Waiting on God means investing time every day in prayer, seeking His face and seeking His direction. David learned to wait, and we can too, by seeking God, being silent before Him, and surrendering to His will. Waiting on God is a big time saver, sharpens our ax, and enables us to do things above and beyond our normal abilities because we begin to understand that it is what God does through us that is most important and not what we do for God.
