I'm really pleased to have you with me talk to me now about what's going on. We have a cadet at at the Naval Academy. Is that right? It's the US Air Force Academy.

Okay. My alma mater, I did attend and graduate the Air Force Academy in 91. Although I later became a Navy chaplain. And now the Air Force Academy is about to kick out a cadet, one of the best and brightest of America right these.

It's very competitive to even get in and hard to graduate from the Air Force Academy. But these people will serve as the officers and leaders of our military for many years to come. One cadet with religious principles is about to be fired because of his religion. And the problem is, he has a religious objection to having taken the COVID vaccine, which I don't object to the vaccine, I got the vaccine, but this cadet has a sincere religious objection. And he's been ordered to compromise his faith. And the person giving the order is three star General Richard Clark, who is the superintendent of the Air Force Academy.

Well, what's what's the problem with this, right? The problem is, General Clark stood up in front of a crowd of 500 graduates at my reunion last year. And he said from the stage, I asked him, and he said, absolutely, I'll defend the religious freedom of my cadets who refuse the vaccine on religious grounds. Absolutely, chaplain.

He said that to me in front of 500 witnesses. And now he is breaking his pledge. And so this cadet could be fired as early as Monday, he's been ordered by his commander, he's lost his appeal, which means the superintendent himself is now firing this cadet. And the administrative separation could be as early as Monday.

And we absolutely need to get engaged in this. And we were talking before we came on air. I shared this yesterday on the program with David Shostokis on three conservatives dissented in a court decision to decline to intervene on behalf of an Air Force officer who wouldn't get the vaccine because of a religious exemption. Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Dunn, in a case of Dunn versus Austin, and the Supreme Court on Monday, the 18th turned down a plea from a lieutenant colonel in the Air Force Reserve to block the Air Force from disciplining him because he's not vaccinated against COVID-19. Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch wanted to have the case heard. And the other justices determined no, we're not going to hear the case, including Cavanaugh and Amy Barrett and and john roberts. Well, that's disappointing.

And it just shows that we cannot rely on the courts anymore. And so the only way to help this cadet, I believe, is to call the three star general, Richard Clark, the superintendent of the Air Force Academy. I have been in his office. I have handed him the papers about this case.

I have asked him to keep his word. I have emailed five different times to the public affairs staff and the three star general himself. And finally, this week, I got a reply from public affairs at the Air Force Academy says, sir, due to pending litigation, the US Air Force Academy can't comment on this issue. Very respectfully, US Air Force Academy public affairs. So okay, they say no comment, but but that confirms they are being sued.

Exactly. This cadet. This cadet now is joined with Navy SEALs one versus Biden in the case led by Matt Staver with Liberty Council.

And Matt Staver writes the following. This is the cadets lawyer. The cadet believes that God has called him to serve in the Air Force, but has a sincerely held religious belief that he should not receive any of the COVID shots because of their connections to abortion. And so the cadet has a sincerely held belief that because the COVID vaccines were developed using tests on aborted fetal stun cell lines, that he would be the beneficiary of those kind of experiments, and therefore it violates his conscience. This is a Christian cadet. And maybe I don't come to the same conclusion as he does, but he has a conscience that will not allow him to violate his he thinks it's a sin against God. So I'm going to stand with him. I'm going to defend his religious freedom because if one person doesn't have religious freedom for their sincerely held religious beliefs, then none of us have it. Amen.

That's right. Amen. The government can come after us. So let me let me do this real quick, and give you some numbers. So you can take action. Those of you that are listening on the radio, those of you that are watching are actually seeing, I've put up the message, the email that you sent out chaps so that people could see as you were reading, they could, you know, could read along with what the cadet had to say. So here's the action we want you to take, we want you to call three star General Richard Clark's office and folks, as I've told you many times before, when we even put up the capital switchboard number, we want to be respectful.

Okay, we want to be respectful, but we want to also be firm in what we're saying. The three star General Richard Clark's office phone number is 719-333-4141 719-333-4141. We want to call both lines 4141 and 4140.

So the first six numbers are always the same 719-333. Then you're going to call 4141 and 4140. And you're going to say, keep your pledge to absolutely defend religious freedom for the cadet who refused the vaccine.

Just that simple. I am calling to ask you to keep your pledge to absolutely defend religious freedom for the for the cadet who refused the vaccine, and chaps has arranged a free gift for you. But the most important number to call two numbers 719-333 and call lines 4141 and line 4140. And ask the three star General Richard Clark, please keep your pledge to absolutely defend religious freedom for the cadet who refused the vaccine. If you make those calls, and then call us at 866 obey God, option three will send you a free window decal. I'm going to call him cadet X because we don't know his name. I don't know if he's a sophomore, who if he gets kicked out does not incur an obligation to serve the Air Force or pay back his time, or a junior or senior, in which case he could face up to a quarter dollars in personal debt to pay back his time if he's booted, but the cadet was called into court and gave the following testimony under oath. The cadet said, after I initiated the process to request a religious accommodation for vaccination. I had a counseling with my commander on August 13 with a stated purpose to discuss if you even qualify and what the process is my commander, however, did not discuss the process or possible accommodations with me. Instead, he managed my expectations by constantly telling me I would not win by recommending an Air Force form 34 discharge from the Air Force.

If I would not get the vaccine, and by attempting to guilt me into getting the vaccine. That's what the cadet said under oath. So here is authoritative pressure by a ranking officer, usually a captain or a major is the Air Officer commanding. And these are the same people that have been told, send them to the chaplain. That's what the three star promised, send them to the chaplain and they'll start the process of getting a religious accommodation. That never happened apparently with this cadet. So the cadet did not get a recommendation from a chaplain.

And that's part of the reason now he's being kicked out. He has a sincerely held religious belief. If I were his chaplain, I would have written a letter on his behalf. In fact, I will today if he contacts me, but we don't know his name.

I don't know how to contact him. So instead, we're asking people to call the three star general. And here's my interaction with the three star. Again, as an academy graduate, I attended my class reunion last year, I think it was in September. Okay, and they had a, an open forum with in a lecture hall, there were probably 500 graduates. And there was a microphone. So I walked up to the microphone and I asked the three star general standing on stage. This is Richard Clark, three star general superintendent of the Air Force Academy.

He's an 86th grad and he took questions from the floor. So I said, Good morning, my name is chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt. And I want to know, will you defend the sincerely held religious beliefs of your cadets if they refuse the vaccine? And the general said, absolutely. That's the short answer. The long answer is, we have a process they have to ask a chaplain.

But if they go through the process, absolutely, I will advocate for them. And now this three star general has apparently lied. And that's why we want people to call him get out a pen and paper. We're going to give out those phone numbers again after the break. But we want you to call the general and ask him to keep his pledge to absolutely defend religious freedom, and don't kick out this cadet who may be discharged as early as Monday. This is for the three star General Richard Clark, and it has to do with a cadet who's being represented by Matt Staver at Liberty Council, and he has been just simply said, look, I'm not going to take the vaccine, the injection, the COVID injection, because on religious grounds, I don't want what's in it injected into me.

In particular, its connections to aborted fetal tissues. And so as a result of that, I don't I don't want it. It's against my religious beliefs. So we want to support him by calling three star General Richard Clark's office, who told chaps in front of 500 witnesses that he would defend the religious rights and religious accommodations of his cadets should that issue arise, and now he's not.

Well, just say, General Clark, you need to keep your pledge to absolutely defend religious freedom for this cadet who refused the vaccine. Don't kick the cadet out of the academy. Don't don't fire him on the basis of his religion. And, you know, it's again, ladies and gentlemen, it is the very first portion of the First Amendment. And the defense of religious liberty chaps, you know, I know, I mean, you you went down this road. And that's that's really what launched you into this ministry that you do pray in Jesus name was your own story of persecution for being told that you could not pray in Jesus name.

Yes, I was a Navy chaplain in 2006. And the government wrote a bad policy saying, if you're a chaplain, and if you pray in Jesus name in public, you can be punished. It's okay to pray to God, it's okay to say amen. But if you say in Jesus name, you can be punished by your commander. Well, I did that anyway, and I lost my career. But then a miracle happened 300,000 people petition, Congress changed the law. And now the chaplains can pray in Jesus name. So we won in part because I took a stand and lost my career. But I sort of became an activist, or other people and other chaplains who want to pray in Jesus name, or in this case, a cadet at the Air Force Academy, who wants to have religious freedom and honor his own conscience between him and God. You know, I posted this story on some Facebook forums for for Air Force Academy graduates. And some of them said, Yeah, I want to help this cadet, he should have religious freedom. And other people I was shocked. They said, Well, I got the vaccine, so he should get the vaccine to And maybe that's you.

If you're a listener, maybe you don't want to make these calls. But let me just address the religious freedom aspect. Not only have we all sworn an oath to defend the Constitution, and the Constitution protects this individual. But if there are no individual conscience rights, then there is no point in having integrity first as the core value of the Air Force.

Because here's a cadet who does have integrity. He's not going to violate his conscience. He's not going to do something that he personally believes is wrong.

And he should be applauded, he should be honored, and given the freedom. Instead, now they're ordering him to violate his conscience. They're ordering him to not have integrity. And that's the opposite of the Air Force core values. And sadly, now three star General Richard Clark, the superintendent is breaking his word, and is forfeiting his personal integrity. Listen, when he didn't have to make any promises to me. But he did stand in front of a room full of people and say absolutely, I will protect their religious freedom if they don't want the vaccine.

If it's a sincerely held religious belief, absolutely Chaplain, I will defend their religious freedom. And now he has broken that pledge. I'm very disappointed in the superintendent, three star General Richard Clark. And that's why we're asking people to call him and confront him.

Don't be mean, but just be gentle. And you might even get his secretary or one of his colonels. But call today and say, please keep your pledge general to absolutely defend this cadet and his religious freedom. Call now at 719-333-4141. Again, that's 719-333-4141. And we're simply saying, General Clark, please keep your pledge to absolutely defend religious freedom for the cadet who refused the vaccine. What case is that? There is a court case and... And you don't know the person's name? No, I am not privileged to know the person's name. As a matter of fact... So how do you know that there's a court case, sir? Because your office sent a letter to my friend Chaplin Klingenschmitt. Hang on. Hang on. Chaps... No, sir. I do all the letters here and we did not send a letter to anyone named Klingenschmitt about a court case. No, sir. We did not send a letter. Okay.

Well, that's... I write all the general's correspondence and no one sent him a letter. So you're saying that he did not receive a letter saying that he could not be told who it was?

Is that correct? I did not send a letter on General Clark's behalf and General Clark did not sign a letter saying to Mr. Klingenschmitt. So why don't you have him look into it? Who look into it, sir? Why don't you have General Clark look into this issue? Sir, General Clark. What issue is that, sir? I'm trying to understand.

The cadet had put in a religious objection to the vaccine and he was denied his religious objection and he's now being threatened with being removed. Sir, I don't know anything about that one. Okay. Well, you're on record as having said everything you've said. You're on recording right now.

That's illegal, sir. Bye-bye. Wow. So now they're denying that there's a case? They're denying that they ever contacted Chaps and said anything to him at all? That is absolutely incredible.

Absolutely incredible. Well, there you go. Still try and make the call. It's obvious to me by her actions and attitude that they are getting a lot of these calls. They are receiving calls and they don't like it.

They don't like it at all. I am going to see. Let me see. Hang on just a second.

I called and they said there is no such case. All right, so let me let me see if I can get him back on. See if he'll if he was able to answer the phone. Wow. All I can say is, wow. Make the call, folks.

General Richard Clark's office. Make the call. Seven one nine three three three forty one forty one.

Seven one nine three three three four one four one. And just simply all you're trying to do is say keep your pledge to absolutely defend religious freedom for the for the cadet who refused the vaccine. It was obvious by the actions and the attitude of the woman that answered the phone that she's been getting a lot of these calls and she has been told to get information. We want to know who's making these phone calls. We want their personal information. We are not under any obligation to hand out personal information to them in any way, shape or form. They don't have a right to demand information from you.

But what they're doing is an attempt to try to intimidate people. And when I attempted to leave the message, her job is to take the message. Her job is not to be the inquisitor. It's not her job. It's not what she's there for.

Her job is. Just what I said. So interesting, the course of action, but, folks, this is this is certainly not the United States Air Force that I served. This is this is not the the integrity, but I can tell you from my personal experience that there are these kinds of individuals in this kind of vitriol. That exists, and it's it's a terrible thing to behold.

It truly is. All right. Well, I'm not getting a return phone call from attorney Renz. And let me see here.

All right. So that is what's going on with regards to that. We were inviting Thomas Renz to come on the program to talk with us today about his case that he's filed and what he has been finding out. I greatly appreciate it. Yes, what happened while I was away? Well, so I called the 4141 number, and I said I'd like to leave a message. And she cut me off, and she said, well, what is your name? I said, well, this is Pastor Greg. I don't know if I said with Chosen Generation Radio, but I said, this is Pastor Greg. And she said, well, I need to know your last name.

I said, okay, this is Pastor Greg Young. Well, I need to know your address. You need to know my address. Why do you need my address? Well, I've been told to collect addresses on everyone that calls us. Oh, really?

Who told you that? Well, it doesn't matter. I need your address. Okay, so I gave her my P.O.

box. And then I began again to attempt to leave the message. I said, I need to leave a message for... And then she was going to hang up. She said, okay, goodbye. And I said, wait a minute. I'm not done talking to you.

We're not done yet. And then she attempted to hang up. I said, no. And so then I said, I need to leave a message for General Clark. Well, what do you need to tell him? Well, I need to leave him a message about a cadet. And she said, well, what cadet?

What are you talking about? Give me the cadet's name. I want the cadet's name. I said, I don't know the cadet's name. Well, there's no such case.

We know nothing of any such case. I said, well, that's interesting. I said, because my understanding is that a correspondence was sent about the case.

So you must know something. She said, we have no record of anything about any kind of a case at all whatsoever. And and I again tried to leave the message. And she said, there is no such case. If you can't give me the name, you can't leave. You know, you basically you can't leave a message if you can't give me the name of the cadet.

So why don't we what you want? We'll call. I called the first number.

So that would have been 4141. So let's call 4140. Let's do that real quick. Yeah.

You might get the executive officer, the lieutenant colonel who also works for the three star superintendent. Let's try that. All right. Here we go. Hang on one second, folks. We're going to make we're going to make this call and and we're going to see if they stick to the same.

To the same story, I'm sure they're probably going to be like, oh, we're ready for you now. All right. Here we go. Watch this. And as soon as they.

Oh, well, thank you, ladies and gentlemen. So there are apparently a lot of people that are calling the lines busy now. That line is busy. Should we try? That's amazing.

Should we try and get her back on the phone again? No. Let me just tell people who they're who you're talking about tomorrow. M.A. is her name. And she's a nice lady. She's the secretary to the three star general. And she's right outside of his office.

And she handles his correspondence and his incoming phone calls. And I met with her. I went to her desk.

I went on the Air Force Academy into Hermann Hall, up three flights of stairs, stood in front of her while the general was in the room next door. And I handed her the documents about this cadet. Now, the cadet, his name is being withheld because he's he's suing the Air Force Academy and he's in court. He's testifying. We're not going to publish his name and his lawyers are not going to publish his name. That's why we don't know the name of the cadet. But I handed her the lawsuit. I said, here is the evidence that General Clark is breaking his promise. There was a cadet who's being fired on Monday, the twenty fifth this coming Monday.

He is being threatened with administrative separation if he does not take the vaccine and violate his religion. Here is the document, Mara. And I handed it to her and she said, I will give this to General Clark. So she's lying when she says, I don't know anything about this. There is no record. She's lying to you on the radio.

And I want that tape because I'm going to blow that up. There is also the public affairs staff wrote back to me an email on Friday and they said, due to pending litigation, we cannot comment on this matter. So the public affairs staff admits that there's a lawsuit. They are not going to comment on it, but they know what's going on. And now they're telling the public these falsehoods is unacceptable.

Integrity first, General Clark. Let's keep calling seven one nine three three three forty one forty one. And if the lines are busy, call her this afternoon. But after four thirty Mountain Time, they don't answer the phone. So you get a call during business hours. Seven one nine three three three forty one forty one. Let's call them all day today and tomorrow and see if they don't help this cadet before Monday when he's fired.

Seven one nine three three three forty one forty one. And now now you folks, those of you who were listening in the last segment and I will be cutting that piece out in particular and making sure that that Chaps has it. And and you'll be able to listen to this once this recording is done. You'll be able to listen to this recording and hear exactly what she said. But she said that there was no record of any such case. There was she had no idea what we were talking about at all, but she demanded to know my full name and my address so they could send me a card. You know, they need they needed to send me a card and she was going to hang up on me after she took that information and not even get any more information about why I was calling. I should have said to her, well, wait a minute. Don't you want to know why you need to send me a card?

I mean, you should probably have the information to know why you're sending me a card. Yeah, it was. Wow. It was it was. And man, I mean, snarky and sarcastic. Wow. A lot of attitude, brother.

A lot of attitude. Well, it was very obvious that she was irritated when I called. And it was obvious that they had been getting a lot of calls.

And of course, the busy signal on 4140 when we just tried it just now tells us they're there. They are being loaded up with phone calls. And they have decided to be, you know, aggressive and and and act in this very unprofessional manner. And, you know, I years ago, I was working for a collection agency, and we were having a hard time getting money collected on damage claims from a Mac from their third party, their TPA, they wouldn't pay our claims. And so I had an office of about, I don't know, 2530 collectors. And so what we did was is we called every one of that TPAs phone numbers. And we literally locked up their phone system.

And, and the and the manager had to call using his cell phone, had to call me using using a band other is I believe it was a cell phone. Yeah, yeah, you have to call me on his cell phone and say, Okay, all right. And I'm like, Look, all I'm asking you to do is what the contract says, and pay these car rental companies for the damages done to their cars that you're under contract to pay. That's all I'm asking you to do. Just do the right thing. But you're not you're intentionally not paying and stalling.

And these small licensees can't afford to take 20 and $30,000 hits on a car, self self indemnified, they can't do it, they'll go out of business. So do the right thing and pay the claims. That's all I'm asking you to do.

And that resolved the issue because I told him if you do this to me again, we're going to do the same thing. These are legal phone calls, every single one of those 25 people has a claim that's in your office and a claim number attached. And they're all going to call at the same time about their claims. And that's how this is going to go.

Wow. Well, public response does work. Public response is all they are going to listen to. If they're going to take it to court, this could drag out for years and the cadet would lose his career. But public pressure can happen now it can prevent him from being fired on Monday. This cadet is going to be administratively separated or punished on Monday. They've given him a 425 deadline, and he's standing his ground he's standing up for Jesus he's standing up for his religious views. He has integrity first he's not going to violate his conscience. Meanwhile, the three star general Richard Clark apparently broke his word to me when he said absolutely I'll protect religious freedom.

Now he's not. Did you forsake my love for that of another lying with the adulterer and setting up a new idol in your life? Have you defiled yourself through compromise and tolerance of that which I call an abomination? Have you innocent blood on your hands for the children murdered on your watch and the young ones perverted in their way by evil men seeking their own comfort and reviling me?

No. At the end of the day, I want him to simply say the evidence is in. Well done, thou good and faithful servant. I love my God and I love his creation and I will go to my grave telling the world that evil is evil and only God is good and Jesus came to save the world. That no matter the evil in the world, I will never give up and in spite of the hate, I will love in truth. God bless you all and may love remove the veil so you all might enter into his rest.

Sitting at your desk, right in front of the door to the General's office by Gordon Klingenschmitt, retired chaplain of the US Navy, but a graduate, a 1990 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, handed it to you directly. And you're going to claim that you don't know anything about it. This is the kind of thing. This is what we're dealing with, ladies and gentlemen.

This is what we're dealing with. Blatant lies. Blatant lies. And it was very kind of Chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt of CHAPS to say she's a very nice lady. But the nice lady lied.

The nice lady was lying and continued to persist in that lie and attempted to intimidate me on the phone call. And you all can hear it. All right. I'm going to jump off.
