Bottom of hour number three. I think we didn't get a chance to make the connection like we normally do the day before, but he's normally here the first Friday of the month. So I'm going to I'm going to hope he'll he'll be joining us either way. I'm going to delve into the respect, the disrespect for Marriage Act and again, break down some of the really serious issues that are associated with that. And and so we'll we'll we'll get into all of that. Don Jans and I will talk with you about personal liberty and the assault that we're seeing on on on our personal liberties and things of that nature.

Which if you go to Children Generation Radio dot com, maybe you're already there. If you look down in our blog section, I just posted this, but Facebook banned me. They banned me just last night.

I put I posted this. This was in response, by the way, to someone who was posting about the disrespect for Marriage Act and the fact that that act is going to mean that it's going to give the federal government now. And I said this, it's in the act and and Ted Cruz came out with a statement saying this was why he specifically voted against it was that the act says within it that this will allow the IRS to go after nonprofits, including churches who do not fully support and endorse marriage and take away their tax exempt status. It's to shut down churches. That's part of its goal. And it says it right there in black and white. And that's why Ted Cruz came out and made his statement.

So I wrote and I'm going to have this gentleman on on Monday. There's a there's a case now before SCOTUS called the Brunson case, B-R-U-N-S-O-N. And it would allow the Supreme Court by its judgment to remove 388 congressmen, senators and the current president and vice president. Because they had knowledge that a foreign nation had interfered with our election in 2020 based on a report they received from the director of national intelligence. And they were asked to suspend a certification of the vote for 10 days to allow that investigation to continue.

Instead, they voted to kill the investigation. That is a direct violation of their oath to defend our nation against all enemies, foreign and domestic, because our election process is sacred in this country. And it is constitutionally protected. And if a foreign nation invades our country and interferes with our election, that is an assault upon our Constitution. And they are constitutionally sworn by duty. To defend our Constitution against that foreign entity and investigate and then take action according to what the investigation shows the fact that they had evidence sitting in front of them. And they killed the investigation is treason. It means that they collaborated with the enemy. And the degree at which they collaborated will depend on the representative.

But nonetheless, they did. And so the Supreme Court has taken up this case, they are going to look at this case and make a decision on it. And I'll have the plaintiff on this case on the program on Monday. So I wrote, pray for the Brunson case to be won at SCOTUS and all these traitors to be hung for treason. What happens? I'm sorry, but that's what happens. Look, you commit treason, you get hung.

And then I wrote, listen to Children Generation Radio 10 to 11 a.m. Eastern Monday and Lloyd Brunson will explain. And so they wrote, because you previously posted something that didn't follow our community standards, this comment goes against our standards on violence and incitement. I didn't tell anybody to hang anybody. I said, pray that the Supreme Court finds them guilty. And the consequence for treason. Is what the consequence for treason is. If you don't want to swing from the tree, don't commit treason. Sounds pretty simple. And I'm not talking about the nonsense that they're doing against J6 people either, which is actually treasonous on behalf of the people who are going after the protesters who were there protesting because they knew about this.

They were protesting because their constitutional rights had been demolished. Well, this segment's not about that, but it is about using your brain. And that's what I've been doing is using my brain to figure these things out, to share them with you, because I know you're using your brain and we need more brain power. And that's why I've got Tim Sheff with me today for CGR Wellness, because we're going to talk about brain health. How about that, Tim? Was that a segue or what?

That works for me, Pastor Greg. Amen. So one of the things I want to talk about today is what the brain needs to function. Now, it's been said, and I've taken a lot of classes and so forth, and they call the brain a glucose hog.

Now, glucose is a simple sugar that allows the brain to think, to be active, and do what it needs to do to control the body. So a lot of us will come up in mid-afternoon, and we'll have a mid-afternoon slump. And that's when the glucose drops.

My very special guest is Tim Sheff, and we're talking about brain health.

Every week on Friday mornings, we are blessed to be joined by a gentleman who has over 40 years of experience in naturopathic health. I mean, it really does. And, you know, we can't make a difference if we don't have our health. And brain health is a big part of that, and we're talking about that today.

And, you know, in our area, it's about $8,000 to $10,000 a month for that kind of care, and that's a lot of money.

When you're looking at the price of prevention, it's a whole lot cheaper, and to have him still in his own home, able to do what he wants to for the most part, you know, he can't do all he can because of his age, but hey, he's still in his own home with his dog and enjoying life somewhat, watching basketball. So that's why I think it's very important to, you know, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. So I want in my own life to take the Effacorp product or the Omega 3 Complete to be able to have my brain health into my elder life. So one of the things that I actually do in my own office, I always use fat, which I use the Omega 3, along with protein for growth and repair. You know, over 30 years ago, there were studies done on Eskimos, and it showed that they have a high-fat diet, but they didn't have the cardiovascular challenges that other folks that they studied had, and the reason was is the key ingredient in their diet was fish. So they were getting healthy omegas in their fish, which actually led to a thinning in the blood.

I think that's best due to the fact that, you know, out in the deep sea you're going to find something that's pure. One of the things that I've found in my practice is when I have somebody comes in and they're down and they're not having it, you know, for a long period of time, always we'll want to look at foundation. And when we look at foundation, it's always proteins, fats, minerals. So we go with Vi for our minerals, our phytonutrients. Then we look to our omega. We look to that for our fatty acids.

We may throw a little bit of D3 in there, but that's the first thing that we're going to do. Vitamin D3, as we said before, is your sunshine vitamin, so it helps change mood. You can say the same thing somewhat for omega-3. It helps quite a bit as well. But there's cross-benefits you're going to find when you take these products, and I think that's not only important for brain health, but what you're going to find is that when you take the omegas, you're going to decrease the risk for heart problems. And again, it reduces the oxidative stress. We talked about that on the body, what oxidative stress is, and it goes in, and it actually causes our bodies to oxidize from the inside, so it allows that aging process to move at a lot more rapid pace than it does if you're taking these supplements to slow down that aging process. It actually helps support the immune system as well. It helps with the lining of the intestines when you're taking a healthy fat like omega-3. Again, it helps promote good health in the area of brain to, I'd say it actually helps slow down the process of the Alzheimer's, dementia, that kind of thing, as I've seen in my father.

That's my personal testimony about him and what I've seen. Another thing that I find with omega-3 is inflammation. A lot of people get inflammation in their body, and inflammation is pain. Justice for us seems almost impossible. It's not fun to watch somebody die, and they knew she was in mode of peril. They have not asked the hard questions.
