As we said in the report, our findings were sobering. I can tell you, having spent 40 years plus as a federal prosecutor, they are particularly sobering to me. A number of my colleagues who have spent decades in the FBI themselves.

They were sobering. While I'm encouraged by some of the reforms that have been implemented by the FBI, the problems identified in this report, anybody who actually reads the report and the details of the report. The documented portions of the report, I think, would find that. The problems identified in the report are not susceptible to overnight fixes. As we said in the report, they cannot be addressed solely by enhancing training or additional policy requirements.

Rather, what is required is accountability. That was Special Counsel John Durham testifying today before the House Oversight Committee. Welcome to the Dana Show. I'm obviously not Dana. She's off today.

But it is me, Rich Zioli from WPHD in Philadelphia, back with you again on a super busy Newsday.

So we got John Durham testifying about the Crossfire Hurricane. Uh investigation. And he actually just came out and said a few moments ago, he's had numerous FBI agents come up and apologize to him over the handling of Crossfire Hurricane. This was a big, yeah, this is, of course, the Russia gate, Russia investigation, the Russia hoax. And also, too, on the Senate side of the Capitol, we have Riley Gaines testifying about the need to protect women's athletics and keep it only for women.

And she made a very interesting point. She said. She's not against transgender athletes playing sports. She's just against them playing outside of their biological gender. And that is a very key point, you know, because you have to protect women's athletics.

She also answered a comment from Dick Durbin, who's a snarky little guy. And Dick Durbin's comment to her basically was, you know, how do you atone for all of the hatred towards the LGBTQ plus plus IA, every letter of the alphabet community? And she came out and she said, well, how do you answer for women and the women who are being, you know, second-class citizens here from men? You know, how do you answer for that? It was a very good exchange.

There's been a lot going on today. It's a busy day. Also, we're still clearly reeling in the Hunter-Biden sweetheart deal. A few moments before I came on the air today, I saw something that was pretty interesting. You know, I mentioned to you yesterday, for a lot of people, they viewed this as a sweetheart deal.

That's one way to put it. Although I think this is the Justice Department doing a major cover-up here, because now they will continue to stonewall. the Congressional Committee trying to look into Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. But Kodak Black, who's a rapper, his lawyer slammed the Hunter-Biden plea deal after the rapper was sentenced to three plus years for the same crime. That's right.

The attorney for the rapper questioned the different outcomes for his client and the president's son. He was a hip-hop artist, Kodak Black, who was charged with the same federal weapons crime as Hunter Biden, sentenced over three years in prison. And Come on. He said there's no such thing as not getting jail time on a gun charge of any kind of gun charge, said Bradford Cohen, the criminal defense attorney for Kodak Black. He told that to Fox News Digital in an interview.

The Justice Department announced Tuesday, of course, that Hunter Biden. We'll get a slap on the wrist, enter into a pre-trial diversion agreement. with this possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user or addicted to a controlled substance, which he was both, obviously. He said in an Instagram post reaching his uh his I think he's got several million people following him on Instagram. Two tiers of justice.

Kodak was charged for the same crime, got over three years. Hunter Biden will not serve a day. Does it feel right? Do FBI agents and federal authorities take cases personally? See, back in 2019, he was 22 years old at the time.

He had had prior convictions. He was sentenced to more than three years of federal prison after pleading guilty to weapons charges. He admitted that he falsified information on federal forms to buy four firearms from a Miami-area gun shop on two separate occasions. He was pardoned and had his 46-month sentence commuted in 2021 by then President Donald Trump. His attorney said the DOJ's plea deal with the younger Biden is out of step with a prosecutor's typical treatment on federal gun crimes, especially when they involve public figures.

He said, I've never seen anyone where this offense was charged and they didn't get some sort of prison sentence, he said. And in fact, most of the time in federal court, you very rarely see people get anything but a prison sentence. Yeah. Cohen noted the case involved actress Felicity Huffman, who was charged and sentenced to two weeks in prison as part of a college admissions scandal in which she paid to boost her daughter's admission into college. He said, so in this Felicity Huffman case, to give the woman two weeks in prison.

You know that you actually have to surrender yourself, going for two weeks, change your clothes out to all this stuff for literally 14 days, and this guy gets absolutely nothing. I've never seen it happen. A federal crime is supposed to be a federal crime. And federal crimes are supposed to be very serious federal crimes. And that's why you look at prison sentences, he said.

And then he blasted the inclusion of this diversion program that Hunter Biden's allowed to enter, which of course is a form of pretrial sentencing aimed at remedying the behavior that led to the offense. He said, this was extremely rare in these kinds of federal cases. And I shared that with you yesterday from Brett Tolman, who was a former U.S. attorney. He was tweeting all day about this, going on about the numbers of people that actually wind up going to prison over these kinds of things.

And as you can imagine, it's a lot of people, it's most everybody. Everybody who isn't named Hunter Biden. They don't get these kind of deals. In fact, they actually have to charge to the maximum that they think they can get under the law. That's what the Ashcroft memo says.

And the attorney for the hip-hop artist continued, he said, I think that this is like, you know, they figured the easiest way for them to save face was to charge him, not give him prison, and then hope that Joe doesn't give him a pardon until he's on his way out two years.

So they got a couple of years of probation out of them. what he said. Probably not wrong on that point, right?

So on my uh On my drive into work. Yesterday, I was thinking about this from the perspective of what would happen to any number of people who are in my city of Philadelphia who are arrested for gun crimes. And what I've realized, of course, is that in Philadelphia, we have a very woke district attorney. His name is Larry Krasner. This guy lets everybody go.

And this guy has been. letting people go with illegal gun crimes and then at the same time they're screaming about the gun violence crisis in the city. Of course, the gun violence crisis is being led by criminals who are using illegal firearms and you should prosecute those people and put them behind bars. Every person who supports the Second Amendment believes that. In the federal government's case, they make a point of doing that because they want to send a message about guns, especially when you have a Democrat administration.

So what happened here to Hunter Biden was absolutely giving him a hard pass on this, no question about it. And I think that everybody should see that and everybody should understand what we're dealing with in this country. You have a two-tier system of justice. You've heard that a number of times the last couple of days. But I think it's bigger than that.

I don't think it's actually a system of justice when it comes to politicians. There's a system of justice when it comes to everyday people. If you have money, you can afford good attorneys, your chances are much better than somebody who can't. We've always known that. That's not a surprise.

That's really more of a two-tier system of justice. If you can afford the dream team of attorneys like O.J. Simpson, you're going to be okay. You know, if you got to get the free defender over at the courthouse, you may not be as good. That's always been the case, but now we're dealing with something else in our politics, which is very much more like a police state in the sense that if you look at throughout history, totalitarian regimes have always used their federal law enforcement for political purposes.

And a lot of it is the stuff you think of. You know, intimidating the citizens to never try to leave. That's a big part of it. You know, East Germany, you can't leave. Don't even try to leave because it won't end well for you.

And of course, don't speak out against the state. Those are all the things that come to mind very quickly. And of course, prosecuting political enemies. And also making sure that the law does not apply to the people who are in power. That is what a police state does.

In tyrannical regimes across the world, throughout history, they have always used law enforcement for political purposes. In our country, it was always supposed to be separate.

Now that has not really been the case. You go back to when J. Ergerhoover ran the FBI and he was using psychological warfare against Martin Luther King, but spying on people like Aretha Franklin and Spying on the Kennedys, and there's all kinds of instances of that. But in this case, what we're dealing with right now is we see a very politicized Department of Justice engaging in the kind of tactics that you typically see in third world regimes or tyrannical regimes, which is they go after their political enemies and they use the justice system to help their friends. And that's what happened here.

And it's a damn shame. Here is a flashback to Hunter Biden. And I guess the question is, is he right? Is he actually right in this sense? Has he been cleared?

Cut four. I'm cooperating completely and I am absolutely certain, 100% certain, that at the end of the investigation that I will be cleared. The question is, is he right? Because he's been cleared in a way from when it comes to any links to his father and any links to getting money from Burisma, Ukraine, China. And the U.S.

Attorney from Delaware says the investigation is ongoing. But as I told you yesterday when I was filling in for Dana, that's only to stonewall the Republicans in Congress who are looking to investigate and keep this going. James Comer and his committee. Jim Jordan, these guys, it is designed to stonewall them by saying, sorry, the investigation's still going.

Now, this is an interesting point, too. Hunter Biden's lawyer, Christopher Clark. About the laptop, the Hunter Biden laptop. which was of course at the center of 2020. You remember that.

He comes into this Delaware computer repair shop in Wilmington. It's this computer shop owned by this guy, John Paul Mac Isaac. And his whole life, John Paul Mac Isaac's life has been destroyed ever since. Hunter leaves the laptop there. John Paul Mack Isaac, as was written in the contract, now the laptop's his.

He goes through it. He finds all this stuff. He calls the FBI. The FBI comes and takes the Hunter-Biden laptop away in 2019. In 2020, we're told it's Russian disinformation.

51 former national security deep state ghouls all signed this letter saying as much. Yeah. And then we find out the Hunter Biden laptop is real. And that the FBI had it the entire time and set the stage for it to be called Russian disinformation. on social media.

We know that from the Twitter files with Matt Taibbi. Who exposed all that? The FBI comes to Twitter and Facebook and says something big is coming in the fall. from some foreign adversary, so they set the table for that, for it to be Russian disinformation. The question is Did federal investigators ever look into the laptop?

Cut six. Do you have any idea if Hunter Biden's laptop had anything to do with this investigation? Was it used? I don't. No, I don't.

I mean, have you ever asked about it? I can't recall being asked about it, to be honest with you. But. There's nothing about the the situation that's being That's been filed, that has a thing to do with the laptop. Why not?

I don't know. You'd have to ask the prosecutors. I mean, I'd like to ask the prosecutors. I would. I think everybody would like to ask the prosecutors.

The laptop seemed to contain a lot of evidence that pointed to Joe Biden. Is that why the laptop never came up in the course of the investigation? The files on the laptop Well, I think you know the answer to that. But that's what I mean in terms of this country being a police state now. And it's not hyperbole, it really isn't.

I studied political philosophy. I mean, that's what you understand about tyrannical regimes. A police state is used for political purposes, the law enforcement aspect of it, to not even ask about the laptop. Really? To not look into the Hunter Biden laptop, I mean, are you kidding me?

Are you kidding me? All right, we have a lot to get to today. We're going to talk about Durham. We're going to talk about Riley Gaines. We're going to talk about the latest assault on the Second Amendment.

There's so much to get to here on the Dana Show with me, Rich Zioli from WPHD in Philadelphia. And for my friend Dana Lash, we're coming right back. So as we continue along here on the show, I think about what everyone is talking about with the submarine, by the way. I'm still watching that. They're saying there's about, it's not a submarine, it's a submersible. They're saying there's about 24 hours of breathable oxygen left. It's terrifying.

I talked to a Navy guy yesterday on my show back in Philly. Uh just to imagine that I'm claustrophobic.

So this would be I'd be freaking out. I'm sure they're all probably freaking out the people in this submersible, but I don't know, they're looking at an area right now the size of, larger than the state of Connecticut, and I guess they heard some tapping noises, but that doesn't necessarily mean that. It's below the surface, and that the noise has reached the top. It could have come actually from miles away, is what I heard also. And you got the Coast Guard involved, the Navy's involved, everybody's trying, they got the National Guard involved from several states.

Everyone is really putting on an all-out effort here to try to find this. The problem, though, is. They can't even open. There's no hatch to open.

So if they were somehow able to make it to the surface. If they were tangled up in a net or something like that, and they were able to somehow magically break free, and they hit the surface of the water. There's not even a way for them to open anything. The way the submersible is built. There's a small window.

I imagine they would probably try to break the glass. I don't know if they could. I probably not, given the fact that it's meant to withstand. 400. Pounds per square inch of pressure at the bottom of the ocean where the Titanic is.

So, probably not. And so that's the other concern: is that even if it were to make surface, they still have to find it bobbing on the surface of the water. It's about the size of a minivan. before the air runs out. And then if they are able to locate it on the floor of the ocean, which is probably more likely where it is, given that they've covered such tremendous searches and it's easier to find stuff on top of the water, obviously, than in the water, below the surface.

How do you get it up to the surface is the question. How do you physically get it up to the surface, this submersible? And that is a question that nobody really has an answer to. You know, they have cranes, but you'd have to have the crane there, and then you could be hundreds of miles off. course of where the crane needs to be.

to drop down. If you imagine kind of those claw games you used to play as kids, my kids still love to play when we go to arcades, the claw drops down, you try to grab something and pull it up, it would kind of be like that, basically. But there's no other way to get the submersible to the surface of the ocean if they are able to locate it.

So it is a very terrifying situation. I mean, I can't even imagine what these people are going through there. My heart just goes out to them. A lot of prayer is being sent their way. Hard to believe, right?

That you pay money for something like that, and then you think to yourself. It's gonna be safe, right? Yeah. Not so much. All right, this is the Dana show.

We get a lot to talk about. Durham, Riley Gaines defending the rights of women. To me, Rich, Zeoli Infin for Dana. Big show ahead. Don't go away.

When you see judicial rot running rampant in American companies embracing insanity and wokery, you gotta fight back. Starting with the way that we spend our money.

Welcome back. Glad you are here today. It's me, Rich Zioli from Talk Radio 1210 WPHD in Philadelphia, one of Dana's many affiliates across the country. Great to hang out with you. Riley Gaines is a very brave young woman, she really is.

She is going out there defending the rights of women to play athletics, which is amazing that we have to even have this conversation in this day and age. I think about it. I have two young daughters.

So I have a six-year-old and a three-year-old. My son is eight and a half. I always points out as and a half. You know, he was going to say that. Uh I think about what it would be like for them in the future.

To sacrifice along the way, to be on a team, to give up things. Like you take a girl as a swimmer, for example, a collegiate-level swimmer. She has been swimming probably since she was as young as my daughter's. The entire year. There's no taking off for winter.

You got to go to an indoor pool. You're swimming nonstop. You're giving up trips. You're giving up weekends. You're giving up a lot of fun to be a disciplined.

precision athlete to be the best of the best. It's not easy. It's not an easy feat. Then you get there, you make it, you're playing on a team, you're swimming on a team, competitive, NCAA, Division I, and a biological male. beats you in the pool.

Because a biological male has certain physical advantages from having testosterone coursing through his veins since he turned into a man from a boy when he entered puberty. It's not fair. And the thing about this issue in particular is... The overwhelming, overwhelming majority of people agree with me, and probably you. that this is wrong.

We are talking about a very small segment of the population that thinks this is okay. And for whatever reason, the modern-day left has abandoned women. completely given up on women's rights, and has gone down the road of embracing this as a cause for them. And I think the reason for that is if you look at something James Carville said years ago, he said, you know, the Democrat Party today has become the party of the faculty lounge and coastal elites. It's no longer a coalition of blue-collar workers and Southern, uh, southern religious types and The Democrat Party has become the party of the faculty lounge.

What do they think of in the faculty lounge on this issue?

Well, they'll sit there and tell you how absolutely you can be born in the wrong physical sex that does not conform to your gender and that science is way off on this whole thing about biology. And you should be able to get the finest drugs and the finest treatments, the finest surgical procedures to amputate pieces of your body or add pieces to your body. that money can buy. paid for by the taxpayers. And that's what they think in the faculty lounge.

But the average mom and dad. At the pool on a Saturday morning when their little girl is in the water, practicing, training, competing. They think this is ridiculous. And that's the test right there. That's the test.

Go up and just ask random people. I have two friends who are both involved in a swimming organization. And I would say both of these women are politically. Center One of them possibly leaning center left, the other one possibly leaning center right, but they're kind of all over the place on this issue. They've They both vote Democrat.

They both said to me This is ridiculous that we are allowing this to occur. This is ridiculous that we are playing this game. It's ridiculous that we are engaging in this fantasy here and putting these young women at such a disadvantage. It's not fair. And then there's a whole other issue, too, which is the spaces.

the private spaces that women used to enjoy, locker rooms, for example, bathrooms, sorority houses. There is a big case going through the courts right now of a number of young women at a Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority house where they have a biological male who's become a sister. and is living in the house and they don't feel safe. And the dude walks around sporting a, you know, what a lot of times, and they're uncomfortable. They don't like it.

They don't feel safe. And there was a time when making a young woman on college campus feel safe was job number one, it was a priority. Representing women, fighting for women's rights, fighting for women's equality, that was job number one. of the Democrats. Not anymore.

They have abandoned that to serve an incredibly minute constituency of very vocal. loudmouth whack jobs. And they are incredibly loudmouthed. screaming at the top of their lungs, but that doesn't mean they have the numbers. That doesn't mean they have the numbers.

Not at all. It in fact it Too often in politics, we think certain things are real. Not me, but you know, I think politicians do. And they go, oh, I got five tweets on that. It must be symbolic of the country or something like that.

In this case, the Democrat Party hears from very angry people about this issue. How dare you not allow my transgender daughter? male, to compete on this team and thinks that that's what everybody thinks. And this is also permeating into corporate America. Corporations are hiring a lot of these woke college kids from colleges that have the same philosophy as the faculty lounge that James Carville was talking about.

And they work at these corporations and they think everybody thinks like them. And then, lo and behold, you get the Bud Light problem. You get the Target problem with the tucking bathing suits. And then only after it's rejected by the consumer at the marketplace do the corporations turn around and go, okay, so I guess being woke is not the profitability champion we thought it was going to be. There's another thing driving this too, of course, and that's the ESG scores, environmental, social governance scores that a lot of these companies are striving for to impress people like BlackRock, so that BlackRock will give them more funding.

there's other entities out there and then also so that they can participate in the state pension plans. Like in my state, I broadcast out of Philadelphia. I technically live in New Jersey, in South Jersey, and my idiot governor who thinks he's a king, he won't allow, for example, in the state pension plans any firearms manufacturers. Any oil companies. I mean, forget that these companies might be profitable.

It might be good for the employees who are on the state pension plan in the future. And then the taxpayers would have to bail them out if they're not. Doesn't matter. Environmental, social governance.

So these companies do this. You have this dichotomy here. You have them doing this in the marketplace, and it's rejected, roundly rejected. By the consumer at the point of contact, walking into Target and saying, I cannot believe you have rainbow polyamory onesies. And tucking bathing suits for little boys so that they can hide their little boy parts.

So that some whackjob mother can pretend like her son is a girl. And they're rejecting this. Bud Light goes down the road of Dylan Mulvaney, and the consumers say, Okay, you hate me? Fine. You hate me that I'm, as you describe it, a fratty white guy.

Well, then I'm not going to drink your beer anymore. It's not that good anyway.

So forget you. They lose 26% of their market share. They cannot recover. They might be forever doomed. They may never be able to rebound that brand.

But the companies do it at the corporate level because they think everybody thinks like the woke faculty room does. And we want the ESG scores.

So this has been a wake-up call to a lot of them, but they're not going to change. Because fundamentally, they don't want to change because they don't like you, they don't like me. You're listening to talk radio, you're the problem, we're the problem. Hell, I'm a host. I'm really the problem.

So then you have a woman like Riley Gaines who speaks out because at Penn State, you have this. Transgender swimmer named Leah Thomas, the biological male. was an okay swimmer. then decides to Embrace being a Person who identifies as a woman. You don't become a woman, so I don't want to use that language, but identifies that way and then is allowed on the team and starts swimming and beating people and getting records.

And Riley Gain says this is wrong. A number of the women on the swim team were terrified to speak out. They were told they couldn't speak out. They were worried about getting canceled, getting thrown off the team. Hell, getting expelled from college.

I mean, a lot of them were. They were worried they get kicked off campus. Political correctness is not just a term saying the nice things at parties. Politically correct is when again, we go back to tyrannical regimes and police states. It's literally what the state will allow you to say.

And if you don't say those things or you don't conform to that, you could go to jail. You know, try speaking out about something in East Germany and see how well that goes over with the Stasi.

So, political correct is a term that we throw around today. It's very, not very PC or something like that, but in certain countries around the world, that meant jail, it meant fines, it meant banishment. You could just be gone one day saying the wrong thing. China still acts that way. I mean, think of the scientists around COVID in the Wuhan lab.

One dude just falls off a roof. A scientist just falls off the roof for the Wuhan Institute of Virology one day. Right. Other doctors just go missing. But they were saying things that were not politically correct to the regime, and that's what happens.

In this case. It's not, it hasn't gone that far yet. Although we are definitely going down the road of hate speech codes, no question about it. The Attorney General of New Jersey, this guy is named Matt Platkin. And he put out a tweet yesterday.

Again, this is the... This is the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey. who put out a tweet. And in the tweet, he goes on about pronouns. He puts a chart out there and he says, gender pronouns make a difference.

Using correct pronouns is a way of respecting gender identity. Here's a quick summary, hashtag PrideMonth, and it goes on about gender pronouns. She, her, hers, he, him, his, they, them, theirs, zer, ziers. Z, that's new to me. If someone introduces themselves without their pronouns, don't be afraid to ask about pronunciation.

Z Zer Zirs. And you're supposed to ask, respect, and then, oops, everybody makes mistakes. If you use the wrong pronoun, don't make a big deal about it. Just apologize quickly, correct yourself, and move on. Ask me about my pronouns.

So we are going down the road of eventually this will become a crime. I have no doubt about it in my mind. It's already a crime in Canada. It's already a crime in the United Kingdom. But in the United States of America, for now, you just get canceled.

You know, you get kicked off the swim team. You get thrown off campus. You lose your job. You lose your standing in the community. And that's enough for people to make them quiet.

So, for a young woman like Riley Gaines who goes out there and speaks out about this. you understand the courage and all she's saying is please Understand. Women deserve to be able to compete and they deserve safe spaces. This is a little bit of Riley Games Cut 21. In addition to being forced to give up our awards and our titles and our opportunities, The NCAA forced me and my female swimmers to swim to share a locker room with Thomas.

Yeah. A six-foot-four twenty-two-year-old male equipped with and exposing male genitalia. Um Let me be clear about this. We were not forewarned we would be sharing a locker room. No one asked for our consent and we did not give our consent.

And I'll set the scene, a swimming locker room is not a place of modesty. You're undressing, you're fully exposed. And we were forced to take off our swimsuit in front of a man who was doing the exact same thing. If nothing else, I truly hope how you can see this as a violation of our right to privacy and how some of us have felt uncomfortable, embarrassed, and even traumatized by this experience. Yeah, I mean my heart goes out to her.

So now again think about that mom and dad You've watched your little girl work her entire life, giving up weekends, family vacations, in the middle of winter, it's freezing cold out. She's going to the pool, indoors, obviously, to go swim, to practice her entire career. She gets to college, she's accepted on the team, she's so happy. She's worked so hard, sacrificed, and loses to a biological male. How do you get mom and dad feel?

You think they're okay with this in the name of political correctness? No, because they don't think like the faculty lounge. America doesn't think this is okay. And there was a time the Democrat Party stood for protecting women and their rights and their ability as athletes to compete, and they've abandoned that. in the name of a very small group of people who are incredibly loud.

Because the Democrat Party today has become the party of the faculty lounge. You're no longer the party of the blue-collar workers. You know why? Because blue-collar workers, first of all, are appalled at the fact that the student loans of these very same people in the faculty lounge are going to get paid off. And a lot of these blue-collar guys and gals did not even go to college, and their daughters are the ones I'm talking about.

And they think it's ridiculous that the Democrat Party would let a biological male walk around in the locker room with their little girl. Or live in a sorority house with their little girl. They think it's wrong because it is wrong. And they're right on this issue. Overwhelmingly.

This is the Dana Show. It's me, Rich Zioli, Infordana. We got a lot to talk about today. John Durham's testimony, it's a busy one. Don't go away.

Today's an important day, by the way. Very important day. I don't know if you realize this, it's June 21st. Summer solstice. First day of summer, longest day of the year, and also the end of our time.

That's right. Greta Tunberg. The little young climate activist who apparently now may be going to jail at some point, she tweeted out 11:18 a.m. June 21st. 2018.

Quote A top climate scientist is warning that climate change will wipe out all of humanity unless we stop using fossil fuels over the next Five years. Five years ago today. The prediction, the world will end by Greta Thunberg, 1118 a.m., June 21st, 2018. And here we are.

So it's possible the day is not over yet.

So before you get all cocky and think, okay, I got this, you know, you always live every day like it's your last. I believe that in life. Day is not over yet. I can't tell you what's going to happen in the next couple hours, but at this moment in time, at least, you might be safe. You might be.

Possibly. I think it was AOC who also predicted, what'd you say, seven years at one point?

So we might, maybe it's, maybe it's six years. Maybe by this time next year, we'll all be dead. It's possible. Who knows? Hard to say.

I do know that the climate change lunatics are now coming for your pets. They're also putting climate change on the menu at hospitals. I don't like this. I got to go in for surgery in a couple weeks. And I'm not excited about this because they say here the story from the American.

Medical Association, hospitals put climate change on the menu. U.S. hospitals feed millions of patients, staff, and visitors annually with no small environmental impact. All along the food chain, from trucking to trashing, hospitals are stepping up to better protect the planet. Oh yeah.

The role that food plays in helping or harming the planet, for example, 34% of greenhouse gas emissions worldwide are food-related, according to a 2021 Nature Food article. What's more, healthcare has a significant environmental footprint. If the global healthcare sector were a country, it would be the fifth largest contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, and a large chunk of hospitals' environmental impact comes from their food services. All that wonderful, delicious hospital food, mmm, the finest chicken broth you can find anywhere. You know, the left is also, the climate left kukery, they're also slaughtering cows in Ireland.

Yes. They're killing cows in Ireland, which is stupid because people love to eat beef. And so what's gonna happen is Brazil, for example, will see an increase in the number of people that want to buy Brazilian beef. because Irish beef, which is some of the most loved around the world, will go down. There'll be less supply.

The demand is still going to be there. And then you're going to have to cut down more rainforests to let more cows grow, excuse me, graze in Brazil, for example.

So that's actually going to make climate change worse, according to the doomsday sayers who say the rainforest destruction will lead to the end of the world. There's always an unintended consequence with all this stuff. No doubt about it. But the one thing I do know though Is that they will continue to lie and scare people about climate change. Their main goal here is to make everybody vegan.

Not because they care about life. They don't, obviously. But that's the goal. And you see that in New York City now, too. Mayor Eric Adams, who's a vegan, is now using policy.

to try to get New York City to embrace veganism. By buying less meat, the city buys less meat, they serve less meat. If you're in jail and you start to have to eat an impossible burger or something like that, or impossible whopper, whatever it is, that's not a fun place to be. I mean, jail's not fun anyway, but then you have to eat vegan food. That's even worse.

But of course, you could, if you're a male, just identify as a woman and go to a woman's prison, which could make it more fun, I guess, which is also happening. I think I shared that with you yesterday on the show. Anyway, John Durham has testified today in front of the House Oversight Committee. I'll tell you what he said in the next hour and why it is that, yes, FBI agents are apologizing to him over Crossfire Hurricane. This is the Dana Show.

We're coming right back. Want to win a free laptop? A name will be randomly chosen in a week.

Good luck. And thank you for tuning in to Tech It Out on your favorite podcast platform. John Durham testified today in front of the House. He had a lot to say, including that FBI agents are apologizing to him. Welcome to the Dana Show.

It's great to be with you this afternoon. It's Rich Zioli from WPHD in Philadelphia, one of Dana's many affiliates around the country. By the way, the United States Coast Guard Captain Jamie Frederick is briefing right now on the search for the submersible. He says it is an incredibly complex search operation. And of course they haven't located it yet.

The search area bigger than the state of Canada. But they are twice the size of the state of I'm sorry, the state of Canada, the state of Connecticut, twice the size of the state of Connecticut. And You know, that's the latest on that. They're doing this briefing right now. If anything breaks, I'll, of course, bring you any updates on the situation throughout the afternoon.

John Durham. Wrote the Durham report and I I think that the finding in the Durham report Was very telling about just how much the government in the United States of America, the law enforcement division of government, engaged in politics in 2016 with this crossfire hurricane investigation. There were two goals here. The first goal was to stop a person named Donald Trump from being elected to the presidency. That was, of course, Carter Page, the spying on him, George Papadopoulos.

Spying on him, the abuse of the FISA court. And then when Trump became president, it was to try to stop his presidency. Remember when Peter struck and his friend, his girlfriend, Lisa Page. They were texting back and forth. He can't become president.

Don't worry, we won't let him. We'll stop him. These are people in the FBI and the Department of Justice talking about stopping a man from becoming the president of the United States, an American citizen.

So, when I tell you we live in a police state, it's not hyperbole. I'm not exaggerating. I'm not saying it for the sake of saying it, I'm saying because it's true. You would imagine that people in law enforcement would never in their mind imagine engaging in this kind of stuff. But they did.

None of them got in trouble. There was no accountability. Nobody got in trouble for this. That's the amazing part about this. When their efforts to stop Donald Trump from being elected president failed, they then tried to completely handicap his presidency to take him down.

The thinking was If we can prove that he's a Russian agent, I mean, they can't prove it, but if we can make everybody believe that. There'll be enough Republicans who will break away from him. Remember, we're using Russia for a reason here. Big bad Russia. from the Cold War, our sworn enemy.

And the idea that Russia may have their guy in the White House is something too much for Republicans to just bear.

So they'll join in with Democrats and they'll remove this guy from office. I think that was their thinking. And what Durham exposed in his report is that there was never any evidence. for the FBI to go down this road. There never was.

You had a desire from people. Who wanted to stop Trump? But you never had evidence. You never had evidence of an actual crime. You never had evidence there was actual Russian collusion.

And think about the cost of the taxpayers, too. We're talking about a cost of the taxpayers of $100 million, maybe. When you add you add it all in. Add it all in, add it all up. And you turn around and you go, it's a lot of money was spent going after Donald Trump.

The FBI crossfire hurricane investigators had a clear personal bias and ignored red flags. That's what John Durham testified to today. He defended his probe into the FBI's crossfire hurricane investigation, which, of course, Democrats are completely mocking as being pointless and useless. Oh, of course, there was Russian collusion. And for John Durham to look into this, this is ridiculous, blah, blah, blah.

What John Durham has exposed, he found troubling violations of law and policy, as well as bias among key officials. The report determined the FBI investigation into alleged allegations of collusion between Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign and Russia was improperly opened. He found several examples of the agency mishandling the investigation once it was opened. The special counsel added that in the intervening years, FBI employees have come to him and apologized for the agency's conduct. Quote, I have had any number of FBI agents I've worked with over the years, some of them retired, some of them still in place, who have come to me and apologized for the manner in which that investigation was undertaken.

I take that seriously. These are good, hardworking people, the majority of the FBI. He said the American people ought to pay attention to his report because of the violations of civil liberties. While the agencies still serve vital national security interests, Durham said, responsibility for the failures and transgressions rests with the people who committed them here. And I'll tell you, where are the civil libertarians on the left?

Where are they? The only people who give a damn about civil liberties in this day and age now are conservatives and libertarians, and that's it. Nobody on the left cares. You know, the FBI is engaged in politics, the FBI is spying on American citizens, the FBI is abusing the FISA Act, the FBI is engaging in this stuff. They don't care as long as it's directed at Trump.

You know, if Trump's Department of Justice had gone after Joe Biden in this way, well, of course, we'd have nonstop coverage of this, and you'd hear from the ACLU and all these other fake, phony civil libertarians coming out and screaming. But when it's done to Trump and his people, they don't say a word. The Bill of Rights was completely abused by these people. The Bill of Rights, your protection from your federal government was completely abused by these people. as they engage in politics because of their own personal bias against Trump.

And I don't care. Take Trump's name out of it. It doesn't matter. Whoever that person is, we cannot allow this to occur in our country. You can't have a free country if the government's law enforcement division can affect the outcome of a presidential election.

and use it as an excuse to spy on you. To just destroy our civil liberties. We can't have a free country like that. And then, once the guy's elected, they're working to try to destroy his presidency. Is there a word for that?

I don't know. Insurrection, treason. I think there's several different kinds of words for that. For the government. To try to remove a duly elected sitting president of the United States with false phony evidence.

And this guy, Adam Schiff, is the biggest creep. He really is. This guy was the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee and the ranking member, and he's running around telling everybody: there's evidence. I've seen the evidence. The evidence is there, evidence, evidence, evidence, and using his perch on the House Intelligence Committee to continue this lie, push the lie, and give the lie credibility.

By saying things like, I've seen evidence. Because he would be able to, theoretically, as the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, he's got access to classified information that we don't have.

So he led people down this road, and he absolutely deserves to be censured for his conduct in this entire ordeal. Congressman Mike Johnson of Louisiana said, there were some individuals who clearly expressed a personal bias. I'm sorry, that's Dorm said that to Representative Mike Johnson. He said he'll leave it to others and the facts to determine whether that bias against Trump was also political in addition to being personal.

Well, obviously it was. You could have a personal bias against somebody, but also agree with them politically. That happens in primaries all the time. But it was a personal bias against Trump, but it was also because of his politics. You know, my theory on this has always been he's not the warmonger.

They were worried about that. He was targeting the deep state. They were worried about that too. And that's why they wanted to stop him. I don't think it's much more complicated than that.

They didn't like him. He's not the kind of person that they would want in the White House. Joe Biden comes in, you get Ukraine. You know, I mean, it's not that hard to see what the motivations might be here. Of course, it's political.

It's personal and political. The two run on the same course together. And he used the words confirmation bias. And I like that John Durham used the words confirmation bias today because confirmation bias, as alluded to this, has to do with the human tendency to accept things we already think are true and to reject anything else. In this instance, There are any number of significant red flags.

They were raised. and they were simply ignored. He said if there was evidence inconsistent with the narratives, they didn't pay attention to it. They didn't explore it. They didn't take the logical investigative steps that should have been taken.

The FBI was too willing to accept and use politically funded and uncorroborated opposition research like the Steele dossier. It did so even after the President of the United States. the FBI and CIA directors and others received briefings about intelligence suggesting there was a Clinton campaign plan underway to stir up a scandal. Tying Trump to Russia. The only campaign that ever engaged in Russia collusion was the Clinton campaign.

And that's it. I mean, they did. They were engaged in it absolutely every step of the way. They came up with this idea, tie Trump to Russia. And you think about people like Mitt Romney and others, you know.

How offensive for him to think that somebody might be a Russian stooge, might be on Putin's payroll, or might Putin might have stuff on him. There's a reason I think Russia was chosen for this. I really do. Because it conjures up the Cold War. It conjures up Reagan.

It conjures up defeating the evil empire. It conjures all that up. And I think their goal was to make Republicans Turn around and say, We cannot allow this to happen. We can't let the Reds win. It was no accident.

It was deliberate. And the Clinton campaign did this, and the FBI knew the Clinton campaign did this, and they didn't care. They still went down this road. They still went down the road of this crossfire hurricane. They led millions and millions and millions of people to believe the President of the United States may be compromised by Russia.

It's a terrifying use of government resources, a terrifying use of the police state example I gave you of the federal law enforcement being engaged in politics. Jim Jordan of Ohio asked Dorham how supervisory agent number one responded to being confronted with the fact. That FBI Director James Comey at the time and Peter Strzok. We're told That the Clinton campaign was put into a referral memorandum. They saw the evidence.

They knew this. And that information was never shared with the lawyers preparing the FISA applications to spy on Trump campaign aide Carter Page, or even that information was not even given to the agents working the Crossfire Hurricane case. You know what? Let's take a listen to that. Cut 17.

Thank you, Steve. Did he share it with the agents on the case working the crossfire hurricane case? No. Didn't share with the agents on the case. Can you tell the committee what happened when you took that referral memo and shared it with one of those agents, specifically supervisory special agent number one?

We interviewed the first supervisor of the Crossfire Investigation, the operational person. We showed him the intelligence information. He indicated he had never seen it before. He immediately became emotional, got up and left the room with his lawyer. Spent some time in the hallway, came back.

He was ticked off, wasn't he? He was ticked off because this is something he should have had as an agent on the case is important information that the director of the FBI kept from the people doing the investigation. The information was kept from him. The information was kept from him. The information was kept from them.

It's outrageous that this could happen. It is outrageous that this could happen. They should have known this entire thing was phony. They should have known the Clinton campaign was making this all up. And yet, how did Democrats respond to this?

How did Democrats respond? We get back. I'll share some of that with you. We got a big show still ahead. It is the Dana Show.

It's me, Rich, in for Dana. By the way, the Coast Guard is saying they've had multiple reports of noises which are being tracked now from that submersible as the search continues, but they are running, desperately running out of time. Less than 24 hours of breathable oxygen remains in the submersible. We'll keep you posted on all this. Don't go away.

Whether you just want to stay informed or just hear her vent about all the ridiculousness in the world, make sure to download the Dana Show podcast wherever you get your podcasts. Yes, it's a busy day. The United States Coast Guard, we've expanded the surface search area. We'll give you some more details on that as the show continues today. Plus, what did the Ocean Gate CEO say about the people he did not want to hire?

For these kinds of voyages, I'll share that with you as well. But it's that time of the show for this. Let's do it, Steve. And now, all of the news you would probably miss, it's time for Dana's Quick Five. It is the quick five, and then we got a lot of it today going on.

So, obviously, everybody's talking about the submersible, and this is the submersible right now. We're all praying for it. They are searching a size of this twice the state of Connecticut, basically, right now, is what's happening. And less than 24 hours of oxygen remain. It's just a harrowing, harrowing search right now.

California. California has been besieged by crime, as you know. In fact, Florida governor Ron DeSantis just cut a new campaign commercial in California, in San Francisco.

Well, one California supermarket has installed metal exit gates to stop frequent shoplifters from raiding groceries. This is happening amid spiraling opioid-fueled crime that has caused stores and people to flee the region. I'll tell you something. If it ends up being Gavin Newsom versus Ron DeSantis, that's going to be one hell of a great presidential debate, is it not? You can compare California to Florida.

That would be a great debate if that happens. Because you know, Gavin Newsom is just dying to run for president. And his state has become, it's like Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome. There's so much crime in California right now. People are fleeing.

San Francisco is a shell of what it once was. And these stores now are having to deal with so many chronic shoplifters because the policies in California enable shoplifting.

So they're taking matters into their own hands with stuff like this. Dallas, Texas, I know many of you are there right now in Dallas. Dallas residents must soon report some offenses online to free up officers for more serious crimes. That's right. It's a new requirement.

It comes as police response times continue to climb, challenging the department as staffing shortages worsen and calls for service increase. Mandatory online reporting of certain crimes will reduce the time it takes police to reach high-priority calls, they said. I'm not sure what exactly will qualify, but some of the ideas they said: credit or debit card abuse, harassing calls or texts, motor vehicle burglaries, things like that. And yes, shoplifting under $2,500.

So if you're a store owner, you know, you'll have to do it online. There's an app for that, I guess. It just shows you how busy our men and women in blue really are these days. Yeah. The um Ozempic.

Ozempic is a drug that people are using now off label to lose weight. And some doctors say they're seeing an uptick in Ozempic patients in hospitals because people are using this now to try to lose weight. And it's not meant for that. And so it's leading to people going to the emergency room.

So just be very careful if you're one of those people trying to use it for quick weight loss. And Gannett, Gannett, Gannett sues Google over its alleged ad tech monopoly. Yes, the newspaper publisher says Google is allegedly illegally monopolizing the advertising technology market. And the lawsuit echoes arguments made by the United States Department of Justice in its second lawsuit against Google. They say they've monopolized market trading to their advantage.

A lot more to talk about. Here on the Dana Show with me, Rich Zioli, the latest on the submersible, and Durham, straight ahead. Between Twitter, Facebook, or any of your social media, there's a lot of information out there. That's why your lovable curmudgeon is here to help you make sense of it all, live or on demand. The Dana Show.

And while I'm not Dana, I'm very happy to be with you this afternoon. It is me, Rich Zioli from TalkRadio 1210 to be PhD in Philadelphia. You can follow me on Twitter at RichZioli if you like. The United States Coast Guard is continuing to search the area where they're hearing noises. They're hoping that they'll be able to.

Do a rescue here. But they don't know what the detected noises were. That's what they're saying right now.

So everybody's watching, everybody's praying, obviously, for a miracle here, but it's probably going to take a miracle at this point. But you know the question of course is and this will have to be something we talk about. Did Ocean Gate that the CEO create major safety problems here that could have been avoided. And was a lot of this because the guy was woke. I don't know.

We're going to find out. Here's a little clip of the Ocean Gate CEO. Listen to who he wouldn't hire. Yes, I mean when I s started the business, one of the things you'll find there are other sub-operators out there, but they typically have gentlemen who are ex-military sub-mariners, and you'll see a whole bunch of 50-year-old white guys. I wanted our team to be younger, to be inspirational.

And I'm not going to inspire a 16-year-old to go pursue marine technology, but a 25-year-old who's a sub-pilot or a platform operator, or one of our techs, can be inspirational.

So 50-year-old white guys were not inspirational. B Experience, they might be able to keep the company running and make sure everybody's safe, but they're not inspirational.

So let's just completely remove them from the equation. It's ageist, it's ridiculous, it's stupid. And it's also racist too. 50-year-old white guy, so you've hit the age, you've hit the gender, you've hit the color.

So it's all of it. It's all of it. But listen, woke CEOs can say stuff like that, obviously. And 50-year-old white men in the workplace. They know exactly what I mean by this.

You feel like you have a target on your back these days. And why bring experienced ex-military guys to the table? And now that you have a submersible missing, I don't know if it's because of that. We don't know. We obviously don't know.

I don't speculate. But it makes you think, and there's a reason why this clip is going viral right now.

So, back to John Durham, because I do think that is by far the most important. Story of the day today. His testimony today in front of the House Oversight Committee is something that we all need to understand and absorb. It really is. We cannot allow this to ever occur again.

Dorham said there never was any basis. To open Operation Crossfire Hurricane. There never was. There was no collusion. There was no collusion between Trump and Russia.

None of this stuff ever happened. This never should have occurred. Here's John Durham saying how many people have come up to him to apologize CUD-15. Let me give you some real-life views on that. I have had any number of FBI agents who I've worked with over the years.

Some of them are retired, some are still in place. who have come to me and apologized for the manner in which that investigation was undertaken. I take that seriously. These are good, hardworking majority of people in the FBI. They've apologized because they're embarrassed.

They're so embarrassed by what the Federal Bureau of Investigation did here, trying to overturn the results of an election. A duly elected president of the United States. And it doesn't matter what you think about Trump. It's, you know, that part of it needs to be left out because. The left hates him so much.

that they're willing to justify this absolute destruction of civil liberties. They're willing to justify the government, the federal law enforcement, being engaged in politics. Because their hatred of this man is so palpable. And then at some point, you have to wonder: what happens if it's done to your guy? What happens if it's done to your candidate?

You wouldn't like it very much. But here we are. And then now you think about it too, they're not stopping. I mean, obviously, Trump is facing 37 counts, 37 counts of a federal indictment, and he could end up going to prison. He could end up dying in prison.

He could end up with a sentence that literally he will die in prison.

So you talk about what the government does to our political opponents and our political enemies, and this is something that has happened for years now, since 2016, that we know of, that we know of. them engaging in this kind of politics. And don't forget what they did with the 100-biden laptop too. This is a very important point of this story. When the John Paul Mack Isaac, who was the laptop repairman down in Wilmington, Delaware, gets the Hunter Biden laptop, it sits there summer of 2019.

It's now his based on the contract that Hunter Biden signed when he dropped it off. He goes through it. He sees stuff on there that is very concerning. He calls the FBI. The FBI comes and takes the laptop and he doesn't hear anything about it ever again.

And then in the fall of 2020, the story breaks about the Hunter Biden laptop. And what happens? Immediately, social media bans the story. The media, the corporate media, works with big tech to make sure that nobody can talk about this, share the story. Everybody's told this is Russian disinformation.

51 former national security heads signed this letter. We now know that somebody at the CIA was really driving this. Tony Blinken was really driving this. And the FBI knew. The laptop was real.

The FBI never bothered to tell anybody. In fact, the FBI did the opposite. They set the table. for Mark Zuckerberg and for Jack Dorsey at the time of Twitter to believe that something big was coming from a foreign adversary, Russia, and that this was it.

So when it happened. And they all said this is foreign election interference from a foreign hostile government. They went with it. And the FBI knew it was real.

So the FBI engaged in politics in 2016 and 2020, and now the Department of Justice, they're doing it again in 2024. the 2024 presidential election. Dorham told the House judiciary in his report is about accountability. Cut sixteen. As we said in the report, our findings were sobering.

I can tell you, having spent 40 years plus as a federal prosecutor, they are particularly sobering to me. A number of my colleagues who spent decades in the FBI themselves.

Accountability. And who will ever be held accountable?

And here's something else I wonder too: how many of the people and the Democrats, how many of them actually read the report? How many of them bothered to read Dorham's report and Dorham's conclusions? Do you think Jerry Nadler did? You think Jerry Nadler actually bothered to read the Durham Report, CUT-19? The report itself outlines some fairly glaring investigative missteps.

The FBI apparently never even looked at a thumb drive of key evidence related to allegations of contact between the Trump campaign and the Russian government via a Russian cell phone. Nor, says the report, Did the FBI ever examine questionable computer contacts between the Trump organization and AlphaBank, one of the largest banks in Russia? The report also fails to recommend a single remedial measure that the Justice Department or the FBI might take to address certain process-related concerns.

So the Democrats are Completely going to ignore the glaring investigative missteps, the spying on American citizens. Why? Because it was targeted at Trump. And that's the reality. Democrat Hank Johnson's an interesting guy.

This is a guy who, at one point, asked the question if Guam. Just an island. could actually tip over. because of climate change. He actually asked that question during the course of a House hearing.

Could Guam, an island, tip over because of climate change? That's a real thing he asked. He also is a balloon, he's a helium advocate. That's a whole other thing, too, with Hank Johnson. He's got a long line of saying stupid things.

Today was no exception, of course. Cut 20. None of the individuals you prosecuted were ever charged with being part of a hoax. Or a fraud, or a witch hunt, or a politically motivated deep state conspiracy against Donald Trump. Isn't that correct?

I would not say that that's accurate. You mean you did charge somebody with being a part of a hoax? We charge Mr. Sussman with having knowingly provided false information to the FBI regarding Alphabank. He was acquitted, though, right?

So that wasn't your question.

Well, he was, Mr. Sussman was acquitted after you charged him, correct? Grand jury found in charge. He was found innocent. By a unanimous jury of 12.

That's not true. What's true is the grand jury found probable cause to indict Mr. Sussman. A jury of his jeers acquitted him, though, correct? And a trial journey.

You're not going to disagree on that, are you, Mr. Durham? I'm going to try to answer your question as well as that. Yeah, well, you know, you can't answer the question the way it's asked. This guy's trying to grandstand.

Don't get in the way of his grandstanding. Special Counsel John Durham, come on. What are you thinking, man? Don't get in the way of his grandstanding. Guy's got a grandstand.

Crandstand for the cameras. Just like another member of the Democrat Party and the House Oversight Committee, but Durham had a very good answer regarding his reputation, Cut 18. Yeah, my concern about my reputation is with the people who I respect and my family and my Lord. and I'm perfectly comfortable with my reputation with them, sir. And he should be.

He should be because what John Durham did is the job that John Durham was assigned. His job was to look into the origins of the Trump-Russia story and to find out the merits behind it and to expose what the government did here. And everybody, I mean, both sides of the aisle, Republicans and Democrats, should both be concerned about this. I don't like how these things are so myopic and one party is concerned and the other party thinks this is just perfectly fine. It's fine.

It's no big deal. Our government gets involved in politics. Our government tries to stop a person from becoming president. Our government knows that this is made up by the opposition's campaign. They know that Hillary Clinton's campaign made up Russia collusion.

They know that they're trying to create a scandal. They're briefed on that point and they help them do it. They help them. It's amazing. It really is.

When you think about it, you break it down. You really understand just how amazing it is that that can happen in the United States of America. Go help him. They'll help the opposition do it. As w as long as it is is you know, to stop a guy like Donald Trump.

The other question I have is what what happens when it's not Trump anymore? And the bureaucrats within these agencies know that they can pretty much do whatever they want and they're going to get away with it. There's not going to be any real ramifications. There's not going to really be, they're not going to get in trouble. The bureaucracy will always protect itself.

So the question becomes, how emboldened are the people working at the FBI, the DOJ, these other little three-letter alphabet soup agencies in Washington, D.C.? I think you're pretty emboldened. Because you don't have Democrats and Republicans coming together on this to say this has to stop. You have Democrats doing what they usually do: they're downplaying it, they're ignoring it. Their hatred of Trump matters more than anything else.

And so it doesn't matter if the government abuses civil liberties. It doesn't matter if the government engages in politics. It doesn't matter if the government tries to bring down a duly elected president of the United States of America. None of that stuff matters. 'Cause it was to stop Trump.

But these same individuals are there still working in government. They are still there like cocker roaches. crawling through the halls of Washington, D.C. This is why when we talk about reforming the FBI, reforming the Department of Justice, It all sounds great, but you're talking about such an group of people here. embedded in a bureaucracy.

And then you think about Hunter Biden. You think about how Hunter Biden gets off so easily. Dorham talks about how the FBI is engaged in politics and now we see the Department of Justice engaging politics again, giving the son of the President of the United States a sweetheart deal. that other people, like a famous rapper, would literally not get, didn't get, and is spending time behind bars. three years in prison for doing the exact same thing Hunter Biden did.

It's not fair. It is not fair. No question about it. This is the Dana Show. We got a lot more to get to.

Don't go away. Catch the Dana Show noon to 3 p.m. Eastern on DirecTV, Channel 347. All right.

Well, it's a busy day. I'll tell you that on the Dana Show. A busy day. Dorham says he was not aware of any Trump-Russia collusion. That's something.

All the money that was wasted in this investigation, taxpayer money wasted. We got a big two o'clock hour coming up for you, too. The COVID origins. The Biden administration is stalling again with the declassified report of the origins of COVID-19. Who are they protecting?

Are they protecting China? Could it be China? And there's a twist in the story about one of the first scientists who got sick with COVID in the fall of 2019. And it really does prove gain of function research was a thing. No question about it.

So I'll get... to all that with you in the next hour, plus the latest developments on the search for the submersible. We'll talk about that as well. But it's time of the show. We do this.

It's his life mission to make bad decisions. Yeah. Yeah. It's time for Florida Man.

So, David Romero, he already had a warrant out for his arrest in Putnam County, Florida on third-degree graham theft charges. He was taken into custody in Palm Coast on Monday afternoon as he was about to drive out of the Target parking lot, according to the sheriff's office. Deputies ordered him to step out of his white pickup truck. Which matched the registered owner of the previous arrest warrant. As the 46-year-old man made his way from the truck to a sheriff's office patrol car, his pants continued to fall down his waist.

As he was being placed in the back of the car, one of the shoplift products fell out of his pants. Surveillance video from Inside Target shows Romero allegedly stuffing several items inside tan shapewear he grabbed from the store. He also grabbed a few grocery items, which are reportedly the only items he paid for before walking out of the store. And probably the only things that would have felt good being stuffed in his pants.

So that guy is a real criminal genius, no question about it.

Now, this guy, Florida man, charged with shooting a missile into an occupied vehicle, causing a truck to roll and crash. 28-year-old man in Florida was arrested for allegedly targeting and shooting two people in a moving pickup truck, causing the vehicle to flip over and crash, and also shooting a missile into the truck while both occupants were still inside. This guy was taken into custody. charged with two counts of attempted first-degree premeditated murder with a firearm, as well as one count of shooting a missile into an occupied vehicle. It's not a charge you hear a lot about, shooting a missile into an occupied vehicle.

It's just not a very common charge in law enforcement. I don't think. I mean, maybe it is. I don't know. According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office at around 11 p.m.

on Thursday, June 1st, the guy was involved in a shooting incident. Investigators say that he specifically targeted the two victims who were both shot while inside a black pickup truck.

Now, records show that he's being held. On attempted murder charges while his bond for shooting a missile into an occupied vehicle was set at $250,000. which sounds to me like more than perfectly fair. The missile caused, well the shooting at the truck caused the the truck to roll over and crash. And then shooting the missile was an outrageous act of violence that was senseless and deliberate.

Naples Daily News said deputies responding to the scene of the crash initially believed that the two injured persons were victims of a single car crash.

However, the sheriff's office said that first responders later realized that the two victims were both suffering from gunshot wounds.

Now luckily they're going to be okay. They were transported via airlift to Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers. And they released a photograph showing the back of the truck being driven by the victims when they were shot in hopes that the picture would generate new leads leading to an arrest. And it worked. Authorities also offered a $3,000 reward for information, and that worked as well.

So there you go. Shooting a missile into a car might be a first for law enforcement, but the warrant issued for his arrest states that he did unlawfully, wantonly, or maliciously shoot a bullet or projectile from a firearm at, within, or into. a vehicle. We got more to come on the day in the show don't go away.

So, the fallout over Hunter Biden's sweetheart deal, John Durham testifying, and Kamala Harris saying something stupid. Welcome back to the show. Glad you're here. It is the Dana Show with me, Rich Zioli, and for Dana on our big third hour. Thank you for being here.

I will be on the air in Philadelphia from 3 until 7 p.m. tonight, if you care to listen. It's funny, yesterday, Vivek.

Well, it's not funny, it's a sad state of what another blue city in America has become: Philadelphia, the founding city of our country. The Vaikh Ramaswamy was in studio with me yesterday. Of course, he's running for president. And he took a tour of Kensington.

So Kensington is a very, very dangerous part of the city. And it's heartbreaking and sad. Open air drug markets. People walking around like zombies. Buildings that look like they could be in Fallujah.

Trash on the streets, tents on the streets, homeless people. It's a sad, sad state. And it's very emblematic of what's happened because of the policies of people who allowed lawlessness to occur, didn't stand by the cops. In fact, they said defund the police. And they didn't care about people.

And years and years and generations of this have led us to this point. Philadelphia has been a Democrat-run city forever. Basically. San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, I mean, all these cities are going through this right now. You hope it will be a wake-up call for Americans.

You really do. You see the sadness in people. And the fentanyl crisis, which is really driving a lot of what's happening in Kensington. She's a section of Philadelphia. The fentanyl crisis, I mean, it's so bad.

Coming over the border, it's manufactured in places like Wuhan, China, and then it is shipped over to Mexico. where they manufacture it. They have the raw materials from China manufactured in Mexico, smuggled over the border by drug mules. In fact, the Washington Post did a story on this, and they actually showed how the drug mules are renting Airbnbs in Southern California. And then from there, they're shipping the fentanyl all across the country.

And this is dangerous stuff. We lose about a jumbo airliner a day of Americans. who die from fentanyl overdoses. It's very dangerous and it just is destroying people's lives. And a big part of the reason why it's happening is because our border is wide open.

Our border is wide open, and because China is not cracking down on this, why would they? I think this is one of the ways that China is trying to hurt us. I really do. I really believe that. And the border is wide open, so they're coming over here.

It's not a surprise to see that America is under attack by this. Horrible, horrible drug called fentanyl. And it's destroying entire, I mean, generations of people are being destroyed by this.

So border security has to be something that is dealt with. And getting to the bottom of China. And figuring out where China's alliances really lie here is also going to be job one for the new president of the United States. Hopefully, it's not going to be Joe Biden. Hopefully, it'll be the Republican.

China and Cuba, as you know, were planning a joint military base. China slammed Biden for calling Chairman Xi, a dictator, but he is a dictator. China's a dictatorship. It absolutely is. And one of the things we have to figure out, we got to get to the bottom of, is the origins of COVID.

It matters. Because the Chinese military was involved in the manufacture of this virus. And we need to understand the extent to which China was trying to create a bioweapon to hurt the United States of America and other countries around the world. And because of our insistence on doing whatever it takes for Ukraine, no matter what the cost, no matter what they need, we have also now created a new alliance between Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping.

So you have this new Russia-China alliance that is forming. as we push Russia further away. Oh, and by the way, on that point, lo and behold, imagine that. A little accounting error by the Pentagon, just an accounting error. You know, because that happens all the time.

Accounting error, maybe 28 bucks here and there. You bounce a check because, oh, accounting error, I was off by a few dollars. It happens. What about six? Billion dollars cut one.

Following up from some announcements earlier this year, during the Department's regular oversight of our execution of Presidential Drawdown Authority for Ukraine, we discovered inconsistencies in equipment valuation for Ukraine. In a significant number of cases, services used replacement costs rather than net book value, thereby overestimating the value of the equipment drawn down from U.S. stocks and provided to Ukraine. Once we discovered this misvaluation, the comptroller reissued guidance on March 31st, clarifying how to value equipment in line with the financial management regulation and DOD policy to ensure we use the most accurate of accounting methods. $6 billion for Ukraine, an extra $6 billion.

Don't you love that? Huh? You reach between the couch cushions, you pull up $6 billion. Hey, look at this.

Now we can give more money to Ukraine. We don't have to ask Congress for it either. We just give it to them. Fantastic. Look at how that works.

Turns out that a scientist from EcoHealth Alliance was one of the first people to get sick with COVID-19. And what we realize now is that the misinformation police that was out there in the United States of America, who were blasting anybody who talked about the COVID lab leak theory.

Well, today they look like fools. They should look like fools because they tried to censor you and they tried to censor me. Over at Reason.com, they have a piece on this. The lab leak theory of COVID-19's origins gained tremendous legitimacy as the Wall Street Journal confirmed independent reports that the earliest outbreak occurred at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in November of 2019, and patients zero. or Chinese scientists, one of whom is from EcoHealth Alliance.

The cases occurred well before The Chinese wet market outbreak favored by people like Anthony Fauci and the scientific community and other people as well. The animal origin theory. Tangolins. Bat burgers. I liked the idea of people eating bats.

Bat burgers with a side of pangolin fries. And then they threw raccoon dogs into the mix. You remember that? They're so lovable and cuddly, raccoon dogs. Maybe they started the pandemic.

Maybe it was like a Tudurkin. It was a bat, pangolin, raccoon, dog combination somebody served on Thanksgiving or something like that. Maybe it's a global pandemic. What do you know? But we all know what happened here.

It came from a lab. And China is hardly the only government on the hook here. The lab leak means that research paid for by U.S. tax dollars. and vouched for by coronavirus czar Anthony Fauci is partly to blame for a pandemic that killed millions of people worldwide.

Fauci, the very person tasked with leading the United States response to COVID-19, was in charge of the government agency that gave the Chinese researcher the gain of function. that initially sickened him with the very disease of COVID-19. millions of dollars to experiment with bat coronaviruses. The White Coat Waste Project has done great work on this in really bringing this to the forefront of everything that was happening. And what they found is that the patient zero was funded by the United States government.

And this report proves this. It's amazing. Ben Hu is patient zero. Then the White Coat Waste Investigation reveals the origin of COVID. Newly leaked United States intelligence identified this guy, this scientist who, as the first person to get sick at the Wuhan lab in 2021, the White Coat Waste Project first obtained receipts via a Freedom of Information Act challenge lawsuit proving the United States government funded the gain of function.

animal experiments.

Now, if you think about it. People should again have to pay for this. People lied, people died, somebody should be held accountable for this. The question is, do you think anybody ever will? And the Biden administration is still covering for this.

They're still covering this up. They are supposed to turn over to Congress the declassified report on the origins of COVID-19. The deadline has passed. The deadline came and went. They are still not turning the information over to Congress.

And as the Blaze reports, a damning new report indicates that Peter Dasek's EcoHealth Alliance, the National Institute of Health of Allergy and Infectious Diseases under Anthony Fauci, and the Chinese military co-opted Wuhan Institute of Virology. They all work together on this. And this research that they worked on together may have ultimately resulted in the deaths of over 1.1 million Americans. And yes, I said the Chinese military. Chinese military.

So what do we mean? We have to get to the bottom of this. How is this why are we still dealing with declassified information on this? They've missed the legal deadline on the COVID origins. Why are we still trying to cover this up?

If not to protect China. Explain this to me. I could understand if what China's, remember early on in the pandemic, China said maybe it was coming from frozen TV dinners made in the United States of America. China actually said that at one point.

So fine. If that's what our government concluded, that actually came from a hungryman meal with turkey and mashed potatoes. And I do love those mashed potatoes. They are delicious. And usually a little biscuit there.

If that's the case, then fine. Keep it classified. We don't need that in our conscience. I'm okay with it.

Okay, understood. And a little, usually cranberry dessert. You know what I mean? That could have been it right there in a frozen TV dinner. Cranberry delicious dessert.

Next thing you know, global pandemic.

Okay. But other than that, if it did not come from an American TV dinner, there is zero reason to keep this classified. Zero, unless you're trying to protect China. Federal documents recently obtained as a result of the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit reveal. The National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and United States Agency for International Development funded an EcoHealth Alliance subcontractors work on coronaviruses to the tune of $41 million.

That's a lot of money. That's a lot of cash, am I right? It's a lot of cash-ish. Eco Peter Dasek's group. He was another one that lied and said this came from a wet market.

He knew it didn't, but he and Fauci, they covered this up. Why? Because gain of function research makes these people a lot of money. It's very profitable, you understand. The subcontractor listed as an investigator on the grants was Ben Who.

Yeah. The Blaze previously noted that the Wuhan Institute of Virology's lead on gain of function research on SARS-like coronaviruses. And this guy is patient zero, having been one of three lab researchers first infected with COVID-19 in November of 2019. Alina Chan, a molecular biologist at the Broad Institute of MIT in Harvard, said, Ben Hu is essentially the next Shi Zheng Li. He was your star pupil.

He had been making chimeric SARS-like viruses and testing these in humanized mice. If I had a guest who would be doing this risky virus research and most at risk of getting accidentally infected, it would be him.

So then ask yourself the question. What is the Biden administration protecting? From China's perspective. And you know the answer. Not only are they protecting China, because Joe Biden's obviously, I mean, they have something on him.

There's no question about it. Joe Biden's compromised. I have no doubts about that. But they're also protecting Fauci. And they're also protecting big pharma too.

Because big pharma is all over the gain of function research. You remember James O'Keefe had that undercover video. When the guy from Pfizer is talking about going in there and making viruses and then making vaccines for those viruses, and that's exactly what they did with COVID. They made COVID. They made a vaccine for COVID.

This was all done in the lab. This is all public now.

So anyone who thought this was a conspiracy, you know, go away. The facts have come out finally. You try to keep them, but the truth always comes out and now the truth is out. But a lot of people stand to make money continuing gain of function research, making Frankenstein's monster to see what happens when Frankenstein gets out and destroys the village. And so they don't want the gravy train to ever come to an end.

They also don't want to see anybody, their precious bureaucrat friends, actually get in trouble for this. And then also protecting China. That's why the Biden administration, as of right now, has still not complied with the law and turned over the declassified report on the origins of COVID-19. This is the Dana Show. We're coming right back.

YouTube, Facebook, or DirecTV. If you're looking for the number one afternoon host in the country, you've found her. Download the podcast every day to catch up. The Dana Show. I'll tell you what, it's a crazy day, crazy day today, is it not?

With Durham, Riley Gaines, the reaction to Hunter Biden. We've got a lot of audio on Hunter Biden, too. We got to get to before the show ends today here on the Dana Show. But it is that time of the show where we do this. And now.

All of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five.

Now, this does not surprise me in the least, especially when you look at a picture of Dana. Attractive women were more likely to be right-wing, while left-wing women showed more contempt. Yes, according to a new study published by Scientific Reports, attractive women were more likely to be right-wing. Women whose faces displayed contempt were more likely to be left-wing. I guess you call that resting contempt-faced.

And that is the practice of deciphering a person's personality based on appearance, which dates back to 500 BC. The question is, is it credible or pseudoscience?

Well, at least a study in scientific reports may support the theory that this may actually be legit after all.

So if you see a beautiful woman who's attractive, very, very happy, she's most likely a conservative. Absolutely, no question about it. Andrew Tate has been charged with rape and human trafficking. This is an amazing story here. This guy, you've heard about this.

He's been charged in Romania with rape, human trafficking, and forming an organized crime group to sexually exploit women. This is a report from the BBC. And a lot of people are wondering if this is just a cover-up that's happening. He's a former British-American kickboxer removed from the British TV show Big Brother over a video which appeared to show him attacking a woman. But despite that, social media banned him.

His popularity has soared, particularly among young men, by promoting what is presented as a hyper-masculine, ultra-luxurious lifestyle. Ryan Murphy is set to leave Netflix for Disney. The mega producer is expected to reunite with Dana Walden at the mouse house when his nine-figure pact at the streaming service expires. This is because now the big war for talent is all about trying to get people to get behind streaming shows. And this guy is behind things like the Jeffrey Dahmer story, 911, an American horror story.

He's going to be reuniting with Disney on new deals for streaming things.

Now, Disney needs it because a lot of people have stopped watching their stuff because it's so woke. And also because Phase 4 and Phase 5 of Marvel have been huge disappointments. And welcome to Meth Island. Squatters have been setting up makeshift camps on a Florida island complete with elaborate treehouses and a welcome center. It is an island by the Dunlawton Bridge.

It has been taken over by squatters who have built structures on the island. These included a high five-story built, sorry, five-story building made of scrap wood, and signs even say the island has a welcome center. Amazing stuff. All right, we'll talk more about this and so much more on the Dana Show. Don't go away.

If you had to take care of some lefty trying to outsmart you in the Walmart parking lot and missed any portion of today's show, download the latest Danish O podcast on your preferred podcast platform.

So they are going to take up the resolution to censure Adam Schiff. That should happen today, hopefully in the House of Representatives. Good. He deserves to be censured. This creep.

Led so many people to believe Trump-Russia collusion was real. Remember, John Durham's testifying today that there was no basis for this investigation. There was no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion. And Adam Schiff, being a member of the House Intelligence Committee, the chairman, ranking member, this guy led everybody to believe there was evidence and that he'd seen it.

So this isn't just some guy expressing his opinion. This is a guy who Had access to our nation's secrets on the House Intelligence Committee, and then used that information to trick people into believing that the president. was in fact beholden to Russia. Shameful what he did. Shameful, and he absolutely deserves to be censured for this.

No question about it. No question. But we got some audio of Hunter Biden's lawyer, Chris Clark. Chris Clark Was on the circuit doing the shows. And obviously, the media, they're all saying the same thing.

Hunter Biden, it's very fair. This is not a sweetheart deal. It's all fine. Don't worry about it. Everything is just fine.

This is Hunter Biden's lawyer, Chris Clark. Got a couple of these here. Let's start with cut number five. Have you ever seen any proof of that? No, I know.

I mean, it's. Again, I've seen people wave various random emails around. I've never seen it. Obviously, whatever that stuff has been available to everyone in the United States for many years, sadly, I mean, I don't know how you'd feel about it. Everyone was disseminating the contents of your stolen phone, I wouldn't be happy about it.

But everybody's at it. Maybe you would. I don't know. That would be your choice. Yeah.

But. I haven't seen anybody make an actual persuasive case that something was done. And you asked whether or not the subject of the laptop was part of the investigation. It's been out there. And, you know, we don't have any Proof of it.

that there was any kind of violation. The laptop, and I played this clip earlier, but it's worth playing again. The attorney can't even recall being asked about Hunter Biden's laptop by federal investigators. You mean to tell me that they did an investigation into Hunter Biden? They never even looked at the laptop, or if they did, they never asked the attorney about it.

This was not part of their investigation. Are you kidding me? Cut six. Do you have any idea if Hunter Biden's laptop had anything to do with this investigation? Was it used?

I don't. No, I don't. Have you ever asked about it? I can't recall being asked about it, to be honest with you. But There's nothing about the the situation that's being That's been filed.

That has a thing to do with the laptop. Why not? I don't know. You'd have to ask the prosecutors. You have to ask the prosecutors.

We'd love to. We'd love to ask the prosecutors. And at some point, I think the House Republicans are going to. No question about it. Now the other question is Was this a sweetheart deal?

Of course it was. Hunter Biden's attorney says it's not Cut 8. You heard Speaker McCarthy, I just played it a moment ago, him saying that this is proof that there are two versions of justice and that this is a slap on the wrist and President Biden is being politically persecuted. What's your response to that? Again, this was a five-year, very diligent investigation pursued by.

incredibly professional prosecutors.

some of whom have been career prosecutors. one of whom at least was appointed by President Trump. And no one has ever said they're not competent, good, or diligent. I haven't heard anyone say that. It would be false to say that.

No, they're very, very good at covering up for the president of the United States. They're very diligent about covering up for the president of the United States. Oh, these guys are the best there is. The best there is at it. Please.

And I share with you earlier in the show today, and we started on the Dana show, how the lawyer for the rapper, Black. Kodak came out and said, you know what? This is outrageous. My client had three years in prison for a similar gun charge. This is outrageous, this kind of system of justice we have in this country.

Of course, this was a sweetheart deal. And Kevin McCarthy is absolutely correct. Absolutely correct when he says this is a sweetheart deal, cut number 11. My first reaction is it continues to show the two-chair system in America. If you are the president's leading political opponent, the DOJ tries to literally put you in jail and give you prison tonight.

If you are the president's son, you get a sweetheart deal.

Now this does nothing to our investigation. It actually should enhance our investigations because the DOJ should not be able to withhold any information now saying that because of pending investigation, they should be able to provide Chairman Comer with any information that he requires. And it's Kodak Black. I said black Kodak, but it's Kodak Black. I'm not big on the hip-hop scene, as you know, so I had to go back and double check that one.

But nevertheless, he's serving three plus years in prison for the same crime as Hunter Biden. And his lawyer said it's outrageous, and it is outrageous. Also, ask Wesley Snipes about what it's like for Hunter Biden right now to just get a little, oh, you're fine, and this is not a sweetheart deal. Don't let anybody tell you it is, honey. Don't worry about that.

What will Tim Scott do if he's elected President of the United States? If Tim Scott is president, he'll do this, cut 12. If they can't finish their investigation, President Tim Scott will finish it. We're gonna With your help We're gonna fire Joe Biden. And then we're gonna fire America Garland.

And fire Christopher Ray. And we're going to restore confidence, integrity in our Department of Justice.

Well, he's not the only one saying that, obviously, and good for him for saying it. Even over at ABC News. John Carl pointing out that, you know, Biden has said his son did nothing wrong. He's been saying that up and down. He's actually just said it recently, cut nine.

He insisted. He said, as recently as last month, my son did nothing wrong.

Well, now his own Justice Department has entered into a plea agreement where his son has pled guilty to two crimes and has been charged with a third crime, a felony.

So clearly his son did something wrong. Yeah, clearly he did. Clearly he did do something wrong, obviously. But it doesn't matter. He's not getting punished for it.

He's not getting punished for it. In fact, his attorney says he's going to be released without any conditions. Cut seven.

So do you have an idea of what the conditions are going to be? Is he going to be on probation? Uh it's up to the quarter. Um my expectation at least with regard to after that proceeding is he'll be released without conditions. But what the ultimate disposition of the case is is going to be up to the judge.

Oh, really? Up to the judge. Really? That lawyer's so snarky, isn't he? You can tell the snark coming out of this guy.

Oof, I don't like this guy. This is Joe Biden. He's still so proud of Hunter. Cut 14. I think I'm very proud of my son.

Yeah, he's very proud of his son. He's so proud of his son.

So that's the case. He's so proud, so proud of his son. And then, of course, the other question becomes: what's going to happen? And will he get an actual sentence of probation? Will it be something else?

Will it be cut 10? You know, according to our sources, this U.S. attorney has agreed to recommend to the judge that Biden receive a sentence of probation, so no jail, for those tax misdemeanor charges. No jail. No jail whatsoever.

He'll be fine.

Now, you know, this is a problem for Joe Biden. It really is. And there was an article that I read earlier today about this very, very fact that this is a problem for Joe Biden. Don't pretend like it isn't going into 2024. The American people know.

About the Hunter Biden laptop. They know about this. And John Tester says the deal may be a liability for the president in 2024. Asked by reporters outside the Senate chamber if the deal could be a liability, John Tester replied, I don't know. I mean, I think anything could be made into a liability in elections.

Look, to be honest with you, I don't think it helps him. Of course, it doesn't help him. Of course, this is a liability for Joe Biden going into 2024. Adding the fact that Joe Biden is clearly, the guy falls upstairs. He falls downstairs and he falls upstairs.

It's something I've never seen before. Gravity takes him up and down. It's really amazing.

So. Joe Biden has got cognitive issues. Clearly, the guy is not playing with a full deck. He's hiding his own Easter eggs. His son is corrupt.

All of these things together. And then the question is: at what point will they take Joe Biden out of the race? But they have a problem. Yeah. The problem is Kamala Harris.

That's the problem that they have right now. First of all, she's the first black woman vice president.

So you can't just get rid of her. Woke will go crazy if that happens. Gavin Newsom is waiting. He is waiting in the wings. He just can't wait.

He's just ready for the call from the bullpen. Put me in, coach. He's got the hair gel. He's ready. The hair is all quaffed and ready to go.

Biden, if he's out, Newsom is in. It will be a seamless transition. But they have a Kamala Harris problem. You're going to push her aside for another white guy, another old white dude named Gavin Newsome. What are you nuts?

What are you crazy? Woke won't stand for that. But the American people are not going to stand for her becoming president. I mean, Kamala Harris is a real, it's a problem for them.

So they may replace Play a spider with another black woman. The name that comes to mind, of course, is Michelle Obama. I've heard this in a lot of circles out there. The rumors are out there. No confirmation, of course.

But here's Kamala Harris with a very strong philosophical point. We've cut number two. This is a foundational principle for our country. We were founded on the notion that government Should At some point, stay out of people's business. Yeah.

To to say it in an academic way. The legal. The legal matter. Yeah, at some point, what is that point, Madam Vice President, the government should stay out of our business? I'd love to know.

Could you please let us know what that point is? Please, pretty please. Because it seems like you're all up in my business. It seems like you're all up in all of our businesses. Please make it stop.

Please. And I don't know what this even means, but you know, look. The left is so all in on abortion on demand. On demand.

So all in on this. This is where they are on this. The only time that they ever talk about my body, my choice, it's certainly never when they're forcing you to get a vaccine or forcing you to wear a mask. It's only about the abortion issue. That's the only time you ever have any autonomy over your body.

from their perspective. And they want you to have it up till whenever you want, on demand. Maybe until the kid's in college. Who knows? Cut number three.

And I do want to say, because I think it's very important to say. On this issue, One does not have to abandon their faith. or deeply held beliefs. to agree that the government should not be telling her what to do with her body. That the government should not be telling her what to do.

The government's not telling anybody what to do with their body, by the way, Kamala Harris. The government's not telling anyone what to do with their body. This is the little game the left plays over this. But how do you not abandon your faith or deeply held belief if you have a deeply held belief, like I do, that it is in fact a life, which deserves protection under our Constitution? You know, you don't have to abandon that to kill it.

It's fine. It's all good. Really, she is the worst politician out there. And I'm the Democrats. They would have got rid of Joe Biden a long time ago if it wasn't for the fact that Kamala Harris is even worse.

She's even more unpopular than Biden is.

So if you're wondering why Joe Biden is still on the ticket, the answer is it is the Kamala. Harris problem. And it's something that is not going to go away anytime soon for them. This is the Dana Show. We got a lot more to get to before the show ends at 3 o'clock.

So do not go away. Catch the Dana show noon to 3 p.m. Eastern on DirecTV, channel 347. Well, it's been a busy day. The fallout from the Durham Report continues today.

He said there was no evidence of collusion between Trump and Russia. And he says the FBI used raw, unanalyzed, uncorroborated intelligence to launch the cross fire hurricane investigation. It is really a scandal of the highest order what was done here to an American person, American citizen, who just wanted to run for president of the United States of America. That was Donald Trump's big crime in these people's eyes. And I'll tell you what, you know.

Jim Jordan did a fabulous job asking a lot of questions. He really did. He did a fabulous job. The Democrats are shameful in not giving a damn at all about how the government was using its law enforcement to go after an American citizen who just wanted to run for president. John Durham is absolutely correct in the fact that.

He did his job, and he has no reason to worry about what people on the left say about him. He did the job he was tasked to do, Jim Jordan. came out today and he said, no one is safe with Biden's Department of Justice. No one. No one is safe with Biden's DOJ.

That's something, isn't it? I mean, I tell you, you know, as I think about the weaponization of government, thank God they're doing this. I mean, really, thank God they're doing this. Because if they don't get to the bottom of this, of just the power this government has to go after people. If they don't get to the bottom of this, we can't have a free country.

It's not hyperbole. If if the government can decide who becomes the president, That means that the bureaucracy is running the country. The bureaucracy is more powerful than the people. We are supposed to be a government of the people, by the people and for the people. But if the bureaucracy is running things by deciding who gets to be president.

And then using whatever they have to do, whatever machinations they have to do, law enforcement, national surveillance, whatever, whatever they got to do. to make sure that it happens. waste the taxpayers' money, launch investigations, try to bring down a duly elected president. Whether you love Trump, hate Trump, it doesn't matter. If Trump had not been the kind of guy he is, they may have been able to succeed at it.

I mean, there are other people who may have just said the heck with it and given up, or may have seemed so politically weak that other people would have jumped on. for various other reasons and brought his presidency down. But when you've got A liar like Adam Schiff out there. And I do hope they censure him today. The vote is supposed to happen today.

I really hope they do. He deserves it. If there's anyone who deserves it, it's that creep, that slime ball. You got guys like him out there. Who are telling people, I've seen the evidence, the evidence is there.

And using his perch on the House Intelligence Committee, to fool people into believing that there's actual evidence of Russia collusion. And you know, to this day, James Comey is still out there. Still out there today, disgraced fired FBI director James Comey, a hero to the left, saying it's still possible. Trump could be a Russian agent. He was asked that question in an interview and his answer was, it's possible.

Really? After all of this, this guy is still out there saying that. It's just shameful. It's shameful. And this has nothing to do with who you like for 2024.

You could be backing DeSantis, you could be backing Tim Scott, doesn't matter. You should be appalled at the way the government used law enforcement. for politics. All right, Steve, what do you got for me today? All right, we're here.

So, we're talking about the submarine all day. It seems like everyone can't stop talking about it, but uh, we're going back. We talked about this earlier. About the CEO of this mission was talking about who he was going to employ to make sure this went all smoothly. But I don't think it worked the way he wanted it to.

Yes, I mean, when I started the business, one of the things you'll find there are other sub-operators out there, but they typically have gentlemen who are ex-military sub-mariners, and you'll see a whole bunch of 50-year-old white guys. I wanted our team to be younger, to be inspirational. Let's see how that panned out. Oof, not good. Yeah, not good.

And thank you, Steve, for bringing that to our attention because that is oof right now. You got to be regretting that, huh? It'd be nice to have some experienced Navy guys there and not... And also that's a racist, sexist, and ageist statement to make from the CEO.

So they're going to have a lot to answer for this company. We can only just keep praying for the safe recovery of these people. It's amazing the work by the United States Coast Guard and the Navy in trying to find them. I'll be back with you tomorrow here on the Dana Show. Follow me on Twitter at RichZioli.

Have a great rest of your day. I'm going on the air in Philly now. Thank you.
