Should transgender girls who are biological males be allowed to use girls' bathrooms and play on girls' sports teams in K through 12? You have 15 seconds to clarify. In cases across Virginia, I think it's incumbent upon Parents. And educators and administrators in each local community to make decisions locally. That's what this is about.

Ms. Earl Sears? There should never be new man. Oh, my goodness, we finally have her saying that. But you voted for that.

Ms. Earl Sears. You finally intruding on her. Are we in a groonet now?

So, your thoughts, Tommy Lairon, thanks so much for joining us as you get set to host your show over the weekend. The Big Weekend Show. your thoughts about what you hear about this debate last night in Virginia.

Well, I'll tell you, I think this week it's the crumbling of Democrat women. That seems to be the narrative, whether it's Katie Porter or Spanberger. Mikey Sheryl, too. Yeah, I agreed. And I think last night was very telling.

It's not hard to pull your endorsement from somebody who's wishing death upon an opponent and his family. That's not a hard thing to do. The question is, why wouldn't you? What is the calculation there where you're thinking, no, I'm not going to pull my endorsement. I'm going to denounce it.

But the same thing with Katie Porter. I think the narrative also is that Democrats, man, woman, they, them, whatever, they hate it when they get any little tiny bit of pushback. She was so combative on that debate stage, not just against her opponent, but against the moderators. She was almost upset that she was even asked the question and then asked a follow-up. And her answer on that on Jay Jones was ridiculous.

Her answer on men in women's sports, again, she almost did the Kamala word salad. It's not that hard to say that men shouldn't be in women's sports, but she wouldn't go that far. They never do. They will never go the distance. On that.

How can you trust anyone to run your economy or anything else if they can't accept the most simple fact of men and women? Do you think that Democrats feel like you do, though? Do you think that Democrats are for trans athletes in women's locker rooms? No. The percentage that are a part of that LGBTQ rainbow mafia that I call them is such a slim, small margin, even within the far, far left, even in places like California.

I've heard many people that are very outwardly pro-gay, all this stuff, and very, very leftist. They will draw the line. But the activists have captured the messaging of the Democrat Party.

So that's why they won't go all the way, because they don't want to offend the activists. Because the activists are loud, the activists are aggressive.

So they won't go all the way. And meanwhile, they're leaving, what is it, 70 to 80% of Americans in the dust. Not a great political calculation. And so in Virginia, you're talking about Jay Jones, who came out, whose 2022 text came out that shows that he basically wanted to pull in the head of not only the Republican speaker. But also with the family.

And he went on for a long way. And he says he's despicable. I feel bad about it. I apologize. But I see Governor Shapiro said he should drop out.

I see Governor Bashir says he should drop out Democrats. But I don't see anybody in Virginia saying he should, any Democrat in Virginia saying he should. The only thing I can think of, because it really is poison for the rest of the ticket. They would be smart to cut bait. The only thing I can think of is that some of these folks might have some texts of their own that they're worried about.

That's the only way. And again, that's just me. I don't, that's just me totally speculating, but I can't figure out any kind of logic behind sticking with this guy unless you're worried about skeletons in your own closet. That's the only thing I can think of as to why they will not run from him.

So here it is. Listen to this: Cut 38 on the endorsement of Jay Jones. Cut 38. Thank you, Ms. Spamberger.

We just want to clarify: you know, what you're saying is that as of now, you still endorse Jay Jones as Attorney General. I'm saying as of now, it's It's up to every voter to make their own individual decision. I am running for governor. I am accountable for the words that I say, for the acts that I take, for the policies that I have put out. Yeah.

It's not even a good end. It's not even a good dodge. No. Well, if you can make an endorsement, you can pull an endorsement, right? The whole point of an endorsement is saying, I'm putting my weight and my name behind this person.

Well, then the texts come out and you say, all right, well, this is new information. I now withdraw my endorsement. It's really simple. It's not too hard. Why can't you go all the way, especially in this climate that we're in right now?

It's not as if we're back. five, six years ago, we're not only Two assassination attempts on President Trump. Charlie Kirk a month ago was murdered in front of our very eyes. And this environment that you're in right now, when we're constantly being lectured by Democrats about our words, our word policing, the rhetoric, tone it down, cool it down, but yet you can't pull your endorsement from somebody with such an egregious, egregious infraction such as that. It's very odd to me.

And I think it might sinker, actually.

So I think that in New Jersey, what do you think who has the better chance of winning? Chitterelli in New Jersey or Winsome Sears in Virginia? I think New Jersey is a safer bet for Republicans. I mean, you have yesterday Chitterelli is going to sue Mikey Sherrill for saying that he killed millions of people because his company had something to do with fentanyl.

So he's saying, I'm suing them, suing her for inflammatory and irresponsible allegations. Yeah. I think it's a high, any defamation or a public figure. I think it's a low chance of success. But again, it doesn't even matter because she put it out there.

So it's almost like putting the retraction at the bottom of the Article there. You know, it's gonna will it stick? I don't know. I don't think it's gonna be enough for her to claim that. I don't think that's gonna change people's minds at this point.

They might feel it as egregious what she said and wrong and possibly a lie, but They're more concerned, I think, about their families and their pocketbook. Absolutely.

So, we're dealing with Tommy Larenge getting set for her show. You're going to be on for six hours over the weekend. You're fully aware of that, right? Six hours over the weekend, one hour after this. Oh, you do outnumbered.

All right, I'll get you out quick, but I just do want to talk about ICE, Chicago and Portland. We have a National Guard going in. We have ICE actually already there, but border patrol there. They cannot get protection from the local police. We know that for sure.

So, that's why he wants National Guard there. The courts are giving the president a problem with this. I was kind of surprised to see the governor of Oklahoma say that he is not for what President Trump's doing with the Texas National Guard, putting them into Illinois. He says, I was surprised that Governor Abbott sent troops to Texas from Illinois. Abbott and I sued the Biden administration when the shoe was on the other foot, and the Biden administration was trying to force us to vaccinate all our soldiers and force masks across the country.

As a Federalist believer, one governor against another, I don't think that's the right way to approach this. Does the governor of Oklahoma? have a point. I understand the point. I'm not sure if I Agree with it, but he does make a good point.

It's a solid point to make, and I understand it. And again, with the National Guard and what they've done in Texas as far as securing the border, I thought was fantastic during the open border Biden administration doing everything that they could. I understand his point. It's a point well made. But at some point, Is President Trump just gonna leave these federal agents out to Dry to die?

I mean, at what point does he step in and say, I got to protect these people's lives? It's not as if it's just an annoyance. This is actually dangerous.

So, at what point does our president, our chief executive, our commander-in-chief, say, I got to step in to protect human life? Yeah, I think there's a huge difference between vaccination and crime, death, crime, and destruction, and being a victim of crime. And then you have the ISAR agents being targeted, but the courts are stopping and starting it. What it is, is bringing great interest to the plight in these cities. Does anybody really be proud of what Portland looks like today?

Has anyone been proud of what Chicago looks like today? But you have a mayor and governor who think Trump's the enemy. I understood it in 2017, but I thought they'd be a little bit more sophisticated in 2025. If these people did not have presidential ambitions, I don't think you'd be seeing this, but especially in the case of Illinois, we know Governor Newsome in California, two people that obviously have aspirations to be president.

So I think that their number one thing that they have to communicate to their far left party is watch how anti-Trump I can be. Watch how I can fight for crime and against law and order. It's ridiculous. I don't think it's going to work. Look at the approval rating, of course, in Chicago.

Look at Mayor Brandon Johnson. I mean, he's almost at 0%. Give it a few more weeks. But it's the grandstanding. They love the cameras more than they love common sense, and they hate Trump more than anything.

So at the end of the day, the Democrat Party, if they stick to this, we're just going to keep fighting tooth and nail for illegals. It's going to be November 2024 all over again. How long do you think this lockout's going to last? The shutdown's going to continue. You know, you and I were talking about this before, but I think.

Republicans need to stand strong. They didn't do this. I think Democrats. We'll see. I think Chuck Schumer really shot himself in the foot with that comment about every day gets better for us.

That was not a good comment to make. And I think Republicans are seizing on that and making the point that, hey, if you thought this was our shutdown, this guy is just celebrating it. Kind of like when Gene Fonda said that COVID was a great gift to Democrats. Good job. Yeah, wow, good memory.

I did not, yeah, I did not. Never forget that. All right, so we're going to see you this weekend. What hours? Five.

5 to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. Tommy Larry, and then we're going to watch you in 15 minutes. You're going to keep the same outfit? Yeah. Would you like to change it now?
