I wake up every day like a kid in a candy store. I'm working for the greatest president in my lifetime, and we're going to, we're going to, we ought to secure the border. We're going to run a big deportation operation. We're doing what the American people wanted, and I look forward to doing that every morning. So how do you see your job?

How does it break up? How much northern border, how much southern border, how much about the ice arrests are you involved in? How do you break up your responsibilities? I got it all, Brian. The president assigned me, he gave me the lead on securing the border, gave me the lead on running a deportation operation. So I got my hands in everything.

That's why I work a lot of hours every day, seven days a week. So the border right now, I can, I can relax a little bit in the border since we got the numbers down 96% decline and illegal crossings on the border. Still got my fingers in it, but I spend about 70% of my time right now dealing with interior enforcement operations. I just got back from Boston, kept my promise there, went over there and we did our thing over there. 370 apprehensions?

Yeah, in five days. It was a great operation by the men and women of ICE. Did you pull it off in a city that's a sanctuary city like Boston or is it just throughout the state? Oh, it was Boston and surrounding counties. We went over there last Tuesday, a little over a week ago.

I went over the first day I kicked it off. I briefed the operating teams on the importance of the operation and the targeting and especially the all go home safe at the end of the day. That was our priority. And they were there for five days and I think 370, most of them are criminals. A lot of serious criminals, child sex predators, gun traffickers, narcotics traffickers, child molesters, child sexual predators, four murderers.

So we really made an impact. And Boston and the surrounding area of Boston, other counties surrounding the area are much safer because the actions of ICE. And I think the governor and the mayor ought to be thanking ICE for making their city safer. Governor Healy said some encouraging things while they were Democrats saying, we're not a sanctuary state and that they do work.

Has she been okay? He proved she was a sanctuary state. There are numerous people in and around Massachusetts sheriffs who release people who should have called ICE.

For instance, let me give you one example. They released a person who was convicted of raping a child. They released him under detainers. This wasn't in Boston, it was outside of Boston and Massachusetts. It took us two years to find this person, ICE, because they released him and he went into the wind.

How many children could he have attacked in two years? So no, the governor is lying. If he was a sanctuary state, why isn't she doing something about the numerous sheriffs and counties in the state of Massachusetts that won't honor our detainers, won't work with ICE. It's ridiculous. We proved last week that she and the mayor of Boston are protecting illegal alien criminals from ICE arrests. And we just proved it. We just, we have a whole bunch of public safety threats walking the streets of Massachusetts because the detainers weren't honored.

Here is Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, Cut40. Every person, every human being has the legal right to come to the United States and seek asylum or shelter. You agree with that? No, they can seek asylum and we give them that option. Here's what people need to know. Ninety percent of people who claim asylum are on the board to get an order of removal because they don't qualify for asylum. So they've got to do process.

Here's the issue. Once they get denied, there are criminals should be removed. Then they commit a crime against you as a citizen. There is no excuse for any mayor, any governor who's elected by their people, whose number one responsibility is protection of their communities.

Why don't you help us remove these public safety threats from the communities? They've had to do process. They've had a day in court. They got to go home. And on top of that, they committed a serious crime against a child.

There's no excuse for that. They should be working with us. So a couple of things. First off, you, you make these arrests, 371 arrests.

Okay. Now if you were to arrest me, I would be able to get a lawyer and I would be able to go through and I could push back. And whether I'm in jail or not, I'd be able to get a defense. What are they entitled to as you see it? Well, it depends if they, if they already have an order of removal, they're going to be, they're going to be detained and waiting for removal.

So we get a plane played out. That's where they're going. If they want to make a claim, if they want to see an attorney, they can do that. And, but they're going to be detained to know these criminals are no longer walking the streets of this nation.

So the, the idea is, uh, quickly as possible, remove those, especially those in the final orders. Once they want to find an order, they can be in court system when they're in detention. If you're not in detention, it could take five, six years for a court hearing.

If you're in detention, it takes about 35 days. So we'll keep them in detention. They have a day in court. They'll be order removed and they're going to be on the next plane out.

They are no longer going to walk the streets of Massachusetts. So when I see 269 get on a plane to El Salvador, what do I know they've been through? Did they, had they had their hearing, have they had their day in court?

It depends on the case. I can tell you that the ones who, every one of those planes were designated terrorists. Every TD, uh, every, uh, person in Venezuela, I've been told from the highest standard or the highest levels of ICE who did the vetting and did the manifest on that flight. Every Benza one on that flight is a member of TDA. The president has designated them a terrorist organization. The remaining people on that flight were MS-13. They've been designated terrorist organizations.

So everybody on that flight, number one, we're in the country lately. Number two, we're designated terrorists and many of them were moved from AEA, right? The president invoked his authorities under the Alien Enemies Act, which has clear authority to a law written by Congress and signed by a president to remove people under AEA if they're an enemy of this country.

That's what happened. They get less due process and a regular illegal alien. That's the whole purpose of the AEA. So we follow the law written in statute.

We're not making this up. Unlike the last administration, we're actually using the law to enforce immigration laws in this country and secure the border and move public safety threats. The last administration now ignored the law. They violated law on misuse of parole. We're using the statutes, laws on the books to do our job and no one can argue that.

Were these judges giving you a hard time? Did you anticipate this? Well, we anticipate, I anticipated this before, before we took power January 20th. I knew what happened during the first Trump administration.

We get sued every day and I get personally sued a lot, but we know it's common. But you know what? We're doing the right thing for the American people. American people, you know, voted, but President Trump and his number one issue is border security and immigration enforcement. We're going to keep the president's promise.

We are concentrating right now. Priority is public safety threats and national security threats. That's what American people want.

That's what we're giving them. So here is what Senator Congressman Jim Himes equates this to cut 39. I think these next couple of days, as we see how this administration goes after the many judges and the many courts, many of these judges appointed by Republican presidents who are stopping the wild and illegal actions of this administration, we're going to see whether we are in a true, you know, Jacksonian constitutional crisis.

Jacksonian constitutional crisis. Where was he? Where was he? Where was he when the Biden administration brought over 10 million illegal animals to this country? Where was he? Because if Biden opened the border up, we got a 600 percent increase in sex trafficking. Where was he?

We got over 400 people on the terrace washes from across that border. Where was he when a quarter million Americans died because the open border moved fentanyl in this country? Shame on him. Where was he when a half a million children were trafficked in this country and they lost track of 300,000?

Where was he then now? I stick by what I said. We are enforcing law. We're using the law as on the books to make this country safer every day.

Every public safety threat, every national security that we take off those streets makes this country safer. I'm proud of what I'm doing. I work and play the greatest president in my lifetime. I wake up every day looking forward to wrestling more bad guys and get them out of here. I do too. And I love it. It's one of the biggest success stories I can remember in my lifetime would happen at the border.

No one ever predicted this. You need more money. I know that for sure. Congress supposed to give that to you in the big, beautiful bill. But listen to what Judge Patricia Millet said. One of the three district judges who ultimately decide if we can get more of those illegal aliens who have committed crimes out of our country.

Cut 38. There were no procedures in place to notify people. Nazis got better treatment under the Alien Enemy Act. I mean, that's pretty insulting. Do you get more insulting than that? No, it doesn't.

It's just not activist judges don't know what you're talking about. Read the Alien Enemy Act procedures. We followed every procedure within the Alien Enemy Act. This wasn't done overnight in a quick thought. Hey, hey, let's just go do this.

Let's try this. No, hundreds and hundreds of hours were spent here at the White House planning what we're doing and everything we do, we plan very well. So she ought to read the Alien Enemy Act and talk to the men and women who were involved in that because, you know, we did everything by the numbers and again, proud of it. And, you know, and as far as the court ruling and stopping us from, you know, removing people on the AEA right now, it's fine. But let me tell you, we won't keep us in TVA members 24-7 across the country. We won't keep them arrested in MS-13. People, if we remove them through Title VIII, we'll do it. If we have to hold them for the Alien Enemy Act, then guess what? They're going to be detained and we'll hold it out because they're not going to walk the streets of this nation anymore.

We're not going to allow it. Did you see 60 Minutes Sunday? No, I don't watch 60 Minutes. They talked, you're not going to believe it, they talked about the northern border being susceptible where the Sinaloa cartel is now ferrying people across, how people are going on Facebook and getting through and drugs that are getting through.

I actually thought it was on Fox Nation. And I was stunned because it is exactly what Trump and you have been saying, the northern border is a problem. Yeah, no, and we're addressing the northern border. Like I said, we're 96% decreased on the southern border. Northern border, we're down about 78%.

We've got more work to do up there. Look, I grew up on the northern border. I grew up right on the Canadian border in St. Lawrence River. I own the White House up there.

It's most personal to me. Believe me, we're all over the northern border. I've been working with the leadership of Canada, the head of the RNCP, the MIIQO, the Canadian Border Czar, the fentanyl czar, the foreign minister. I'm working very closely with them to address the northern border.

Will you recommend to the president that he not put tariffs on these countries, that they are cooperating? If they give us what we want, absolutely. Are they?

Are they right now? They're moving in the right direction, but they need to do a little bit more. All right. Tom, you can't do any more.

You're doing fantastic. Please take care of yourself. I worry about burnout.

Never, never. You can't, you're not going to shut me up. I'm not going to go away. They can, you know, I got a lot of death threats. I got a security team around me.

I got Virginia State troopers around my house 24-7 because of threats against me and my family. I'm not going anywhere. You know, you want some, come and get some because you're not going to shut us down. I won't do this.

This is, you know, I've done this for 40 years now, Brian. I'm not going to wait till this is fixed. When we, when we remove every criminal threat in this country, then I'll rest.

Until then, I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing. Fox News Audio presents the Fox Nation Investigates Podcast. Evil Next Door.
