So, welcome to the show. Where to even start? Oh, gosh, let's see. We have a lot of stuff to walk through because you also have elections coming up in France. All of this is falling right into place.

You have elections coming up in France while you simultaneously have. It started, they said it started as a youth movement. I feel like I'm watching a clip of PCU Where I see 30 year old Quote unquote students running around Busting up designer stores Do you know they went You know if it was about education They went and they targeted Like the Louis Vuitton They targeted the Dior They targeted all of the I mean they went after a number of historical Buildings And it's not just in France It's in Marseille It's in Nice It's been spreading throughout the rest of France They tried it in Milan They tried it in Milan By the way, this is cut 24 Didn't work so well in Milan Because the Italian business owners started going out And beating everybody's eight double snakes with sticks So the joke over the weekend was You had rooftop Koreans But then in Milan You had on the street Juan's showing you somebody You had on the street Italians que están haciendo un trabajo con los que están haciendo. Estoy pensando en la vista de GTL. GTLB.

GTL y el people en la calle con los que están haciendo. Pero esto es todo lo que está haciendo. Ahora, esto es increíble. Esto es cut 22. Esto es el momento que los looters entonces comenzaron a ransacar private homes en Paris.

Porque, see, it wasn't just limited to the, I guess, like what, public spaces and the statues. And they started going into, Juan's showing you this on the simulcast now, private homes and looting private homes. What does looting private homes have to do with education?

Pero hay una mujer, varios de ellos, una de ellas, She's crying Yeah, she's crying She's telling them I voted for you I voted to bring you here And they're like, get out of the way And they just, look at them They look like, yeah, they really do look like They're there for education Some of them look like in their 30s They shoved her out of the way Shoved her out of the way And she was like, you don't have any reason to enter And they were saying, yeah, we do And they bust through her store y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y y etc that is what suicidal empathy gets you and when she looked at the camera then that was frozen and they made that a meme all over the weekend that's that's exactly just craziness craziness this has been happening all it's been happening more than just y no, como se va a ir a la gente que está haciendo la gente que está haciendo.

They were at the Celine Dion concert, cut 18.

So there they are right there. That's all is everything you just saw was happening. That's where Emmanuel Macron was. I am not exaggerating. That is exactly where he was as all of what you just saw was happening.

I'm telling you, if there was ever a Marie Antoinette moment, it is there. That is it. That is just pretty stunning. Pretty stunning. Estaba en la concerto, Estaba en la noche.

Bueno, probablemente, Dena, You might ask, Surely, They did say something. Surely, Surely, They said something. Surely, Emmanuel Macron Went out and said something. You think so? This was, This is, Yeah, This is cut 17.

And he says that, Well, It's because of The U.S. And Iran conflict. That's what he said In a national address. a la whole French Republic.

¿No? ¿Vale?

¿Que Francia no era parte de? Pero ¿qué le pido de beneficio de? ¿Qué le pido de beneficio de? ¿Completemente? ¿Qué le pido de beneficio de?

¿Qué le pido de U.S.-Iran As though their admittance of I don't know how many millions at this point Of these quote unquote migrants coming in Islamist migrants, they're Islamist migrants As though that has nothing to do with it As though the influx of individuals coming in from North Africa Has nothing to do with it Really So, that's one of the things we're going to be diving into the next hour Because he didn't just stop there, and he went on and on And he was blaming the United States He was blaming the United States and Israel, Emmanuel Macron I mean, I can't imagine a weaker, more pathetic, remorseless figure right now than Emmanuel Macron Y de hecho, muchas personas están diciendo que esto es realmente afecta a las elecciones que se han llegado a la elección. Y Maureen Le Pen, que ha... I mean, this es... I don't know how many elections she's run in now. She's run in quite a number of elections.

She's, so far, looks like she's in the lead. It looks like she's in the lead. You know, la izquierda le gusta que esto suceda aquí, Which is one of the things that we're going to get into Because this is Not Something that is unusual I saw a number of Investigative pieces here That get into All of the left Leaning entities that have been Funding this So you have the Communists, you have the What do they call the workers groups You have all of these You know, these entities that have been funding these protests. There were a couple of investigative pieces. Azra Nomani was one of them that was running down some of the some of the the cuts of this, the the different groups that are responsible.

This is very much like what we saw. I mean, you could go back to Weather Underground, but this is very much like what we saw with Occupy Wall Street, because there were a number of communist groups. si lo que se va a la vuelta a Occupy Wall Street y que fue durante la Occupy Wall Street y la Tea Party se va a la vuelta y así y se tiene la fundación de Occupy Wall Street en addition a eso y además de que había BLM cada vez que había una progresiva para la para la manera de ponerlo You always have these far-left groups that are involved in funding it, and there's always receipts. There is a radical network that is behind this that has been well-reported. Our partners for this portion of our program, it's our friends over at AMAC.

AMAC is the alternative to AARP. AARP has acted like the spokesperson for people of retirement age for quite a long time. AMAC stands for the Association of Mature Americans. And AARP says they're nonpartisan, but they backed Obamacare. They back all the Democrat laws, all the Democrat proposals, all of their issues, all of their pet projects, like rubber stamp.

Their press releases say so. And people are tired of that. They don't want their tax dollars used. They don't want their hard-earned dollars used for that.

So AMAC is the alternative to this. Faith, Family, and Freedom founded as the alternative. They have more than 2 million members And a real voice in Washington On Social Security, Medicare, the border They have the best offer right now 5 years of AMAC membership for $35 One payment, your spouse is included 100% money back guarantee Compare that to AARP 79 7 to 79, do the math You and your spouse get the magazine, the member discounts The advocacy, all of it for 5 years Get 5 years for just $35 Now visit AMAC.US Slash Dana That's AMAC.US slash Dana Even if you're using prescription creams for your eczema, you still may be hearing this. All of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. All right.

So first up, golly, we got I don't want to give really don't want to dive into all of these surveys, but we're going to have to do this one, though, is this actually is a very interesting one. This act has to do is politics and poll tracker. And they're looking at a story from CBS News talking about the Supreme Court to decide the legality of the federal ban on distilling liquor at home. I thought this was America. I thought this was, but I, they're considering the constitutionality of it.

It's 160 year old federal ban on the distillation of liquor and it's the department of justice versus McNutt. It's going to take place next year. They're looking at a decision coming up next summer of next year, Supreme court season June or July. And so for over a century, Congress has limited this to prevent what they said was tax evasion. Yeah, sure.

But they said that via, I mean, because you could go to prison for five years to do this at home. Congress approved the restrictions after they determined that there was rampant tax evasion by commercial distillers, blah, blah, blah. Long story short, we could, this actually, you know, this is in Missouri's constitution, the state constitution of Missouri. It's in that.

So interesting.

So we'll see. uh also pull this up wildfires have been burning multi-million okay yeah that's what happens fires in california they didn't take care of anything there's multi-million dollar homes there they get burned news at five it's true but did you see uh sprinter pratt when he was taking a hike through the canyon and he was pointing out all the underbrush that actually should have been and a controlled burn should have been removed. And because it wasn't, now they have this.

Now there's this massive chance of this actually becoming even worse. He was talking about the threat of fire because they're going into that season again. This is insane. A mother, gosh, she ran a truck into a soccer field and killed two, including a six-year-old boy. Eleven were injured.

It was in Wichita, Kansas, a youth soccer event. Emergency services were called. The other injured, none of the injuries are thought to be life-threatening. The mother, who is unidentified in the driver of the pickup truck, she was pulled from her vehicle by other parents on the field.

Some think that she had a child on the field at the time, but they're not quite sure they're investigating. That's just horrible. They're also awaiting a toxicology report. And sharks circled around the survivors of a capsized boat. 11 are still missing.

This is a horrible, horrible story. And it makes you remember, this is off the coast of Mexico, Baja, California, very shark infested waters. It was a pleasure cruise. Wasn't so pleasurable. Stick with us.

Our partners very quickly, our friends at Relief Factor, it fights the inflammation, which drives pain. And if you don't understand the relationship between inflammation and pain, oh my gosh, it's there. My husband takes this because he has a knee injury. And so from sports, from hockey and football, and he had knee surgery, all that bad stuff. Good stuff, bad stuff, I don't know.

But long story short, he's dealt with pain. He takes Relief Factor. I have a friend who's a bodybuilder who takes Relief Factor to help with the inflammation. The whole point is that you want to get back to things that make day-to-day activities that pain can make difficult. And that's where Relief Factor comes in.

All new Thursdays on ABC.

Next day on Hulu.

This is like one of those days where we have so many things to talk about with our guests that I were. It's like a fire hose. We're just trying to stop and just get it in order. Oh, my gosh. It's like this day was made for Stephen Yates.

And I have to feel like he's in his nation states with Yates bunker somewhere. Just like cracking his knuckles, stretching a little bit, getting ready to get in there and do it. You know, our good friend at Steve Yates on X. He worked in not one, but two presidential administrations. He is an expert on all things related to China and his new podcast, Nation States with Yates on X, wherever you get your podcast.

He's also a senior research fellow at the Heritage Foundation, a man of many hats.

So my good friend, before I get into France, before we get into Canada, before we get into Russia and anything else, we got this. They say it's a rumor. But when admittedly I went and I asked AI, I was like, is Kim Jong-un dead? And this is what it did. It said, well, there's unverified rumors.

But then it listed like all of these credible, legitimately credible reporting organizations that are also asking, is Kim Jong-un dead? He was apparently sick. He was visiting China.

Something happened. And it's a little disconcerting because, A, nuclear power, but B, the line of succession for this family is weird. and probably the craziest, at least in appearance, most evil woman I think the world has ever known is his sister, who might take over that of his daughter, who's a teenager, that I know he's been very slowly ingratiating into the leadership life there, having her at all these events. It is a very weird situation. What do you know about this?

Well, I don't know a lot more. I did see a lot of those rumors really blow up. And of course, it would be something that is of great interest, were it to be true. Although it's debatable whether you swap out the top of such a terrible, terrible system. Does it really matter which malformed human you plug in into the wake?

Most of these dynasties don't survive one to two generation transfers. And so if you just think of it as inbreeding going two to three to four times over, what level of mental health crisis are you at when you're at that level of dynasty? That's where North Korea is. And it's not called the hermit kingdom for nothing. We have terrible visibility into what the realities are there.

And if you just compare it to what we've been dealing with for basically the better part of a year in Iran, is the Ayatollah dead or alive? We don't get to know. It could be the same in the North Korea situation where we really are not going to get good proof for some time. The main thing that is different is that the very rotund leader of North Korea, a starving nation, but a very, very fat leader, has been actually traveling around and has been seen.

So the absence of being seen might indicate that his sister had him chopped off and fed to the birds. OK, so that's the see, that's the thing.

So his sister, for those who don't know, and we're talking with her friend Stephen Yates, Kim Yo Jong. I started taking an interest in this madcap story when she first started emerging in a position of influence because it was considered very abnormal with such a patriarchal line of succession with that family. And she was also described as absolutely ruthless, like other the generals that they have that were all of the medals for some reason that go all the way down their leg. They even describe her as terrifying, which seems unusual if you're a patriarchal nation and you're that terrified of a woman. But then I started reading.

She's apparently a nightmare. She might be crazier than him. What do you know about her?

Well, pretty much the same things. And I have to confess my own isms.

Some of the scariest women in sort of the murderer genre in movies and other thrillers. Those are women. Yeah, they are. She's right up there in Kill Bill territory. And so I think, you know, she was at the Olympics for some glam shots sometimes back.

Our vice president was proximate to her at the time. And there was sort of musings about where this succession might go. They tried to put a little charm on her. But you just can't survive in a system like that and be a real human. Yeah.

And so, you know, all the rules are off when it comes to where this would go. It's a huge question whether the generals would stand for her being the leader of North Korea in this kind of a succession. But the only way that could happen is if they are as scared of her as the rest of us would. That's the million dollar question. You know, they have that saying, beware of old soldiers.

And I think that also applies. Beware of women that apparently thrive in patriarchal environments, like like North Korea's. This the daughter, because there were images and we had it like as headlines, kind of like as an aside. It wasn't anything we ever focused on before, but just to kind of, you know, keep in a box. But he would have his daughter who's young, maybe like 14, 15 years old.

And nobody even knew that he had a daughter. Again, you said a hermit kingdom. All of a sudden he had a wife and then boom, he's got kids. And he was bringing his daughter to like missile inspections or this or that. And, you know, she was apparently demonstrating an interest, or at least that's what their press wanted you to believe.

Is that is do you think that if he is, would it be the daughter? Would it be the sister? Because I don't I mean, it has to stay in the family, doesn't it?

Well, again, I don't think that there are rules for this unless you belong to the crazy religion cult-like thing that is North Korea. Whatever it is. I think the philosophy is called juche and self-reliance and all kinds of other fun stuff that sounds innocuous but really is not in practice. And there's all kinds of legends about the founding father having been born up on a mountain, basically straight out of heaven.

So we got some weird stuff that going on and maybe in their theory of the universe this is clear I have never heard a North Korea expert explain to me how this would work once we get to this level It really only gone father to son That pretty understandable in old school mafias and these kinds of dictatorships. But I think it's much, much more likely that it would go to a general than it would be to go to either the sister or the daughter. And I think that is basically where the last gasp of this kind of a system would go to try to survive. But really, this is all speculation. And in the end, what does it really matter?

I mean, it's going to be whoever China decides is OK to deal with. That's what I was going to ask. It's going to be like a Chinese vassal state, but they do have nuclear capability. And the last question on this, and we'll get to the millions of other things. But does that constant does that increase the threat level that they pose to the United States almost immediately if they break out into civil war?

Well, it's obviously a big, big threat, but really, we've lived with terrible threats for a very, very long time. I mean, we we've lived with a virus that allegedly came from somewhere in China.

Well, a lot of bad labs and proliferation risks have been working and stewing inside North Korea for a long time. A lot of the most advanced cyber attacking comes from the hermit kingdom that should be so backward that they don't have street lamps showing at night. And it looks dark, whereas South Korea is all lit up, all those things. And yet some of these advanced weapons programs and who are the Russians relying on to move from Siberia territory over to the front lines with Ukraine? North Koreans.

And so there's a lot that doesn't add up in all of this system and where it would go. But ultimately, it will be where China decides Russia might have a say. And really, if Kim Jong-un really got sick, first question for me is, was anybody in your inner circle in Siberia recently? Because that plague is out there and I don't think there's any quality control between point A and point B. Oh, that's a very good point.

We're talking with our good friend Stephen Yates, host of Nation States with Yates. All right.

So France, it's being said the republic is dying. Although I think for the most part, it looks like it's been defeated. You had Emmanuel Emmanuel Macron, who was there partying, watching Celine Dion. Then he went, recorded a video where he blamed all the instability, Steve, on Iran and the United States, specifically U.S.'s, the United States's prosecution of this conflict. That I feel like he is probably one of the worst leaders that republic has had in our lifetimes.

I wanted to get your thoughts on on what he said in the state of things there.

Well, there's a lot of things that immediately come to mind, most of which would probably get me into trouble. I think that this is probably the least mentally developed leader in a while. This is his whole situation just is not good. And, you know, to basically sum up that really, really low testosterone statement he gave with how could French people be doing this to France? I just was pounding my head saying, these are not French people.

You opened the gates. You invited the Ren Green Alliance in. You unleashed all this and you sat back with your wine and cheese society while literally your goods are burning. And you ask, how can French people do this to France? Give me a freaking break.

It's obvious. And, you know, the President Trump can be blamed for a lot of different things, but he was pretty blunt about this coming. And Vice President Vance came and gave a very known nonsense speech. Did they listen? No, they did not.

Marco Rubio recently went to Greece, gave another version of this. I mean, people have been trying and trying it. And seemingly the only countries in Europe that have really listened are Hungary and Poland. And that's where sort of a serious approach to borders and civilization are really being respected. But old Europe, I mean, it's been on the sort of death cycle for a good long time and, you know, globalism and all that.

And here is France, a nuclear power saying that, and really with massive energy from nuclear saying that, oh, oil prices are the reasons these air quote students are protesting. No, this is open borders being way too tolerant of virulent runaway radicalism in one world major religion. And you are watching your civilization burn. And you've got to stop asking questions and start doing something or get out of the way. I mean, they said globalize the Antifada enough.

What did people think that they meant? Yeah, they just picked the wrong river and wrong sea reference. But it applies everywhere. Yeah. I wanted to switch gears and, oh gosh, where to even...

I'm going to try to get because I want to hit Canada. I also want to hit Starlink versus Starshield, Zelensky, Ukraine, Russia, because POTUS went out and said he told in a soundbite where he said he told that Ukraine and Russia to agree to cease fire. They're going to agree right now to get along. And he told everybody, well, they agree to it because I told them they're going to agree to it. We're obviously both entities are bucking that.

And Ukraine is apparently it's being reported. They've defied POTUS. They launched a big drone attack. Of course, Russia responds. What is your take?

Because Marco Rubio was was also addressing this as well. What is your take on this? Because it seems like Zelensky was accusing the United States of ordering Elon Musk to throttle Starlink. Musk is disputing. What is what is the story on this?

Yeah, well, there's a lot I don't like about almost every element of this story. And at one level, I admire what the president's main goal is. And he's been open about it from the outset. It's very, very simple. Even low IQ liberals can understand it.

He just says, stop the killing. And it's not much more complicated than that for him. He has been very consistent. That's what he set his negotiators out to do. And international relations specialists, people with an axe to grind in this, they can agree or disagree.

They can criticize it. But he's been very clear. And he's run on this multiple times. And he has a mandate to give this a try.

Now, just as an observer of these things for a long term, I don't give good odds of success with these players in being able to have a durable agreement of any kind. I don't think we've had a ceasefire last more than 24 hours in this conflict. And so coming up with something that is truly breakthrough.

Now, I hope for our sake, for our country's sake and for the sake of those that have been afflicted by all of this suffering, that the president is right, that some big breakthrough can end this war. That would be good. But this idea that we're going to make some kind of compromise, defined settlement with these parties, I just don't think that the intent is there.

So I think we're going to end up with a grinding stalemate for quite some time. And there are ways to manage that. And there have been some things that are net good in managing that, as sad as it is. But I think that's sort of the clash of realities. But I really, really, really loathe the way Zelensky talks about the United States.

I think that the Ukrainian people, they should be very, very proud of how they have stood up and how they have survived. And they've actually done some major things to contribute to a revolution in military affairs. But you are dependent on the help of the United States of America. If you think that there's a problem with what the president's doing, you find a quiet way to talk to the president about it. But you put Captain Undershirt out there trying to flex during the hot season of an election and a big kind of two letters come to mind from a lot of Americans.

And he has to be very, very careful because I think that patience is going to run low on how long to continue grinding support out. When I think most reasonable people would say Ukraine's the victim, Russia's the aggressor. But you're mismanaging how to deal with the United States. and then you run to the Europeans who are buying 10 times more from the Russians? Give me a break.

It's his life mission to make bad decisions. It's time for Florida Man. I always wonder what people go through that makes their hair look the way it does in many of these mug shots.

So here just the headline Nap time turns into fight night for Florida man at Keys Park A late night park nap Wait full stop That is not a thing That is not a thing unless you're homeless No one's like, mmm, I'm just so tired I'm out and about leaving a restaurant I'm just gonna go have a park nap Nobody does that This guy, Sean Clayton Goforth 57, was arrested late Wednesday After deputies spotted him snoozing beside a picnic table inside the pond. Oh, boy. He looks like he realizes he has made a series of unfortunate decisions. The scenic spot shuts down at sunset, so he's already overstayed his welcome. He did not call it a night.

He chose the hard way. Monroe County deputies say he woke up on the wrong side of the bench, ignored commands, and then started throwing water bottles at deputies. From there, he squared up into a fighting stance, yelled, actually managed to somehow land a few punches on the deputy while resisting handcuffs. Nobody had serious injuries, although he has a long rap sheet and it added to it.

So he's hauled off to jail. He's got battery, all kinds of other charges as well. He also has trespassing. They decided to go ahead and give him a littering citation and illegal camping on county property. Yeah, but not in the park after sunset because, you know, they have curfews.

They're like, hmm, park's closed now. It's dark time. Dark time. Nap at home. Not in the park.

There's no such thing as a park nap. We're not doing that. Moose out front should have told you. Yeah. So this might be why Kane doesn't like old people.

So a man is accused of robbing banks in an old man mask while on supervised release. He's not an old man. It's literally like Scooby-Doo. St. Petersburg.

He's been convicted, alas, of an attempted bank robbery in 2008. He had five other ones in 2018. Stand aside and I said, please make it quick because a lot of times the audience doesn't want to hear from certain people.

Look at the crowds we have. And he came up and he was talking very nicely. And I stood right over here and I examined his ass. I never did that. No, I never did that with a man before.

I examined his ass and then I looked at his shoulders. I looked at his feet. I looked at his hand. I looked at his jawline studying. He's got a jawline.

This is you. It would be very unfortunate if you picked a fight with him at a bar someday. You want to give me that seat. No, I'm not going to give you the seat. But I then patted him on the shoulder and it was like a piece of steel.

I sort of I'm still recovering my head. I was like, and I explained it to the crowd. He said, this is unbelievable. And, you know, he's picked up like nine or 10 points since I talked about that. And he's got a real.

So basically, Trump's like, I was checking out his backside, you know, and I got 10 points from it. Cain said something I thought was interesting. I think for the first time ever, I think Trump is actually tired. He seems like he's tired. A normal person would be.

Let's just be real about it. What's abnormal is that he's in his 70s. Oh, sorry, 80. And he's just now getting tired. Seriously, just now getting tired.

But he's talking about John Huston, who is the Republican senator out of Ohio there. He always does this. Like every single one of these rallies that he does for these candidates, there's always this personal story that's somewhere along. It's a very Trumpian observation. I really wish that there was a montage of these out there somewhere.

And now, all of the news you would probably miss. It's time for Dana's Quick Five. I am shocked about this. story. This is crazy.

A U.S. Air Force service member died, died from their injuries because they fell 150 feet at a college football game. It was at the Alamo Dome. It was a horrifying accident Saturday night. The victim was not identified publicly, but he was one of four service members that were rappelling from the rafters.

It was the head of the Navy University of Texas and San Antonio, their football game. He slipped on the rope and slammed into the turf at an insane speed, as you can imagine. Gravity distance. He was rushed to the hospital, did not make it from his injuries. They're investigating it.

But oh my goodness, he was apparently part of the Sixth Combat Training Squadron and they do advanced skill training for special warfare airmen.

So good heavens. And it was in front of the whole stadium, The whole, oh my gosh, just, and everybody screamed. It's just horrifying. The, this is also, golly, now you have moped, migrant moped robbery crews in search of jewelry have been wreaking havoc across New York City. And crews of motorized bike riding thieves, they're terrorizing the city, which craziness.

There have been more than 20 of these. Just like since September, over 10 of them have turned violent, according to NYPD. A lot of them are on video. People catch video. And there's a Dominican violent street game made of Dominican inmates at Rikers that have grown into basically like this whole organized ring.

That's like and that's one of their big it's one of their big things is this. This is on mopeds. A priest was crushed to death by a giant altar cross during a live stream mass. It tipped over and hit him. Petruchio Sanchez, he was leading the service when this heavy wooden crucifix, it was on the wall behind him.

It started leaning forward as it was detaching and then it fell straight on him in front of the entire church. He had just adjusted his glasses when it smashed in front of him. Church goers rushed to help. He was pinned, but it was apparently instantaneous. This is Chelsea Handler from Dear Chelsea.
