From high atop Fox News headquarters in New York City, always seeking solutions, never sewing division, it's Brian Kilmeade. Hi, boys. Welcome to the latest moments of the Brian Kilmeade show.
So glad you're here. Donald Trump will be there in Atlanta for the big debate. He's going to leave at five thirty today, Eastern Time. It looks like President Biden will leave a little bit earlier from Camp David, then we'll get it on tonight on CNN. It's going to be simulcast also on Fox on the big debate. We're going to be subjected to Jake Tapper and Dana Bass, very talented, but very biased and very anti-Trump.
I'll play some of the cuts. It worries me. I think it's got the camp somewhat concerned, but they did say anytime, anywhere. And when Joe Biden said, how about June and September? How about not Fox? How about CNN?
I think ABC. I don't know what the other one was. And these are the rules. For the most part, the only thing the Trump camp got was we're not going to sit. We're going to stand. And it's got to be for 90 minutes is going to be two breaks. In that time, they cannot meet with any of their coaches, their advisers, anybody.
They cannot bring out notes, but they can make notes in real time. Michael Watley is going to be with us shortly. He's a co-chair of the RNC. But before we do that, let's get to the big three. Now, with the stories you need to know, it's Brian's big three.
Number three. We know throughout the years that first debates can change things. You think about 1980, right? You go into that debate, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, dead heat. Reagan wins that debate, all of a sudden jumps up high in the polls. And in this particular year, we're dealing with the closest race heading into a first debate on record, in which there are doubts about both candidates. That is Harry E10 weighing in, doing his analysis on 2024. The latest polls show Trump is in command, but challenges loom beyond the debate.
Is he ready to tackle that? I'm talking about July 11th with the sentencing and of course, the RNC and in between naming a vice president. Number two. The numbers have dropped significantly since that executive order went into effect in early June. But the big question, which I assume the Trump campaign is going to hit him with, is why did you wait over three years to do this executive order? The broken border, a tone-deaf HHS secretary talks of success of the border seriously. In reality, the state of Biden's biggest failure is the border. And we bury another victim today because of the broken border. Another illegal immigrant strikes. We discussed the reality of this disaster.
Number one. For Biden, it's not misgivings necessarily about his character. It's misgivings about his age, whether he's up to the job. And for Trump, it's misgivings about, dear God, are we going to go back to four more years of the kind of chaos of him being in our head space again? Can I handle that? Or is it going to be four more years of him tweeting like an escape monkey from a cocaine study?
