I was number nine. My brother, he's still in prison. And my sister, she was sent to a labor camp without a trial. But there's one piece of evidence they haven't been able to destroy yet.

And that is what's taking place on the other on on on right now the other side of the world but but it is close to home. The invasion at our southern border reminds us how close it is to home. Let's let's start by talking about what's going on with Iran and then let's let's transition to what's happening with Turkey and the Kurds and Syria but let's start with Iran and and how how that is proceeding.

Sure, there's a number of different angles here. First of all, you know, the uprising that which is really not an uprising, it's a revolution at this point is proceeding. The people are still out in the streets, they're still being shot at. It's really amazing that after almost three months, they're still out there taking bullets, being arrested, knowing what the consequences are, torture, potential death, execution, etc.

So it's really amazing the bravery these people are showing. And it shows once again, they're not after reforms. They really have given up on reforms. They want a new government. They're done living under this this tyranny.

So they're out there. They're doing what they're doing. It's entering a new phase now on one side, slightly more violent, you're hearing about more IRGC officers being killed. But second of all, you're now entering the phase where they're trying to choke the regime, namely critical sectors of the economy are on strike. So the truckers are on strike, the oil workers are on strike, the bazaars, the merchants are on strike.

Again, I can go down for about five minutes, various places on strike, they're bringing the government to its heels on that. So what you have is essentially the government's really on the ropes. On the other side, the government now is trying to pull a trick. It knows that the West, specifically the United States under this administration, is not that eager to get rid of this government.

I'm not quite sure why. But it's very clear our policy is we don't want chaos. We don't want the dangers of a messy situation in Iran. So as a result, we kind of want the government to moderate something that the Iranian people are telling us very clearly, very loudly, that's not a possibility.

They will never moderate. These are not normal people who run that government. So our policy at this point is essentially to push onward with negotiations, pressure to moderate. We still look at it as a women's rights issue, the hijab, the veiling. The Iranians look at that issue as the symbolic core of a larger issue of their freedom. It's not a women's rights issue for them. It's a freedom issue as a whole. So there's a big disconnect between Washington and the Iranian opposition.

They're getting increasingly frustrated for Washington calling it, either just demonstrations and so forth. And let me just quickly interrupt for just a second just to let you know, David. So a couple of pictures we have shared here. The first one is a threefold picture. And in the picture on the left, it says, support uprising for regime change in Iran.

And that is what they're after. And then there's pictures and signs in front of the White House, but there's also pictures and so forth in Iran itself. And then the second picture that I just put up is a picture of the response of the Iranian government. And that is, they're hanging people. They are literally hanging people who are choosing to protest.

And it is a very, very serious, serious situation that's taking place. There are some pictures regarding the protest that are coming out of Iran, but I have to tell you that Arab News, for example, I've got a picture of David from Arab News. But I'm going to tell you folks, you're not going to see a lot of pictures. And the reason, David, is obviously Iran is able to restrict what is broadcast out of Iran. So you're not going to see a whole lot of pictures of these protests. There were a few that escaped early on, the girls in the classroom, there were a few pictures of some of that that escaped early on, but they have clamped down significantly on the ability of the Iranians to get their message out to the world. They have.

We still get trickling out of pictures, not as much as we used to. And it's not because there isn't stuff going on. It's as you said, they have shut down the internet completely.

They have figured out ways of blocking any alternative ways of communicating. So it's a silence. It's not a silence on the ground, but it's a silence in social media and it's a silence on the airwaves.

But it doesn't, there's not a silence on the ground. You're absolutely right. So we should beware to read too much into a slowing down of pictures coming out because it's still happening. The other thing we need to be aware of is the tricks of the government. They're clearly on the ropes. So they send this trial balloon out yesterday morning that they're going to do away with the morality police. This is a police force that goes and checks to see if women wear their veil and any hair is showing.

These are the ones who killed Masa Amini to start all this because she had a lock of hair showing. So at any rate, these guys are really the core of the regime's repression in the last few months, the hijab. And the government announced yesterday morning in a sort of a veiled way by a minister that didn't really have the authority to do it to say, well, they may disband that unit. And hours later, they walked that back and said, no, we're not disbanding that unit.

That's just, it's two things. One is that the target of that is not the Iranian people. The Iranian government knows that the Iranian people are gone, that they've lost them.

They can't bring them back. This is a death struggle between the Iranian people and their regime. It's targeted at America, it's targeted at Washington, and it's targeted at US officials who they think they can manipulate. They're trying to send a signal that, oh, we're moderate, we can be moderate, we can be moderate. Don't worry, everything's fine over here. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, and in reality, we're going to, we've got to take a break. But in reality, the other part of this messaging is, is to allow the Biden regime to go forward with the Iranian nuclear deal.

We'll dig into the MTG call for federal investigation into the Arizona election, predicated on the fact that the Secretary of State, Katie Hobbs, of the state of Arizona clearly interfered with the election by demanding that free speech rights on Twitter be taken away from her political opponents.

She used her official office as the Secretary of State for Arizona to suggest that individuals on Twitter should not be allowed freedom of speech. This is a big, and MTG has asked for a federal investigation into that. More importantly, well, I don't know, maybe equally importantly, but the case of Brunson versus Alma will be discussed in depth as Lloyd Brunson is scheduled to be with us at the top of the hour for a full hour to talk about his case in the Supreme Court, which has been accepted by the Supreme Court and will be in a hearing.

And we will give you all the details about that coming up top of the next hour. So please tell your friends this is huge. This case could restore and save our constitutional republic. I'm not being overdramatic. I'm serious.

It really truly could. If what they want to have happen happens and the Supreme Court says yes, you're right and so on, it's huge. All right, David, let's get into this again. We're talking about what's going on in Iran, the Iranian people and so on.

Finish that conversation if you could. And then we want to transition over also because in that same region, we want to talk about what Turkey is doing to the Kurds and to the Armenian Christians, which is significant as well. And what they did to the Jews in what is now Turkey as well as Christians in the past. Yeah, to finish off with Iran quickly, so the government strategy in Iran is to isolate the Iranian people from their Western allies, or specifically Western governments, and most particularly the United States. So the whole strategy is to snooker Washington into thinking moderation is an option.

And of course, this administration wants to be snookered. So right, because, right, because this gives them the ability then to be able to lie to the American people and the rest of the world, and stand with a quote unquote, moderate Iran in making a nuclear deal with them, in spite of the of the obvious danger and the power that that gives to this regime that the Iranian people have rejected. So one of the other options that the Iranians have is they're aware of the 250 pound gorilla not the 800, America's the 800 pound gorilla, but they're aware of the 250 pound gorilla Israel and the region. And there's a new government in Israel. And that new government has traditionally been very much more aggressive against the Iranian government, speaking much more directly with the Iranian people. So the Iranian people will find themselves not entirely alone. They have a very powerful regional ally suddenly. So I would look to the Arab-Israeli issue as the next explosive event again, for two reasons. One is because they want to drive a wedge between United States and Israel. This administration again will let that happen. And then the second thing is they want to divert attention away from themselves and Tehran by triggering another war.

So my sense is we're headed for another escalation on that front. So that's the Iranian strategy. Now, Turkey. Yeah, Turkey is invading northern Syria, Kobana region, which was once a Kurdish town. It was destroyed largely by ISIS with cooperation.

I think we have to say with Turkish cooperation because it's within sight of the border. And the Turks had all their forces mobilized there when ISIS came and started massacring everybody. And they just stood there and watched, largely because they enjoyed seeing the Kurds weakened so much. And now they're going in on their own, the Turks. And it's brutal.

It's simply brutal what they're doing. And very disturbing because you see the Iranians on the other end attacking the Kurds. So we've got a really considerable Kurdish crisis emerging, although the Kurds are tough people. They're armed. I don't think they're going to go down that easy.

So I think what you'll see is some sort of a stabilization. But again, this is Turkey. And they have a history of being very aggressive and mean to minorities, starting with the Armenians, the genocide. And that is, you know, it throws around the word genocide often.

The left likes to call everybody to disagree with genocide and so forth and Nazis. Truth was, the Armenian genocide was the real deal. It was a real genocide, a horrific event.

And really, they flipped the switch and turned that back on again. And that's what's happening in northern Syria. In addition to the Kurds is an extermination of the Armenians who are predominantly Christian, by the way. And the Kurds have really been, certain elements of the Kurdish population and Kurdish militia have been the buffer between the Christians and the Turkish onslaught and have stepped up and defended Christians in the past. And so that that also is another reason for them getting the ire of Turkey is because of their alignment with with Christians.

10 seconds, I'm sorry. The government of Turkey is Muslim Brotherhood. They're waging an overall war against Christianity in the region. And this is a chapter of it. And this is really about defense of the region of Christianity and the cradle of Christianity. And this is why I said Mehmet Oz had no business being endorsed by Donald Trump. Absolutely none. Go. All right, so here is the latest. Today's the day that they are to canvas the state and certify. Now, keep in mind, there's no checks and balances. There's no actual verification of things when the certification is done, which is... Now that we know the intricacies of the entire election process, it's more ridiculous than what I just said. But that's the whole thing. It is like complete chaos from the moment that they send out the first mail in ballots.

There's a problem there. So back to where we are right now. That's supposed to be happening, canvassing. But as you know, on Wednesday of last week and then Friday, we had the hearing with Josh Barnett and Leo D'Onofrio, and that was against Hobbs and the County Board of Supervisors. What Leo had found, and he filed yesterday, he had filed an emergency motion to set aside the dismissal for fraud on the court.

So what happened on Friday is kind of a really big deal. So the attorney says... Now, what I did was in that Save My Freedom Subs Jack, I put that in the most recent post that's there, I put in the filing, the emergency motion. Now, the whopper is on page six, okay? Page six. So the attorney...

This is so bad. So the attorney who's representing Katie Hobbs argued against what Josh was saying about 16650, which is whether or not you're filing some sort of a... Let's use the word dispute. You're filing a dispute. If it's a contest, if you're contesting the election, it needs to be done after they certify.

Remember, you're trying to revive the murdered body, right? That's the election process, no logic, by design. Or if the way that Leo filed it for or wrote it for Josh was to not dispute it so that way you could do it prior to.

So Leo did it the right way. Well, of course, the attorney for Hobbs said, no, no, no, you can't do that. Well, two years ago, in the Arizona Republic Party versus Andre Fontes, that attorney argued just the opposite as if he was in favor of what Josh said. And apparently, according to how the legal system works, you have to tell the judge that is how you argued it before. Now, this was a case that set precedent here in Arizona. So the fact that the judge didn't know that is kind of a really big telling deal, right? So he didn't go ahead and let the court know and the judge know, which means it's either a basic committed fraud or a reckless disrespect for the truth. That's how they talk in legalese, right?

Okay. So basically, at this point, the attorney should either be sanctioned or disbarred just for that. So basically, two years ago, he said, yes, Josh is right. Then now, this is how the system works.

So you jump on whatever side of the fence you need to dance on in order to prove to get your point across, whatever it is, and you're a heathen and a demon. So that just happened. So he filed that to say, you know what? He committed fraud on the court. And also, there's other things in there, too, though.

But that was just the big whopper that he was dancing around yesterday that he told me he found. Yes. So, oh, commercial break. Go buy something, people.

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. We're not ready for commercial break. We still got two minutes. So what that means, then, is now the judge has to look at this, and he's going to have to hold a hearing with regards to this. But the other side to this, you just said that there's a cert that they are supposed to vote on, and that's today?

Today. Right. But here's the thing. And I said to him, I said, Leah, but what if the judge, who obviously sounds that she's part of the... Wait till I tell you when we come back from the break what he found out about the judge, and then I think I told you something else, too. So what happens is basically the fact that the attorney did this is like giving the judge beyond the middle finger, right? Because it's like a huge disrespect thing and all that kind of stuff.

I mean, like really big. Like he said he couldn't believe that she did this or that the guy did. The judge is a she, okay? The judge is a she, by the way.

It matters in these situations, right? But what happened was... Wait, there was something else that was a whopper that I needed to tell you guys. It'll come to me.

It'll come to me. But anyway, so he said it doesn't have to happen. What it has to do with... It's called enjoined, okay? So basically, it's a whole other thing whether you are enjoined, which means stopping, which I didn't mean enjoined meant stopping, okay? So the judge can actually stop the certification process based on what is in this, yes, prior to Katie Odds doing the deed. But the issue is that we don't know if the judge will.

That's still up in the air. Right, but even if she doesn't, he said because of all this that happened and the fact that... Because the case that he found from two years ago was sealed. So he found a way to unseal it, to get in. However, lawyers do their thing, but it was sealed. So that's why people didn't know about it. See, they're hiding stuff.

They wanna hide things because they knew that maybe we'll use it. Now we gotta take the break. Well, see, I gave you two minutes and you fumbled the football at the goal line.

Give us that background very quickly that Leo discovered with regards to the judge, and then we'll go to Cochise County because there's big news coming out of Cochise County. And folks, if you'll remember, Michelle was with us last week at the end of the week, and we talked with her specifically about the chair of her area, her election district, trying to walk out with the ballots. Well, she did. And well, right. But then she was brought back or the ballots were brought back in. Right? Didn't you say that then somebody went out after her and brought the ballots back?

Well, somebody went out after her, but we never, they never came back. Oh, the ballots never came back in. No, no, no. Wow. All right. See, see, apparently.

Well, and, and there, and there has been, and there has, there has been a proven discrepancy, 100%. All right. Yeah.

Oh yeah. Okay. Let's hit the judge. So what did we find out about this judge? Now, what was interesting about the judge is Leo goes, you know, have you looked at what her job history is?

He said, no, I know nothing about that. Right. So he said from 2006 to 2013, she was a U S attorney. Now parent, he said, U S attorneys are big deals. They make a lot, they have a lot of money, a lot of power. And usually when you leave as a U S attorney, you can kind of write your ticket.

You can go to a law firm, make easily 250 plus you could kind of just go wherever you want. She said she became the federal director of prisons. Okay. For the whole country, she was running the federal director of prisons for the whole country.

Okay, go ahead. And then all of a sudden, then all of a sudden she becomes in like 2015, she becomes a juvenile judge in Meric corruption County. So you went from like big head time deal, big head honcho run in the whole country for the prisons to be a judge. Doug Dushi, Doug Dushi, our, our governor dominated her in 2015, or she appointed her him.

He appointed her in 2015 to become a juvenile court judge in Meric corruption County, like a little small fry. And you know, they lay out by egos. They don't go down.

They all go up. And then she went to family court and then she went to civil court, which is the progressive order of just moving a little bit up at the food chain there. So now she's dealing with the elections. So you see where, see where we're going with this. These people have been placed into positions for such a time as this, right? Isn't that, isn't that Esther 4, 14, except for the opposite.

So this is the demonic Esther 4, 14. And it was interesting because, uh, Emeril Robinson the other day, it was on our show a couple of times in the past week or two. And she had sent me, somebody sent her a LinkedIn profile for, I believe it was Pima County's election director. The woman came fresh off the boat in April, 2022 to, um, from Virginia. She'd been there for like a decade in the, the corruption process and all of a sudden she pops up here in Arizona as the elections director for Pima County.

Now Pima was one of the first, first one to certify, not to mention April, 2022. If you remember from our conversations last week, that's when all of a sudden the, uh, inactive voters started jumping into, or the active voters started jumping into the inactive voters. See, these people have been strategically placed in these positions. And if you look at Steven Richard, Steven Richard is the county recorder.

You look at his history. He was placed here too from like, uh, what, you know, what, you know, what all these smart think tanks that are all established in the corruption kind of stuff. So there's more to that. So, all right. So that's the judge thing, um, just as a heads up.

So that again is in that sub stack. I put the link to that. I encourage you to read page six, read the rest of it. There's 14 pages. And then none of the, um, the case that was from 2020 that he referenced is in there too, but it's all new stuff compared to what was filed last week, page 17 pages.

All right. So then Cochise County now Cochise County, apparently, no, this is confusing because it doesn't seem like to be resolution, but to make a long story short, the case that was originally done the hearing last week, um, at the same time or just before that meeting, the attorney filed to have it moved to federal case. So then all of a sudden it actually did move to a federal case. It moved to the federal courts, which makes the meeting that they did have where they did the certification. I'll avoid Peggy, judge, voter supervisors right had apparently put in her email requests or her statement to recant her certification vote. But from what we write, but no, no celebrate.

There's no early celebration here.
