Is it time for judges to get in line, or are they just doing their job? And Tyrus, on the media moments that matter, I gave him the show VCR and told him to watch everything to come up with three stories to make a difference. But first, the fastest, most impactful monologue in America.

This week, the theme is bottom up, top down. Education front and center. You know, it's easy to get caught up with Donald Trump's policies on immigration, peace in Ukraine, trade or tariffs. And I think many people believe that will be the Trump legacy, perhaps.

But I have another entry to think about. How about making a bigger impact on the entire country? How about focusing on what he did this week, education?

Today we take a very historic action that was 45 years in the making. We're going to be returning education very simply back to the states where it belongs. And this is a very popular thing to do, but much more importantly, it's a common sense thing to do and it's going to work.

Yeah, I guess so. He is not diminishing education. He is not tearing down education. He is spreading the money and the focus around to the states, the counties, the communities. He's getting it out of Washington's quicksand of bureaucracy. The states now have control, saying, you know better what to do with your money in your town, in your community. You know, they keep calling him a dictator and a wannabe king.

Do dictators and kings give money and power to states? Think about that. And there's an important message being lost. President Trump likes to keep score and Americans are extremely competitive. So how are our kids doing?

Keeping score, not good. Passing grades for fourth graders to read on level, just 31%. For fourth graders when it comes to math, 39%. Eighth graders, almost as bad. Take a look at the number of fourth and eighth graders who can't even meet basic standards on both those two subjects. There's no excuse for that. You've tried it your way for years and your students can't even get past a minimum basic skills test.

That means they can hardly read. We've got the best teachers, the best resources. It's all about the execution and the methods. We are not executing. Our grades as a country are dropping like a rock.

It makes you wonder, why wouldn't we want a titanic change? Of course, let's put the bowl in the hands of our teachers. Our parents are students, your parents, your teachers, your students. We will see the improvement. And if the kids aren't making it, maybe it's time to stop blaming the kids.

You know, kindergarten is like the ocean. You don't want to turn your back on it. They're okay. Don't worry. Everything is under control. No.

Monsters. Yep. No longer will we pass kids who can't do the work on grade level. Oh, back to school, back to school to prove to dad that I'm not a fool.

All right. All kidding aside, my hunch is we're going to see a trend. Red states and blue states will get grades and we'll finally see where your kid belongs. And more than likely, you're going to end up saying I'm putting them in a red state. It also helps if half your class, especially in working class communities are not full of illegal immigrants where services your kids normally gotten are now going to kids who don't belong here in the first place. Nothing against them, but it's your kids first.

Is there anything wrong with that? Now, this is what I mean by top down. Sadly, when the indoctrination comes front and center and corruption really takes root, we're seeing at the highest levels. We've seen it, we've watched it in colleges and we're sickened by it. President Trump is also reforming the colleges. Case in point, we have to stop producing un-American, unappreciative, unprepared, arrogant graduates led by self-important faculty. They are getting a wake up call with this administration. Another case, University of Pennsylvania this week refusing to crack down on transgenders in women's sports.

So they lost $175 million until they make a change. Your move, Quakers. And Columbia University where antisemitism rages to this day. This week, President Trump acted immediately. He said, I need $400 million back, stunning the nation's poison ivy institutions.

I love it. And soon we should visit admissions where too many colleges put foreign students first. This is truly a bottom up, top down academic revolution.

And it all happened this week. Joining us now, person at the cusp of this, White House Press Secretary, Caroline Levin. Ms. Secretary, great to see you, Caroline.

Oh, thanks so much for your time. I know how busy you are. What role does education have in your agenda? Well, it's a massive part of President Trump's agenda and that's why within the first 100 days of this administration, he has delivered on a key and very bold campaign promise to dismantle the Department of Education.

He has directed Secretary Linda McMahon to do it, and she's already doing it. She has significantly reduced the workforce at that federal bureaucracy. Further steps can continue to ensure that the role of education is going back to the states. You saw the president sign that big, beautiful executive order with a flag from all 50 states behind him. Children, parents, students, educators were in the room with him and most importantly, our teachers. This is going to give them more power and more responsibility over educating their students. We are returning it to those closest to our kids in their classrooms and at the state level. We have spent more than $3 trillion since the inception of the Department of Education in 1979. And what's been the return on that investment for the American taxpayer? Failing schools, failing students. And Brian, this is a national security issue as well.

If you look at how children in China and Russia are being educated in comparison to the next generation of American students, we are falling behind. Not anymore, thanks to this bold campaign promise and key priority of President Trump. And the one thing I found out is you're not taking money away.

You're moving it around. You're giving it to the states. You're giving it, they're going to give it to the counties and we're going to be able to see how they're doing. Do you think we could see an immediate impact?

Will the president be looking for that as early as next year? We will definitely continue to keep our eyes on our nation's report card. We know the most recent one from the Biden administration was just released last month and the records, the test scores were abysmal. Eighth graders, 70% were less than proficient in mathematics. Fourth graders, 70% less than proficient in reading.

So we want to see an increase in those math and literacy reading and writing rates. And certainly this administration will continue to keep an eye on that. One of the hardest jobs in America is being the press secretary for President Trump. There's no doubt about it. And I think Governor Huckabee would say the same thing and I believe Kayleigh McEnany would say the same thing. You've done something incredible. You really taking control of the room for those who aren't around in the afternoon to see what we see. Watch. Since you brought up truth seek, I would like to point out, while I vowed to provide the truth from this podium, we ask that all of you in this room hold yourselves to that same standard. We will call you out when we feel that your reporting is wrong or there is misinformation about this White House.

So yes, I will hold myself to the truth and I expect everyone in this room to do the same. Nobody has the right to go into the Oval Office and ask the president of the United States questions. That's an invitation that is given about his consent is on the record talking about issuing preemptive pardons to these people. But was he aware of the of his signature being used on every single pardon? That's a question you should ask the Biden.

Is there any evidence on that that he wasn't aware of it? You're a reporter. You should find out. I watched your first day and I watched now you're you're you're objectives seem to be take control of the room. Take the questions, but take control.

Tell me what is your approach with him. Sure. Well, thanks, Brian. And I've learned from the best president and Donald Trump who knows the fake news media and what they can do better than anyone. And you have to first of all, listen to the premise of their question. And oftentimes you have to reject it because they insert their own bias and their own political opinions into the question. Oftentimes they push falsehoods and misinformation.

So you have to listen to the question carefully. And then President Trump makes my job easy because he tells it like it is. And we have truth on our side. And this president is doing exactly what he said he was going to do. So I go out there every day to push the president's agenda and the policies of this administration. The president has put together a fantastic cabinet as well. And we're all working together as one team.

What a very clear vision that has been set out by the president of the United States. It's very interesting. I don't know what's harder when you go home and have to raise an infant or when you go back to work and have to hand an unruly, unruly group of reporters. Either way, it's no, no break for Caroline. Caroline, thanks so much. Best of luck. Thanks, Brian.

Good to see you. So federal judges seem to be working overtime to thwart President Trump's agenda. I'm sure you've noticed, but the House Judiciary Committee is not having it. Vowing hearings to address those judges. Leading the charge is the man who's always charging a charge against Judge James Boasberg, who seems to be up to no good, who blocked President Trump's deportation orders to stop the planes going to El Salvador last weekend. Joining us now to discuss this is the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, Jim Jordan. Mr. Chairman, great to see you.

What's the approach here? Because you got brushed back from, not you, but there was a brush back from the Supreme Court saying, don't talk about impeachment and judges. Does that push you back? No, no, no. Well, look, everything's on the table with us, particularly with Judge Boasberg because what it looks like he did was so political. I mean, think about how dumb his decision was. He said, oh, you got hardened criminals who've done all kinds of bad things.

Members of the gang here illegally turn that plane around and bring those bad guys back to the country. I mean, it's it's a ridiculous decision. And I think the president was on solid constitutional ground. Certainly he also followed the statute. The Alien Enemies Act says if there's a predatory incursion, you can you can take this kind of this kind of action as commander in chief. So I think the president's on solid constitutional ground is that head of the executive branch statutory ground using that that act.

And then there's, of course, just the common sense of it all. So we will look at Judge Boasberg, because when you look at this decision, it looks so political. And then you couple it with his history. This is also the judge who was part of the FISA court that allowed the warrants where they spied on President Trump's campaign back in 2016. Also, the judge who was part of given Kevin Kline Smith, the guy who altered a document in front of that FISA court, gave him a little slap on the wrist, even though he lied to the FISA court in order to help get that warrant, which spied on President Trump's campaign.

So I think we have that history. This judge is in a little unique, somewhat unique position compared to all the others that are doing some of these these injunctions as well. Yeah, the way I understand it, George W. Bush appointed him.

He got elevated by President Obama, and that's where he stands next. There's other things like the EPA, the EPA. They were told you can't you cannot reprogram that money. You have to spend it on these green projects. And you're talking Lee Zeldin, the director, found tens of billions of dollars that are sitting there.

They're going to spend it in a place that is not true to your agenda. A judge ruled that. And then Judge Chunkin, the Jack Smith judge, who's looking to stop different elements of the president's agenda. But some just say they're doing their job.

How do you stop somebody for doing their job if you just don't like their decisions? Well, there are two remedies. One is legislation that we passed two weeks ago will help with this situation. We passed a bill out of the Judiciary Committee a couple weeks ago, the representative ISIS bill, which said a federal district judge who issues one of these injunctions, the injunctions, it only applies to the party of the case party in the case and to that respective jurisdiction.

It shouldn't have nationwide implications. So that we think that's a good bill. Senator Hawley's introducing a bill just like that in the Senate. We think we need to get that through the Congress, get that to President Trump, have him sign it.

That will help. And then we're going to again, look at this whole situation. We plan on having hearings as early as next week to look at the power of these judges. And then finally, when it comes to the money, I think we do have to do what's called a rescissions package, which says the money that's been appropriated and these agencies use it on stupid things. We should rescind that money so it can go back to the to the Treasury for deficit reduction, or it can be put some other better use like towards our military or something else. I do think we the Congress have to have to do that rescissions package. We're going to put that together as we work through this whole bigger, broader policy, reconciliation policy.

But I think that's something that needs to happen as well. It's unbelievable. Just everything gets gummed up in the courts now.

Meanwhile, there's something else you're looking at, I find fascinating. The House GOP is subpoenaing big tech firms for evidence that may exist about Biden using AI to push his woke agenda. You know, you want to know if the federal government pressured these 16 major tech companies to do something unlawful with AI to stop Republicans and push that DEI? Yeah, well, we know they did it in a broader sense with the censorship effort.

We know we know this, you'd have to take my word for it. Mark Zuckerberg wrote us a letter last summer and said, yeah, the Biden administration pressured us to censor. We did it.

We're sorry we won't do it again. And to their credit, they've subsequently changed policy. They now embrace the policy similar to what Elon Musk has at X, which is, you know, embracing the First Amendment, for goodness sake. So we think the same thing happened with AI. We think the Biden administration was pressuring these companies to develop their product in a way that was going to censor and discriminate against conservative viewpoints.

We saw some of this with the Google AI, when it come up and you search certain things and you get all kinds of weird results. So we just want to know if it was going on there. Our hunch is it was. And we're looking for that information because we want to protect the First Amendment. We want to protect liberty. We think we've had huge success in our investigations on the censorship effort last Congress. So we're continuing this Congress to see if it was happening in this area as well.

You're probably going to get some honesty because almost all those presidents have been to see President Trump and have pledged their support as opposed to silently working against him for the last eight years. Chairman, it's going to be an exciting week. Thanks so much. You bet. Thank you, Brian. Take care.

All right. Meanwhile, still to come on this show on this beautiful Sunday, California is crumbling while Governor Gavin Newsom is busy with his new podcast. Why is he trying to sell himself? Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy on what he's really up to. And then left wing lunacy as violent attacks on Tesla surge. Is it really a good idea to bet against the man at the forefront of American innovation?

Oh, plus just quick note, history, liberty and laughs with Fox Nation back on stage, June 21st at the Victoria Theatre. Go to Brian, kill me. Dotcom. Don't move. There are many ways to deliver. To agree with Trump, then on cracking down on the flood of illegals into the nation. I think there's a way of doing it and approaching it. And I think we have a broader problem, which is immigration policy and asylum abuse.

The asylum system is broken. And then I'm thinking about we're going to stand back and watch you run circles around us for six months, the next two or three years, waiting for the moment to finally strike struck me as not necessarily the best advice. And it's not a knock on Carville. We have deep respect for what you thought.

That's OK, so I don't have to. So what is Gavin Newsom doing? He's still the governor of California, no easy to forget, since he's spending all his time cozying up to Republicans pretending to be on a listening tour with his new podcast. All the while, the Golden State is crumbling.

I'm not even exaggerating. Disastrous wildfires gutted the big city of Los Angeles. There are major issues with the state's budget. They're asking for emergency loans to pay their bills.

Potential layoffs are all but guaranteed. The state Medicaid called Medi-Cal program, a mess, self-inflicted, largely due to coverage for illegal immigrants, which he decided to do, not to mention the ongoing homelessness problem, which he promised to solve. But Newsom is too busy selling himself to anyone who will listen. Joining us now, a man who knows him inside now. Remember when he was mayor and an up and coming mayor is at, the former speaker of the House California, Congressman Kevin McCarthy. Kevin, what is he up to?

He is the largest chameleon that has ever lived. He stands for nothing. He's not. He's not the governor of California. He's not doing his job. Just this week, Californians are now going to have to borrow billions of dollars to pay for Medi-Cal because he went out to give Medi-Cal for illegals. And you watch on his podcast. He's criticizing what he actually did.

It makes no sense. It just shows President Trump not only won the presidency, he has broken the Democrats. But this is not working for Gavin. If you look at the latest polling, he's even dropped harder because Democrats are seeing for what he is.

And Republicans will never believe this farce. But if he did want to pivot and he's got two years to do it, he's term limited out shortly. Oh, he could do it. He could say he's running for president.

Yeah, but not with this record. The back of his baseball card is terrible. Yes, but this isn't the first time he's done it. He did it when he when he was mayor of San Francisco, said, I made a major mistake. I'll correct myself.

I'll go and get therapy. Then he does it when he's running for governor. Then he gets recalled. He said he made it. He made a mistake.

He'll get better. Then he runs around the country hoping Biden doesn't run so he can run for president, criticizing President Trump. And then they lose. So he thinks he's going to become the nominee. Spends, puts $50 million aside of hardworking taxpayers money in California just to fight President Trump before he gets in office, has a major fire, shows that he's not prepared as governor. People lose their houses, their lives.

And now he wants to go hug President Trump when President Trump comes in to help California. Question, are things bad enough in the blue areas to make them open to Republicans and they organized to the point where they could win the governorship? I think I think they are because they want to see better management. They want to be able to know that if they turn on their fire hydrant, there'll be water there. They want to be able to know that they have not all the taxes are going to be taken away from it.

They want to know that they're going to get homeless off the streets. They want to know that their company is not going to move out of their state. Chevron moved and Governor Newsom wouldn't even know. We have company in and out, which is known for California created in California.

Third generation family is moving its headquarters. We've watched Pete for the first time in California history. We lost congressional seats because the population declined in California. That was under Gavin Newsom. Yeah. When I was out there, there was a Republican governor and we do know Schwarzenegger took advantage of the recall.

I want to keep it in California, but talk about Washington. I've never seen anything like it. I'm used to you guys on the right arguing. I'm not used to the left tearing each other's eyes out. And then you have two peers, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer. After Chuck Schumer decides, I have no choice. I don't want to shut down the government.

I'm going to, I'm going to sign off on the CR. Nancy Pelosi continues to take swipes at them. Listen, I myself don't give away anything for nothing. And I think that's what happened the other day. We could have, in my view, perhaps gotten them to agree to a third way.

Really? Did she have a card to play? Did I miss something? Well, president Trump has broken the Democrats. They have no leadership, they have no message and they're dropping in the polls. Listen, you don't see Schumer going out.

You don't see Hakeem Jeffries. I don't think those two are long for being leaders in the democratic party. If you ask the public who is the leader of the democratic party, it's AOC and Bernie Sanders and that's the direction they're going. But I'll tell you on a personal basis when it would just be the four leaders in the room, Nancy Pelosi would do those exact same things to Schumer in the room, put them in his place each and every time.

Oh yeah, there's no love there. So, you know, you bring up something interesting, Mr. Speaker, people are pointing out that 11,000 this week with the oligarchy tour with AOC and Bernie Sanders, Democrats don't like that. Every time Bernie Sanders got popular, they tried to put him down. AOC and Bernie Sanders don't have a universal message.

They have a niche message. Is that scaring the DNC leadership? Yeah, but we remember Bernie Sanders would have been the Democrat nominee had the Democrat party not cheated. Had the Democrat party not cheated this time, Joe Biden would probably have not been the nominee.

They wouldn't let Kennedy run. They changed the nomination system that had to start in South Carolina. They've done everything they could to pick who the establishment wanted to be the nominees.

That's why they lost. They took Biden off the ballot and no one got to vote and they picked Kamala. She never would have won the primary. The Democrats have done this to themselves, but it's scary for the entire nation that the Democratic party has really turned into the socialist party. Remember, Bernie Sanders is honest. He stayed a socialist. If you talk to AOC, she is a socialist, but that has now become the majority part of the Democratic party and that's why people are turning out for them.

And they got Republicans got two years to show that they have to buck tradition and not let the house or Senate get overturned because the party in power usually pays a price of the first midterm. Mr. Speaker, always great to see you. Always enjoy your analysis. Talk to you soon. Dr. Isia.

Next, the media moments that matter and only one man can do it. Tyrus, my only real friend in the building. That's what he tells me. If you're like I was, you're... Welcome to Fox News Live.

I'm Ashley Stromire in New York. The US military continues to strike against Houthi militants in Yemen. US officials confirm they've killed multiple key leaders of the Iranian backed group over the past week.

This includes a top missile specialist. The strikes are in response to renewed Houthi drone and rocket attacks on shipping and Israel after Israel broke a Gaza ceasefire on Tuesday. President Trump is warning Iran to stop supporting the group, vowing to hold them fully accountable for its actions. Newly appointed Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney is calling for a snap election next month. It comes only nine days after Carney was sworn in following Justin Trudeau's resignation. Carney will face off against conservative leader Pierre Poliev. It comes as Canada is facing a trade war with the US and calls from President Trump from the country to become the 51st state.

I'm Ashley Stromire, back to One Nation. Media moments that matter. Wow. I love our new bump in. I'm supposed to take it casually.

I didn't. That's right. Our favorite segment here on One Nation with one of our favorite people on the planet. Tyrus, it is your planet. Great to see you. Great.

Great to see you. So, Tyrus, I gave you the VCR. Yes. The show VCR. I gave you the cords. Yes.

I even give you tapes. Yes. What did you come up with with the media moments that matter? First of all, I love that you're thinking in the right mindset because if stuff goes wrong, we're going to need VCR. Absolutely. And for me, relearning how to do that stuff, the yellow and the red and the white wire, hey, it's important. And soon we'll be able to set the clock.

Yes. But listening, with six days and seven nights of studying and stuff, I do have some things for you. What did you come up with? I came up, I have the glasses on so you're not messing around. Listen, I haven't eaten. I have my lunch right here for afterwards.

He's not kidding. I'm starving. I'm down like 20 pounds just to try to get this done. But anything for you, B. All right. So what's your first thing? Do you start in California?

We have to start in California. My home state used to be. I left. But, you know, Newsom's got a podcast. I don't know if you've seen it or not.

That's all I hear about. Yeah. It's like the, it's just makes your hand crazy. And of course, if you're going to do his podcast, you got to have another guy who's known for famous hands. So the two of them got together. Jazz hands against jazz hands.

Jazz hands versus jazz thumbs. So what were they talking about Tim Walts and Gavin Newsom? What else would Tim Walts and Newsom talk together? I know he's a real man. I know he's a real man and stuff because every time I see you, the first 10 minutes of our conversation is reestablishing that we're both men.

Cause that's how men do it. Right. So let's see an example of what Tyrus think is a man talking to a man. I think this notion of, I think it's this notion of toxicity and masculinity needs to be separated. And I think it's been conflated.

And I think we, we, we, we're going to have to work on that a little bit. I think I scare him a little bit why they spend so much time on it. Cause no, I'm serious because I can fix a truck. They know I'm not bullshitting on this.

I'm not putting this in people's grill. I don't know if my identity is not hunting. My identity is not football coaching. My identity is not, you know, a beard and a truck. What is his identity?

First of all, my identity is a beard and a truck, sir. How dare you? Listen, you know, what's funny is it looked like Tim Walts was mesmerized by Newsom's dancing thumbs. Did you notice that? Like he's leaning in some weird sign language going on, but he's saying you're the Republicans are afraid of him. No one's afraid of him. Are you afraid of him? Yeah, I'm terrified. I'm terrified. I would have to like, watch him try to sit still. That would bother me.

He's he's looking at his tires. What about this matchup? Walts against Tyrus? Like I said, I would take it. I will take it, put the money for charity anywhere. Listen, I only get one shot. I only get his one shot. If I can't put him out in one shot, I will I will join the Walts band where I will get I will start talking.

I will do the double waves. But all this stuff he's upset. We talked about something your wonderful radio show. He brought this all on himself.

He's the one who tried to say he was all these things. If you're going to fix a truck, don't change a clean air filter with another one. I brought that up. Don't go hunting if you never held a rifle before. You know, when you claim it's your rifle. Yeah.

And it's your rifle. And you clearly were like, you know, he was uncomfortable. He was like having a hold of hands with somebody else's wife.

It was weird, right? Michelle Obama in the news again, kind of without Barack. Listen, we I keep telling everyone to leave Michelle Obama alone. Okay, she is. She's gonna end up running for president. But do you keep messing with her? Listen to her podcast?

No, I did not listen to her podcast. And neither did anyone else, apparently. And do we have that it's being characterized and I hate to say this, but I say this with all due respect, a big flop. Let's watch how it's being covered. Democrats are so desperate for any popular figure to take over the party. But how popular is she?

Michelle Obama has launched a new advice podcast. I'm oh, too much fanfare. It's a podcast co-hosted with her brother Craig Robinson. Lack of resources, you know, in our household growing up, just scintillating stuff folks. And the audience numbers, I've got to say, are not great.

The latest edition on YouTube features Hollywood star Seth Rogen, but it's just got six and a half thousand views in 13 hours. Tyrus, this is how Australia is covered. First of all, that was not fair. You got to get a full sentence out before you cut it. It got worse. Listen, listen, you can't give advice when you just were on the wrong side of a severe butt kicking. That was the President Trump's victory over the Democratic Party and Kamala Harris and her being such a big part of pushing that. Then you want to come out and give advice, bad timing, wait it out.

Maybe it'd be the best ways to rebuild podcasts or figure it out. But that's the problem. But a couple of things, Tyrus, I, her books sell, everything she does is popular. Everyone wants her to campaign for them. This is the first thing she has done that has really fallen off a cliff. And I'm wondering if the Obama's cashed out. No, they definitely, on the DNC. I think the biggest losers in the Kamala Biden run or presidency was the Obama's because all of this, whatever, whether you like him, disagree with him, policy, not policy.

His presidency, he had a certain legacy and it has been destroyed by standing by this. So I think we're standing by America now. Yeah.

This is like, this is what it's got them. All right. Lastly, a crime and no punishment. Yes.

It seems like we have a criminal that seems just overjoyed to get a mug shot. Tell me about this story. Okay. Well, first of all, uh, she was arrested for speeding and, uh, she went viral for her attractive mug shot.

Listen, I cannot be more against this. What do you mean? This is Lily Stewart.

Yes. Who got pulled over? Look at the glitter glitter in your eyes. Everyone's always fine when the criminal is attractive. Everybody wants to rehabilitate them.

They're worse than the ugly ones. But here's the thing. Tyrus, she got caught speeding. She got pulled over and then you said, okay, sorry, here's your ticket. And then she sped away from the cop car. Exactly.

Then put her on the line because she knows she's cute. We're not reckless endangerment. This horrible person, not respecting the law. And what are we doing?

Look at her a little thing. See, I don't blame the people. I blame you on this. You got filled out in the middle of nowhere. He was doing that thing where he was on attractive criminals and stuff like that.

They're still criminals. However, pretty. How do you yell at me when you picked out all the segments after your VCR? Listen, you have sold out everywhere across the country. There's only two places are not sold out yet. As well as grand Rapids, Michigan, April 3rd.

And I got a Middletown Ohio, May 17th. He puts the other great show. Uh, it's a family affair. Tyrus. Great to see you.

Always a pleasure. All right. Meanwhile, straight ahead on our show, Elon Musk, leading world innovator, uh, building robots that could be seen in your living room, but Democrats want to destroy him. Cheering lunatics or raining terror down on Tesla. Larry Kudlow tries to make sense of it. And that's the headshot he gave us almost as attractive as the mug shot.

We just watched barely. Yeah, it's not his mug shot. All right. Musk derangement syndrome has spawned Tesla terrorism. I don't laugh at that. Many on the left are laughing at that. Nobody should be breaking the law and blowing up Teslas, especially because if you just wait a few minutes, they'll probably do it by themselves.

Let me see if I can explain it for you. When you pull out a chainsaw to celebrate firing thousands of people, they get mad. The nerds that own the politician, all these tech nerds that want to build robots because they don't know how to talk to hot women. Even Kim Kardashian recently caught some blowback for her new beach cuddle buddy making, taking it as an endorsement of mosque, but it's a cyber truck.

That's it. These attacks have even had impacts on Tesla stock price. It's down considerably about 40%, but some are not falling for it. I think if you want to learn something on this show tonight by Tesla, it's unbelievable that this guy's stock is this cheap.

It'll never be this cheap again. Is this really a guy we want to bet against the man who was putting satellites into the sky with star link rescuing stranded astronauts with space X, eventually bringing humanoid robots here to our living rooms, maybe helping us out at home, saving seniors. Joining us now, a man who recently sat down with Elon Musk, host of cut low and cut low on business, the runaway hit number one show in business television, Larry cut low. Great to see you, Larry. Thank you, Brian. Have you ever seen like this in your life? Nothing, nothing like this. The worst thing I've ever seen. This guy's a super Patriot, by the way, as you mentioned, he rescued the astronauts that includes the Russian cosmonaut by the by he, but he saved the country of Ukraine, right?

Because of his communication, his satellite communications system. The neural link company is unbelievable. How embrace that people walk again. That's correct. Howard Lutnik is right.

The stock will come back at some point, but you've had a correction of the magnificent tech seven stocks, so that will come back. But here's the thing. This business about political violence or whatever, terrorism, this is going to kill Democrats.

Think about this for a second. You know, firebombing his cars or his dealerships and they're throwing Molotov cocktails and not a single democratic leader, so-called leader of any. I don't mean crazy people in Texas. I'm talking about Chuck Schumer's of the world who allegedly lead the Democratic Party, have said a single thing against the violence, against the violence.

Now they, they don't have to like Elon Musk. They lost the election. You know, that's life, but no one has spoken out against the violence. This will be devastating to the Democrats because they're going to wind up getting pinned on this. I'm not saying all Democrats are violent by the way.

I'm just saying they haven't spoken out against violence and that's going to hurt them enormously. Larry, I always want experts in their field to go into public service to make it service, not to be famous. And that's why Elon Musk going in, I think is a benefit to the country. And then when I told me, Brian, I mean interrupt, but he told me several times in our interview, I said, why are you doing this? Why are you doing this?

Okay. Cause it's hurting his businesses. And he said his business was disappointing because he had been away. He's doing it to stop the country from going bankrupt. And I'm going to tell you that 70% of the people are in favor of what he's doing. That's Democrats on the wrong side of that issue. 70% are in favor of what he's doing.

And Joe Lonsdale for Palantir, who's a good friend of his, says that he's not going to quit and that Joe Lonsdale has gotten some blow back because he's supporting conservative causes and he's not going to quit either. Says you don't become CEO of major companies if you're not tough and don't have steel in your spine, but you shouldn't have to. The other thing that's happening that maybe you can make sense of it is we have reciprocal tariffs coming April 2nd. You have told me that there's negotiations going on behind the scenes. We're going to equal out with everyone. India wants to charge us 40%.

Europe wants to charge us. So tell me what we can expect. The markets, what can we expect?

What is this all about? The first thing I want to say is this whole issue of tariffs is very overrated for the economy. I mean, I'm seeing crazy stuff. Tariffs are going to cause recession. By the way, business investment is booming because Trump's tax cuts and deregulation are just over the horizon.

The UAE is putting in over, wait, $1.4 trillion invested in the United States. That's a vote of confidence for Donald Trump's economic growth policies. Tariffs are part of it.

Sure. You tax me, I'm going to tax you. I think what you're going to get when this is over, April 2nd, is probably going to be more of a beginning of negotiation rather than an end. I think there'll be some tariff hikes. I think there'll be some tariff reductions. I don't think it's all that important to the economy. It's not going to cause inflation.

It's not going to cause a recession. I know the stock market's correcting. You've got a lot of people out there that are trying to hammer Trump with tariffs and the stock market correction.

You know, corrections come and go. Share prices go up and go down. People should own stocks for the long run. They should bet on American economy.

That's been the history of this thing for a couple of hundred years. I just think the whole tariff issue is overrated. I think Trump is right on this. Reciprocity is correct and he wants to make America more manufacturing-friendly economy.

He's exactly right. If you're going to get a 15% tax rate, you're going to get 100% right off retroactive to January 20th to build a factory, much less to buy machinery equipment, plus individual tax cuts. I mean, this is a terrific plan. It will help manufacturing.

And you know what? If you come here home to America, you don't have to worry about tariffs. Exactly. Anyway, all these celebrations.
