Bottom of hour number three, I will have an update for you, a live update for you on what's going on in India in Punjab. Our pastor there just got back from Jammu and Kashmir. If you're not familiar with where that is, it is in the furthest northern region of India, right up against Afghanistan to its north and China to its east.

It's actually where the China-Indian war, and yes, there is a mildly hot cold war that's going on between China and India up in that region. And so Jammu and Kashmir are caught up in all of that. We'll talk to you about what's happening with them and the persecution that's taking place amongst pastors there. Also, we'll get an update on what's going on in Punjab as well, where the Sikh are calling for a separation of Punjab from India and their own country called Kalistan, and they want to wipe out every Christian in Punjab, kill them or move them, one or the other.

That's the Sikh nationalist movement that's happening there. So we'll talk about that coming up. Don Jans joins me. How far down the 45 goals are we, and can this Congress actually do anything to stop the role of the progressive communists that has taken over our nation? Also coming up next hour, we'll have Corey Porch will be with us, CNN's whistleblower. He's a CNN whistleblower, and he's going to give us some real insight into CNN and fake news. I want to take just a little bit to share with you what my father and I got for Christmas. Two days before Christmas, my nine-year-old father and myself came down with COVID. And it was not fun. I dodged COVID both for about three years, never had it. And the reason I've kept him here at home is to keep him from that kind of stuff, because I know that if he's in a care facility that the chances of him getting in is a lot worse, you know, especially with his respiratory problem of working asbestos for 42 years. His lungs are severely damaged or scarred and the lining is very thick and he has diminished lung capacity. So when he got COVID, I thought, well, this is probably the beginning of the end and he's not going to be able to pull through.

But he did. And so did I. And I think a lot of the reason, you know, that we both pulled through was a result of prayer. And I'm still not back to 100 percent. I still got a ways to go before I can get back.

I'm your host, Pastor Greg, my special guest, Tim Sheff, and we are in our CGR Wellness time. And we do this because we care about you, because we really believe in what we're talking about. It has made a difference in both of our lives, and that's why we share it with you. I want you to experience, gosh, I just, I can't, and I'm not trying to raise up or elevate my own personal story, but I can't think of anyone that I know with the kind of history that I have, that if I'm saying to you, hey, this stuff has helped me. You know, you hear those sayings, Tim, where they say, well, you know, if I can do it, anybody can do it, or if it worked for me, I'm telling you, my story is so unique.

I really believe that it's unique. I have a pituitary gland and adrenal gland that burned out in 2004. It was still burned out when I came out of this accident. The doctors even said to me, they did the blood work, and they came in one morning and they said, listen, you know, we know this accident didn't kill you. We really don't understand that, because with all of your injuries, you should be dead. But the fact that you survived the accident, what I'm about to tell you, you can't survive. You can't live with a non-functioning pituitary gland and adrenal gland.

If they're shut down, you're dead. So whatever you were doing, get back on it. I was on some naturals.

Tim has been helping me with some of that, but I'm telling you that this stuff has improved that condition, and overall has improved my health. And that's a fact. Go ahead. So I need to do a reset on my own calendar to make sure I'm within the limits of where I need to be. But over a period of time, our bodies build up toxins on the inside. And, you know, it's environmental toxins that we take in, whether we live next to a field that farmers have been crop dusting on or spraying chemicals on. Maybe it's a factory we live to.

We see the commercials on TV of Camp Lejeune and the problem they've had there on. We think back to when they had problems up in Michigan and Flint with a water source up there. So there's many different reasons and many different occupations that people pick up toxins and chemicals from. You know, from the mechanics, you see them now wearing gloves when they're doing all their mechanical work.

It used to be back, you know, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, even gloves weren't even thought about at that time. So you really don't need to change a lot. You get to eat. It's very important to understand that during this detox, it's something that you get to continue your normal lifestyle. Now, there are some recommendations to take this cleanse and I think are very fitting and appropriate.

One is, you know, cut down on your carbohydrates while you're taking this cleanse because carbohydrates just tend to put on weight. So let's cut back on our carbohydrates. Let's cut out alcohol for a period of about seven days.

Alcohol is inflammatory and will inflame the liver. And we want to get good results with this cleanse. So therefore, let's cut out the alcohol. Let's eat some smaller meals during this cleanse. That way we can reduce the amount of food that we have in our system as we purge out our system. So this is a total body cleanse. It's not just about pooping. There's a lot of cleanses out there about pooping and I don't think those are bad either. I think pooping is a good thing and I think it's very important to clean out the colon.

But if you're starting off 2023 and you feel a little sluggish, maybe not like yourself, maybe just everything just seems to be moving slow. Let me suggest a seven day detox kit for you. There's a lot of benefits that come with this particular cleanse. You're going to find that if you go into this on day, I'd say day three, you're going to start to see a serious increase of energy.

And that's very important. Most people think it cleanses as they're going to get tired, but you'll start to feel more energy on day three. Your brain is going to start to work better. You're going to get what we call a brain buzz going on. That's where the mental clarity comes in and everything gets rocking and you really start to feel better about overall during this particular process.

It's pretty much a generic across the board, same for everybody. And that's why I can say generally people lose about an inch off the waist.

Women lose two to three pounds. But I mean, because, you know, remember when I got mine and I actually didn't get that booklet. Well, and that's something that happens from time to time. I understand. I understand. So that was why I was asking if you could if you had the formula that you could share for those that are that if they want to do it. Yeah, I don't have that with me today. All right.

I need to have my book over at the office. I've got a stack of them because, you know, occasionally I'll get a call saying, hey, you know, I ordered four detox kids and I didn't get the booklet. So I'll send four of them out and that kind of thing. But I just don't have that with me today. Yeah, I don't have I don't have my right here either.

I thought I did, but I don't. Yeah. But so I have that with me today.

But it's still, you know, very easy to do this particular detox kit was developed for a very large alternative medicine type clinic. And that I can't share the name with. But I mean, they come to us and said, hey, you know, you have something that we could be OK. It's not gross. That's one of the things that, you know, a lot of people find with some of these detox kids that they're they're just not palatable. You just can't do it.

You just have to really struggle. And I've had some that I've done that I felt was very gross. And even though I might have got some results, it was just almost too much for me to be able to handle.

Right. So, you know, going back to the cleanse, I want to talk about pulling out the heavy metals. That's the muscle aid. And we we did describe that as something that would pull out those heavy metals. So once it's pulled out of the body, it's pulling it out of the tissue.

So a lot of the heavy metals wind up in fat and then pull them out into through the detox system, which would be the liver. So we need to flush them out of the liver. And that's when we use our chlorophyll plus. That's and we don't use the standard dosage.

As you said, there's in that booklet, it describes exactly how much it is of each of the products they need to combine and to do this cleanse twice a day. And that's why chlorophyll plus is very important because it not only detoxifies the body, it's purifying the blood. And any time I can purify my blood and build my blood to a better quality, the more nourishment that I'm able to feed my cells, the better off I'm going to feel. Amen. Yeah.

Very important. So we want to kind of like chlorophyll plus is kind of like giving your liver a hug. So, again, just to reiterate in day two or day three that your body odor is going to go away. Bad breath. You know, that's gone at that particular time. And it's very common that you're going to start pooping like Kermit the Frog.

You're going to be great. Your stools will be green. And that's definitely due to the chlorophyll. And it's extremely important to hit your water goal on this, because one of the things that I find with folks, if they can't hit their water goal, they're going to find that they'll be sluggish, really sluggish. And that's because there's just too much waste building back up inside their body and it's being reabsorbed into the bloodstream.

And it's just an overall downer and less energy. So very important to be able to keep your water intake up where it needs to be to be able to get that cleansing working the way that it's supposed to. Gotcha.

So that would be getting the beginning of the year, the spring and then the fall just right after summer. So those are the times that I like to be able to do that. And it's always good to do a detox with a friend.

So if you have a couple of friends, you know, maybe you have an office and there's several people there. You want to all do it together. You kind of challenge one another and see who does the best on the cleanse from the standpoint of maybe weight loss or maybe inches off, whatever you want to do.

You can combine it. But there again, you want to remember you're going to have leftovers after this is done, leftover vibe. So you still got another couple of weeks that you can use vibe.

And then at the end of that, it's always good to reorder the vibe so you can continue to take that product.
