelensky with Ukraine has been hitting oil refineries directly in Russia with the immediate price in the United States. I mean, the problem is it's a global commodity, and we've got problems everywhere, including in the Strait of Hormuz, and so that's the that's the effect there.
So, I mean, my what I like, you know, the idea is that the United States should be focused on deregulating And do other things to export more oil ourselves, and that way you can affect the price. But, but I want to get back to the other issue about what Zelensky is saying, though. Too, Zelensky can't stop hitting those refineries unless he gets some other military advantage, because that would just kill Ukraine to stop hitting the very thing that's hurting the Russians. It is hurting the Russians domestically. It's causing long oil lines, you know, long lines at the gas pump inside Russia.
It's bringing the fight to Russia, so the Russian people. People understand that their government is causing this pain domestically. That's why Zelensky is focused on the refineries. If he needs to pause doing that for for the for what the what President Trump wants right now, he's got to be able to get some other military advantage.
So it's got to come in the form of interceptors, missile defense interceptors from Europe, or from the United States, which we've got a shortage, and so it's going to come from Europe. Europe has them, by the way. Or they need to have what Chairman Roger Wicker of the Senate Armed Services Committee, Republican, Said, which is why not give Ukraine more access to Star Shield, the military component of Starlink, further into Russian territory, so that Ukraine can hit deeper inside Russia and hit the launchers that Russia is using to hit inside Ukraine. It has to have something so that it can it can preserve itself. Hi everyone, it's Brian Kilmeade here.

So yeah, this is the story that Scott Besson must not have known because he said over the weekend the European allies should stop buying energy if they're going to condemn us. And number two is they they should lend them some patriots. And today the story in the New York Post says delays in approving transfers from partner countries coincide with the worsening rupture of Zelensky. The Trump administration has not approved the transfer of interceptor missiles to Ukraine that are needed to protect the country.
So, there's. If this story is true, that means we're preventing Europe from sending interceptors. I mean, right? If if that is true, and I certainly hope it's not, um, it's not going to bring peace for those who argue that this is the way to peace. I mean, this is like Munich with Chamberlain forcing the Czechs to surrender the Sudetenland, um, which did not bring peace.
It was appeasement, and then we had a Second World War.
So, I mean, it would be a disaster. I mean, the way to peace is to stand with our European allies, and by the way, on On the Europeans buying Russian energy, the beauty of Trump One's Russia policy is that it opposed Nord Stream Two, which brought Russian energy into Europe. Remember that was Angela Merkel of Germany; that was her big disaster. One of the first things I heard that Nord Stream Two was when President Trump brought it up. Yeah, said, "What are you doing?
I'm supposed to watch your back, and you're cutting an oil, you're cutting an oil deal, a pipeline." So Trump One had it right, and it was the Biden administration that authorized. North Stream two and released sanctions, and so the way to peace is not increase dependency on Russian energy. It's to get more sovereign European countries working with the United States. There are really two big culprits in Europe that are a problem: it's Hungary and Slovakia that continue to buy Russian energy, and then you have French buying LNG. Even with Orban out, they're still buying energy.
Well, so it's been quick. They're going to stop. I mean, the idea is to stop, but it was Orban. It was like gangbusters buying Russian energy. He's a Russian asset.
That's the the the new administration is going to be much much better, much different, but still. But that that's the issue. But but Europe has actually moved in the right direction because of pressure from the Trump administration and because of Russia's full scale invasion of Ukraine. They are getting off of Russian energy.
So that that's the ticket. The ticket is for the U.S. to lead the West and get off of dependencies on Russia and China, for that matter. Big question. Last minute, Rebecca.
Heinrich, do you believe that after November third, no matter how Republicans do? The president goes back with the IDF and finishes off Iran. I certainly hope so. I mean, look—you the the best thing that we can do is stand beside the allies that are actually willing to fight for their own territory, their own sovereignty, and security against our shared adversaries. I mean, who has been better at that than the Israeli government, the IDF?
And remember, the the IRGC has been severely degraded. I mean, what Admiral Cooper has done with U.S. Central Command. To degrade the the Iranian military is remarkable, but there's there's too many IRGC leaders that are still in power, and we got we got to go after them. And Israel would be the great ally to do it with.
Absolutely, Rebecca Heinrich. Thanks so much, Stuart Varney.
