President Trump's military operation in Iran is underway, with the goal of preventing the country from obtaining nuclear capability. Meanwhile, in college sports, the issue of name image and likeness (NIL) is causing controversy, with some arguing that student athletes should be able to profit from their own likenesses. The debate is ongoing, with some advocating for a players' union and others pushing for a more nuanced approach to representation.

Hope you're having a great Sunday. It's gonna get better. Hi, everyone. I'm Brian Chalit, and this is One Nation. Coming up over the next hour, you're gonna love this show.

Miranda Devine's here. You're not gonna believe what's brewing in California, possibly a massive Republican upset. I'll explain. Lucas Zinger is here. He's gonna talk about new weapon technology that gets our weapons more powerful, done quicker, and cheaper.

And it's already in action in the war in Iran. And Randy Levine is gonna be here. Not only does he have to bring a world championship to the Yankees as the president, he also has to fix college sports. He's gonna tell us how he's gonna do both. But first, the fastest, most impactful monologue in America.

We estimated it would take approximately four to six weeks to achieve our mission. and we're way ahead of schedule. If you look at what we've done in terms of the destruction of that country, I mean we're way ahead. Yup, this week President Trump is confirming his estimated timeline for when this war in the Middle East with Iran will end. But to me, in order for the war to actually be completed, They have to do a few things.

To finally put a stop to the regime, number one, that's been terrorizing nations for the better part of 47 years. They have to do the following. Once and for all, the U.S. needs to walk away with a few serious victories. First and foremost, this conflict cannot end, and so the U.S.

makes it absolutely impossible for the Iranians to shut down the Strait of Hamuz again. I think you know why. Permanently internationalizing the waterway. Everyone will help us with that. Another major sticking point for me.

America cannot just pull out of Iran without, until we obtain full retrieval of their 460 kilograms of uranium. They admitted they have it. We have to come get it. They even said they can make 11 bombs. That can happen.

This means heavy cranes on the ground digging, two nuclear sites, get started. Hopefully, the new troops coming there from the 82nd and possibly the Marines can make that happen. Subsequently, we need to end their ability to mass manufacture missiles and drones, not just destroy the ones they currently have. We know all their locations.

Next, we need to put a full stop to Iran's funding of the proxies. No more money, no more weapons to Hezbollah, Hamas, the Houthis or any other terror group in the absence of resistance. State-funded terror has to end by Iran. And lastly, the United States military has to completely degrade the leadership of Iran. At least 60 leaders are dead and eliminated.

Let's add to that list. This will set up, hopefully, an overthrow of the government by its own people. That's not possible. It's actually probable. Without these five things, I'm afraid we can't declare ultimate victory and complete victory.

So what does a favorable ending look like to our next guest? He is the chairman of the Judiciary Committee. He is Jim Jordan. Chairman, great to see you. I know you're not necessarily thinking war day and night, but you know it's the number one issue right now in the country.

What does the end look like to you?

Well, it seems to me you accomplished the first goal if you achieved the other four, but the most important one of all is the one the president campaigned on and talked about when we, the people, made him the commander-in-chief, and that is to make sure that Iran doesn't get nuclear capability. They can't have a nuclear weapon, and we all know why. Anyone with common sense knows why, because they've killed Americans over the last 47 years, they've killed Israelis, they've killed people all over the world, and they've killed thousands of their own people. For now almost 50 years, this largest state sponsor of terrorism is close to getting a nuclear weapon. We can't let that happen.

And that has been clear from the president from the time he ran and got this job. It's been clear since this war started in Iran. And that to me is the ultimate objective.

So let's accomplish that and then let's get this, and hopefully as quickly as possible. All right, so I want to bounce this off you from another Republican who I know you like, and it's Congressman Mike Rogers. He wants more information. Quote: We want to know more about what's going on. What the options are, and why they're being considered, and what we're not getting enough answers to those questions.

Do you feel as though there are some questions that you need answered and can get answered?

Well, I think that the President Trump, that's one thing I know about him, I think you know as well, Brian, this is a guy who makes decisions as commander-in-chief, as President of the United States, makes decisions that are in the best interest of our country, the best interest of the American people. I trust him to make those decisions and the team that he has around him in his administration. And I know that this is one guy who does what he said. He told us he would cut taxes, he did. He told us he'd secure the border, he did, and on and on we could go.

And he told us he was not going to let Iran get nuclear capability.

So I trust the objective. I trust the president. Would Congress like more information?

Well, I mean, we always want information, but I trust this president to get the objective accomplished and to do it in as quick a timeframe as he possibly can.

So the UAE ambassador wrote an editorial in the Wall Street Journal and says this. And by the way, the Gulf states have been flat out amazing, especially as allies. Quote, we aren't asking the U.S. to carry the full burden. We want Iran as a normal neighbor.

It can be reclusive and even unwelcoming, but it can't attack its neighbors, blockade international waters, or export extremism. Building a fence around the problem and wishing it goes away is not the answer. It would simply defer the next crisis. And that explains why they're so determined to end this conflict the right way. They're not looking to knuckle under.

They're looking to fix this problem. Yeah, which underscores how bad this country is, how bad this regime has been, and how dangerous they are. And if they get a nuke, I mean, we're all in trouble. This is in the world's best interest.

So, the countries around there, around Iran, in the Middle East, they get it. And certainly, our dearest and closest friend there, the state of Israel, understands this in a real way.

So, yeah, this is good for everybody. Good for America, good for Israel, good for the world, good for the Iranian people as well. If there's a new regime that comes into power, we'll just have to see on that. But the main focus, the main objective is what President Trump said. during the campaign, no nuclear weapon for Iran.

Yeah, and he also wants to fix a problem that no other president would. They were looking to wait him out, in my view, and he said, No, I know what you're up to. We're going to take you on. New polls show America's kind of disapproving of the Iran war so far. Small glimmer of hope among independents at lean right.

How can you get those numbers up? Because I know that six in 10 disapprove of the war currently. Overall, 37% approve. This is one of those wars where you didn't have a lot of build-up to it to have people understand it. We're just assuming they understood what led us to this moment, and that is since 1979, they've been an enemy, killing and capturing our people.

Yeah, I I mean uh again, no one no one wants to see your country in in a in a war, in a military operation like this. We don't want, but the alternative is what we've been talking about, is this regime and all the evil they have done over 47 years having nuclear weapons? I mean, that is frightening. And the president, this is a president who will accomplish things and do things and stick to his word and get things done. He saw this and said, we have to take action.

Again, we wish it weren't the case, but this is the facts of life. This is the real world. And he's saying we're going to deal with this. And frankly, as some have said, no other president was willing to go this way. They were all willing to talk and negotiate and give Iran, you know, the crazy Iran deal that Obama put together.

So again, President Trump's a man of his word. He said he would stop this. I believe he's doing this in the best interest of our country, and we'll get the job done. Chairman, I think those numbers go up. If this ends successfully, they rock it up and it's going to be extremely successful, and then the economy is going to hit turbo speed.

I'm fully behind it. I'm going to read you both sides of it, but I can't pretend that I don't think this is a great move and probably his toughest decision as President both times. Chairman, thanks so much. Have a great week. You bet, Brian.

Thank you.

Meanwhile, as our military conflict with Iran enters its fifth week, how are the Iranian people really feeling about their future? Is there a growing appetite for real democratic change? My next guest is someone who was born and raised in Tehran, a journalist and open source investigator, who is now the research director at the National Union for Democracy in Iran. Please greet a guy that really wowed us on radio. You might have seen him.

Husro Isfahani, somebody who spent the majority of his life in Iran up to this point. Osparo, we're trying to thanks so much for joining us. I'm trying to get a sense of what's happening in the country. We don't have reporters there because of the nature of the regime. How pleased are the Iranians that we're taking this military action?

Literally, before I walked into the studio, my colleagues at Nufti released video collage. The videos came out of the country showing people marking the new year, Nowruz, the Persian New Year, at the graves of their loved ones who have been killed by this regime. The chants on these graves, the celebration on these graves, the addresses on these graves captures the sentiment in Iran. What about the police that are on every corner dressed in plain clothes, oftentimes on motorcycles, harassing and killing innocent Iranians? There is two layers for that.

One, on the top, the Israelis in drone strikes have been taking out Masij militia. This has reached a point that hundreds of militiamen have been killed. This is the key arm of the Islamic Republic for oppressing protests.

So if there was going to be protests, they would be the ones killing people in the streets. And they have been doing that. Historically, they are the butchers that brought us the massacre in January, and hundreds of them have been killed, many more have been injured, and many, many more are not showing up for service because they are scared. Every sound of drone they hear, they cower. We hear about mass defections as well from the military.

We hear the draft has. Has gone down to 12-year-olds. You don't usually draft 12-year-olds if it's going well. I want you to hear what one analyst on an Israeli newspaper revealed about the internal clashes inside Iran.

So watch this. Behind the scenes of the war, a battle no less dramatic is unfolding with Iran's own leadership. At its center stands Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammed Bahar Khalif, whose name has been mentioned in connection with the talks with the United States. Our sources describe him as a controversial and powerful figure within the regime. According to those same sources, Khalif is now pushing for negotiations with the Americans.

The reason is simple: he is receiving reports from the field of growing desertions within the security forces, soldiers not receiving their salaries, the collapse of the foreign currency, and a realization that American pressure will not stop.

So, how accurate do you think these reports are? The key is the Islamic Republic is currently brain dead. It's acting based on muscle memory of these agents. They have zero creativity. They are doing what the Islamic Republic has always done.

One, they are trying to reach de-escalation through escalation. They have struck 12 neighbors of Iran over the past month. In addition to that, they are trying to buy time by taught these nonsense talk ideas with the United States. They think President Trump is similar to President Obama or Biden that they can buy time by offering the chance of sitting down with the regime officials.

So I want you to know there's people in America where you are now that don't believe in the war and want to say a different story, one of which is a veteran. Congress wants to be in the Senate. Seth Moulton, watch. There is absolutely no plan. The administration clearly can't even understand why they're in this war, what their strategy is to get out of it.

You're saying the U.S. is losing this war? As of right now, I think we are. Is he right? No, absolutely not.

He doesn't understand what he's talking about. The United States has pulled the most successful military operation in the history of mankind. The whole top echelon of the Islamic Republic has been dismantled in a few hours. The regime is falling apart. It doesn't have any way to get out of this quagmire.

The operation is going forward. When in history a military operation is judged less than five weeks after it starts. Give it time. This is an absolute example of Trump derangement syndrome. People are unwilling to watch this man succeed.

And you also said, real quick, that the people will rise up when they get the go-ahead from the Israeli and U.S. government. They're waiting for the go sign. They are waiting for Crown Prince Rezo Pahlavi, the leader of opposition, to give them the sign. When he did in January, people took to the streets in millions, and they are going to do the same when he issues the call again.

When will that happen? Yes. When? When the time is right. President Trump has told them to wait until the bombs stop falling.

Thanks so much. Appreciate you coming down. Very important time to get the true story of what's happening inside the country. Thanks, Mr. Thank you.

All right, turning now to politics. A stunning new poll in Deep Blue, California showing former Fox News host Steve Hilton leading in California's governor's race. Look at this. Second place, another Republican, Chad Bianco. In the California format, the top two, I don't care what party, it doesn't matter, Jungle Primary, advanced to the actual finals, to the extra election day.

Meanwhile, the University of Southern California canceled the gubernatorial debate due to outrage over the lack of diversity among the candidates less than 24 hours before the event. There would have been six candidates. They wanted to take the top six. They just happened to be white, and they backed out of this. Joining us to make it put it in perspective as Faction Contributor, you know, or as a New York Post columnist as well, best-selling author, Miranda Devine.

Miranda, what is going on in California?

Well, maybe the voters are just waking up to the fact that they've been ruled by a bunch of fraudsters and incompetents, and that Gavin Newsom is just a narcissist who has nothing to offer except more destruction. Right. I mean, first off, let's take a look at those polls. Even if Steve Hilton has been one or two for the last three months, so even if he ends up first or second, it looks like he's going to advance. But there's so many Democrats in the race who are so flawed.

There is no diamond in the rough except for the San Jose mayor, Matt Mahan, and he can't get out of single digits. Right. Well, look, Steve Hilton is one of those sleeper candidates. I think he's just been hardworking from the beginning. He has really good policies.

He's not an ideologue one way or the other. He's kind of the perfect candidate for California. And there you are, another Fox News person who's going to be saving the country. I hope so. And the thing is, he is experienced in politics because he was a political operative over in England, loved it here, had a chance.

To meet his family. They're truly Americans.

Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom, I think, is having a very terrible book tour. I don't care how many books he sells. He was supposed to introduce himself to the country. Look at Gavin Newsom. Do you regret using the word apartheid to describe that?

I used it, I do in this context that I said it and I referenced why I used it, a Tom Friedman article in that same sentence, where Tom used it in the context of the direction. that BB is going and the concern. I'm like you. I'm no better than you. Literally, a 960 SAT guy.

I cannot, you've never seen me. Read a speech. Because I cannot read a speech. I'm dumb like you. I mean, and Israel is an apartheid state, but I don't really mean that.

Yeah.

So, what's he doing? What's he told you?

Well, look, he's told us that he's stupid, that he's not much of a politician, that he's a racist, he sees black people as being stupid, he can't read, therefore he can't govern, which might explain a lot of things. He also cries on camera, he's bossed around by his wife. There's a lot of strange things about Gavin Newsome, and he also has this affect, and I'm not the only person that sees it. It's really off-putting. He just seems like there's something slimy about him.

I don't know if it's the slick back hair or the fake smile or the movable hands. I just don't understand how he got into power, only in California, I guess. And I just think so many of the California people who are successful are leaving. You know, they're doing the U-Haul vote. And I think the people who are left, maybe, especially if voter ID is made compulsory, I don't think he's got a chance of endorsing another Democrat.

He's given Democrats a bad name. Least effective, least accomplished governors in the country. And if your record matters and he's in a real primary, I can't imagine his opponents not bringing it up. I want to change gears if we can, because talk about something else where he's weak, and that's with illegal immigration. An illegal immigrant is charged with killing an 18-year-old Loyola student, Sheridan Gorman, the Democratic mayor of Chicago and Illinois, playing the blame game.

Watch. I agree, there have been real failures. Those failures, of course, extend Beyond the borders of Illinois, that's their national failures and a failure of the president to follow his own edict to go after the worst of the worst. This president refuses. to be held accountable.

If there is anything to address in this country that's illegal, it's everything about the Trump administration. Miranda. an illegal immigrant criminal. killed her We have an 83-year-old being knocked in the subway in New York City by another illegal immigrant criminal with 15 previous arrests. and they're blaming Donald Trump.

Well, I mean, it's worked for them, hasn't it, so far? And I think they've gotten away with murder, literally. These people that they seem to care about more than they care about American citizens, Democrats want to inflict pain on the American people to punish them for voting in Donald Trump.

So they don't care how many women are raped and murdered by illegal migrants, how many veterans are thrown in front of a train and die. They don't care because the more the American people hurt, the more disgruntled they get, and the more chaos they feel Donald Trump is to blame for because that's what the media and the Democrats are telling them every day. Donald Trump got elected because of illegal immigration, looking to crack down. He can reorientate himself with his new Secretary of Homeland Security. That's the focus.

That should be the focus. Illegal immigrating criminals. Get them out before they kill more Americans. Miranda, thanks so much for coming in. Thanks, Brian.

Appreciate it. You can check out our columns and check out our books.

Meanwhile, next on this show, America's weapons stockpile under scrutiny.

So, what is the future? Can we fix the depletion problem? Divergent technology says yes, they'll explain how. And still to come. President of the New York Yankees, Randy Levine, is here to talk about the upcoming season and the future of college sports.

He's been tasked by the president to fix it. Quick note: catch me on tour. A lot of dates. Rita Nevada, November 30th. Pensacola, Florida, July 11th.

This is all streamed on Fox Nation, by the way. And then look at those other dates coming up in the fall. Then it'll be the United States tour on a new book I have coming up, which you could also order at BriankilMead.com. Don't move. No.

We need to replenish our munitions. We're talking now because we do have air support superiority. We need to take advantage of that and leverage technology. Where you're seeing, obviously, we need more precision munitions, missiles, ballistic missiles. And we need it right away with weapons stockpile under scrutiny and the Iran war raging and all eyes on America's arsenal of the future.

Remember, we're still feeding the Ukraine war. 3D print cruise missiles made in America right here by Divergent Technologies. Remember that name. Joining us now is the co-founder and CEO of Divergent Technology, Lucas Zinger. Lucas, great to see you.

Lucas, how would you describe what Divergent can do on the battlefield? Absolutely. Divergent is building the 21st-century industrial base.

So, what we are able to do. is take requirements for any munition system. Turn those into a design input, design that structure, manufacture it using 3D printing, assemble it. robotically with full automation and deliver that emission airframe in a fraction of the time and to a higher capability and at a lower cost, and most importantly, at scale, so that we can make thousands and thousands of units per year.

So you're part of the brand new Arsenal of Freedom. I know Secretary of War Pete Hagseth just toured your facility about a month ago. For example, you have a if there's a $2 million missile, for the most part, you could do it for $200,000. And is it because of that 3D technology?

So absolutely had a great visit with The secretary, and what he focused on was how we can compress the timeline.

So, what is the time to get your first unit fielded? We've shown that we can deliver the first test prototype within two months or less, sometimes as fast as two weeks. We can then take that design with the Prime, flight test it, qualify it, and get it into production very rapidly. Once it is in production, our system allows scale to be achieved.

So we can make hundreds. of munition airframes per 3D printer. And in our facilities, we have tens of 3D printers.

So, a 100-printer facility could make 25,000 or more of your typical munition airframe. That is the capacity, that is the magazine depth that is required. And our job at Divergent is to make sure that the industrial base is strong enough. to support any of the decisions that our US government makes. I mean originally Divergent was going to be a ma uh a race car uh company and all of a sudden you realize there's a gap to be filled and some patriotic work to be done in for the Pentagon.

What kind of impact have you had already? Absolutely. We started with a vision, with a thesis. For design agnostic manufacturing at low unit cost. That is how you build a resilient factory.

You make sure that it can do auto parts or defense parts. You go back to World War II and the model that we had here in the US, we have recycled that, but in a next-generation way with next-generation tools. We do make the Zinger vehicle automobile, it's the world's fastest hypercar, it's fully American engineered and manufactured. But now, our focus, where are we putting our capacity of our factories, fully towards defense work? We have over 20 active contracts across many of the most meaningful munitions from low-cost all the way to legacy exquisite systems.

We're helping across that entire segment. To increase volumes and collapse the timeline. I was struck by one of the stories I read that someone came in and sketched on a whiteboard this type of missile they wanted. And in 70 days, you had it by someone sketching it. Because you put it into this 3D printer and you produce it for less money because you've invested into this machine already.

Is this going to change the way we fight? We keep hearing about problems with depth when it comes to our stockpiles. Can you do this cheaper, faster? And are you doing it right now with this conflict in Iran? Absolutely.

We are producing cheaper, faster, and better today and at scale. What took us? over 12 years and a billion dollars of capital is now in the fight. the mission of the US and we're proud to support it. I will say each one of these printers, again, can achieve a meaningful scale in a fraction of the time and stay product agnostic.

So we can go from a sustainment part for a readiness challenge to a long-range strike munition airframe out of the same factory. That genuinely changes the way you think about your industrial base, your readiness, your magazine depth, and then you start thinking about strategic location as well. Where can you place these factories where the factory itself? Is adding to deterrence, and the factory becomes the weapon. Amazing.

I see you have 40 Pentagon contracts, over 100 factories. If we want to get interceptors, we want to get rockets, we want to get cheap drones that are effective, we got to go to places like Divergent. Love what you're doing, Lucas. Congratulations. And on behalf of the country, thank you.

Thank you, Brian. Thank you.

God bless. Hey, don't move.

Subject to change. Welcome to Fox News Live. I'm Ashley Stromeyer in New York. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is ordering an expansion of Israel's security buffer zone in southern Lebanon. He says the goal is to prevent potential invasions and deter cross-border attacks.

Over the past few weeks, the IDF has destroyed bridges and carried out strikes across Lebanon, targeting the Iran-backed Hezbollah group. Israeli troops have also pushed further into the southern part of the country. And Los Angeles police are arresting 74 people during No Kings protests over the weekend for failing to obey a dispersal order. Officers used tear gas as protesters surrounded a federal complex and threw objects. It was one of thousands of demonstrations held across the country yesterday.

Organizers say they were rallying against President Trump's policies, the rising cost of living, and the war with Iran. I'm Ashley Stromeire, and I'm back to One Nation with Brian Kilmead. Media moments that matter. All right, time now for the fan favorite here on One Nation. This week I gave my TV guide subscription.

I gave my chords and my VCR to Tommy Larry. Tommy, I should get you your own VCR by now. You've done this so often because you're here for the media moments that matter most to you. Should I get you your own VCR? I don't need it because I'm on the Brian Kilmead YouTube channel.

Okay, that's the first time I'm going to be here.

So that's the only place I need to be, Brian. I appreciate the plug.

Now, you wanted to come up with three items, and you start with the view. I always have to start with a view when I'm here, right? Because it's my favorite show to mock. It's the best comedy of the week, better than maybe some of the other comedians on late night television. We'll get to that in a minute.

But I want to start off with, you know, the war effort, the war expert, Ajoy Behar. You know, she had a lot to say about the effort and how it's not going so well. I want you to take a listen because this is the thought leader of our time, Brian. What have they accomplished in Iran? What have they accomplished?

I think any time we can deter Iran, whether it's for another year, whether it's for two years. Obama has a deterrent. I think that's a win. I'm talking about this particular, as he calls it, excursion into Iran. What have they accomplished?

What about wiping out their entire leadership? What? They got rid of one Ayatollah. They have another one that's just as bad. We don't know which one is.

So, Brian, you know, she is the leader of our time on all things military, you know, in line to be the next Secretary of War, I'm sure. But, you know, what's interesting here is that the New York Times of all places actually had an article, not to rebut her specifically, but everybody who thinks that maybe we aren't accomplishing anything. The headline is: The war is going better than you think. And by you, I think maybe he means Joy Behar. Brett Stevens writing this.

But I think it just goes to show these ladies just can't root for America, Brian. They just can't. I know. And Abby Hunt's been doing her best to say, look, you say we haven't won. You could say that yet.

But you could also say they've wiped out about 50 to 70 of their leadership. And the Ayatollah son seems to be too banged up to even make anything but an AI statement.

Well, you know what? Maybe Joy saw the cardboard cut out of him, and she was convinced. But we're going to move on from the back. We're going to move on from Joy Behar because, as we know, the tragedy that occurred with this poor college student gunned down. Allegedly, by an illegal alien, right?

So they got the student newspaper at her university, Loyola, and they originally put out an article that talked about the person that is accused of murdering her, which happens to be an illegal immigrant. But then they had to retract that because it might hurt the community by using the term illegal immigrant problem. The term, because it might offend the community.

So they actually put out a post on Instagram apologizing for the original headline. And the original headline was immigrant man, wasn't even illegal immigrant man, but it did refer to him as an illegal immigrant, which allegedly that is what he is, Brian. But the newspaper putting out an article, they don't want to offend the illegal immigrant community. They apparently don't care too much about the family itself here. And you see this editor's note apologizing for their little mishap.

It's bad because this is another generation of journalists who's going to grow up to feel like they go to apologize by saying things factual. First, they say don't say alien.

Now they say don't say illegal because nobody's illegal. Yes, you're illegal in our country. They just wanted him. To be a Rogers Park man. Kind of reminds me of the Maryland dad.

Right. I love the fact that the family is not putting up with it. They're pushing back. And lastly, late night. Late night.

As I told you before, Joy Behar might be funnier than late night for all the wrong reasons. But you know, we've got Jimmy Kimmel. He just doesn't seem to get it, right? He's trashing everybody, including average Americans. He took shots at absolutely everybody in the Trump cabinet this week.

It felt like. I want to play a little montage. Get your Pepto-Bismol.

Okay. Mark Wayne Mullen was a low-level MMA fighter and a plumber. That's right. We have a plumber protecting us from terrorism now. Instead of Mark Wayne, how about.

Lil Wayne, one of this war's biggest cheerleaders is Pete Hagseth. It must be a rush to go from lowly weekend cable news anchor to dropping giant bombs. And it's weird. That the Iranians don't want to negotiate with Trump's son-in-law, whose primary job experience before this was holding Ivanka's purse. They want J.D.

Vance to be the point person. This is the first time anyone has ever wanted to talk to J.D. Vance. Yeah, he just doesn't seem to get it. Taking shots at plumbers, wow, that's really some classy stuff there, Brian.

And by the way, he said low-level weekend anchor. Yeah.

His numbers, Pete Hagseth's numbers over the weekend, are better than Jimmy Kimmel's network numbers on late night. And I just find it unbelievable that he does not see that Darren Kushner is a successful multi, might even be a billionaire at this point, and does not think that he thinks he's got to be like the caddy to Ivanka. It's like they're not tapped into the Trump world, and they're enjoying it. They're enjoying it. I would also say, I wish Jimmy Kimmel would do, you know, an average man's job for just a day, see if he could hack it.

I don't think so. But, you know, we have someone else in Hollywood that might be a voice of reason. We had Vince Vaughan this week that's calling all of these people out on late night, saying, you know, he doesn't want to be lectured to. He's not signing up for this class when he's watching late night. He really dunked on all of them, which I think is a refreshing change of pace for a Hollywood actor.

Right. And he did it on a podcast, not on a late night show. Thanks so much, Tommy Laron. We look forward to seeing you every single weekend for eight hours. Another highly rated weekend show.

Yes, absolutely.

Next up for you, the Secretary of War, maybe in the next administration.

Meanwhile, straight ahead, March Madness underway, and NIL is having a huge impact. The vice chair of President Trump's Saving College. Sports board, Randy Levine, who also happens to be the president of the New York Yankees. Don't move, you're watching One Nation. I'm glad you are.

They tell me, thank you. Queen my head, not that thing in my chest. They got their hands down my neck this time. Uh, are you stuck staring at your W two? Are tax refund worries holding you back?

you probably have FOMU. The fear of messing up. The fix? Using TurboTax on Intuit Credit Karma. They find every credit and deduction to help you get every refund dollar you deserve or your money back.

It's time to overcome your fear of messing up and get your taxes done right. Start filing today in the Credit Karma app. March Mandis has always been about the Cinderella story. Teams like Gonzaga, Butler, St. Peter's, small schools taking down the Giants.

Now in many cases, about the money. In the NIL era, college basketball looks like a free agency in some respects. Top players getting paid, little guys getting raided. The teams that built chemistry and made those magical runs. Are those days over?

It seems like the teams don't stay together. But this isn't just a basketball problem. It's in effect all of college sports. It seems more about a pro football team or a basketball team embedded within university. We want to put the focus back on the student athlete.

Making sure that he or she, when they graduate from their university, are equipped for success in life, and they've not just become some pawn.

Well, that's true. That's why President Trump brought together some power brokers into the White House a couple of weeks ago to fix the growing problem. My next guest was there and has been tapped as vice chair of the Saving College Sports Board. He's also, on his other job, President of New York Yankees. Randy Levine, thanks so much for being here.

It's always great to be with you, brother. You go back decades with the president when he was just a big-time successful businessman. What has to be fixed in sports? How did you narrow it down to maybe four key components?

Well This has been going on now for several years, and everybody came to the President and said. This has been in the Congress, it's been in the courts. We need somebody to bring everybody together with your force of personality in the office to finally solve that. And that's what happened, because these universities, all of them, big and small, are hemorrhaging money. And the money's coming from endowments, it's being passed on to students.

What are the main issues? The main issues are, in my opinion. Defining the revenue sharing split between the schools and the athletes, student athletes, for use of their marks. Enforcing name, image, and likeness. NIL.

NIL, making them enforceable, and having no cheating going on, which is happening through collectives and booster clubs and so forth. Three, Changing the transfer portal. I mean, right now, college kids have the. It's better than any professional sports free agency. When you're done, you go in.

Every single year. I mean, it's. It's nothing that could ever happen in professional sports. And then finally, as to all of this is eligibility. You know, we've had kids playing for seven, eight years.

It's impossible. And 28, 29 years old.

So you're not interested in an 18-year-old if you've got a 25-year-old. Why would you? You're not even looking at those kids coming out of high school.

Well, it's even worse on the other end. You know, this reminds me of what happened in Major League Baseball in the Dominican Republic in Venezuela, where you have Buscones who are like. Pre-agents, it's happening here. They're trying to recruit 12 and 13-year-olds. It's insane.

So, I want to show you, give people an idea how much money is in college sports. And we don't think it should go back to zero payment. I don't, even though I think the president kind of does. Arch Manning for the University of Texas, about $5 million plus. You got Brigham Young superstars making $4.2 million.

Jeremy Smith in Ohio State, $4.2 million. Sam Levitt, about $4 million, and then Brendan Soursby of Texas Tech, 3.1. That's just the money they're getting from NIF. Just for that year, because they can go someplace else and get more in the House, you have the Score Act, in the Senate, you have the SAFE Act. They won once.

The Democrats seem to want a union, and the Republicans seem to not. Can you get these guys together on this? Yeah, and I'm not sure the Democrats really want a union. I'm not sure the professional sports unions, in effect, want to do this, because these are college kids. They're going to be in and out, and hopefully, you know, four or five.

Oh, yeah, but that's what I meant by players' union.

So I honestly believe. that really what People are looking for on both sides. This bipartisan issue. That's what the president is. And treat college athletes as college students, but they need representation.

Not as union, just representation on whatever the entity is. And this goes forward. As a guy who proudly played a non-revenue sport, soccer, I worry about the rowing, the soccer, the Olympic sports, the Division II, Division III. Do you? 100%.

That all has to be taken care of because what's happening is all this money is going into basically football and basketball, and all the non-revenue and women's sports are suffering. That has to change. Do you think, number one, do we have a deadline? You're into deadlines. You want to get something done or you wouldn't get involved.

Do you have a deadline where something's going to pass? Six months, three months? No, actually.

Next season? We have to get this done. My guess is 90 days before the midterms. 90 days before the midterms. That's going to be interesting in the fall.

But that should be somewhat of a bipartisan issue. You're president of the New York Yankees. They brought back the same team, only a very healthy Garrett Cole coming off of Cy Young. You feel as though you're a World Series quality product? Yes, I think that we have a great team.

I think we came pretty close last year. We hit a very hot to run. And we're getting Garrett Cole back. We made some changes at the trade deadline. They'll be with us all year.

To me, it all comes down to being healthy. The team that's the healthiest with talent. Gets to October and then anything can happen. And lastly, people were upset that you guys opened up the first game of the Major League season on a streaming service which needs a subscription. They say, should America's best time, shouldn't it be free to watch?

How do you feel about Netflix having your first game?

Well, I feel really bad, as I've said, for our fans, because a lot of people cannot afford a Netflix subscription. That was a decision made by Major League Baseball. We're one of the 30 clubs, so we go along with it, but I think we should be more sensitive next time. Absolutely. Do you feel as though next year you're going to have a big clash between labor and management?

Because next year you're going to be re reconfiguring and maybe getting a salary cap in there or? Um I really can't speak about it, but I hope not. I know there's good faith on both sides.

So we're going to all work really hard. Commissioner Manford, Dan Halem, and his team. Al Steinbrenner, who's the owner of the Yankees, is on the labor committee.

So hopefully they can compromise and reach an agreement. And just you as a baseball guy. Yankees aside. We now have electronics coming in two times. You could look into the camera, put, you know, throw the flag and say, I want to review that cold strike or that ball.

Umpires hate it. How do you feel about it? I love it. I think they should have more opportunities to do it. I think the umpires like it.

Really? Yeah, the umpires I'm talking to like it. Look, this to me is about getting it right. Everything is about getting it right. That's why instant replay.

That's why instant replay, that's what this is about. The more It's pure and we get it right. That's better for the competition. I hear you.

So, Randy takes on this job. You used to, you know, politics, you know baseball, you know law.

So, we're going to need all your attributes and all your qualities to pull this off. I have confidence in you. Thank you.

I hope you work with Ron DeSantis well. He's your co-chair, right? No, he's great. He's really great. All right, Randy, thanks so much.

Nighttime for your sneak peek of the week. It's our chance to look ahead and tell you what to look forward to. And it's sports-oriented. And I do this for you, Randy. Yankees home opener happens on Friday.

A lot of people look at the Yankees, the team, they love to hate them, and they love to love them. They're going to be opening up there at their beautiful stadium.

Meanwhile, the UFL is underway. Fox owns it. I want you to watch it. It's fantastic. It gives great football players a chance to get into the NFL and play at the highest level.

March Madness continues this thing called the Final Four in Indianapolis, a perfect venue for it in a fantastic city. And that is what to look forward to because Congress went out of town and left a mess behind. That is it for us tonight. Tune into my radio show. From 9 to noon.

You're going to love it. Amongst my guests, General Jack Keen on Monday and Arthur Brooks. He has the key to happiness. Don't we all want to know about that? Be sure to do two things.

Don't forget to watch Fox and Friends in just a few hours. I'll shower and change. And as always, stay within yourself. And keep it on Fox. No reason to change the channel.
