None other than big John McTernan. Well, hello, Pastor Ernie. Good evening. And I'm playing for a good show tonight.
Everybody will be blessed in Jesus name. Well, that's why you're here to make it a good show. We we really do expect to hear some rather astonishing things from you. Okay. Alrighty.
You ask me the questions and I'll I'll astonish you. Alrighty. Also, we have with us here the elder, Orlando Barkley. Hey, elder. Good evening, Pastor. Good evening, everyone. Jesus is Lord.
Amen. We're going to start a little different tonight. We're going to start actually we're playing a little clip and then we're going to go to Romans chapter one, starting with verse twenty four. And when we get there, Romans one twenty four. Elder, you go ahead and read it and we'll, you know, read it verse by verse and we'll take some commentary.
But go ahead and fire away with that clip. McCormick and wanted to talk about your latest book, Mike, and the connections that you made with the Catholic Church, which has really been struggling, as we know, under the leadership of Pope Francis, who just survived a health crisis. But the church has problems with vocations, problems with people who have left the church, bankruptcies down here in the New Orleans Archdiocese. There's a bankruptcy that the Archdiocese is dealing with. So it's going on all over the country with the pedophilia crisis is still hanging over the church and the fact that they shuffled these priests around. And of course, you've got a lot of left wing Catholic groups have been helping with the migration invasion that we've had under Joe Biden.
Right. So tell us about your new book, Mike. Well, it's you know, it was interesting because I've been talking about what happened.
It's an all so the title of the book is An Almost Insurmountable Evil. How Obama's deep state defiled the Catholic Church and executed the Wuhan plandemic. What happened was about a year ago, I started going back to church. I was born a Catholic, baptized young, went to Catholic school till sixth grade, left the church after college for several decades.
But last year decided, you know, I want to get back to it. And so as I was going to church regularly, I was on with Alex Jones on his Infowars show and I was watching after I was on and watching him talk about something. He's talking about this sense of this overwhelming evil. And at the time, you know, President Trump was going through this horrific law fair.
It just seemed like the left in the Joe Biden administration was just putting things obstacles in front of us that were almost insurmountable. And so I thought to myself, I said, what was the most evil thing that I remember at in the Biden White House? What was the most evil thing? It was Joe Biden's relationship with a guy named Theodore McCarrick. Theodore McCarrick was a Catholic cardinal, very high in the in the Vatican, a good friend of Pope Francis. He was a rapist of altar boys and seminarians. He was an evil man. And he'd been doing that for a long time. And that came out in twenty eighteen. They finally caught up to him.
And so I put together this book. I started looking at it and I looked at I said, what did McCarrick do in the Obama White House? I looked in their visitor logs and it was like seeing evil right in front of me. The amount of times that he visited Joe Biden and specifically Dennis McDonough, who was a White House chief of staff in 2013 on and met with Obama, whether it was at a speech or like a party or something, was shocking. And he would not only meet with them, but then he would go to the Vatican and do this sort of diplomacy between the Obama people and the Vatican, especially Pope Francis.
It was like he was an operative. And the Vatican, Pope Francis started doing policy for Obama. They helped him with the Iran nuclear deal. They helped him set up this invasion on the southern border, something that Joe Biden put together called the Alliance for Prosperity. They helped him betray China's Catholics by turning the management of the Catholic Church in China over to the Chinese Communist Party, betraying the Chinese underground Chinese Catholics.
So there was all this stuff that they did that it just started coming out as like evil erupting in front of me. The deeper I looked into it, I think McCarrick was a CIA operative. I think the CIA has been in the Vatican manipulating and influencing Vatican policy.
And it came to a head with Obama. Do you think the, I don't want to get back to McCarrick, but do you think the CIA is involved in the selection of popes? I mean, I don't know who was involved in the selection of Pope Francis, but they went off the deep end big time. I mean, they had two good popes in a row in my view.
I'm a Catholic as well. Pope John Paul II, Pope Benedict, I thought were solid conservatives. Pope Benedict then maybe gets forced into a resignation, maybe gets pressured, he resigns.
And then all of a sudden this left wing radical comes in and takes over and moves the church in a horrible left wing direction. Was the CIA involved in that? I think McCarrick was groomed in the CIA as a priest fresh out of seminary. He came down to Washington. He was a New York guy. He spent some time over in Switzerland in a place called St. Galen's, which has now got a really bad reputation with Catholics who follow the predatory sexual activities of the Catholic priests, because there was quite a lot of sort of predatory sexual, gay sexual out of that St. Galen's, they call it the St. Galen's mafia. He spent some time there and then he came down and went to Catholic University. And at Catholic, he got his doctorate, he got a master's and a doctorate, but he also became a fundraiser. And he started to become a guy who traveled around the world and gave out money.
And so he moved quickly up the ladder. The hierarchy of the church made sure he was always getting promoted. And I think it was because they knew that he had contacts in the CIA.
And I think he had this predatory sexual activity because he knew he was untouchable. So you're claiming that you think he's the only one who was tied to the CIA, just this one priest? No, no, no, no, not the only because I think Pope Francis was too. Pope Francis was in Argentina at the time.
This is the mid 70s. And so in the mid 70s, Argentina was ruled by military dictatorship, the hardcore right wing. They were backed by the CIA. Pope Francis is on the record.
It's widely reported he was connected into that right wing dictatorship. There's a movie called The Two Popes. Hollywood put out a movie in 2020 where it talked about the relationship between Benedict and Francis. Well, they talk in that movie about what Francis did when he was in Argentina. So this hardcore right wing dictatorship kidnapped priests, the priests that were then sort of going to the they were working with communists, the left wing, the unions. Already we're back here.
Elder, we want to pick it up here. He's talking about, of course, we knew what they're using. We knew the CIA. We know one of the reasons why Trump wanted to defend the CIA, why Reagan wanted to defend the CIA, why Kennedy wanted to defend the CIA.
And of course, you know, they tried to kill all three of them. But here now it's the sodomy, the homosexuality. You know, everything that God's Word, the Bible calls an abomination, this is what these, you know, the unclean people. So pick it up, read it, let's take it verse by verse in Romans 1, verse 24. Go ahead, Elder, read it verse by verse.
Okay. It reads, Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lust of their own hearts to dishonor their own bodies between themselves. Okay, now if you notice something, if you notice something, recently this whole movement within the Democratic Party is to take God's name in vain, but to use profanity. They use profanity. They're dropping the F bomb, they're dropping the F bomb, they're using the things those women were wearing, those hats that they wore, everything, I mean, just uncleanness.
These women, especially those women in the Democratic Party, but not just the women, the males too, I don't want to call them men, but they're using, you can tell by what's coming out of their mouth. The Lord Jesus said what comes out of their mouth comes from their heart. You have this unclean spirit. What do you think, John?
Absolutely, Pastor Rooney. It's shockingly unclean. I guess we shouldn't be shocked anymore. But whatever perversion you can be thought of, they're doing. No restraint on them anymore. And it's centered basically in the Democrat Party.
I don't know of the Republicans getting in on that, but the whole thing is rotten, Pastor, literally rotten. All right. Let's go ahead and read verse 25. Who changed the truth of God into a lie and worshipped and served the preacher more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. Well, the creature is us. We're the creation. He's referring to mankind who changed the truth of God into a lie. Boy, do we know, I mean, those that have come right out and spoken.
Of course, last night we talked about that. You have in the Prosperity Church the Word of Faith movement. They're all doing that, okay? Changing the Word of God into a lie.
But here you have these politicians. Obama, how many times does Obama refer to himself as I am that I am? How many times did Oprah refer to herself as the source of her salvation? George Soros refers to himself as a god.
He is a god. He refers to himself. Of course, that's what the Prosperity Church refers to themselves, too. So, again, they worshipped the creature, especially with money, especially those that have a lot of money. Go ahead and read verse 26. For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections, for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature. Okay, so he's talking about sexual perversion here. And we see that H.M. Sodom was notoriously known for sodomy, but they're in Greece, too. So here, then he goes on to say, verse 27.
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman turned in their lusts one toward another, men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was me. Okay, so here, what are the number one goals or topics or issues with those today, the Antichrist system on the left? One is abortion, the killing of children, the killing of the innocent. But two is sodomy. One of the major things, if you're going to be a Democratic Communist Party member, especially a politician, you have to be pro-LGBTQ. That's your agenda.
That's got to be number one on your agenda there. And so here, this is exactly what we're seeing here today. And here, not only that, but lesbianism within the feminist movement, lesbianism is, you know, it's rampant within the feminist movement here. So we're seeing what he's describing here today.
Go ahead to verse 28. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind to do those things which are not convenient. Okay, so here, they sought to find any kind of explanation for our existence. John, you know, anything that they could, evolution, anything that they could try to come up with to describe and explain the existence of mankind. There's one major reason they did that.
What do you think? Well, Pastor Ernie, whatever is the foundation of the Bible, they're against. So God created the heavens and the earth.
So they say it created itself. So whatever, you know, they always have these new twists to it, but it's against the word of God. And when they eliminate God, and they say it happened by evolution, then they can kind of make themselves God's best earnings, because there's no absolutes. So they can do and say and make whatever they want. So God's out, God's absolutes are out, chances in some mystical creed where the universe started, and therefore they can do what they are now in charge as far as laws and all that. There are no absolutes. So the point is, look, if they can, Nietzsche said, remember Nietzsche, this great brilliant mind, who, as he was dying, knew he was in big, big trouble.
It was too late then. But he said that God created man and his image, and now, through technology, man is going to return the favor. God will be what we say he is.
All right? Exactly, Pastor Ernie. There is no God without absolutes, so they are now, man is now in charge. So now, but the whole purpose, the whole idea, John, is to say, look, if we declare God, okay, non-existent, then we don't have to, we are not accountable. There's no such thing as sin, so we are not accountable. You know, like a lot of what the atheists are saying today, sin is what you make of it, okay? Sin is what God says it is. Yeah. And our goal should be to get back to what was going on in the 1950s through the 70s.
And guess what, Pastor? The psychiatric community considered homosexuality a mental illness. Yeah, they did, but do you know why that changed? And most of Americans believe that it was wickedness until... That changed because what they did is they put pressure. The sodomite, the Communist Party behind this thing made the sodomite, they put pressure on the psychiatrists, psychologists, especially in their schools, okay? They threatened them, they threatened to boycott them, you name it.
And weak need, these were weak needs. Then they started sending their own people to infiltrate and place their people in high places within those institutions of psychology to change that. And they changed the truth of God into a lie, God's word into a lie.
And that's what happens today. And so what has happened to the profession, the credibility of today of psychiatrists of psychology? Their credibility is gone.
I mean, it's gone, right? I agree. Let me tell you why.
Let me give you a good example why. Out of all of the professions out there, what is the one profession with by far, by far the highest rate of suicide? Dentists. Psychiatrists. Psychiatrists. What is the major goal of a psychiatrist? They're there to keep you from doing what?
They need to read the Bible. Basically from losing your mind. They're there to keep you, well, from committing suicide, aren't they?
Yeah. You know, I mean, isn't that why people go see psychiatrists? Because they're depressed, but the most depressed people in the world are psychiatrists. That's why they have the highest... Do they really have the highest rate of suicide? They have the highest rate of suicide, by far, okay?
Yeah. Dentists have the highest rate of... Go ahead, Pastor. Dentists have the highest rate of ventral disease. They get that through their patients through blood.
Maybe that's not so now, but it was a few years ago where they would pick up these ventral diseases from their patients because their hands were in blood all the time. Well, something that we all should strive for as Americans is to restore biblical morality, and the good news is America knew for probably at least 200 years that homosexuality is wickedness. Well, yeah.
Right? Yeah, it goes back a long...tried going back about 6,000 years. Well, I mean, our country as a whole knew it was wickedness.
So what decade do you think it changed? Put it this way. I remember as a young man back in the 50s where my neighbor was arrested. The police came out, handcuffed him, and took him to jail.
Do you know why? He was cursing. He was cussing.
That was profanity, and that was against the law today. Look, back in those days, if you go out here to the beach out here, you'll see these girls that are about naked. I mean, they're wearing these things. Their whole rear end is showing, and some of them are going topless out there. They would have been...if they had dressed that way back then, they would have been arrested on the spot.
In fact, there were many of them that were arrested for showing a lot less. So the morality...but here's the problem. See, with the liberals, they don't understand that God is immutable. His standards are set.
They don't change. And they're under the mindset that, listen, if God is going to have to adjust his thinking to societies today, we're going to have to get the ACLU to take him to court. Don't work that way. You see, God is the court. He won't be before the ACLU. The ACLU and every communist antichrist out there is going to be under need before God. That's a reality.
That's a reality. But what they've done here, like in this verse, and God gave them...and even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, and that's exactly what they're doing today, and that's why tonight when I was at the Agape Christian Academy, banquet, 20th banquet dinner, their speaker was talking about exactly that, having a world biblical view, a world biblical view, and how we have that. That's why so many people send their children out of Christian school. This is why so many people are homeschooling because of the secular. This is why you have the big battles going on between parents now and those administrators because the administrators in public education, their mindset is antichrist. It is anti-worldview. Many of them are perverts.
Yeah, absolutely. That's why Christians... They shouldn't be anywhere near children or young adults. That's why Christians have to run for these offices, school boards and that, and they have to be controlled. Pastor, here in Texas, I read every day there is a newsletter that comes out of the Capitol about legislation and things like that, so I keep on the cutting edge.
Every day, Pastor, every day, almost every day I'm going to say, there are reports of teachers being arrested for molesting children in Texas. It's nonstop. It's nonstop. Well, we've got some legislation here in Ohio that they're going to be pushing. We'll talk about that a little later. Right now, we're going to a break.
We'll be right back after this. You'll notice there's a strange trend here where how many social security numbers were issued. Let me tell you what happened here. We started at the top of the system. We started at the top of the system mapping the whole system of social security to understand where all the fraud was, and there's a lot of great people there that showed us really a lot of waste. That came up with a big list of stuff they're working on.
You've heard some of that already, but this is what jumped out at us. When we saw these numbers, we were like, what is this? In 21, you see 270,000 people.
It goes all the way to 2.1 million in 24. These are non-citizens that are getting social security numbers. This is a mind-blowing chart.
This literally blew us away. We went there to find fraud, and we found this by accident. Okay, so they're just trying to clean up social security. Democrats say Elon Musk is going to steal your money.
These guys, they just go in to find the fraud, and what they find is millions of illegal immigrants purposely put on social security, maxed out, and then put into all of the different systems so that illegals could live off of your money, your family, your hard work. This isn't political, by the way. My parents are immigrants. This country has been great to us.
My brother and sister are all born in Spain. I'm pro-legal immigration. This is not political. This is about America and the future of America. There are a lot of good people in the system that pointed this in this direction. I want to honor them right now that work in the government today who took risks to show us these numbers and tell us what's going on.
So I want to stop for a minute. I want to honor those people today. Very good people. Very good people. I have been from D.C. to social security offices to the border to track this down, and very good people have helped us along the way.
I want to thank them. This number, what this is, is when you come in the country, if you're illegal, there's a couple ways to come in. You come in through report of entry, and you can tell them you're afraid. They'll give you an asylum case.
You'll get an interview, and you get in. That's one way to do it. Another way to do it is to just go to the border.
Literally, this happened. I talked to Border Patrol myself. Elon was there, too. I went to Laredo, and I went to Bronzeville.
Elon went to Eagle Pass. You walk up to a Border Patrol officer, and you tell them you want to come in. They have a couple of choices. They can charge you with a misdemeanor or a felony under 1325, or they can make an administrative offense, like a parking ticket, basically.
They were told to do that, make an administrative offense under the last administration. And you walk across the border, they do what's called a release from your own recognizance, and they give you an NTA, a notice to appear, which is to appear to judge. The wait times on judges are like average six years. Look at Grok.
You'll see it on immigration judges. There's only 700 of them. This is 5.5 million people, okay?
So what happens then? Do you understand what Democrats did? All those years, I was updating you with news telling you that they're letting these people in and that the courts are being stacked up.
Now, it didn't even cross my mind. They're purposely flooding the courts so that these 700 judges will never be able to get to the over 5 million people that came in that they put on our financial system, our Social Security, our Medicaid. If you are a senior, you should be absolutely out of your mind, and you should be calling your senator and your House of Representative and demanding people be investigated and arrested.
No, just arrested. This is absolutely ridiculous. The fact that an illegal is stealing money from the Social Security that takes care of my mother?
Are you kidding me? If you're in the country and you've got asylum, do one of these pathways and we map the whole thing out, you can apply for a work document. You file a 765. It's the work form. You get this form called the 766. That's the authorization, and then Social Security Administration automatically sends you in the mail your Social Security number. No interview.
No ID. This is worth just reiterating. People sometimes think that under the Biden administration that he was simply asleep at the switch. He wasn't asleep. They weren't asleep at the switch.
It was a massive, large-scale program to import as many illegals as possible, ultimately to change the entire voting map of the United States and disenfranchise the American people and make it a permanent, deep blue, one-party state from which there would be no escape. Look, if I hadn't seen this myself, I'm not sure I believed it. I went through it myself and mapped it, and Elon is right. This is true. The defaults in the system from Social Security to all of the benefit programs have been set to max inclusion, max pay for these people and minimum collection.
That's what's happening. We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaid as an example. Okay, so almost 5 million come in, over 4 million on maximum Social Security after working zero days in America.
So you have an American man who worked 40, 50 years. They're now collecting Social Security. An illegal immigrant comes in, and within five minutes, they get a Social Security, maximum Social Security benefits, and then boom, Medicaid, boom. They get on food stamps, boom. They get disability.
All these different programs. It's insane. On every benefit program we went through, we found groups from this particular group of people, this 5.5 million people in those benefit programs, and then what was really, really disturbing us was why. We're asking ourselves why, and so we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records, and we found people here registered to vote in this population, yes. And who did vote.
And we found some by sampling that actually did vote, and we have referred them to prosecution at the Homeland Security Investigation Service. Yeah. Already. Already. That has already happened.
Right now. Yeah. And the truly disturbing thing, though, I just want you to know this, a truly disturbing thing to me, and the darkest thing about this to me, the voter fraud is terrible, but the human tragedy that's created is extraordinary, because what you don't understand, and people don't know, and Americans need to know, that's why I'm here, is that human traffickers made $13 to $15 billion off of this.
Okay? That's the money that's going around the world, moving people around the world to our borders because of these incentives. How does it work?
What happens? Hey, if you're in Africa, and you're in Central America, you've got to walk up through Mexico, through Central America. Who do you pay? You pay the narcos. You pay the traffickers.
Right? And we found, we were told by ICE, it's between $20,000 and $500 to potentially pick you up to walk across all those countries and get all the way up to the border. Where does that money go? It goes to the cartels. It goes to human traffickers.
Right? There are 30,000 children that have not appeared on the notice to appear already. ICE knows this. 30,000 children. 270,000 children didn't even get notices to appear. ICE told us that kids are being trafficked back and forth across the border to complete families to make this easier. This is a human tragedy. It's not just the money, it's the people and the kids. And how many of these people died on the way up here that didn't make it in?
What happened to them? We created a system here that created a descendant for people to come and be taken advantage of by these traffickers. And how do you think they get paid? What, you're in Africa, Central America, you got $20,000 or $10,000 or $5,000 to pay these traffickers? No, you don't. What happens? You come in, then you owe them the money.
It's your indentured servant. If you don't pay them, what happens? What do they do? They kill your mother? They kill your brother? They kill your family?
What happens next? That's what we discovered. And I have to tell you, it's tragic to me.
The human tragedy this created is extraordinary. That's the real problem. This is America. We don't do this here in America.
We don't do this here in America. All right, we're back. And here again, one of the problems we're having and the reason, you know, they're trying to stop this. Trump is trying to turn this around. And those people, he's working with Doge and whatever. But they've come out.
They've failed to do it legislatively. So there is a club, folks. There is a club out there of corrupt judges. And one of those members of that is none other than John Roberts, the head of the Supreme Court. He is a member of that corrupt club of those corrupt judges. And also, one of the people who is funding that club is George Soros.
So that tells you right there. Now, also that Kateji Brown. She is a part. She is on that club along with him. All of these judges, all of them that are taking these suits against Trump, trying to stop Trump, all these injunctions. Against the American people. They all belong to that club.
Every one of them belong to that club. Now, I want to read to you something that Thomas Jefferson had wrote. He said, You seem to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of the constitutional questions. A very dangerous doctrine indeed.
And one which would place us under the deposism of analogy. Our judges are as honest as other men and not more so. They have with others the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their core. Their power is more dangerous as they are in office for life and not responsible as other functionaries are. To the elective control.
The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal knowing that to whatever hands confided with the corruption of time and party, its members would have become despots. It has more wisely made all the departments co-equal and co-sovereign with themselves. So here's what's happening. We have all of these judges, these federal and district judges, deciding that they're the president. They're putting out their own executive orders. Now, this is called a coup.
This is what is called a coup. And that is what's taking place. Now, the reason we put this information out that we're doing here tonight is for all you folks out there, wherever you are listening, you need to share this because it's not going to, you're not going to get it in any of the, and the vast majority of media will not, will not give you what we're giving you here tonight.
So you need to get the word out. And here, they have, this is their last line of defense. The Communist Party, the Antichrist Communist Party is using this lawfare and something has to be done.
Congress needs to act to pass legislation. I don't think that we have right now, because John Roberts is on the opposition. He's going to go with the communists. He's going to vote against us in that Supreme Court. And obviously, we don't, we don't know if we can trust, well... Well, we got, if, pray, Pete, everybody, pray for, we got five, potentially. Well, we don't know... Alito, Thomas, Kavanaugh... Tell me, tell me, what's the name? Amy Coney Barrett and... Amy Coney Barrett, no, we can't trust... And Gorsuch, well, I'm saying there's a potential of five.
Yeah, so she is... So just keep praying. It would have to be the people.
There'd have to be a large, a large cry out. McChardon, what do you think? Well, Pastor Ernie is very delicate here. I mean, Roberts has been compromised. How far is he going to go with that compromise? And Barrett, she's unstable, as far as I'm concerned.
She's bought off. So our, the integrity of the country is in the hands of a couple judges, Pastor Ernie. I mean, they can, if they go along with what these lower courts are doing, the Supreme Court, they can neuter the presidency through the courts. It would force Trump, literally it would force him to say, you have no authority to do this, which they don't.
They don't. Pastor Ernie, I watched this incredible video. I mean, I really learned about the courts here, the federal courts. The first, like, injunction that the court put on the Executive Branch was 1923.
1923, Pastor Ernie. And they did it with no authority from the Constitution. And they did it with no authority from the Congress. They just did it. And the Executive Branch let them do it.
And since then, they've been doing more and more and more and more until they are to the point where they are now. So if the court, if the Supreme Court does not go along with, you know, what I'm trying to think of the word, nullify what the lower courts are doing, they're going to force President Trump to stand against the judicial system and say no. The Executive Branch is not submitting to you.
No, we're not. Well, Congress has the ability, the authority to defund and take away to literally a lot of these district court judges that are not obeying the Constitution. Congress can legislate them out of existence. And they should.
See, that's the one good thing, Pastor Ernie. In the Constitution, Congress has authority over the Supreme Court. That's put in the Constitution. So the Congress could eliminate offices. It could eliminate district courts. It could take it from like 15 judges to five judges. They have a lot of power, what they can do. We do have some good news from the Supreme Court today, Pastor.
What's that? The U.S. Supreme Court in a 5-4 vote today sided with the Trump administration and blocked a Massachusetts judge's order requiring it to reinstate $250 million in Department of Education DEI training to eight states. In an unsigned order, Chief Justice Roberts sided with the liberal justices and would have denied Trump's emergency application. Liberal justices Kagan, Jackson, and Sotomayor also sided with Roberts. But we had five in agreement, and the rogue judge from Massachusetts was unable to continue the DEI funding.
So that's an example. Everybody pray. All right, so then on this one, Amy Coleman Barrett went along with us. Yeah, that's what I mean. We've got to pray for her.
Yeah, all righty. Here's an article. Gingrich says federal judges aren't just tying up Trump, but another branch of government as well. Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich said on Fox News that he's concerned about district judges shaping national policy, especially when they overrule decisions made by President Trump. During an appearance on Kudlow, Gingrich described this as a pivotal moment in U.S. history. There are already more of these rulings coming down the road than the Supreme Court has ever heard in a single term.
I would hope that the Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts would intervene, indicate that there's something clearly wrong here, and they're going to follow a procedure so the executive branch is not being dictated by random individual district judges. I didn't catch that message, Stile. Okay. We're okay. All righty. Okay.
Do we still have John and do we still have? Okay. Okay. Gingrich said. I'm here. Go ahead.
All right. Gingrich said the pattern of interference of district judge creates a constitutional crisis. There's a fifth large chance that Jefferson, Jackson, Lincoln, and FDR, and this is underway, and of course the old order is going to fight it every way it can, Gingrich said, and one of their latest strongholds are those left-wing judges, and we have to make clear that this is illegitimate. Gingrich said that these left-wing judges are undermining the executive branch. You cannot have individual random and district judges who get up in the morning and say, I think I'll play president today, and some of these rulings are absolutely crazy, Gingrich said. There you go. So what do you think about all that, John?
Absolutely, Mr. Ernie. They have no authority to do this. They stole the authority, and it's like the executive branch should have taken a stand 10 years ago, 15 years ago, 30, 40 years ago, and not allow the courts to do this. They are not elected. They're responsible to no one.
They're a lifetime appointment. So if this continues, it's literally going to force Trump to say, I'm not obeying the courts. They're not constitutional, and he can strip the executive branch. Like, for example, the marshals can work for the court.
The court can arrest and sign an arrest warrant or issue an arrest warrant, and the marshals, the U.S. marshals, go out and do it. Well, Trump can say, no, the marshals are not going to assist the U.S. courts anymore. We're not going to obey court orders. So, John, an example with these judges like Bozberg saying you can't deport the illegals, the dangerous gang members or cartel members. What happens then if you just ignore these rogue judges?
Yes, you can ignore them. And the president says, yes, this is a wartime. We're under war. This is war with the drug cartels, terrorist groups. I'm the president of the United States. I'm in charge of all law enforcement, and I'm in charge of the military. And you're interfering with my execution of this crisis. We've declared the Alien Act of, was it, 1798.
You have no authority to stop me. If the judge, there's some judge that's demanding that these MS-13 terrorists be brought back from El Salvador. They want them brought back. The president can say, no, I'm not bringing them back. What's this judge going to do?
Yeah, that's my question. So what can they do? Nothing. Court order. The president says we're not going to honor the court order. I'm telling everybody in the executive branch that we're not to follow your court order, because I'm in charge of the executive branch, and I'm responsible, and I am issuing this order to everyone in the executive branch that for them to obey you, it has to come through me.
Well, let me ask you this, because I agree with what you're saying, Bud. Trump has allowed them to make some changes. Like, for example, that court, a district judge demanded that all of those IRS agents be reinstated back on their jobs. And it looks like that they're going to go along with that, that the Justice Department is going to go along with that, okay? I know that all of these things are going to court.
You know, here. And the same thing, too, with what is, they're planning on, I just got a text, in fact, tomorrow, over this week, tomorrow, they're planning on having 1,300 protests planned across the country tomorrow against Donald Trump and Doge tomorrow. So this is the Communist Party, these are these.
Sounds like runner riots. It's an optics game, they want to make him look like a dictator, and that's what they keep screaming, but he has to, you know, pretty much just take the gloves off and go after them, and as you say, ignore. Especially because this is a wartime situation. It is a wartime situation, yes.
It is, absolutely. Joe Biden brought in these terrorist groups, just like that video, the audio we were listening to, and now the judicial branch is continuing what Biden, they're trying to continue what Biden did. Yeah, but exactly, they want these criminals, they want the very worst return back here to this country. These judges, again, these are, you know, the Bible calls them, in Hosea chapter 4, whores. They're black-robed whores is what they are. And they have to be stopped. This is treason. Reprobates.
Romans chapter 1 reprobates. Now here you have all of these attacks on these people, here's a good example, okay. 61-year-old woman driving her Tesla gets boxed in by male drivers and beaten while she was sitting in her car. Numerous left-wings have been caught, cane Tesla cars, cyber trucks, and non-stop media attacks against Elon Musk. A 61-year-old woman driving a Tesla was boxed in by male drivers, beaten by them, and while she was sitting in her car. The violent attack took place in Flagstaff, Arizona last week. The victim who wished to remain anonymous and was referred to as Susan told Arizona family that she was appalled when a motorist chased her, boxed her in, and began beating her through the open car window. I'm just appalled, Susan told AZ family. I didn't buy my car for a political statement.
I bought my car because it's really fun to drive. My politics have nothing to do with that. I'm ashamed of our society and what they're doing today. There you go.
Susan says she bit the attacker's hand as he repeatedly punched her with a closed fist. The suspect was charged and is due in court next week. Now here after saying that, you have Elon Musk. I hope they see this segment. Elon Musk reveals he and his team, Trump, have identified the generals orchestrating the violent attacks against Tesla owners. Justice is coming for radical leftists outstretching the despicable attacks on Tesla behind the scenes with several prison sentences on the table. As the Gateway Pundit reported, several attacks on Tesla owners and cars and dealerships have been happening across the country in recent weeks. During one incident, a disgruntled Musk and Trump hater accidentally set himself on fire while torturing Tesla charging stations in South Carolina. Another attack involved an individual setting several Tesla vehicles ablaze two weeks ago on set.
And then of course there's a whole list of different things that's happened. These are serious crimes where the organizations, organizers of this mass violence will go to prison for a long time and I hope they see this segment. So he said that, he goes on to say, he then dropped a bombshell. He and his attorney general, Pam Bondi, know who these generals are working behind the scenes organizing the attacks on Tesla. And the Trump administration is coming for them. I hope they get them. So, okay, we're coming up to a break. Once we come back from the break, we have to go on and add to this.
We're going to have Ted Cruz, John Kennedy and also Cruz Kennedy and, oh, Newt Gingrich. They're going to be dealing with some of what we're talking about here today. Just how serious this situation is right now and how it is totally unconstitutional what they're doing.
