He is our CGR Wellness expert. And Tim, good morning and welcome. Good to have you with me. Thanks for being here. Thank you, Pastor Craig. I always enjoy doing CGR Wellness and sharing the knowledge that God has given me with the folks out there.

So glad to be here today. Well, and we want to talk about respiratory health, which I think is a pretty big deal right now. Well, here in Indiana, we're starting to get into the fall season. And that brings forth its own challenges with people, you know, having different kinds of challenges with respiratory issues. The sinuses, you know, kind of get congested from time to time. You know, you breathe out of one nostril, you can't breathe out of the other, you get a little stuffy. Yes, you know, you think maybe out of cold, but you really don't.

So yeah, there's a lot of stuff going on this time of year. So first of all, I want to tell folks that the information you're going to hear today are just for educational purposes. We're not here to, you know, diagnose or treat an illness.

Are we going to talk about absorption or not yet? Not quite yet. I'll get there in just a little bit.

We're good. But here today, yep, we're talking about lung and sinus. And we're talking about the fall season and the irritation that could come, whether you live in Bandero, Texas, or if you live in New York City. We're all exposed to that different things. Our respiratory systems can become stressed from the pollens or any other toxic pollutants.

I mean, you live by a big factory, you got big city smog, you get stuck in traffic. I mean, all that we're breathing in all the time. You know, maybe you have a job where you're working a lot of dust. All that can be irritating to the respiratory system, cause you to cough and, you know, you get the nasal discharge and the congestion and that kind of thing. So we're looking at a product today called lung and sinus. So if we can stop it in our respiratory system, or even before we get it in there through our sinuses, we're not going to get as sick and maybe just avoid it all together. Another thing that's important to consider when we're dealing with different toxins and things in our body is how our body's able to eliminate it. So we're all exposed to toxins, whether it's environmental toxins or smoke, or we talked a big city smog, whatever's in the big city, I guess, smog mostly. So we've talked about that and how it can damage our body in the area of cellular defense. If the kidneys aren't getting rid of the waste the way you need to be, then that's building up and you've got more waste in your body. The lymph system is part of that detox system. The lymph runs secondary to the circulation or the circulatory system, but it works with a bunch of one-way valves. And I find a lot of lymphatic congestion in people and it goes really back to digestion that you're not able to break down your fats.

But when the lymphatic system becomes plugged up, then you start to get swelling in the neck and the armpits and that kind of thing and the sinuses will act up. So once you get your body detoxed, that usually will go away. So it's very important to look at the body as a whole and to be able to detox the body. So when we have stress in the body, we also have oxidative stress and that's where the oxidation takes place.

Free radicals begin to oxidize and start to damage our DNA over a period of time. So with our product that we have, our lung and stress formula, that actually helps support the body in the area of phase two detox. So and it really helps combat, you know, combat that oxidative stress. And one of the major products that we use in that is Corsican. Man, I tell you, Corsican is a very good product and I really never experienced that until about 2020. I started to use that particular product isolated and I found that very beneficial for, you know, any kind of stress in the body when it came to immune function. So I'm a big believer in Corsican and this particular product has that in it as well. So it really helps build the body up, it helps protect it and you start to go down the tube.

You think you're going to get down and you're going to get sick. Corsican is in this particular product to help you, you know, stop that. Another product that we've got in this particular protocol is chlorophyll. Now chlorophyll is a really unique product that we sell through CGR Wellness, both in, you know, you can buy it by itself like chlorophyll plus. But why chlorophyll is really important is, and it's in this particular product, it works in the area of detox.

It's a detoxifier, so it means it helps clean out the toxins that are in the body. Now, but it also just real quick, you were talking about is it when you say Corsican, are you talking about Q-U-E-R-C-E-T-I-N? Yes. Okay, perfect. Yeah, that's it. You're familiar with it, I'm sure.

You know what, I'll tell you something. It's actually one of the things that is a part of the protocols for battling, you know, the SARS, the COVID, the whole bit. And especially if you, you know, let's say you can't get hydrochloroquine, or you can't get ivermectin, and you want to take something, the quercetin is one of those things. I take about 2,400 milligrams of quercetin a day.

A day. And I've been taking it, I actually, that was the thing that knocked out the COVID issue that I had in December 2020. As soon as I started on that, everything cleared out. But I take quercetin with bromelain every single day. Funny you should mention that because bromelain is also in this product.

And this product actually does have, you know, quercetin in it, and it also has bromelain in it. And bromelain basically will help go into the blood. It's an enzyme, and it'll also help clean up the blood when it's taken in between a meal. So it's a pretty good product for lung and sinus. And then we're not looking at treating any kind of disease or anything with that, but we're just looking at protecting the overall body and the overall health of the body.

So it's a pretty heavy hitter with a lot of different products in it that work synergistically with one another. And bromelain actually comes from pineapple, and it is considered a proteolytic enzyme. And what a proteolytic enzyme does, it just goes in there and eats. And, you know, if you take it with food, it's going to eat the food. But if you take it apart from food, it can eat other things in the body that you may not want there and kind of help clean it up. Another important product you're going to find in this is chamomile.

Now, I like chamomile. It's a really good relaxant. And what it does, it helps to relax the lungs, and it helps relieve the spasms that occur within the respiratory system.

So there again, it's a synergistic effect of, you know, anything from your stinging nettle to your turmeric to your boswellia, to your black pepper, to chlorophyll, to chlorosaccharin, all working together. You know, it's a synergistic effect where they put all these things in there, designed and targeted just at your lung. Remember when I started, I said you had about seven or 19 different supplements that were specifically targeted for the respiratory system.

And that's what we're looking at. We're looking at targeted nutrition that goes directly to the lungs and the sinuses. So we looked at overall laying the foundation of wellness down. We'll look at VIBE and our omega-3 complete. That lays the foundation for wellness down.

And that's what I recommend everybody to start with. And then if you have any other issues, you can go problem specific and be able to, you know, use a product like Lung and Sinus. So another area of concern is the circuitry and oxidation when you're looking at this. And it's important to have a good nutrient delivery system.

We've got a grape seed extract, and grape seed is a very good antioxidant, and it does give you some viral support. And then we've got ginseng, and I like ginseng. Ginseng is one of the products that's in our ultra shot product, and ginseng is a blood mover, and that's why it's in the ultra shot product.

That's why it's in the Lung and Sinus formula, because it is a blood mover, and it does help move blood, and that's kind of what we're looking at.
