You're all good. Well, it's good to see you. Well, I haven't been here for a while. I'm glad to be back. So yeah excited to be here today.

Excited to be on the show. I'm going to talk about men's health today. I think that's a topic that we all relate to any time of the year.

I know we're coming into the holiday season and so forth celebrate the birth of our Savior the Lord Jesus Christ. But today, you know on the show I think we'll just talk about some of the things that us men have in common that regardless we're all going to have to deal with. I mean, there's some things in life as we get older we just can't change. You know, I'm a little bit thin on top anymore. You know, I don't have as much hair as I used to and I get around fine. I do good. My energy is good and all that kind of stuff. But just you know overall prostate is one of the things we're going to talk about today.

And as it ages we have issues. So I want to encourage the folks to know that today's presentation what we're going to talk about has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. And then we no way want to treat cure or insinuate that we present disease with these products. All these products are for is for nutritional support of the human body.

Amen. When we look at the prostate gland it's just a small walnut sized gland that sits right in front of the rectum and it kind of entangles around the urethra around that area. So when that gland becomes aggravated as we age it kind of does.

It's just a natural occurrence in our lives that that gland gets bigger instead of smaller. And with that comes the problem of urination that we can't totally empty our bladder the way that we need to. Which for me you know before the prostate formula that I started taking it was multiple trips during the night. You know out of a and some nights it was even worse.

You know normally it was three times. Sometimes it could be worse and you know nobody gets any sleep when you do something like that.
